Davis thought his life was going good, he had gotten the girl of his dream Kari to date him but after meeting their new teacher he and all of his friends are thrusted into an adventure they will never forget not just dealing with Digimon but Kaiju as well watch as Davis and the digidestined fight to protect both worlds and uncover the secrets of the Kaiju and their teacher's past

4. Truth Revealed

Alice had and the others had worked through the night, and there was still no sign of Jaden or Kikyo. Alice was down in the lab still trying to see if she could get a hit on them, Kagome came down the stairs with a worried expression.

"Kagome, any news?" Alice asked.

Kagome soberly shook her head. "No, I can't feel Kikyo's power nor Jaden's. Keith and Fabia haven't found anything yet."

"Grr… this is just bad." Alice grumbled under her breath.

"You think they are…?" Kagome uttered not wanting to finish that sentence.

Alice shook her head. "No, you and I both know that Chaos Breaker doesn't kill outright, he likes to break them down first."

Dharak landed on Alice's shoulder. "I knew I should have gone with them." Dharak growled.

"And what would you have done Dharak?" Hydranoid questioned. "Remember, we are stuck in our ball forms and can't assume our true forms, you couldn't have helped even if you wanted to."

"You got something to say?." Dharak snarled

"He's only stating the obvious Dharak." Nikko said, hoping on Kagome's shoulder. "You and I know that as you are now you wouldn't have been much help."

"No fighting, we have bigger things to worry about." Alice said in a serious tone.

"We don't even know where their base is, do you have any idea Alice?" Kagome asked.

"I have a few." Alice answered before her phone began to ring, she then answered it. "Hello?"

{Anything on Jaden and Kikyo?} Sakura's voice asked.

"Nothing, I have to guess you don't have anything either?" Alice questioned.

{Pretty much, I'm also stuck picking up the pieces after last night's failed mission, so I won't be able to help since I'm tasked with finding Gururumon, I wish I could help you all with the search.} Sakura said, with her hands tied at the moment she would little help in this situation.

"It's alright Sakura, just do what you need to, we'll focus on finding Jaden." Alice told her friend.

{right, I'll call you back as soon as I can, good luck.} Sakura said before she hung up.

"So where do you think they are?" Kagome asked.

Alice didn't say anything as she thought about the possible places where Chaos Breaker could have Jaden and Kikyo.

"Perhaps a fortress?" Hydranoid suggested

"But where?" Nikko asked

"I'll do a world wide search, Kagome. I want you to continue the search with Keith and Fabia." Alice said.

"Ah, Perhaps I could do a world wide search from here instead." Kagome suggested

"Is something wrong?" Alice asked, feeling like something was off.

"Well Nikko and I had a talk and we both agreed that we should try connecting with each other. And I might as well help out." Kagome said

Alice looked at Kagome and nodded. "Very well, I think I'll be better off with joining Keith and Fabia anyway, they have Kikyo so we can't let them get you as well."

"Right." Kagome nodded.

"Come you two, let's see what we can turn up." Alice told both Hydranoid and Dharak.

"If I must." Dharak acknowledged

"Right Alice." Hydranoid nodded.

Alice then left the basement leaving Kagome to work on the computer. "Hmm." Kagome began to type on it.

"What are you doing?" Nikko asked.

"Me and Kikyo have the same energy wavelength because of our sacred power, I think if I cross reference my scan with that of Kikyo along with doing a world wide search via satellite I should be able to triangulate where Kikyo is." Kagome explained.

"Hmm, seems spending all that time with Alice, Kisara and the others has paid." Nikko complimented.

Kagome smiled, she wasn't the best at this but she will admit in picking up some skills being around some of the smartest people in her dimension. A satellite map with a bleeping pink dot on the scan, Kagome saw it was her and now she had to search for a signal that was similar to hers.

'You two better not die on me.' Kagome thought.

School had ended however the group were surprised to see Jaden had not been in school that day, and so the digidestined old and new met in the park to talk about it.

"I don't really see the problem, he probably doesn't feel that well and didn't come in." Yolei said, having seen it many times with both teachers and substitute teachers.

"Nah, something isn't right." Davis muttered. "I just feel it in my gut."

"With access to a very powerful company, I think he can afford the best medicine that money can buy." Xeno frowned. "But to tell you the truth, I like not having the old man around."

"That's not really a surprise to you Xeni." Nobu said

"I swear Nobu, don't call me that." Xeno frowned.

Nobu narrowed his eyes "Don't forget who put you, Motomiya and Sai in their place when you began causing the rest of the school problems cause I could do it again." Nobu warned

"I'm not afraid of you Nobu." Xeno said.

"Xeni, please don't cause a fight you can't win." Xion said, trying to keep the peace.

"Whatever…" Xeno turned his back to them.

"And I am adding more time to your detention." Nobu said.

"What for?" Xeno questioned.

"You really have to ask?" Nobu questioned pointing behind him to a very injured Izzy who had a black eye.

"Seriously? Why me?" Izzy asked while holding his head.

"here Izzy." Sora said giving her friend and and ice packet for his eye.

"thanks." Izzy said, enjoying the relive of the ice packet on his eye.

"Yeah, why beat up on Izzy?" Tai questioned.

"Hmph, cause his stupid program failed that's what." Xeno crossed his arms.

"You got to admit it was fun to watch." Sai spoke up.

Only for Xion to kick Sai in the gut knocking the air out of him before kicking her brother in the leg knocking him off his feet as he hit the ground hard.

Kari just shook her head. "Why can't you two just keep your mouths shut?"

"Cause they don't know how too." Yolei added, enjoying Xeno and Sai's pain.

"D…damn it…" Sai weezed holding his gut.

"Xionnn…" Xeno groaned.

"Hmph." Xion huffed while wiping her hair back. "Just two loud mouth bakas."

"Man, she's even more scary than Jameser." TK muttered under his breath.

"Are you ok Xeni?" Xia asked, bending down to her brother.

"Yeah, I'm just peachy Xia." Xeno grumbled sarcastically.

"Back on topic, you think we should go see what's going on?" Matt asked, ignoring Xeno and Sai's pain.

"I think we should." Nobu said "His house ain't too far from here."

"Should we get him flowers or chocolate?" Catherine asked. "And maybe a get well card?"

"That would be nice, there are a few stores on the way." Sora said.

Suddenly they heard beeping, they looked around before staring at Xeno and stood back up. "Huh?" Xeno muttered as he took out his digivice and saw a map with a red dot on it.

"What's wrong?" Davis asked Xeno.

"It seems that Gururumon is coming towards us." Xeno said in a calm tone, which shocked the others.

"We're still on school grounds. Should we go meet Gururumon?" Nobu suggested

"How come yours is the only one working?" Yolei asked as she looked at digivice and saw nothing at all.

"Cause, I fixed Izzy and Jaden's problem, it seems that they rushed the programing too fast and it made the tracker unusable so I was able to redo the program." Xeno explained that got most of the team to look at him.

"My brother is smart, but he only uses his smarts when it is truly justified." Xion frowned.

"Forget it, let's just go." Davis said as he ran out of the schoolyard.

"Get back here!" Xeno shouted as he ran after Davis.

"Wait up!" Sai also ran after the two.

"Ahhh…" Xion pinched the bridge of her nose. "Those three Bakas."

"Let's go after them." Kari sighed, before she and the others followed after.

The rest of the gang rushed after the three boys, the gang turned down the alley and came face to face with Gururumon who growled at them, but it mostly leered at Xeno.

"Alright fido, round two." Xeno cracked his knuckles.

"You crazy?" Xion questioned. "You and Impmon had to run away the first time."

"You humans are incorrigible." the Gururumon said

"It talks." Yolei said in shock.

"And so can you human girl." Gururumon said in a sarcastic tone. "Worst part was that human." Gururumon said, referring to Xeno chasing me down "While I was pregnant."

"Pregnant?!" the group shouted at the same time.

Yolei punched Xeno in the arm. "Ow! What the hell?!" Xeno shouted, holding his arm. "What was that for?"

"For almost killing a pregnant Kaiju!" Yolei shouted at Xeno.

"How was I supposed to know, also let's not forget that it did kill in that alleyway." Xeno countered. "Not to mention it chased me and Impmon in the middle of fucking downtown."

"I could sense your intent to kill the boy." Gururumon snarled

Xion glared at her brother "Xeni, Jaden specifically said to restrain and capture not kill the Kaiju." Xion groaned now regretting.

"Tch, I hardly care what he or the government wants." Xeno crossed his arms. "Besides you came up behind us not having the most friendly appearance and I didn't want to or MY sister's to die and between the two yeah rather see you six feet under than them." Xeno said to the Gururumon without a hint of regret.

"And the alley was full of dead people." Xia pointed out. "So it did seem to be a kill or be killed situation in Xeni's defense." As Xeno released an annoyed grunt at being called that.

Xion just looked at her siblings, annoyed as she was they did make sense, trying to capture Gururumon alive was not an easy task and it was possible for them to be killed so Xeno was justified to defend them.

"You're no different than the last one." Gururumon growled. "And I killed those in self defense, they swung metal and shot at me."

"That doesn't make it that much better." Sora said she knew that didn't help Gururumon's case, they probably acted out of fear and tried to defend themselves.

"Last one? What do you mean by that" Tai asked.

"This isn't the first time I met a cruel, evil faced human." Gururumon glared at Xeno who glared back.

"I would say Xeni is more disrespectful and ignorant than evil and cruel." Xion stated a few others nodding in agreement with her.

"And that's putting it mildly and that mouth of his." Yolei muttered under her but was just loud enough for Xeno to hear

Xeno just glared at Yolei, she was one to talk about having a big mouth. "Ok when did this become about bad mouthing me." Xeno grumbled.

"Everyday is like that Jameser." Davis teased.

"Motomiya!" Xeno growled but just turned away.

"Let's not, how do you say? Stir the pot Davis." Catherine said, trying to keep the peace.

"Yeah, this isn't the time and place for fighting." Cody said, not wanting anyone to fight.

Xeno was about to say something only to get glare from Xion to stop him. "I swear the next person who says something to me is gonna get a knuckle sandwich." Xeno muttered to himself

Deciding they needed to get back on track Kari spoke up. "Now why are you here?" Kari asked, since Gururumon hadn't attacked so it was safe to talk things out.

