Davis thought his life was going good, he had gotten the girl of his dream Kari to date him but after meeting their new teacher he and all of his friends are thrusted into an adventure they will never forget not just dealing with Digimon but Kaiju as well watch as Davis and the digidestined fight to protect both worlds and uncover the secrets of the Kaiju and their teacher's past

2. Kaiju Unleashed

"Alright old man, start talking what the hell is all this!" Xeno demanded his patience running thin.

"If anyone should be asking questions it should be me since you broke into my home." Jaden ask in calm yet clearly pissed voice

"We did knock." Davis stated. "But I think you owe us an answer for this place."

"Such as?" Jaden asked

"These." Nobu said as he showed Jaden the toy which caught his attention as his posture became a little more relaxed. "We came across this lab by accident, and we picked these up and I think you know more than what you are letting on."

"Yeah, and they seemed to have given us powers." Yolei added. "Not that I'm complaining, I like not being blinded without my glasses."

Jaden gave a faint of a smile ""Those creatures that you've encountered, they're called Tyrannodrones." Jaden explained

"Tyrannodrones? How do you know what they are?" Nobu asked

"Cause me and your mother helped create them." Jaden answered

"Nobu's mom?" Kari was surprised to hear that, looking at Nobu who seemed to be just as confused as the rest of them.

"I don't fucking care about who made what or stupid powers those freak's took my SISTER your going tell me where I can find her or I'm go-" Xeno said.

"No you're not because I'll go save her myself." Jaden said, interrupting Xeno

"Hold it dude." Davis said, holding out his hand. "Xion's our friend and we aren't leaving without her."

"You don't even know where your friend is and leave this to the professionals." a voice said

"Who said that?" Yolei questioned.

Jaden glanced his eyes upwards to the uppersheld where his partner Dharak was.

The children followed to where his gaze was and saw who he was looking at.

"I'm sorry but did that toy just talk?" Yolei asked not sure if what she heard actually said out of toy.

"I think it just did." Davis commented.

"Look NO ONE tells me what I can or can't do, especially when it involves my family, definitely not by a plastic toy." Xeno said his hand clenched.

Dharak humped in dissatisfaction "Wouldn't those monsters be considered toys in their weaker stages? Also you really wouldn't be saying that insult, boy, if I wasn't in this form." Dharak snarled

"I fear nothing." Xeno glared.

"Ok, this is getting too freaky for my taste." Yolei said, her mind was trying to comprehend what was even happening, Digimon was still a subject she was getting used to but now talking toys?

"Dharak, I'm surprised that you've shown yourself ... .at all." Jaden said, wondering what he was doing.

"Hmph, I wasn't going to hide forever, also they were bound to learn about me eventually since they do have the bakugan traps." Dharak replied.

Jaden just chuckled "True." not really see any point hiding them and exists at this point.

"Bakugan Traps?" Xeno asked with an arch eyebrow. "Is that what these things are called?" Xeno asked to take out his and his sisters' bakugan traps.

Jaden folded his arms "You saw Legionoids true form for yourself a while back didn't you." Jaden asked

Xeno's, Kari's and Davis' eyes widened as they remembered that 6-headed hydra-like creature back in the digital world.

"So it wasn't the digital world that caused it to come to life, it was already living on its own." Kari said, realizing they might have gotten that mixed up.

"Bravo… you managed to put two and two together." Dharak said sarcasm with Davis getting a little pissed at him insulting his girlfriend's intelligence.

"Forgive him." Jaden said "He's been in a bad mood since arriving in this town."

"If it wasn't for Legionoid?" Davis asked if he got the name right with Jaden nodding. " I'm not sure we would be standing here right now."

"Like I said, I don't care about that, I want my sister and if I can punch whoever took her from me." Xeno frowned getting more agitated

Nobu just frowned "Xeno, please i'm trying to wrap my head around this, we don't even know where she is, for all we know she could be in the middle of the ocean or somewhere in space."

Jaden smiled. "Now, I know why Golryu chose you." Jaden said

"Golryu?" Yolei asked.

"You each got a vision of what the Bakugan traps true form looks like correct." Jaden asked

Nobu looked at the bakugan trap. "So that's what it's name was?"

"These things chose us?" Xeno frowned, not liking the sound of that. "Why were they created or if they already existed but you did genetic modifications? Which would explain their ability to give us the illusion of magical powers?"

"These bakugan Traps are much more special and unique than your average Bakugan Trap." Jaden sighed "To be honest I didn't count on them choosing their masters."

"What are Bakugan?" Yolei asked. "You still haven't told us that."

"He can tell us later. What matters is finding Xion." Davis said, before turning to Jaden. "You sound like you have some idea where she is right?"

"I do." Jaden sighed

"Then I'm coming, and you can't stop me." Xeno said with conviction in his eyes. "I already lost my father, I can't lose my sister."

"Very well, everyone get in my jeep. We got a bit of a drive in front of us." Jaden said knowing it would be less of a headache to just take them with him and not having to worry about them, mainly Xeno trying to brutal force find the place himself.

Xion finally came to and saw she was in some kinda lab, getting off the cot she was on. The second youngest Jameser looked around in awe and surprise. It was like she stepped into a cheesy horror movie.

"Ok Xion, what mess did you get yourself into this time?" Xion asked herself.

"Give me the Traps." a growling voice said.

"Who's there, show yourself." Xion demanded, prepared to fight if need be.

Xion turned and was face-to face with a white and red dragon which cause her to freak out a bit.

"I'm not asking you again, give me the Bakugan Trap, girl." the dragon growled

"Bakugan Traps?" Xion questioned as she backed away slowly. "You mean those toys?"

"I've worked too hard for this before allowing an insignificant and pesky insect to ruin this for me." the dragon said in a calm yet frustrated voice

Xion glared at the dragon, not liking that it called her an insect. "I don't have it, my brother does." Xion frowned. "So can I go now? I'm already late for my ballet lessons and my teacher is not going to be happy about that." Xion said trying to act like this was a minor inconvenience for her.

The dragon frowned before vanishing into thin air. Xion looked around but sighed in relief, she knew she couldn't stay in this place any longer she had to find a way out and warn the others. Xion turned around and saw an older woman who wore a black leather top that showed off her stomach and black leather pants with a sash hanging off the front. She wore black lipstick with a black line going down her lower lip to her chin.

"You'll be lucky if he even lets you leave." the woman said as she walked over to Xion.

"Heh, who are you? His goth mistress or are you just really into KISS?" Xion chuckled nervously, she felt like she had seen the woman before but couldn't put her finger on it.

The woman didn't look amused by Xion's joke, she slowly walked forward while Xion backed away. "You got a name?" Xion asked.

"My master calls me Reikokuna or Reiko for short Though for you it be as you put it Mistress." Reiko said with a predators smirk

"Nice name, cold-hearted it fits you, but I'm afraid I can't stay got school in the morning and I'm not interested in MS so I will just get out your guy's hair." Xion tried to leave, but Reiko grabbed the young girl by the shoulder, which on Instinct Xion spun around and deliver a side kick to the woman's side, knocking her away as Reiko recovered.

"Looks like I need to show you where you belong." as then charges her and threw several punches at Xion who was able to to block them, before grabbing Reiko's arm bending to the side cause the woman to groan in pain, Xion then kneed her in the chest twice earning a grunt of pain, Xion then let go and delivered kick directly in Reiko's stomach sending her skitting back.

Reiko growled, glaring at the young girl as she flicked her bangs out of her face. "Sorry, but I'm not into old ladies who clearly got a closet full of issues and restraining orders from School districts." Xion mocked before she made a break for the door.

Suddenly a group of Tyrannodrones appeared at Reiko's side. "Don't just stand there." Reiko yelled "After her." she shouted.

The TyrannoDrones then chased after Xion.

Xion ran down the halls of wherever she was until she came to a weird green hole in space. "What the hell? A wormhole?" Xion questioned, she then heard the Tyrannodrones approaching, "So either green wormhole or potentially killer robot dinosaurs. yeah not much of a choice." she muttered she didn't have a choice. She touched the wormhole and she vanished in a flash of green light.

They turned the corner and saw that Xion was gone.

Meanwhile Jaden and the others were driving down the road in Jaden's jeep and he began to explain a few things as they continued their search for Xion.

"So my mother was involved with the Bakugan Traps and Tyrannodrones?" Nobu asked.

"Yeah." Jaden said as he drove

"If so, why are they attacking people?" Yolei asked.

"The TyrannoDrones weren't meant to be like this, someone must have messed with their programming." Jaden said.

"So someone stole them?" Xeno asked. "But it does make sense, but what doesn't is how Nobu's mom ties into this, how did you two meet and how do the bakugan traps fit into this?"

"Yeah, I know Nobu's parents have some connection with the governments but this seems way above anything." Davis stated.

"Me and Haruka met about a year and half before the Diaboromon incident, she was intrigued by the bakugan and bakugan traps and so we used the knowledge I've known about the Bakugan and she gave me information about the Digimon." Jaden answered.

"Wait? Nobu, your mom knows about the Digimon?" Kari asked surprised, but it did make sense with the digivice he had.

Nobu simply nodded. "My family is more connected to the digital world then you think, however I never knew about her connection to Mr. Muto and the Bakugan Traps." Nobu admitted.

"Well that explains it." Xeno frowned.

"I prefer to keep a few of my own secrets." Jaden said as he drove

"So how were you able to make the bakugan traps?" Yolei asked intrigued.

"I can't tell you at the moment, I think Haruka should be present to do so." Jaden answered, as they came to a stop at a stop sign. "Our lab was attacked, and all our research was destroyed, or so we thought."

"And the guy who did this is back?" Davis asked.

"He's called Chaos Breaker." Jaden said with a sour tone.

"And you think he's after the Bakugan Traps?" Kari asked.

"Look old man, this has been very interesting but how will this help find my sister?" Xeno questioned becoming impatient. "It's not like she'll fall out of the sky or anything."

And as if answering Xeno, a green portal opened up and dropped Xion right in front of everyone right on top of the front Jaden's jeep, surprising and shocking everyone. They then jumped out of the jeep and checked on Xion.

"How did you do that?" Yolei questioned, as she rubbed the hood of the jeep.

"Alright I'm gonna be 100 percent honest I have no idea." Xion answered, as Davis and Xeno helped her down.

"Damn Xion, if you're going to get kidnapped, make it easier to find you." Xeno frowned. Although happy that his sister was fine.

"Oh sorry, I leave you a message saying 'oh hi big brother don't mind me, I just got kidnapped by a damn Dragon and pervy and kicky old woman!'." Xion shouted at her brother.

"Ahh, what…?" Davis said with an eyebrow arched at that last part she said not sure if she was joking or was being serious.

"Did she do anything to you?" Xeno asked with a glare, hoping that wasn't the case and if so that bitch is dying tonight.

Xion shook her head. "No, I'm lucky I was able to fight her off." Xion frowned, knowing what her brother was thinking though this time he probably justified if what she saw was any indication.

"Dragon, you mean Chaos Breaker?" Kari asked, focusing on the part related to what Mr Muto was telling them.

Xion arched her eyebrow. "Chaos Breaker? That's the dragon's name?" Xion questioned. "He talked about Traps and how he's been searching

"We should probably get back." Jaden advised

"I agree." Nobu nodded. 'We have Xion, so let's get out of here."

"Xeni, I got here through a wormhole or a portal, I mean it was cool." Xion said a little giddy.

"Lucky." Yolei pouted, feeling jealous that Xion was able to travel through a portal.

"Yeah, the landing is not always soft." Davis said, remembering how he hit the ground when he entered the Digital World.

"So you did closed the portal on your way out right?" Nobu asked

"I don't know." Xion remarked. "It was just in front of me and I took the leap of fate." she didn't really have time for any of that since she was basically being chased down the halls of wherever she was.

"So given that portal brought you to us meaning it locked to here, then-" Nobu started

Suddenly in a flash of green light, several Tyrannodrones appeared on the far side of the road, in front of them was an armored cyborg-looking warrior wielding both a sword and shield. Jaden, Davis, Nobu, Xeno and Xion just glared at the cyborg monster while Kari did as well but was more reserved, Yolei however was nervous hoping she wouldn't need to get involved.

"-they could follow you here right to us." Nobu finished.

"Give me a break I literally just escaped from that Pervy woman and was running from them and had no idea where that portal was going to take me or if I was jumping into black hole." Xeni said, pointing at the Tyrannodrones.

Davis was about to say something about that woman she was talking about. until Xeno spoke up. "Heh, I say this is good." Xeno said, cracking his knuckles. "Please tell me that chaos guy who is responsible for taking you sis."

"Now's not the time Xeni." Davis frowned, getting a bad feeling about this.

"Chaos Breaker found a new errand boy to do his dirty work for him?" Jaden asked, which made Xeno frown knowing this isn't the main guy now.

"You're not fit to speak my master's name." the cyborg spoke "Surrender peacefully or suffer the consequences."

"I'll say fuck that." Jaden answered glaring at him

"That first thing you said that I completely agree with." Xeno said.

"Attack!" The cyborg said, as the Tyrannodrones charged at the ground, Jaden, Davis, Nobu, Xeno, Xion and even Kari got into a fighting stance ready to fight while Yolei hid behind the jeep she wasn't a fighter like the others.

Meanwhile back in the Digital World, Veemon and some of the others were resting in a cave after they evaded some of the digimon emperor's mind controlled slaves and avoided the dark rings.

"Heh, I never thought it would be this bad." Veemon said, with being sealed under the digimantal of courage, he had missed out on events that happened in the past. "These Dark Rings are no joke."

"So Veemon." Gatomon spoke up. "I've been meaning to ask you, do you really have no memory of the past?"

"Yeah, isn't there anything you recall?" Patamon asked with curiosity.

"Nope." Veemon popped the P. "I really have no memory of who I was or not, the only thing I know is how to use the Digiegg of Courage, the rest is just blank."

Gatomon frowned, she was kind of a knowledgeable Digimon, the definition of curiosity. Veemon's appearance has been getting to her, from what she knew the Veemon species were said to be one of the first digimon to ever walk the digital world but they were wipe out over the eons of war and conflict, and the only living Veemon relatives at the time were the royal knights but they were mysteries themselves.

"Why are you so interested?" Veemon asked.

"Your kind was thought extinct for eons, but legends said your species had great potential, one of the reasons why they wiped out, Ulforceveedramon and Magnamon were the last two and with their death, it was thought the Veemon line had been wiped out." Gatomon frowned.

Veemon frowned slightly at that thought. "So I'm probably the last Veemon?" Veemon said in a down tone.

"I'm sorry." Gatomon said, feeling like she had gone too far, she forgot Veemon had just been released and didn't know how much the Digital World changed before he was sealed under the digiegg.

"Nah, it's fine." Veemon gave Gatomon a small smile. "I probably would have found out sooner, but the past is the past and right now i must live for the present right?" Seemingly have accepted the fact keep going

Gatomon just looked at Veemon, she didn't expect him to just easily come to terms with that and just move on like that. The feline looked fine on the outside but not many knew but Gatomon still couldn't get Myotismon out of her head despite the time that had passed.

