Thank you guys so much for all the reviews and for reading! I am finally at the beginning of the story I am wanting to tell. Again, I wanted to stay as close to canon as I could which meant (unfortunately) yes Damon and Elena had children according to Legacies, I was not giving them more than two LOL. And it was important to me that Bonnie was able to have a life since she couldn't be with Damon for annoying ass reasons! Please let me know if you are interested in any one shots of Bonnie's life after she married Bastien or any other characters you want to know more about, also maybe a playlist as well? Should I start a tumblr? We are now going to be on a willlldddd ride as this story picks up, and I hope you guys love it!

The year 2091:
"Em, I believe we can take it from here, go get yourself ready, you've brought this home back to the chateau glory days" Bastien looked at his daughter proudly for all the hard work she put in for the gala.
Emeline took one last look at everything before sighing in agreement to join her friends in getting ready.
"Thanks, Dad, I know this day must be hard for you too, I can feel it" Emeline looked up at her dad with empathy as he pulled her in for a hug.
"Your grandmother would be so incredibly proud of you and your mother, this has been something she worked so hard for, and to see it all happening now, us hosting the Gala here for the first time – I can feel her all around," Bastien said smiling while still holding his daughter.
Emeline pulled away and shot her dad with a teary-eyed smile. Emeline never got to meet Sophia, due to Sophia passing long before Emeline was born, she had although, felt her presence and had met her in her dreams and seen her in shadows many times since she was younger.
"I'm going to check with Mom first before getting ready, I love you Dad" Emeline went in for another hug from her dad.
"I love you too ma jolie fille, I am forever so incredibly proud of you" Bastien gave her daughter one last squeeze before going their separate ways.

