Inside the UFO, the Spectre Sisters were all in the main room, primping and preening themselves in front of their mirrors, applying various make-ups. It was a hot day in Juuban as they tried their best to deal with the heat.
"Goodness. It sure is hot today," commented Berthier as she fanned herself.
Petz had just finished applying lipstick on her lips and was pleased with how good she looked and wanted to show it off.
"What do you think of my new lip gloss?" Petz asked her sisters. "I'm planning to make the color of death all the rage this summer. What do you think?
Berthier came over to inspect. "Why, it's simply lovely, Sister," she said. "Black is the color of darkness, so that makes it all the more delicious, being the color of mourning and is so full of sin."
Calaveras was over at her mirror, putting the finishing touches on her ribbon. "With this ribbon, I will run any man into my willing slave," she said proudly.
"If you ask me, gold is too bright a color for you, Calaveras," said Koan. "And you've got your mascara on too thick. I think you need to rethink your make-up."
Calaveras felt insulted. "You know, Koan, as the youngest of us, you shouldn't be so cocky," she spoke scornfully. "Besides, you're the one that needs to rethink her image. Why are you wearing that striped bodysuit in this heat, anyway? Are you trying to hide some blotchy skin or something? Or maybe Sailor Mars' flames weren't hot enough for you to learn from your mistakes?"
Now Koan was cross. "That was mean! I demand an apology!" the purplenette snapped.
Calaveras smirked as she humphed haughtily as she and Koan glared grimly at each other. At that moment, Rubeus entered the room.
"That's enough, both of you!" Rubeus ordered. "This isn't the time to be fighting amongst yourselves, nor is it the time for obsessing over fashion. I've finally come up with a way to lure out the Rabbit."
All the sisters then stood at attention, immediately listening. "Please tell us!" the Spectre Sisters said.
"As I recall correctly, the Rabbit is deathly afraid of thunder and lightning," explained Rubeus.
"I get it! The flashes of lightning and the rumble of thunder will scare the energy right out of her!" said Petz. "And once she runs outside in the open, we'll eliminate her!"
"Exactly," smiled Rubeus.
"I have just the droid for the job, Master Rubeus," said Petz. "So, if you don't mind, allow me to handle this one."
And Petz disappeared from the room, stepping out of the UFO via a mirror.
When she was outside, she went to the top of Juuban Tower, the highest in the entire city. Once she was there, she put a finger in the middle of her forehead, touching her crescent mark, and summoned her power as a dark gray cloud loomed over the tower.
"Now, I summon you forth, Droid Furaiki!" Petz commanded.
And out from the clouds in a flash of lighting, Furaiki came forth. She was a woman with gray skin with long silver hair, wore a one-strap dress and wristbands, each red and blue. She also had a drum strapped to her as she held a pair of long jacks, which served as drumsticks.
"Now, Furaiki, use your rumble of thunder and flashes of lightning to lure out the Rabbit!" Petz ordered. "Wreak havoc on the Juban District by making it rain and thunder!"
Furaiki obeyed by slamming her drum, making sparks and lightning fly out. The clouds spread even further in the sky, blanketing all of Juuban until it went completely dark. Lightning raged, and thunder rumbled as it started to rain.
Around that time, Usagi was running for the Tsukino residence as fast as her legs could carry her, desperately trying to get out of the rain.
"Oh, man! This wind and rainstorm sure came up fast!" Usagi panted. "Wonder why all of a sudden?!"
At that moment, a loud clap of lightning shook the skies, and Usagi was so startled and frightened that she jumped practically three feet. She then dashed for home as fast as her legs could carry her.
Soon enough, she arrived home, and she was getting the water out of her shoes.
"Mom! I'm home!" Usagi called. "And get me a towel while you're at it, please!"
But instead of her Mom, Luna came up to her instead. "She's not here, Usagi. It's just been Shingo and me."
