'Lord Voldemort.' I will make sure to remember your name." Harry thought in anger.

"You did." Harry eyed McGonagall in confusion.

Harry nodded with a sigh.

'Today has been a bloody long day!' He exclaimed.

Cut

A few weeks had passed since Harry entered the wizarding world.

His mind was in constant thought from that day.

His relationship with Aunt Petunia soured even more, the boy would barely look at his aunt.

None the less, Harry had spent the few weeks reading the books he had bought.

According to professor McGonagall, he could not use magic outside of school until he was Eighteen.

'Such a shame!' He thought, looking at his wand with a sigh.

The wand still made Harry feel uneasy. Whenever he would grab the wand, a cold and nauseating feeling would rise up in him.

It was one similar to the feeling he got when he stared at the eyes of the dark figure that had plagued his dreams.

On a happier note, Harry was loving his new books. He would spend his entire day reading them, not like he had much to do though.

His nights had also become much more pleasant. His dreams were only about Harold.

Now that Harry thought of it, in all his blurry dreams he was watching them through Harold's eyes.

'Something to think about.' He thought.

His visions also helped him understand the fundamentals of magic that Harold's father Ignotus had taught him.

In a dark room, with a candle as it's only source of light. Two people sat on the ground.

"How have thee been Father?" A childish voice asked.

"I am alright lad." The adult answered.

"Accendo." The man suddenly wisphered.

The previously dark room now lit up to reveal Ignotus and Harold Peverell.

"Today is the day thee will learn of my magic child." Ignotus said sternly.

Harold gave a small smile of excitement but remained quite, in order to not gain Ignotus's ire.

"Tell me lad, what does thee know about magic?" Ignotus asked.

"Magic is the force of life present in all things." Harold answered immediately.

"I asked what thee knows, not what thy mother has taught thee." Ignotus reprimanded.

"Uhh!" Harold sat their in silence, not knowing how to respond.

Sigh!

"It seems thee has a lot to learn." Ignotus said, seeing Harold quiet.

"Yes Father." Harold nodded his head.

"Very well, lad. Magic is as thee says, everywhere. It is a force that can bend reality. A power that all Magic-folk are able to harness. Above all, magic is a tool. a power that thee can bend as thee wishes." Ignotus started to explain.

"It is something that is not alive, yet not dead. Thee can already control magic, correct?"

Harold nodded in response carefully learning his father's words.

"Watch carefully lad, use thy eyes and thy mind to see how I harness its power." Ignotus said.

Harold focused his eyes and stared at his father.

He could see, no feel the magic move around his father's arm. It moved from the air around them and formed a layer around Ignotus's arm.

"This is how to use magic." Ignotus said.

"Thee must command it, and force it to bend according to your wishes." Ignotus said.

Harold watched as the magic surrounding his father dissipated back into the air.

Harold, excited beyond imagination, decided to try and imitate his father.

He focused his mind towards the energy that flowed beside him like the ocean.

He tried to make it move. 'Move please.' He thought as he felt magic slowly move as he wanted.

Swish!

The candle and the light around them dissapeared.

"Hahaha!" Ignotus laughed.

"It is far to early for thee to try such magic. Thee is merely asking for magic magic to move. You must command it." Ignotus said still laughing.

Harold frowned, as light once again appeared in the room.

"It is early for thee to learn this lad. We shall start from the beginning. It should be expected that thee was not able to do it." Ignotus comforted his son who was frowning.

"Elder brother has done it already." Harold said in annoyance.

"Harold, my lad. Do not compare yourself to your brother, Antioch is a special boy." Ignotus comforted in a soft voice.

Harold remained silent, but a small frown remained on his face as Ignotus continued their study.

Cut

Harry hadn't tried the magic Ignotus had taught Harold, however he knew it would be the first thing he tried in Hogwarts.

For now he spent the weeks studying and trying to sense magic.