The vampire digimon hunted her dreams, even after 4 years it was like he was still watching her ready to end her for betraying him, what she would give to erase her time with him and all the things that she did, the only good thing that came out of it was meeting Wizardmon her dear friend. She had done horrible things for him, Manipulate and trap multiple digimon into his service and destroy those who wouldn't bend to his will.

messed with and attacked Digidesitned and other Digimon and when she was sent to find the 8th digidestined to kill them at time she was committed to the deed to him them, to kill Kari before her light started to help her come to her senses and because of her fooliness Kari nearly sacrificed herself to save HER and Wizardmon her only true friend she had at that time gave his life to save them save. She had been waiting for him to be reborn to see him again even if he doesn't remember her just to give another chance so she could see him at least one more time.

But despite how much time had passed, she still hasn't seen Wizardmon or whatever form he has taken could have his data been lost. Was there a chance his data was absorbed by VenomMyotismon could he be gone forever because of her?

"Gatomon, are you ok?" Patamon asked, snapping the feline out of her thoughts and saw Patamon had come over to check on two with a concern expression

Patamon also spoke up, " You look like you're deep in thought."

"I'm fine Patamon, just think about today and everything that happened." she lied

"Heh, don't worry about it." Veemon spoke up with a cheerful voice. "Everything will be fine as long as we stick together, after all, I am a good luck digimon" Veemon boasted.

Gatomon seeing Veemon earnest confidence got a small chuckle out of her "Well maybe with that luck I might get one of my nine lives back from the Emperor." Gatomon jokes

"Hehehe." Veemon and Patamon both chuckled at her joke even if things looked bleak. A good laugh was all people and Digimon needed, to lighten the mood and with how things are going they'll need all the laughter they can muster.

Meanwhile Jaden and the children were busy fending off the cyborg-like warrior and the Tyrannodrones that attacked them.

Xion ducked under a claw before she kicked the Tyannodrone way, she grabbed another punch with under her arm, before and with flexibility she kicked it in the stomach a few times before she threw it to the ground, pivoting around she delivered a sidekick to another one knocking it down. Before dropping on one knee and swept three of their feet then immediately rising to her feet.

Xion glared at them she shot her hand forward and to her shock a blast of water shot out of her hand it sent the monsters flying backwards, Xion looked at the damp ground and then at her hand.

"Talk about making a splash." Xion commented.

Xeno punched a Tyrannodrone making it stumbled backwards towards the others before the group regained their footing and rushed him all at once.

Xeno clenched his fists and to his surprise, dark energy began to gather around his fists which caused Xeno to give an evil smirk. 'I don't know what this power is… but I like it!' Xeno then looked at the Tyrannodrones rushed towards him, with a yell the scarred-face boy slammed his fist into the ground, causing a small quake as purple lighting surging through the ground cracks forming in the earth beneath him in turn blowing away all the Tyrannodrones while shocking them.

Xeno looked around at the damage he caused. "Heh." Xeno huffed, he looked to see a Tyrannodrone trying to get up, Xeno moved over to it and slammed his foot in it's head, before quicking drawing his gun and shoot in the head but it didn't even flinch, the bullet just stunned it for a moment which was all the time that Xeno needed to kicked its lights out

"Pieces of junk stay in the scrap heap." Xeno scowled.

Kari avoided a punch from Tyrannodrone before she kicked it in the gut, sending it stumbling to the ground. She then formed her barrier stopping three more from approaching her and with a flick of her wrist the barrier expanded forcing them a way.

The brunette evaded another strike from Tyrannodrone, before she grabbed it by the arm using its momentum to flip it onto its back. 'I have to thank Haruka again for teaching me some self defense.' She didn't like fighting, but that didn't mean she wouldn't protect herself or someone else, she didn't want to be the one needing to be saved all the time, not wanting Tai, Davis, or Xeno to save her ass ever time and for the last few years she had been trying to learn to stand on her own however Kari's thoughts were interrupted, when three Tyrannodrones jumped at her.

"Ahh!" Kari yelled, instinctively pushing her arm forward, as a dome appeared around the Tyrannodrones trapping them inside, Kari was surprised, she didn't know she could do that. The Tyrannodrones smashed against the dome trying to break free but to no avail.

The chestnut haired girl grinned slightly as she threw her arm to the side, while undoing the dome sending the Tyrannodrones flying across the sky and crashing into the ground on the other side of the field.

"That was cool." Kari smiled, she would need to practice with her powers later to see what else she could do.

A group of TyrannoDrones were heading towards Nobu who, while using his mastery of martial arts, quickly dispatched two of them.

The Tyrannodrones than attempted to strike at him but Nobu moved out of the way before delivering a reverse roundhouse kick, knocking out one of the tyrannodrone.

Nobu backhanded another Tyannodrone, then swept another's feet, crashing it to the ground. "Help!" Yolei's voice called out.

Nobu looked to Yolei running from Tyrannodrones, the lavender girl tripped on her feet hitting the ground face first. Yolei lifted her head up revealing it was covered by dirt and she spit out some of it from her mouth.

"Damn it gross…" Yolei cursed, she turned around and saw the Tyrannodrones rushing at her. "Ahh!" Yolei screamed unleashed green waves that sent them flying back landing on the ground a few feet away from her. 'Oh I forgot I can use my voice to launch powerful sound waves.' Yolei thought, unknown to Yolei, four more Tyrannodrones rushed at her from behind.

Yolei turned around, her eyes' widening in fear as one of them took a swing at Yolei closed her eyes expecting to be killed.

Nobu quickly appeared before her intercepting the swing before he gave the Tyrannodrone a roundhouse kick, knocking it away

"Are you alright?" Nobu asked Yolei as he helped her get up.

Yolei took a few deep breaths until she was able to respond. "Thanks Nobu, sorry, but I'm not really a fighter like you or that delinquent Xeno." Yolei apologized, she was embarrassed, she could handle delinquents and other things at school but this situation was way beyond her pay grade.

Davis punched a Tyrannodrone making it stubble back, the gogglehead followed up with a roundhouse kick sending it to the ground. Davis turned to see two more Tyrannodrones, smirking the marone haired boy rushed towards the two Davis fell to the ground in a skitting as if he was aiming to take a soccer ball in a fluid motion he slid between the Tyrannodrones legs before breaking into a handstand. Davis then kicked out behind his feet colliding with the back of his enemy using his momentum to backflip off the Tyrannodrone landing on his feet, his hands and feet cloaked in a golden light.

"Bring it on! I can do this all day!" Davis called out not afraid in the slightest, as he rushed at the Tyrannodrones, Davis jumped up and kick on in the side of the head, the golden power increasing the power of the strike which sent it skipping across the field, the gogglehead landed on the ground before delivering a punch to another out causing it to fly off the ground Davis quickly grabbed it be by the arm keeping it from flying away before pivoting on his heel tossing the monster into the others.

Davis smiled while huffing. "Is that all you got? You can't beat the toughest boy in Odaiba." Davis boasted.

"Hey Motomiya, don't claim MY title or your ass is getting kicked next." Xeno called out having a drone in headlock, before he snapped its neck.

Davis turned to Xeno before shaking his head while chuckling. 'Hehehe, got to love Xeno's enthusiasm.' Davis thought.

Jaden was currently engaged with the cyborg as he attempted to cut Jaden with his sword but he stopped him from doing so with the jeep's door before pushing him back with his feet causing the cyborg to stumble back a bit.

The cyborg then rushed at him with Jaden doing the same as they continued to exchange blows with each other before the cyborg turned around and kicked Jaden, knocking him down.

"You're no match for me." the cyborg said

"I think you have it reversed cause I haven't even begun to take this seriously." Jaden told him having held back most his power back since his students are here and he doesn't want to be added explaining his power tonight as well as he got back up seemingly having no damage on him before once again engaging the cyborg again.

The cyborg sood down still raring to go while everyone else regrouped behind Jaden "Make sure to tell Chaos Breaker that Jaden's is back alright." he said

"I will inform him that this battle is over but the war has just begun." the cyborg said before he and the Tyrannodrones were engulfed by a green portal.

"Did he just say war?" Yolei asked, not liking the sound of that.

"Who cares, we just sent that asshole packing." Xeno said with arms crossed.

"They only did a tactical retreat." Jaden said. "We should get back"

"You still owe us an explanation." Nobu pointed out.

"I'll tell you all after school." Jaden said

Davis looked at Kari. "You ok?" he asked with worry..

"I'm fine, no need to worry." Kari smiled, she knew he was worried about her. "I can handle myself, you know."

Davis rubbed the back of his head while chuckling. "Never said you couldn't," Davis smiled.

"Woman, you need to start learning to defend yourself. Because screaming at them like you do at me isn't going to cut it for long against them" Xeno frowned at Yolei who just glared at him.

"I don't need your opinion Jameser, I don't fight like you or Davis do." Yolei glared at Xeno, he had no right to tell her that.

"Wording aside, he's right though." Jaden said. "This won't be the last time you'll see them, next time we may not be so lucky."

"Wow, a teacher agreed with me… that's weird." Xeno stated.

"Let's just go home now!" Xion spoke up. "I missed my ballet lessons and now I have to explain to my teacher why I wasn't there." Xion said, walking over to the jeep.

"Heh, she's pissed." Davis stated then he thought for a second. "Wait I need to know were you being serious about a pervy and kicky old woman!" Davis asked, still feeling uncomfortable about that detail.

"Kid, shut up and leave it and that." Jaden commented "Trust me, females are complicated creatures and even after being married, I still don't understand them."

Davis then felt a tap on his shoulder and saw Kari "Don't worry if that woman comes after you I will protect you from her." Kari said then gave him a wink and a cute smile.

"Oh I know you will." Davis grinned as he flicked Kari's forehead with his finger.

"Hey!" Kari grumbled while holding her forehead before getting a mischievous smile. "Do I need to show you how?" as she started to press herself against Davis as wrapped her arms around Davis.

Xion and even Yolei just grinned at how cute the two were too being with playful banter with each other, Nobu just rolled his eyes and grinned and Xeno just shook his head as he walked toward the jeep.

"Kids, stop being lovebirds and get in the jeep." Jaden yelled, interrupting the two.

"Oh, I think the teacher is jealous." Xeno smirked, as he got into the jeep.

Jaden turned to Xeno who was sitting next to him before glaring at the kid before groaning "As if, but I rather they wait until the situation is settled and I'm back home alright." Jaden groaned before sighing "Cause even I know this isn't the time to do this."

Later that night, Tai and the others called their meeting to gather that the original digidestined Nobu was also with them.

"Not only do we have to deal with the Digimon Emperor now, you, Sora, Izzy and Nobu have magic powers?" Matt asked. "And dino machine monsters attacked you as well?" He was very skeptical about what Tai and Sora had told him, but having experienced many strange things 4 years ago he was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

"Pretty much." Tai said, crossing his arms. "From what Nobu told us about Jaden, is that he and his mother worked together to make the bakugan traps."

"Yeah it's still pretty strange." Nobu said "And I'm still wondering what these Bakugan are?"

"I scanned mine and had DNA that I've never seen before, it's almost alien." Izzy told them.

"Alien?" the group said, surprised

"It's not a digimon, and I found nothing about it in any of the fossil records, not even a DNA strand from anywhere, it almost seems like these don't exist." Izzy said, placing his hand to his chin.

Nobu than held Golryu to his face "Golryu, just what are you?" Nobu muttered out loud

"Golryu?" Izzy asked

"Did you name it?" Joe asked.

"No, when we ran into Jaden, he told me that his name was Golryu." Nobu said

"So that means ours have names too?" Sora asked, taking out her bakugan trap.

"He said that we should have seen a vision of them." Nobu said

"Oh yeah, I remember when those thing jumped me. I saw a dragon." Tai said remembering the vision.

"I saw a green phoenix." Sora said.

"And I saw a Dragonfly." Izzy added.

"I saw a lion." Kari said.

"And I saw an angel." TK said.

"Hmm, so the new digidestined has them too?" Matt asked.

"Yeah that's right." TK said

"How did Xeno even get a digivice." Matt frowned, showing that he disliked Xeno. "I don't think they would be much help in the Digital World especially with his attitude."

"Beats me, but he and my brother Sai seem to enjoy their powers." Nobu said

"Xeno and Sai could kill people with their powers." Izzy said concerned about what those two could do if the wrong person pissed them off.

"Well with Sai I could keep him in check as Xion could with her brother though we will have to keep closer eye on the two." Nobu said.

"So this is where the gang is" a familiar voice that Kari heard back at Jaden's lab causing the original didgidestined to turn to the source.

"Dharak." Kari said. "What are you doing here?"

"Exploring." Dharak muttered

"More like spying, it's too coincidental you suddenly appear right when we are holding a meeting." Nobu stated.

"Hmmph, believe what you want kid, I was just exploring during the night where there's less people around to bother me when I came across your meeting place." Dharak scoffed

"So he's one of the bakugan?" Joe questioned intrigued by the talking toy.

Dharak than eyed the Bakugan traps in the students who were at the lab. "So, I see that your trying to figure them out." Dharak said

"Yeah, if I had to guess you aren't from around here are you?" Izzy asked. "I scanned my bakugan trap and found no record of its DNA anywhere."

"Hmph, pretty insightful." Dharak commented. "Have you even tried to communicate with them?" Dharak asked

"Communicate?" Tai asked curiously. "You mean talk to them?

"The Bakugan Traps speak in their own language, but their partner and other Bakugan should be able to understand them." Dharak said

"Really?" Sora asked, as she looked at her bakugan trap. "How do we do that?"

If Dharak was in his true form he would roll his eyes at question. "Just talk to them and they should open up by themselves, right now, they're either shy, withdrawn, maybe don't fully trust you themselves or something else entirely take your pick."

"Jeez, Jaden was right, you are in a bad mood." Kari commented, as she took out her bakugan trap. "Um, hello my name is Kari, what's your name?"

All of a sudden, Kari's bakugan Trap opened up and began making noises similar to that of a lion's cub

"It opened up." TK commented.

"Hmm, I see." Dharak said

"What did it say?" Matt asked out of curiosity.

"He said that his name is LeoFang and that he's pleased to meet her as well." Dharak replied/translated

"It's nice to meet you two Leofang." Kari smiled.

"Cool." Tai said, taking his bakugan trap out. "Hey my name's Tai and what's yours?"

The Bakugan Trap opened up and hissed at Tai to which Dharak translated "His name is Defender and he will act as a shield for his comrades."

"Well I hope it ain't as hot headed as you." Sora said in a cheeky tone.

"Hey! I'm not hot headed!" Tai said, feeling insulted at what his girlfriend said.

Izzy then looked at his Bakugan Trap. "My name is Izzy, I'm excited to learn more about you."

The Bakugan Trap opened up and buzzed at Izzy to which Dharak translated "I'm Megayanma and I'll assist you as best I could."

"Thanks." Izzy smiled.

"It's nice to meet you, my name is Sora, and I hope we can get along well." Sora smiled.

Sora's Bakugan Trap opened up and screeched at her to which Dharak translated "She said that I'm FlareFalc and I'll help you as best I can."

"That's nice." Sora grinned.

"Hey, my name is TK, I hope we can be friends." TK said to his Bakugan Trap.

The bakugan trap opened up but it was silent unlike all the others.

"Strange, I wonder why he's not communicating." Izzy asked

"Behavior of Bakugan Traps are still being studied. Like I said he might not fully trust you yet." Dharak admits.

