Hello everyone and welcome back to another guest characters chapter for Mortal Kombat 1. I am genuinely shocked by how many reviews I got for this side project, though… I will say some of the requests are very out there (I am not putting in a Transformer, so sorry to those who want them. That wouldn't make any sense).
Omni-Man had finally dropped and holy cow is he crazy. I mean the references, moves, and fatalities are crazy. Plus, it's freaking J.K Simmons reprising his role and with season 2 of Invincible is out… this is gonna be good.
I hope Takeda comes out soon cause I am so interested in seeing how they'll represent him given that this isn't the same one we know from MKX. Only time will tell.
But ignoring all that, thank you to those who gave me ideas for dialogue for Martian Manhunter. You guys have no idea how much this helps. Plus, I always like hearing everyone's ideas.
Last chapter, we witnessed the feral anti-hero Wolverine shred through the competition.
Now it's time for Mars' last son to show the Mortal Kombat roster a true hero.

If character gets knocked back: Martian Manhunter gets pushed back before he reverts back to his true form. Growling in anger, Martian Manhunter transforms back as he hovers in the air.
If character knocks the opponent back: Martian Manhunter pushes the opponent before growing his arm three times its size, punching them away. Once the opponent finishes their intro, Martian Manhunter phases out of the ground, becoming visible while his eyes glow.

After Titan Kitana saves the character from the evil Kombat kids
Martian Manhunter: Your assistance is most appreciated, Kitana.
After Liu Kang's "And they called me the Chosen One" speech
Martian Manhunter: We must prevent this Crisis from affecting other worlds. Shall we?
Fatal Blow(General Shao): Martian Manhunter hovers up before tackling the opponent, causing them to stagger. Miss Martian uses her telekinesis to lift the opponent up, slamming them on the ground two times before bringing them down hard on the third, shattering their ribs as the opponent got back on their feet. Martian Manhunter then flies back and grows a hand, grabbing the opponent and pulling them closer. He punches the opponent in the face before raising them up in the air. Enlarging his other hand, Manhunter grabs the opponent before pulling both hands, snapping their spine. Bringing the opponent back to his face, Manhunter blasts them away with his heat vision.
Victory pose: Martian Manhunter's eyes glow before he transforms back into his true form, unleashing a burst of psychic power. Miss Martian flies next to her partner, extends her right hand as her eyes glow green.
Fatalities
Martian Crusher(Sindel): Martian Manhunter uses his telekinesis to lift the opponent up. Narrowing his eyes, Manhunter crushes the opponent's arms, causing them to scream in pain. Then, he used his power to snap their legs in two. Pulling them into their hand, Manhunter focused his psychic powers into the opponent's head. They let out a scream as blood spills out of their eyes, ears and nose. With one final push, Manhunter causes the opponent's head to explode, leaving only their jaw. The corpse falls as Manhunter glares at it, his eyes glowing.
For Kal-El(Mileena): Martian Manhunter grabs his arms and grabs the opponent. They yell as he twists their body, snapping their upper torso 180 degrees. The opponent tries to move, only for Manhunter to phase through them. Once he comes face to face with the opponent, he fires his heat vision into their face. The opponent screams as Manhunter grabs their shoulder, bringing the heat vision down to cut the body in half. Lifting it in the air, Manhunter slams the remaining body parts to the ground.
Kameo fatality(Miss Martian)
Brain Damage(Havik): Martian Manhunter steps to the side as his niece flies in. She uses her telepathy, entering the opponent's mind. The opponent lets out a scream as they grab their head, trying to free themselves. Falling on their knees, the opponent began slamming their head into the ground several times, their forehead being caved in before Miss Martian lifted them up. With a frown, she slams their head on the ground with enough force to splatter it.
Ending
"To think more Earths exist behind our own was an incredible discovery. Unfortunately, this discovery was short lived as I was forced to battle Titan Shang Tsung." 'Shows Martian Manhunter uses his telepathy to stop Titan Shang Tsung.' "Fortunately, with the assistance of Liu Kang's focus, I was able to defeat him. Despite his defeat, it seems like his attack had opened holes throughout the multiverse."
'The next scene shows Martian Manhunter conversing with Liu Kang and the Justice League, showing multiple Earths on a hologram.' "I offered Liu Kang the chance to meet with my world's Justice League in order to come up with a solution. What we had concluded is a strike force, composed of our best and brightest to search the Multiverse for those willing to keep the peace. I volunteered to be the leader.'
'The last scene shows J'onn entering another Earth, meeting their world's version of M'yri'ah, along with Cassie Cage and Takeda Takashi, all looking at each other in shock.' "Imagine my surprise when the first Earth I visited happened to be one where my beloved M'yri'ah lived and I died. Seeing her brought so many memories. But there was one question I had to ask her: will you safeguard the Multiverse?"
There you have it. J'onn J'onzz has now joined the roster. I know a lot of people think he's an odd choice to include, but given his array of power and tragic backstory, it makes sense to add him. Plus, he deserves a lot more love given how little of Martian Manhunter we've gotten in recent years.