"Why not?" wondered Usagi. "Where did she go?"
"It looks like you forgot what she told you during breakfast," said Luna. "Your mother went shopping with a friend today. She also mentioned that she won't be back home till the evening."
"In that case, Luna, you need to get me a towel!" cried Usagi. "I'm soaking wet!" Then she grinned. "I'm soaking wet, and you're my pet, and I'm a real "Pretty Wetty"! How's that?!"
Usagi then snickered at her joke while Luna sighed.
"How about you're acting like a big drop with your silly buns?" Luna countered. "Anyway, now isn't the time for that. You need to get your raincoat on and go to Juuban Elementary right away."
"Why do I need to do that?" puzzled Usagi.
"Because Chibiusa hasn't come home from her swimming class yet," said Luna.
At that moment, another boom of lightning cracked, and Usagi let out a yelp of fright.
"I don't want to go!" Usagi wailed as she trembled. "I can't stand thunder and lightning! Make Harusuke do it!"
"I would have if I could, but Harusuke's gone too," said Luna. "He was heading for Downtown to run some errands, so it looks like it's going to have to be you."
"But I don't want to! I don't want to! I don't want to! No way! No way! No way!" Usagi cried, practically throwing a tantrum.
Luna then sighed. Despite her brontophobia, she could tell that this would take a long time to convince the odango blonde.
At Juuban Elementary, all the children were waiting to be picked up by their parents at the side entrance. Most of them had gone home already, and now only three of them remained, Chibiusa, another little girl named Kaoru, and a little boy named Yoshio. They were all worried about their parents, wondering if they were running late. At that moment, another clap of lightning struck, causing Kaoru and Yoshiro to start crying, feeling scared.
Chibiusa tried to calm them down. "It's okay. We're all safe here," she reassured.
At that moment, a young woman arrived who was, of course, Kaoru's mother.
"Sorry, I'm late, Kaoru," apologized her mom. "I'm here now."
Kaoru was relieved and ran straight for her mother, and they left the school. Now Chibiusa and Yoshio were the only kids left. Yoshio was still crying from being scared.
"Come on now. Stop crying and buck up," said Chibiusa. "You're a boy, aren't you? Besides, your dad will be here soon."
But Yoshio was still worried. Then a car pulled up to the school, and the door opened, revealing a young man at the driver's seat, which was Yoshio's dad.
"Come on, Yoshio! Let's get going!" called out Yoshio's dad. "Otherwise, you're going to be late for your cram class!"
Yoshio immediately ran to his father, feeling happy to see him. He got into the car and gave one last wave to Chibiusa, and it drove away. Now Chibiusa was the only one left. As the rain poured down, Chibiusa was now feeling sad and alone as she waited while hugging her Luna P close. Now she was feeling the one worried about not getting picked up and about to cry. At that moment, a young boy and his mother happened to be walking by.
"Mommy, can you buy me a tadpole?" the boy asked.
"A tadpole, huh?" wondered his mother. "Well, I'm not sure. Let's ask your father when we get home, okay?"
As Chibiusa watched them, she couldn't help but feel envious of the two as she began to reflect on her memories with her parents. She could remember how her parents would let her play about in the rain, which made her feel even sadder and afraid.
Then suddenly, another clap of thunder boomed throughout the skies. Chibiusa was so startled that she took off running from the school and into the pouring rain wailing from sadness and fright without a moment's hesitation.
Usagi was now out in the pouring shower running to Chibiusa's school as fast as she could while carrying a raincoat for Chibiusa. She didn't want to be out and about like this. However, she knew she had to despite her feeling scared.
"Now it's coming down!" complained Usagi. "I just hope I can get back in time before more lightning strikes!"
Unfortunately, as if Mother Nature was scorning her, thunder boomed once again, and Usagi let out another frightened shriek as she continued to run.
Soon enough, Usagi arrived at Juuban Elementary, but she went inside; she was surprised to see that there was no one around.
