Yeah, I couldn't wait. I just had to put it all down before I forgot. I won't be able to update like this often, but I will certainly try. Reviews and likes are much appreciated. Makes me want to try harder to satisfy. Please read onwards.

Akane let out a battle cry as she smashed a few concrete slabs. She had been training longer then normal and she was getting tired, her hands were also starting to hurt. She hissed a bit as a stinging pain throbbed in her hands and lower back. She had overdone it this time. But it had been a good stress reliver. For the past few days, her troubles had only seem to be getting worse. Akane was a lot quicker tempered and her mouth fired off every chance she got. Ranma of course was growing tired of it all and every time he asked for an explanation, she simply slapped him across the face and walked off in rage. Akane knew that Ranma wasn't intentionally doing anything on purpose, her stubbornness was preventing her from seeing reason. "Ugh, this is hopeless". She pushed her bangs out of her face. She wiped her sweaty brow before proceeding inside intending to wash herself after her workout.

"Akane is that you?" It was Kasumi. "Nee-chan?" She could hear her sister in the kitchen preparing dinner. "If you're going to take a bath you'll have to wait, Ranma isn't finished yet".

Her heart skipped a beat. Huh? Why did that sound so captivating? Akane bit her lower lip, she was feeling rather uncomfortable suddenly and hurried to her room. Closing the door behind her she was at a loss completely forgetting how sore she had been minutes ago. Akane hadn't really thought much in detail about her sudden interest in her fiancé. Well, she had tried, but always stopped herself before she got too deep. Akane didn't know if she was being cowardly or just resentful. She couldn't keep doing this, her guilty conscience was already driving her crazy enough as is. Akane took a few deep breaths, at least her heart was calm. She was about to think of something else when she heard a faint sound from down the hallway. Curious she opened her door and quietly walked towards the bathroom. Now that she was closer, she could hear humming. It was Ranma. Akane swallowed hard, she knew that he was showering and she should go back to her room and wait her turn. But the sound of his voice was mesmerizing to her.

'Snap out of it! Just walk away. This isn't right'.

Logically Akane knew that she needed to leave, but her growing curiosity was getting the better of her. Taking great care not to make any noise she moved a little closer and from the hazy glass door she could make out Ranma's figure.

It was only his silhouette of course, but it was more then enough to make her cheeks turn red.

'Now you've done it! He may come out any second and he'll think you're a peeping tom!'.

Akane wanted to groan in annoyance, but instead bit her inner cheek to prevent from making any sound. As long as the sound of running water lingered, she knew that she was safe. But that still didn't solve the issue of why she hadn't walked away yet. 'It's bad enough you watch him when he's training, now you want to see him bathing?! The hell is wrong with you!'. Her conscience was hounding her with rants. Akane was becoming increasingly aware that she wasn't acting like herself at all. She hadn't even worked up the courage to admit that she was in love with Ranma. She resisted the urge to scream bloody murder. This was getting way out of hand. Not wanting to get caught, she forced herself to turn around and walk back to her room. She was once again leaning against her door drowning in misery. She ran her hand down her face. "I don't know what's wrong with me…" she mumbled to herself. Akane took a moment to backtrack about what had been happening for a while. She was fully aware that at some point nature always took its course and played out the way it should. She wasn't a child anymore; she had become a woman.

Naturally as a woman, Akane was well aware about her body's changes. She had made the physical transition long ago. She also knew that men did the same thing, she was not oblivious to the laws of nature. Okay, so far so good. This was nothing new at all. She was a woman, a strong and independent woman. That part was crystal clear. For the opposite sex, Akane was aware that Ranma was not a boy, he was a man. Not including his girl form. Like her, he had also made the physical transition long ago. Akane tsked in annoyance, she had moved to sitting on the floor. Why was she suddenly going over the stages of growing up? It seemed rather pointless. Nonetheless Akane simply went with it, hoping that it would get her somewhere. She was a woman and Ranma was a man. There came a time in everyone's life when their bodies not only experience physical changes but mental changes as well. Akane nodded in her agreement in thoughts. But she still wasn't at the source of her behavior; not yet at least. She'd have to dive deeper to reach it. At least she was tranquil now, there was nothing at the moment to disturb her. Akane breathed slowly closing her eyes to keep her train of thought going.

