Woohoo! University is so fun! Said no one ever. I was busy moving and with college starting back up, writing time vanished again. I always seem to have an excuse right? Nothing much to say except enjoy, and I will once again try to update soon so you guys don't call me lazy. (This is a short chapter though)
Guest: I guess so, but who knows what I'll write.
Blankow: You've probably already beat Royal by the time I uploaded this! Also I like how you mentioned how people would look, Kanzaki was just a teaser. On the topic of support, yeah, I really wanted everyone else to shine and gave Ren a backseat role which was still very fitting given the situation. Touma's will is incredible, glad I was able to showcase that. Finally, Akechi. What will his involvement be…
Tenma Kirin: I will!
craytherlay: Exactly why I wrote Ren getting flustered by her. Wanted to write the difference. Akechi has definitely seen something about phases, but what did he see indeed? Also, Index's involvement and story haven't ended yet… but her recovery won't be in this chapter.
Guest: I think he might be… ;)
Disclaimer: I do not own Persona 5 Royal or Toaru Majutsu no Index.
To say that Goro Akechi was a friend was one of the biggest stretches of Ren's life. He had respect for him and had considered him his rival in life when he moved to Tokyo. He seemed like an ideal man that wanted to uphold justice in society and his personality was something that couldn't be hated. Of course, that was what someone would think of him if they didn't personally know him. Ren saw his true self and was still ok with it. Beneath all of the malice and venom in Akechi's tone, there was a glimmer of light that Ren knew was still there. What he did was unforgivable, but Ren couldn't abandon or even come to hate Akechi.
"Answer me!" Ren shouted. The adrenaline that was already rushing through his body seemed to activate once more. The feeling in his chest spread to his arms and to his legs as he felt his heart pound out of his chest. The anxiety he was feeling was sending him to a near panic attack.
"I don't have to tell you shit," Akechi spat. "That wasn't a part of our deal, remember?"
"Ren, do you know this guy?" Touma cut in.
"Yeah," Ren said, looking at Touma. "He was the biggest piece of shit on my planet."
"Coming from you, that's a compliment," Akechi retorted.
"Even after death you can't seem to change," Ren said with a scoff.
"Did you really think I would be gone that easily?"
Ren felt a sense of relief. His rival happened to be alive and well. He still felt sorry for him though. Having the feeling of being scum implemented in you since a child was something Ren couldn't relate to. Of course, it would never be able to excuse the atrocities he committed. But still, knowing that he wasn't the only one from his universe in this world anymore brought him a strange sense of comfort.
"You need to answer me," Ren demanded. "How are you here?"
Akechi let out a sigh of annoyance and took a seat on the floor. Ren didn't notice right away, but he looked mostly unharmed, but something about him was off. He seemed… tired. As if he was missing something from his life.
Ren couldn't guess as to what it was. Akechi was a man of many secrets, even if he had learned multiple of them.
"After dealing with that piece of shit, Maruki. I half expected to go to Hell." Akechi had a dry laugh at that. "But I wake up and find myself in the middle of England on a different planet. You'd think I'd be surprised at that, but truthfully it just felt like divine punishment."
"Divine punishment, huh? You actually think you deserve all of this?" Ren asked with a cautious tone.
Akechi had remained silent, it was apparent that he didn't wish to discuss the matter any further.
"Is it possible someone brought you here?" Touma asked, making his presence known to Akechi. "Doesn't really sound like divine punishment."
"Oh, what's this?" Akechi said. "Mister smartass here thought he could just say something like that?"
"Just finish your damn story," Ren said sharply. "And that didn't really answer how you got here."
"I'm not sure, it felt like I was falling through… reality. Whatever it was, I'm sure I'll never be able to comprehend what actually happened. I've been here for a good month, hoping to find some way back to our world. I was thinking these FORMULA scientists would be able to help me find a way home, but they're more incompetent than anything." Akechi had a look of disgust on his face. Something told Ren that he detested all of the people who worked for them.
A month? Was time moving differently for him?
"So what the hell were you doing here with Index?" Ren continued questioning.
"They brought her here saying that she was the key to everything they needed." Akechi looked at the still unconscious girl. "If what they're saying is true, then I need her alive and well. That's why I sounded protective of her. I've just been here with her making sure no bastard was willing to try anything."
"Well at least you were willing to protect her," Ren said with a bit of relief. "If you tried anything I probably would have beat the absolute shit out of you."
