Naru was in the middle of class but she wasn't paying attention which was unusual since she was typically a good student. She seemed to have been day dreaming when she heard the loud voice of her teacher.
"NARU!" The teacher shouted
Naru jumped and looked at her teacher, Haruna Sakurada, who looked very angry.
"Have you been listening to a single thing I've been saying?!" Haruna asked
"Um...what?" Naru asked
"Unbelievable! Even Usagi was paying attention" Haruna said
The blonde girl pouted but didn't say anything. Naru later got detention for not paying attention. Usagi decided to wait for her friend and when her time was up Naru came out and looked so embarassed.
"Hi Naru" Usagi greeted
Naru was surprised to see Usagi here and wondered if she had waited for her this whole time.
"Usagi, have you been waiting for this whole time?" Naru asked
"Of course I have. After all, you've waited for me the amount of times I've gotten detention" Usagi said
"Thank you Usagi" Naru said
Both girls started walking and Usagi began asking Naru why she seemed off today.
"So Naru, what's going with you today? You seemed very distracted today" Usagi said
"Oh Usagi, I don't know what came over me. I visited Motoki at the arcade the other day and well...I've been distracted ever since" Naru said
Well now Usagi knew what was going on.
"Naru, you're crush for Motoki has gotten even stronger" Usagi said
"Really?! You must be mistaken. Its just a small crush" Naru said
"Naru, you're face is red" Usagi said
The auburn girl placed her hands over her red cheeks to hide her blush but it was now use because Usagi had seen her red face.
"I think you need to confess your feelings to him" Usagi said
"What?! But I can't!" Naru said
"Sure you can, just go up to him and ask him out" Usagi said
"That's easier said than done! What am I even supposed to say? How do I act? How do I look? Oh this is too much" Naru said
Usagi was texting Mamoru and asking him what type of things that Motoki likes because Naru's crush on him was serious. She had gotten the information she needed from him and went back to Naru to calm her down.
"Just be yourself" Usagi said
"What?! I can't do that! If I want him to like me then I need to be his ideal girl" Naru said
Usagi shook her head in disagreement.
"That's not right. That never ends well with anyone. Just be yourself. Its better if Motoki knows the real you" Usagi said
"Maybe it would be better if I pass on him. After all we still have our precure duties after all" Naru said as she turned to walk away.
Usagi grabbed her by the back of her collar to stop her from leaving.
"You're not getting out of this that easily and you're not using our precure duties as an excuse" Usagi said
"Then what am I supposed to do?!" Naru said with panic
"Take a deep breath and relax" Usagi said
Usagi then dragged Naru towards an apartment and knocked on the door and the person who answered was none other then Minako.
"Usagi and Naru? What are you two doing here?" Minako asked
Usagi explained the situation to Minako and that caused the other blond to smile.
"Ah I see. So you need help" Minako said
"N-No I don't!" Naru said
"She does" Usagi said
"I understand. I had a crush once and was too shy to confess and by the time I found the courage to confess it was too late" Minako said
"I don't need to confess right now" Naru said
"Yes, you do! If you wait too long then some other girl will swoop in and steal Motoki from you" Usagi said
"She's right. You need to do it now before its too late" Minako said
"How am I supposed to do that?" Naru asked
"That's why I brought you here. Minako can help you" Usagi said
"How?" Naru asked
"With a little make up and some new clothes, he'll be all over you in an instant. He'll be attracted to how you look first and then he'll see what your personality is like. Just be yourself" Minako said
"Make up?" Naru asked
"Right and it won't be heavy make up it'll be light" Minako said
Naru started to feel uncomfortable and tried to leave.
"I think I'll pass thanks" Naru said as she got up
Both blondes chair placed their hands on her shoulders and pushed her back down on the chair that she was sitting on and it was a make up chair.
"You're not getting out of this" Both blondes said
Naru was surprised how in sync these two were. They were probably twins in a another life.
There was a knock at the door and Naru was relieved and thought someone had come to rescue her and the person at the door was Makoto.
"Makoto? What are you doing here?" Naru asked
"Usagi told me about what was going on and I'm here to help you" Makoto said
"Not you too" Naru said
"Relax. After all if you want him to like you then you need to give him what he likes to eat" Makoto said
Everyone started to get to work to help Naru. Usagi helped her with her outfit, which was a pink shoulderless blouse, a black skirt, some pink stockings and some baby doll shoes that were red. Makoto helped her make some chocolate and Naru did her best and they turned out all right. Minako would be in charge of her make up and managed to do a good job on that.
Naru was now ready and the girls wished her good luck. She was still nervous but she had no choice since the other girls practically forced her into this situation. She went in the game corner and saw that Motoki was just getting off. She was shaking but managed to calm herself down. She took a deep breath and calmed herself down.