However unlike in his dreams, it was much harder to sense magic. Harold was able to easily feel magic. Harry however needed to remain focused in order to feel it.

The first time Harry felt magic, it was like an endless wave of energy around him. It was incredible to see such endless power around him.

"Let's go boy, I don't have much time." Harry heard the obnoxious voice of Vernon order him.

Harry grinned as he put all of his stuff in the trunk he had bought

Ever since he had gone shopping, Petunia and Vernon had given the first floor to him.

Despite all her knowledge about the wizarding world, Petunia didn't know that one couldn't use magic outside of school.

This had led Harry to use some rather.. unorthodox techniques to get himself an upgraded room.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Hedwig chirped.

Over the weeks, Headwig was Harry's only company. They had grown quite a bond between each other.

"Alright, girl, it's time to finally go to Hogwarts." Harry said with an excited smile.

Putting all his stuff in the trunk, Harry walked outside.

Vernon and Petunia were standing outside, glaring at him.

"Let's get going." Vernon said in annoyance.

Harry ignored the two glaring at him and walked slowly still smiling.

Dudley had not taken it very kindly about Harry having magic, however, with his unorthodox techniques. Dudley didn't even try to annoy him.

Cut

Harry watched as his relatives left King's Cross, leaving him alone.

'Platform 9/3, what's that supposed to mean?' Harry thought standing between platforms nine and ten.

Harry looked around to see if there was any platform 9/3 but he didn't find one.

Harry started feeling nervous as he walked around with a frown.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Hedwig chirped.

"Not right-" Harry stopped talking as he looked at Headwig.

His dear owl was hooting towards a family of three.

"Isn't that the girl from Diagon Alley? Wait, she's also going to Hogwarts, right?" Harry slowly started to walk towards the family.

'I hope she isn't a prick like last time.' Harry thought nervously.

"I'll miss you, Daphy." A girl with brown hair and brown eyes said with a smile.

"I'll miss you too, Astoria." Daphne said, pinching Astoria's cheeks.

"Alright, I'm off now." Daphne said with a smile.

"Bye Daphne." Astoria and her mother said with smiles of their own

Harry looked at them in confusion. His eyes, however, widened when he saw Daphne run towards the pillar in front of her in full speed.

'She's going to crash?' Harry watched with confusion as the girl passed through the pillar along with her trunk.

His mouth fell agape as he didn't even notice the other two females leave.

After a few seconds Harry broke out of a stupor.

"Magic is so cool." He deduced the thing he saw.

Harry also made his way towards the pillar.

Thankfully Astoria and his mother weren't there, and he didn't have to talk with anyone.

Harry slowly aligned himself with the puller and like Daphne ran towards it full speed.

'Don't crash. Don't crash.' Harry pleaded in his mind.

He closed his eyes, bracing for impact.

...

Nothing happened as Harry opened his eyes to reveal a giant train.

Harry could see countless students moving along, and he felt a smile creep up on his face.

"Finally, one step closer to Hogwarts." Harry muttered.

Cut

Harry opened the door and walked into an empty compartment.

He had packed his trunk and Hedwig was sitting on his arm.

She had never stayed in a cage ever since he had bought her. So he never bothered to cage her. Luckily for him, Headwig wasn't that wild and didn't cause any ruckus for him.

Knock! Knock!

Harry heard the compartment door knock.

"Come in." He said quietly.

The door opened, and Harry's eyes widened.

The girl in front of him also stared at him.

"Can I come in?" Daphne asked after stopping staring at him.

"Uh. Sure." Harry said nervously.

Daphne made her way into the compartment.

She sat down in front of Harry.

"You have a pretty owl." She said.

"Uhm. Thanks?" Harry said as Hedwig chirped.

"Her name's Hedwig." Harry told her.

"Chirp! Chirp!" Hedwig hooted, puffing her chest proudly.

Daphne smiled at seeing her antics.