"Hey, Chibiusa!" Usagi called. "Where are you?! I'm here to pick you up!"
There was no answer.
"That's odd," Usagi murmured to herself. "Did Chibiusa already go home?"
She decided to be sure by looking around the school. She searched all around, trying to find any sign of the odango pinkette. However, she couldn't find her anywhere. Feeling a bit worried, she went to a payphone just outside the school's gates and called the house. Shingo then answered from the other line.
"Hello? Tsukino residence," answered Shingo.
"Hey, Shingo. It's me, Usagi," said the odango blonde.
"Oh, of course, it's you, stupid Usagi!" complained Shingo rudely. "What do you want?"
"Is Chibiusa home yet?" asked Usagi. "I went to her school and haven't seen any sign of her. I've been looking for about twenty minutes already. I was hoping that she went home already."
"She isn't here, so she's not home," said Shingo snarkily. "So, I guess you're going to have to go look for her like a good sister should."
The line went dead with a click, and Usagi glared crossly at the receiver.
"Some help you are, Shingo!" Usagi muttered.
Not only that, but now she was feeling more worried about Chibiusa than before.
"Chibiusa, where could you have gone off to?" Usagi wondered.
She then put her coat back on and stepped out into the pouring rain to search for Chibiusa. She hadn't gone very far, rounding a corner, when she unexpectedly bumped into someone who was coming from the opposite direction.
"I'm sorry!" apologized Usagi. "I wasn't looking where I was going and-"
However, as she looked up, Usagi was surprised to see that the person she had bumped into was none other than Mamoru.
"Why are you out in this rain?" Mamoru asked, who was just as surprised. "Did something happen?"
"Mamoru, listen to me. It's Chibiusa!" Usagi explained with a hint of panic. "I can't find her anywhere!"
Mamoru gasped. "You mean she's gone missing again?!" he asked, concerned.
Then thunder cracked in the sky, and Usagi was so frightened that she immediately leaped into Mamoru for protection. Time seemed to stop at that moment as the two stayed like that for a few seconds. Then Mamoru realized what he was doing and gently pulled away from Usagi.
"Look, don't get the wrong idea. There's nothing between us anymore," Mamoru spoke quietly. "But right now, finding Chibiusa is more important. So let's go find her."
Usagi felt hurt. "So, you're giving me the cold shoulder, but you want to help just because Chibiusa's involved?" Usagi asked bitterly. "Is that how it is?"
"Don't say things like that! She's just a kid!" Mamoru spoke firmly. "She must be feeling helpless and scared in this thunder and rain, so of course, I'm worried about her, and we can't waste any time! So let's go find her!"
"R-Right," Usagi replied.
As the two started running, beginning their search, Usagi couldn't help but smile as she watched Mamoru in front of her.
"Mamoru, you're so kind even if you keep pushing me away," Usagi thought. "And that's why I'll always love you no matter what."
Simultaneously, while inside a cafe on the second floor of the mall, Ami and Makoto watched them, a bit surprised to see the two.
"Well, this is unexpected," said Makoto. "I thought Usagi and Mamoru still weren't talking to each other. You think Mamoru's changed his mind?"
"It could be," said Ami. "But I think they should spend their time studying rather than running around together in the rain."
Makoto could only look at the bluenette with some disdain. Then, Rei and Minako entered the cafe and saw the two.
"Ami. Makoto. What are you two up to?" asked Rei as she and Minako came over.
"Nothing much," replied Makoto. "I saw Ami and decided to join her for some lunch. What about you two?"
"I was trying to dodge this rain when I ran into Minako," explained Rei.
"Same with us," said Ami. "I ducked in here waiting for the rain to let up, and while I waited, I figured I'd take this opportunity to study my English, Math, English, Science, and Social Studies.
"And that's when we ran into each other," Makoto laughed awkwardly.
Rei and Minako then took their seats at their table.