"As if I'd let you." Akechi scoffed.
"No, but I'm much stronger than what you remember," Ren said with a grin. "Let's say we test our strength here, what do you say to that… Crow."
Akechi let out a small chuckle but instantly wiped it off of his face as soon as he heard his former codename.
"Damn Joker, you must've traded intellect for strength if you think I'd fight you here."
"Good answer, I wasn't really going to fight you. Not yet at least."
"Not to interrupt, but that doesn't explain how you're here, and unharmed no less? Those soldiers were relentless." Kanzaki interrupted with a concerned look.
"I guess you could say that I'm…" Akechi's eyes sharpened and a sense of dread filled the room. He manifested his soul and the others in the room were surprised to see what the boy's power was. Hereward stood tall and proud with his massive bow and arrow along with his cocky stance and pressurized aura. "Very persuasive."
"So does that mean he was also part of-" Touma was cut off as Akechi spoke up again.
"No. I am not a part of that little vigilante group. As a matter of fact, the Phantom Thieves were my enemies."
"...Right," Touma said, feeling a bit put off.
Akechi was slowly observing everyone else in the room during his conversation with Ren. He was too analytical and cunning to let anything get by him. It did irk him that he had yet again managed to get another squad of people willing to fight with him on his side so easily. But on the other hand, he too fought alongside him, and he would be lying if he said he didn't enjoy it.
"So I'm assuming this is the sequel to the Phantom Thief saga?" Akechi joked. "Honestly, your ability to make friends anywhere is somewhat creepy."
Ren rolled his eyes and walked up until he was about a foot away from Akechi. He extended his hand and looked Akechi in the eyes.
"Well, we're going to head back to our base then probably go back to Japan. You're welcome to join us. Your power would be something that I would greatly appreciate."
Akechi looked at his hand and realized that Ren was holding out the glove that he had thrown at him so long ago. He stared at it and his eyes widened as he was reminded of everything from what felt like a lifetime ago. Ren thought that Akechi was holding back tears, but decided to disregard it.
"After all of this time, you even brought it to another planet," Akechi finally spoke, grabbing the glove out of Ren's hand and putting it on.
Akechi extended his arm once more and shook his hand with Ren.
"Now that you're here, I guess I don't have to rely on these idiots anymore. Don't expect me to be friends with all of these guys. If anything, I'd like to judge them all beforehand."
"I wouldn't expect otherwise."
Akechi looked at the others and merely nodded his head.
"Well now that the both of you have gotten caught up, can we head out?" Touma asked, now carrying Index on his back. His breathing was labored, and he was still injured, but Ren knew that he wouldn't let anyone else have this moment with her.
"Yeah, come on everyone, let's get going."
Everyone was relatively quiet walking back. No one really had anything to say, and it didn't help that they felt a dark aura emanating from Akechi. The awkward silence was unbearable, making Ren and Touma cringe.
Arriving at the cabin, Touma walked straight into one of the rooms and left Index in there to rest. He immediately walked back to the main area and plopped down on a chair. It was obvious the misfortunate boy was suffering from fatigue. The way his feet dragged, his ragged breath, and even his droopy eyes. Ren lamented not being able to do anything, it was something that made him want Touma to just stay home and never fight.
Everyone was now sitting in the living room, while Akechi was off in the kitchen away from everyone else. Ren thought it best to leave him be for now but would try to approach him later. But he didn't think Akechi was telling the whole truth.
He 'fell' through reality? What did that even mean? Although Akechi had no reason to lie, it just didn't seem like a real explanation, though… more strange things had happened before, so maybe it would be ok to just let this slide. He didn't want to pry for answers, who knows what Akechi had been through since he disappeared.
"I just wanted to say that we all did a good job out there," Kanzaki said. "Something tells me that this won't be the last time we team though"
"Same here," Ren said.
"Amamiya, I want to thank you for coming here once more," Kanzaki said. "I noticed that your support took a bit out of you, are you ok?"
"I'm perfectly fine," Ren said.
In truth, it was the most tired he had ever felt in a long time. His Wakefulness couldn't kick in until after the fight was overdue to him constantly exerting himself.
Ren could just sense the eye roll that Akechi just made and made a note to poke fun at that later.
"Enough about me though," the Trickster responded. "If I'm not overstepping any boundaries, I would want to know what you all are planning to do to FORMULA now that we've considerably crippled them?"
