They ran as fast as they could away from the fortress, occasionally looking behind them to make sure that they weren't being followed by the enemies. They ran until they reached a village to which they were certain that they were no longer being followed, and as such they made sure that they were okay and that their partners were in good health, as well as praising Tobias and Andromon for what had just happened, to which Tobias pointed out that it was Mikey, not him who'd actually saved them but they pointed out that he'd done the most damage, and Mikey whispered in his ear, "Just go with it." And Tobias shrugged and they then noticed that the villagers were excited at their arrival and yet Patrick and Catherine could hear one of the Digimon saying "I though those humans were friends with a Gomamon and a Demidevimon" "Well, those humans don't look the same as we saw them."
The group took their bearings and were able to understand that with by going directly east, they would arrive at Electronity, which was one of the largest areas of the digital world, which was overall a large group of interconnected cities in one big lump of land, the group decided to overall have a rest to recover from their escape. As the group started to interact with the locals and have a breather, Darren spent his time mainly feeling uncomfortable with interacting with the locals and Raptormon was finally starting to notice.
As night fell, all were asleep but Raptormon, he, looking out over the village noticed that Darren was near a group of trees just looking at nothing. Raptormon silently went to him and just sat near him, and he asked a simple question "Why you not like talking with people that much?" "I-I've not had the most enjoyable life in existence, I don't know who my parents were, I've spent all my life in different care and foster homes, and I've come to the point where honestly, trusting people and making friends with them isn't my first idea or goal overall. I know it sounds weird, but for me, that's just life." "Well, m-maybe others with you want to be friends, maybe talk to them, but me think of you as friend, so that mean something, I think." Darren was left to ponder what Raptormon had said.
As dawn rose, the group began to start moving east and they could see one of the cities in under an hour or so and they knew that they were going to reach the main hub very soon and as they arrived near the front of the city, the group noticed a large group of Digimon blocking the way. Steven, Barry, and Ian went up front to figure out what was going on, only for a tall roach looking Digimon with four arms, two connected to scythes and two wielding kunai, "Z-so you human'z-s have returned again I z-see." Aaron and Patrick were confused by that statement only for the Digimon to then snarl, "But now, I will have the z-satisfaction of putting an ending to you! Dynamic Scyther!" He spread out his scythes and launched himself and the battle then began.

A large battle then ensued, with the roach Digimon being a very dangerous threat, due to his attacks knocking them away and the army attacking them whilst they were down and whilst the battle was going on, Darren was thinking to himself about what Raptormon had said, and he began to realise that the group in spite of the fact that they barely knew each other, they honestly did consider themselves to be friends mostly due to what they had been through and he realised that he honestly thought the same about them as well, and the Digivice began to glow.

Reptiledramon had changed into a bipedal golden armoured warrior, with a royal blue mantle and wielding two swords, he then launched into battle with the cry of "Cross Blade!" his swords appeared to vanish before everyone's eyes, but then the roach Digimon screamed in agony as two large scars appeared on his chest, and he cubed away, the small army scarpered immediately afterwards, and the group entered one of the Electronity hubs.
