The next morning, everyone woke up to the ship fixed, "Look at this, Oria! Merry is something else, isn't she?" Luffy laughed happily, "Right…" she said hesitantly.

Nami called the crew to show them the map once more. She told them that if they went south, it would be easier to find the city of gold, "Wait, you're always going on about the gold, but you not coming?" the captain asked, "Of course not! I'm scared!"

She would be on board the ship instead and take it to the other side of the island. That would be just as dangerous to go to their promised place before leaving Skypiea. They had to find a way to get the ship down. Oriana sighed and smooth down the altar's stairs so the Merry could slide down without much damage.

Luffy, Oriana, Zoro, Chopper, and Robin went out to find the gold while Nami, Sanji, and Usopp along with the sky-knight and his weird bird would move the ship and meet them at the eastern seashore later.

"Oi, where are you going Zoro? That's the opposite direction, west is that way! You have no sense of direction!" Luffy scolded not even ten minutes after separating from the others. "Oi, Luffy, don't you ever listen to what people say? It's the right eye of the skull and the right is this way, you idiot!" Zoro fired back.

Oriana watched the two in amusement she never thought that there would be someone that reminded her so much of Luffy but different too. She knew Luffy didn't care but Zoro had so far shown first mate material, but at times like these, she doubted rather or not that was true.

"Can one of you tell them that we want to go south and they're going the wrong way," Robin said to them which Oriana happily volunteered for, "Oi, you are going the wrong way!" she yelled at them, "She's talking to you, Zoro," Luffy laughed thinking he's right.

"I'm talking to both of you. We have to go south and it's this way, idiots!" she said, "Oh, why didn't you say so sooner?" Luffy smiled and used a stick to drag along the tree roots when Oriana suddenly stopped.

"What's wrong?" Zoro asked, "Don't you guys feel something big approaching?" she looked around, "There!" she pointed behind them, "What is it?" Chopper was starting to sweat, "Run it's a giant snake!" Luffy said excitedly,

"Look at its size. It must have been affected by the sky island's environment," the archaeologist smiled. "Like the catfish, I'll chop it up!" Zoro grabbed his swords while Chopper screamed in fear.

Oriana slid under the snake when it was trying to eat them and kicked it in 'the jaw'. The snake bit its tongue but that didn't make it stop. It tried to eat her once more, but she dodge it resulting in the giant creature biting a tree that melted away.

"Poison!" Chopper screamed, "I think it's time for a strategic retreat..." The swordsman panicked, "Agreed," the two women said together. "Scary!" Luffy screamed with a smile. This time the snake was after Robin, and she was sitting in one of the trees using her powers. As the thing charged at her, she sprouted a lot of arms to swing herself away from it.

Oriana wasn't sure how it happened, but she found herself alone in the middle of nowhere, "Oh, well," she said before continuing on her way. After a while, she ran into a tall pale man standing over burned bodies.

"Did you come here to challenge me?" he asked, "Nope, I ended up here by accident," she calmly replied. He was about to leave when "You have an interesting way of using lightning," Oriana praised.

"When you have the power of a god there are no limits to your ability," Eneru answered, "Here's the thing. I don't believe you're a god," she casually said. Suddenly, he was right in front of her and his hand up in her face, "El Thor!" and a flash of lightning was about to hit her when she dodged.

"You won't survive this, two million volts!" The shockwave hit her head-on. Oriana stood there and was hurt, "That was very... unpleasant," she said. She looked around in search of him, but he was gone, "That bastard. Did he just assume that he already finished me off and left?" she dusted herself off.

"I just have to pay him back for that!" she punched her palm.

She climbed to the top of the trees and saw a long plant tangled together leading up to a higher cloud level. It was probably there the kami was. People with titles have a habit of living above everyone else.

Oriana jumped from treetop to treetop and at some point, the goat people were about to attack her. She didn't even need to put that much power into her kicks. The young woman stood in front of the thing and made fire come out of her feet and fired herself up there.

It was a long way up and she was about to hit the cloud above. Oriana clapped her hands together before stretching them over her head and she flew into it.

On the other side, she swung herself into the air and dramatically landed next to a metal cage. She was about to touch it but then decided against it. Instead, she used her power to force them apart. She made a big hole before entering and saw a bloody Zoro.

"How do we get out once we beat them?" the swordsman asked, "Don't worry. I already took care of that" she smiled at her brother's Nakama. "Oria, how did you get in here?" he asked, "Did you already forget that I control the elements," she stated, and he just nodded.