"It's sure is strange how things happen," said Rei.
"Yeah, we always seem to run into each other like it's destiny," added Minako. "But we are missing two certain somebodies."
"Oh, come on, Minako. We don't need Usagi," said Rei. "If it were Harusuke, that'd be a different story."
"You guys talking about me?" said a voice. "You know it's rude to talk about someone behind their back without them knowing."
The girls then looked up, and standing there was Harusuke, his hair all wet and his clothes.
"Yikes. It looks like you got hit with the rain pretty hard, Harusuke," said Makoto. "Didn't you bring an umbrella?"
"I would have if I had known it was going to rain," said Harusuke. "But I didn't expect a big thunderstorm to come out of the blue like this." He then grabbed a chair and sat down with the girls. "Mother Nature's sure being crazy today."
"By the way, Harusuke, Makoto was telling us that she and Ami saw Usagi and Mamoru in the rain together," said Minako. "Do you know anything about that?"
Harusuke was surprised. "No. It's news to me. Why on Earth would those two be together after the fallout they had?"
The girls either shook their heads or shrugged, not having the slightest clue. Then Harusuke let out a tiny sneeze as he shivered.
"Man, one minute it's hot, and the next I'm freezing because of the rain?" Harusuke chattered. "I'd wish this weather would clear up already. I need to warm up with some tea or something."
"Why don't you warm up with a latte?" suggested Rei. "It'll warm you up, and it's delicious too."
"A latte?" puzzled Harusuke. "I don't think I've ever had one of those before."
Everyone stared at Harusuke dubiously with shock.
"You've never had a latte before?!" Rei cried. "In that case, you need one! I always went for one whenever I went on my dates!"
"But... I'm not sure if I should," Harusuke spoke. "I mean, I hardly ever drink that kind of stuff, and I should check on Usagi and see that she's doing okay."
"Oh, come on, Harusuke. I'm sure she's fine," said Rei. "Don't be such a worrywart. I promise you it'll be fine. Besides, you need to warm up, or else you catch a cold."
"I'd do as she says Harusuke," chuckled Minako. "Once Rei sets her mind on something, there's no use trying to resist."
Harusuke pondered for a moment. Then he gave in. "Oh, alright. Maybe I'll try one cup."
Outside, just below them, Chibiusa was there taking shelter underneath a hallway, still feeling lonely and scared as she hugged Luna P tightly. As she sat there crouching, she saw another mother, her child walking by in the rain.
"Mommy, I'm hungry," the child said. "Will we get home soon?"
"Of course, we will," said her mother. "I'll make you some pancakes when we get home."
"With chocolate pudding and custard?" the child asked eagerly.
The child's mother smiled. "Sure. Why not?"
Chibiusa now missed her parents more than ever, making her feel even more alone. Then an idea came into her mind as she pushed on the nose of Luna P. Its left eye lit up and changed like a display screen, and an image popped up. It appeared to be something human, but it was pretty fuzzy.
Chibiusa was relieved as she dug into her shirt and took out her golden key. "Puu! You're there! Thank goodness!" she said happily. "I want to go back to my mommy again. So let me use this key to go back to my mommy and daddy."
"Now, now. You mustn't get sentimental," The being known as Puu said gently. "That key may allow you to travel back in time, but you mustn't use it impulsively. It's way too dangerous."
"But I want to go back to them!" protested Chibiusa, her eyes filling with tears.
"I know much you miss your parents, but to save your mother, you need to find the Silver Crystal," said Puu. "Which means you have to stay in this world a little longer. I promise you that you will be happy once the enemy is defeated once again. However, you must be strong and patient as you wait for that time to come."
Before Chibiusa could say anything more, Puu disappeared from the display, leaving her alone once again. At that moment, a loud crackle of thunder shook the mall. Chibiusa was so scared that she ran inside the mall, and at that point, she couldn't take it anymore.
