"Do you and Robert still talk about me." Diane wanted to hit a nerve and hurt Holly.
"Not at all, not when we talk about how hard life got because in the end, we overcame it. Why did you do it to Ethan and Jayne, though? They did absolutely nothing." Holly knew that they were seen as game pieces, nothing more.
"Holly, I never cared about those two. You know your cousin tried to give Jayne back. He just hated taking care of her. I suggested a nanny then year-long boarding school. I wasn't getting stuck with her." Diane knew this would hurt Holly, knowing no one wanted Jayne.
Holly wanted to scream at her, but she wouldn't give her that satisfaction. "You know she had two parents who wanted nothing more than to raise her."
"I did. That was a big part of the fun. Knowing no one wanted her and that Ethan and her were also separated. I even got to be involved in a side project." Diane gave an evil grin.
Holly didn't think anything at this point this evil woman could do would surprise her.
Gregory grinned up at the two men before he spoke. "I guess I can reveal her since she isn't free anymore either. I believe you all know her as Diane Miller."
Robert was taken aback. He knew that woman was evil, but why did she help hurt Grant and Celia?
"I know what you are thinking Scorpio, she did it to hurt you and Holly. Two of your dearest friends' lives also being messed up was kind of the cherry on top for her." Gregory told the two men.
Grant just wanted to deck him. He wanted to stay cool, too, knowing that that would ruin everything.
Robert could tell Grant was losing his cool. "Let me handle this, mate. I'll let you know what I find out." He whispered to Grant before he left the room.
"What exactly did you do to Celia and later Sasha?" Robert asked.
"Celia was taken somewhere remote, kept in a medically induced coma until the baby came. The baby was then given to someone connected to the DVX. Unfortunately, just like Grant, they turned on us. However, the child was named Sasha after Natasha." Gregory was proud of this whole thing, helping ruining that happily ever after those two wanted back then just like Grant messed up his plans.
"You know you are a sick human being, just like that thing you enlisted to help you." Robert replied without giving it much thought. He was mad for his friends.
"Careful commissioner, you don't want to risk getting yourself in trouble and leaving that pretty little wife of yours open to games once again, do you?" Gregory replied.
"You know your friend, Celia? I got an offer to help mess up hers and Grant Andrew's lives, and I jumped at it. After being told of how it would hurt you two." Diane's evil grin never left her face.
Holly had a look of disgust on her face. "You're a monster."
"No, I know how to get revenge. You may have stopped me for now, but I had years and years of making you all miserable. No one can take that away from me." Diane stood up. "Kiss Robert for me."
Holly rolled her eyes as she got up and left the room, going back to where Robert and Grant were meeting with Gregory. She saw Grant standing outside the room and gave him a hug.
Inside the room. "I'm going to find everyone that was involved in this and make them pay."
"Good luck with that." Gregory retorted. Despite him being in prison, he was still cocky.
"Says that man who has spent 40 years stuck behind bars, good luck with that." Robert got up and walked outside of the room. Seeing Holly and Grant hugging, he went over to them. "I think there is more to this, but I promise you, we are going to make everyone involved pay."
