Chapter 3: Love and Tests
Review Replies
TwinstarDragon: Izuku reaction is to fucking understandable
ThermalsniperN7: Right?!
Dragon Emperor0: There's a reason why people relate to John Wick.
Switchblxde: IZUKU IS GOING TO TEAR KATSUKI A NEW ONE WHEN FINDS OUT ABOUT THE PROPOSAL
ThermalsniperN7: Or just threaten him with castration if he messes up anything.
Dragon Emperor0: That's horrifying.
Yami Luna Kitsune: LOVED this chapter
yeah, izuku, his injury is THAT disturbing
wow, you KNOW that a broth-sister cares for their sibling when they threaten ALL MIGHT of all people
true, it DOES count as endurance training. hope they're using protection, izuku's too young to be an uncle
honestly, people like those kids REALLY piss me off!
LOL snoopy
well, that's ONE way to get rid of that taste, I guess
LOL, izuku carried her like a barbarian, literally
wow, that's ONE way to pop the question, katsuki
eager for the next chapter
ThermalsniperN7: Okay, just gonna break this down. 1. Yeah, if I saw that injury IRL, I'd puke, truth be told. 2. Indeed. 3. They are using protection, and Izuku is indeed too young to be an uncle. 4. Yeah, if I caught a group of kids doing that, I'd yell at them with ALL of the anger. 5. It was an appropriate name, honestly. 6. Yep. 7. Katsuki doesn't pull his punches with anything.
Dragon Emperor0: In the words of Stan Lee: 'Nuff said.
Ryuujin96: Great work on this chapter and I enjoyed reading it. And I agree with you a 1000% that animal abuse is disgusting. But I'm glad the puppy that was being abused by those kids had a good outcome in this sr when Izuku saved him or her? (Can't remember if you said the pup was a boy or girl) And I liked that Izuku and Shoko took the puppy in, and are giving him or her a loving home.
I also loved Izuku and Shoko's interactions, and how you showed the progression of their relationship. So I think you did really great on that part. And I especially loved that Izuku and Shoko's progression in falling in love with each other, wasn't slow as molasses.
I also loved Izumi and Katsuki's interactions and relationship. So great work on that as well.
And I really liked that Izuku healed All Might. I look forward to reading the next chapter.
ThermalsniperN7: 1. The pup is a boy, and his name is Snoopy. 2. Thanks for the feedback on the progression of their relationship. 3. Yeah, their interactions are kinda fun to do in some cases. 4. It was pretty easy for Izuku to do, really.
Dragon Emperor0: Yep.
Knightmare Lord: If Izuku wasn't so damn peaceful, he'd give those brats cancer.
ThermalsniperN7: Fuckin' right he would.
Dragon Emperor0: Indeed
Xerzo LotCN: I thought this was a izuku harem fic because i misread the pairing tags though it was fem kat and fem todo and oc fem izuku (i mean oc and fiction whatever)
oh well nevermind good luck with the fic.
Dragon Emperor0: Well, screw you, then.
Silent Zephyrus: Aww, this chapter was so adorable!
The scene about Shoko's scar also makes me feel that at one point, Izuku will learn to heal more often at a lesser level just so she'll gain the strength to overcome the trauma behind it and visit her mother, provided that still hasn't happened yet like in canon
Really love how you didn't beat past the busy by making our two main couples engaged right off the bat too, this is now easily my favorite of the Izuku Sin stories for that reason alone.
ThermalsniperN7: Hm… Izuku learning to heal mental trauma… Not sure that'll be possible, but the concept is certainly interesting. And yeah, no reason to wait, like, 5 seasons just for the couples to want to get married.
Dragon Emperor0: We ain't got time for that shit. And as we're sure that you don't either. We want to respect your time.
Ravendle: the way you sexualize his sis is gross.
ThermalsniperN7: Oh please. Look at Highschool of the Dead if you want what some would consider worse. Hell, look at Highschool DXD, even.
Dragon Emperor: Uh, have you ever seen how many female characters are quote unquote "sexualized" characters in MHA? There are tons. Get the fuck outta here!