'I know that I can find an explanation for all of this. I just need to keep chipping away at it until I find it'.

That's what she told herself but that was way easier said then done.

'Ranma…' Akane knew that her fiancé was the root of it all, but was that really true? It had to be right? She wasn't sure if that was correct. Maybe it wasn't entirely Ranma altogether. Maybe some of it was her fault. Akane twitched a brow, this didn't seem right but she pondered on it some more. It had been some time since Ranma came into her life and slowly but surely, Akane knew that her feelings for him a developed stronger and deeper. In her heart she knew that she was in love with him. But once again her pride wouldn't allow her to make a move. Perhaps that was why she was always fighting with him so much. It had become such a regular thing, that she never even thought twice about it.

Akane felt like she was getting closer, but she still didn't have the answers she wanted. She would've continued to ponder had a knock on her door nearly made her leap out of her own skin.

"Akane, hurry up or you'll miss dinner". It was Ranma's voice, he was standing outside her door. Akane clenched her fists in annoyance. She was making such progress too, getting her thoughts in order when her fiancé had to interrupt her. She heard his footsteps move away and she sighed in relief, she had quickly cleaned and clothed herself before joining the rest of her family for dinner. Her older sister's cooking was always tasty but Akane found that she didn't have the appetite to eat her meal. She was still angry at herself for not being able to get her thoughts in order. She was so caught up in her own little world that she barely noticed the chatter around her. At least not until Ranma spoke to her. "What's wrong Akane? You've barely touched your food". She shook her head not wanting to look at him "I'm not hungry".

"Akane has something been on your mind? It's not like you to be so quiet". "Tou-san I'm fine. I'm just not hungry right now".

Ranma raised an eyebrow at his fiancée; he had known Akane long enough to realize when something was bothering her. He had been trying to get her to talk with him for days no with no results. Seems as though he'd have to get to the bottom of this.

"I'm going to bed early. I'm rather tired, excuse me". She ignored her father telling her to come back and eat and walked to her bedroom. She closed her door and laid her body down on her bed. Her mental energy was drained from all that thinking earlier. She would have to think about it another time, she really wanted a few moments of peace but it seemed like that wasn't going to happen since she heard tapping on her window. Akane got up and walked over opening her window to see Ranma. Oh, great. As if it couldn't get any worse.

"What do you want?"

He let himself in. "I want you to tell me what's bothering you. You've been like this for days now".

"Are you worried about me?" He blushed "Stupid. I can't just sit back and see you like this. It's not you at all". Akane knew that Ranma was worried about her he just didn't want to admit it. It was strange even though he was fully clothed in front of her, she could still see the silhouette of his naked body and it was making her warm in her chest.

"Akane say something". She had almost forgotten he was there.

"I…I don't know". Ranma tilted his head to the side "What's that supposed to mean?" Akane fumbled with her hands. All of the sudden her room was feeling much to warm for her. "I can't explain it…but I'm going through something is all". She was thankful that she wasn't stuttering, that would've been too embarrassing. Ranma still looked confused "Why didn't you just tell me? I could help you out. That is if you really need it".

Akane blushed, feeling rather uneasy. How the hell was she supposed to tell him that she had been spying on him for weeks? That he was making her body act in strange ways without even doing anything at all.

Ranma moved a little closer and he noticed how she moved back. Weird. He wasn't sure what his fiancée was doing. "Come on, Akane it's me. Surely you trust me, right?". Her blushed deepened he was only a few feet away from her and he was driving her crazy. "It's not that it's…it's complicated". Akane let out an unexpected squeak when Ranma put his hand on her forehead and his other hand on his "Good no fever". She smacked his hand away "I'm not sick dummy!" Akane felt a rush of blood go through her body. He had touched her. He had actually touched her; she could've sworn that butterflies were flying in her stomach. It had been only a simple touch, but it was bringing back her dream from that night. She needed to stop herself before she accidently said something that she'd regret. Clearing her throat, she placed a hand on his shoulder. She was thankful that she wasn't shaking but she could feel the heat of his body and it took everything in her not to start daydreaming about her fiancé shirtless or completely naked.

