On Lynn's birthday, Lynn woke up. Hal and Oliver Queen were out with Luke, taking pictures and gift shopping. After Lynn's party, Oliver Queen was having his Mr. Royal Metro victory party that night.
Hal hadn't forgotten Lynn's birthday as he had spent a bit of time with her a day prior and had given his gifts to her, both sexual and non-sexual.
There were decorations for Oliver Queen all over town.
Lynn went down for breakfast first as another gift from Hal sat by Lynn's plate. Lynn opens it and gasps at the sight of the sports-themed charm bracelet.
She blushed and put it on, reminding herself to thank Hal for it later.
Meanwhile, Angry Luigi was rehearsing as Oliver Queen came into the school auditorium.
Angry Luigi hides, shy and scared.
"IT'S OLIVER QUEEN!" Several girls shouted as they ran up to him.
Angry Luigi frowned, knowing he wasn't at his level and left, knowing he wouldn't be needed in the play; anyone could replace him.
But Oliver Queen stopped him. "So, you must be the kid who's replacing Belle as one of the pirates, correct?" He asked. "I don't believe we've properly met, have we?"
Angry Luigi points at himself, confused.
"Oliver Queen, pleasure is all mine." He shakes Angry Luigi's hand. "And yes, you are one of the pirates, I see."
"I'm not important." Angry Luigi says.
Bill and Savannah spy. His confidence really went low. Especially around Luke and the others as they just made him feel weak. They never tried to bully him, but he always felt inferior.
"Sure you are! You even get to sing in the show!" Oliver Queen says.
"I suck at singing." Angry Luigi says.
"That's why we're rehearsing. So you can get better." Oliver Queen says.
Angry Luigi sings as Oliver Queen just smiled.
"Not bad." Oliver Queen says. "Rough around the edges a bit, but we can fix that. Let's take it from the top!"
Later, Angry Luigi was heading out, wearing a Musibros shirt as Jack threw a pie at him.
"You leave that pirate actor alone, at once!" Oliver Queen shouts.
"Why? He's not your friend." Jack says.
"He's in the play with me. And I'm helping him get better. Oh, and if you planned any pranks on opening night, I suggest you don't pull any." Oliver Queen says, cleaning Angry Luigi up. "Because my friends will know if they see any."
Jack walked off.
"I should go." Angry Luigi says, leaving. He couldn't believe Oliver Queen defended him.
"I gotta join their band." he thought as there was a thought bubble of him in the Musibros and the Invincibros. He thought about this as he walked.
Oliver Queen came to see that Lynn's party was underway. Lucy sat in her room, not interested in joining the fun.
Lynn had opened most of her gifts before initiating a soccer match in the backyard. Barry was eagerly watching.
Oliver Queen was just waiting for his party. He decided to go to his archery field and train for a bit.
"So, is Brandy your new member? There's a lot of rumors." Leni asked Luke.
"Brandy's in the play with Oliver Queen." Shane says.
"He's wearing your Musibros outfit. " Luna pointed out.
"That's dumb." Hal says. "But sure. He can join the team. We could use powers like his. I know he's worked with Luke before."
Later, Lynn heads outside for some time as Lucy follows her.
"What is it, Luce?" Lynn asked.
"Sigh, I don't wanna be around Luke right now. Everyone would just think I'm still too overprotective of him." she says.
After Lynn's party, Oliver Queen arrives at Sugar Buzz Studios and sees lots of decorations.
"Surprise!" Everyone says.
"Oh, you all shouldn't have! Thank you!" Oliver Queen says.
"You're welcome." Angry Luigi says as fireworks shoot up for him.
"I planned Garth's party at a certain Cheep Cheep Lagoon." Angry Luigi says. Garth gasped, now excited for his birthday.
"So what do you want for your birthday?" Skylia asked Alem tuber.
"Not much, maybe a new controller." Alem tuber says.
Emma was eating, like usual. Alem tuber thinks of a prank for the birthday bash.
With Oliver Queen, there were tons of gifts for him. 30 of them were from Angry Luigi.
"Oh, how thoughtful!" Oliver Queen says. He soon opens all 30 gifts, smiling.
Luke got him new sneakers.
"My, my, the newest in the Sheryl Stallings tennis sneaker line! They're perfect!" Oliver Queen says.
Oliver thinks of the show, but comes upon Hal's gift.
"My goodness! A king's outfit? How wonderful!" He says.
"Angry Luigi really simps for us, huh?" Garth says.
"He got me a weight set!" Hal says.
"I think he likes us." Barry says. "He got me Starburst candy! In every color!"
Oliver Queen sees Shane's gift, which was a personalized tennis bag in emerald green. "Shane, I love it!" He says.
"Check out the inside!" Shane says.
"A new racket! And some sweatbands with my name on them…you're too good to me." Oliver Queen says.
"Time for my gifts!" Barry says. "I got Oliver three gifts!"
"Hmmm, let's see! Oh, a new cape, new arrows, and a tennis-related shirt." Oliver Queen says.
"What does it say?" Hal asked.
"If You Wanted A Soft Serve, You Should Have Gone For Ice Cream." Oliver Queen says. "I love tennis humor, and I am loving this shirt!"
"I wished you weren't grounded." Lynn says.
"That's your birthday wish?" Lucy asked. Lynn nodded.
After gifts came dancing as Oliver Queen danced with Dinah and Lyberti.
Angry Luigi was spying on the party. He wondered what it was like to be a Musibro and an Invincibro.
"Like that would ever happen. I better get lost." He says and rushes off.
They then played games as Oliver Queen was having a great time.
After the games, Oliver Queen was being interviewed by Lois as his friends watched.
"So, how does it feel to be the new Mr. Royal Metro?" Lois asked Oliver Queen.