"I've been meaning to come a lot sooner than today, I'm sorry," Caroline said while squeezing Bonnie tightly.
Bonnie stepped away from the hug to look at Caroline, thankful to have her best friend with her.
"It's okay, I've needed the time alone" Bonnie nodded at her own statement as she nervously bit her lip, a dead giveaway to Caroline that Bonnie was sugarcoating her feelings.
"No Bonnie, I should have been here, – I know we knew the day was going to come – but it doesn't hurt any less. I don't know what I would have done without you here living and breathing with me" Caroline made her way with Bonnie to the sit-down area of Bonnie and Bastien's master bedroom.
"We never thought this supernatural stuff through did we," Bonnie said with a half-smile.
"No" Caroline laughed.
"We definitely did not, but to be here with you and getting to see all of us with our families makes it so worth it" Caroline shot Bonnie a warm smile that was returned.
"Caroline, something is off, feels off" Bonnie stated in a more serious tone.
"Yeah, that's actually what I need to talk to you about before the festivities start" Caroline responded in a more serious tone as well.
"I haven't felt right since Damon died, I of course was devastated after Elena passed but Damon, something just feels off, and if I think about it too much, I get really anxious and then numb" Bonnie looked down and placed her right hand over her heart and rubbed that area thinking about it.
"Oh – I was talking about something else" Caroline muttered.
Bonnie looked up at Caroline with a questioning expression.
"What's going on?" Bonnie inquired.
"It can wait – the Damon thing though, I mean he was your best friend, I am still mad that he was the first person to see baby Emeline, I leave with Elena to get coffee downstairs for one minute and that's when you decide to give birth!" Caroline teased, making Bonnie laugh at the memory.
"I swear I did not plan it that way, I'm surprised I didn't shatter their hands when I was pushing" Bonnie fondly remembered having both Damon and Bastien there with her when she gave birth at the chateau, and then the memory of an old gray-haired Damon holding Emeline, smiling back at her.
Bonnie and Bastien both waited until they felt it was safe enough to bring a child into the world. With help, Bonnie had to clean up the supernatural world and make deals and agreements with different high-up world leaders about protecting the planet and each other and trusting them with the knowledge of the supernatural world. At the time of Emeline's birth, Damon and Elena were somewhere in their high 70s to early 80's, both lost count of their actual age due to the gaps of time they had due to vampirism and Elena being under Kai's spell for a few years. Either way, Bonnie and Caroline ensured they had the best everything for Damon and Elena to comfortably live to be as old and grey as possible.
"Ugh, it's still not fair - I miss him too though, he was the closest person to Stefan I had, and he really did grow up over the years, I'm proud of the man he grew to be" Caroline smiled to herself remembering Damon.
"He really did, didn't he, he loved Em, so much too, he was so excited to give her the earrings that matched mine, the ones he got me in Kyoto" Bonnie smiled and then got lost in another memory. As Bonnie began to space out Caroline was asking her what was wrong, but her voice sounded further and further away as memories of Damon and Bonnie in Japan were playing in her mind. Flashes of memory from the bathroom to the kiss later that night, her admission and Damon's.
"BONNIE!" Caroline yelled as she was shaking Bonnie's shoulders, Bonnie finally came to and looked at Caroline with tears in her eyes and a shocked expression. Caroline vamp sped to the door hearing someone coming close, and then relaxed once she could smell Sabre's scent close by.
"Your daughter is coming" Caroline stated, giving Bonnie a concerned look.
Bonnie quickly gathered her composure.
"Auntie Caroline! Hey!" Emeline and Caroline both went in for a hug. Emeline immediately sensed Caroline's tense emotions.
"Hello, my sweet girl, I have missed you, Lizzie still won't stop talking about her trip when she went to visit you at Oxford" Caroline beamed at Emeline.
"We definitely had a time" Emeline widened her eyes and chuckled remembering the shenanigans that ensued in Oxford.
"Mom- I am so excited for you to see everything, I am so impressed with myself" Emeline boasted as she made her way over to Bonnie.
"You could put together a pizza party and I would be impressed" Bonnie teased and brought Emeline into a hug as she kissed her forehead.
"All right girls, well I am going to head to my room to finish getting ready, I'll see you both later" Caroline smiled at them both before giving Bonnie a quick look that read, we need to talk, Bonnie gave her a quick smile and nod before placing her attention back on her daughter.
"I'm sorry I've been so distant lately, I should have helped," Bonnie said while placing a curl behind Emeline's ear.
"Mom, are you kidding me? I was on a high getting to take over for once" Emeline and Bonnie both laughed.
"I've gotten word more people have been arriving in the town, I'm glad you and Dad made sure to get more lodging built just in time, I'm excited to see who will show up." Emeline pondered at the thought.
"Well, the usual, and a few others who are nosey and want to be included at the first Archambeau Gala, nothing we can't handle" Bonnie and Emeline both smiled at each other in agreement.
"Do you think Auntie Sabre will come?" Emeline asked as her smile went away.
"Mmm, now that, I have no idea – if she knows you helped with it then she wouldn't miss it for the world." Bonnie looked at her daughter with pride and love. Regardless of the relationship or lack thereof, Bonnie had with Sabre, she never let that interfere with the relationship her daughter and Sabre had.
Things had been tense over the decades since the passing of Sophia. Nothing Bonnie could do or say would ever bring them any closer, not that they ever were before. Sabre only came around at the request of her brother or Caroline, it wasn't until Bonnie became pregnant that Sabre came around more, but usually, if it wasn't for the different meetups about the different magical threats, or Emeline, there was nothing to be spoken about between the two.
"I love you Mom - I'm going to get ready now, I'll meet you in here with Dad before we go down" Emeline hugged Bonnie as Bonnie nodded in agreement, holding back her tears, as she couldn't shake the different memories coming back to her, nor make sense of them.
"I love you too, so much, you are the best thing about my life, mine and your father's, and I'd do it all over again to have you" Bonnie held on to Emeline's face taking her beautiful daughter in and her undeniable Bennett line features.
So much of her daughter's brown eyes reminded her of Emily, hence Emeline's name. Emeline often complained that she didn't get her dad's blue eyes or her mother's green eyes, and Bonnie and Bastien often reminded her of the strength held in her deep brown eyes, and how they carry an ancestral line behind them. If Bonnie was fire, Emeline was the earth, deeply rooted and connected to the earth beneath her feet, much like Bonnie's mom Abby. While Emeline had the semi-immortal perks of her father, as well as the power to read others' emotions and manipulate them, she had a deep connection with the earth and earthly beings to the point where she could use them to her advantage in battle if she wanted to, she mainly liked to tend to the gardens and use them for healing purposes and different old Bennett spells. When Bonnie looks at her daughter, she feels the safest and at home, a constant reminder of everything Bonnie had fought for, which made it all worth it to Bonnie.
"Momm, stop, you don't need to get all mushy," Emeline said teasingly making Bonnie smile.
"Okay, go on, get ready Mon Cherie, I'll see you soon." Bonnie placed a kiss on Emeline's forehead before Emeline turned around to leave the room.
Once Bonnie was alone, she made her way to her vanity, trying to ignore the different thoughts racing through her mind. Bonnie with her magic gracefully waved her hand to do a glamour spell over her face and immediately appeared in the mirror with her hair and makeup done. She opted for a middle part and her hair pulled back behind her in one braid, with a slight smokey eye and a deep red lip to match the long off-the-shoulder long-sleeved, lacy black dress Caroline got her that was covered in black beaded jewels on top of the lace. She couldn't decide on the jewelry and flipped through her collection when she walked through her large walk-in closet that housed her jewelry collection in the middle of it. She spotted the earrings Damon got her in Japan and started to shake her head at the feeling she was getting.
"Get it together Bonnie" Bonnie ordered to herself as she closed her eyes before picking out her black diamond, gold, and pearl earrings Bastien got her one year.
Once Bonnie put everything together, she looked at herself in her large gold Victorian mirror, taking a deep breath in at how powerful, strong, and beautiful she looked. She quickly turned her head at the sound of Bastien coming in.
"Damn, you look like the queen of Westeros" Bastien whistled as he admired Bonnie in her dress, making Bonnie smile.
"Which one? There's been like twelve remakes and a million spin-offs" Bonnie walked to her husband and held out her hands to bring him into a kiss.
"Mmm - the one that came out in 2064 for sure, no question" Bastien stated in between kisses.
Bonnie let go and gave him a necklace for her to put on. Bastien moved her long braid over her shoulder, taking time to purposefully brush his hand across her neck making her close her eyes in pleasure.
As he placed the necklace around her neck, she looked up at the mirror smiling and then yelped when she saw Damon in the mirror instead of Bastien.
"Is everything okay? Are you okay?" Bastien worriedly asked as Bonnie turned around to touch his face.
"Yeah, I, it was a bolt of magic, probably my nerves, do you need me to help you get ready?" Bonnie asked to change the subject.
"I like doing it the old-fashioned way, I love to make you wait for it" Bastien teased as he bent back down to nip at her neck making Bonnie giggle.
"Okay well hurry, I can tell people are starting to show, I can feel their magic" Bonnie closed her eyes seeing if she can tell without looking who was making their way into their chateau. Bastien continued to pull her closer to him, teasing her with kisses up and down her neck.
"Bast – I'm serious, the faster we attend our own gala the faster you can get me out of this dress – the old-fashioned way" Bonnie purred into his ear causing him to let out a slight groan before giving her one last kiss and making his way to the shower.
Bonnie made her way out of her room to go to Caroline's room that Bonnie keeps for her and her daughters when they visit. When she opened the door, she audibly gasped.
"Damn Caroline!" Bonnie exclaimed, taking in Caroline's gold vintage Zuhair Murad gown and her hair and makeup perfectly placed like an old Hollywood glamour movie star.
"You too Bon! Man, I am GOOD" Caroline proudly boasted admiring the dress she picked out for Bonnie, with Bonnie nodding in agreement.
"I think your girls just got here, I felt their presence with Hope's, come in about ten minutes ago" Bonnie stated before sitting down in one of the chairs in Caroline's bedroom.
"Yeah, Lizzie texted me that they were close, I'm glad Josie decided to come, it's hard to separate her and her wife the older they both get – Bonnie, earlier I saw you..you seemed like you went somewhere," Caroline said concerned, sitting down next to Bonnie.
"It's not the time, and it could be nothing I don't – I don't know what it is." Bonnie wouldn't meet Caroline's eyes.
"Bonnie, you've gone up against a lot of big bads, and have scared many vampires, witches, and werewolves into submission as well as government officials who are allowed to know about the supernatural world - you even helped find an alternative to using fossil fuels and to have our earth be more sustainable thus saving the world yet... again, but you Bonnie Bennett are the worst liar when it comes to hiding things from me." Caroline scolded.
"Now I can either play the guessing game and find out what you're hiding that way, or you can trust me, your sister, your best friend" Caroline placed her hands on Bonnie's shoulders which made Bonnie finally meet her gaze.
"Caroline I'm having flashbacks, memories that I definitely do not recall happening, memories of me and Damon" Bonnie admitted with pleading eyes.
Caroline took her hands off Bonnie's shoulders and crossed her arms thinking about Bonnie's statement.
"Is it like when the travelers placed those memories in Elena's and Stefan's heads?" Caroline asked genuinely curiously and not surprised at Bonnie's admission.
"I don't know…maybe, I have to look more into it but not tonight" Bonnie shook her head and stood back up.
"I'm going to grab Emeline, we have to make our grand entrance, it's almost time." Bonnie rolled her eyes at the pomp and circumstance of It all, but she already pissed off too many supernatural beings in her years of bringing them all together for a common cause.
"I'll head down and meet up with my girls…we will get through this together Bonnie, whatever it is" Caroline grabbed Bonnie's hand and rubbed it with her thumb smiling at her otherworldly beautiful best friend, Bonnie gave Caroline a quick nod before heading out the door to her daughter's room.