"The Supreme king and his revived miko have been captured." Gururumon explained.

Everyone with the exception of Nobu and Xion looked at each other wondering what Gururumon was talking about. "Supreme King?" Davis asked.

"All of your answers will be answered the moment we go to Jaden's house." Nobu said

"What do you mean? Wait, you know something don't you?" Sai frowned.

"Finally, I hate being left in the dark." Xeno said before turning to Xion. "I want to confirm what I think."

"If what Gururumon said is true, we need to move." Tai said.

Not needing anymore words the group made their way to Jaden's house to not just find out what happened and to finally find out the truth, Gururumon just watched the kids leave not even bothering to follow, she simply went on her own way not wanting to get involved with the Supreme King's problems, she stopped and turned to where kids once stood before she walked away.

the team soon arrived at Jaden's house, Jun who had gotten a message from Nobu and she eventually joined them. Those who have never seen it before were impressed at how it looked.

"Woah, this must have taken years to build," Jun said, impressed by the building.

"And it also has a beautiful view of the ocean." Sora said as she looked down at the sea. "It would be so romantic to live along these shores and watch the sunset."

"It is quite beautiful, it kind of reminds me of the beach me and my parents went too back home." Catherine said as she looked at the ocean, it reminded her of her home.

"It's amazing what a billion dollar company can give you." Sai said.

Jun then thought of something before turning to Matt. "This would be great place to have a date I wonder if-"

"Yeah. yeah he has an impressive house. Can we move on and focus on getting some answers before I break/beat something/someone to work off this frustration." Xeno said as Izzy took a few steps away from him.

"He's right, now it's time they told us everything." Davis said, clenching his fist.

Nobu walked up to the door and knocked on it a few times but no one answered. "You think they aren't home?" Xia asked.

Nobu tried to open the door but it was locked. "Locked, we can't get in." Nobu frowned.

Xeno, not having time or patience, pulled out his gun and shot bullets around the door handle in a circular pattern, before he kicked the door open. "I have no time for this." Xeno simply said as he walked in ahead of everyone some of them just looked at Xeno.

"That's one way to open a door." Xion frowned in annoyance.

"He carries a gun?" TK asked in shock, not believing what he was seeing.

"Two, and they are our dad's." Xia answered.

"But why is he carrying them with him and please tell me he didn't bring them into the school cause if he did that easily would make his top 5 dumbest decisions." Yolei said rubbing.

"I have them to give me something to deal with all that shit that's been happening." Xeno simply said. "Plus, it was this gun that saved you before woman."

"So you are planning to shoot a Digimon… With a gun?" Tai asks not sure if he heard that right.

"I tried that, but it didn't work. I'm already thinking of making better bullets." Xeno replayed.

"I'm not surprised by that given what I have seen though I don't think their bullet that you can make would even scratch a champion." Matt said.

"There's one rule in this world, never underestimate a Jameser and their resolve." Xeno glared at his pupils turning into slits, before walking into the house. "Especially when you piss us off."

"He's nuts." TK simply said.

"Join the club." Nobu frowned as he walked in the others following behind with Izzy taking up the rear not wanting to be near Xeno especially since he now had guns on him.

Matt whistled. "Nice place." he looked around at the decor.

"Yeah it is impressive." Joe agreed with his friend.

"Isn't it breaking and entering since Xeno did shoot his way in here?" Cody asked, he felt like he was breaking the law, something he always tried to abide by.

"They can bill me." Xeno said

"Yeah, on what allowance?" Xion muttered.

"But where is everyone?" Catherine asked as she didn't see anyone in the house.

"Remember the secret lab we told you about?" Tai asked the others who were still new to the house.

"Yeah." Joe nodded.

"So how do we get to it and please tell me not to shoot something again." Cody pleaded

"Don't worry Cody, that's not going to happen. That hall there's a dragon statue. When you move it, a secret entrance will open." Kari said, pointing down the hall.

"Alright, let's go." Tai said as he led the way down the hall, they soon came to the dragon statue like Kari said, he pulled the statue forward as the secret entrance to Jaden's lab opened on the floor.

"Prodigious." Izzy said he had seen a few secret passageways back in the digital world but it would always surprise him whenever he saw one.

"You weren't kidding when you said secret passageway." Matt told Tai.

"Oh it could be scary, Matt won't you protect me?" Jun said, grabbing Matt's arm pretending to be scared, while Matt became uncomfortable.

"Can you please just not right now I don't need to puke." Xeno said.

"Let's just focus on why we came here." Xion said.

Nobu walked down the stairs with the others following after, as they walked through the darkness of the corridor they soon entered the lab, those who had never seen the lab before looked at it in awe.

"Woah! This is so cool!" Xia shouted with excitement.

"So this is it? Looks like something out of a science fiction movie or cartoon." Matt said as he looked around.

"Yeah, I wonder if they have advanced medical technology." Joe asked, he was studying to be doctor and wondering if they had advanced medical techniques he could learn.

"What are you all doing here?" Kagome demanded that they walk up to them before she noticed the guns in Xeno's hands before groaning "And please don't tell me that you wreck anything upstairs please."

"He did shot up your door." Yolei said in a bored tone.

"What the fuck why?" Nikko yelled

"Cause the door was locked, and you didn't answer so I made my own way in." Xeno frowned.

"You could have rung the doorbell. I would have heard it even in the lab." Kagome said in a exasperated tone

"There's a doorbell?" Most of the group questioned anime sweat down their foreheads

"Never mind." Xeno said as he put both guns away. "Where's the old man?".

"That's what we're all currently doing." Kagome answered "We're all searching for Jaden's whereabouts."

"We ran into Gururumon, and she said that the Supreme King and his miko were taken." Yolei explained.

Kagome just looked at them and sighed, with what Gururumon told them it was now time for them to come clean. "Look, I believe it's time for us to come clean about a few things."

"They better and where's the old man he is not getting out of this." Xeno snarled

Kagome sighed "You really are dense aren't you? If Jaden is captured and we're going through all this effort just to find him we would have found him already." Kagome said "However Jaden did create a Video Diary in case something like this were to happen."

"A video diary? Why have that around?" Tai asked.

"People write diaries to keep track of important events and research or pass on information in event person themselves can't" Izzy explained to Tai.

"If it'll explain it to us, then play it." Davis said.

"Yes, we waited long enough for him to come clean." Sai added.

"Alright." Kagome said as she pressed in a couple of keys opening the video Diary.

(This is Jaden, if you're seeing this right now, it means something has happened to me which is an unfortunately recurring event for me so I made this as precaution. What all of you are about to see is a history of my life and those connected to it as well as the truth of our lives.) Jaden said

"More government conspiracies." Xeno yawned

(My true home in another dimension as well as my life as a battler.) Jaden continued

"Another dimension?!" Yolei shouted in shock.

"Hmm, interesting?" Xeno arched his eyebrow.

"That's impossible." Cody said.

"And there being a world full of digital monsters, why wouldn't another dimension be possible?" Xia asked her friend.

"You know this right Nobu?" Sai asked, turning to his brother. "Either you found out on your own, or you got it from the horse's mouth?"

"He told me himself." Nobu confirmed

"That mean he told you and mom as well?" Xeno narrowed his eyes on his sister. "It does explain why you didn't come to school the other day, it's too shocking to take."

(Me, my wife and our children come from best be described as parallel earth where there are similarities like some obvious air we breath, water we drink, how food is grown and harvested and so on though there are differences sometimes differences are so minor that you couldn't tell two world's apart other times their massive compared back my home still can't believe their no KaibaCorp and see that massive tower of his) Jaden mutter last part

"That explains some things, the technology you all have here isn't from our world, it's based of their worlds tech." Izzy said, now invested in learning more.

(Anyway, think of it Marvel or DC multiverse if you have that in your world haven't had a chance to probably look into whatever your comic book equivalent to those are where they have multiple different versions of characters like that. Anyway as far as we've seen this world's technology is less advanced than our world, and the woman whom we met Sakura has told us about this world's version of our world's monster, Kaiju. It seems these monsters are made of data and the world they hail from is a world made of data that produces more power and data than even interspace.)

"Interspace? Nobu said

"Guess that's something you're new bff forgot to tell you huh?" Sai asked.

"Shh." Xion shushed him.

(Using the data we had gotten we made multiple copies we have from our world's versions of them that would give to the government, however we would be using ones we deemed safe while storing away the more volatile data that we agree turnover under the condition that we would install a security lock to ensure data would be secure from being used without our consent) as he said multiple images of different Kaiju appear alongside Jaden most the first generation recognized through their some none of them seen before but then came some had a effect on first generation as they saw that did not bring back best memories.

"Wait, you're making Kaiju?" Xia said in shock. "That's nuts, haven't you people even watched any movies? When you play god it ALWAYS backfires in the end?"

"That was the government's idea not Jaden's and he fought them tooth and nail on which ones they created and installing the lock so they wouldn't get into trouble by creating something more dangerous." kagome said

"But isn't that still a risk?" Catherine asked. "Even if you choose which ones, there's really no guarantee that the Kaiju will be completely harmless and controllable."

"Fucking great, why am I not surprise?" Xeno said, raising his hands into the air. "This is why I don't like to be associated with freaks."

"Question why is their sexy bat lady cause I'm pretty sure that it's probably someone fetish photo rather than digimon." Sai pointed out

"Nope unfortunately she IS a Digimon and a bitch of one too." Kari said angry glaring daggers at image before it disappeared as everyone stared at her caught off guard by what she just said

"Ok but what about the practical naked woman with angel wings not say she doesn't make it work honestly I would mind taking her-" Sai tried to say only get punch by Kari

"Say that again about her and next I'm going low." Kari warned him.

"Guys you saw that right MetalSeadramon and Machinedramon were among the digimon shown please tell me I was seeing things?" Joe pleaded hoping

"No you weren't." Izzy frowned.

"Rahh!" Xeno's eyes widened when one particular digimon appeared, Kari also gasped upon seeing Myotismon

"Oh you gotta be kidding us why him of all possible digimon." Tai asked.

Xeno's pupils turned to slits as memories began flooding in. "Ahhh!" Xeno screamed at the of his lungs catching everyone off as he pulled out one of his guns and aimed it at the computer screen and before he could fire it Davis, Sai and Xion grabbed him as he tried to shake them off.