-Izuku and Shoko's Apartment-
Izuku yawned as he woke up after a rather… long half day and night of making love to his fiancé, Shoko Todoroki.
Speaking of which, said fiance was right next to him under the covers with a blissful look on her face. One would almost think there were no past troubles whatsoever with her.
Izuku smiled as he stroked a stray red and white hair from her face, causing the girl to stir as she woke up, her heterochromic eyes finding that her beloved fiancé was what greeted her.
"Mmmm, good morning, my love." She sighed happily as she sat up, Izuku quickly greeting her with a good morning kiss.
"Good morning, my dear." Izuku sighed just as happily when they separated. "If memory serves me, today is the day of the entrance exams." He hummed.
"I have a special admissions exam, yes." Shoko nodded, before looking at the clock. "But from the looks of things we have… Two and a half hours before they start." She noted, the sheets falling off her to reveal her nude form to her significant other.
"Then why don't we enjoy that time together, hm?" The Grizzly Sin smiled as he stood up. Shoko freely enjoyed the eye candy he gave her.
She was quick to embrace him and started kissing him repeatedly as she attempted to drag him back into bed with her.
"You're coming back to bed, mister. I want another round." She told him, successfully pulling him on top of her.
"I don't remember you being this demanding ten months ago." The Grizzly Sin noted as he held the girl close.
"Being in a functional relationship can change a girl." Shoko giggled in reply.
"Come here then, you." The boy purred as he kissed her while their bodies became one.

Meanwhile in Katsuki's room, a similar situation was happening in his bed—where Izumi was face down on the bed with her ass in the air and the bed sheets clenched in her hands and teeth as she let out muffled moans of bliss—her eyes having hearts in them.
Katsuki, on the other hand, was laying next to her after the two had finished a morning romp.
"Have I mentioned how cute you look after you cum?" The blonde asked with a chuckle as Izumi collapsed on the bed face down next to him, quivering and moaning happily… with the evidence of their romp promptly pouring out of her.
"So… good…" She moaned in a stupor.
"Oh that's just adorable." Katsuki smiled as he took his girlfriend turned fiancé into his arms and kissed her, which seemed to slowly bring her back to her senses.
"Mmm… You always know how to make me lose my senses…" The verdette sighed as she snuggled into her lover.
"You look cute when you're like that." The blonde smiled as he held her close, her engagement ring still on. "So, when did you say you wanted to make this official?" He asked, kissing her from her cheek, down to her neck, where he proceeded to give her a hickey.
"Before the entrance exams, ideally." Izumi replied. "I'll keep Izuku from trying to kill you, then." She added with a chuckle.
Katsuki didn't respond as he just kept sucking on her neck… before he suddenly went down to sucking on her chest.
The girl moaned as things got steamy again.

"You guys are WHAT?!" Izuku quite literally blurted as he, Izumi, and Katsuki all walked to UA together.
"Yeah, it literally happened last night." Izumi nodded with an awkward chuckle. "… After we had sex." She added idly.
"Are you trying to sign your own death certificate?" Izuku growled, gripping Chastiefol's pillow form tighter and tighter.
"Chill, bro. He won't screw up anything and you know that." The verdette told her brother.
"Izumi's my woman and mine alone. Ruining that is the last thing on my mind." Katsuki told the boy, holding his fiancé close. "I'll make her the happiest woman in the country. That's a promise." He added.
"You know, given how Katsuki is, I think you can let the matter lie." Shoko told her fiance.
"... Fine…" Izuku grunted, still looking a bit peeved.
The four continued to make their way to the main school building when Izumi accidentally tripped on herself as they reached the front door before anyone could fully react.
Then she started floating without her quirk.
"... What?" Izumi blinked in surprise and confusion.
"Sorry about that." A girl said behind them, causing them to turn and see a brunette girl standing there, seemingly headed where they headed. "I stopped you with my quirk." She smiled.
"Oh. Thanks." Izumi nodded as she righted herself. "Who are you?" She asked.
"I'm Ochako Uraraka." The girl smiled. "Man, isn't this way nerve wracking?" She chuckled nervously.
"Just keep a level head and it won't feel that way." Izuku told her in a laid back tone.