"I've never felt more gorgeous, I mean look at me" Lana exaggerated, twirling in the mirror in the blush pink tulle dress Caroline loaned her.
Ash and Emeline both looked at each other smiling and rolling their eyes before looking at Lana.
"I mean seriously though; I feel like these things are just so we all can gawk at each other and look devastatingly beautiful trying not to rip each other's throats open" Lana rolled her eyes and plopped herself in the chaise lounge.
"I'm just happy to get out of the lab, and your mom is the G.O.A.T so I for one am excited to be at a Bennet Archambeau production" Ash got her glass of champagne to clink Emeline's glass.
"Cheers to that Ash!" Lana got her glass from the table next to her to raise up.
"Okay, I am the one who has spent my blood, sweat, and tears into this production, so cheers to ME" Emeline smiled as she raised her glass with the other girls.
"And my mom is kinda the G.O.A.T so yeah cheers to her too" Emeline laughed as they all cheered to both Emeline and her mom.
"While we're on the subject, your dad complimented my new tech I made for the midnight soldiers, and I think it's pretty serious between us now" Ash jokingly nodded her head at her own statement-making Emeline groan while making a gagging gesture.
"Anyways, before I wash my brain out with soap, Lana, where are you hiding the contraband?" Emeline asked, eyeing the dress for places Lana would hide her knives and weapons.
"A huntress never reveals her secrets" Lana dramatically recited before chugging her champagne.
Before Emeline could ask again, she heard a knock on the door.
"Come in!" Emeline shouted.
"Hey girls, you all look amazing, thank you so much for coming, and Ash it's good to see you not underground staring at a computer" Bonnie mused.
Bonnie always loved to see the three together, often reminding her of herself, Caroline, and Elena. Lana had the Gilbert grit and supportive nature, always uplifting both girls and doing whatever it takes to protect them, Ash was a great addition to the Archambeau research and engineering team. Ash a descendant of a powerful coven of witches from Barbados came to the Salvatore School for solace and to learn how to combine her witch side with her love for science and innovation gaining the attention of Bonnie and her team in France.
"Yeah well, I couldn't say no to this dress that Emeline had hiding in her closet!" Ash gestured to her green corseted lacey A-line dress.
"Mmm, that explains the credit card statement" Bonnie gave Emeline a wide-eyed accusatory look with a smile making Emeline laugh nervously.
Emeline wore a strapless corseted long black velvet dress with her hair down in her natural curls and minimum makeup.
"Are you ready Em?" Bonnie asked, Emeline knew not to test Bonnie's patience.
"Yes, Mom I'm ready – Alright ladies, later" Emeline shot them a peace sign as she pursed her lips and dramatically turned around to follow her mom, Bonnie shot both girls a smile and wave before leaving the room with Emeline.
"Literally did you see Bonnie in that dress? I can't" Lana exclaimed as she placed her head on her hand.
"Same" Ash responded.
"G.O.A.T" They both said in unison causing them to laugh hysterically.

Before Bonnie, Bastien, and Emeline walked down to the dining hall where all their guests were, they sat for a quick family portrait. Finally, after the portrait, it was time for the three to walk down the steps together all wearing black to honor Bonnie still in mourning for Damon and Elena. Bonnie was thankful for the distraction from what was plaguing her mind.
As they walked down the stairs and into the dining hall, all the attendees stood up to clap as they made their way past the tables to their table at the end of the dining hall with the other two coven leaders, with Finola who had skin that looked like it was made of marble, and long flowy red hair that made her look otherworldly and Amulius who was extremely handsome and stoic. Bonnie took her seat next to Amulius who was on her left and Bastien took his seat in between Bonnie and Emeline, with Finola on the other side of Amulius. When they finally sat down, the rest of the attendees took their seats, Bonnie looked over at Emeline to mouth that everything looked amazing.
Bonnie looked around the room to see who had shown up and smiled at Caroline and Hope when she spotted them with a frozen-in-time heretic Lizzie and an aged Josie who was now in her seventies but still looked about twenty years younger than her seventies due to the way magic slows the aging process slightly. She was also pleased to see Marcel and a now- highly protected by magic human Rebekah in attendance as well.
"I would like to raise a glass, to everyone in attendance and especially the Bennett-Archambeau's for letting us into their home. Our council has come a long way, and it is because of this council that we are able to co-habit together, protecting each other, humans, and the Earth. While there are some who still rebel, the numbers are few. We still have yet to find the fourth necklace that belonged to our fallen fourth coven leader, who is still locked away, his followers have yet to gain more traction thanks to Bonnie, a Bennett witch who never failed to avenge the death of our beloved Calista whom you all know as Sophia and continued the fight to bring us together, please if we can take a moment to raise our glasses to Calista" ordered Finola.
As everyone including Bonnie raised their glasses, Bonnie looked up at the portrait of Sophia that hung above the entrance to the dining hall and swallowed back the lump in her throat.
"Before we dine and take in each other's fellowship, I would like to make an announcement that Amulius, Calista, and I discussed prior to her passing. And that is the announcement that Bonnie shall formally take on the power of the moon keys once combined as she formally leads us into a new beginning as we face the inevitable darkness that comes our way" Finola looked around as she took in all the gasps including Bonnie who immediately looked at Bastien in disbelief.
"Bonnie, while you continue to be a formidable witch and ally, with power that still somehow grows daily, it is only right that a Bennett takes on this responsibility, you have shown us in more ways than one, it is you who will lead us out of the darkness, for we cannot trust the level of this power in the wrong hands, it is what Calista would have wanted, Bonnie do you accept?" Finola and Amulius both looked at Bonnie intently, Bonnie felt the world closing in on her, Bastien placed a supportive hand on her leg, and before she could answer she saw Sabre walking toward the hall in a white sleeveless flowy dress with a gold band at the waist and a long cape trailing behind her connected to the gold-plated neckline trailing behind her.
All eyes were on Sabre as she slowly walked to the table where Bonnie was sitting. Sabre locked eyes with Bonnie until she made it to greet everyone. Bastien immediately noticed that the dress belonged to their mother. Bastien and Emeline both looked at Sabre to get a read on her emotions, but they couldn't decipher much, Sophia had trained for decades on how to make herself hard to read, even to her brother.
"Hi," Sabre said greeting the table, making eye contact with each person as she went down the line, everyone nodded in acceptance of her greeting except for Bastien who was now visibly scowling at his sister.
"Not happy to see me, brother?" Sabre shot Bastien a smile in an antagonizing way before turning around to face the attendees.
"Hello everyone, I am the daughter of Calista, the firstborn daughter, and the only daughter of Calista, which for a witch, is the highest honor in a coven. What's happening here is a coup, this land, this house belongs to me" Before Sabre could continue Bastien stood up,
"Enough Sabre, this is low, even for you" Bastien retorted, Bonnie sat composed looking toward Sabre with an indifferent expression.
"Because you're my brother, I will give you a chance to stop this, to denounce this" Sabre turned back around to face the crowd.
"So many of you here have been a victim of how Bonnie thinks we should live our lives, some lives that have lived longer than the name Bennett has. Forced to gather with kinds that should have not existed in the first place, in hopes to what, fight a war that wasn't yours to start with?" Sabre turned again to face the two ancient coven leaders.
"A war that you have used to imprison us with the fear of prophecy - you say that Bonnie was the one to avenge my mother? Then why has she never found this" Sabre incanted a spell to reveal the fourth necklace of the imprisoned ancient coven leader around her neck earning gasps from the two ancient coven leaders, Bastien, Bonnie, and Emeline.
"It was his deranged followers who killed my mother, followers that now belong to me," Sabre slowly stepped closer to the ancient coven leaders.
"Sabre, what have you done" Bastien stood up to ask his sister as quietly as he could.
"What I should have done a long time ago, Bennett witches are a poison to our kind, they have used us, and magic for their own sick games, was it not Qetsiyah who perverted our gifts to make an immortal spell for a love that didn't love her back? Was it, not a Bennett witch who gave the spell to Esther Mikaelson for her kids to reign terror on the supernatural world? Was it, not a Bennett who saved a former vampire's life over our mothers?" Sabre looked over at Bonnie angrily, with tears in her eyes, Bonnie sat there staring intently at Sabre matching Sabre's anger, Emeline frantically looked between her aunt and her mother.
"They've been unchecked with their power for too long, and to trust one with our magic goes against everything our council fought for, which is why I have to do this," Sabre said softly looking now at Emeline.
Before Sabre finished her statement two figures appeared behind Caroline and Sabre and incanted a spell that caused them to apparate out of the room.
The different supernatural beings in the room suddenly found themselves not being able to move from their seats. Bonnie and Bastien looked at the empty seat that Emeline was in a moment before and then looked at each other with anger before turning to Sabre ready to do whatever needed to be done next.
"You are starting a war you will not win Sabre, what you choose to do next will decide your fate" warned Amulius.
"Resurgunt" Sabre exclaimed, which caused different people in the room to stand up to exclaim the same Latin word meaning to rise again. The entire dining hall went dark before hearing the sudden screams of the supernatural beings being attacked by the different witches that were secret followers of Sabre who infiltrated the dinner.
Bonnie immediately caused time to temporarily slow down to almost a halt and illuminated the dining room again as she zeroed in on Sabre walking toward her to grab the necklace before Sabre turned to look at her, fighting through Bonnie's spell.
"Catch me if you can" Sabre antagonized before apparating out of the room.
Before Bonnie caused time to catch up to its normal speed again, she quickly looked around the room to see the carnage that was already taking place and then looked at the coven leaders who nodded at her, ready to attack.
Time caught back up to itself, and an all-out battle broke out, Hope quickly created a protection spell to protect Rebekah, and Lizzie went to the closest of Sabre's followers she could to rip their heart out and Josie quickly went into the attack by using her magic to break the necks of some of the attackers, and Ash and Lana both went into fight mode as Lana used one of her new spelled boomerang knives Ash made her to attack the followers with precision and Ash focused on helping heal the wounded supernatural beings, they all noted that every time one of Sabre's followers died their bodies would disappear.
"Find our daughter" Bonnie ordered Bastien who nodded and then incanted a spell to apparate out of the dining hall.
Bonnie and the coven leaders went out into the crowd to help heal the wounded beings as the attackers clearly lost. While some of the supernatural beings did not make it, everyone still alive looked at each other in shock, fear, anger, and confusion before looking at Bonnie and the coven leaders, Hope walked up to them first.
"The room was spelled the moment she walked in, no one could leave, or move, it would have been more of a blood bath had we all not been here, this was too easy to be a real attack" Hope stated to Bonnie, as Marcel walked up to after giving his blood to some of the injured witches, werewolves and hunters.
"What I don't understand is how she got past some of the most if not the most powerful beings on this planet" Marcel inquired looking between Hope, Bonnie, and the ancient coven leaders.
"The necklace" Finola stated.
"If she gets all four-"Finola continued before Bonnie interjected.
"She won't, Sophia's is hidden and protected, and you both clearly have yours" Bonnie looked at both coven leaders who were wearing their phase of the moon around their necks.
"She only needs one, if she has the right amount of Bennett blood" Amulius looked at Bonnie intently.
Before anyone could say anything else Bonnie quickly told Hope that she would be in charge until she came back, which Hope nodded in agreement as Bonnie quickly apparated out of the chateau.