"Now, I won't insult you and ask if you need help but is there anything left to do?" she asked. "Thanks, Nami, the weird knight, his bird, and a little girl was all eaten by the giant snake. Can you take care of that?" Zoro asked and pointed to the giant thing. She blinked a couple of times before smirking, "You bet!"

Oriana ran to the snake before jumping up, "Oi, what are you doing" he screamed, "There's only one way to save them and that is to get inside that thing as well!" she answered before going into the snake's mouth.

Once she was inside, it felt like she was in a dark tunnel. She landed next to some old buildings with a lot of treasures. She walked around in search of her new friend and the others. She lit a small fire, and it was weirdly spacious crave-like inside a creature.

"We need to get out of here!" a familiar navigator said, "That's what I'm here for" Oriana participated in the conversation shocking some of them. "You have a plan, Oria?" Nami asked hopefully, "I have a few ideas," she smiled menacingly.

"Why do I have a bad feeling about this!" Nami hugged the little girl with a face filled with fear.

Oriana lifted one of the boulders and threw it at the snakes inside. They felt the thing react but not enough to get them out. She was about to do it again until they suddenly weren't touching the ground and had this feeling of falling.

At some point, light was shining through as well as the jungle.

The weird knight jumped onto his bird-horse thing, Nami got onto her weaver and Luffy grabbed onto it while holding the little girl. Oriana found a way out herself and prepared for the landing on one of the clouds.

The snake suddenly cried out in tears.

Oriana jumped onto one of the buildings to see a beautiful city. She made a mental note to draw this later. Suddenly the long-eared wanna-be god attacked the creature with a bolt of lightning, "Oh no Nami, Oria!" Zoro screamed but calmed down once he saw they were safe.

"We're okay, but Luffy is still inside," Nami said, and they wondered why he was in there, to begin with. "Eneru!" the wild man from before shot his bazooka at him. He dodged it without effort and just used one of the dials to create a ball cloud to sit on it.

"I predicted that there would be six survivors at the end. Three minutes remain until the three hours limit is up. Which means I can't have seven left. The kami cannot make a false prophecy. Let's see who shall disappear. Will you fight among yourselves, or shall I obliterate one of you?"

"Do you want to be obliterated?" Zoro suddenly asked the others.

"Nah, I'll pass," Oriana replied.

"I rather not," Robin answered.

"Me either," he said.

"I'll pass too," Wiper added.

"I absolutely refuse," sky knight responded.

They turned and pointed at him, "You're the one who should disappear. Eneru looked at them amused, "Bad choice" he answered with a creepy smile. Eneru kept talking about returning to a place of never-ending Varse – a land that stretch as far as they could see. A place worthy of a god.

Oriana shook her head at his nonsense. She just wanted to fight him, but the old knight beat her to it. Eneru dodged with ease and shot a bolt of lightning at him. Once the knight passed out, he looked at them ready to tell them something.

The lightning man wanted to take them to Varse now that they survived.

"What if we refuse?" Robin suddenly asked, "Refuse? Why would you? I've decided it. If you stay, you'll simply fall to the ground with this country," he answered simply. The older female pirate tried to tell him that if he destroyed the country, the thing he would want, the golden bell would be destroyed too.

The pale man calmly said that he already had an idea where the bell could be. He pointed his finger at her and shot his lightning, "I despise scheming women." It hit her head and before she hit the ground Zoro quickly turned around and caught her, "She's a woman" he hissed, "I can tell".

Zoro gently laid her to the side and charged at him. Eneru jumped up, but out of nowhere, Wiper shot his bazooka at him. Oriana watched him get away, "You still don't understand. The energy you possess is nothing compared to mine!"

Oriana stepped up, "The way you're using your powers is quite interesting. Combining your devil fruit powers with your mantra," Nami's eyes widen, "What are you saying?" Eneru smirked a little bit, "You have a good eye for greatness, girl. Why don't you join me?"

"No thanks. I don't want to," she turned her back to him. It angered Eneru and he suddenly appeared right in front of her with a hand stretched to her face with lightning coming out of it, "Then you perish!"

When he was about to attack, she coated her leg in haki and kicked him away. Eneru fell into a building, "No, you perish!" she yelled back at him. Soon, he came back, and Zoro decided to attack him this time.

The swordsman cut him, yet he resembled himself before grabbing his sword and burning him. Wiper threw his bazooka and jumped onto Eneru before he yelled, "Reject!". This shockwave was massive, and Oriana could feel the air's vibration going wild.

Zoro jumped back before that and they all looked at Wiper standing over Eneru's body, but suddenly lightning emerged around him. He stood up with a sinister smile on his face, "People don't fear kami. The fear is kami".

