Neb: Ok, let's keep it going. I do not own X Men Evolution or any other properties of X Men. X Men is owned by Marvel, Disney, Fox, and so on, but not me. I hope you enjoy the fanfic.

Ricky made his way back towards Dragon's Mansion. When he arrived he was immediately met up with by Reptiless, Wade Wilson, and Ghost.

"So you're alive after all, oh future fearless leader," Wade joked.

"It's good you are alive," Ghost agreed.

"Where did you go?", Reptiless wondered.

"I'm sorry we got separated Reptiless," Ricky apologized. "I was knocked out during the battle, and then I had a new assignment."

"Oh, is Vibrant on two teams?", Wade pushed.

"I'm on almost every team Deadpool," Ricky half joked.

"What's our next mission," Reptiless moved the conversation along.

"Um," Ricky begun but was cut off.

"Who are you people anyway?", Wade wondered. "All jokes aside, you're not actually mutants looking for sanctuary. Are you spies?" Deadpool noticed Reptiless tense up and then shook his head. "Guess that's a yes."

"We swung by to see what Seer's offer was," Ricky explained. "Now I've got other things to do."

"And what's stopping Ghost and I from reporting back to him?", Wade wondered. "Hmm Ricky?"

"You can," Ricky shrugged as Reptiless got ready to fight. "Calm down kid." She eased up and then stood next to Ricky. "Seer already called us out for that the other day. You can't really sneak up on that man or keep secrets because of his powers."

"Right he saw you guys spying on us with his future sight," Wade realized. "How did Hydra ever capture him, that sounds like lazy writing."

"Maybe he let himself get caught," Ricky figured.

"He couldn't stop it," Ghost shook her head. "He told me this story already. That he avoided Hydra's capture for many years only to find himself become an old man. He stated just because he could see them coming didn't mean he could escape them."

"Then he should have joined Magneto when Magneto had that youth serum," Ricky pointed out.

"Maybe," Ghost shrugged. "I don't know what any of that means."

"Ricky, new mission," Reptiless growled. "Back to it."

"We are laying low for the month," Ricky shook his head. "Fury doesn't have anything for us. However, he did help me with a personal matter. I've been trying to find answers about where I came from."

"Well when a mommy and a daddy love each other very much," Wade cut in.

"Don't be a nuisance," Ricky smiled at him.

"Sorry, go on," Wade chuckled.

"Anyways Fury located a man my mother said was potentially my father," Ricky continued. "I've never met this man, but he's a mutant, so I think he's a safe bet. His name is Carter Bradford, and he lives over in Queens."

"Not a good spot right now," Wade facepalmed.

"Why not?", Ricky wondered.

"That's where the activists are gathering their forces," Wade explained. "If they find any mutants on sight, they are going to kill him."

"N-no," Ricky responded shocked. "Why hasn't Seer or Dragon done anything?!"

"They aren't fighting the good fight until you come to lead us," Wade explained. "So what do you say, you want to lead the new brotherhood already?"

"Well since it isn't the end of the world yet," Ricky begun. "No!" He turned to Reptiless. "Grab your stuff, we are headed to Queens."

Reptiless blinked at him and then sighed. "I don't have stuff."

"You can't just run in there by yourself," Ghost pointed out. "Maybe you should ask Seer or Dragon for help."

"Or Lady Vampress or Juggernaut," Wade added.

"Or any of your X Men friends, or Shield," Reptiless figured.

"I'd rather not get too many people involved," Ricky shook his head. "I'm not planning to go to war, I just want to meet Mr. Bradford. Given he could be my father."

"That's good and all, but...", Wade trailed off.

"I'll go with you two," Ghost decided.

"I don't think Seer would be too happy if you ran off," Wade pointed out. "I mean, you are just a small child."

"Then you should come to," Ghost retorted.

Wade and Ghost glared at each other before Wade shrugged. "Fine, I'll go with you also. Can't say watching your family drama would be fun. But slicing up some mutant haters might be."

"We aren't going there to kill people," Ricky sighed.

"We might not have a choice," Wade countered. "Quit pretending to be some kind of saint. Last time I checked, you use to run with Magneto's crew."

"Yeah until they did something dumb like reveal mutants to the world," Ricky pointed out. "Twice." Ricky shook his head and then sighed before smiling. "You know what, I'm being uncharacteristic of myself. If you two wish to tag along, then fine. Just don't do anything that'll drag too much attention."

"Fair," they both responded.