"Only you would say that." Katsuki chuckled.
"Because it's true." The Grizzly Sin shrugged.
(Later)
Izuku, Katsuki and Izumi all sat in the Auditorium while Shoko was sent somewhere else for the special recommendations exam, and the trio soon found the exam was headed by Present Mic, the voice hero.
"ALRIGHT, WELCOME TO THE UA ENTRANCE EXAMS!" The man yelled, causing Izuku to wince a bit at the volume. "CAN I GET A 'HEEEY'?!" He added at the same volume.
All he got was silence.
"I forget how loud he tends to be…" Izuku groaned as he fit a pair of earmuffs on his head to drown out most of the sound.
Izumi just patted her brother's back sympathetically, sharing his pain as she wore her own earmuffs. Neither sibling were fans of the sound hero's vocal volume.
"Okay okay! So, in this practical exam you'll be doing battles against fake villains in urban settings, each villain type has a different point value so if you want the most points then better choose wisely!" The Voice hero explained.
"Excuse me!" One of the applicants– a bespectacled teenage boy with blue hair– exclaimed as he stood up, a spotlight shining on him. "The form says that there are four villain types, but you've only listed three! If this is an oversight on UA's side of things, then I am greatly disappointed!" He stated.
"Who's this hard ass?" Katsuki whispered, getting a shrug from the twins.
"Oh, that." The voice hero hummed. "That's a zero pointer. Think of it as an obstacle in the exam for you to get around. You can fight it, but there's just no point." He explained.
"Oh. So that's what it is." Izuku nodded.

Meanwhile, Shoko was getting ready to undergo the recommendation exam. She wasn't alone, given the others that were with her.
"Hey, you're Endeavor's daughter, right?" A rather boisterous teen questioned as he faced a stretching Shoko. "I'm Inasa Yoarashi, it's nice to meet you." He smiled, holding out a hand to shake hers.
"Hm, you seem interesting." The two toned girl hummed as she shook his hand. "I'm Shoko." She introduced herself before he could say anything.
As the two shook hands, Inasa immediately noticed the engagement ring on the girl's right hand.
"Wait, you're engaged to someone?" He blinked in surprise.
"Yes, my childhood friend and I entered an arranged marriage ten months ago." Shoko nodded. "Needless to say, I'm happy with the outcome." She added with a small smile.
"Most people usually weren't thrilled with arranged marriage, from what I've read, but I guess you're good where you are." Inasa shrugged.
"You have no idea." The two toned girl smiled as she and the other students got into position.
What Shoko and the rest of the recommended students were doing was essentially a race to the finish, but the caveat was that they could use their quirks to expedite the process if they were able.
"On your marks! Get ready!" Mic called as he was the umpire while the other students were busy with the written exam. "GO!" He called.
Immediately, Shoko was off, leaving an ice path in her wake. Inasa followed close behind.
'She's making an ice path to move forward? Nice.' He thought before smirking. 'But I can do better!' He added as he made a high power wind blast to pass the two toned girl.
'Wind powers, interesting.' Shoko thought as she watched her opponent. 'But his travel form is sloppy, not nearly as fluid and finessed as Izuku's.' She amended mentally, finding the boy's use of his power to be inferior to her fiancé's.
Still, it did get him first place in the end, not that it mattered to Shoko.
She passed, that's all that mattered.
"Hey, that was a great job you did out there!" Inasa exclaimed as he approached Shoko, who dodged his attempt at a shoulder hug.
"Don't." The girl told him, weaving away.
"What? I'm just trying to be friendly." He said in confusion.
"I can see that, but I already have a fiance, so I'd rather he be the only one to show me such affection." She told him in response.
"Okay, that's fair." The wind using teen conceded with a nod.

Meanwhile, Izuku was currently lounging on his spear's floating pillow form while everyone waited for the practical exam to start, which was actually taking a bit.
"Oh man, this is boring…" The Grizzly Sin yawned.
The boy was wearing a similar outfit to what he had on as a kid, blue pants, a blue shirt with a similarly colored hoodie that had orange on it. It also allowed most to see the grizzly tattoo on his leg.