"Jameser, came down!" Davis shouted, as he held Xeno's arm and shoulder.

"It's just an image Xeni, it's not really him!" Xion said as she tried to restrain her brother.

"Come on Jameser! Knock it off!" Sai shouted.

"Hey, be careful where you're aiming! One stray bullet and we have more problems than a broken screen here." Kagome said

Xeno ignored them and continued to struggle. "Dieee!" Xeno shouted as his body began to surge with dark purple electricity, Nobu looked down at his pocket which began to glow dark purple.

"Sorry, Xeno." Davis apologized before his hand was covered in gold and before he smashed his fist on the back of Xeno's head knocking him out completely, the three let go of Xeno who hit the ground face first while dropping his gun that skitted to Kari's feet.

"I've seen him freak out, but not like that." Matt said, although he and Xeno didn't like each other at all he hoped the kid would be ok.

"Major PTSD." Xion said as she bent down to her brother and gently stroked his hair.

"Poor Xeni." Xia said in a sad tone.

"I knew he had PTSD, but not that bad." Yolei said as the others looked at the unconscious Xeno.

Davis looks around and finally spots the gun laying at Kari's feet which is when his eyes widen at what he sees.

Kari hyperventilating as her legs were shaking and seemingly barely keeping herself up Xeno's outburst wasn't only reacting to seeing the vampire, this was just a more apparent one.

"Kari…" Davis moved over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder which calmed her down slightly. "He's not here, it's just an image whatever he did can't do anything now ok."

Kari looked at him and gave Davis a weak nod. "R-Right." Kari nodded as she began to calm down.

"Maybe it would be best if we take a small break and let these two-." Kagome suggested

"No! I'm fine." Kari interrupted her. "Continue please."

"Are you sure Kari?" Tai asked, seeing how she was reacting if it took much they could leave.

"I'm fine Tai, just continue Kagome." Kari said in a firm voice.

"What about sleeping beauty there?" Sai ask point to Xeno laying on floor

"Is anyone against leaving him unconscious so we can get through this without another episode from him?" Yolei asked.

"No, I think it's best we leave him out cold." Davis frowned as he grabbed one of Xeno's arms. "Sai, help me get him up."

Sai just huffed as he grabbed Xeno's other arm and the two picked Xeno up, as Xion grabbed a chair and brought it over to them and they placed him in the chair, once they did that Kagome continued to play the recording.

(Before coming to this dimension, my past started at a school called Duel Academy where it trains the next generation of Duelists, game programmers and game designers in the world.) Jaden started

The video changed to show Duel Academy as well as Jaden's overall life there throughout his three years, showing that he had a different hairstyle and was hanging out with his friends as well as lazing around and doing various hobbies while he was alone such as fishing, listening to music, lying down on the grass seeming to be so relaxed.

"He's way different than he is now." Jun said.

"Yeah, that's who he used to be, I never even knew that Jaden." Kagome frowned.

"Duelists and game designers?" Izzy asked, looking at image seeing the various clips.

"Going to school to play a card game? Can't you just go online?" Yolei asked, finding it ridiculous you had to go to a school to learn how to play a card game

"Yeah, the game designing is one thing, but learning to play a card game doesn't really make sense at all." Xion added.

The more Kagome thought about, Duel Academy was kinda silly considering you could learn the game and more advance things online the same thing could be said for bakugan as well. But also thought that plenty of Duelists such as Kaiba, Jaden, their Xion would be extremely pissed at what Yolei and this world's Xion said

(My time was great, I started my first year defeating one of the teachers Dr. Crowler in that entrance exam and in one turn as well.) Jaden smirked

The video than shown the duels result of Jaden defeating Crowler losing to Jaden in one turn

(But, he developed a grudge against me and place me in the lowest rank of the school Slifer Red and since then tried various ways to get back at me for humiliating him.) Jaden smiled

The video show the various ways Crowler tried to get back at Jaden which failed

(They came various ways that were at times underhanded like buying every card pack or trying to trick me to going to the girls dorm late at night… also Alice if your watching just wanted to remind you that nothing happened their like I told you before besides it was primarily my sisters fault along with Kairi) Jaden glared.

"Sounds like this teacher had it out for Jaden for just showing him up." Sai muttered.

"The girls dorm?" Sora arched an eyebrow.

"He never told me about it, but if wasn't involved with his teacher I wouldn't be surprised if he tried it at one point." Kagome shook her head.

(Eventually Chazz had to duel Bastion for a promotion duel and if Chazz were to loses he would be demoted from Obelisk Blue to Ra Yellow while Bastion would be promoted to Obelisk Blue. the night before the duel his cards were suddenly thrown into the ocean and when we learned that the opponent was Chazz we connected the dots) Jaden said

"Wait, so tohe basically tried to sabotage another student?" Yolei frowned, not liking that someone was trying.

"Duel Academy puts you in dorms, based on your entrance exams, both the written exam as well as the duel itself." Kagome said as she paused the video diary before bringing up the pictures of all three dorms, including what the Slifer Dorm used to look like and old shack as far as I was told."

"That sounds horrible." Catherine said. "The owner of that school must be cruel to do that."

"I've heard of popular vs unpopular but that's taking things too far." Tai stated

"Kaiba didn't do it, it was those who believed that the lowest dorm should be the crappiest." Kagome said before smiling "Besides don't smile but he came through a harsh life after he and his younger brother were adopted, the CEO of KaibaCorp which was at the time a weapons factory forced Kaiba into intense learning sessions so he literally obtain everything through his hard work alone and after diminishing the board of directors power who supported his stepfather, convert KaibaCorp into a game company and even created multiple amusement parks"

"And each matches his ever-growing ego." Nikko stated

"True." Kagome smiled

(To our surprise the deck thrown into the ocean was just a prototype and Bastion already had 6 decks, one for each attribute. And people always told me i was always prepared for everything jeez.) Jaden scoffed with a smile

"Which he isn't, after all you kids found this lab and he's constantly outsmarted by his own enemies." Kagome scoffed, remembering the times when he and Kikyo were out matched by their enemies, especially Kikyo who planned to purify the complete sacred jewel and it blew up in her face.

"You can't plan for everything, for anything can happen regardless." Nikko stated.

"That is true." Nobu said he knew that people can plan in advance for years but it could come apart regardless.

(Eventually the duel ended with Bastion winning with Chazz cursing that it was just luck but Bastion revealed that it was he who gave the hint of the kind of deck he'll be using) Jaden remarked

The video than shifted to Chazz declaring that he'll char those 6 decks of bastion's with his 'Flames of malice' those words had Bastion choose the deck for the duel

As the duel continued they saw Chazz summoned Infernal Incinerator before Bastion decided to end the duel by using his skill Molecular Bonding Type Water to create Water Dragon.

Thanks to Water Dragon's ability, th attack power of all Fire-attribute and Pyro-type monsters to zero

"That takes chemical reactions to whole other level." Joe stated not belivng what he was seeing.

"So you're telling me, you guys play with giant holographic cards based on a little kids card game?" Jun asked with an eyebrow arched.

"Not exactly." Kagome said

"What do you mean?" Kari asked

"I mean that in the past that real magic was used to wage battles with real monsters." kagome revealed

"So basically it's like the digimon, only it's real magic." Izzy surmised, he was not a firm believer in magic at all, the digimon were made of data, an element of science itself but after everything he had seen in the past he was a little open minded.

(The next day, was really a surprise when after the old hag/my grandmother announced that Chazz left Duel Academy, my roommate at the time challenge Xeno) Jaden remarked

"Xeno?" a lot of them said out loud, turning to the still unconscious boy in the chair.

The scene shifted to see the woman who Jaden referred as old hag/grandmother announced what's happening

"Wait, that's Jaden's grandmother?" Yolei shouted "She looks more like his mother."

"Shadow magic, don't ask, there's many things about Jaden and his family that make less sense than what I've dealt with before I met them." Kagome frowned.

"And if there's one thing about her it's her disciplining Xeno back then when he gets out of hand from what i've heard." Nikko said

"Which I would like for her to do to Jaden, and he needs it." Kagome crossed her arms.

(Anyway fast forward abit eventually there was a school duel between our academy and North Acadaemy, the faculty members was deciding who would represent their academy for the school duel especially since North Academy would be using a First-Year student and their best student Zane was a Third-year student, so Zane, the old lady, and Professor Banner decided on me which just made Crowler more annoyed than ever who suggested Bastion for the school duel which the old hag was also supportive of, surprisingly especially since she doesn't get along with him. So it was decided that a duel between us would decided the representative of the school) Jaden said

"That guy Crowler just doesn't like Jaden at all." Cody stated.

"Yeah, having a grudge against a student is one thing but that guy takes it to the extreme." Sora said.

"Why not fire him?" Jun asked.

"Cause finding people with credentials like him are hard to search for apparently." Kagome revealed

"It's just a silly kids card game, you need an education to play it?" Yolei questioned finding it stupid you need to have a degree to play a card game at all.

"Try telling that to a pro duelist alright." Kagome sighed "Then again maybe i could show you how this game isn't so stupid and can be taken as a threat besides to us your digimon are even more strange." Kagome said as she tried to fast forward the video to a certain point

Like Kagome said, she found a way to skip certain points of the video, going through video files and decided to go straight for the file for when Jaden and his friends faced the Shadow Riders

(one day during a normal day, me and a bunch of my friends/rivals as well as my grandmother, Crowler and Prof Banner were called to the Chancellor's office where we were each given a key and told of the three Sacred Beasts and how they were sealed underneath the academy and we were told if they were ever to see the light of day, chaos and darkness will envelop the world, destroying everything) Jaden said in a grim tone

"That doesn't sound good." Xia said.

"Wait, the academy is holding three monsters that can destroy the world? Who does that?" Sai questioned. "How stupid are you people?"

Kagome sighed "The keys can't be taken by force they could only be won in a duel."

"That's not it, who builds an academy over a place where three evil monsters are asleep waiting to be unleashed?" Sai clarifted.

Kagome sighed "It's not like it matters."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Nobu asked

"The beasts are tamed now." Kagome answered

"The keys can only be won in a duel? So you play cards, kids cards and you decide the fate of the world if you win or lose? Am I getting it right?" Davis asked.

