Neb: Hello Everyone, Guess who is back. I've got more to tell about Ricky White and I don't plan on stopping until he is dead...

Ricky: What?

Neb: Sorry, being dramatic, but this is a character I seriously enjoyed writing. I mean, every hero has their Kryptonite so to say, but I gave Ricky a ton of powers and a ton of weaknesses. For instance, he can't use more than one power at a time without going into a seizure, he cannot vibrate the particles of Vibranium, He cannot hold an unstoppable force like Juggernaut in stasis, he has difficulties putting crowds, large objects, and Super Mutants in stasis as well. Not to mention all his internal conflicts like family drama, being a former X Man, being a former Brotherhood Mutant, and working for Shield. Though, I might not push the Shield Job on him entirely and just call my other fanfic Section X an AU. One thing is for certain though, no matter what situation Ricky White or his alter Ego Vibrant is in, we can sure he will smile through it one way or another. This is the arc where Vibrant goes to find his father 'due to request'. The next Arc will be Apocalypse, and then we shall wrap up the whole New Brotherhood Mutants. I know my story is also a bit all over the place, because I wanted to do more when sometimes less is better. I'll try and remember that for future stories, but I'm just going to roll with the chaos in this one.

Ricky: Thank you all for reading this story, it is now at 30,000 views which is incredible. Ben does not Own X Men Evolution or any X Man story for that matter.

Nick Fury and Ricky sat in a black S.U.V as they rode along the streets of New York. Fury kept his good eye trained on Ricky who sat across from him nervously.

"So you told Reptiless to stay with the mutant cult," Fury pointed out in an aggravated tone.

"I wasn't going to abandon her," Ricky explained. "I just had other priorities at the time..."

"So do you have anything to report?"

"Yeah," Ricky sighed. "I guess I should start with who we met at the door. Lady Vampress, Juggernaut, and Deadpool, work for Dragon and Seer. They are interested in me becoming the leader though, due to Seer's prophecy."

"What prophecy is that?"

"That I will lead them to a new world or make a new world after the fall of Apocalypse."

"What else you got?"

"A man who isn't a Mutant is going around shooting up the Mutant haters," Ricky pointed out. "They called him the Punisher."

"I'm familiar with him," Fury admitted. "He's an unstable individual who has been in the military several times and in prison several times. No one knows why he does what he does, but everyone he comes across winds up soiling themselves if he finds a reason to..."

The driver was coming to a stop in front of an old warehouse.

"Punish them," Fury finished his sentence. "It's bad enough that Seer and Dragon have so many healing factor mutants on their team, but Juggernaut will prove to be the most difficult of them to deal with. Should you decide these New Brotherhood mutants are indeed a threat to humanity, you and Reptiless take care of him first and then call my people in. We will deal with the rest of them."

"You should really worry about Seer more," Ricky admitted. "Fury? Where are we?"

"Your next assignment," Fury explained. "There's some anti Mutant activists in this area and we require your assistance as backup. Can you handle that?"

"Am I getting paid for my last job?"

"We already wired the transfer to your bank account," Fury answered. "However, I do encourage you to continue working with Reptiless. You need a team behind you to be effective."

"Can I get paid in information instead of money for this mission?", Ricky wondered.

"Depends on the information," Fury countered. "Information is worth more then money in my experience."

"I'm not asking for top secret stuff," Ricky chuckled. "I just want to find a person. A man named... a mutant named Carter Bradford. He probably grew up in New York and he has my hair and eye colors."

"Easy enough," Fury admitted. "After we arrest the activists, I'll start looking for him. And you-"

"I know," Ricky sighed. "Go find Reptiless."

"Now let's get moving," Fury ordered.

Ricky already had his smiling mask over his face and his hood up. He didn't need any mutant haters knowing what he looked like. "This is a no kill mission right?"

"The objective is to secure their weapon stash by any means necessary," Fury explained. "If you can reduce casualties without getting any of our agents killed, then by all means, do so. You have myself, and four agents with you. One of witch is a mutant like yourself."

"Copy that," Vibrant nodded. He turned his head to a man with short blonde hair and brown eyes.

The man nodded back to him as he made a ball of light form in his hand.

"Kind of like Tabatha's power huh."

"My light doesn't have to blow things up," the blonde man shrugged. "I can also use it to melt steel and use it as a flash light."

"Got a mutant name?"

"Just call me Agent Bright," the blonde man decided. "We'll talk about names and stuff after the mission."

"Convenient you have a new partner for me already," Vibrant yawned.

"Don't get cocky kid," Fury ordered. "Do everything that I tell you and don't get shot."

"Gotcha," Vibrant agreed as they exited the S.U.V. To no one's surprised they were immediately forced to take cover because their were automatic assault rifles blasting away at them. Some of these mutant haters even carried laser weapons. "Ah, so this is the weapon's cache your trying to secure."

"If it goes out to the public, we'll have all kinds of new problems," Fury admitted. "We'll provide cover fire, you and Agent Bright will move in and secure the area."

"Got it," they both stated.

Vibrant grabbed the lid of a nearby trashcan and begun vibrating it making it harder for them to shoot through. He moved forward in a hurry and found himself by a truck using it for cover next. He noticed Agent Bright was going to the other side of the warehouse, meaning they were supposed to flank from both sides. "Alright then." Vibrant started chucking fireballs at them causing their group to scatter.

"It's one of them," one of the anti mutant activists spoke up. "A freak!"

Agent Bright didn't hesitate to start blasting down these people. He responded the same way the Punisher would.

"Jesus," Vibrant sighed. This went against his X Man training. Heck, even in the Brotherhood he didn't actually kill anyone. "He sensed three guys trying to pear around the corner of the truck to try and flank him. So Vibrant used his stasis field on them, holding them in place. He moved towards them and started removing their weapons and handcuffing them. Though it was difficult keeping them in stasis while trying to complete this task.

"You scum," one of them growled.

"Rubber and glue," Vibrant smirked under his mask. He didn't care what these people had to say. They were just ignorant humans who let fear control them. He saw Fury signaled him to move into the warehouse. Vibrant did as told and maintained keeping cover. He saw Agent Bright was laying back covering his shoulder from a bullet wound and realized he was being called in to help the agent. Vibrant moved as fast as he could towards the agent and managed to avoid getting shot thanks to his ability to sense the locations of his enemies. It also helped that the activists were trying not to get shot by Fury and his agents also. Vibrant grabbed onto Agent Bright and begun pulling him out of the warehouse.

"Times up," Fury stated. He grabbed a grenade and chucked it in the warehouse when Vibrant was cleared from it causing an explosion that took care of the remaining activists.

"Y-you just killed them?"

"It was either them or us," Fury shrugged. "We'll move you to your next assignment in a month. Until then, find Reptiless. I'll get you your information and then we can move from there."

"What was the point in bringing me along?"

"I'm getting you a good feel for being in a fire fight. You handled pulling your comrade to safety at least and managed to subdue three activists, so it's safe to say I can use you."

Vibrant stared at Fury in disbelief, but nodded.

"You keep my men safe, I'll keep you safe Vibrant," Fury reiterated. "Got it?"

"I understand," Ricky smiled as he took off his mask. He could feel his fake smile coming back. Something about being around these agents made his skin crawl. But still, they were his only chance at earning a living at the moment and they seemed to trust him. At least he hoped so.