"That does make sense, we literally just met them, we're basically strangers." Kari said.

"Well it's nice to know you though." TK said. "Do you know his name Dharak?"

"No, you'll have to ask Jaden." Dharak answered

"I wonder, can we get them too?" Joe questioned.

"Again, You'll have to ask Jaden, and you'll have to see if they choose you." Dharak said. "These Bakugan Traps chose them for some particular reason, the scared face kid is the most concerning of you all."

"We know about his bad habits." Matt frowned.

"No it's darkness that is in his heart, I sensed it the moment he entered the house." Dharak growled, not liking him having contact with the trap Bakugan he has or one his sister has caused that darkness could have a negative effect on the two.

"I'll keep an eye on him." Nobu stated.

"Yeah sure kid." Dharak said not really have much faith in him.

"Let's get back on track with the Digimon Emperor. His dark digivice prevents our partners from digivolving while Davis currently has the only means of passing it." Izzy said.

"Nobu you said that your family is deeply connected to the digital world, you know what this armor digivolve is?" Tai asked.

"How is your family deeply connected to the digital world?" Izzy asked.

"It's an ancient form of evolution to compensate for limited evolution at the time using Digi-Eggs." Nobu answered, "The technology was thought to be lost."

"Hmm, so why did it have the Symbol of Courage on it?" Sora asked.

"It's basically borrowed power." Nobu explained "In other words when Veemon armor digivolves he's boring power from the Digi-Egg of courage to evolve while other digimon use their own innate power to evolve."

"Hmm, so it's like a weaker alternative to the crests themselves?" TK asked.

Nobu shook his head "Oh no, a digimon armor digivolving through Digi-Eggs instead of their own power easily draws upon great power putting them on a level equal to that of Ultimate Level even Mega Level in theory, that's why it's a dangerous power back in the Ancient Digital World." Nobu revealed

"Prodigious, then Veemon must be a remnant of that time, given how he was sealed under it." Izzy said finding the information fascinating

"But Flamedramon didn't exhibit any power equal to that of an Ultimate from what we usually seen." Sora asked

"Like I said, in theory they 's still much we don't know, even my family doesn't know all about the Digital Worlds past." Nobu admitted.

"Could there be more of those Digi-eggs out there?" Joe asked.

"There are 11 Digi-Eggs out there, each one allows a Digimon to armor Digivolve." Nobu said "The Digi-Egg of Courage gives the digimon fire-based abilities and hand-to-hand enhanced combat abilities."

"Agumon's line, especially when he Warp Digivolves into Wargreymon." Tai said, remembering how Wargreymon was good Wargreymon was at hand-to-hand combat.

"11 digieggs, so Courage, Friendship, Love, Knowledge, Sincerity, Reliability, Hope, and Light, but that's only 8, what are the other 3?" Matt asked.

"The other three are Kindness, Fate and Miracles." Nobu revealed

"Kindness, Fate and Miracles, how come Gennai never told us about those?" Tai asked, but of course the old man always left out information that they would either have to learn on their own or just tell them at the last minute..

"Who knows I'm not him so I can't say." Nobu said before looking around, "By the way, wasn't there another person who was part of the group?" Nobu asked, noticing that the original digidestined were missing a person

"Mimi is in America, I contacted her earlier and she is also worried about Palmon and the others." Kari said, remembering how worried Mimi was so worried about her partner's well being.

"There's really not much we can do, our digimon can't digivolve and we do have the bakugan traps." Izzy stated. That when multiple traps started making their respective nosies

"uh translation." Tai asked Dharak.

"they said their power has been weakened from transfer so they lack power to take their true forms or to put into simple terms for you your new abilities made so they can't go into real bodies like you saw with Legionoid. So if you are counting on them fighting that emperor of yours that isn't happening right now. unless you can find something that can give them quick recharge you have to wait for their power to return naturally."

"Well that's a bummer." Sora muttered, it seemed that they couldn't join in the fight after all at least until the bakugan traps' powers returned.

"Heh, yeah." Tai huffed.

Izzy made a mental note to see if he can find something to help the bakugan traps reclaim their power quickly. "Alright that leaves that last digivice. Has anyone found out who the six new digidestined is?" Izzy asked hoping maybe one them ran into who was by chance only hear nothing giving him his answer.

They knew that Davis, Xeno, Yolei, Cody got theirs through the digiegg with the last one leaving school going into town and Catherine's appeared in her room about a few weeks before, so that was five but there was still no word about the six.

"No word yet." Tai answered.

"Being in detention makes it difficult to search." Sora stated.

"Yeah my parents are still in shock hearing I got detention." Izzy said rubbing the back of his head, he wasn't perfect by any means but always tried to follow the rules.

"My mom was really disappointed in me." TK said she was beyond upset at him getting detention on his first day.

"Yeah, Dad was too, but I know you wouldn't do anything to get in trouble." Matt told his brother, he was annoyed that the new principle not only sent TK to detention but most of his other friends too.

"Mom and dad were pissed at me." Tai frowned.

"They blamed Davis and Xeno for it, saying Davis is a bad influence." Kari frowned, she loved her parents but they would often go too far with their overprotectiveness.

"I have a feeling Tsubaki is going to make things a lot harder for us when it comes to getting into the digital world at school.

"Or just in general." Kari said little bitter annoyed thinking of that woman and how she treated them

"Yeah, she threatened to strip Yolei and Nobu's positions on the student council and actually stripped Yolei as Vice president."

"I heard." Matt said, well the whole school did once the school newspaper reported it yesterday.

"Well we will have to be extra careful around her for now." Izzy said

"Even if we are, she finds something wrong to punish." Kari muttered

"I don't care." Dharak said "But now that I think about it, I could go for some salad. I've never liked the taste of plants before but I guess I could make an exception."

"A dragon eating a salad?" Tai chuckled. "That sounds so ridiculous."

"Dharak, these kids might not understand, but I do." a familiar feminine voice called out, extremely frustrated by what she just heard.

"Alice?" Kari said, surprised to see the red-head out there at night.

"Woah." Matt muttered, as he, Joe and Izzy looked at the new arrival.

Sora and Kari just rolled their eyes. "Boys…" they both muttered under their breath.

Kari than turned to Alice "What do you mean by what we don't understand?" Kari asked.

Alice smiled at the teens before glaring at Dharak "Dharak was making a joke of devouring your friend's digimon."

"Really." Kari said to dragon Bakugan glaring at him, not appreciating him threaten their friend.

Tai and the other Digitestined's eyes widened at that. "Matt, Joe, this is Alice Jaden's wife, she was the one who helped me." Kari introduced Alice.

"Nice to meet you." Alice bowed

"Oh.. it's nice to meet you too." Joe said nervously, as he bowed.

'Somethings never change.' Sora thought, seeing Joe all nervous and fidgety.

"My name's Matt, Tai, Sora and Izzy's friend." Matt introduced himself.

"I would watch where you are looking boy, Jaden isn't really fond of others leering at Alice." Dharak warned.

"Oh shut up, like him leering at other woman is any better?" Alice frowned. "And you're still a horrible dragon, telling a dark morbid joke."

"Graaahhhhhh, get off my back woman." Dharak snarled as he floated back to the house.

"Just ignore him." a voice said as something jumped on Alice's shoulder "My name is Hydranoid. It's a pleasure to meet all of you."

"Well at least you're more polite." Sora smiled.

"It's nice to meet you Hydranoid." Kari said. "So you're Alice's partner."

"Yes, I've been with her for years now." Hydranoid said"And if you were to meet Keith's partner, just ignore him as well."

"Speaking of which, why are you out here?" TK asked.

"Coming back to my house from meeting Sakura and Sango." Alice replied

"How do you and Jaden know my mom?" Nobu asked cutting to the chase, it's been bugging him since he learned that his mother knew his new teacher.

"We're former lab partners and that's all you'll probably get from either of us." Alice said

"That's not good enough." Nobu shook his head. "Why did my mom help in creating those monsters that attacked us and the Bakugan Traps?"

Alice just sighed, really not in the mood for this. She was heading home after a talk with Sakura and Sango and enjoyed catching up with Gammamon, the little cutie that she wasn't in the mood for. "You're really not going to let me leave until I tell you aren't you?" Alice asked

"I think we all deserve an explanation, after all having these only put a target on our backs." Kari said holding up Leofang.

"True, while me and Keith and one other person wished to tell you the truth we were outvoted by Sakura, our friend Fabia, Jaden and one other person." Alice explained "The time isn't right yet."

"It's like Gennai all over again." Tai frowned, the old man would only give them hints instead of the full answer and he would keep important details until something bad happened to tell them.

Nobu gritted his teeth. "Fine, I'll leave it for now, but your damn husband and friend owe me an answer."

"All of us an answer." Matt frowned.

"Again i'm sorry, i wanted to tell you but we were outvoted." Alice bowed apologetic

"Alice…" Kari muttered, she could see that she was truly sorry.

"Well I must be going, have a good night." Alice said before she left the kids alone

"Hmm, I say we don't trust them for now, something is fishy about them." Tai frowned, he wasn't one to distrust people but something was not right with Jaden and who ever outvoted Alice.

"I agree with Tai, even if Jaden helped you guys find Xion I don't think we should trust him out right." Sora said.

"But Sora, I don't think they are bad, if it weren't for Alice I would be in a cast right now." Kari said, defending her.

"What do you think Nobu?" Izzy asked for Nobu's opinion.

"Hmm." Nobu crossed his arms and closed his eyes. "We keep an eye on them, I mean after all my mother was also involve in the vote as well so whatever this is must be worth the wait."

"I never did like cryptic things." Joe said.

"I think we should head home, we'll talk more tomorrow." Sora suggested.

"Yeah, I could use the rest, I did fight those Tyrannodrones today." Kari chuckled.

"I'm not too happy to hear that." Tai frowned.

"Tai, I can take care of myself, stop treating me like a baby." Kari frowned before walking away, leaving a stunned Tai and the rest of the group.

"You should start giving her some space Tai, she isn't always going to be your little sister." Nobu said he knew why Tai and his parents were so protective of Kari and it was understandable however Kari wasn't going to be a little girl forever they had to allow her to make her own choices regardless.

"Well given everything that is going on it makes doing that a little hard." Tai said with how now the Digimon Emperor and she being targeted by people who want that trap who could appear right in front of them and grab her and disappear is wrong to be a little worried for her?

at that time Davis had returned home, he was happy that Xion was safe and he got some good exercise for the day but now he feels burned out and ready to go to bed and sleep. As he walked to his room he heard something from his sister Jun's room. It sounded like she was talking to someone, Davis just shrugged it off thinking that Jun was just talking to a friend that decided to come over for the night.

'I'm too tired to deal with her and whoever she invited over.' Davis thought walking past her room just wanted get to sleep

"So you're from another world?" Jun's voice said, with a mixture of shock and wonder..

Davis stopped in his tracks when he heard that as he just stood there for a second 'Maybe she over exaggerates like she actually means another country right that possible?' Davis thought about trying to make an excuse so he can go to sleep.

"Yeah, I'm from the Digi World, and it's very nice to meet you Jun." a voice said, sounding like a little girl's voice.

Davis then releases a big sigh of frustration not believing what he was hearing. 'This has to be a dream right?' Davis thought in denial. 'Maybe it can wait till tomorrow right what the harm' Davis thought that's when an angel that looked like Kari appeared on his shoulder wearing a white dress and holding a harp.

"Don't be like that Davis, you should talk to Jun about the Digivice." Angel Kari said im sweet voice.

"But I'm not sure." Davis said

That when a devil that looks like Xeno appear on his other should.

"You right, why bother with that annoying sister of yours? What has she ever done for you that isn't embarrassing, humiliating or frustrating?" Devil Xeno asked with a grin.

"Well…" Davis muttered not really sure what to say. "Jun is a pain in my."

"But Tai is a pain in my behind too, but I love him. Despite that you do care about Jun don't you?" Angel Kari cut Davis off.

"Oh don't listen to her, Let me give you three reasons why you should keep walking pretending you didn't hear anything. Reason 1 Jun is alway plotting to humiliate you, if she finds out then she'll embarrass You in front of the others like always." Devil Xeno remarked. "Reason 2, she never picked you up when you were little."

"Well…" Davis said thinking over the two reasons that Devil Xeno said.

"Oh come on, those aren't true or valid, you're forgetting all the good things she has done for him." Angel Kari insisted

"Finally reason 3 this." he then snaps his fingers and a cloud of smoke appear next to devil Xeno and once it cleared it revealed a succubus version of Kari in very revealing outfit complete with wings and a heart shaped tail

"Come on please for me?" she said in seductive voice as she also pressed her chest together while saying

Davis just looked at the Succubus Kari, his eyes widened.

"Really you're pulling that card?" Angel Kari said glaring at the other version of her.

"Face it angel girl, the dark side rocks. Not my fault if your little boy prefers something more mature and sexual that YOU can't pull off." Succubus Kari said with a smirk.

"Ohhhh!" Angel Kari growled, gripping her harp. "You aren't going to let this cloud your mind, cause at your core you know what's the right choice." Angel Kari said to Davis while still glaring at the other her.

Before Succubus Kari could say anything a harp was thrown her way missing her but hitting Devil Xeno knocking him out. "Oh dammit." she said with pout as she then vanished in a puff of smoke.

"Now go talk to your sister, and be the man I love!" Angel Kari shouted with pleading eyes before she vanished in a puff of smoke.

Davis closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "Alright…" Davis relented knowing it was the right thing to do.

He walked up to his sister's door and knocked on it twice. "Who is it?" Jun called from the other side.

"It's me Jun, I want to talk to you about something." Davis answered.

The door opened up and a spiky magenta hair girl who was the same age as Tai, Nobu and Sora and the other older children. She wears a light red shirt with blue jean shorts and purple socks.

"What do you need to squirt? Jun asked, calling Davis by the pet name she gave him.

Davis' eye twitched from hearing that demeaning name for a moment as another puff of smoke happened on his shoulder as succubus Kari appeared again but before she could say anything yet another puff of smoke with Angel Kari grabbing and tackling her other self down while holding rope"No you don't!" as two vanished in one puff of smoke as Davis shook his head, focusing again.

Davis swallowed before speaking. "Who were you talking to?" Davis asked.

Jun frowned. "None of your business little brother, and mom and dad are still pissed at you for detention again and on the first day back, couldn't wait until at least a week in?" Jun said, as she tried to shut the door but Davis stopped her by putting his hand on it.

"Jun I know you found a strange device and you know about the Digital World or at least you were told about it from whatever Digimon is in there." Davis said, as he took out his Digivice and showed it to her, deciding to go straight to issue.

Jun just looked at the device in surprise, she then opened the door to her room so she could get a better look at it. "You have one too?" Jun muttered as she reached into her pocket and pulled out a similar digivice only it being light purple compared Davis' blue.

"Who is that Jun?" the voice from before asked., as voice came closer to the door as he see what looks like a white dog with flappy long red ears, a red curly tail and four red stubby legs

"What is that?" Davis asked

"My name is Xiaomon, it's nice to meet you." Xiaomon said.

"She popped into my room about 10 minutes ago, when I was on the computer." Jun explained. "This squirt is my little brother Davis."