"I don't want to be here! I wanna go home!" Chibiusa wailed as she held her key into the air.
The key suddenly began to glow in bright light shining throughout the mall, rays of rainbow light also crisscrossing all over the place. Finally, after giving off one final burst of bright light, the key stopped glowing, but Chibiusa now found herself floating along with everything else inside. It seemed that instead of sending her back home, the key had turned off the gravity inside of the building.
"What's happening?!" Chibiusa wailed. "Why can't I go back to Daddy and Mommy?!"
Chibiusa grew all the more upset and frustrated as she began to cry, and just like before back when she first came here, her forehead began to glow brightly as a crescent moon mark appeared in the middle.
Back outside, Petz was hovering around the city, keeping an eye for any sign of Chibiusa. Then, she saw a tall bright pillar of light in the distance.
Petz smirked with triumph. "Found you, Rabbit."
At the same time, Furaiki flew from above, heading towards the direction of the light.
Usagi and Mamoru were still looking for Chibiusa not too far away from the mall. They could see the glowing pillar, and Usagi knew what it meant.
"That's Chibiusa, for sure!" Usagi cried as she took off, running towards the light.
Mamoru, sensing that Chibiusa was in danger, took off as well, but in another direction.
Chibiusa soon calmed down, therefore, making the light on her forehead die down as well. Suddenly, Furaiki came bursting through the window and saw Chibiusa. Upon seeing her, she struck her drum with her jacks a couple of times and unleashed a massive bolt of lightning at the girl. Chibiusa wailed with fright as she dodged the shocking attack just before it hit her while fleeing as fast as she could.
At the same time in the cafe, Harusuke and the girls were all floating inside, too, feeling quite taken aback.
"What the heck is going on here?!" cried Harusuke as he tried to keep himself upright.
"We're floating!" Makoto gasped as she hovered next to him.
"This is so weird!" Rei said as she floated upwards. As she did, she drifted right up Minako's skirt, blinding her. "Hey! What's going on?! I can't see!"
Minako's cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she desperately tried to keep her skirt down. "Rei, what are you doing?!"
Harusuke just so happened to look up at the two and couldn't help but blush too. Minako noticed this and glared embarrassingly at Harusuke.
"Harusuke! Don't look up, you pervert!" Minako snapped shrilly.
Harusuke immediately covered his eyes. "S-Sorry! I didn't mean to!" he cried.
Ami frantically floated around, trying to grab her textbooks so that they wouldn't get damaged, but then she happened to look out the window. What she saw instantly fascinated her. While everything inside was floating around, outside, nothing else had changed.
"This must be a physical anomaly!" Ami gasped, sounding impressed. "The only possible explanation is that Earth's gravity has suddenly stopped working but at the same outside! How fascinating."
"Ami, I know how much of a fan you are for science, but this is hardly the time for that!" Minako cried.
"Well, whatever this is, it's got me stumped," sighed Rei. "Not to mention, humiliating."
Makoto, who had finally gotten used to the environment, started swimming through the air, determined to get to the ground. "Must! Swim! Back! To the ground!" she growled.
"Nice idea, Makoto!" said Harusuke, as he began to swim too. "It's like swimming! Try to see if you can find something to anchor us, and-"
Then, Harusuke saw something. Frantically swimming out from an entrance not too far away was Chibiusa with Furaiki hot on her heels, swimming as well.
"Hey, guys! Look! It's Chibiusa!" yelled Harusuke.
"And she's got a Droid chasing her!" cried Minako.
Furaiki saw the five, whipped out a hairdryer, and unleashed a powerful gust of wind, sending the five flying into the wall, stunning and dazing them.
Usagi had arrived at the mall and saw the broken window where Furaiki entered. When she got inside, she began to float too. Then, realizing that there was trouble, she took out her brooch while ensuring no civilians were around.
"MOON CRYSTAL POWER MAKE UP!"