"So, have you decided which house you want to be in?" Daphne asked the question again.

"Well. I was thinking Ravenclaw. Maybe even Gryffindor." Daohne scoffed as soon as Harry mentioned the house of the lions.

"What's wrong about Gryffindor?" Harry asked with narrowed eyes.

"Nothing really. It's just most of them are stupid instead of brave. They all act like they did something great by just being in the house." Daphne said with a frown.

"What house do you want to be in?" Harry asked, his eyes still narrowed.

"Probably Slytherin, maybe even Ravenclaw." Daphne answered.

"Why Slytherin, most Dark Wizards are from Slytherin." Harry said, mentioning the fact he had read in Hogwarts A History.

"Oh! You're one of them. Well, I can't blame you. You are a muggle-born." Daphne said with annoyance.

"I'm not a muggle-born." Harry countered.

"You're not?" She asked in surprise.

"Yeah. Both my parents were wizards and witches." He said, annoyed.

"Wait!" Daphne stopped as she stared at Harry's scar with wide eyes.

"You're Harry Potter." She said in shock.

"Yes, I am." Harry said in annoyance.

"How come you act like a muggle-born when you're the most famous wizard in Britain?" Daphne asked in surprise.

"Because I've lived with muggles my entire life." Harry answered with a sigh.

"WHAT?" Daphne asked in complete shock.

"Is that something wrong?" Harry narrowed his eyes agiain.

"Yes. Yes, it is." Daphne said immediately.

Harry glared at her, causing her to stop.

"Not like that. I mean, Harry Potter, the most famous wizard in Britain. You took down You-Know-Who. Everyone has been looking for you since you were a baby." Daphne said with embarrassment.

"People have written books about how you've been secretly raised and trained by Dumbledore. How you've killed a dragon to save a princess and then married her."

"WHAT?" Now it was Harry's turn to be shocked.

"They can't be serious?" He asked himself in shock.

"I mean you've done something even more impossible by surviving against and killing You-Know-Who that night." Daphne said with excitement.

Harry frowned at the reminder of how his parents were killed and he had survived.

"I'm sorry." Daphne quickly apologised, seeing the frown on his face.

"It's.. alright." Harry said quietly.

Daphne's shoulders slumped as she stared at Harry Potter.

The two sat there in silence as the train started.

Some time passed as Harry was taken out of his thoughts as the door opened to reveal a girl with bushy brown hair.

"Hi, have you seen a toad? A boy named Neville has lost his." The girl said immediately.

"You should have manners." Daphne quickly said in annoyance.

"You muggle-borns really think like you're something special. " Daphne muttered to herself.

Unfortunately, both Hermione and Harry heard her.

"So you're one of these racist Pure-bloods I shouldn't have asked you." The girl said quickly slamming the door shut.

"What's your deal with muggle-borns?" Harry asked, staring at Daphne.

The girl, taken aback, started saying some random things.

Daphne calmed down as she saw the glare Harry had aimed at her.

"Muggle-borns just think they're all so special. They think just because they can use magic they should be able to come and change our rules. We have been living in the magical world for thousands of years, but muggle-borns come and act like they own it." Daphne answered.

To be honest, it was something she had heard her father say and she had merely copied him.

"So because your families have been here longer, you should be able to decide things." Harry said.

"See you understand. I mean I guess that's to be expected from The-Boy-Who-Lived." Daphne said with a big smile.

"I think, I have not understood." Harry said getting up from his seat.

"Where are you going?" Daphne asked, confused about why he got up.

"Somewhere I don't have to sit with a racist." Headwig hooted in agreement.

Harry took his trunk and walked out of the apartment

Cut

Harry sat alone in an apartment.

His earlier interactions had caused his opinion of the magical world to change.

'I guess I shouldn't have expected everyone to be good people.' He thought in annoyance.

Headwig, seeing Harry's frown, comforted him by rubbing her feathers against his chest.