"Hello squirt Davis." Xiaomon greeted.

"Please leave out the squirt part." Davis said, struggling to keep himself calm, before he turned to Jun. "So how did you get the Digivice?"

"Digivice? Is that what it's called?" Jun arched an eyebrow, before thinking back. "It flew into my hands as I was walking home from school, I was shocked when it happened like something out of a cartoon." as begin to toss it up into the air and catching it repeatedly

Davis "Alright look I need you listen I need you to come with me tomorrow t-"

"No thanks squirt I'm good."

"what! Listen Jun you nee-"

"Besides, the only place you're going tomorrow is school then straight home after your detention. So better head to bed squirt before mom and and dad see's you up good night."

"Good night Squirt Davis."

Davis just lowered his head and growled. "It's just Davis." Davis sighed,

In a puff of smoke Succubus Kari appeared with a grin on her face next to her was tied up Angel Kari with her own rope and gaged with something. "See? Should have known to listen to me that she wouldn't have listened to you."

"Yeah, I know." Davis grumbled, as Angel Kari tried to free herself only to get picked up by Succubus Kari "Now if excuse us. Me and Miss Pure here are going back to her home for the night to see how PURE she really is." Succubus Kari said licking her lips as Angel Kari got a nervous look on her face as struggles more to get free as the two vanished in a puff of smoke.

Davis just sighed before he stomped his room, now he really needed to sleep after that conversation.

The next day the Davis, Kari, TK, Catherine, Xion, and Yolei were all outside since it was a recess, Davis took the time to tell the others about what he learned last night.

"Jun? Your sister is a Digidestined?" Kari said in surprise.

Davis just crossed his arms and scowled. "Yeah… I tried to tell her to come with us today, but like always she didn't listen and ignored me."

"Yeah that is rough." Xion remarked, seeing where Davis was coming from.

"You and your sister don't get along?" TK asked.

"Heh, that's putting it lightly." Davis scoffed.

"Unless it has something to do with that dumb band, nothing I'm going to say is going to get heard by her."

"Oh yeah, that's right she has a big crush on your brother Matt." Yolei told TK.

TK looked at Yolei surprised.

"Hey kids, what's up." Jaden said as he walked up to them

"Nothing, just talking." Catherine answered.

Dharak landed on his shoulder "Must sucked for you to be in detention still." Dharak said

"I'm still pissed that I even got detention in the first place." Yolei grumbled.

"And i'm pissed that i'm not eating a salad right now but we all don't get what we want now do we?" Dharak sneered

"You're dark joke isn't that funny you know." Kari frowned, now knowing that his salad joke was about him eating their partners., specifically Palmon.

Jaden glared at Dharak before looking apolgetically at Kari "I'm sorry for Dharak's behavior."

"We ran into your wife last night." TK said.

"I see? So?" Jaden asked

"There's… alot you're hiding from us, Alice said she and Keith were outvoted by you and a few others including Nobu's mother Sakura." Kari said.

"What is it that you're hiding from us old man?" Davis asked, crossing his arms.

"Okay one, i'm not old i'm in late 20's." Jaden frowned, hating that kids still call him old "And two, the time isn't right yet."

"And when will that time be?" Xion asked, eyebrows arched. "If your secret ends up killing us, it'll be on your hands, Jaden."

"Oh sure, always blame us." Dharak scoffed before floating to Jaden "Let's just go back to work and finish the adjustments on the other Bakugan Traps already."

"Your right," Jaden said as he just walked away

"Don't you think that was a bit harsh?" Catherine asked Xion.

"Yeah, after all Nobu's mother is also involved and just as guilty as he is." Kari said

"Kari, we've only known him and his wife for a couple days, that doesn't mean I can trust them right away, and not mention I got kidnapped because of the bakugan traps, they're hiding something and until I see a better reason to trust them I want to keep an eye on them." Xion said.

Suddenly the Bakugan Trap in Xion's pocket started moving, alerting her. "Huh?" Xion uttered, as she reached into her pocket and pulled out the bakugan trap.

"Do you think It's trying to say something." Kari asked

"Remember what Dharak said, they speak in their own language and they often are silent." TK said.

Xion looked at the bakugan trap.

"Orcanoid is saying that you should trust them." a feminine voice said causing the group to look at the source, right behind the wired fence was a beautiful and slender yet curvaceous young woman with well-toned thighs. "Man…" Davis uttered as he and TK looked at the woman.

Kari glared at Davis before looking at the woman. "Who are you? And how did you understand the Bakugan Trap?"

"Why should I trust Jaden or his friends? What reasons do I have to trust them?" Xion asked.

The woman sighed "My name is Kagome Higurashi, i was the one who voted in favor of telling you." Kagome explained

"So you're one of the people Alice mentioned." Kari said now understanding.

"Why are they so secret about it, some kind of government experiment that they want to keep under wraps?" Yolei questioned.

Xion looked at the bakugan trap then back at Kagome. "I just can't trust you, I'm more understanding than my brother Xeno, but one thing I know is trust is something you earn from others, but since I know Nobu's mom I'll give you all the benefit of the doubt, but I will keep an eye on you all."

Kagome just sighed "I guess that's the best I could come to an mutual understanding." "But when the time comes for you to learn the truth, however, it won't be the same ever again and I just wish both Jaden and Sakura listen to us." Kagome sighed before leaving

"Now that wasn't cryptic at all no…" Davis muttered.

"What do you think she meant, when she said that nothing will be the same ever again?" Catherine asked, feeling a little worried.

"I don't know, but sounds like something that could be horrible." Xion answered.

"I trust Alice." Kari said. "Even if they are keeping secrets from us, I think it's for a good reason."

"Kari…" Davis uttered as he looked at his girlfriend, his gut was telling him that something bad was around the corner with what Jaden and Sakura were hiding, but seeing his girlfriend defending Alice giving them the benefit of the doubt, that's why he loved her, she always tried to see the good for the bad. "If we can't trust Jaden or Sakura, then let's just trust Alice and Kagome and maybe Keith, I think out of all of Jaden's friends, I think they are the most trustworthy."

"I agree with Davis." TK said, which shocked the others, even Davis. "Out of all of them so far, Alice, Keith and Kagome have been the most truthful, so until Jaden and Sakura tell us the truth we should at least trust those three." TK wasn't one to mistrust easily but through his adventures in the digital world, he learned that you can't just trust so easily, from what he saw with Alice and Kagome they were being the most truthful of the adults.

"That's fair, if you two are fine with Alice and Kagome then I'll take your world for it." Xion said waving her hand, she still had doubts about it, so she decided to trust her friend's judgment.

"I trust them, I'm sure they have a good reason for it." Catherine said.

Yolei was the most quiet of them, she was weighing her options. "I still don't know Jaden or the others that well, and even though they are adults and it goes against my nature, I can't trust them but Iet you all do the trusting for me." Yolei said as honestly as she could.

Just then they heard the bell ringing. "Well back to class." Davis said. "Man, I really hope that the culinary class gets added soon." as he and the others began to walk to the school

Alice was currently making lunch as Kagome walked in. "Hey Alice, are you here?" Kagome asked.

"I'm in the kitchen." Alice called out.

Kagome walked in and greeted the red-head. "That smells good." Kagome said, before she donned a sad smile. "I met the kids and they don't trust us, even after the bakugan trap told them too, the only one that does show trust is Kari,"

Alice showed sign of sadness "Is that so?" Alice asked

"Yes, it's true." Kagome answered

"Out of all of us who agreed to tell the truth right away on the two of us plus Keith wants to do it." Alice sighed as she sat down "While those who voted against us were Jaden, Fabia, Sakura and finally Kikyo."

"I was surprised that Sakura of all people would agree to it, even keeping it from her own son." Kagome said.

"I am as well." Alice said

"If those kids die because of us keeping this secret, I don't think I can live with myself." Kagome stated, knowing the consequences of it.

"Yeah, it just shows why I hate Jaden at times." Alice frowns. "But let's just hope it won't come to that."

Meanwhile a woman walked to the table, she resembled an older more mature version of Kagome, she was a beautiful pale-skinned woman with long black hair that tied into a low loose ponytail by a white ribbon with bangs hanging above over her forehead and brown eyes and she was wearing a white ruffle chested sleeveless blouse, with a black knee-length skirt and black mary jane heels on her feet

"Hello Kikyo." Alice said. "Lunch is set."

Thanks Alice." Kikyo said, "Where's Fabia and Keith?" Kikyo asked

"Keith is at the museum and still we don't know where Fabia is." Kagome answered.

"Well, I was just finishing the adjustments on the remaining bakugan Traps." Kikyo said

"How long must we hide it?" Alice asked, giving Kikyo a critical look.

"Excuse me?" Kikyo asked playing innocent

"Stop with the act, it's about the vote." Kagome frowned, not in the mood for Kikyo's game. "The kids, the bakugan traps and one of them being kidnapped ring any bells?".

"Ah yes that vote, your point being?" Kikyo asked giving a cheshire grin.

"Oh never mind you would take Jaden's side no matter what." Kagome frowned, not even bothering.

"I don't see why you could also take your fathers side as well." Kikyo teased

"He's not our father Kikyo, just because we're related to him doesn't make him our father." Kagome frowned. "And you seen how he asks, Jaden, the prime example of a terrible father."

"Excuse me, whose a prime example of a terrible father?" Jaden asked as he walked into the kitchen

"You are, is that any clearer?" Kagome frowned. "Kikyo may see you as a father, but I don't."

"Jaden, how long are you planning to hide this secret? those kids are in too deep." Alice questioned.

Jaden just groaned to himself "Goddamit, I definitely spoiled Yami and Hikari to let girls walk all over me." Jaden groaned

"What does that have to do with it?" Kagome questioned. "It's a fact you aren't my father."

"No, but I'm still responsible for your safety and protection and i'm also your legal guardian." Jaden said

"Only cause I'm stuck here with you, and the paperwork you filed." Kagome frowned.

"What do you want me to do?" Jaden yelled, losing his patience

"I don't know, be a better person." Kagome said before she left the room.

Alice just chuckled. "Teenage GIrls, quite a handful right?" Alice questioned.

"And that's why she's not dating." Jaden declared "Even when we get back home."

"You're not her father you know, stop treating her like she is." Alice frowned, Kagome may have similar blood in her veins but that doesn't mean she was Jaden's daughter at all.

Jaden just grinned, indicating that he was just joking

"Joking aside, what are you going to do? You already told them about Chaos Breaker, they know about the bakugan traps and Xion was kidnapped, everything is happening fast we need to come clean." Alice said.

"Yeah I expect another attack sometime tomorrow," Jaden said before standing up "I'm going to check on Kagome alright."

"Like you can give her any good advice." Alice said in a mocking tone.

Jaden glared at Alice before heading towards Kagome's room before knocking on the door

"I know it's you, go away." Kagome called from the other side.

"Kagome, look I understand that your not happy about the situation." Jaden said "But I'm trying to understand you and I'm not trying to replace your father alright."

"Yeah right, all you do is order me around even back home, when I'm hanging out with my friends or Inuyasha you get all defensive, you act like you're my father even though you aren't. You aren't my family Jaden." Kagome said.

"Look I'm sure it's hard on you to find out that you're descended from my line, I am as well, however I still like to see my descendants as family and to make sure that they are safe and treated well." Jaden said

"Then focus on your biological daughters and Kikyo since she's ok with it. I'm sorry but… I can't accept it, you… aren't my dad you'll never be my dad." Kagome said, sobbing.

Jaden sat down beside Kagome's door to keep her company while she was crying before he fell asleep.

Alice soon came into the hall and sighed, feeling bad for both Jaden and Kagome, it was… a tough adjustment for Kagome, finding out your related to Jaden one of the best battlers and duelist was a lot to take in but Jaden had been a little too protective of her, bed times curfews and even hanging around Inuyasha and some of the other boys she knew, as if he was her father. Alice probably would have felt the same way if she was going through it.

'I hope things turn out alright.' Alice thought before walking away.

When Kagome got dressed and came out the door she was greeted by a surprise by her door.

She saw Jaden sleeping on the side of the door. 'Why?' Kagome asked, she still didn't understand him, he wasn't her father and yet he tries to be that, Jaden worries about her but. Kagome shook her head before she walked past Jaden.

She then noticed Alice sitting on the couch watching TV. Kagome sighed before speaking up. "Alice…" Kagome uttered.

Alice looked at Kagome. "Yes?"

"What was Micheal to you?" Kagome asked.

Alice immediately knew what this was about. "He was my family, my father in a way." her grandfather was the closest person she had to a father, he took her in and raised her when she thought her parents and brother were dead, losing him hurt more than anything.

"I understand that Jaden… is being a tad overprotective and stubborn when come to HE thinks is right." Alice said. "But he really cares about you and wants you be happy."

Kagome sat down next to Alice and sighed ."He acts like he's my dad, but he's not my dad Alice. I don't care about the Supreme King or the Supreme Queen or my heritage, he can never be my dad."

"What do you remember about your dad?" Alice asked.

"Barely anything." Kagome answered. "Kikyo is fine with it, but… I just can't, it just feels wrong."

Alice wrapped one of her arms around Kagome "I understand, but Jaden is like your friend Inuyasha….he hides his true feelings underneath. Ever Since his encounter with Chaos Breaker where a member of his family nearly lost their life he's been very overprotective and it's been increasing with the danger that we've been facing now that Prime Apocalypse is in charge, however he truly cares for his relatives safety and happiness and if it wasn't for them he would be content watching them from a distance." Alice told Kagome

"A-Alice, I just want it to stop." Kagome cried as she hugged Alice back.

Alice rubbed the back of Kagome's head. "I do too… I do… too…"

At school, Jaden was teaching class when suddenly the lights went out all of a sudden.

"What's happening?"

"The light's went out."

"What the heck."

Davis and the others were surprised. "10 yen, says the old man knows something." Xeno frowned, not liking this at all.

"Everyone stay calm and exit the class." Jaden said

A Lot of the students ran out of the class with the exception of Davis, Xeno, Kari, Xion, and TK.

"You know what's going on don't you?" Davis asked Jaden, knowing that this couldn't be a coincidence.

"What the hell have you brought upon us old man?" Xeno demanded.

Jaden already being stressed enough by Kagome's attitude was really not in the mood to deal with these kids head towards the windows and gasped "Fuck." before reaching for his cell and calling Sakura

"What's going on Jaden? Please tell us." Kari asked.

While waiting for Sakura to answer him. Jaden figured that one piece of the secret won't hurt "Apparently Chaos Breaker decided to release the 3 kaiju that me and Sakura were raising and studying." Jaden answered

"Kaiju?!" All 5 asked at the same time.

"What are you raising Godzilla? Which I will admit would be freaking cool." Davis asked, while thinking it would be cool.

"Alright first of all Godzilla is a real Kaiju and no i'm not raising more of him, second of all, one of you find Nobu, one of the Kaiju belongs to him." Jaden said

"Ok it's official you are freaking nuts!" Xion shouted trying to wrap her head around what she had just heard, Digimon that's fine, Bakugan Traps that give you powers? Very plausible and now Kaiju and Godzilla are real. "You, your wife and even Nobu's mom need to go to a mental institution!"