Wiper fell to his knees and started saying that eight hundred years ago proud shandians warriors protected this city and that they were their descendants. For the last four hundred years, their ancestors had yearned for this place after it was taken out of the blue sea. They vowed to avenge the great warrior Kalgara and the only thing standing in his way was Eneru.

He was beaten by the lightning man after he hit the drums on his back and a huge bird-form shock hit him once again. Zoro had seen enough and took his sea prism shoes to hit Eneru, but he too was hit by the element.

Oriana was ready for anything but watched Wiper stand up again. He started telling them the reason for his determination which was because of his ancestors. The man impressed her and when a light came from the sky, she reacted without realizing it.

She pushed him aside and took the attack head-on.

At first, it was painful, but Oriana didn't fall. Eneru kept striking her as if he expected her to react somehow. When he finally stopped, she fell onto her knees, "That's a position more fitting when you stand before me," he smirked over her.

Oriana heard none of that. Her mind was blank, but her body reacted weirdly to the lightning. She didn't know how long it had been when Luffy shook her shoulders, "Oi, what happened Oria?"

She stared at him, "I-I'm not sure..." she looked at her hands. He helped her over to a building and she sat on one of the ruins.

They found Robin close by and the captain went over to her, "Listen closely, this island is going to be destroyed and everything in it. He wants to return everyone in the sky to the blue sea," she informed.

Oriana didn't listen or notice when he left but turned to Robin who was talking to her, "Can you repeat that?"

"We need to get out of here or at least get up to the top level, Winter Blaze-san. I won't be able to carry everyone at once," Robin started. "Leave it to me!" Oriana answered and tried to stand up, yet she was struggling. "I just need a little more time," she sighed, "Of course after all that I'm surprised you're still walking, as expected of Whitebeard's daughter," the older pirate praised.

"My father wouldn't be down like this," Oriana tighten her fist frustrated. Eneru wasn't that strong plus she had the haki to defeat him, but his devil fruit proved to be more annoying than anything else.

Oriana shook her head to get out of her thoughts. She would figure something out but for now, she decided to help Robin get the other's up the bean-stock. "It's getting darker which means he'll start the annihilation soon!"

Once they were up there, she took a deep breath ready to destroy the ship. Her way to do that from a distance was to throw a boulder at it. She managed to make a big hole in the side of the ship and so she tried again and again.

At some point, Oriana felt a bolt of lightning coming her way but she dodge it before throwing another big rock. It didn't hit the ship instead it was destroyed by a bolt of lightning and saw people falling from the ship.

Which turned out to be Nami and Usopp.

Oriana ran over to them, and they landed by the bean stock. Everyone was there except for Luffy who was climbing the great vine. Nami told them to go back to the ship before she took her waver and drove after him. None of them listened and they watch the battle intensely. "He going to ring the bell, right?" Usopp asked Robin.

"Ring the bell…?" Wiper stood there confused, "Once he puts his mind into something there's no changing it. Even if Nami tries to bring him back he won't go with her. He and Eneru are after the same thing" Zoro said.

Not long after a big leaf fell from above and with a message on it, "Cut down the giant vine so it falls to the west" Robin read. Oriana could feel a very big electrical charge and they all looked up to see a huge black source of energy.

Zoro was the first one to run toward the vine and cut a huge piece of it. Then a familiar light from the sky appeared and struck him. Even the snake helped, and Oriana was about to do the last push. That was until, "It's the shandians who inherited Kalgara's will. It only gives meaning if we ring it. So, what does Straw-hat have to do with it?" the wild man asked.

"Four hundred years ago a certain explorer lied and said he'd seen the golden city in the blue sea. He was ridiculed by society, but his descendants believed his words. Even now one of them is searching the blue sea for the city of gold". Robin explained.

"The boy with the straw hat thinks if we ring that bell, we'll be able to tell the people that the city of gold was in the sky. Isn't that a wonderful reason? He's a romantic even when things look so hopeless, he would give up his chances for escape just for that. He's a bit crazy" she said smiling.

A lightning bolt hit right behind them, "What is the name of the descendant?" Wiper started, "Montblanc Cricket" the older pirate answered, "Then this ancestor from four hundred years ago, his name must be Noland," he said in tears.

The sky warrior ran towards the vine while stealing Oriana's chance to show a bit off. He pushed the long-nosed pirate back who have been attacking the tree during their little story-time. Oriana didn't mind much because she loved a good story and watched him destroy the last piece holding it together, "Reject" he yelled.