Bonnie was quickly able to track down Sabre as her magic made her appear inside Prague's National Museum.
"I love a good Goulash this time of year," Sabre said to Bonnie without turning around as Sabre looked at a display of a large fossil.
"I know you wanted to be found Sabre, and I don't have a lot of patience, the only thing that is keeping your head and heart attached to your body is knowing you would never actually hurt my daughter. People died tonight though, good people, and their blood is entirely on your hands" Bonnie stated as she walked up next to Sabre.
Sabre chuckled at Bonnie's statement.
"And how much blood is on yours, Bonnie? Oh, that does not matter unless you've grown a co-dependent attachment to them, the entire world could burn, if that meant the closest people to you could live, even if that meant sacrificing yourself, and everything you stood for" Sabre turned to start walking with Bonnie keeping step next to her.
"You're a hypocrite Sabre," Bonnie said with conviction, slightly turning her head to look at her reaction.
"Your daughter is safe, Bastien found her and they're back at your home, she's stronger than we all realized" Sabre continued heading Bonnie to the staircases in the museum.
"I know how strong my daughter is – if it's a war you want Sabre you won't win" Bonnie stopped to look at Sabre who also stopped.
"I know even with the necklace I wouldn't be able to defeat you one on one, that's not my ultimate goal, there is so much my mother didn't know and in turn, you don't, my priorities have changed, and I hope yours do as well" Sabre continued to walk ahead again with Bonnie.
"My priority is to protect the people who look up to me, protect the people of this world, and protect the world around us, if our priorities do not align then no, I don't see mine changing anytime soon." Bonnie asserted.
As the two witches made their way to the staircases Bonnie immediately locked eyes with Caroline who stood at the bottom of the stairs still in her gown.
Sabre stayed at the top of the stairs and watched Bonnie make her way to Caroline.
"Bonnie, my girls, your family is everyone okay?" Caroline frantically asked, pulling Bonnie into a hug.
"She hasn't told me anything" Caroline looked up angrily at Sabre before looking at Bonnie.
"Yes, Hope is helping to clean up the mess," Bonnie assured Caroline.
"As heartwarming as this is, there's somewhere I need to be" Sabre shouted down below before vanishing.
"Caroline, you need to tell me every single detail about your interactions with Sabre from the beginning, I've never pried before but I'm not stupid, she cares about you enough to protect you, a vampire, from the attack" Bonnie ordered.
Caroline sighed deeply.
"Take us home please, I need to get out of here," Caroline asked Bonnie before taking in one last look at the museum.

"Where is it?" Sabre ordered as she made her way into an abandoned castle outside of Prague, she had made her home.
"Sabre I'm sorry we weren't prepared for what you sent us into" replied one of Sabre's followers.
"What do you mean?" Sabre asked angrily.
"The blood, the blood we took it evaporated the moment we took it back here" Sabre's follower showed Sabre the vial.
"Damnit" Sabre scowled.
"Plan B it is, she'll willingly give it to us once she's here" Sabre sighed still inspecting the empty vial.