"You really are naive aren't you." Kagome said "No wonder Jaden's annoyed half the time When he's watching you all in detention."

"Hello you do know that we are kids right? What's your excuse?" Xion asked with her arms crossed.

Kagome paused the video and did a split screen showing the moment when Yugi first fought Pegasus where he explained the origins of the game to the war of atlantis where all the monsters scattered across the world with a majority of them landing in Egypt to the battle against Zorc

"Prodigious, I had no idea that the history of your world goes that deep, Egypt and Atlantis both have a connection to the kaiju." Izzy said, now getting interested.

"If dad was here he would have been asking millions of questions." Xion said.

"Ironic seeing as your father is descendant from Dartz and is married to a tombkeeper." kagome said

"What?" Xia asked, looking at Xion who seemed to have turned blue.

"Wow, Jameser is your dad in another universe, that's shocking." Sai said looking at Xion.

"Grr, don't remind me Sai, I'm still recovering from learning about it." Xion grumbled.

"I'll continue the video alright." Kagome said

(if you all think my second year would be great now that the Sacred Beasts are tamed you'll be mistaken, cause now an ancient enemy has come) Jaden scoffed with humor

The scene than shifted to his sister Mana battling Aster Phoenix where after defeating him she cheered when she learned that she defeated a pro, but Jaden ruined her moment when he revealed that wasn't his real deck

It then shifted to them making a new friend in Tyranno Hassleberry, a duelist who used a dinosaur deck as well as Syrus being promoted to Ra Yellow

It than showed Zane being utterly humiliated by Aster Phoenix in his first duel in the pro leagues, where Aster used a hero deck like Jaden before making a challenge towards him at duel academy while being interviewed

During his duel with Jaden, the duel was evenly matched until Aster revealed a new set of heroes never before seen known as Destiny Heroes and revealed that they were the last set of cards created by his father before he was murdered. In the end Aster Phoenix won the duel, resulting in Jaden being unable to see his cards for awhile

While Jaden was gone even more strange things were happening, namely that Chazz was acting stranger than ever and began talking about the society of Light, Zane began dueling ruthlessly and began dishonoring his opponents as well as having a winning streak in the pro league.

"And I thought our adventures were crazy." TK told Kari.

"Yeah." Kari nodded.

"It went from evil shadow villains, to an evil cult of light?" Tai said it was like watching something from one of his old cartoon shows.

"I always thought light was good and darkness was evil." Sora said.

"It's not as black and white as you might think, yes darkness can be evil if it was wielded by someone who is evil but Darkness can be a force for good if used properly like Jaden." Kagome said.

"Oh, so the same can be said for light right? Cause it's like an explosion which is light and it can vaporize you." Davis said understanding the concept.

"Indeed." Kagome said as the video continue

Jaden than returned and had his rematch with Aster and using new cards and heroes he was able to defeat Aster in his rematch

Than trouble began at the Obelisk Blue Dorm where Chazz began brainwashing all the Obelisk Blues and converting them to the so-called society of light, eventually Xion decided to stop him as she still has pride as an Obelisk Blue, during the duel Chazz was dueling differently and managed to defeat Xion and she was brainwashed as well unfortunately joining the cult

"Oh no…" Xion shuttered seeing her other self being controlled, Xia grabbed Xion's hand to comfort her

The scene than shifted to Asters manager dueling Hassleberry where he revealed his deck, a tarot themed deck where their effects are based on the cards position, despise Hassleberry losing he wasn't brainwashed and he revealed he had a dinosaur bone in his leg

"Um Joe, you are studying to be a doctor, is that even possible?" Matt asked his friend.

"I'm studying to be doctor Matt, not a surgeon, but I can say if the procedure is done right then maybe it's possible." Joe said as he thought through the process of how that could be done.

"That manager, he's definitely the big bad of this." Davis said he could tell from how he looked and the way the man acted he definitely was the villain.

"He looks kinda creepy." Catherine commented, just looking at him made her feel nervous.

"His name is Saitorious, he's not just Aster's Manager but also the leader of the Society of Light, but he's just a victim himself, you see that's not truly him, it's the light of destruction in possession of his body." Kagome explained.

"Yep, it's confirmed, you and your world are full of crazies." Jun said in a bored tone, the more she watched this the more she thought that Kagome and everyone else in her family were just crazy.

Kagome glared at Jun for that comment "Your world is one to talk."

"From what we're seeing, our world seems more sane compared to yours." Tai said and he wasn't joking, he had seen some crazy shit in the digital world but what he's seeing beat any of that by several miles.

"Just continue." Nobu gestured wanting to know more.

Eventually the Obelisk Blue dorm became known as the Obelisk White Dorm and Chancellor Sheppard returned to announced the GX Tournament where Pro Duelists will arrived to duel the students

In the tournament the Light of Destruction managed to beat a prince who had acces to a satellite capable of wiping out all life on the planet, eventually his good side gave the two keys to Jaden and Aster to protect them which cause the Light of Destruction to sent Xion to get it back from Jaden

During the duel Xion was acting extremely cold and was pushing Jaden into a corner but he managed to hang on but managed to get to her by taunting her by saying that since she joined the society of light, she was more independent and confident which might have been a good choice for her much to her frustration who countered that she was still independent and confident, to which Jaden countered that all she's been doing is holding the society of lights hand.

Xion seeing the video just blushed in anger "That asshole, did he just use reverse psychology on my otherself?" she asked

"He's trying to make you angry, I think he's hoping that you will expel the light of destruction by playing on the constant fact about Jamesers, they can only take so much before they explode." Davis grinned.

"That and Xion is a childhood friend of Jaden's so he knows her well." Kagome said.

"They don't talk much anymore, all they do is exchange a wave or Xion just glares at him before walking away." Nikko stated.

"Why?" Xion asked, now curious

"Let's just say, Jaden made stupid decisions after duel academy that drove a wedge into a lot of relationships he had." Kagome answered with a sad smile before continuing the video

Aster than challenge the Light of Destruction possessing his friend to a duel using his destiny hero deck and despite the odds managed to summon the Final Destiny Hero card ever created, Destiny Hero Plasma the very vessel in which the light of Destruction original posses before it took over his friend body, the might vampiric-looking hero use its might to defeat the Light of Destruction but it was all in vain as in the and even Plasma was no match for the Light Ruler causing one key to be gained

After Jaden as forced to give other key to save Aster, Neos came and a duel commence

Jaden battled the Light of Destruction and in the end was victorious

(After the whole incident, the younger sister of a friend joined the academy) Jaden revealed

The scene showed Blair happily revealing that she'll be the newest student of the Slifer Red Dorm much to Jaden's shock.

(However unknown to myself and my friends my third year won't be easy and it will begin my path to darkness) Jaden sighed

"Is this right? Where does it all go down hill?" Nobu asked.

"Yes." Kagome said, lowering her head.

The scene showed Jaden meeting Jesses as well as his Duel spirit Ruby carbuncle before learning students form North, South, West and East Academy are coming over along with a teacher from West academy

Jaden was then told the story of the Crystal Beasts where they were one-of-a-kind cards. The cards were based on Julius Caesar's attempt to create a tablet featuring seven different gemstones to be used as proof of Rome's conquest of much of the world. However, the ship it was on sunk, and Maximillion Pegasus eventually created the Crystal Beasts cards upon hearing about it. In addition, the cards were not sold and instead were given to a boy who won a regional tournament.

"Julius Caesar? So Pegasus created the crystal beasts based on what he did?" Sora asked.

"Those cards sound like something Mimi would like." Tai commented

"He used a fragment of each crystal to create the cards." Kagome revealed

"Alright, so how does Jaden go all dark?" Kari asked, curious to know.

The video than fast forward showing them alot of info until they were trapped in another dimension when Jaden was shocked by the identity of the strange dragon-like arm possessing Marcel when his sister mana realized it as well she went into catatonic shock and refused to eat or speak

The scene than shifted to Jaden frustrated with himself cursing that he should have done something about Belial as soon as possible

Meanwhile their friends as well as childhood friends were wondering what's wrong with Mana until both Kikyo and Chancellor Sheppard explained the situation

"What the hell is wrong with his sister?" Tai questioned.

"And who is Belial?" Matt asked.

Kagome then pointed to the video here Kikyo explained the relationship between Mana and Belial.

"Wait, so Belial was Mana's partner and he's so obsessed with Mana that he's willing to torture and the people she cares about?" Cody said in shock.

"He wasn't always like this, Belial cared for her but something happened to him which changed him." Kagome said

The scene than shifted to all of then in a different dimension where they were separated, while trying to reunite with the others Jaden ran into Tania, a former shadow rider, while traversing the area they came across weaker Duel Spirits being enslaved by a group of mid-level Winged Beast monsters, led by Sky Scout

Jaden challenged Sky Scout to a duel where he learned in this dimension the players take real damage. Losing a Duel actually results in death and that those who have Duel Disks are those willing to risk their lives. A Duel cannot be stopped once both Duel Disks are activated. Regardless Jaden duel and despite difficulties managed to win where Sky Scout died in the end who had no regrets despite losing and that the Duel showed his pride as a warrior. Before dying Sky Scout told Jaden he must take his rightful place as the Supreme King

"So that's what Gururumon was talking about." Izzy said.

"What happens next:? And how does Jaden taking his place as the supreme king help Mana?" TK asked.

"Just watch." Kagome said.

While that was happening Mana was still dealing with her recently unlocked memories, and was trying to find Belial as quickly as possible with Namine, Kairi, Kisara and Xion following her, Mana couldn't understand how could it had come to this, Xion told her that what happened in the past is passed what matters now is stopping Belial and saving their friends.

"You know, the more I look at this, this should be Mana's turning point." Tai pointed out, considering how this is going for her, it would make sense that Mana would've have been the one going down the dark path.

"I agree with you there, but it's different for Mana, Jaden often does things on his own and keeps a lot of people at a distance, while Mana is open about most things and is willing to get advice from her friends and family." Kagome stated.

Mana began to talk about how all of this is her fault, she dragged everyone into something that she never really knew about, her friends are all being killed because of a partner that she barely remembered from her past, and she felt like she had to do it alone.