The vine started to fall with Wiper passed out at its root. She saw the two pirates racing to the top. Luffy jumped off the waver and started attacking the blackball thing and soon it had completely disappeared.

The young captain threw his arm back to twiste it. Eneru shot lightning at him, but it didn't work. Instead, Luffy kicked him in the face which was so satisfying. Earlobe had stabbed her brother in the back.

It only reminded her of a memory she was trying so hard to forget. Luffy fell but quickly bounced back by grabbing a cloud and shooting the giant piece of gold at him along with his fist he hit his entire body, but it didn't stop there. He kept stretching his arm until it hit something hard, "REACH." He yelled as he was falling.

Soon a loud beautiful sound echoed through the island along with the snake and every animal. People started gathering from every direction. Luffy, Nami, and Conis came running with a big bag of food.

As the sunset, a large position of wood was collected, and Oriana was responsible for setting it on fire. This bonfire was much bigger than the last and all the people who were enemies earlier that day partied together.

They were dancing, drinking, and eating but most of all smiling while celebrating their freedom from Eneru.

-x-

It's been four days since Eneru's defeat. They had been partying without a worry in the world. That night while Oriana was sleeping a hand shook her awake, "Oi, Oria, get up. We are going to steal the gold and run," Luffy whispered.

"Great, have fun" She wrapped the blanket around her more comfortably.

"What are you talking about? We are pirates and we love treasures," he defended, "I know, but if we do it later, I'm all in," but sadly they didn't leave her alone and she had to force herself to get up before the sun even arose.

Luffy, Nami, Sanji, and Chopper went into the snake's stomach while Oriana stayed outside with Zoro who was looking intently at his sword, "What's wrong?" she asked him. "Mhh nothing's wrong it's just that I learned something new after coming here," he said.

"Interesting. I might have learned something new too!" Oriana smiled excitedly. The two started sharing info about their new skills. Zoro learned how to make a long slash attack while Oriana might have learned how to use a new element.

Soon, Oriana left the swordsman because she wanted to get a good look at the golden bell to draw it. When she arrived, she saw Robin reading the text, "We're the ones who weave history with reverberations of the great bell," shocking the chief of the shandians.

"The ancient weapon with the name of the god – Poseidon. Its location is in…!" she said but didn't reveal where it was. Robin turned around to leave, "Are you ready to leave, Winter Blaze-san?" she asked but someone pointed out that there was more to read.

Robin's eyes widen in shock, "I hereby guide this text to its end – Pirate Gol D. Roger!" Oriana looked at the text with a smile on her face, 'They were here too?' "The Pirate King? I can't be… on Sky Island. How does he know those letters?" she was still shocked.

"There was someone on his crew that could read and write it," Oriana's thoughts went to her former crewmate. He must really have made a big impression up here and she missed him dearly.

"It says Roger there?" the sky knight asked, "Did you know him?" the two women asked. The old man explain that Roger visited them over twenty years ago. Robin was saying her thoughts out loud without talking to someone specifically.

She turned to the Chief and told him that their purpose for protecting the stone was complete. They were grateful for her words and offered them a huge piece of gold which Robin happily accepted it. "There is not enough space for that," she muttered to herself.

"Miss, that boy with the straw hat has the same feeling around him as Roger," the sky knight said, "His name is Monkey D. Luffy. I'm quite interested in him myself." Robin smiled. Oriana didn't say anything but knew what the two meant – There was something special about him.

They went back to the city with the sky people carrying the huge piece of gold behind them. "Oi, Robin, Oria, hurry up! We stole some gold. Let's run away!" Luffy yelled from the distance.

He turned around and showed his founding, "We're rich now!"

The sky people were shocked to see them leaving already and were about to give them their gift, but the pirates misunderstood the gold for a cannon. Oriana cut a piece of it, "Looks like they don't need it!" the two women ran over to the others.

They ran over to the Going Merry ready to descend back to the blue sea. The only way to get down was by something called Clouds End. Conis and her father were there to send them off. The south bird came flying and landed on the rail.

"Be careful during the drop!" Conis yelled but a second later the ship went over the end and a free fall down. The pirates' eyes popped out of their skulls and their scream was heard throughout the sky.

Out of nowhere, a giant octopus came out from the sky to catch the ship in its tentacles. Zoro grabbed swords ready to cut them when most of them fell hard on the deck when the creature turned into a huge balloon and slowly lowered them down.

They descended with the Golden Bell ringing in the background, and everything was perfect, "What an amazing adventure!" Oriana's eyes soften.