"Tell me about it." A new voice chimed in agreement, causing Izuku to turn and see a boy his age with messy purple hair and a tired look on his face. He actually looked kinda pale. His attire was just a purple tracksuit with black shoes.
"So, a fellow long nap enjoyer, I take it?" The boy noted, rolling over onto his stomach to face his new acquaintance. "Name's Izuku, the Grizzly Sin of Sloth." He added as he introduced himself.
"Hitoshi Shinso, and yeah, I do enjoy a good nap." The purple haired teen nodded in reply as he introduced himself. "Sloth, huh? Seems like you enjoy pretty much just naps, then." He added in a jabbing tone.
"Ha ha, very funny." The boy deadpanned. "I'll have you know it's because my quirk is similar to the original Eighth Fairy King's Harlequin's power, because my family traces itself back to him." He added.
"I find that hard to believe." Shinso said skeptically.
Izuku simply just gave him a deadpanned look as he snapped his fingers, causing his pillow to become Chastiefol, which pointed itself directly at Shinso's face while Izuku was laying on the spear's shaft.
"You were saying?" He asked rhetorically.
"Point made." Shinso conceded with wide eyes.
It was then that the exam started.
"Hey Shinso, you have a combat quirk?" Izuku questioned as he surfed on his spear while the boy ran next to him.
"No. Just one that lets me hypnotize people when they respond to certain things I say." The boy replied, and seemed like he was bracing for insults.
"Huh, that could come in handy for getting panicking civilians under control." The Grizzly Sin remarked, much to Shinso's surprise. "Actually now that I think about it, I remember seeing a crowbar over by that dumpster." He noted. "It's not a quirk but it's better than nothing." He added, right as two one pointers rounded the corner while Shinso grabbed the crowbar.
"I think I'll stick with you. It feels healthier for me that way." The hypnotist stated.
"Good move." Izuku nodded as the bots charged.
The teen leapt over the robot from his spear, causing it to bend and snap back with enough force to slice the robot in two through the waist.
Meanwhile, Shinso used his weapon to jam the robot's wheel, causing it to fall over—before he took the prying end and stabbed the bot through the head.
(Elsewhere)
Meanwhile, with Izumi, she was using her wind manipulation to send sharp winds to cut down any robots that came her way.
She wasn't sure who else was in her area other than Ochako, she hoped the brunette was doing okay.
Creating a gale force wind, she blew several robots into a building, causing the building to collapse on top of them, earning her more points.
"This feels almost too easy since I can cut loose." She mused aloud. "Knowing Katsuki, he's having a ball with this." She chuckled.
As she made her way to find more robots, she soon found herself near what looked to be an exact recreation of a wedding boutique—causing the girl to become distracted by her reflection lining up perfectly with one of the dresses—making it look like she was wearing it almost.
"Damn, I look good." She grinned as she examined her reflection, her mind then imagining Katsuki standing beside her in the tuxedo that was displayed… Before a three pointer threw a chunk of concrete at the display, destroying it—and interrupting her fantasy. "... Robots gonna die today!" She yelled angrily in displeasure.
She then proceeded to destroy the three pointer and then went over to inspect the damage, and found that the clothes were miraculously intact.
"… Wonder if the school will let me have these…" She wondered—right as the ground began to rumble.
She looked around in surprise before a giant shadow fell over her, causing her to turn and look up… And see the zero pointer looming over her.
"... What kind of budget does this school have?!" Izumi wondered in disbelief. "Actually if they can afford tailored clothes to display in stores, I really shouldn't be surprised." She amended as she prepared to retreat…
"Help!" Someone cried in pain.
Whipping her head around, the verdette saw Ochako pinned under some rubble–and the Zero Pointer wasn't slowing down.
"Ah shit, not good!" She cursed. "No time to think, gotta act now!" She exclaimed as she flew up to the Robot's face and started to push herself. "Alright One for All, help me here!" She begged as the power coursed through her. "Gale Force Wall!" She yelled as a massive F5 Tornado erupted in between the other students and the robot—sending them flying back and even ripping several buildings off the ground.