Ren looked at everyone as he wanted to know what everyone wanted to do moving forward.
"I was planning on keeping in contact with all of you in case any new information popped up about FORMULA," Bayloupe responded. "I wanted to go back with the rest of my group and prepare ourselves in case they decided to show up again."
"Kanzaki and I were going to stay in England a bit longer to settle some other matters," Stiyl replied. "I assume the rest of you are going back to Academy City?"
"Yeah, considering we know both the Magic and Science side are involved, we're going to need more eyes and ears," Ren said. "I have contacts that can help with situations like these."
By 'contacts', he meant Igor and Lavenza. Their knowledge about almost everything that was going on in the world was always useful… as long as Ren knew how to decipher it.
"We should keep our eyes and ears open in class," Tsuchimikado added.
Ren and Touma gave the blond-haired boy a blank look.
"PFFFFFFFT I'm kidding!" The sun-glasses-wearing boy howled.
Everyone looked at him as if he were crazy, but he continued to laugh. It was a bad joke, Ren and Touma were actually trying their hardest not to laugh at Tsuchimikado and flame him to oblivion.
"And what about that 'friend' of yours? He won't be allowed into Academy City without credentials." Touma softly pointed out, while laying in his chair. The lack of energy was noticeable.
"I've got that covered," Ren responded. "I need to have a word with my contacts regardless so they'll be able to solve that issue."
"By the way, we won't have a plane ready for another day," Tsuchimikado added. "We had to trash the one we used to get here to not get tracked."
"Wait what?! But I have remedial classes tomorrow!" Touma whined, as he suddenly got the energy back to worry about his classes.
"Don't worry," Ren said with a cocky tone. "I got this handled."
Ren pulled a Goho-M out of his pocket and signaled it to Touma.
"That was that thing you used when you left me for dead with Mikoto," Touma noted with a hint of anger.
"Well don't worry, we can use this to get back to Academy City."
"But it's just a ball," Lessar added. "How the hell is that going to get you to Japan?"
"Watch and see," Ren responded with a nerdy tone. "Touma, if you're feeling better then get Index. Tsuchimikado, would you kindly stand here. Akechi, get your ass over here."
As everyone walked and formed a small little circle around Ren, he looked toward Bayloupe, then to Lessar, then to both of the Necessarius members.
"I hope I'll see you guys under normal circumstances next time, but something tells me that won't happen for a while," Ren said with a smile. "I know we've technically only just met, but I think this is the start of great friendships."
"I'll look forward to that, Amamiya," Kanzaki replied. "Your help will always be welcome."
"I'll see you next time, cutie!" Lessar winked, looking straight at Ren. She then turned her attention to Touma. "You too, Lover Boy."
"You know my number," Bayloupe whispered to Ren with a smile.
Akechi facepalmed and looked right at Ren.
"Really? Even here?"
"Don't be jealous," Ren mocked.
Ren then threw the ball on the floor and a flash of light engulfed them. The group of five had gone up in smoke and had suddenly sent everyone back to their home.
"Where the hell have you two been!?"
Well, that wasn't surprising, both boys had felt this moment coming. They hadn't responded to any text messages and were out of the city for three days. They honestly had no excuse for ignoring Misaka and knew they wouldn't be able to escape unscathed. Ren thought it best to just face it head-on, while Touma was a bit more hesitant about that plan. She had shown up not long after they had gotten there, but it had been a considerable amount of time since Ren had popped the Goho-M.
"I thought you texted her…" Ren whispered to Touma.
"No, I thought you for sure were going to text her," Touma responded, sweat dripping from his forehead.
"Umm… Misaka we have a perfectly good explanation," Ren started. There was something about his tone that made it seem he was just spewing nonsense. His 'little sister' could be extremely menacing when she wanted to. It didn't matter if he could kill gods or devils, could summon a universe with his entire soul, or destroy it, there was something that would always instill fear in a person regardless of what they were capable of.
Misaka's ire.
"No calls, no texts, no nothing!" the Electromaster yelled. "It's like you guys just…"
Misaka looked like she was beginning to break down. Touma found it especially strange beforehand considering that, in all of her supposed anger, she hadn't let any electricity forward. As he slowly started to realize that she wasn't angry...
His stomach dropped when he realized she was sad.