"Ramna I'm just having a rough time is all. Girls have it tough as well. It's nothing to worry about. No need to get involved".

Her choice of words didn't convince him. He placed his hand over hers and she was amazed that she hadn't fainted by now. His strong hand over her dainty one was something to savor. If only she could. She was trying so hard not to let anything out of the ordinary show. "Alright, alright I get it. But could you at least tell me eventually". Ranma was staring into her eyes "I mean you don't have too. Not like it matter to me anyway but- ""Ok I will". Ranma was a bit taken back, now it was his turn to blush "Oh-sure, sure".

Akane sat down on her bed. "Ranma I'll be alright. Tell Kasumi that I'll eat later I just really want to get a good night sleep".

A quick nod and he was gone. Once she was sure that he wouldn't come back she exhaled a long sigh of relief. Holy shit that had been tough, much tougher that she thought. Why had she told him that? Akane rolled over on her bed, she hadn't meant to say that she'd tell him; at least not yet anyway. But now she felt like that she was backed up into a corner and she had no place left to go.

Akane was quick to change into her pajamas and attempted to fall asleep. This time she was truly going to put her mind at rest. From her bedroom window she heard Ranma grunting as he hit the wooden pole in the yard. Akane was quick to get up and walked over to her window pulling back the curtain just enough so that she could see him, but he couldn't see her. Even though the sun had already set, she could still see him clearly and she had a front row seat to the show. Akane watched him practice under the moonlight. It was dazzling. Her fiancé looked so refined and strong; she couldn't care about anything else right now. All her attention was on Ranma and she couldn't take her eyes off him. There didn't seem to be anyone else around, since he kept at it for some time. Akane was still watching him; cheeks flushed and heart beating fast. Once Ranma finally stopped she watched him stretch and those muscles became more defiant. The moon was full this night, and the tender beams of moonlight only made him seem to sparkle. Akane gave a small gasp as she watched him do something that she had never seen before. His hands untied his braid and he allowed his hair to flow freely. Having only seen it briefly one other time, Akane had no words. If he didn't look sexy before, he was definitely sexy now.

She had never actually seen Ranma's hair in such a free manner and it was longer than it looked, going down past his shoulders. Akane suddenly felt like the luckiest girl in the world, to catch her fiancé like this. An image came to her mind, she was running her fingers through his gorgeous locks in the throes of passion. Her blush grew and she bit her lower lip. Such a dirty thought, but a good dirty thought. She bit her lip harder; she wanted to caress him and feel every inch of him.

She quickly moved back a way when Ranma turned his head towards her bedroom window and she prayed that he hasn't seen her. When she looked back again, he was gone and she frowned a little. She wanted to see more.

'Stop thinking like that. It's not healthy'. She huffed in annoyance as she made her way to bed. This time she was determined to rest.

The next morning, she was feeling much better. Akane was extremely thankful that she hadn't had any wet dreams about Ranma. For the first in a long time, she was at peace. She didn't know how long she'd last but at least it was a temporary victory. Her stomach growled it's discomfort and she hurriedly made her way to the kitchen to eat. Kasumi was there. "Akane? Is there anything you'd like to talk about?" she asked as she slide her a plate of food she had made for her.

"Nothing at all". Akane was focused on her meal.

Kasumi had a worried look on her face, so she tried again "Akane perhaps it's something to do with Ranma?"

That seemed to have been the trigger because all of a sudden Akane's body grew tense for a brief moment but it was enough for Kasumi to take notice. The oldest of the Tendo daughters had always been keen to take notice if anything was wrong with her family. She knew that her little sister was stubborn and a bit prideful, but still as the older sister Kasumi knew that she needed to at try to talk with her. She waited for Akane to finish her meal and then walked with her to her bedroom. It was still early morning and everyone was still sleeping, so she knew that she needed to take this opportunity. Akane was confused as her big sister took her to her room and asked her to sit while she closed the door behind them.

"Nee-chan why did you bring me here?"

Kasumi took a second to choose the right words. "Akane I understand that you are not a child anymore".