Kisara scoffed and agreed to which Namine glared at her before giving Mana a hug, soothing her, Kairi then joked about her not being like Jaden with Xion pointing out that Mana was stronger than Jaden cause she allowed others to help her regardless and she was always there for everyone and they would be with her to the end, Mana began to cry and smile at what her friends had just told her pulling away from Namine she wiped her eyes thanking them for being their for her.

"That's right, it's just like our team right?" Tai smiled looking at Sora and Matt. "As long as we band together, there's nothing we can't do."

"Right, no one can save the world by themselves, it takes a team to win." Matt agreed.

"Yeah, together we're unstoppable." Sora said, looking at Joe and Izzy who nodded.

Kari and TK also nodded, knowing that everything that they did during their adventures was because they all worked together whether they were near or far they were a team and would alway be there to help.

The new generation of kids looked at the original team, they could see the deep bonds they all shared, Kagome smiled at this before returning to the screen.

Eventually it showed Jaden's duel with Brron, Mad King of Dark World who toyed with Jaden's emotions to the point he showed nothing but hatred and rage when all of his friends but Syrus died due to the 'Wicked Rune' cards that represent a different emotion

It than showed Jaden coming face-to-face with his inner dragon after his sister and childhood friends also lashed out at him and went their separate ways

The digidestined couldn't believe what they were seeing, Jaden was forced to duel allowing his emotion and having his friends and family turn on him.

"This is how Jaden is fucked up now." Kagome cursed in a sad tone.

"But I don't get it, if he works for Belial, shouldn't he have done it for Mana?" Cathine asked, not wanting to see any more of this.

"He wasn't working for him, Brron was an outside Kaiju that pretended to work for Belial to get Jaden to fall into despair to become the Supreme King." Kagome said.

"One of those friends was a reincarnation of his queen, she was the last to go so it was even more painful." Nikko added in.

"Prime Apocalypse?" Nobu asked.

"Yes." Kagome nodded.

The video then shifted to after the events, Jaden was even more cynical and is far more brooding and serious. To the point that he's unable to enjoy Dueling and attempts to end his Duels as quickly as possible. He is much more distant towards all of his friends, not wanting them to be hurt by the danger his presence tends to attract. Meanwhile his sister was the opposite becoming much more mature and was starting to worried about her brother especially since he's the only resident remaining at the Slifer Red Dorm while everyone moved out after being promoted

"He's better than he was before, but he's still a pain in the ass." Kagome frowned.

"It's so sad, he was alone." Kari said feeling bad for Jaden, what he went through was something no one should have to go through.

"He did that to himself." Sai scoffed.

"Don't you have any compassion?" Xion frowned.

"It's a choice, Xion. Jaden chose to be lonely, bitter and distant, while Mana chose to be more mature in how she goes about things, in the end it was his choice to be who he is then and now." Sai explained.

"Yeah, our friend Ogremon used to be our enemy but he chose to help us and Leomon in the end, everyone has a chance to change who they are but they have to take the first step." Joe said with wisdom in his voice, he and the other digidestined were examples, he used to be scared and afraid like all the others but through the choices he made changed how he went in life.

The video than went through some key events with Jaden facing an old enemy NightShroud who intends to engulf the world in darkness and trap everyone in there before eliminating Jaden who he viewed as a foreign object who don't belong in either world, with Nightshroud saying that in every human 'there insecurity and inner turmoil: hopes and dreams failing before fear and guilt, creating "darkness", and itself as well.

During the Duel, Jaden reaches out to the humans trapped in the darkness, and reminds them of all of their bonds with each other. All of his friends eventually free themselves, after which Jaden defeats Nightshroud Though beaten and forced to return to the World of Darkness, Nightshroud claims that as long as there's darkness in humans, it would surely return, but Jaden counters by claiming that as long as there are bonds between humans, Nightshroud will never return.

Sora and Matt both felt uncomfortable, they too have felt like that during their battle with dark masters, their doubt and fears engulfing them, if it wasn't for Joe the two of them wouldn't be here now.

"Awesome, he used the darkness and bonds he and his friends had to beat Nightshroud." Davis smiled, finding it cool.

"After graduating, before he gone over to Alice's place he continued his education in Archaeology, Cryptozoology, Paleontology as well as other fields." Kagome explained before glancing at Xeno "Also, I know you could hear us, you regained consciousness awhile ago."

"Hmph, and you're just as annoying as your friend." Xeno huffed as he stood up and twisted his shoulders before he glared at Davis. "Don't ever do that again, Motomiya…"

"And let you shoot up the place." Davis said returning the glare.

"I could shoot your mouth off right now…" Xeno threatened, but then turned to the screen. "So that man is nothing more than a broken soul haunted by war, hasn't he ever considered therapy.".

Kagome scoffed "Isn't that hypocritical coming from someone like you."

"Trust me, no therapist can fix his head." Xion said, knocking her fist on Xeno's head which made him smack her hand away.

"Stop that, I'm not a door!" Xeno shouted. "Just continue."

Kagome rolled her eyes before resuming the video this time about the Bakugan's appearance and their role in it. At that point Jaden was still in his 2nd year at Duel Academy, Alice's grandfather had traveled to Vestroia with the help of his dimension transport and with his meeting with Naga who had tried to take both infinity and silent cores, before being absorbed into silent core causing an explosion which resulted into the infinity core being flung into the human world along with a lot of the bakugan.

"Serious? Why is it always mad scientists that end up causing all these problems, that cliche is so stale." Jun frowned, she had seen enough made scientists in movies and their stupid experiments always ended up backfiring.

Kagome coughed as she pointed behind them

The digidestined look behind them and saw Alice and on her shoulders were Dharak and Hydranoid

"How long were you there?" Sora asked surprised.

"Long to enough to hear what you called my grandfather, what you called it…a mad scientist when it was just an accident and the result was beyond his control." Alice glared

"Technically he would be considered-" Sai started before Xion covered his mouth

Alice glared harder at Sai.

"He made dimensional transportation technology, something not many normal scientists world work on, although ambitious, that kinda attempt is reckless and dangerous." Izzy said in truth he was giddy and wanted to know more but he could see that that kind of idea was dangerous if not handled right.

Alice then turned her glare towards Izzy before sighing, "Kagome how goes the search?" she asked

"No luck, I'm still searching for them." Kagome said

Jaden tried to struggle against the chains on the slab as Chaos Breaker just looked at him with a smug look, Kikyo was also chained to a slab next to him she also tried to break free.

"Funny, to think the two thorns in my side would easily be captured, how have you become so disappointing." Chaos Breaker mocked, before turning to Jaden. "Are you still trying to change what you cannot? Face it old friend, you can never be different then what you have become, Husband, warrior, father, in truth you and this so-called Miko are no different from me nor Prime Apocalypse."

"Just stop you yapping!" Jaden growled. "No matter what you do to us, you'll never get the traps."

"We won't be broken by you." Kikyo glared.

"Hehehehe, this is why I enjoy playing you both, you two put up your pathetic facades to hide how weak and broken you are." Chaos Breaker laughed before he turned serious, as he grabbed Jaden's hair and pulled him up to his face. "Tell me where the traps are! And what that disgusting light was."

"Go to hell." Jaden cursed. "I will never tell you where the traps are, nor will I tell you about that light."

Chaos Breaker just shoved Jaden's head into the metal slab with a clang following behind. "Oh, there are many ways I can break you, and you know that. I can't always torture, this one right here." Chaos Breaker turned to Kikyo who continued to try to break free. "I could have one of my men pay a little visit to the brats you abandoned back in our world for these two."

Jaden snarled as his eyes became slits "Touch them and I'll kill you."

"Hmhmhmhm, you have tried so many times. But you succeed yet, I could imagine Yami and Hikari, even Valice being good slaves and you boy, I could make into a nice pet." Chaos Breaker grinned.

"You're nothing more than a monster!" Kikyo growled.

"Monster is a matter of perspective my dear, after everything you did which made you into the very monster you claim me or Naraku to be." Chaos Breaker calmly countered. "Anyway besides those Traps, I do need your expertise for something."

"Which is?" Jaden questioned

"Recently, my men found something of interest, i want you to tell me what it is." Chaos Breaker demanded

"And if i were to refuse." Jaden said

"Both of you are not in a position to demand anything from me." Chaos Breaker stated

"So your grandfather is the reason why the Bakugan arrived on earth?" Cody asked. "He must be brilliant in order to make a machine that can travel through dimensions."

"Yeah, I mean that's something worthy of a Nobel Prize." Yolei added in.

"Yes, it's my grandfather's greatest and worst achievement." Alice answered.

"But it clearly backfired, science… you gotta love it's double edge sword." Xeno remarked.

"Don't you have a little sympathy?" Matt frowned.

"I wouldn't say I am not curious about it, but that kinda attempt invites many possible complications." Xeno said with honesty.

"The dimension transporter wasn't just developed by grandfather, my mother, father and aunt also worked on it, however all three of them abandoned the project not long after my mother vanished before she reappeared." Alice explained.

"But your gramps continued right?" Tai asked.

Alice nodded. "Yes, another reason why they abandoned it was because they couldn't find a way to stabilize the process and if something went wrong it could end up possibly creating a black hole."

"That's the risk when it involves Dimensional Travel, but still the very concept of it is too good to be true, even if the Digital World exists and we can travel to it you all can travel to any dimension at will." Izzy said, closing his eyes thinking of the possibility.

"Oh boy, you got his mind going." Joe grinned.

"Shouldn't we get back on topic?" Catherine asked.

"You're right." Kagome continued searching for Jaden, "tell me when you find him." Alice said "Meanwhile you kids could watch his history on how he turned out."

The screen than showed his adventures on New Vestroia where after somehow ending up on New Vestroia with Alice and meeting the Bakugan Resistance as well as reuniting with Dan, Shun and Marucho and battling the Vexos for awhile, Jaden started to have headaches which caused him to leave

After a couple of Days a new enemy emerged who called himself Dragon came forward and began battling them

"Let me guess, that's Jaden." Xion said pointing at the screen.

"What gave it away? Was it the hair color and new hairstyle that he has?" Alice said in a sarcastic bitter tone which actually surprise everyone

"No, it's the fact that he walked off and coincidently someone arrived not long after he left, claiming to have killed him? I mean come on that's the most common trope." Xion said in a bored tone.