"You've both been gone for three days and when I came to check both of your rooms, everything was trashed!" she sniffed as her nose was beginning to congest. All her pent-up anxiety looked to be protruding, Ren felt horrible. "And when I tried to look for you guys, there was nothing! No clues, no one with any information!"
Misaka began to speak quicker and her voice became a bit raspier.
"I tried Ren's phone first but he didn't even have a signal! If this idiot's phone didn't give me his location I don't know what I would've done…"
Misaka had taken a seat on Ren's couch and tried her best to compose herself.
"Both of your apartments were messed up and suddenly you are in England, don't you guys even know how worried I WAS?" Misaka said the strain in her voice was still apparent. "I thought the worst… FORMULA, the dark side of the city…"
Touma meanwhile looked completely devastated. He was trying to decide his next course of action, but in all honesty, he had no idea what to do.
Both of the boys didn't even notice, but Misaka looked exhausted and dirty. It looked like she had spent every night scouring the city in hopes of finding some sort of clue as to where the boys were. Ren cast a Salvation spell on her, but it didn't matter, Misaka's current psychological state still made her feel every ounce of pain and sorrow.
Touma on the other hand was conflicted. He was so engrossed in trying to get Index back, that he completely forgot the promise he had made to Misaka. But in reality, who would blame him? He did the right thing and nobody would disagree, but why did it feel like he betrayed her?
"Misaka, I'm really sorry that we left without any warning, but trust me when I say that we had no choice." Touma was beginning to find the words that were eluding both the boys. His face looked full of sorrow, but Ren knew he wanted to do his best to comfort her.
"You could've at least sent a message," Misaka replied. "But knowing you two, and seeing both of you safe, I'm pretty sure you went out to save someone again didn't you?"
She wasn't wrong about that. They had multiple opportunities to send her a message, but why didn't they? Part of them didn't want her to needlessly worry about their situation and wanted her to complain about why they didn't bring her with them. They thought that they were saving her from unwarranted anxiety, but in truth, they were really only saving themselves.
"We're sorry ok, but if you knew our situation, you would understand why we had to leave," Touma explained. "There was just no time to tell anyone anything."
"...It's fine," Misaka said in an unconvincing tone. Both boys knew that she was still on the edge about the topic. "Right now, I'm just glad you two are alright. Just… make sure next time you don't make me worry like this!"
She was trying incredibly hard to put up her tough-girl facade, but Ren could see right through it. He mentally kicked himself for not seeing how much Misaka cared for the both of them. She really didn't deserve the pain she was feeling.
Ren gave her a small smile and gave Touma a mental message.
"Go give her a hug, she needs one."
The tone of Ren's voice made it clear that it wasn't a sort of joke or a flirtatious joke, but something that stemmed from true emotion. Like an older brother talking to his younger sister's boyfriend to acknowledge their need to protect her.
There was no embarrassment, no hesitation, nor any talkback to Ren's request. Touma walked forward and gave her a hug.
Ren was surprised Touma went along but became even more surprised he didn't turn into a human lightning rod. Right now, Misaka was only capable of reciprocating the hug that the misfortunate boy gave her. It felt weird seeing both of them embrace each other as if he was the third wheel in the relationship, but this was something he knew both of them wanted. He looked away as if to give them a bit of privacy and looked back for one second after he thought they would have stopped hugging.
His eyes widened after he noticed a teardrop fall from Touma's eye.
'Could he be...?'
Ren closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He had great friends and was thankful he was able to meet them. He was hoping that after the Ruin was dealt with he would be able to come and visit them again, but he didn't want to expect something that might not happen, so he put it in the back of his mind.
There was still the case of Akechi though. He still hadn't spoken to Igor or Lavenza. They said that Akechi would be dead no matter what, so how did they not foresee this?
"Ehem," Ren 'coughed'.
Touma and Misaka, after realizing their situation, somewhat scrambled and stood up straight. Something told Ren that they had forgotten the concept of time with their embrace, but thought it best not to tease them.
"Akechi should be back any second now, so be prepared to handle his… How do I put this? Well, for lack of a better word, asshattery."
"Akechi?" Misaka asked, after recovering from the previous ordeal. "Wait… isn't he from your planet!? I thought you said he died?"
"That's what I thought, but apparently he's alive and well. He's going to have to crash with me considering his situation, so if I go missing or you manage to find my body, just know it was him."
Misaka and Touma didn't know whether to laugh or take Ren at his word. Although, they doubted they could actually laugh after the conversation they just had.