It even started to drag in the struggling zero pointer, tearing off plates from all over its chassis before it was fully taken by the tornado and torn obscured from view. It even had the added effect of freeing Ochako.
The giant robot was launched into the air and sent flying back, collapsing to the ground in a dead heap.
Izumi grinned at what she had just done, but the triumph was short lived as she felt herself start swaying.
"Ooh… Too much power…" She groaned before collapsing to the ground and falling unconscious.
(Elsewhere)
Meanwhile back with Izuku, he was now using Chastiefol's increase form to skewer multiple robots at once while Shinso was using his acquired crow bar to either hook, stab, impale, or smash the heads of any robots he could get.
Swapping his spear to its bear form, he had it wrestle a three pointer and grapple another one and toss it to the ground, allowing Shinso to smash it.
The boy was about to thank Izuku for the assist—only for the ground to start trembling.
"Oh great, now what?" Shinso groaned before the zero pointer of the zone rose up and looked down at everything. "... Uh, I think it's time for us to go, don't you?" He gulped nervously.
Izuku was silent as he saw that a few of the applicants were having trouble getting away from the beast and were on the verge of getting trampled, however—that was when he noticed that the robot was rusted in a spot.
Turning Chastiefol into its spear form again, he floated up to the bot's face, and looked it right in the eye, like he meant business.
"Status: Promotion." He intoned as he snapped his fingers.
SNAP
And within seconds—the robot started to oxidize rapidly and rust at an accelerated rate as he floated to the ground.
However, right as the Grizzly Sin returned to ground level, the head of the giant robot fell from the main body before it could rust away entirely… And was falling in Izuku's direction.
Shinso saw this and widened his eyes in alarm.
"MOVE!" He yelled, tackling Izuku out of the way just in time for the head to hit the ground.
"Urg… Thanks." The Sin of Sloth groaned as he slowly got back up.
"Don't mention it…" Shinso groaned as he rolled onto his back, exhausted.
The two of them seriously needed a nap right now…

A week later, the Midoriya twins were eating dinner with Inko while they waited for their results to show up.
They decided to have dinner together as a family since they'd been spending a lot of time with their respective significant others for the past ten months and hadn't done much as a family since then.
"Do you two think you did well enough to get in?" Inko asked her kids.
"I am well aware of how many robots I trashed. I'm pretty confident in my score." Izuku replied casually.
"Same." Izumi nodded as they kept eating.
It was a minute or before Inko spoke again, which actually let her children fall into a false sense of security that they wouldn't get teased…
But parents were rarely that courteous.
"Are you two going to tell me when you and your fiancés are planning your weddings?" Their mother asked with a smirk, causing both of them to nearly start choking.
"Damn it, mom! Don't do that!" The Grizzly Sin coughed.
"At least wait until we swallow our food!" Izumi added with her own cough.
"Well? What's the answer?" Their mother questioned.
"Ideally after our first year is up." Izuku replied after taking a moment to down some water.
"Or sooner if we can't wait any longer." Izumi added.
"I think I know a good place for you all to have a double wedding." Inko smiled. "It's actually where Hisashi and I got married." She added wistfully.
"Where would that be?" Izumi questioned.
"A shrine in front of Mt. Fuji in Honshu, it's a shrine to Amaterasu that is a sacred wedding spot." The woman replied.
"I'll share the details with Shoko. Izumi, you do the same with Katsuki." Izuku told his sister.
"You got it." The girl nodded. "Thanks mom." She smiled.
"Yeah. Thanks." Izuku smiled.
"Happy to help." Inko smiled.
(Later)
Meanwhile, at the Todoroki household, Shoko was currently eating dinner with her siblings Fuyumi and Natsuo—her father currently being at his office for another late night of work.
"So… Shoko, how's your apartment been treating you so far?" Fuyumi asked, attempting to break the awkward silence that hung in the room.
"Very good, and it helps that Izuku has been much better as my fiance than I could've hoped for." The two toned girl replied with a small smile.
"I can tell. He's really been a great influence on you." Fuyumi nodded, seeing the signs.