Akane didn't know what her sister was talking about. "Nee-chan what do you mean?" Kasumi moved closer to sit beside her and took her hand. "I know that you are a woman now, and all women go through things that can sometimes be new and unsettling". Akane gave a nervous smile not liking where this was going. "Nee-chan, what are you saying exactly?".

Her older sister squeezed her hand "Akane, what are you feeling right now for Ranma?" the question left her dumbfounded. She couldn't answer right away. Her expression told Kasumi everything that she needed to know and she sighed a little. "I thought so".

Akane still didn't know what Kasumi was talking about. "Akane please don't take this the wrong way, but I believe that you're experiencing a change in the way you see Ranma". She was about to say something but Kasumi cut her off "All women go through this, you may be bit young, but it's perfectly natural. I think that you are starting to feel a desire for Ranma".

Akane gaped in surprise. Somehow everything her sister said made perfect and no sense at all. How the fuck was Kasumi so perceptive?!

"I've noticed your change in behavior whenever you are around Ranma. I believe that you are frustrated because you can't figure out what exactly it is you want. Yet at the same time, you want to know more and you're walking a thin line in between". Akane was astounded, but there no way her sister would know all of that right? "Nee-chan how did-""I have friends who have all went through the same thing. It's only something women can understand between each other". Alright, well that made sense. But still Akane was in denial about the whole thing. She wanted to believe that Kasumi was playing a joke on her but her older sister never lied or joked about anything. She squeezed her hand again "Akane, I will not get into your business, this is something that only you can figure out for yourself". Kasumi knew that Akane didn't always except things for the way they were, but she trusted that her little sister would figure it all out with time. "Remember Akane, this is all apart of the cycle of womanhood, so please try not to be so hard on Ranma. I will let you decide for yourself how you wish to proceed". Kasumi stood up and smoothed out her apron before leaving her room and Akane was left in shock. Never in a million years would she have guessed that Kasumi of all people would understand even a little. Akane was still in shock for a few minutes just sitting on her sister's bed. She snapped out of it when her other older sister Nabiki came into Kasumi's room, a smug smile on her face.

"I happened to overhear your little problem. My dear sweet little sister is growing up so fast".

Akane gritted her teeth "Nee-chan what are you planning?!" Nabiki only held her hands up in submission "Nothing. Nothing at all".

She didn't believe her. Knowing her older sister she was definitely up to something. Why did she have to hear everything! Nabiki was the last person Akane wanted to know her struggles about.

"Akane, I'll make a deal with you. I won't tell anyone about it, for 5000 yen".

She scowled, Nabiki was always like this; her love of money drove her to swindle and deceive people for her own benefit. Akane knew that Nabiki was testing her. If she failed to agree then she knew that the whole world would be talking about it. That's just the kind of person Nabiki was. "Nee-chan you're not fooling me". Her sister sighed "Alright fine, I'll make it 3000 yen that's my final offer". Akane knew that she was trapped, but she wasn't about to risk her older sister spilling the beans to everyone. She'd rather die then let that happen. Akane cursed under her breath as she reached into her pocket to hand over the money and Nabiki smiled in satisfaction. "Don't worry now Akane, your secret is safe with me. Pleasure doing business with you". She left her where she was and Akane was itching to beat the living day lights out her. Instead, she changed into her ki and began to smash as many concrete slabs as she could. Damn it all to hell! Her sister knew exactly what buttons to push to make her so unbelievably angry. She probably would've destroyed the whole house had her fiancé not made an appearance.

"Whoa, whoa! Take it easy there, champ". She growled lowly "Shut up!" She made to take a swing at Ranma who easily dodged it. "It's too early for killing. Though I guess for you that's a normal thing".

Akane swung at him again, her temper had taken over her and she couldn't control it. Ranma kept bouncing around her avoiding all her efforts to beat him into the dirt. At one point he managed to get behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist stopping her movements. Akane suddenly froze. "Sheesh, you're a real wild one. Calm down will you". She blushed immediately; he was holding her. Even though he was behind her she could feel her back pressed against him. Holly hell! Akane didn't know what to do. Her dream was coming back to her again. The sight of him from last night, it all flooded her mind.