"Jaden was right, you are the smart one among the family." Alice stated

"Hey! Are you saying something grandma?!" Xia shouted in pure anger and offense, everyone even Kagome looked at the girl in shock, seeing her call Alice grandma. "Are you saying that all of us beside Xion are stupid?"

Alice smiled "Of course not. You're also one of the smart ones, but Jaden doesn't interact with the Xia in our world that much."

"That's just as bad, you're just as jerky as your husband!" Xia stomped her feet.

Xeno thumped Xia in the head. "Ow!" Xia shouted, grabbing the back of her head. "Why?" Xia asked Xeno.

"Apologize." Xeno frowned. "I'm allowed to be rude and disrespectful, not you, apologize to her."

"Grr… I'm sorry." Xia bowed slightly.

"Thanks." Alice said.

"I'm surprised you forced her to apologize, I figured you would be happy." Kagome told Xeno.

"I don't give a damn what you, or your family think about me or how I act, and I don't think Jaden cares much about what others think of him either right?" Xeno remarked.

"You got that right." Alice scoffed

'That's Xeni, he wouldn't want Xia to be like him, or anyone, that's one of his redeeming qualities,' Xion thought, knowing that he wouldn't want Xia or anyone else to suffer what he suffered in spite of how he shows it.

"Just continue with it." Xeno scowled.

The video continued with actions Dragon took eventually with one of the members of the Vexos deciding to put the blame of the occupation of New Vestroia on Dragon and Spectra who didn't seem to care at all

"That isn't surprising, they betrayed them and blamed them for that failure." Sai said. "They needed scapegoats and Jaden and Spectra were the perfect ones."

"Yes, it was suggested by Mylene, the Aquos battler of the Vexos, a real snake." Alice frowned.

At that time Dan and Mana were battling both Jaden and Spectra, while the palace was falling apart all around that, all four fighting with energy swords, Dan had sliced off Spectra's mask.

Which shocked the digidestined seeing who it was.

"That's Keith!" Yolei shouted in disbelief.

"So Keith, is that nutjob?" Tai asked in shock.

Alice frowned not liking what Tai called her friend, however at the time she would have definitely agreed with Tai on the nutjob part. "Yes, Keith has started out wanting to expose the royal family, however along the way power blinded him to what he first set out to do."

"That's how most resistances and revolutions turn out, it all comes down to power struggles." Nobu said.

Mana and Jaden were fighting with Mana trying to get through to Jaden who just spoke madness when Mana slashed Jaden knocking the mask before the two of them slashed each other Jaden slashing Mana in the gut while Mana did the same to Jaden's chest.

"What fuck am I looking like?" Matt growled, clenching his fist.

"What kind of brother does this to his sister! What was going through that asshole's mind at the time?" Tai shouted in anger.

"Seriously, if I were Mana I would've cut all ties to him." Jun stated.

"Thinking back then, I don't know whether to be happy or sad that Mana cut him to the point of death." Alice said

Kagome widened her eyes a bit "I know Jaden's an ass but isn't that a bit too far?" Kagome asked Alice

"He's done so many awful things before you even met us, some that are so unforgivable you wouldn't want to know him now, but this is what happens when you're a dead man walking with your thoughts only about revenge." Alice told her in a grim tone.

Alice then turned her attention to Xeno "That reminds me, Xeno, a question would you want to kill all digimon just for the actions of one evil digimon?" Alice asked

"What kinda question is that? I hate digimon much like i hate people, but killing all seems too far even for me." Xeno answered with rare honesty. "Let me guess, this is a genocidal nutjob who wants to kill all beings just because he's acting like a baby?"

The screen showed the now overthrown king Zenoheld who explained his plans for galactic genocide to Professor Clay

"By the way, I've been wondering about something." Alice said "Why weren't you or Xion at that summer camp?"

"What's with all the questions?" Xeno narrowed his eyes at Alice. "I don't think whether me or Xion were at that summer camp is any of your business."

Xion elbowed her brother "we didn't go because our dad was home for the summer, he was usually away for months on end, and we wanted to spend time with him, however…."

"Fang face killed him right before me, my dad's blood on my face." Xeno scowled, as he traced his finger along the scar on his right eye. "And he gave me this… a constant reminder of that day… are you fucking happy?"

"It was just a question." Kagome asked

"Well be careful what you ask, bitch." Xeno crossed his arm.

Kagome suddenly narrowed her eyes, to which Alice noticed

Kagome without any hesitation at all kicked Xeno in the shin, making Xeno grunt in pain as he hopped on one leg.

"Fuck, I hate women!" Xeno shouted in anger.

"What was that?" Sora glared at Xeno, along with most of the other girls.

Xeno just backed away but scowled in annoyance.

Alice shook her head. "You really need to get that short temper under control, you know." she knew Xeno deserved it, but Kagome needed to learn to control her emotions when someone called her a wench or bitch regardless and she was lucky that they weren't in public cause she would definitely get a lawsuit when putting hands on a kid.

"Well he should show some respect, it's only a question." Kagome scowled.

Alice could see Kagome's side, after dealing with Inuyasha for so long the girl has a breaking point but she needs to calm down.

"Why ask me and my brother that question anyway?" Xion asked Alice. "It doesn't seem relevant to what you are showing us."

The video then played, when Zenoheld was on the verge of defeating the 6 ancient warriors until Jaden appeared with Genospino and stopped him.

"Cool mechanical dinosaur." Davis said finding Genospino to be cool.

"I want one." Xia said.

"Genospino is anything but cool. That thing absorbs the life force of anyone who uses him." Alice frowned.

"Why use something like that? If he was dying?" Cody asked if he was dying and Genospino absorbed life force that meant Genospino was spending up the process.

Alice just shook her head. "Jaden makes the most questionable decisions, I almost stopped trying to make sense of what he's thinking."

"Jaden, even as messed up as he was at the time wouldn't want mass genocide." Alice said.

Fast forwarding they arrived when Jaden and Spectra challenged Mana, Alice and Dan. Dan and Drago had defeated Spectra and Helios, while Mana and Alice had defeated Jaden when Jaden and Spectra joined the resistance side.

"Wait! After all of that? After everything they did you all, you guys just let them join you just like that?" Yolei said.

"None of us forgave them nor trusted them at the time, considering what we were up against. We had to look at the bigger picture so they were a means to an end against a common enemy." Alice told her

The video than shifted to their assault on the Vexos MotherPalace where they all split up and battled against the remaining Vexos as well as Zenoheld himself

The battles were fierce indeed with some prevailing and successfully defending their attribute energies but when facing the Apocalypse battlers, it was a different story as despite putting up a hard battle, the Ventus and Pyrus energy were taken.

The battle against Zenoheld was also not going too well as Farbros destroyed Hades and annihilated the Bakugan Traps and also nearly killed Xion as well after killing her partner kaiju

The battle against Zenon, the leader of the Apocalypse battlers was also not going too well as despite Jaden and Alice's resistance, Zenon proved to be a force of nature before he succeeded in taking the Darkus energy from Hydranoid

"Zenon?" Xeno questioned. "How many freaks do you have in that universe of yours?

"Zenon is our enemy, a rogue supreme king from a forgotten time, his chapter was erased because of his crime with Prime Apocalypse, he is one of the reasons why many have questioned the loyalty and trust of the Supreme King and Queens." Alice explained.

'Why do I have the feeling the digimon emperor will have the digimon question their trust in us.' Tai thought, he looked at his oldest friends and he could tell that they were thinking the same thing as them.

"Anyway after that we learned even after having the 6 attribute energies it has enough energy for a single shot. So that leaves us scattering to Earth, Cray, and Vestal." Alice stated "We then realized that he was planning to get an everlasting source of energy to power that monstrosity and there's only one planet that has such a power source, New Vestroia."

The video then showed Jaden heading there with Alice following him.

"There he finally told me the truth, he was dying and he did what he did to drive out Prime Apocalypse. And I wanted to kill him to end him where he stood for being the most selfish man to even think that." Alice gritted her teeth, she had never forgiven him for his reasoning.

"Woah, I've never heard of the stupidest thing. He did all this because he was dying and was trying to have an enemy reveal himself." Xion frowned, finding Jaden's reasoning to be the dumbest thing she ever heard.

"I know right." Alice said, glad that even in another world, Xion agreed with her.

"I'm losing so much respect for him, really? It makes Kikyo's plan seem more smarter than his." Kagome said, not believing what she was hearing now, she had little respect for Jaden now.

The video than showed the battle between Jaden and Alice which showed Nillious striking Hydranoid, but Hydranoid literally grabbed the blades made of flames and held his ground despite the flames burning his hands before unleashing his attack that countered Nillious and Eenoch's attack and enveloped them in darkness before they returned to ball form resulting in Jaden's defeat

"Serves him right." Sora smiled, after seeing everything Jaden deserved a loss.

Alice smirked remembering that time before her smile faded because after that he brought up a memory of what she did and she kicked him in the shin

"You kick him like I did with Xeno?" Kagome asked.

"You aren't the only one who has an Inuyasha in her life, Jaden has been a pain in my ass long before you ever met us." Alice smirked.

The video than showed both Alice and Jaden taunting Zenoheld who grew angered and eventually came to the surface and battling both of them at once

At first due to the close relationship between both Bakugan and battlers, Alice and Jaden were in the league and were quickly overpowering Zenoheld, however the tide has quickly turned as soon as the game card was opened parenting them from using most of their abilities and with Hydranoid power surges

That and with Farbros now once again repaired from all damage and powered up, he's more of a threat, despite Jaden's use of Battle Gear which was able to match Farbros in Assail Formation it didn't do much

In the end Hydranoid was able to complete his evolution due to his bond with Alice and with that was able to annihilate the mechanical Bakugan Farbros

"Talk about a crazy adventure, and I thought our battle against the Dark Masters was bad." Izzy said, seeing how things were in their universe.

"Yeah." TK nodded in agreement.

Before the video could resume, an alarm was sounded.

"We found them." kagome stated

"Where are they?" Alice asked Kagome.

Kagome look at the screen and frowned "In the middle of the Pacific Ocean."

"Good, then I'm leaving." Xeno said as he began to walk away.

"Wait?! You're just going to walk out just like that?" Davis said.

"I only came to finally learn the truth, and now that I do there's no reason to be here anymore. I have no reason to help Jaden nor Kikyo." Xeno remarked.