Jaden glared at Xion "You can talk about me all you wish but talk about my wife and I won't be so pleasant." Jaden threatened, his calm demeanor gone at that point Sakura finally answered her phone.

"Ok, clearly this guy is crazy, I mean even more than me." Xeno whispered.

"He and Sakura really need to go to the madhouse, Kaiju being real? There's no logic here." Xion whispered.

"Xion, don't turn into Yolei." Davis frowned.

"Ah, guys you might want to check out the window." Kari said pointing out the window sweating at what she's seeing.

Outside the window were three creatures: one of them was a gold-colored tyrannosaurus-like creature covered in armor and the tip of its tail was like that of a drill

"Ok, that… has to be the coolest thing i've ever seen!" Davis shouted with excitement.

"Trust me, it would be cooler if it wasn't out of control." Dharak muttered

"Where's the fun in that?" Xeno said. "I love it when monsters destroy stuff."

"Will you keep that tune when it crushes your house looking for you?" Jaden asked him while speaking to Sakura

"What?!" Xeno and Xion exclaimed, before looking at each other. "Mom and Xia!"

"Can one of you get Nobu already, it's his partner kaiju." Jaden shouted his patience being at it's limit

"I'll do it." Kari said as she ran out of the room.

"Partner Kaiju? When are you going to tell us what's going on?" Davis asked.

"Why the fuck would they be looking for me!" Xeno yelled before he realized, before taking out his bakugan trap. "These things are more trouble than they are worth."

"Yes, why KuroOkami chose you is a mystery to us all." Jaden said

Just then Nobu arrived with Kari behind him. "Ok, what the hell is going on, the whole school went dark." Nobu demanded.

"Well you want your mother to tell you the bad news or the worse news before I give you any good news." Jaden asked

"Just tell me! You look like you're in a rush anyway." Nobu said.

"Bad news is, Chaos Breaker has up his attack plan which cause me and Sakura to accelerate our research. The worse news is he released three kaiju to attack us and flush you all out." Jaden said

"Kaiju?" Nobu questioned with an arched eyebrow as he turned to the others, who all just shrugged.

'Really wished we had Wargreymon or Metalgarurumon with us right about now." TK admitted with Kari nodding in agreement she would've been happy to have any digimon who could go ultimate.

"However the good news is that I know who the 3 kaiju belong to." Jaden said

"And one of them is mine right?" Nobu narrowed his eyes on Jaden. "Is this part of the secret you and my mom have been hiding? Bringing monster movies to life?"

"Hehehe." Jaden chuckled "You're half right but as I told the kids before Kaiju have always existed." Jaden revealed

Nobu just glared at Jaden. "You're lucky since I know about Digimon and i'm open minded, if not I would say that you and my mom and kami I love her should be in a mental hospital."

Jaden just grinned as he gave Nobu a amulet "Here, as soon as you get near VastatoDrill, use this and bond with him."

"And what if he gets crushed?" Xion asked, showing some nervous worry.

"It'll be a good service to the world." Xeno muttered under his breath.

"Kari, any sign of the other two?" Jaden asked

"No." Kari said.

Just then Xeno's cell rang, he quickly answered it. "Hello?"

"Xeni, it's so cool a monster is rampaging near our house." Xia's voice called out from the other side.

Jaden was shocked "Asked her what it looks like."

Xeno glared at Jaden and growled. "If my sister gets killed. I'll kill you and Sakura!" Xeno threatened.

"Just asked her." Jaden demanded "cause once it's bonded it will be calm."

"Xia, tell me what it looks like quickly." Xeno asked.

"It looks like a black humanoid wolf covered in armor with blades on its forearms." Xia said.

"That's RaiOkami, he's your partner kaiju." Jaden shouted as he tossed Xeno the amulet.

"My partner?" Xeno questioned. "I think you got the wrong Jameser."

"Jameser now's not the time, go save Xia." Davis told him.

Xeno gritted his teeth, before turning it to Xion who was worried. "I won't let anything happen to Xia." Xeno said before he rushed out of the room.

"That's two down, where's the third?" Jaden wondered

Just then Jaden's phone rang, to which he answered "hello?"

"Jaden it's Fabia, Kaiju running rampant down by the warehouse district!" Fabia shouted.

"Which Kaiju is it?" Jaden questioned.

"I'm sending images now." Fabia said as she sent the image to his phone

The image was of a gold dragonic-knight like kaiju, the dragon had wings and a white cape and was covered in gold armor and was wielding twin swords

"Davis." Jaden shouted, getting his attention before an amulet was thrown his way

Davis caught it and grinned. "Ahh yeah! Time for some action." Davis shouted, pumping his fist.

"Be Careful." Kari said as she kissed Davis on the cheek.

Davis smiled before he rushed out the room. Just outside the room Yoko and Rito had overheard a few things. "This is the scoop of the century, we need to go to where those Kaiju are." Yoko said, grabbing Rito's shoulder while shaking him back and fourth.

"Oh man do we really have to go? Cause I really want to live." Rito whined

"Where's your sense of adventure Rito! Get the camera and follow Motomiya!" Yoko said, as she ran down the hall with Rito struggling to keep up while holding onto other equipment.

Nobu made it to where VastatoDrill was destroying buildings left and right. "Goddammit, this thing is making Godzilla look like a stuffed animal." Nobu said, if he didn't stop this half the city would be destroyed, he looked to see a news truck stopping a few feet away. "What are they doing?"

Out of the news truck, a man wearing a blue business suit, with short auburn hair and blue eyes stepped out, with a cameraman who moved in front of them, a man who stood in view of VastatoDrill.

"3, 2, 1." the camera man pointed at the man to begin.

"Hello citizens of Odaiba, this is Tanguro Tsume, and what we have here is an incredible sight, a monster is rampaging around our city, something that hasn't happened since that fateful day 4 years ago, is this the creature from before coming back for revenge?" Tanguro questioned.

Nobu didn't have time for this. Tanguro turned to see Nobu rushing towards VastatoDrill. "It seems a kid is running straight towards the monster, is he crazy or just plain suicide?" Tanguro questioned as signaled the camera man to follow him after Nobu but he was already out of sight

"Sir, He's gone." the cameraman said, shocked

"Ha…haa… tell me you got that?" Tanguro asked.

"I got the part of the rampaging dino chasing the kid but for just a split second he vanishes." the cameraman said as he let Tanguro looked at the recording

"This is emmy material, wait until my little girl hears about this." Tanguro grinned.

"Hurry Rito! Motomiya just turned that corner!" Yoko shouted. "Wait until daddy hears about this scoop!"

"Ha… hahh… slow down yoko." Rito said in between breaths, wondering why they were running towards danger instead of away from it.

Davis arrived in a warehouse district and saw the Kaiju destroying the warehouses. "Damn, monster movies come to life." Davis muttered, thinking it would be cool if it wasn't so bad.

"So you're it's partner." a female voice up.

Davis turned to the source of the voice, it was a beautiful young woman with blue hair she wore a white top and shorts and white slippers.

"So you're Fabia?" Davis asked, finding the woman beautiful. Shaking his head before getting back on topic. "Jaden said I have to get close, how close are we talking about?"

"As long as it sees you and you make eye contact with him it should work." Fabia grinned

"Eye contact? How close is eye contact?" Davis questioned.

Fabia frowned "You're really not the sharpest tool in the shed are you? I could bond with him as long as he makes eye contact with me." Fabia explained

"Jeez, thanks for the vote of confidence." Davis frowned, feeling completely insulted, he never did this before so of course he wouldn't understand right off the bat. "And this is the first time I'm doing this, you know." Davis said, looking at a golden humanoid dragon.

Just then Yoko and Rito arrived and saw both Davis and Fabia. "Who's she?" Yoko asked, Rito didn't say anything as he was trying to catch his breath.

"Whatever Rito begins rolling." Yoko said, as she did her hair quickly, Rito quickly took out the camera, fumbling it for a second before he turned it on.

"Hello everyone this is Yoko Tsume, of the Odaiba High School new paper, and boy do we have a scope for you, just now I stand before a giant Kaiju, yes! A Kaiju! And people say they don't exist and can only be seen in godzilla movies, but no! You're looking at the genuine monster."

Davis turned to see Yoko and Rito. "oh shit, it's Yoko." Davis cursed, before he turned to Fabia. "I'll get his attention, get Yoko and Rito out of here." Davis said, as he waved his hands and ran to the side. "Hey big guy, looking for this?" Davis called out holding up his bakugan trap. Getting the Kaiju's attention after seeing the Bakugan Trap in Davis' hands, it roared and immediately chased after Davis.

'Ok, maybe Fabia was right about me not being the sharpest.' Davis thought, wondering what he was even doing.

"Either Davis Motomiya is the bravest or the stupidest person alive, he seems to be drawing the Kaiju's attention." Yoko said into her mic. "Are you getting this Rito?"

"Every last bit." Rito said as he turned the camera.

Xeno arrived in the area where his apartment complex was as people ran away in fear. Xeno just scowled, as he saw the Kaiju destroying everything in its path, the scared face boy pushed through the crowd of people as he ran.

"Shit, why on earth or anywhere would Nobu's mom make these things? I hope she and Jaden can compensate the city and all these people for the damages." Xeno said, looking at the destruction and carnage left in his 'Kaiju Partner's' wake.

Xeno looked at RaiOkami whose back was turned to him before he took out the amulet. "Ok, how close do I need to be?" Xeno asked, as he held up the amulet but nothing happened. "What's going on? Why aren't you working?" Xeno said as he shook the amulet

Xeno looked to see RaiOkami making his way to his apartment. "Oh shit!" Xeno shouted he ran as fast as he could, holding up the amulet.

At that time in the apartment complex, Xia looked at RaiOkami in amazement. "Cool." Xia said.

"We need to get out of here human." Yaamon said he had lipstick and make up on his face, he knew that if they didn't leave they would be killed. Of course it was very tempting given his current situation of being tortured by a human child.

At an island fortress, Chaos Breaker was smirking and was extremely delighted by the rampage and destruction that the 3 kaiju were doing

"How magnificent," Chaos Breaker said as he began moving his hands as if he was conducting an orchestra "This is just the prologue of my melody of destruction before the end comes and everything that they hold dear is gone.

VastatoDrill had caught up with Nobu but he was at least glad that there were no more bystanders in the area.

Nobu than stared his 'Partner kaiju' down and at point his amulet began glowing.

VastatoDrill's eyes also glowed in response before roaring at Nobu who just held up his hand to pacify him "Easy there."

---

RaiOkami reached Xeno's apartment and was about to smash it, while Sango rushed into her daughter's room and pulled Yaamon into a tight hug and closed her eyes.

"Hey!" Xeno shouted, getting RaiOkami to turn to him, as he held up the amulet. "Get inside this thing asshole and leave my house alone!"

Xeno stared at his Kaiju Partner down and the amulet began to glow.

RaiOkami's eyes glowed and it finally calmed down.

Sango and Xia opened their eyes and saw RaiOkami just standing there looking down, Xia broke free from her mom's grasp and rushed to the widow and looked down and was surprised to see her brother looking up at the monster.

"Hey mom, Xeni's down there!" Xia called out.

Sango, who had Yaamon in her arms, looked down and saw her son holding something up to the beast. "Oh I'm going to kick his ass later." Sango frowned.

'Heh, I guess he isn't as lame as I thought. He at least got guts' Yaamon commented.

Davis was running away from his 'Kaiju Partner' with it hot on his. 'Ok this should be far enough.' Davis said as he turned around, and held up the amulet and looked into the Kaiju's eyes like Fabia had said.

However it didn't seem to be calming down at all. 'What's going on, I'm doing what Fabia said.' Davis thought as he continued to hold up the amulet but the monster swung its blade towards the goggle-head who barely jumped out of the way of the force of the impact sending him flying and he landed on the ground with a hard thud.

"Ugh." Davis gritted his teeth, as he held his side. "Damn it."

Fabia was watching from afar and was surprised. 'Somethings wrong, why doesn't it work on that one?' The deposit spelling it out for the boy, he did everything right, but the amulet wasn't working.

Just then her phone rang, she quickly answered it. "Is he tamed?" Jaden's voice asked.

"No! Jaden the amulet isn't working, he's not calming down!" Fabia shouted.

"Grr it is possible that Chaos Breaker must have modified him slightly." Jaden said.

Yoko and Rito were still watching it, and were both shocked by what was happening ."should we help him? Rito asked, his voice shaky.

"Ahh…" Yoko didn't answer as she and Rito were knocked out from behind by Fabia, who quickly picked them up, and turned back to Davis. 'I'll be back, let me get these two somewhere safe.'

Davis had gotten up, his body felt like it was on fire. He looked up at the Kaiju who glared at him. Davis glared back at the Kaiju. "You're my partner right? Then my job is to stop you, come on!" Davis shouted as he held up the amulet before it was encased in golden light.

The Kaiju roared as it swung its sword at Davis. "Ahhh!" Davis shouted as he threw a punch with the amulet right back and they both clashed, Davis could see the massive weight of the Kaiju against his fist as their clash was causing shockwaves that were sending debris and containers flying.

Fabia arrived back and was shocked by what she was seeing, as she covered her face from the shockwaves. 'Either that kid is incredibly brave or beyond stupid to match Jaden?' Fabia thought.

Davis seeth as he began to lose ground, many memories flashed through his mind, of Xeno, Xion, Sai, Sora, Tai, Nobu and many others until he got to Kari. 'No! I'm not dying here! I can't die, here I refuse to go out like this!' Davis shouted in his mind as he pushed forward, which surprised Fabia and the Kaiju, as Davis was enveloped in a golden aura.

"Ahhhh!" Davis shouted, as a golden light shot from the amulet knocked the sword away and hit the Kaiju in the chest, before the whole area was covered in blinding golden light, it was so brilliant that it could be seen from all across town.

"What's that?" Xion asked, not believing what she was seeing.

"I don't know." TK said, as he held up his digivice was beeping rapidly, which confused him.

'This energy, it's almost like Kagome and Kikyo's power.' Jaden thought he hadn't felt this kinda force before and it was similar to both his friends' power.

Kari looked at her digivice which was beeping rapidly, before her eyes widened feeling something tug at her heart. 'Davis…' Kari thought, somehow she knew it was Davis and was hoping he was ok.

Tai, Sora, Izzy, Catherine, Cody and Yolei were watching from different parts of the school. All their digivices were beeping as if they were reacting to the gold light's presence.

Xeno who was getting scolded by his mom and being bombarded by questions from his youngest sister. looked in the direction of the golden light, his digivice reacting to the golden light.

"Ohh pretty." Xia cooed while pointing at the light.

"Xeni, do you care to explain?" Sango questoned.

"Mom, I'm just as confused as you." Xeno admitted but for some reason he felt angry at Davis.

'This power, no it's not possible.' Yaamon thought his eyes widened at what he was feeling.

Nobu looked at the pillar of golden light before clenching his fist. 'So, it was you…' Nobu thought, knowing exactly what it was.

Alice saw this from the house and frowned "I only hope that those kids are ready for the dangers up ahead of them."

Kagome was still in her room but she sensed the energy and walked into where Alice was "Alice, what's going on?" Kagome asked

"It's a sign that the danger is fast approaching.' Alice answered with a straight face.