Transformation Sequence: Usagi
Usagi holds up the Crystal Star brooch as it opens, revealing the Silver Crystal inside. Usagi waved her hand on the Silver Crystal, and it flashed it a bright short burst of pink light emitting a chime. It does it a second time, and on the third, it shines brightly, enveloping Usagi in its glow. Usagi then holds the brooch above her head, suspending it in between her hands, drawing it to the center of her torso, flipping it once before placing it in the center of her chest. She then spins around a few times as the crystal begins to glow even brighter than before in pink light. She holds her hands up as a pair of wings spring forth from her back while pink ribbons come out from the crystal wrapping around Usagi's body, forming her leotard. The wings on her back disappeared as more pink ribbons wrapped around her arms and hands, creating white gloves and red boots around her calves and feet. As the blue skirt appears around her waist, one more pink ribbon ties at her back as she does a kind of spread-eagle motion with one leg up, a glowing moon symbol appearing on her forehead. Her tiara, earrings, choker, and ordango covers appear, and Usagi, now Sailor Moon, finishes with her signature pose.
Furaiki closed in for the kill on Chibiusa and the others, gathering up her power to fire another lightning bolt, as they began to come around, when suddenly -.
"Stop right there!" a voice yelled.
Furaiki looked behind her, and in the doorway of the hall behind her, while clinging to it so she wouldn't float away, was Sailor Moon. Chibiusa looked up and saw the guardian of the Moon and was surprised, for this was the first time she had seen her.
"So you're the one responsible for this sudden rain and thunder!" the guardian of the Moon said in a scolding tone. "Well, I'm putting an end to all of that! You have terrorized all the innocent people in this town, and that is unforgivable!"
"Wh-Who is that?" Chibiusa wondered.
"I am the Pretty Guardian who fights for love and justice, Sailor Moon!" she proclaimed. "So now, in the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!"
Furaiki immediately attacked using her hairdryer to unleash a powerful gust. Sailor Moon got blown back until she smacked into the wall.
"Sailor Moon!" gasped Rei, feeling worried for her.
"Hang in there, Sailor Moon!" cheered Chibiusa. "You can do it!"
Harusuke looked around, trying to see if there was anything he could do to help, when he saw a table floating by him.
Furaiki then banged on her drum, charging enough power and unleashing a powerful bolt of lightning, immensely shocking Sailor Moon, making her convulse and tremble in the aftermath.
"M-My body! It feels so numb!" Sailor Moon whimpered as sparks flew from her body. "I can't... feel anything."
Furaiki beat her drum again, making sparks fly out from her jacks as she closed in on the helpless guardian.
"Oh, no! She's going to finish her off!" cried Minako.
"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Harusuke yelled as he shot past the girls heading straight for the droid. He raised his leg, getting ready for a flying kick. "Hey! Sparky the ugly! Why don't you feel the thunder from this one?!"
He then gave a mighty kick and sent it flying towards her, only to have her destroy it instantly with a bolt of lightning. At that moment, a red rose came shooting down from above and pierced straight through Furaiki's drum causing it to explode, shocking Furaiki hugely. Everyone knew where that rose came from, except for Chibiusa, and looked up. Standing in an open window was Tuxedo Mask.
"When a drum correctly is played, it's a musical instrument that brings joy to people's hearts," said Tuxedo Mask. "However, using it as a weapon is a disgrace to musicians everywhere! You'd do better to play a fun, lively rhythm and dance to that instead!"
Furaiki, still stunned after being shocked, growled at Tuxedo Mask for getting in her way. Tuxedo Mask then looked across to Sailor Moon, who had recovered a bit.
"Sailor Moon! Do it now!" Tuxedo Mask yelled.
"Right! And thank you, Tuxedo Mask!" said Sailor Moon, as she summoned forth her Cutie Moon Rod aiming.
"MOON PRINCESS HALATION!"