"Mom!" Emeline cried as she ran into Bonnie's arms the moment she and Caroline appeared in the foyer.
Bonnie closed her eyes as she held onto her daughter. Lizzie and Josie quickly made their way to Caroline as well to hug her.
Bonnie kissed the side of Emeline's head glad to have her alive and well, she looked up at Bastien and mouthed "Thank you" before closing her eyes again to hug Emeline tighter.
"Bonnie, I'm sorry to interrupt but we need to talk." Hope ordered as Bonnie let go of Emeline and nodded in agreement.

Back in the dining hall, it was Bonnie, Bastien, Hope, Finola, Amulius, Caroline, Marcel, and Jess, leader of a powerful werewolf pack from London, and Isaiah leader of a group of skilled vampires from Vancouver, together to discuss the fallout from the events that transpired.
"She won't change her mind, I've tried, she's adamant about what she intends to do" Caroline explained.
"And what does she plan to do" Marcel inquired, as everyone else intently looked at Caroline.
"She plans to release Adonis, not to finish what he started, but she needs him back simply to take his power, she can't fully control his part of the necklace until he gives full permission" Caroline continued.
"She is a terribly naïve, stupid girl to think she is powerful enough to do that and that he would agree for her to do that" Finola interjected causing Bastien to shoot her a look of contempt.
"Why," Bonnie asked Caroline.
"I'm sorry, why what?" Caroline returned.
"Why does she want his power, she would be going up against all of us, it still wouldn't be enough" Bonnie stated.
"I don't know, she wouldn't tell me" Caroline contemplated.
"She needs to pay for her crimes, she has deceived all of us, and it is her people now that has caused needless deaths, while she sat and dined with us, listening to our strategies, she is our biggest threat, our saving grace is that she underestimated your daughter's power" Amulius directed to Bonnie and Bastien.
"She's a Bennett, we're often underestimated" Bonnie mused.
"Sabre is my sister and has clearly never recovered from our parent's deaths, I should be the one to bring her home, it does not need to be another blood bath, she won't harm me" Bastien insisted to the group.
"Bast-" Bonnie began before Bastien interjected.
"I'll be fine my love, let me clean up this mess, I'll take two of our best fighters if that will make you feel better, I'll be back" Bastien reassured Bonnie before bending down to place a kiss on Bonnie's forehead.
"I'll find you if I don't hear from you in 24 hours, I love you" Bonnie whispered in Bastien's ear before turning her head to place a kiss on his lips. Bastien headed out the door to gather his fighters before heading to retrieve Sabre.
"We wait, we wait to do anything until we hear from Bastien" Bonnie ordered after turning to face the group. Everyone agreed before going their separate ways.
Once everyone left but Caroline, Bonnie closed the doors to the dining hall with her magic and wept into Caroline's arms.
"Bonnie I'm so sorry, I didn't know, I didn't realize she would try to do any of this" Caroline sobbed holding Bonnie.
"Caroline no, it's not that, it is but isn't, I…I" Bonnie stammered.
After Bonnie and Caroline, both held each other crying, Bonnie finally stopped and pulled away to look at Caroline.
"I need you to come with me" Bonnie pleaded to Caroline.
"I'd follow you anywhere Bon, where are we going," Caroline asked, wiping her own tears.
"Mystic Falls" Bonnie answered.
BBBB
They apparated near the cemetery in Mystic Falls.
Caroline didn't ask Bonnie any questions as they made their way through the cemetery, and finally made a stop in between the large, tall trees.
Before Caroline could open her mouth Bonnie used her hands to break up the earth right in front of them as a large box with the Salvatore crest appeared out from the dirt.
"Oh my God" Bonnie whispered staring at the box with tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry I don't understand what's going on." Caroline anxiously stated.
"Caroline, something's happening, to my mind, to my memories, something not like what happened to Elena and Stefan, it's… I don't know, gaps in my memories are coming together and Damon, oh my god Damon, he.." Bonnie started to cry again and fell to her knees; Caroline quickly went down to hold her.
"He told me Caroline, the last time I saw him, he held my hand and told me a lot of things - but at the end, he told me when it was time, go to the place before 1994." Bonnie wiped her tears and held the large box.
"I can't..Caroline, I can't – " Bonnie tried to catch her breaths as the wind was swirling around her, Bonnie quickly looked up and caught a quick glimpse of Emily in the distance before vanishing.
"Open it Caroline" Bonnie ordered now no longer crying, trying to look for Emily in the trees, knowing she could summon her if she wanted to but opted not to, to focus on the box.
Caroline opened it and saw perfectly placed journals organized by years stacked in the box, which made Caroline gasp.
"Bonnie" Caroline whispered as she picked up the journal and read the first sentences.
"What does it say?" Bonnie calmly asked, looking at Caroline's face.
"Bonnie, I – uhm, it's Damon, he's telling you that if you're reading this, that means he's dead and that your memories of all the moments you were falling in love with him are coming back to you, and not to worry, that he died knowing how you feel about him and explaining why you couldn't remember. But Bon, you need to read this" Caroline softly explained to Bonnie who was clutching her heart as tears ran down her face.
Bonnie took the journal and sent Caroline back to the Archambeau Chateau.