Kikyo was outside and her face had no emotion to it "So it finally begins." Kikyo said before walking back to the house.

Keith was watching from the beach. "Keith, this power." a voice said as a bakugan hopped onto Keith's shoulder.

Keith didn't answer, but this was the calm before the storm. 'Jaden I hope you and Sakura know what you two are doing?'

Sakura watched this from her house. 'Hmmm.' Sakura thought before she walked back inside her house.

Chaos Breaker roared. "This power! What is it!" Chaos Breaker then smashed a table nearby with his claw.

As the light died down, Davis was lying on his stomach completely exhausted from whatever had happened. Lazily opening his eyes he saw the Kaiju was also on its stomach; however half its body was in the water its head also turned to his with one eye open.

"Hehehe, looks like you're calm now." Davis chuckled weakly.

"Hrrrgm." the Kaiju growled in response.

"Jaden said, we're partners, my name is Daisuke Motomiya or Davis." Davis introduced himself.

"What a terrible name." the Kaiju replied.

Davis was surprised, the Kaiju talked but he recovered quickly. "Oh really? Then what's yours?" Davis retorted.

The kaiju narrowed his eyes on the kid. "Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that you've freed me from enemy control, however now that I've seen you myself I'm not sure 'If' I should tell you my name." the kaiju stated

"Hehehe, you will be surprised by how likable I am, trust me, before long you'll be telling me your na…" Davis said before the kaiju pointed one of his swords at him causing him to stammer backwards. "Well, I see your point… but I'm going to rest nowww…" Davis said before he passed out from pure exhaustion.

Fabia landed next to the boy and checked his pulse. "Hmph, he's only unconscious." She said, before turning to the Kaiju. "I see that you're not impressed aren't you, Paladin?" Fabia asked

"The control over his powers are lacking and he lacks discipline." Paladin stated simply

Fabia frowned as she looked at Davis. 'But what kind of power was that thought?' Fabia thought, then looked down at the amulet and picked it up. "We need to leave now Paladin, the others are waiting." She held up the Amulet and Paladin was sucked into it. She picked up Davis placing him on her back and walked away from the scene.

At that moment, Rito shot up and rubbed his head. He looked around and saw he was in another part of the warehouse district, he looked to the side and saw Yoko still unconscious. The boy crawled over to his friend and shook her.

"Yoko! Are you ok Yoko?" Rito asked desperately as he shook her.

"Mmmm." Yoko moaned, her eyes lazily opened, as she sat up her hand shot to her head. "Ahh, who hit me?" Yoko questioned, before he eyes widened. "The camera! Where's the camera!" Yoko shouted as she grabbed Rito by his shirt and shook him hard.

"Yu… ko! Stop!" Rito shouted as he began to feel dizzy.

"The scoop of the century, Rito, we need to find that camera!" Yoko shouted, as she let go of Rito who fell to the ground with dizzy dials in his eyes. "Come on, you have to search everywhere!" Yoko then ran off hoping to find the camera.

"Yoko wait!" Rito shouted as he drunkenly chased after Yoko trying to keep himself balanced.

After dealing with the Rampaging Kaiju, Jaden and the kids met up at Sakura's house at the moment Sakura was tending to Davis who had yet to regain consciousness, Kari was pacing back and forth in worry. The woman named Fabia had told them about what happened in the warehouse and Kari was not happy.

"Of all the reckless shit he's done." Kari grumbled. "Punching a giant Kaiju's weapon? What was Davis even thinking? was he even thinking at at!"

"From what I saw I doubt it." Fabia commented.

"Tch, I'm pissed he even did it, now I feel like he's gotten even better than me." Xeno growled as he leaned against the wall, his mom was beyond pissed and she wanted to find out what the hell was going on, so she decided to tag along with Xia who was asking if she could get a Kaiju as well.

"Is that all you can think about?" Nobu frowned, after all the damage and Xeno was thinking about his rivalry with Davis.

"You clearly don't understand I'm not letting him one up me!" Xeno remarked as his brain went into overdrive.

"Don't even think about it." his mother warned him.

"I didn't even say anything!" Xeno told his mom.

"I'm your mother. I can tell when you're thinking of doing something illegal, dangerous or just plain stupid." his mother said not want to deal with any more shit today as Xeno grumbled.

"I want a Kaiju, I want Gamera!" Xia said practically jumping up and down she wanted to have a Kaiju too with that old movie one Gamera was her favorite.

"No!" Sango told Xia, as her youngest daughter gave her puppy dog eyes. "Don't even think those will work on me, this is serious, they're not toys for you to play with.

"Heh." Jaden just scoffed, remembering his daughter mostly his second youngest using the puppy dog eyes on him.

"Come on mom, Xeni got one why can't I?" Xia complained.

"Don't call me that!" Xeno growled. "And second I didn't even ask for this, ask Grandpa over there."

Jaden just flipped Xeno off "Yeah, screw you too, and fuck me for being a menace and almost causing problems for your family, I have lost count how many times I'm been told that." Jaden said, hearing it from Anna and Yamato all the time, no longer caring what others think of him

"Half the city is destroyed and many people have lost their homes and… a lot have lost their lives." Sango pointed out, not blaming Jaden or anyone just stating a fact

"I fucking know alright." Jaden growled as he placed his hand against his forehead, thinking of the near disaster of what RaiOkami, VastatoDrill, and Paladin did and that was just 3 of the kaiju. Hopefully the other kaiju that he and Sakura worked on and studied were still hidden and secured so that something like this wouldn't happen again.

"There's nothing we can do." Sakura said as she walked out of the clinic. "The blood is already on our hands and we can't do anything but move forward as fucked up as this situation is."

Jaden just snorted "Blood was always on my hands, ever since I was 15 years old." Jaden said

"So you've been like this for 10 years?" Xion asked. "You must have gone through hell and back to get to this point."

Jaden just sighed "You could say that." before he reached into his pocket and called Alice

(Dumb question for a dumb man, have you seen the news?) Alice asked from her end. (This is horrible, I knew this was a bad idea and karma has come back to bite us.)

(Yes, i've seen the news, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, dear.") Jaden growled before sighing (So, how's Kagome?)

(Don't change the subject, the Kaiju ruined the city. But of course you don't care but at the same time you feel guilty but choose to move forward leaving it behind?) Alice said, before sighing. (she's fine, but what are we going to do? We inadvertently killed those people and destroyed the city, we brought death to this world… and I can't forgive myself.)

Jaden sighed (Would it be any different once the Jet-Black Conqueror awakens?) Jaden asked

(No… but Jaden, I can't help but feel like I killed those people and robbed them of their homes. You can deal with it, but I can't.) Alice admitted. (everywhere we go, the Supreme King and Queen name only brings death to those we are around… and I'm sick of it.)

(You think that I'm also happy about this as well?) Jaden snarled (Unlike you, I'm willing to keep on going till I reach the place where I truly belong.)

(And where is that place? huh?) Alice snapped back. (I know where my place is, it's at home with my children! I accept my life back home in our world, when it doesn't involve my damn ancestors or Valice! I keep going because of them! What's your reason, for your supreme king half for your dragon half? You say you care but it's only because of blood, if Kagome didn't have that connection you would be treating her like an ordinary girl right?) This actually stuns Jaden leaving him unable to respond.

He hears Alice take a few deep breaths before releasing a sigh. (I'm sorry, it's just… I haven't seen them…. I miss them so much and I don't even know… if they…) All Alice wanted was a normal life with their family, away from the magic, the science, the danger, the destruction, the death… and it was too much to even ask for, and now their presence in this world left many without their homes and worse caused the death of many people who were father's, mother's, lover's and… children it just weighing on her. Jaden knows she is strong in some ways stronger then even him could ever hope to be but everyone has their limit and Alice has been pushed over it many times to point that she just can't keep going like this.

Jaden sighed. (I'm sorry, even if Kagome wasn't related to me she has a strange gift to see the best in those she meets and for that I'm grateful and I'm sorry that she's upset.) Jaden explained before taking a deep breath (And i'm well aware of your feelings but even if we do returned home, our children would always be in danger due to Prime Apocalypse, i wish it was that simple where we could just go back have a life with our children enjoying the simple things together but it just not that simple it's just like the curse of the Shikon Jewel that only brings malice and despair however despite everything that happened wouldn't you agree that we've had fond memories as well?) Jaden asked

(Yeah, but I barely remember any recent fond memories, you're alway training and being away and me… taking care of the kids on my own… I thought we could fix it but it just seems that our curse, the Supreme King and Queen, is just making it harder with anything we do, just making it worse.) Alice admitted her and Jaden's relationship… toxic at best, but they loved each other she knows that without Shadow doubt is true but no matter what they do or try their relationship just keeps deteriorating. (We keep going in circles, and I'm sick of it. I'm too emotional and honest, you're cunning and calculating but also cold… you come up with ideas that in your mind work but only to blow up in our faces, where does it end Jaden? When can we finally put a stop to all this!) she knew Jaden's ideas were made with good Intent but questionable at times, and he does it out care however he never thinks of the consequences of if it goes wrong always assuming they can prevent them from happening but this and so many failures proves that they can't always stop them… he can't stop them.

(I don't know but me and Sakura will take care of this mess if it makes you feel better.) Jaden said

(Whatever you say Jaden, just make sure no more people have to die because of us.) Alice said before she hung up.

"Sounds like you and your mate aren't so close then you think huh dragon boy.? Yaamon whispered, so the others couldn't hear. He had heard their conversation and he could smell that Jaden wasn't an ordinary human.

Jaden glared at Yaamon. "Shut up or I'll delete you!" Jaden threatened.

"Heh, that's one of the problems with Dragons, too much pride to admit the truth. Think you're some justice bringer let me tell you aren't so you should just hang up that pride of yours and just go lie down at the feet of your mate cause clearly she has the brains out of the two of you." Yaamon stated

"You're the last person to talk to me about being justice." Jaden growled, finding it foolish that a reborn demon lord would talk to him about justice, he wasn't even about Justice it was about winning a war by any means.

"Oh trust me I know justice is least of my concerns but I did know someone who actually embodied it and actually pleased his mate at same time balancing the two where neither suffered something you're clearly failing at doing either." Yaamon said smugly

Jaden one eye twitching in anger at the insult of failing to please his wife which made it worse by fact he is right about that as much as he hates to admit. Jaden then kicked Yaamon who screamed before he hit Xeno knocking him to the ground.

"Ahh!" Xeno shouted, as he sat up and glared at Yaamon. "Watch where you are flying!" Xeno shouted, not happy, about being knocked down.

Yaamon growled at Xeno. "It's not my fault, blame that insecure teacher of yours who can't handle facts!" Yaamon shouted.

"Oh boy." Xion face-palmed, annoyed at her brother and his partner's antics.

Kari ignored them, not having patience to deal with that now. That when Sakura comes into room wiping some sweat away as Kari ran up to her

"Sakura, is Davis alright?" Kari asked in concern.

"A minor concussion, and a few bruised ribs, but all and all, given the situation he was in he's fine, he's just exhausted." Sakura told the young girl.

The digidestined of light sighed in relief, happy Davis was ok. "Can I see him? Please?" Kari asked, almost begging.

"You can't at the moment." Fabia said

"Why?" Kari asked turning to Fabia.

"He'll be fine and conscious in no time at all now that his amulet is bonded to Paladin. The drain from the amulet should be worn off, the only problem is that he doesn't officially recognize the kid as his partner yet." Fabia said. "In fact, the kid should be alright in about." she said as she started counting down "5…4…3…2…1."

"Hmmm." Davis groaned as his eyes opened, he slowly sat up and rubbed the back of his head. He felt like he got runned over by a stampede of wild Monocromon. "Damn, what a strange dream…" Suddenly Davis felt arms wrapping around him, which made hiss in pain since he was still hurt from earlier it was Kari who was crying into his shoulder.

"You baka! I was so worried. Don't you EVER do anything that stupid again!" Kari cried as she tightened her grip on him.

"I wouldn't count on that last part." Xeno said only to get elbowed in the gut by his mother.

"You're one to talk to, Xeni." Sango frowned.

Davis hugged Kari back. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that." Davis said, sad that he made Kari worry so much, he didn't mean to hurt her

"Aww, that's so sweet." Sango cooed, finding the scene sweet. Even though Xion and Catherine found it sweet, Xeno recovered just huffed and turned his head, Nobu just groaned and began to get annoyed especially after a major disaster and they did this just yesterday.

"Argh, If I have to see this scene after every incident I might have to stab my eyes out." Fabia said, much to Sakura's amusement who began to tease her.

"Why are you disgusted, wishing Jaden would be like that for you." Sakura teased.

"Keep talking like that and I'll change my vote." Fabia threatened

Once Davis and Kari were done the gogglehead looked at everyone. "What happened, and how did I get here? And did we stop the Kaiju?"

"I carried you here." Fabia said "Dumbass." she muttered quietly

"Thanks, how long have I been out?" Davis asked.

"Only 2 hours." Fabia said "And to answer your other question all the Kaiju have bonded to their partners except yours."

"And people have been killed and have lost their homes." Xeno spoke up with his eyes shut.

Jaden just glared and narrowed his eyes at Xeno, knowing that was a jab towards him

"Ahh… really?" Davis said in shock. "Damn! How could this happen!" Davis shouted and punched the wall next to making a hole in it.

Kari placed her hand on his shoulder. "Davis, there was nothing we could do." She too was upset, she felt useless in that situation as many people were killed or lost their homes.

"You know, I already got enough from one asshole. I don't need another kid to start complaining, especially one whose kaiju refuses to recognize you." Jaden said

Davis glared at Jaden. "What makes you think I'm blaming you? I'm blaming myself…" Davis lowered his head, all the death and destruction he felt like he could have done more.

"We'll see about that." Jaden glared as he headed towards the door "They always blame me for something. After all, my very existence is always a curse for someone somewhere." Jaden said frustrated before looking at Sakura, "I'll see you later." before heading out

"What's his problem?" Xion questioned, when she met him he didn't seem that bad but he just dismissed Davis, yes he was a little reckless and competitive in some things but Davis a good person he cared about others and right now the goggle-head was feeling responsible.

"Don't hold it against him he has been through a lot and it's worn him down after all the year's." Sakura said trying to explain his attitude.

"It's fine, after this mess who wouldn't be upset." Davis said, he was used to people looking down on him, one more wouldn't really matter.

"You make very interesting friends, don't you, Sakura…" Sango muttered.

"He trusts me with his secrets as well as what happened in his life." Sakura smiled.

"Yeah, but did it take one night in bed to do so?" Sango asked.

"Ahhahah!" Xeno laughed at his mom's jab.

Fabia just smacks the back of Xeno's head before heading towards the door "Well I'll be off as well. See you later Sakura."

"What was that for?" Xeno shouted, holding his head.

"You're really asking that?" Xion asked her brother, giving him an annoyed look. "Those people really have a problem."

"I happened to like them, besides you'll be surprised when you find out the truth." Sakura smiled as she glanced at Xion, knowing that there was a Xion in their universe

"I just hope this secret doesn't kill anymore people, cause Sakura what you and he did is causing problems for the people of Odiba, remember 4 years ago?" Sango asked, remembering the event that ruined many people's lives and

"Yes, I do." Sakura said before she got an idea "Perhaps you, Xion and my daughter Haruka would like to come with me to visit Jaden at his house. I bet I could convince him to tell you his secrets." she said, smirking

"Sorry, but I'm not into old men and I'll learn the secret when my brother and friends do." Xion said.