"Are you sure it was a good idea to leave him by himself then?" Misaka asked.
"He wanted to explore the city a bit, and I needed him to be enrolled into our school so I could keep an eye out on him. He's a year older than me, so him being in our class would look kind of suspicious."
"I sense a 'but' coming," Touma commented.
"We are Persona users," Ren explained. "So we might have our classmate's brains… tampered with."
"You what!?" Touma exclaimed in bewilderment.
"It's not as bad as it sounds... I think," Ren joked with a fake chuckle. "We're pretty much just making it look like they see Akechi a bit younger."
"That photo you showed us really showed a mature aura about him," Misaka said. "Though from your stories then I don't really think I should take anything from him at face value."
"Thank you!" Ren proudly thanked with a happy look. "I'm glad you understand."
Touma looked a bit off-put with Ren's reaction to Misaka's comment but thought it related to something back on his planet.
As the trio continued to discuss their own matters, a knock was heard on the door.
"Speak of the devil," Ren grunted while getting up.
Walking toward the door, Ren mentally prepared himself for the annoyance Akechi was going to bring. He could be incredibly annoying, and well, evil at times, but deep down he knew that he had some sense of justice in him, and Ren would do anything to make that the forefront of Akechi's mind.
Ren then opened the door.
"So, how was your exploration?" Ren asked without greeting.
"Not bad actually," Akechi responded while taking off his shoes. "The city is extremely technologically advanced. A lot of this stuff is stuff we only see in futuristic movies."
"That's what I thought at first, but I've somewhat been adapting to it," Ren said.
"But there's one thing that I just find absolutely baffling," Akechi noted with a curious tone. "Espers."
"What's so shocking about that?" Misaka asked. "I'm Misaka by the way."
Akechi looked at her and scanned her from head to toe. He looked a bit surprised, something that caught her off guard, and eventually looked back to Ren.
"She sounds exactly like Niijima," Akechi noticed. "How strange."
"That's what I said too."
"It is somewhat unsettling."
Both boys gave each other a nod and looked back at Misaka.
"Sorry about that. I'm sure he told you my name, but it's Goro Akechi, pleased to meet you."
"Umm…" Misaka looked considerably disturbed by the sudden kindness of the person she expected to be fully sadistic.
Ren looked at Akechi with a blank stare.
"What in the fuck was that fake greeting?" Ren spat.
"She's just a child Amamiya… which makes me feel like I should call 911 on you," Akechi shot back, with a fake sense of disgust.
"Are you stupid?"
"Why are you getting so defensive?"
Touma and Misaka watched in amusement as the two spat back and forth. They never had seen Ren like this before. However, as both otherworldly boys continued with insults, it became rather tiring.
Touma pointed towards the door and Misaka nodded in agreement.
They slowly started to walk toward the door and make their escape before the two boys noticed. It was really awkward that Akechi was almost exactly like how Ren described him.
Misaka would let the remark about being a child slide for now, but if he were to make it again, Persona user or not, she would shock the hair off of him.
"Of course you had to be alive, and just my luck you're on the same planet!"
"You should've just let me kill you then!"
"Maybe if you were smarter, you would've actually done it!"
As Misaka and Touma closed the door on their way out, they could hear both the Persona users' voices grow quieter and quieter as they walked away from the complex.
"Well…" Touma didn't know what to say after they escaped. He debated spending the rest of the day with Misaka to make it up to her, but he wondered if he really deserved it to ask her.
'Quit being a little bitch Kamijou, just ask. Also, check your back left pocket.'
"Heh, so he did notice," Touma said absentmindedly. He put his hand into the pocket and pulled out multiple ten thousand yen bills.
"What was that?" Misaka asked.
"Oh! Umm, it's short notice but do you want to go get something to eat? On me of course." Touma gave a worried smile and was expecting the worst after such a nervous attempt to ask Misaka. Why did he feel nervous with her now more than before? It was probably all the damn pressure from Ren… right?
Looking at the state of the room, the Trickster realized it was looking a bit more liberating. Although it was still a jail, he wasn't confined to his cell, and he was free to walk about however he pleased. He reflected on the moments he was here and the situations that brought him here, but there was always something that bothered him.
"There are no exceptions."
These were Lavenza's words when he mentioned Akechi. It was rather… odd.
How could she be this wrong?