"I still can't believe you actually went along with it." Natsuo stated rather bluntly. "I mean, after how it ended up with us? Are you sure this is a good idea?" He questioned, again, frankly and with a blunt delivery.
"... Are you seriously thinking that Izuku will turn out like our so-called father?" Shoko deadpanned right back at him.
"Well, no. I mean—from what I can remember about the kid when he used to hang out with us—he seemed alright. A bit aloof and lazy, but a nice guy." Her brother replied. "But… you have to admit, people can change if enough happens to them, and… He did witness what happened to Touya first hand, if what he said wasn't just trauma coping." He continued. "So he could've turned out any number of negative ways since we last saw him, ya never know." He added.
"Well he seems okay, so I think he got some counseling at some point after that incident." Shoko stated with a sigh.
Said incident was when Touya had snapped and actually tried to kill Shoko in a burst of insanity, but got forced back. Then his quirk overclocked and he incinerated himself on a hill when Enji didn't meet him when he asked weeks later—All that was left was a jawbone.
Izuku had been traumatized by the ordeal since he was visiting at the time. From what Shoko had seen, it looked like Inko had addressed that.
"Well, how is Izuku anyway? Why don't you bring him or his sister by?" Fuyumi asked as the three continued their dinner of soba.
"Maybe after the first day of UA is over for us. We can talk then." Shoko replied. "Though that's if I can get Katsuki to let Izumi go long enough for that. He's gotten really possessive of her ever since they got together." She added with a small chuckle.
"Katsuki, you mean that loudmouthed, foul tempered, asshole Pomeranian with the explosive sweaty palms?" Natsuo questioned.
"Yep. Izumi got together with him, and I can tell that not only does he have no intent of letting her go, she's okay with that being the case." Shoko confirmed. "I guess their relationship is deceptively functional, or something like that." She mused.
"Sounds like it." Fuyumi nodded. "They have any favorite foods?" She asked.
"Izuku likes Katsudon, Izumi is a fan of Yakisoba with cabbage and extra pickled red ginger, and Katsuki likes anything spicy." The two toned girl replied. "So he might like your mapo tofu." She continued. "I tried to get Izuku to try the cold soba you gave me the recipe for… but he didn't like it." She frowned, picking at her food. "Is my cooking that bad?" She muttered.
"I don't think so." Fuyumi frowned. "Maybe he prefers his soba warm?" She offered.
"Yeah, I guess so… I mean, he eats everything else I cook." Shoko admitted.
"Heh, looks like you got him hooked." Natsuo chuckled.
"I think you might be right." Shoko giggled.
"Well, at least Izuku didn't turn out badly." The [other] two toned girl in the room chuckled. "… actually one more thing." She amended. "I know it's a touchy subject, but are you planning on seeing mom again? I mean, I'm sure she'd like to see you again, and see how you've been doing." She asked. "Not to mention, if you and Izuku do get married, don't you think he should meet his future mother in law?" She questioned.
"... I'm not ready to see her again yet." Shoko sighed, and her breath actually sounded shaky. "Izuku's mentioned seeing you guys again for a while now, especially since we started living together." She explained. "But… I don't think I'm ready, I need to sort some things out first." She admitted.
"Let us know if you need someone to talk to." Natsuo told her.
"Thanks, Natsu." Shoko nodded with a smile. "… But yeah, I'll see if Izuku can get his sister, mom and Katsuki to come over for dinner after the first week of school is over." She told Fuyumi.
"I'll be sure to get a full menu ready!" The older woman beamed.
(Elsewhere)
Meanwhile with the Bakugo family, Katsuki was having dinner with his mom and dad, with the topic of the Pomeranian's engagement to Izumi being the discussion of the day.
"You seriously couldn't have waited until your second year at least?" Mitsuki remarked.
"Don't give me that ya hag, you came onto dad damn near the first day on the job!" The boy snapped.
"He's got you there, sweetie." Masaru chimed with a chuckle since Mitsuki had indeed done that.
"Okay, fine, so ya got engaged to Izumi." The Bakugo matriarch sighed. "When's the wedding?" She questioned.