"Really Xeni? After everything we found out you can't just walk out!" Xion shouted.

"Xion, I'm no hero, and you expect me to save two nutjobs like someone out of a comic book, sorry but I pass." Xeno said, waving his hand.

"Dad would have done it." Xia spoke up, and that got Xeno to stop.

Alice scowled, she didn't like that he called Jaden and Kikyo nutjobs but in truth he had a choice to walk away afterall it was their fault these kids were targeted in the first place however. "There are a few people in our world that feel the same way as you, not thinking they are heroes which they aren't but you don't need to be a hero to do the right thing, and I'm pretty sure your dad would want you to do the right thing." Alice told Xeno.

Xeno gritted his teeth and thought about what his dad would do before he sighed. "Just this once, I'll help just this once then I'm done with this." Xeno told Alice.

'What he doesn't know is that there isn't just once, once you enter this life there's no escaping it.' Alice thought, knowing all too well that you can never escape this life.

"Alright, so I need a small group to help save the idiot and Kagome's older sister." Alice smiled

"I'll go." Davis offered.

"Count me in." Kari stepped up.

"I want this over fast, so I'll help free the old man." Xeno stepped up.

"I'll need two more." Alice said

"I'll go, might as well do something." Xion stated

"Forget Nobu, this time I'm taking center stage." Sai said, stepping up.

"Alright." Alice said before nodding to Kagome

"I'm sending the data to all three of your devices." Kagome said as she typed on the computer, Davis, Kari and Xeno's digivices blinked red before stopping; they looked at their digivices and saw the location.

"That isn't the pacific ocean, that's the spring valley." Kari said.

"There must be a portal there, like how I escaped them before." Xion said remembering how she escaped the evil monsters.

"Exactly, I was able to find a backdoor into Chaos Breaker's fortress and this portal in the perfect location to do so." Kagome said.

"Lets go, Jaden and Kikyo need us." Davis said, pumping his fist.

"Xeni, Xion you better come back safe." Xia said with a pout.

"We'll be fine." Xeno told Xia, patting her head.

"Right." Xion nodded.

"Hey." Nobu called as he tossed both the bakugan trap and kaiju amulet at Xeno who caught them. "You're going to need those."

Xeno looked at them but he nodded without a second thought as the group of five left the lab.

"I'm worried, Kari and Xion I trust, but Davis, Xeno and Sai, those three might get them killed." Yolei stated.

"You have to learn to trust in your teammates." Alice told Yolei. "You all have been chosen to protect this world, so that means you all have to learn to trust and support each other."

Dharak flew to the computer monitor "but it'll be fun to watch the results." he stated.

At that time, Chaos Breaker had Reiko, Zeltrax and Savage Beast bring him what seemed to be a Trap Bakugan and a Kaiju Amulet trapped in a crystal, Jaden and Kikyo just looked at them wondering where they came from.

"I need you assistance in freeing these two from the crystal." Chaos Breaker told him.

"Heh, what? Upset that you can break through a piece of mineral?" Jaden mocked.

Savage Beast growled at him, preparing to strike him if necessary.

"Of course not, however I do know that you haven't told your wife what happened after you defeated Prime Apocalypse." Chaos Breaker said

'What?' Kikyo thought, wondering what he was saying as she looked at Jaden.

Jaden glared at Chaos Breaker, wondering where he was coming from.

"But enough about that, this particular Kaiju amulet originated from Cray way before the war with the Light of Destruction just like the Bakugan Trap." Chaos Breaker explained

"How very informative, but not interested." Jaden remarked.

"Ah, but it should as both belong to a member of the Reiki Family." Chaos Breaker informed

To say the news shocked both Jaden and Kikyo wasn't a surprise.

"I take it from your expression I got your attention now." Chaos Breaker said.

"Where did you get them?" Kikyo demanded.

"I won't help you." Jaden said firmly.

"If you won't help then maybe I can't 'persuade' you to, maybe torturing Kikyo or one of those students of yours will change your mind." Chaos Breaker said, turning to Kikyo who just glared. "Reiko, Zeltrax, Savage Beast, find the brats and bring them to me."

"Yes master." Zeltrax, Reiko and Savage Beast bowed before leaving.

Chaos Breaker turned to Kikyo. "Prep the energy extractor." Chaos Breaker turned to Jaden who tried to break free from his bounds.

"Jaden, don't worry about me. I've already died once before, I don't fear doing so again." Kikyo told him.

"Oh, then let's test that." Chaos Breaker told the former Miko as the Tyrannodrones prepared the machine.

At that moment, Davis and his group arrived at the valley, all 5 looked around for any sign of the portal.

"Over there." Kari pointed, as they saw the portal on the hill. "I sure hope Jaden and Kikyo are on the other side."

"Only one way to find out." Davis remarked, before looking to his friend. "You four ready?"

"Ready." Kari nodded.

"I'm good to go." Xion said.

"Let's just get this over with." Xeno crossed his arms.

"Bring it on." Sai cracked his knuckles.

However, out of the portal came Zeltrax, Savage Beast and Reiko along with several Tyrannodrones ready to battle.

"Hey! no one invited you to the party." Davis exclaimed at the three villains.

Savage Beast just snarled back in response, causing Davis to stumbled back still not used to this

"Well, I'm crashing and I've brought a few friends with me." Reiko smiled. "Is that rude?"

"Extremely." Xion narrowed her eyes, still remembering her last meeting with her

"You five aren't going through that portal unless it's in chains." Zeltrax snarled as he raised his sword

"Oh how kinky, but I think I'll pass." Xeno rebutted.

"I vote we go for it, what do you say?" Davis asked them.

"Yeah!" all four shouted.

"Attack!" Reiko shouted pointing her sword out.

"Ahh!" All five kids charged at the villains who did the same.

Savage Beast leaped at Sai and Davis striking at them with his claws to which they were trying to avoid.

"Ahh! This guy needs a manicure." Davis quipped as he dodged Savage Beast's attacks, before using his powers to block attack with both hands but he could feel the strength of Savage Beast as the goggle headed boy began to lose footing. "Ahug!" Davis grunted.

"You are nothing but a child, you can't hope to beat me." Savage Beast said as he put more weight into his attack.

"Well, it's a good thing I have friends." Davis grinned.

Savage Beast then felt a slash across his side which sent him skidding back a couple of feet, driving his blades in the ground to halt himself, the Kaiju looked to see Sai with claws of his own.

"I got this guy, go help the others." Sai told Davis.

Davis nodded before running off leaving Sai and Savage Beast alone. "Forget about Motomiya, you're looking at the leader of the toughest gang in Odaiba, and you're going down." Sai proclaimed showing his claws.

Savage Beast growled as he rushed at Sai with fierce ferocity, Sai ducked under a side swipe before slashing at the evil Kaiju who blocked the hit, quickly thrusting forward, however Savage Beast quickly evaded.

Kari and Xion were dealing with Reiko who was fending off both girls, Xion went for a kick which Reiko easily blocked and pushed the girl into the air, but she was caught in one of Kari's barriers and was lowered to the ground.

"Ok, this old lady is tougher than I thought." Xion frowned.

"I don't think we can beat them." Kari told her friend. "We should focus on getting Jaden and Kikyo."

Xion nodded. "Then go, I'll keep her distracted." Xion pulled her hands into her body as the water from the nearby river began to rise and surround her, Reiko looked at it with surprise. "You look like you can use a bath." Xion grinned as she pushed her hands forward as the water was launched at Reiko who shielded herself as the water knocked her away.

Xeno hit the ground hard, before barely dodging Zeltrax's sword then getting to his feet. "Tch." Xeno scoffed as he wiped the blood off his mouth. "I should have just walked away from this crap."

"You are no match for me, surrender and you might live." Zeltrax told Xeno.

Xeno growled he didn't know the meaning of the word surrender. 'This is much stronger than these things, wait?" Xeno remembers the Kaiju. 'Oh this better work.'

"Kaiju Battle." Xeno shouted, taking out the amulet. "Come forth, RaiOkami!" Xeno shouted as he thrusted the amulet forward.

In a spectacular purple light RaiOkami appeared with a loud howl that echoed through the area. This got everyone's attention at seeing the Kaiju appear right before their eyes.

'He;s not as big as he was before.' Xeno said, seeing that RaiOkami was now the same size as Zeltrax.

Alice and others looked on the screen from the lab and saw that Xeno had summoned RaiOkami.

"Alright, that'll turn the tables." Alice smiled.

"Yeah, go big brother!" Xia cheered.

"So you summoned the Kaiju, but even it won't save you." Zeltrax stated.

"Grrr!" RaiOkami growled as his blades aimed at Zeltrax, before vanishing in a burst of speed and appeared where Savage Beast was about to attack Sai who had been knocking the ground he blocked his claws with his blade before pushing him back

."Go save that annoying king." RaiOkami told Sai who was surprised to hear him talk.

"Heh, thanks fido." Sai grinned as he ran over to the portal, Xion also ran over after splashing Reiko with some water.

The five kids were now on with RaiOkami appearing in front of them. "Make it fast, I draw power from you human, so the longer we're apart the weaker I get." Raiokami told them.

"Davis, summon your Kaiju." Xion told the gogglehead. "If the two of them keep battling, it'll buy us more time."

Davis wasn't sure, since his Kaiju didn't even like him at all, but decided to go for it, pulling out his amulet "Kaiju Battle, come forth Paladin!" Davis shouted, however nothing happened. Paladin did not appear.

Davis just looked at his amulet before shaking it "Hey…what gives." Davis asked

RaiOkami just growled "Idiot, he doesn't acknowledge you that's why he's not appearing."

"Then how come you acknowledge Xeno?" Sai asked.

"This isn't the time for this, let's go." Kari told them, just as Reiko, Zeltrax and Savage Beast stood before RaiOkami.

Davis, Kari, Sai and Xion jumped into the portal, while Xeno gave one last look at RaiOkami before he too followed. "They won't get far!" Reiko shouted.

"It's only a matter of time before you run out of steam." Zeltrax told the Kaiju before him.

"Then I'll just have to finish you three quickly." RaiOkami howled as he and the villains charged each other.

"You think RaiOkami can hold them off long enough?" Izzy asked Alice.