"Sabre, stop this" Bastien ordered the moment he made it to the abandoned castle near Prague.
"I can't stop what has already been started, years before you and I even came into this world. Bastien, there is a reason why what we know was supposed to stay between us and the three other covens, to entrust Bonnie with not only our blood but what we know and then the power that the keys unlock. I'm sorry but our mother was wrong, they're all wrong" Sabre explained.
"It doesn't matter who is wrong, what matters is that you put our family in harm's way, you killed innocent beings, you had no regard for life, for peace, and our mother would not want you to undo what she died for" Bastien scolded which made Sabre chuckle.
"What she died for? Bast, she died for a lie. We are not living together in harmony, we are forced to co-habit with one another, and forced to forgive each other's kinds for their monstrosities. They are the reason why the world our mother once knew, where our kind thrived, will never be again. Adonis fell in love with a witch, one that the council did not approve of, so they killed her family and framed Adonis for it, the witch never forgave him, and it drove Adonis mad. He spent a lot of his free time looking into the ways the council handled the problems they did not approve of, during that time, they slowly shut him and his coven out which made him grow more paranoid and angrier. He found incriminating evidence that the utopia they had was ugly and flawed. His anger made him powerful, and helped to spread darkness among the world, and manipulated more people to be on his side, and long before anyone knew it, he had a formidable army and was able to summon a great evil that took advantage of his hate and his anger and slowly made him only crave power and control. He lost that battle of course, but not without wiping out our kind almost entirely as you know. But without his army, they were easily able to use his part of the moon key with everyone else's to garner the power to defeat the evil and lock him away." Sabre poured Bastien a glass of wine as she explained what she knew.
"And you think releasing him is the answer? To what, rid the world of supernatural beings you don't approve of and assert your rule over humans and witches alike?" Bastien angrily inquired.
"To bring mom and dad back, how is it that we have all this power if we cannot protect the people we love; if we can't bring them back, manipulate magic the way Bonnie's ancestral line have done time and time again?" Sabre pleaded with her brother.
"Some power Sabre is not meant for us to have; nature allows loopholes for things beyond our understanding to happen for the greater good. It is Bonnie who has brought the world we have now to us, mankind is thriving with natural resources, and the world of magic is also healing, and is able to do so without humans snooping around." Bastien argued.
"And yet we still must gather and hide in the shadows, because it is Bonnie who tells us to do so; because those two ancient criminals have given her agency to do so. You know, speaking of manipulating magic, I guess we should thank her ancestors for making it possible for her to even look your way." Sabre sneered.
"What are you talking about?" Bastien questioned Sabre.
"She's probably, if not already, finding out how her ancestors have manipulated her feelings for Damon, she's in love with him, always had been, always will, but was forced by her own blood to suppress those feelings so she wouldn't sacrifice everyone and everything for him, she loves him in a way that she could never love you" Sabre felt a pang of guilt for hurting her brother with what she said, but felt forced to do so.
"Enough Sabre, I'm taking you back with me and shutting all of this down" Bastien ordered which brought her followers out of hiding to surround him causing two of his midnight soldiers to draw their weapons ready for battle.
"You didn't even ask me" Sabre antagonized,
"Ask you what" Bastien scowled.
"How I know" Sabre responded.
"I honestly do not care" Bastien glared at Sabre.
"I'm not the only one who thinks the world Bonnie is trying to build is flawed, not while there are creatures that go against nature roaming this earth" Sabre continued by looking past Bastien.
"Oh look, there's my plan B," Sabre said with confidence causing Bastien to turn around confused as he watched a woman, he did not recognize walking toward them.
"Bastien, wow I see so much of your mother in you" mused a curious Qetsiyah.
"And you are?" Bastien inquired.
"An ally, and a friend I promise, I thought these days were long behind me, but I couldn't sit back and watch what my bloodlines have done with their magic, I know, it may seem hypocritical to have Sabre resurrect me, but Bonnie should have died and stayed dead a long time ago among other things. I helped start this mess, with the immortal spell, and the other side, and I need to undo it once and for all." Qetsiyah looked at Sabre.
"Once this is completed, I won't take part in harming Bonnie or anyone else, helping to release Adonis, means you guys get a chance to defeat him and the evil he can release once and for all, and then you'll be able to focus your efforts on ridding the world of vampires and other creatures my bloodlines had a hand in to help create." Qetsiyah continued to explain.
"You are abhorrent, and my mother would not have agreed to this, to any of this, in fact, training you would be one of her biggest regrets" Bastien seethed.
"That may be true, but her ambitions ultimately got the best of her" Qetsiyah argued.
"Watch it" Sabre ordered.
Before Bastien could get his incantation out to grab Sabre and leave, Sabre countered his spell and made them and Qetsiyah apparate to Adonis' prison where he was frozen in time in a tomb underneath a pyramid, in a long-forgotten underground city.
"Are you ready?" Sabre asked Qetsiyah who used a spell and channeled the magic of Adonis' tomb to trap Bastien where he stood and sealed his mouth so he couldn't incant any spells.
Qetsiyah nodded as he made her way with the necklace to Adonis.
"I won't let them hurt you or Emeline, brother, once this is all over, I promise," Sabre said to Bastien while Bastien glared at her and then looked over to Qetsiyah.
Sabre made her way over to Qetsiyah as Qetsiyah placed the necklace onto a glass-like tomb that held a sleeping Adonis. They both incanted a spell in unison as a cut drawing blood slowly appeared on Qetsiyah's hand.
The tomb around them began to rattle as the glass-like case began to vanish. Before Adonis rose, Qetsiyah immediately incanted a spell to apparate out of where they were, breaking Bastien's spell in the process.
Bastien ran over in front of Sabre to protect her as Adonis slowly sat up and he placed his feet on the ground wearing a toga-like outfit.
Adonis first spotted the necklace that had fallen on him from the glass-like case disappearing.
Without saying anything he grabbed Bastien to him by the throat causing Sabre to scream his name and immediately went through Bastien's memory, taking it all in, the different new languages Bastien spoke, Sabre, his father's death, his mother's death, and Bonnie. Once Adonis let go, he looked at Bastien, smiled, and then incanted a spell that ripped Bastien's heart out causing Sabre to scream, which caught Adonis' attention.
"My child, when you're done mourning him, come find me, we have much to discuss," Adonis said calmly, mentally noting how ugly this new language sounded. He then apparated with his necklace, heading quickly to the abandoned castle Sabre and his followers resided.
"BASTIEN!" A tearful Sabre yelled, holding onto her dead brother.

Emeline was laying with Ash and Lana, as a midnight soldier named Eamon who was also a hunter helped take watch of the girls.
Emeline was fast asleep when her father, Sophia, and Sheila appeared to her in her dream.
"My beautiful girl" Sophia beamed at her granddaughter going in for a hug.
"Grandma Soph!" Sophia exclaimed. After she stepped out of the hug, she saw her dad and Sheila standing together and immediately felt something was wrong, she had seen both Sophia and Sheila in her dreams and in apparitions numerous times before but never her dad.
"Gigi Sheila" Sophia went into hug Sheila who demanded she not be called a great-grandmother when she appeared to Bonnie and Emeline one night shortly after Emeline was born.
"My girl, you really are a Bennett through and through" Sheila mused taking in Emeline's features and teasing Sophia since they often argued which bloodline held the strongest genes.
"Emeline, my greatest love" Bastien walked over to hug his daughter who was now tearing up.
"Dad" Emeline choked out shaking her head.
"I've prepared you for this day Emeline, we've both prepared you for this day, I need you to listen to me, I am not far from you, none of us are. Your mother is going to need you to be strong, to fight" Bastien ordered.
"Does she know?" Emeline tearfully asked as Bastien shook his head no.
"Not yet but she will, she created a psychic world for me and you a long time ago, hoping it would never be used but knowing the world we live in and the constant threats, that day may inevitably come. I'll come to her when it's time." Bastien calmly responded.
"Auntie Sabre?" Emeline asked which made Sheila audibly groan causing Sophia to shoot her a look.
"She, she is extremely lost, but there's hope for her, I need you to remember that when it will get hard to realize that, do not blame her for any of this." Bastien went in for another hug.
"I love you so much my Em, call on me when you need to, I'll be guiding both you and your mother, the two best things to ever happen to me, that have made this very long life incredibly worth it." Bastien finally stepped away allowing Sophia and Sheila to appear to Emeline.
"We have made a lot of mistakes Emeline, but we will do what is still in our power to make things right, we need you to gather your friends, leave immediately, and have Hope send you to Mystic Falls" Sophia ordered.
"The Salvatore home and our home are extremely protected; they won't know to look there" Bastien added.
"I'll get my daughter's attention and warn her Bonnie is in trouble, she'll meet you there" Sheila stated, and then looked beyond and shook her head at whom she saw walking towards them.
"Sheila" Emily stated.
"Emily" a bothered Sheila returned.
"Emeline, when you wake up, I have left you with instructions in your spell book, take it with you when you go to Mystic Falls, you're going to need help, we've already discussed it and agreed" Emily explained looking at Bastien who nodded in agreement.
"War is coming Emeline, make haste" Emily ordered, and Emeline nodded in agreement.
After Emily and Sheila left, it was just Emeline, Bastien, and Sophia.
"I'm not ready for you to be gone Dad" Emeline tearfully stated.
"I wasn't ready to be gone, but my purpose has been fulfilled, you and your mother are still needed in that world, I'll be here, and I'll always be here with you, helping to guide and protect you. You, my love, are an Archambeau but you are ultimately a Bennett, you are made of the earth and fire. Everything is as it should be, I love you" Bastien went in for another hug, as Sophia tearfully looked on.

