Kini jumped from roof to roof dodging doton spikes and diverting lightning bolts with his magnetic field.

Occasionally, a Kumogakure shinobi managed to get near him. He socked one in the liver, leaving him reeling and leaving him behind. He yeeted another by magnetizing a roof tile and flinging it off with him.

"Let me see the fuckin' Raikage!" Kini shouted.

From the direction of the Raikage's office, Kini felt an enormous electrical force interacting with his magnetic field. The Hell!?

Pain flashed through Kini's gut. Suddenly there was a muscular dark-skinned woman with wild hair standing in front of him, her fist planted in his gut.

Kini found himself hurled backwards and through a wall.

He looked up and saw the woman standing on the edge of the roof.

"You wanted me? Here I am." She cracked her knuckles and they crackled and sparked. "They call me A. It stands for Asskickin', which is what you're about to get.

"If that's how it's gonna be… I don't mind at all." Kini said. Tattooed streaks down his arms and legs glowed blue as he focused his magnetic chakra down them. "I can go fast too."

He charged towards the Raikage and threw a fist at her, but she caught it and hurled Kini behind her.

Kini stumbled.

The Raikage moved to attack him and… "The hell'd you do?" She said, finding her arm magnetized to her side. "Oh, I get. I can't touch you. Well then…"

She drew a hammer from behind her back and was suddenly next to Kini. Kini was just barely able to leap back with his enhanced speed from Magnet Chakra Mode. He could magnetize it if it touched him, sure, but it wasn't worth getting hit just to magnetize her weapon and the Raikage likely realized this.

Kini had heard of this woman. The A actually must stand for Arashinari. Arashinari was called the fastest ninja who ever lived, an impressive title considering how fast her predecessors had been. And yet… "I expected you to be faster."

"Heh. Be careful what you wish for."

Kini ran towards the Raikage. She swung the hammer down and smashed the roof in front of him, casting him to plummet down onto a hot stove top. He gritted his teeth, quickly rolled off and got back to his feet.

His Magnet Chakra Mode had partially deactivated, but it was back up now. Judging from the grin spreading across the Raikage's face, she hadn't missed this.

"The hell are you doing!? Get out of my restaurant!" A man in an apron shouted. Around the restaurant he saw a few customers eating udon and pork cutlet bowls, staring at him in confusion.

The chef looked up through the hole in his ceiling. "A! Come on, do you have to do this here?"

"Sorry, sorry," Arashinari said, rubbing the back of her head. "I'll be sure to pay for all the damage… from the village funds of course."

The chef sighed. "As long as it gets paid."

"Hey, troublemaker, follow me," the Raikage said, the darted off.

Surprising that she'd give him a chance to escape. But she'd read the situation correctly. He had no intention of doing so. He'd come here for her after all. Besides, he was starting to enjoy this.

He followed the Raikage at max speed, barely able to keep up, but able nonetheless. He noticed that the electromagnetic field he'd sensed earlier was indeed coming from her. Well, it would make sense if she was enhancing her speed with lightning chakra… though had to be something else there to produce such a strong field.

"This place is good." The Raikage said, stopping atop a stone pillar. There were numerous pillars scattered across the plateau they were on, like a small forest of stone. "Ready or not."

Arashinari thrust her unmagnetized hand into the pillar she was standing on, pulling it up as she leapt towards Kini.

Kini slammed his foot into the ground throwing up a cloud of dust. He felt the wind of the pillar brush past him, but the attack did not connect in the low visibility.

Kini took this chance to hide behind another pillar.

The Raikage was stronger and fast enough to keep him at arm's length. If they fought head-on he would lose. So he would just have to find an opening.

He could hear her smashing through pillars, eliminating any place he might be hiding. "Come on out. I thought you wanted to play?"

He waited for her to strike the next pillar, then he did come out. He ran towards her silently and punched.

But she spun around at the last moment blocked with the iron hammer. The weapon flew from her hands and she leapt back. Fuck, how was it even possible to move that fast?

The raikage made a string of hand signs with her free hand, then a fireball formed in her hands. "I figured it out. You use magnets. But your shit gets fucked up by heat. Well then, whatchu gonna do against this? Fireball Volleyball!"

She kicked the fireball sending it flying towards Kini with surprising speed. Still, Kini was faster. He dodged.

He turned his head. The Raikage appeared several meters behind him and smacked the fireball back towards him, but he dodged again.

"Not bad. But how'd you react so fast?" The Raikage said.

"You haven't figured it out yet?" Kini asked as he dodged the fireball again. "I can sense your electrically charged body with my magnetism.

The fireball whizzed over his head, singeing his hairs.

"Oh I have. Just wanted to make sure."

It was getting bigger. She must be adding more chakra as she strikes it. And that made it harder to dodge. He had to do something or she would get him soon.

He saw her appear a ways in front of him and smack the ball again. That was it.

She slowed down the moment to strike. And he sensed a disruption in her lightning when she did. It was right at the moment she made contact with the fireball. Though she wouldn't be as vulnerable to heat as Kini, heat also slows the flow of electrons, like a cooled superconductor in reverse.

Kini tracked her movement and prepared to lunge. The moment she touched the fireball, he took off, straight towards it. As he closed in, he realized he had no time to go around it. Another split second and the Raikage would be back up to top speed. Then he would have to let his momentum carry him.

It carried him through the fireball. He felt his skin burn all over, but he was not out yet. The sheer speed that he was passing through the fire negated most of the damage.

But his Magnet Chakra Mode was down. He would only get one shot.

He reached out with both hands.

And they connected to a pair of beefy thighs.

He magnetized them.

The Raikage was thrown off balance as her thighs stuck together. She fell onto her back. Kini wrapped his legs around her waist and began wailing on her with his fists.

Something was wrong. None of his punches were phasing her. Wait, her lightning had changed.

Ashinari let out a thunderous laugh. "And here I expected you to be on the bottom."

"Keh. You gonna be my dummy mommy?"

Arashinari grinned. "That before was lightning chakra mode: stage one. This is stage two."

She gave Kini a powerful uppercut that sent him flying. He landed, rolled and sprung up to his feet.

He was panting heavily. His body had taken a lot of abuse, but he could still finish this.

He pulled out a shrunken and placed it on his shoulder. He began building up chakra in his arm. Black tattooed lines running down his arm began to glow blue, almost white. Really, this was probably overdoing it since he didn't actually want to kill the Raikage, but… how the hell else was he supposed to get through that defense?

As he did this the Raikage shakily got to her feet, her thighs still pressed together awkwardly. That didn't matter. He had the speed advantage now that she couldn't fully use her legs.

Then Kini felt something change. It was as if the enormous electric source he'd sensed earlier had suddenly awakened. It spread from her core throughout her body. Her long hair partially levitated from the enormous amounts of static electricity as did pebbles lying around her. Sparks flew from every part of her body striking at the nearby ground and pillars randomly.

"And this," Arashinari said, "This is what lies further beyond! Don't blink."

Kini's Railgun Technique was finished charging. It was time to-

Kini felt it before he saw her. It felt like the tremendous force of the countless punches was crushing his entire body from every direction. The Raikage appeared to be everywhere around him all at once.

The next thing he remembered was waking up behind bars, a medical shinobi leaning over him.