She unleashed a powerful blast of light and sparkles at the droid, sending her outside crashing through the window, and destroying her.
As Furaiki's gem went flying outside, Petz, who happened to be there, caught it, her expression in a disappointed frown.
"Damn that, Rabbit," Petz cursed.
Berthier then appeared next to her. "Uh, oh. It looks like you failed, Big Sis Petz," she said. "What will you do now?"
"Nothing at all," said Petz. "Besides, that area is way too unstable and strange to fight in any way. So for now, I'm leaving."
Petz then disappeared in retreat with Berthier, following suit.
"Splendidly done as always, Sailor Moon," said Tuxedo Mask as he floated to the ground. "Good work."
However, as he tried to land, he happened to land on a stray can, which caused him to slip, causing him to float upwards spinning, which puzzled Sailor Moon.
"I don't understand what's happening," Sailor Moon spoke. "Why are we still floating?"
Chibiusa then floated over. "I'm so sorry. It's all my fault," she apologized.
"Wait a second. You're saying that you did this, Chibiusa?" asked Ami.
"But how can that be?" wondered Harusuke.
Chibiusa answered by taking out her key from her shirt, closing her eyes, clenching it, and concentrating, floating back to the ground. Then, the gravity returned to normal, and everyone else fell to the floor. Harusuke hit the ground first, along with Ami and Rei. Then Minako plopped right on top of Harusuke's back, and Makoto fell on top of her.
As everyone got back on their feet, Makoto immediately went to Chibiusa, trying to take her necklace.
"Alright, so what's this all about?" demanded Makoto. "Let me see it."
"Let me go!" cried Chibiusa as she tried to get away from her. "All I wanted to do was just go home again!"
"Go home?" repeated Rei. "If that's the case, then where do you live, Chibiusa?"
"Where my mommy and the others are, of course!" replied Chibiusa.
"Well, where exactly would that be?" wondered Ami.
"You can tell us," added Makoto. "Just tell us where you came from."
"Yes, Chibiusa, please tell us," said Sailor Moon. "If you're honest with us, then we can help you. Please trust us."
"That's right. We all care about you, and we want to keep you safe," said Minako gently. "After all, that's what friends do."
Chibiusa then looked at Sailor Moon and remembered what Puu told her about finding the Silver Crystal, but she still felt unsure. Then Harusuke spoke up, gently prying Makoto's hand away from Chibiusa.
"Now, hold on, everyone. I think that's enough," Harusuke spoke gently. "It's no good to force an investigation, especially when it comes to Chibiusa. I get that you all want to help her, but we must understand that even Chibiusa has some things that she doesn't want to mention. If she wants to tell us, then she'll tell us when she's good and ready."
"I agree," said Tuxedo Mask. "So, let's leave it at this for today."
Chibiusa then looked across to Harusuke. Then she happily ran over to Tuxedo mask as he scooped her up in his arms. Sailor Moon felt a bit jealous, but she decided that it was fine, as long as Chibiusa was feeling better.
The sky was now clear, and Chibiusa walked with Tuxedo Mask as her escort. Usagi and the others watched from afar, the ordango blonde's cheeks puffed up in a grumpy pout.
"Good grief. That girl's gone and stolen away Tuxedo Mask from me," Usagi huffed. She then smiled. "I suppose this is okay. I mean, after all, the girl's been through a lot."
Harusuke gave Usagi an affectionate pat on her shoulder. "Atta girl, Usagi," he said proudly. "Way to be a mature person about this."
Then as Tuxedo Mask and Chibiusa walked just over the bridge, Chibiusa looked up and gasped with wonder.
"Look, Tuxedo Mask! A rainbow!" Chibiusa cried.
Sure enough, just above them was indeed a beautiful rainbow that seemed to sparkle in the evening sky. Usagi and the others saw it too, and everyone could agree that it was one of the most beautiful rainbows they had ever seen.
