Summary (Work In Progress): When the gang of Luz and her friends are sent to the Human Realm, Luz realizes that she has a lot of explaining to do, mainly to her mom as to why she ran away. She's about to learn that all the money in the world won't let you run from your problems.

Luz just stared at her friends, before opening and closing the door again, hoping that the portal will open again. It took a couple of tries, but after a while, Amity came up and motioned Luz to stop trying.

"It's not going to work." Amity said, "We're stuck here."

"No... no, it has to work." Luz said, opening and closing the door again, "It has to! It... it has to."

Amity grabbed Luz's arm.

"Luz, it won't work." Amity said, "We... we need to find out what we're going to do, where we'll stay."

Luz looked down, she knew where they could stay, she just hopes that her mom will agree to it. Luz turned around to face the rest of the group.

"Follow me."

Luz started walking away from the old cabin and onto the sidewalk of Gravesfield.

'I can't believe I'm here, was running away from my life the best option?' Luz thought, 'Look what it caused, no matter how much money you have, you caused people to get hurt because of you, the basilisk you bribed to take your place nearly got killed because of you, you got stuck in the demon realm and practically gave your mom a heart attack when she found out, all because you didn't want to have the life you had.'

Before Luz knew it, she was at the metal gate that surrounded her home. She closed her eyes and prepared for what would come next.

"This is your house!?" The group said.

"This place is bigger than my family's manor!" Amity said.

"I think this is bigger than the Emperor's Castle." Hunter said.

"Luz, why didn't you tell us that your house was gigantic!?" Willow asked.

"Because... I don't like being rich." Luz said, opening the gate, "Come on, let's go."

They walked up the driveway, which Luz mumbled about being more like a highway with how long it was. Soon they made it to the front door. Luz knocked on the door and it opened, revealing an elderly man in a suit.

"Fräulein Luz?" He said with a German Accent, "I vas not avare you vere back from your... trip."

"Hello, Luther, it's good to see you again." Luz said, "Is my mom home, I need to talk to her."

"Mrs. Camila is in her study, shall I get her for you?" Luther asked.

"That alright, I should be the one to speak with her." Luz said, "Can you bring my friends to the main room?"

"it vould be a pleasure. it's fery good to see you ahs vell." Luther said, "Shall I call der doctor, you ahll look... out of sorts."

"No, we're fine... just... just let me speak to my mom first." Luz said.

Luz headed up to the stairs, not stopping until she stands in front of a door. She lets out a sigh and knocked on the door.

"Here we go." The door opens and Camila gasped at the sight, "Hi mom... I'm back."

Here have something before I go on vacation. I'm still deciding what Luz's home looks like in this AU, so I don't have anything to describe it right now. Follow, Favorite, and Review for more.
