This was supposed to be a simple overnight trip. Fly up to New York. Talk with Drs. Swann and Crosby. Get training ideas and perspectives. Fly back to get back into routine. Kind of easy. No big deal. Right?
Knew it sounded too good to be true….
Complicated? We're way past that point. The plane goes down. Clark and I survived that big fall. Mrs. Kent and Miri get a ride from someone on a flying carpet. We have a close call with the New York Police. Our new friends, Peter and Gwen, are threatened by Mr. Arighatto. We meet up with Miri's ancestor, Jennifer Dubois. I *have* a grandmother and an aunt alive? And Aunt Louise's ghost tails us up here? (Nice of you not to tell me about them, Nell….) Oh yeah…you all know about that stuff. Sorry. Well, there's more.
I just want a nice time at the Met and a night with our new friends. Why do I have one of those feelings? eyes rolling