Ranma hadn't let go yet "Akane easy now". His breath was on her ear and she almost believed that she was dreaming. "Ranma…" her blushed deepened. She nearly expected that his hands would start moving all over her, that he'd give her what she wanted. But reality always had ways of bringing you back.

"Saotome-kun it makes you feel so young again, seeing youngsters in love".

"Indeed Tendo-kun. It's like my youth is coming back. That's my boy!".

Their fathers had suddenly appeared and were cheering them on. Ranma's face turned pink and he turned to yell at them unaware that he was still holding Akane.

Akane was embarrassed. She couldn't believe that her dad and his dad, had to pop out of nowhere and say something. It was so trying, how they always did that. But at the same time, she was thankful that they had snapped her out of it.

"Tou-san you are horrible. It's nothing like that". Akane didn't bother to stick around and she made a beeline for the house, leaving Ranma to deal with everything who had once again gotten into a fight with his father.

Once out of sight Akane felt like she was going to scream and she quickly headed to her room and grabbed her pillow screaming into it with all her might. It wasn't even the middle of the day yet and she had already been through so much. Even after screaming she still didn't feel better "I need a bath". She marched to the bathroom and drew a hot bath for herself. Akane had hoped that she could get some alone time; she still needed to process everything that had just happened. As she drew her legs to her chest the first thing that came to mind was Kasumi's words. It made sense that since Kasumi was the oldest that she would have an idea of all of it. Even though her sister was pure, it would be wrong to think that she was completely in the dark to human nature. Kasumi had presented a few points, Akane didn't like agreeing with it but she knew that needed to accept it. 'I'm feeling desire?' she didn't know if that was the right word. Kasumi had mentioned that it was perfectly natural and all women and men go through it. But Akane having no prior experience was just a novice. She had met plenty of men in her life, but none of them affected her in any way. Ryoga was an exception but Akane thought nothing more of him then a good friend. No, it was only Ranma that made her heart pound. Akane couldn't deny that she loved him. She hadn't known when it happened or how, but she loved Ranma so much. As a woman she couldn't lie to herself. Her pride was too much for her own good. All this time and she still hadn't confessed to Ranma yet. Well, it wasn't like he had either.

"I've really gotten myself into trouble now".

She leaned back against the tub and sighed. At least she was calmer now. "What am I supposed to do now with these feelings?" It was an honest question she was asking herself. She knew that Kasumi was right. But still Akane didn't want to believe all of it just yet. She exhaled slowly through her nose and closed her eyes enjoying the steam from her bath.

She could see him from the window of the nearest tree in the direction of the bathroom. He couldn't see her or detect her presence but she was able to see him. He was standing in the center of the bathroom completely unaware of her.

Everything seemed like it was slow motion as Ranma started to unbutton his top preparing for the bath, Akane could take in every detail as he undid each button removing his shirt it fell to the ground and next came his undershirt exposing his torso. He was giving her a wonderful strip tease and she couldn't get enough of it. Her heart picked up and she felt her mouth water. He was beautiful. Next came his pants, slowly revealing his well modeled legs. The only thing left was his boxers and Akane swallowed hard. Her face was as red as a tomato. Would she really be able to see the full glory of her fiancé? She began to squirm in anticipation. Why was it taking so long?! Take them off already. His fingers grasped the rim and she breathed hard waiting for the final moment he'd reveal his treasure and she'd be able to take in his body with all it had to offer. He was right about to pull them down when loud banging startled her, bringing her back to the present.

"Akane! Hurry it up will you. I'm freezing!". It was Ranma's girl voice. He must've gotten splashed with cold water after being thrown into the pond again.

She was bewildered for an instant, until she realized that she was still in the bath. She had been daydreaming without realizing it. Akane groaned in frustration. If only Ranma had waited a few seconds longer. Wait a minute; that wasn't right. She gave up trying to find reasoning. Maybe Kasumi had been right about everything.

The sound of Ranma's yelling was bothering her and she slumped her shoulders defeated. It had been such a good daydream too.

Poor Akane. She's going through so much. The real juicy stuff won't happen till later so put up with me until then.

I'll have the next chapter up soon I hope. Have a wonderful day everyone.