Emeline woke up from her dream and quickly sprung to action leaving no time to properly mourn. She shook her friends who also quickly woke up with Lana ready to fight at any moment.
"We have to go guys; we can't make a scene but we have to go you have to trust me" Emeline whispered.
"Go where? Where are we fighting? What are we doing?" Ash frantically spouted out as she was still waking up.
"Mystic Falls" Emeline whispered.
"Okay, what do we need to do? We're ready, we packed our bags the moment the attack was over." Lana stated, putting away the knife she drew when she woke up.
"Hope, we need to tell Hope, she needs to send us, and we need to be discreet" Emeline ordered.
"I may not be a vampire but damn y'all whisper as quietly as a pack of hyenas" Eamon stated as he opened the door.
All the girls looked at him like a deer in headlights before Lana finally shook her head.
"Well, are you in or are you going to snitch like the good little soldier you are" Lana stated causing the other two girls to cross their arms and nod in agreement.
"First of all, there's nothing little about me" Eamon smiled proudly to himself.
"Gross" Lana rolled her eyes and pushed past Eamon.
"I'll tell Hope, you two stay back here, it'll be less suspicious" Lana looked back at the girls and threw on a robe, and headed out the door.
"My dad is dead" Emeline stated as she looked down at the floor causing Ash and Eamon to quickly move towards her.
"What?! How?" Ash asked.
"I don't know but it's bad, I have a feeling it has to do with Sabre, I don't think she would ever hurt him – I don't know, it doesn't matter" Emeline shook her head trying to gain back her composure.
"I'm so sorry Em, I'm coming with you guys." Eamon stated.
"No way!" Emeline exclaimed.
"I'm one of the most talented fighters you guys have, I owe everything to your parents, it's only right and it's my decision," Eamon continued.
Before anyone could object, Hope and Lana came through the door.
"Emeline what's going on," Hope asked looking around at the people in the room.
"My dad is dead" Emeline stated again causing Hope and Lana to both gasp and mutter "no".
Lana immediately went over to hug Emeline.
"I'm going to kill every last one of those fuckers" Lana scowled before letting go of Emeline.
"He came to me in my dream with Grandma Soph, Gigi Sheila, and Emily, this has to be discreet Hope, no one else can know, at least not right now," Emeline said with pleading eyes, Hope nodded in agreement.
"The school is empty right now, everyone is out for the summer, it should be fine, we have gargoyles protecting the school while Caroline and I are away, I'll do what I can here to gather every ally we have, I have a feeling something big is coming" Hope went in to give Emeline a hug.
"I know you can't mourn the way you want to right now but Em, when this is over, I'll be here" Hope closed her eyes continuing to hug Emeline thinking about the loss she still feels over losing both her father Klaus, and her mother Hayley decades earlier.
"Okay, I need all of you to grab what you're taking with you before I send you all to the school" Hope finally stepped out of the hug to face everyone.
Emeline quickly went to grab her spell book and threw a bag of clothes together and different supplies.
"Okay, I'm ready" Emeline stated.
Eamon, Emeline, Lana, and Ash all held each other's hands as Hope incanted a spell to send them to the Salvatore school.

Once they all made it to the school, Emeline frantically pulled out her spell book that flipped perfectly open to Emily's spell she had placed. The spell had led them on a magical treasure hunt, guiding them to different supplies and books throughout the school that opened directly to the pages they needed. They all had worked together throughout the night and early morning to decipher the clues. Emeline wasn't sure whether her mom was safe or not or knew about her dad, but intuitively knew that her mom was okay but needed their help on what Emeline was tasked to do for whatever reason.

"No absolutely not" an upset Lexi exclaimed.
"Lexi, I have to do this, you know the guilt I have felt since I've been here." Stefan calmly responded.
"Then I'm coming with you" Lexi ordered looking directly into Stefan's eyes.
"I don't even know if that's possible and why would you risk it? You may not be able to find peace again." Stefan explained.
"You may not either Stefan and Damon's poor choices that led him to be responsible for an entire bloodline shouldn't be the reason why you have to risk your life..again!" Lexi argued.
"I'd get to see Caroline again, the risk would be enough to hold her, even if it were for one last time" Stefan stated trying to reason with Lexi.
"Okay, fine," Lexi said calmly.
"Thank you, Lexi, I'm going to miss you, I'll forever be thankful we got more time together, I'll be back, I promise" Stefan went in to give Lexi a hug.
"Yeah, you won't miss me because I will be coming with you" Lexi pulled away from the hug and smiled at Stefan who was becoming exasperated at this point.
Before they could argue anymore Emily appeared.
"It's time, your brother should be getting back shortly" Emily looked at Stefan and then at Lexi.
"I'm coming with him and I sure as hell am not taking no for an answer, if you have enough magic to make them super-strength vampires and rip them out of here? You have enough to take me with them, I'll even settle for the basic model of vampirism, Bonnie and her family deserve the whole gang to protect them not just dumb and dumber" Lexi demanded.
"Oh, absolutely not, the deal is off if she tags along" Damon retorted as he walked through the door of the Salvatore home past Emily to stand next to Stefan.
"This asshole owes it to me, so do what you need to do, and we will be on our way to kick some major magical ass" Lexi turned and looked at Stefan to shoot him a smirk and then a scowl at Damon.
"I can't promise you peace should something happen to you" Emily warned Lexi.
"Yeah, I went through all the risks, it can't be a bigger risk than sleeping with this waste of space and I can't say that worked out for me because oh yeah he left me for dead and then killed me decades later," Lexi remarked earning a scoff from Damon, and a deep sigh from Stefan.
"Okay I think they're ready, Em knows to give me the magical signal before I start my spell" Emily briefly turned around to face the sky of their world of peace, waiting for a blinking light.
"They read a brief chapter about you two, so they know a little bit of background of how you two operate as well as what they've learned from their families, and Damon, Emeline is on to you and her mother about your history, be mindful of that, and of the loss of her father. I apologize again for the part I have placed in this; I will do what I can with the little power I'll have left after sending you back one last time to make things right." Emily looked at all three, Damon with a scowl still on his face, Stefan looked almost bored, and Lexi looked excited.
"I do have a request" Damon finally said breaking the brief silence.
Emily sighed and nodded, waiting to hear his request.
"Once I got to do the human thing and age a little, I think I hit my peak at like 32 through 34, so I would like to come back a little aged up, Bonnie always complimented me at that age," Damon said smiling, proud of himself.
"Gross" Lexi responded which caused Damon to shoot her an annoyed look.
"I guess, make me not a teenager anymore? I'm tired of compelling my way into bars, I'm fine with like a solid 25" Lexi said excitedly and then looked at Stefan to see if he had any requests.
"Stefan, I refuse to do the whole high school thing with you again, it's problematic at this point as my kids would say, and I am not going to another decade dance to bail you out of some mid-life, teenage crisis" Damon looked over at his brother who just nodded in agreement with Damon.
"Just make me not a teenager, I'm fine with anything else," Stefan said to Emily with indifference.
Emily nodded and turned around before rolling her eyes. She then looked back up at the sky as Elena appeared in front of her.
"I'm so sorry but I can't send any more people," Emily said to Elena before Elena walked through the door.
"That's okay, I'm not coming, I'm saying goodbye" an annoyed Elena responded before turning her attention to Stefan, Damon, and Lexi.
"Stefan," Elena said grinning.
"Elena" Stefan responded as Elena went in for a hug.
"I'll see you again, I know it, you got this, I love you Stefan," Elena said as she pulled away from the hug before turning her attention to Lexi.
"Take care of them for me, thank you for everything Lexi, I hope to see you again as well" Elena smiled at Lexi.
"Always" Lexi responded, smiling back at Elena.
Elena then made her way to Damon who gave her a quick wave and smile as she walked over.
"And you, I got it from here Damon, go save our girl, remember whom I warned you about, and Damon, give her the happy ending she deserves, that you both deserve, I'll see both of you again one day, I love you, Damon," Elena said as she went in to hug Damon.
"I love you too Elena, thank you," Damon said before placing a kiss on the top of her head.
"It's time" Emily stated.
Damon, Stefan, and Lexi all held each other's hands as Elena stepped away to take one last look at them.
Emily started chanting and then suddenly the house began to shake, Damon took one last look at Elena and gave her a wink before they were all suddenly gone.
Emily looked to see that her spell worked and nodded at Elena as Elena smiled and nodded back.
Before Elena could get too sad, Alaric, Jo, Aunt Jenna, Tyler, and Matt came to greet her as they walked her out of the Salvatore house.