"It feels quite amazing. It also feels wonderful!" Oliver Queen says with a smile.
"What pageant performance did you like doing? Your talent performance or your outfit of choice performance?" Lois asked.
"My talent performance, obviously. The ribbon spelling of my name was the best part of it." Oliver Queen says.
"What will you do first as the new Mr. Royal Metro?" Lois asked.
Oliver Queen thinks. What would he do first as Mr. Royal Metro?
"Well, I think I'm going to be improving the theater scene. Renovating the old town theater will be a good start. I'll be getting a team together for that." Oliver Queen says.
"Tell me a little about the upcoming show at Oakley Academy. Is it really going to live up to all the hype it's generating?" Lois asked.
"Oh, yes!" Oliver Queen says. "It's going to be a great show!"
After that, Oliver Queen allowed Hal to feed him green grapes, his favorite.
"Delicious!" Oliver Queen says. Hal smiled.
Angry Luigi came home.
"Look, it's the traitor." Melony says and tripped him. Angry Luigi groaned.
"That was cold." Emila says.
"Yeah, using us to get close to Atticus, then ditching us. I mean, we should have known you only cared about adventures cause Atticus did you're just a bootleg Atticus. Nah, a bootleg Cherry." Jack says.
Angry Luigi looks down as Alem tuber punches him.
Meanwhile, they watched a highlight reel of Oliver Queen's performances. Oliver Queen smiled, his pear-green eyes shimmering with happy tears.
Lynn and Lucy sat outside.
"Sigh." Lucy sighed.
"Are you okay?" Lynn asked.
"No." Lucy says. "Luke still hates me for being overprotective."
"Luce, he's just growing up. You know that." Lynn says.
"I wish he wouldn't. Sometimes I wish things were just simple. Us playing around him and actually paying attention." Lucy says. "He was the only one who cared about me."
"He'll make time for us. You just need to understand he also has new friends now and more responsibilities." Lynn says. "That's part of who he is now."
Lucy nods.
"Hey, has anyone seen Chrissy? I haven't heard from her since the memory incident." Savannah says.
"She must still have amnesia. We never got to cure her. I say we sneak to her home planet, go underground, and take them by surprise." Jason says.
"We'll go tomorrow." Bill says.
"You have fun with that." Angry Luigi says.
"Sorry, coward, you're coming." Alem tuber says.
"Yeah." Delta says.
Meanwhile, it was piñata time and it was a pageant crown piñata. Oliver Queen smiled and shot an arrow at it as it popped like a balloon and rained candy.
"Amazing!" Hal says as he gets his candy.
"So awesome!" Barry says.
Luke eats some of his piñata candy.
Meanwhile, Atticus sighed as he was eating. He watched Brandy help the Cosmic buddies plan their rescue mission. He hadn't realized that Brandy was gonna become one of them.
"I still can't believe we got used like this." Emila says.
Meanwhile, it was cake time, but Oliver Queen was exploring through Sugar Buzz Studios, coming upon the massive M&M wall.
"So many colors! And flavors!" Oliver Queen says.
"Hey, Ollie-boy, are you ready for cake?" Hal asked.
"Almost. I'm figuring out what kinds of M&M's I want." Oliver Queen says.
"Which ones?" Hal asked.
"The caramel ones. And the premium triple chocolate ones." Oliver Queen says as he then gets them. "Now I'm ready for cake."
Savannah brings out two cakes as Angry Luigi jumps out of one.
"Surprise!" He says.
Savannah frowned a bit. In 8th grade, Angry Luigi was given an award for being the best in his drama class. And now, here he was, with low self-esteem.
Soon, everyone sings to Oliver Queen as he wished his play went perfect. He was smiling at both cakes as he cut one of them.
"Thank you all for a wonderful celebration of my reign." Oliver Queen says. "I am going to make this town proud by making this a great place to live, alongside Mayor Gabriel and Governor Charity. Royal Metro will be a wonderful place to live! And I'm just getting started!"
After the little speech, Dinah and Lyberti took turns feeding Oliver Queen his cake. He was grinning the whole time.
After the party, Lynn and Lucy came back.
"I should go now." Lucy says. Zia and Margo would be coming for a sleepover with Lynn.
"Do you think it will last?" Lucy asked
"Not sure. I'm not really good at it." Lynn says as she remembered nearly burning kids alive.
"Maybe you should hold back on your ego." Lucy says.
Meanwhile, Angry Luigi was heading home as he decided to put on his Invincibros uniform.
"Time to do their patrol for them while they have fun. I'll do their hard missions." Angry Luigi thought and dressed up as Joe Parker.
Oliver Queen was doing more training in his archery field before bed. Hal and Garth noticed him. And so did Zee.
"Um, Brandy's doing our patrol. Relax the hero stuff a bit. We just watched Barbara kill her counterpart." Hal says.
"I am in the middle of training right now, Hal. Letting our guards down only makes us weaker." Oliver Queen says. "Besides, shouldn't you be worried about your review meeting with the Corps?"
Hal's face paled. "That's in three days!" He began to panic.
Barbara just looked down. She hadn't let that go.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk…someone's gonna fail their review…" Jessica says, walking up to Hal.
"So, you left your team because Luke's team was better?" Skylia asked.
"Yeah, way better." Angry Luigi says as Melony punches him.
"Hey, you watch your back when you go to sleep. In fact sleep with one eye open before your play" Melony says and walked off, completely heartbroken
"I'm just a toy, used by one guy, then tossed for another guy to use. I can't believe I trusted him. He'll pay." Melony thought.
Little does she and the rest of the team know that on the night of the play, they would be banned from entering. And if they tried anything, they would be screwed. Because Hal contacted some bullies that hate the Cosmic buddies.