Sakura just smiled as she leaned forward into Xion's ear "I'll give you a hint then, parallel worlds and alternate realities." Sakura smiled as she whispered in her ear.

Xion's eyes widened in complete shock. 'No, that's…' she then thought about it and it made complete sense. "Mom, we need to go there!"

"Why are you offering them this, while the rest are still in the dark?" Xeno questioned with a glare.

"Sakura, these kids are at the center of this? Why only me and Xion and your daughter?" Sango questioned.

"Hmmm. I'm feeling generous at the moment" Sakura said

"Sakura…. I'm only trusting you because you are my friend, I don't trust Jaden or Fabia." Sango stated.

"Personally, Jaden could care less whether you people trust him or not." Sakura said

"Maybe this is why his wife and him don't get along." Sango said brushing against Sakura's shoulder. "He just doesn't care, and when you abandon that, you'll only live a miserable life."

Sakura just chuckled "maybe, maybe not, anyway you are coming?" she asked

Sango glared at Sakura, they may have been friends but this felt all kinds of wrong. "Let's go Xion."

"Hey! What about us?" Xeno demanded.

"Yeah, how long are you going to keep us in the dark like this?" Davis asked.

"This is just a special occasion for my childhood friend and something for Xion to witness herself." Sakura said

"And not us, we were almost killed dealing with the Kaiju." Xeno argued.

"Please you were almost killed dealing with the digimon as well." Sakura waved her hand

"Oh no, I'm still pissed about that, and I hate the digimon with my very soul. But I don't like being kept in the dark, like your pathetic pawn." Xeno frowned.

"Why RaiOkami and KuroOkami chose you, I have no idea." Sakura shook her head "I bet if a human killed your father You'll go on a campaign about hating all humans as well despite the fact that you are human and that some humans are bad and some humans are good just like the digimon." Sakura said

"She has a point you know." Nobu admitted with a groan.

"Fuck you and fuck your mom." Xeno growled. "Just go, I know I'm only a pawn in your little game."

Nobu glared at Xeno before he spoke in a threatening tone "Never curse at my mother Xeno, or else."

Xeno glared back but Sango got in the way. "Enough! You really think he would want this?" Sango glared at her son.

Xeno glared at his mom for a minute before his expression softened. "Grr… I feel like a pawn in a game mother, like I have no choice in my life right now, first a device from another world tells me I have to save it and now I have been chosen by beasts, when I never asked… where is my choice?"

"You think Jaden was happy with his fate?" Dharak spoke, surprising everyone but Sakura that he was in the house "Don't be so conceited. He fights because he has to and so that no one has to suffer and if casualties were to occur then so be it."

"Hehehe, sorry Dharak, but I'm not a hero… I'll never be one." Xeno grinned as he took out the Bakugan Trap and the Amulet and tossed them to Sakura. "Find someone else to be your errand boy, I'm not the one." Xeno said before he left.

"So, are you ready to go?" Dharak asked Sakura

"Yes, I told my daughter Haruka where to meet us." Sakura smiled before turning to Sango and Xion "Ready to find out what the secrets are?"

"Just take us there." Sango said not in the mood.

At the house, Kagome was at the table eating her dinner while Jaden was calmly waiting for a response from her, meanwhile Alice just drank tea in peace as if nothing was wrong, Fabia just filed her fingernails, Keith was waiting for something to happen while eating dinner and Kikyo was the same, quietly eating dinner while watching Jaden looked at Kagome hoping for a response from her.

"Kagome, how was your day?" Jaden asked

"Oh it was fine, I heard my college got crushed." Kagome answered in a very calm tone

Jaden just knew that it was the calm before the storm and just sighed "was anyone hurt?" Jaden hesitantly asked

"100 people hurt, 50 dead and still 200 more to be found." Kagome calmly answered. "A win-win right?"

Jaden just gulped "What do you mean?" he asked

Kagome glared before pushing her plate away. "You have tv watch the news, excuse me I'm going to finish my homework I was supposed to send in tomorrow." She said before walking away.

Jaden just sighed "Fabia, how bad is the news?" he asked

"Well…" Fabia started.

"Very bad…" Alice finished in a calm tone as she drank her tea.

"Can I see it…." Jaden asked

"Here." Keith slid him a tablet he had made with the limited technology from this world. "

Jaden turned on the tablet and he went to the news channel.

"This is Akane Yamato, and the death toll of citizens has now been reported as 2000 and there are still many people yet to be found, many buildings have been destroyed, from houses, restaurants, schools even the prestigious college Yukahima College was not spared, here is footage from our famous reporter Tanguro Tsume, Tanguro?"

The scene changed to Tanguro who was overlooking firefighters and ambulances helping people. "Yes, Akane, this is truly pandemonium, everywhere i look I see destruction and anarchy, I've watched a few monster movies in my time, heck i even dreamed of interviewing one but never did I expect to see an actual monster in all my life, talk about Godzilla and Gamera rampaging through the city, I have footage of the beast and what appeared to be a young boy rushing towards it before he simply vanished. "

The image changed and Jaden saw VastatoDrill destroying a building and then Nobu appeared on screen running towards it before he vanished.

"Talk about something out of a kids TV show, are these monsters really gone or will they be back to finish the job? Only time will tell, this has been Tanguro Tsume signing off."

"Yeah, it's that bad." Alice calmly drinks her tea. "How long are we going to keep this charade up? How many more people have to die before we are satisfied?"

"We need to keep this a secret Alice, they aren't ready yet especially those two brats, Davis and Xeno are far from worthy." Fabia frowned.

"But at what cost?" Alice questioned. "We caused the death of innocent people who don't even know that Kaiju exist, and I have to live with the fact that I inadvertently killed them?" Alice looked at Jaden. "So, what are we going to do? You seem to know everything, go on, you always have the best solutions."

Jaden just growled, before they heard knocking from outside. "That must be Sakura." Jaden said, as he got up and left the kitchen, he opened it and was Sakura, and with her was Hakura, and Sango and Xion.

Sakura presented the Bakugan Trap and Amulet to Jaden. "So you took them?" Jaden said not even caring.

"He walked away, we have to find someone else." Sakura frowned.

"He'll come around." Sango frowned. "Right now, he's sorting out what happened, after all he is a kid who has witnessed, how would you act?"

"Whatever, why RaiOkami and KuroOkami chose him, I never know." Jaden said "so, why are you all here at this hour?"

"Ask my friend here?" Sango said, turning to Sakura. "While smiling she whispered something to my daughter."

"Are you from another universe?" Xion questioned getting straight to the point.

Jaden was suprised by what Xion said and glared at Sakura, knowing that she had told Xion before he turned to face Xion "Why would you asked that?" Jaden said

"Your loyal 'friend' gave me a hint, and it also explains many things about you and your family, magic powers, Kaiju that don't truly exist here and how Nobu's mom is so determined to protect you and your secrets at the cost of others' lives. But I'm not going to take your word for it. I want Alice and Kagome to explain it to me." Xion said, knowing that she couldn't trust anyone, even Sakura, and since Alice and Kagome were the most truthful of the group it was best to have them explain it.

"Good luck with Kagome, she's currently in an extremely foul mood." Jaden said

"Yeah, I wonder why?" Alice spoke up as she walked up and glared slightly at Sakura.

Jaden glared back at his wife and just groaned "I'm going to check on Kagome, see how's she doing, you could tell them the truth if you want." Jaden informed Alice

"I suggest you stop, if you keep pushing she'll only push back." Alice said in a calm tone. "Give her time Jaden, right now there's nothing you can say or do that will work at the moment." She could understand what Jaden was trying to do, but forcing it wouldn't help. It was best to give Kagome some space to collect her thoughts rather than pushing the subject, but of course Jaden wouldn't listen to her anyway.

Jaden just sighed "Very well I'll give Kagome some space." before leaving "I'm going to my room."

Alice then turned to Sango and Xion. "I'm sorry for all the mess we all have caused." Alice apologized. "Trust me, I wanted to tell you all from the start, however, some of us thought it would be better to keep it all a secret until the last minute." Alice said, giving Sakura a small glare.

"We had no idea, after that disaster on the island we were currently working on making sure all of the kaiju studied were carefully hidden." Sakura said "Apparently Chaos Breaker managed to found 3 of them."

"Sakura… why were you helping with these Kaiju?" Sango asked. "It doesn't make sense, after what happened today, me and my daughter… if my little boy didn't make it in time." she honestly thought she was going to die, she wouldn't be able to see her kids again and Xia would die so young.

Sakura turned to her friend and placed her hand on Sango's shoulder. "You think I like lying? To you and your family and others? I feel like a bitch when I hold things from my own kids." Sakura said, showing genuine remorse. "Today, my studying and research has killed thousands of people. When I first met Jaden and he told me about the multiverse I was shocked and curious, wouldn't your husband be as well?"

Sango couldn't deny that her husband was a scientist and archeologist so a discovery like this and a chance to understand the Kaiju and the possible multiverse was something he would have done.

"But if they are from a different Universe why are they here? And why did you all study the Kaiju and Bakugan Traps?" Xion questioned. "And why did the traps pick us?"

"Let's start with the beginning." Alice offered. "First yes, we aren't from this world, we are from earth similar to this one but more advanced with how things are, in our universe we have Bakugan and Kaiju, and most of them come from Cray or New Vestroia, our worlds version of the Digital World in a way."

"Incredible.." Xion said.

"Indeed." Haruka said, also in awe

Alice's face then turned dark. "As incredible as it seems, not every world is without darkness. And you already seen what those many battles have done to my husband's psyche."

"So that's why he's like that, he's a broken man." Sango said, starting to understand.

"That's right." Hydranoid said as he appeared on Alice's shoulder, "You recall when Jaden told your friends that they shouldn't be so quick to forgive Xeno just for his actions in the Digital World don't you?"

"Yeah, I remember," Xion said.

"What are you trying to say?" Sango asked, since she wasn't there when it happened.

Alice sighed "The point being is that even if your're all close to Xeno you shouldn't instantly forgive him cause how he helped you, he still causes alot of problems and is willing to instigate fights for no reason at all." Alice explained before breathing and getting to the point "Most of our friends have done things we're not proud of and we have to earned back our friends trust, however Jaden was the worst, while he did redeem himself I still don't trust him at all."

Sango frowned but understood. "Talking from experience? Seems like both Jaden and Xeni are similar yet different from each other."

"I am, look I'm not saying to change his behavior or do anything he's not our business, just consider my advice alright." Alice said

"I don't forgive my son, but I love him and I will never give up on him even if I don't trust him." Sango said with strength in her voice.

"My brother might be a blockhead, but me and Xia haven't given up either." Xion said she loved her brother to death even if he did something that would make her lose trust, she would always love him and never give up on him because they were all he had left.

Alice smiled "That's all I asked for alright."

"So are you going to tell us why they have chosen us?" Xion asked, holding up the bakugan trap.

Alice sighed before groaning "It's because they were infuse with energies from the Kaiju Deities"

"Kaiju wait, you mean like the ones that Davis, Xeno and Nobu used the amulets on?" Xion asked.

"In a way, yes but as the title suggests they are also worshipped as deities." Alice said

"Literal gods?" Sango arched an eyebrow. "You have gods in your world?"

"More than we like, Jaden's childhood friend is an archaeologists who thrills in history and like your daughter also does ballet and gymnastics as a hobby while doing martial arts." Alice said

"Wow, that's cool, I wonder if me and her could get along if we met." Xion wondered out loud.

"Yeah, but she doesn't really talk to Jaden anymore." Hydranoid pointed out.

"How come?" Haruka asked

"Mostly Personal business and they have jobs that have them work all over the world." Dharak said

"Who asked you?" Alice questioned. "But he is right, she's another person who stopped trusting Jaden but for a more personal reason."

"That's sad, I wonder what happened between them." Sango said.

"Jaden prefer not to talk about it." Alice said

"They say that the Multiverse has different versions of people and not so much, is there a Xeno or Xion in your world?" Xion asked out of curiosity.

"There is as well as a Xia." Dharak answered

"You know them, what are they like? Is Xeno there as jerky as my brother?" Xion asked.

Dharak glances up at Alice, telling her that she tells Xion before going through another route to the lab.

"Well, I know Xeno and he was more controlled in some ways compared to your brother, but from what others told me he was cut throat when he was younger, basically he was a semi bad person before he grew out of it." Alice explained. "He was an archaeologist and a martial artist and he and Jaden were very close like a father and a second son kinda way."

"Hmm, sounds good that she grew out of it, maybe there is hope for my son." Sango grinned, if a version of her son was able to fix himself maybe Xeno could be saved after all.

"What about me?" Xion asked

"Well, instead of being Xeno's sister you were…how should I say this." Alice said

"What? What?" Xion asked, unable to contain her impatience.

"You're his daughter." Alice said

Xion's eyes widened as her world seemed to shatter. "I'm… I'm his…" Xion then fainted as Sango caught her.

"Should have seen that coming, forbidden knowledge is something that most minds can't take." Sango said, although shocked as well. "So the friend Jaden stopped talking to, that's Xion right?"

Alice sighed "Yeah."

"What did he do besides the things you said to make Xion not trust him anymore? Doesn't it have to do with the Xeno of your world?" Sango asked as held her unconscious daughter in her arms.

"Personally I have no idea." Alice said "they were both acting fine as if nothing happened despite some tension, you'll have to asked either Jaden or our Xion for details."

"I don't think I'll ever meet your Xion, and I doubt your husband will even answer me at all." Sango remarked.

"Never say never, for us, nothing is impossible." Alice gave a sad smile

"And bringing the people back is not impossible?" Sango questioned. "Thanks for the info, but… it doesn't change what has happened, most of Odaiba is in ruins and many people are killed or homeless…"

"How are you going to compensate them?" Haruka asked.

Alice sighed "You'll be surprised at the financial power that Jaden has accumulated over his many battles and over the years, it's very useful for situations such as this."

"A building can be replaced, but not a man's life." Sango frowned.

Jaden than came down the stairs "That's why I already called in an anonymous tip from DragonCorps paying for all funerals as well as all damages sustained."

Sango and Haruka looked at Jaden. "DragonCorps? You mean that shady company that appeared out of nowhere, let me guess you started that company right?" Sango questioned.

"It was always a legitimate company even back in my world." Jaden said

"I don't trust big business." Sango shook her head.

"Very well that's fair enough." Jaden said

"What about the people?" Haruka asked. "Money isn't going to bring them back."

"I'm already having officials look for any injured and survivors and aid an hospitals with their injuries." Jaden said

"Good for you." Sango said, as she turned to walk out. "Thanks for telling me, but to tell you the truth, I don't really trust you Jaden, but I'll trust Alice and Sakura and I'll keep your secret."

Jaden closed his eyes "I expected that you wouldn't trust me, and I could care less, lots of people don't trust me." Jaden said

Sango sighed with her back turned to the others. "Alice talked to me about trust, you need give those people a reason to trust you, no money no knowledge or anything can earn trust, my son and you aren't that different but I can tell that you and him can change but you need to learn to trust in others the same way they should trust you… at least that's what my husband would have said." Sango finished as she walked out the door to the car.