Damon, Stefan, and Lexi all appeared in front of Lana, Emeline, Ash, and Eamon as Emeline and Ash finished chanting, Stefan and Damon both already notably feeling stronger than they ever had as a vampire.
"Oh my god this is fucking trippy," Lana said in awe with Ash nodding furiously next to her.
"Uncle Damon?" Emeline asked, recognizing Damon from the pictures, she had only seen him in his old age.
"Emeline" Damon said softly, Emeline immediately ran into Damon's arms.
"Hey, I read about you in books, the Monterrey Ripper" Eamon said looking at Stefan which made Emeline break away from the hug to take a look at Stefan as well.
"No, we're starting with a clean slate, the Monterrey Ripper is dead, but Stefan Salvatore is absolutely back" Lexi looked up to smile at Stefan before patting him on the back.
"You're a vampire, you two I'm not sure," Eamon asked trying to place the scent of Damon and Stefan who now have the strength and powers of an original vampire.
"I'm here to help, where's Bonnie?" Stefan asked, changing the subject while looking around at the familiar but unfamiliar surroundings.
"I.. I don't know, everything feels like a huge blur," Emeline responded looking back up at Damon.
"That's okay Em, I need you to tell us everything," Damon said softly, taking in how much Emeline looked like Bonnie and many of the Bennetts he knew as a vampire.

Bonnie had sent herself far away to Kyoto in the abandoned hotel she and Damon stayed in decades ago, in the same room that was now worn down from time, to go through the journals before angrily closing them and throwing them against the wall with her magic. Her emotions had been all over the place causing her to not even sense all the changes that were happening in the world of magic including Bastien's death. Bonnie fell to the floor with her back against the wall and her knees up to her chest, still in the dress she wore at the gala.
She angrily summoned Emily and Sophia.
"Bonnie" Sophia softly said.
"When you were dying, you apologized to me, why?" Bonnie asked Sophia coldly,
"It's not her fault Bonnie" Emily interjected.
"I want her to admit to me what she knew all those years, this whole time, she let me marry her son, her son, knowing what she knows" Bonnie trembled with anger as she slowly got herself up.
"You didn't just hurt me or betray me, my trust, you hurt Damon, you made him live the rest of his entire life living a lie," Bonnie said pointing to Sophia with tears in her eyes.
"Bonnie" Bastien appeared behind her which made Bonnie turn around.
"No," Bonnie said with tears in her eyes finally sensing Bastien was dead.
"Bonnie it's okay, Emeline is okay, we prepared her and each other for this day," Bastien said to Bonnie trying to calm her emotions.
"Bonnie I'm sorry, we had to" Sophia pleaded.
"We didn't have a choice Bonnie" Emily interjected.
"But you did, and you chose to not trust that I could handle it, I would've been strong enough" Bonnie pleaded.
"Bonnie, I don't agree with the methods, and you know how much I love you, but you would've thrown everything away for that boy, and you wouldn't have been prepared and you would have never forgiven yourself knowing you could've stopped or fought what's now here to protect yourself, and everyone you love" Sheila, Bonnie's grams interjected next to Bonnie.
Bonnie, now past angry, used everything she could to cut them off from her, her connection to her ancestors, and turned the entire abandoned hotel into her own world, creating a forcefield where no one could enter alerting the locals to the now glowing red building.
Bastien, due to the psychic connection Bonnie put in place, stood next to her.
"Don't do this Bonnie, don't shut them out, don't shut me out" Bastien pleaded to Bonnie.
"I'm going to kill her Bastien and anyone who stands in my way, I've been fighting all my life with one hand tied behind my back, I will never forgive them for what they did to me, what they put me through my entire life," Bonnie said calmly to Bastien.
"I love you Bonnie, but I won't watch you go down this path, Adonis is here, right now, and the whole world is in danger, don't add to the darkness that is coming." Bastien pleaded and warned.
"Good, I'll kill him too" Bonnie responded.
"Qetsiyah is here Bonnie" Bastien warned.
Bonnie laughed at the hilarity of it all.
"Even better," Bonnie said in a soft sultry dark tone.
Bonnie and Bastien both turned around when they heard clapping noises from the bathroom.
"Finally! God, I have been waiting for this Bonnie, not the bore from before, if Emily told me I'd get a new chance to kill the bitch I would've been more excited that the fate of my afterlife depended on how well I help you, and the fate of the world, possibly the universe and blah blah blah, all so boring" Katherine Pierce said as she sauntered out of the darkness towards Bonnie, in her infamous black heels.
How are we doing family?! Welcome back Katherine mf Pierce!