"Hello Trickster, welcome back to the Velvet Room," Igor greeted. "I assume you have a question for us?"
"You said that everything would return to the way it was after we defeated Maruki. So can you explain to me why he is here and alive?"
"Trickster… we never did tell you of his fate. I apologize." Lavenza stated.
Come to think of it, they didn't technically lie. She merely said things would return to before, but she never did say that he was dead.
"I get that you didn't lie to me, but you didn't tell the truth," Ren clenched his fist. "Did you guys know about this, yes or no?"
Lavenza looked away with a look of sorrow.
"We… didn't."
What?
"We weren't aware of his fate until the moment you met him, I really wish we did know, but the Ruin is hindering our knowledge, it's almost like last time…"
They couldn't be overrun again right? They still felt like the attendants he knew, so he was sure that they weren't the twisted warped people that Yaldaboath turned them into. So maybe it was a signal that time was running out, or that Ruin would now appear? The Metaverse exploration would have to happen a bit quicker.
"Ok, I trust you guys, so please keep lending me your strength to get through this. But, I will ask a favor."
"Which is?" Igor asked, raising an eyebrow.
"When this is all over, Akechi comes back with me."
As soon as Ren finished his sentence, his eyes were greeted back to the real world. He didn't want to hear a response and decided it best to make it seem like an ultimatum instead of a suggestion.
"Hey bastard with glasses," a not-so-kind voice suddenly called out Ren. "Is this shithead always like this?"
Accelerator was currently sitting next to Last Order with Akechi and Touma on the other side of the table. This whole time Akechi had been keeping up his detective prince persona, mostly because of Last Order. It seemed that Akechi had some sort of standard when it came to children.
"Like what?" Ren asked. "Entirely fake and misleading by acting like the complete opposite of what he actually is?"
"Shut up, Amamiya," Akechi said. "And why do you think I'm acting like this?" Akechi motioned his head towards Last Order's direction as she was currently eating curry made by Ren.
"This is the best! Misaka exclaims as Misaka's taste buds explode!" The mini-Misaka clone was clearly enjoying herself. She always seemed to be the life of the party considering how young she was.
"At least you have some tact," Accelerator sounded sarcastic, or was it serious? Ren couldn't really tell.
"So Amamiya here told me you're pretty strong," Akechi sized up Accelerator from where he was sitting. "But you don't look like much, it's kind of disappointing."
"What was that?" Accelerator snarled at the 'prince's' words. "I really want to hear you say that again."
"Whoa whoa whoa, both of you relax," Ren said. "You don't really need words to find out, there are always more, physical, ways to settle things."
"Are you sure that's a good idea Amamiya?" Akechi's smile seemed infectious. "It might not be a good idea to have me let loose."
Not wrong, but he hadn't seen Akechi in action in so long, so he needed to make sure that he could still fight.
"What do you say Accelerator?" Ren asked while pointing at Akechi. "A little friendly fight?"
"Why would you want to fight him? Misaka asks as she questions the sanity of the new friend."
"Don't worry, Last Order," Akechi replied with a sincere tone. "I just want to know what I'm capable of, and if I lose, then it'll be my fault for getting him angry."
Last Order's eyes were sparkling. For the sake of everything holy, why was she taking a liking to Akechi?
"I know a place," Ren said with excitement.
"Ahem," Touma coughed. "Amamiya, a word?"
Ren walked toward Touma in the corner of the room and spoke quietly about what was going on.
"What the hell are you doing? Do you want to blow up the city?"
"No, but I do need information on how Akechi fights," Ren explained. "Some instigating never hurt anyone."
"No, it does," Touma pointed out, facepalming. "But if it's you saying it then you must have some kind of master plan, don't you?"
"Nope!" Ren quickly responded. "Came up with it on the spot, knowing you would flat out reject it."
Touma looked at the two boys and Last Order as they stood up and waited at the door.
"No matter what I say you're going to do it anyway, right?" Touma asked in a depressed tone.
"Correct Touma! But I will need your help to make sure these two don't accidentally kill each other."
"Figures," Touma sighed. "Such misfortune."
Feel free to leave a review, comments, suggestions, or any ideas you guys have. Don't hesitate to tell me off if you don't like something.
I will do my best to update as much as I can. Please bear with me if I take the time to upload a new chapter.
HelixPenn: It was really exciting to be editing/reviewing Wish's story again… If only I was this quick with my own stories :L