"Either after our first year or before that. Depends on how things go." The boy replied, right as his phone went off. "What the—?" He muttered, checking his phone, seeing that he got a text from Izuku, Izumi and a number he didn't recognize in a group chat.
"What is it?" Masaru questioned.
"Texts from Izuku and Izumi along with someone else I don't have a number for." The explosive teen replied.
"What's it about?" Mitsuki questioned.
"Hold on…" The boy said as messages came in.
Izumi: Sweetie, mom just told me and Izuku about hers and dad's wedding spot. It sounds like the kind we'd go for.
Katsuki: Where is it?
Izumi: The Amaterasu Shrine in Honshu, the one in front of Mt. Fuji.
Izuku: It's also where Shoko and I will have our wedding. Speaking of which, she has something she wants to say.
Figuring that was likely the unknown number, Katsuki opened it up and saw what it said.
Shoko: Katsuki, I'd like you, Izuku and Izumi to come to my house for dinner after our first day at UA is over. It's been a while since Fuyumi and Natsuo have seen you.
Katsuki: … Who? I don't really keep track of every extra I meet.
Shoko: My brother and sister.
Katsuki: Oh, them. Alright, sure.
Izumi: Extras? Really? Katsuki they're going to be our in laws, the least you can do is not be so self centered.
Izuku: I'm pretty sure hoping for that is an exercise in futility, sis.
Shoko: I have to agree with that.
Katsuki just chuckled, confusing his parents.
"What's up?" Mitsuki questioned.
"Pretty sure half and half just invited me to dinner with her family." He replied. "I wouldn't be surprised if the whole family is next." He added.
"When?" Mitsuki questioned.
"After our first day at UA is over." The boy replied. He knew for a fact he was getting in, and if his instincts were right, the others were too.
"Alright, when can we expect to be invited? Or Inko for that matter?" She asked.
"No idea." The Pomeranian shrugged as he continued eating his food, deciding to end the conversation there.
(Timeskip)
It was later on and Izuku had finally made it back to his apartment, where he soon found Shoko waiting for him on the couch with Snoopy in her lap.
"Did I miss anything while I was out?" He asked.
"Well, our UA letters showed up." The two toned girl replied. "I found out I got in, but I don't know about you. Your's is sitting right there on the coffee table." She added, pointing at the coffee table where his letter was indeed waiting for him.
"Let's see." Izuku nodded as he sat down with his fiancé, and opened his envelope, and instead of turning on the holo disc, he decided to just read the letter itself.
"What's it say?" Shoko asked, looking over his shoulder while Snoopy licked his owner's cheek.
"... I got in." Izuku said simply. Sure, it was a big deal, but no reason to get overhyped about it.
He then got a text from Izumi.
Izumi: I got in! And All Might is a Teacher at UA!
"Huh?" Izuku muttered as he and Shoko looked at each other, before the boy decided to turn on the holo disc.
"Boo yah! I am here as a projection now!" The symbol of peace exclaimed.
"… Oh." The two uttered in unison.
Seeing no need to listen to the whole thing, Izuku turned it off. He already knew he got in anyway.
"... Do we still have that champagne bottle?" Izuku asked after a beat passed.
"And leftover fried chicken, rice and gyoza." The girl nodded.
"Then let's celebrate!" The Grizzly Sin grinned as he went to the kitchen with Shoko and Snoopy following him.
It was time for a celebratory dinner…
Dragon Emperor0: Hey guys, sorry for the wait but here's the next chapter of this story, and as you can see, we decided to add a bit of family moments towards the end of the chapter because I don't think we've done that as of yet. Especially since it'll be important to know how the Todorokis feel about Shoko's situation.
ThermalsniperN7: Yeah. Getting Natsuo and Fuyumi's perspectives seems like it'd be important. Otherwise, things would feel off. We even decided to put Touya in Helbram's shoes… Boy, that situation is gonna be absolutely ugly when it's revealed that he's alive…
Dragon Emperor0: Yeah. Additionally, take note of why we decided to put Shinso with Izuku, that'll be very important when the full class is revealed. We have a twist in mind.
ThermalsniperN7: Yeah, and honestly, we would've done it sooner if not for certain reasons. Anyway, see you guys next time.