Motoki looked over and saw that it was Naru and waved at her.
"Hi Naru" Motoki said
"H-Hi" Naru said
Motoki looked at her outfit and wondered why she was dressed like that. He had to admit that she looked cute like that.
"You look cute in that outfit" Motoki said
"T-thank you" Naru said
Both of them remained silent for a bit before Naru managed to speak up again.
"Um Motoki, do you have any plans right now?" Naru asked
"Hmm? Plans? I don't really have anything planned in particular why?" Motoki asked
"W-well I was wondering if you would like to go to the movies" Naru said
"Well I don't see why not. Its a date" Motoki said
Naru almost passed out when Motoki said that it was a date but managed to keep herself together. They walked down to the theatre and then after the movie they went to a restaurant. After dinner they went to the park and that's when Naru gave Motoki some of the chocolate that she had made for him and when he tried it he said it was delicious.
"Enjoying your date?" A voice asked them
The two of them looked around and then looked up and saw that it was Nephrite.
"Nephrite" Naru said
"You know him?" Motoki said
"You could say that" Naru said
"Is he your ex or something?" Motoki asked
"No no nothing like that!" Naru said
"Hate to interrupt your date but I'll be destroying you now, precure" Nephrite said
"Precure? There are no precure here" Motoki said
"Are you sure about that?" Nephrite asked with a smirk
That's when Cure Moon showed up out of nowhere and hit the general with a surprise attack on his face with a kick from both of her feet. Nephrite managed to recover and glared at his foe.
"Cure Moon, you'll pay for that" Nephrite said
Nephrite launched several blue orbs of energy which she dodged but saw that one was heading towards her but a rose managed to save her in time because now Tuxedo Kamen was there to help her.
"Cure Moon and Tuxedo Kamen, I'll bury you here!" Nephrite said
The general unleashed lightning on them, shocking them greatly.
Motoki watched but then snapped out of it and turned to Naru.
"Naru we need to run now" Motoki said
The blond man noticed that she was watching the battle with an intense look on her face and clenched her fists.
"Naru?" Motoki asked her
"I'm sorry" Naru said as she dashed off towards the battle.
Motoki yelled at her to come back but Naru then transformed into Cure Earth and he was shocked to see that Naru was Cure Earth. Usagi being Cure Moon was shocking enough but he got another shocking revelation upon seeing Naru change into Cure Earth.
Moon and Kamen managed to kick Nephrite away but he held on and punched them away. The general then looked over and saw Earth and she managed to kick his side, sending him scooching backwards but managed to recover.
"Earth" Moon said
"Sorry, but I couldn't leave you and Kamen here to fight him alone" Earth said
"We appreciate the help but what about your date?" Kamen asked
Earth sighed and looked at them.
"I appreciate what you went through for me to have this date but I don't think it'll work out because of my dedication to protecting this world. Motoki will have to find a different girl" Earth said
Nephrite charged at them and the three of them engaged in a battle against him. He summoned more lightning and shocked all three of them. Moon managed to endure it this time and punched him in the gut, knocking the wind out of him. Kamen hit him with an uppercut followed by Earth hitting him with an axel kick.
Nephrite decided to retreat since three against one would be a little too much for him to handle and disappeared.
Motoki approached Earth and started to talk to her.
"Naru, I had no idea you were Cure Earth" Motoki said
"Sorry, but I had to keep it a secret" Naru said
"I can understand why. You helped Mamoru and Usagi fight off that guy with great teamwork" Motoki said
Earth was shocked to hear that Motoki knew the identities of Kamen and Moon, which was later explained how he had come to known their secret identities.
"Well if you don't mind, maybe we can finish our date" Motoki said
Earth was surprised that he wanted to continune the date after everything that had just happened.
"Are you sure?" Earth asked
"Of course, it not everyday where you go on a date with a precure and a very brave one at that" Motoki said
Earth blushed and just nodded before changing back into Naru and went on her way with Motoki.
Moon and Kamen were now alone in the park.
"Maybe we should date too since our two best friends are dating each other" Moon teased
"Seriously Moon?" Kamen asked
"I mean why not, after all, the two of us are here alone" Moon said
Kamen looked away before sighing with defeat.
"Fine" Kamen said
"Hehe. How about just jumping all around Japan to get a view from above?" Moon asked
Kamen thought for a moment and nodded.
"I suppose we could do that" Kamen said
"Alright its a date" Moon said with a wink.
Both heroes then proceeded to go on their own date by jumping throughout the city. Moon had to admit that Kamen was kind of a cute guy.
