Summary: Luz just wanted to make sure Amity was okay after she stopped responding to her calls, now she's on an adventure with Odalia to find a cure for a curse that's been placed on Amity.

Luz walked up the hill that leads to Blight Manor. Amity hasn't been answering any of Luz's messages so she wanted to make sure she was okay. Luz knocked on the door and it opened. On the other side of the door... was Odalia.

"Hello, Human." Odalia said, clear distain in her voice, "How can I help you?"

"Is... Amity, okay? She hasn't been answering any messages since yesterday."

"She's..." Odalia looked like she was looking for the right words before giving up, "No, she is as far from okay as you can get."

"What? What's happened to her? Is she dying!?"

"She's not dying... she's cursed."

"What!? Who cursed my awesome girlfriend!?"

"Girlfriend?" Odalia asked.

"Oh, she didn't tell you about that?" Luz asked, "That's beside the point, what happened to her!"

"The twins were helping me move somethings from my office. Somethings I was getting rid of, unfortunately, there was an old curse from the savage ages. It fell and it was activated when Amity stepped on it."

"I need to see her." Luz said, "Now."

"I don't know why you think you can command me in my own-"

A fireball flew right passed Odalia's head. Luz dropped the burned glyph and looked at Odalia.

"I said, NOW!"

Odalia looked at Luz for a second before allowing her in. Odalia led her to Amity's room and opened the door. Luz noticed an empty bed.

"Uh, she's not here." Luz said.

"Think about it Human, why would there be two beds?" Odalia asked.

Luz looked and realized that Odalia had a point. There were two beds, one that Amity had clearly been sleeping in with a blanket falling off the side. The other had a pale white wood frame, lilac bedding and... round pillows that resembled Amity's eyes.

"A-A-Amity?" Luz asked.

The bed shook and turned into Amity. Amity hit the ground and rubbed her nose.

"Hi... Luz." Amity said.

Amity's voice was full of exhaustion and she clearly had a stuffy nose. Luz immediately picked up Amity and put her into her bed.

"Amity, are you alright?"

"I'm fi-fi-fi... Achoo!"

Amity sneezed and a purple, high heeled boot, replaced her. Odalia came over to the bed.

"The side effect of the curse makes her sick, which contributes to the main part of it. Every time she sneezes, she turns into a different object." Odalia said, looking at the Amity Boot on the bed, "Oh, she's my size."

"Focus, woman!" Luz said, "Is there any way to cure her?"

"One, but the ingredients are rare and on completely different sides of the Isles. There isn't any reason to believe that some of them still exist."

"There has to be something we can do."

"Well, I am planning a journey to get the ingredients, but I can't do it by myself. I can't bring the twins, as I can't allow any more of my children to get hurt. I can't bring Alador, because I need someone that won't destroy the house while I'm gone." Odalia said, "If I can't find someone to help, then Amity won't be able to get cured."

Luz looked at her.

"I'll go."

"What?"

"I'll go with you. I'll help get the cure." Luz said.

The boot moved and Amity returned to normal.

"Luz, I'm fine... don't risk your life." Amity said, tiredly.

"You were just a boot, Amity. You are not fine." Luz said, turning to Odalia, "I'm going with you."