"Wise words." Hydranoid stated.

Jaden just sighed, knowing that she was right "I'm going to check on Kagome." Jaden said as he went back upstairs towards Kagome's room

"Is that one of the reasons why you brought her?" Alice asked Sakura.

Sakura smiled. "Yeah, Sango is a good person, she believes in people even when they don't deserve to be believed in, and what she said… is what her husband said to her when they met." Sakura said, before her face turned serious. "That golden glow, it wasn't the Kaiju or the trap, it was something that I never thought I would see in my lifetime."

"That kid, what is he?" Fabia frowned.

Jaden walked up to Kagome's room and before he could knock. "I don't want to talk to you!" Kagome shouted. "And I know what you did, no matter how much money you donate it can't fix what has happened."

Jaden just sighed. "Kagome, I'm sorry that your college was destroyed. I'm doing my best to repair it."

"What about the people? You and Sakura's research with the Kaiju and Bakugan Traps is what caused it regardless." Kagome said.

Jaden just sighed "Kagome, do you really hate me?" Jaden asked

"Hate is a very strong word Jaden, it's just you don't care what happens to people because of your decisions, and you don't learn from them and make more of them with even thinking of how it will affect others, like me my college is destroyed and the people that go there are dead, what if one of my friends are among those dead?" Kagome said.

Jaden just sighed "I'm sorry, you know that I never meant for something of this magnitude to happen." Jaden said

"That's the point, you don't think that something could go wrong. This is why Alice doesn't trust you with decisions and… those kids barely trust you because of this stuff, I'm sorry but you can't fix what has happened." Kagome said. "Can you give us a reason to trust your word, and not just because of blood or connections?"

Jaden sighed. "Because you saw something in me."

"I thought I did, but you aren't showing me what I saw." Kagome said. "Try being a better person Jaden, that's what I hope you can become."

Jaden sighed before turning. "I'll see you later." he said before walking away. "Kagome, I just wished we could know each other and I really hope that we could have a parent and child relationship." he muttered

'I'll never see him as my father, never.' Kagome thought.

Nikko than popped open. "Are you alright?" she asked

"What do you think Nikko?" Kagome asked sarcastically. "I feel like shit, dealing with Jaden and all those people and their homes, it's because of us their lives have been turned upside down."

"I understand your feelings and frustration, truly I do, But weren't you and a certain half-demon also like that as well." Nikko said

"Inuyasha is different, he's my boyfriend, remember, Jaden is trying to be my father when he is not. He wasn't there when I was born he didn't conceive with my mom, and I only know him for a few years and he just ups and tries to control my life out of nowhere rules, curfew and warning me not to be out to late with my friends or Inuyasha who does he think he is?" Kagome ranted.

"If I seem to recall, Inuyasha also tried to control you, always wanting you to stay with him while you want to go back to study for your tests at school and no matter what insults he flung at you, you've always stayed by his side." Nikko said with wisdom in her tone

"Maybe because like Alice, I have the same bad taste in men. But I love Inuyasha and before I came here he's been trying to change, but that's just him, Jaden is trying to be my parent which he isn't." Kagome said.

"Perhaps you should give him a chance, perhaps talking to Alice would help you." Nikko suggested

"Nikko why? Why are you trying to force me to accept him as my dad? Tell me why?!" Kagome demanded.

"I could see that both of you are sad and I just want both of you to reconcile and come true with your feelings." Nikko said

"Heh, no I could do the reconciling, but I won't see him as my father, he could never be my father." Kagome said. Before turning away from her partner, but deep in her heart she wanted a father figure, she just didn't want to admit or accept it as it felt that it was too soon for her. 'Even if I did, he's a horrible father figure…' she thought, she was ok with Alice as a second mother that was fine, Alice was compassionate and understanding and always there, but Jaden… he was cold, manipulative, cruel and barely even thought about how his decisions would hurt others how could that be her ideal father figure when he doesn't even try to fix his life, in her mind he's an even worst version of Sesshomaru, the only good qualities that he has were that he was protective, loyal and selfless but those she rarely sees nowadays anymore. In her eyes she just sees a warrior who has his soul broken after many battles and could only find his place on the battlefield.

The next day Jaden walked through the halls of the school hearing the many conversations between the students.

"Did you see that monster?"

"It was so cool!"

"My house was destroyed…."

"Have you heard from your grandma and grandpa yet?

"No… I hope they are alright…."

"My cousin… she's in a coma."

"My little sister…"

Jaden was breathing hard, as he heard all the kids and teenagers talking about the previous day. He looked and saw the gang, Davis, Kari, Xeno, Xia, who currently had Cody in a headlock.

"You really give it up?" Yolei asked Xeno.

"I don't need your two cents Yolei, me being chosen… that's a laugh." Xeno said as he leaned against the wall.

"Xia! Let go!" Cody struggled to get out of the headlock.

"Just let him go." Xeno simply told his sister.

Xia huffed before releasing Cody who dropped to the floor. "I'm trying to teach him how to be tough." Xia pouted.

"You think choking him to death is teaching him to be tough?" Jaden spoke up, getting their attention.

"Hey Jaden, you look like hell." Davis said with a sad look knowing what this was about. "I'm sorry about yesterday."

"Don't bother, Kagome told me the consequences of my actions." Jaden sighed

"But you aren't to blame, you may have made them but you aren't the one to use them." Kari said.

"Tell that to the people at Yukahima College, 100 people hurt, 50 people dead and 200 more to be found. Not only that the death toll was 2000 with more to be found." Jaden sighed, "The worst part is that Kagome goes to College there, so yeah."

"Brutal." Xeno commented, in a surprising honest voice.

"Why isn't Xion with you?" Jaden asked, he never seen the two apart.

"She's home, for some reason she had a massive headache." Xeno answered, shrugging his shoulders.

'Perhaps Alice and Kagome were right.' Jaden thought

"Whatever, I have to get to class, I hope they can teach us about multiverse theory." Xeno said out loud, before walking away.

"Multiverse Theory? Isn't it like parallel worlds?" Davis asked, he didn't even know about the multiverse theory but he had read comics and played games that went into those concepts.

"Yep, it's the theory about how there are parallel worlds that coexist with ours on parallel dimensional planes, in each universe the reality is different from our own." Yolei explained. "Maybe you should read a book about it?"

Davis frowned knowing that was a jab at his intelligence. "I'm not stupid Yolei, I'm just not a brainiac like you or Jameser." Davis admitted, he knew that book smarts wasn't his forte, he was more about street smarts and his instinct but… he then turned to Kari who just looked at him, he was trying to change that.

Jaden thought about his decision 'Perhaps I should tell Nobu the truth, since Chaos Breaker is going at it chances are he'll eventually capture one of us again.'

"Well we'll see you in class teach, and I hope you and Kagome can work things out." Davis said.

"Have a good day Jaden." Kari bowed

With that the kids left for their respective classes. Leaving Jaden in the hall with his thoughts. 'Hmm, I should tell Nobu, he seems like the most trustworthy with this for now, until the others are ready…' Jaden thought as he took out both RaiOkami and KuroOkami and sighed. 'I can't even believe I'm considering this.'

Jaden then went through the hallways searching for Nobu, after a few minutes of searching he found Nobu who was talking to Jun about something but the girl seemed to be annoyed.

"Why should I Nobu?" Jun asked as she turned her head. "So that's what Davis was trying to say, he's also a member of this digidestined."

"Yes, I just want you and your partner to come with us later." Nobu said.

"And why should I? I have tickets to Matt Ishida's concert and I can't miss it." Jun said with a dreamy look on her face, she had been trying to be next to him since they were in the same school but he had always avoided her but that didn't mean she would give up.

Nobu just shook his head. "Because Matt is always a digidestined." deciding to play that card, Jun was only interested in things she liked and Matt was one of them, sadly he had to use Matt's name to sway her.

Jun just looked at Nobu. "you're not kidding right? Matt is on the same team?" Jun asked, wondering if Nobu was lying.

"No, I'm not just asking Tai or Matt and showing them the device alright." Nobu sighed

Jun just grinned, if Matt was on the team, she could use this to get together with him. "Deal, as long as Matt is with you guys then I meet with you." Jun grinned, before skipped down the hall.

Nobu just sighs while shaking his head, wondering how Jun could have been a Digidestined like Xeno; he wondered if the Digital World was that desperate.

"Your side is having troubles as well i suppose." Jaden said, getting Nobu's attention

"Dr. Muto." Nobu uttered. "Yeah, I guess so…"

"Well, I was thinking I might as well tell you my secret since Sakura told your sister as well as Xion and Sango."

Nobu arched his eyebrow for a second. "Why the sudden change?" Nobu asked more out of curiosity.

"Cause this was a total setback that me and your mother didn't properly predict, trust me if Dharak was able to he could have made the damages less severe." Jaden sighed "I'm only telling you this because out of everyone you're the most trustworthy until the others are ready and I have a feeling that Xeno also has some suspicions now."

Nobu just shook his head. "Xeno isn't as stupid as you think, he is just an angry fool taking his anger out on people."

"I'm well aware of that already." Jaden said "tell me what do you know of alternate realities and parallel worlds?"

"Heh, why are you asking? If you know the Digital World exists, then it's very possible for others to exist as well right." Nobu laughed. "So you're from another world, all of this is starting to make sense, but I think we should talk somewhere more private."

"I agree, got a place in mind." Jaden asked

"Feel like taking a trip?" Nobu asked, as he gestured down the hall.

"You mean?" Jaden uttered.

"Yeah, I don't think my mom has shown you." Nobu said. "I don't trust you to be honest, but I trust my mom and I want to see a reason for me to trust you." Nobu wasn't one to trust out right, but he would give those a chance to earn it, and right now he was focus on understanding Jaden's side of the story.

The two made their way to the computer room, luckily there was no computer class this period.

"So, this is the place?" Jaden asked

"No, the place is in here." Nobu said as he walked over to the computer.

Jaden arched an eyebrow "Ah, the Digital World."

"Yeah, I figure if we want privacy the digital world is the place." Nobu answered.

"I see. Well then lead the way." Jaden said

"Very well then." Nobu said as he turned on the computer. "Hold on to me."

Jaden placed his hand on Nobu's shoulder, and the boy held up his wrist from which his digivice was on, Jaden saw the screen begin to flash and before he knew it they were sucked into the computer.

Both Nobu and Jaden have arrived at the Digital world, they were in a rocky canyon high above the ground.

Jaden looked around the area "Yes this seems like the perfect spot for us to have a private talk with no one eavesdropping on us." Jaden smiled

Dharak then showed up and began floating in the air, rather than taking his place on Jaden's shoulder.

"So this is this universe's version of Cray." Dharak muttered

"Not exactly." Nobu frowned.

"Might as well be." Dharak said

Nobu turned to the two. "No, what I mean is that we aren't completely, in private, I don't know if my mom told you, but there is someone here called the Digimon Emperor." Nobu said as he walked over and sat on a rock. "A human child that has been enslaving Digimon."

Jaden walked over and sat on a rock opposite to Nobu, and with a wave of his hand a dome of darkness formed around them, this made Nobu go on edge. "Don't worry, this is just to keep this between us." Jaden told Nobu "Now, what do you want to know?"

"First, how did you and my mother meet? I was shocked to see that you two knew each other." Nobu admitted.

"It was during a battle in our world, a dimensional hole sent us here." Jaden explained "After coming too, I hacked into the government to learn this worlds history and came across the Digimon."

"My mom and Dad's agency and you must know about Myotismon and his invasion to kill Kari right?" Nobu asked.

"That's right, after I explained my origins to Sakura we came to a partnership and well you know what happened next."

Nobu's expression hardened. "Yeah, me and a lot of others." Nobu answered.

"What you don't know was that I was around during Diaboromon's attack." Jaden revealed

"I remember, an artificial digimon that almost nuked Odaiba and Colorado." Nobu said.

"That was around the same time that the lab on the island was attacked." Jaden explained

"Question, you believe Chaos Breaker had a hand in Diaboromon?" Nobu asked.

"In his creation, possibly. In our world there are kaiju that heavily resembles alot of Digimon only they are flesh and blood." Jaden revealed

"Flesh and blood? I never thought it possible, since they are reborn after being slain." Nobu said. "Why did you and my mom study the Kaiju?"

"Mostly cause Sakura was very interested and partly because I might as well do something until I could find a way back home, Only problem was that I didn't expect Chaos Breaker to be in this world but then again I should have known, he has a tendency to cheat death." Jaden said

"You've dealt with him many times haven't you?" Nobu asked.

"Since I was at least 15 or 16 years old." jaden answered

"Hmm, now he has found the Kaiju and now me and the others have to clean up you and my mom's mess." Nobu said.

"Well, after the attack on the island we've hidden all the kaiju away, the three that rampaged were so far the only kaiju that Chaos Breaker has found but I have a feeling that he'll try to search for them." Jaden said

Nobu took out the amulet and looked at it. "I'll stop him." Nobu said not to even think twice about it.

"Very well," Jaden nodded. "I believe that Chaos Breaker might attempt another kidnapping again, and might catch any of us including me or my friends, which is why I've just finished a Video Diary of my life for such an occasion in the case of my capture."

"You're not as strong as you should be right?" Nobu asked.

"Yeah, it must be the rules of this universe, which is why I'm telling you my secret until the others are ready." Jaden said

"And when is ready? And… What about Jameser?" Nobu asked.

Jaden just sighed "Here." Jaden said as he tossed the bakugan Traps and amulet meant for Xeno "Hold on to these for Xeno until he's ready for them."

Nobu just looked at them. "I don't know why the Digital World or these chose him, a boy so consumed with grief and anger that he doesn't even know when he's wrong."

"A Lot of us are wrong when we think we are right, and this goes against everything I stand for, there's a rage in me and I… ruined my life along with those of people I cared about." Jaden admitted.

"Are you speaking from experience?" Nobu asked.

"Yes….I am." Jaden said in a sad tone

Nobu looked at the man before pocketing the Amulet and Bakugan Trap. "I'll hold on to them, and I won't tell the others until it's time." Nobu said.

'Alice and Kagome were right, I should have trusted Nobu with it at least.' Jaden thought.

"Well come on, we should get back." Nobu said as he stood up. "Time flows differently here, so a few minutes here is a few seconds in our world."

"True." Jaden said as he lowered the dome of darkness

Unknown to the two, not far away a shadowy figure watched as its tail swayed. "Hmm, another world? Kaiju, this is interesting. It also must explain why I felt that disgusting power from here I must tell the master." it said before slinking away.

Unknown to the figure, both Jaden and Dharak sensed him but couldn't pinpoint the exact location

"You ok?" Nobu questioned.

"Yeah, let's leave." Jaden said, as the two left.

A/N: I hope you all enjoyed, this chapter and how the characters are yes some of the characters are out of character me, and my co writers are trying to add more realism to the team making them act like real kids and teenagers and they will have to adjust to more than just dealing with Digimon and the Digital World they now have to deal with threats in the human world as well. As well as balancing out their lives with what happens.

Just had to do a bit of set up for this aspect of the story and decided to end it here cause we didn't want it to get as large as the first chapter since we don't want every chapter to be that long.