"He can hold his own, but the longer Xeno is away from him the weaker he becomes the Kaiju and traps need to be near their partners who they draw their strength from." Alice answered.

"Why doesn't Paladin recognize Davis?" Sora asked.

"Yeah, RaiOkami seems to accept Xeno. But Paladin doesn't with Davis." Tai remarked.

"Some Kaiju and Bakugan have their own criteria on how they recognize their partners as Paladin is one of the strongest Kaiju that Jaden and Sakura created. His criteria is very harsh indeed, hell not even Jaden knows what their criteria for recognizing their partners are. It's up to the partners themselves to figure it out." Kagome explained.

"So RaiOkami's criteria might have to do with how Xeno acts and the very darkness in his soul." Kagome surmised, but she was simply guessing like Alice said not even Jaden knows what the Kaiju and Bakugan Traps criteria were for their partners.

"Well, whatever the case is, I just hope they get out of there alive. I don't feel like telling my mom or dad something happened to Kari." Tai said he really didn't want Kari to go since she didn't have Gatomon or her Kaiju partner with her. He wished he could have gone with them.

"Believe in you sister, if Jaden was here he would tell you, she isn't going to be a kid forever." Alice told Tai, remembering Jaden's relationship with his sisters.

"Aren't you two worried about Sai and Davis?" Matt asked Nobu and Jun.

"He's old enough to take care of himself." Nobu sighed

"The squirt is too stubborn to die, but I just hope he doesn't do anything too stupid don't want mom and dad grounded for eternity." Jun answered.

in a flash, Davis and the others appeared in a hallway, looking around as they had arrived at their destination. Xion was nervous after all she had been here before.

"So this is the place Xion?" Davis asked his friend.

"Yeah, but I was actually hoping to never come back here." Xion remarked.

"Not bad, could use some better decor." Xeno quipped.

Kari felt uneasy, it was like when she and TK were at Spiral Mountain it was like death was coming at her from any corner. "This place… it's giving me an ." Kari said a chilling feeling coursing through her body.

"Well, it's the villain's headquarters. I say it comes with the territory." Sai remarked.

Davis looked at Kari with worry before he spoke. "Xion, do you know where they might be held?" Davis asked.

"There's a lab, I say that's where we should go." Xion said pointing down the hall. "I think I remember the way… hopefully." With that the group followed Xion's lead as they ran down the hall hoping to reach Jaden and Kikyo.

Chaos Breaker was handling equipment and about to do a procedure.

Jaden, meanwhile, was struggling against his restraints "Kikyo, could you usel your spiritual energy?" Jaden asked

"I can't use it, Jaden." Kikyo said, struggling against her restraints.

"This is your last chance Jaden." Chaos Breaker said, as he moved a machine over Kikyo as it began to glow with purple energy. "Either you help, or this one will experience death a second time."

"Don't Jaden! I can take whatever he dishes." Kikyo told Jaden not to fear in the slightest.

Jaden began to focus the flames of the Darkness Dragon in his hands in an attempt to free himself but couldn't, since arriving in this dimension he found to his dismay that he couldn't focus his flames very well leading to a seal being created to which he wears on his arm and he could only be in his true dragon form for a few minutes, 5 minutes at most.

"I find you're bravado and self preservation amusing, however my patience is at an end." Chaos Breaker said as was about to activate the machine the alarms went off. "Hmm, the brats have arrived." he turned to the Tyrannodrones and spoke. "Keep watch, I'll deal with them myself."

Chaos Breaker then walked out the room. "Those stupid kids, why did they have to come here!" Jaden gritted his teeth as he continued to struggle.

"Chaos Breaker will kill them, if we don't get out." Kikyo said, also struggling against her restraints.

RaiOkami blocked Zeltrax's blade with his, before he pushed him back using the momentum to strike Savage Beast in the side of the head sending him tumbling to the ground before he leaped away from Reiko's attack landing his feet while skidding back.

The wolf Kaiju began to breathe heavily with his partner being far from him. His power was draining fast. "Ahh… ahh… ah…" RaiOkami breathed.

Savage Beast had recovered and was about to attack, but Reiko stopped him. "Forget him for now! We must follow those brats!" She shouted, as she and Zeltrax made a break for the portal.

"This isn't over!" Savage Beast roared, before he followed his allies and the three disappeared through the portal.

"Grr… I hope they saved those two by now." RaiOkami growled, before he vanished in a bolt of purple lighting.

Davis and the others turned a corner Xeno noticed that his amulet sparked with purple electricity and he could tell that RaiOkami had returned to it but he could feel that his Kaiju couldn't be called upon again for a while, they walked right past an open door way as Xion spoke

"Ok, this should be the way as long as we keep silent, we won't be spotted." Xion told them.

"I wouldn't say that." Chaos Breaker appeared before them, the kids turned to see the doors were closed blocking their way out "Hello again." Chaos Breaker said referring to Xion "Remember me?" he asked

"With a face like that, how could I not." Xion remarked.

"That personality of yours is truly like the Xion back in our world and look where that overconfidence got her." Chaos Breaker retorted "Her partner kaiju was destroyed."

"Sorry to interrupt your trip down memory lane, but you're in our way." Xeno remarked.

Chaos Breaker looked at Xeno but scoffed "I really could care less of an inferior, I must say, I used to respect you but let's just say you hit the bucket." Chaos Breaker said

Chaos Breaker looked between all five and currently saw none of interest, yet and just sighed "I thought i'll see something interesting, but so far i've been disappointed."

"You know, you talk too much." Davis frowned.

Chaos Breaker glanced at Davis and sighed even more "Perhaps I should capture a digimon or two and perform some experiments later in the future." Chaos Breaker said

"You're sick, you're just like the dark masters, Myotismon and Devilmon every being is your play thing!" Kari said in anger.

Chaos Breaker just chuckled a bit before laughing before he eventually calmed down "Please my actions are so atrocious that even my fellow commanders despise me." Chaos Breaker smirked with a malicious smile "You have absolutely no idea who you're dealing with at all."

Chaos Breaker then released his aura of darkness that released a frigid darkness that even Xeno felt scared, Kari grabbed onto Davis as her skin turned ghostly white she had never felt anything like this before and it felt like she was dying.

Just as he unleashed the attack, Reiko, Zeltrax and Savage Beast appeared in the way of the attack and they were engulfed in darkness feeling great pain, taking advantage of this Davis grabbed Kari's hand and pulled her away with Xion, Xeno and Sai following behind.

"Thanks for the shield." Davis called back to the villains.

Chaos Breaker roared in anger as he stopped his attack. "You fools! After them!" Chaos Breaker shouted, Reiko, Zeltrax and Savage Beast recovered and chase the kids.

The group entered the lab, before the Tyrannodrones could do anything Xeno unleashed a blast of electricity knocking all of them down, they saw both Jaden and Kikyo still strapped to their table. Jaden just sighed in annoyance, not liking he had to be saved by children especially Xeno and Davis.

"How does it feel to be rescued by a student you hate?" Xeno asked in a smug tone as he and Davis began to undo Jaden's restraints.

"Does this make us even at least?" Davis asked.

Jaden sat up and frowned. "At least I know you two aren't complete failures." he told them.

Kari and Xion freed Kikyo who smiled. "Thank you." Kikyo thanked them.

"Man, Kagome's sister is hot." Sai grinned seeing Kikyo.

"Keep your thoughts to yourself Sai." Xion said.

"You five didn't need to be involved." Jaden told them.

"Shut up already, we know who you are and I can't believe you turned on your family just because you were dying at one point." Xion frowned.

"Yeah, that's crazy." Davis added in.

Jaden stood up, holding his wrists "Shut up, it was my battle, of course you already know that seeing as all of you watched my video diary haven't you?" Jaden asked

"I don't think we've seen all of it, but it wasn't just your battle it was Alice's and all your friends' battles as well, if you think you could win all on your own then you lost your war." Kari said.

"I don't need to hear that from someone living in a world where they're friends could just be reborn again." Jaden shouted back, thinking back to losing two of his friends and allies.

Kari flinched at his sudden outburst, Xeno, Xion and Sai were also surprised by it even Kikyo could help but look.

"Hey don't yell at her!" Davis shouted back.

Jaden got up before slugging Davis in the face "Don't ever talk back to me again." Jaden said in a very harsh tone before.

"Jaden!' Kikyo shouted at him.

Jaden realized what he did and started to put his hand to his face in an vain attempt to calm down.

Kari and Xion helped Davis up as the group of four just looked at him with disgust, especially Kari, Davis rubbed his face feeling a little blood coming from his nose but it wasn't broken. Kikyo just looked at with disappointment while shaking her head.

"Heh, I guess I know not to make you angry." Davis chuckled, rubbing his face.

"What is wrong with you?" Xion questioned, he not only snapped at Kari but out of nowhere he punched Davis just for standing up for Kari, she figured as an adult Jaden would have more control over himself.

"Shut up and let's get out of here." Jaden said in a sad tone before walking to the counter and taking the amulet and Bakugan trap encased in crystal "He won't be needing this anymore."

"Stop right there!" Reiko said, as she, Zeltrax and Savage Beast rushed into the room.

"Oh great, the three idiots." Xeno mumbled.

"Ah, Kagome is the escape route set?" Jaden asked to communicate with her.

"All set, and I'm glad to hear your voice, however you and I have a long talk ahead of us." Kagome said on her end.

"Is this about my video diary as well?" Jaden asked

"Yes, and trust me, my opinion of you has lowered because of a few parts." Kagome said.

"I figured that was the case." Jaden sadly said

"Have her make it fast!" Kari said as she made a dome around them, which all three began smashing and slashing at it, the young girl began to strain as the dome began to show cracks in it.

"One portal out of there, coming right up." Kagome said.

Just as Kagome said, a portal opened up behind the group. "Time to blow this taco stand." Davis said.

Xeno, Xion, Sai and Kikyo rushed on through while Kari was still struggling to keep the barrier up.

"Kari!" Davis called, but Jaden pushed him along.

"I'll make sure she gets through." Jaden told him.

Davis reluctantly nodded before he also jumped through the portal. Jaden turned back and grabbed Kari's shirt, surprising the girl. "Sorry for this." Jaden said before he threw the girl who yelped in surprise as she flew through the portal immediately the dome dropped.

"You aren't leaving with those." Zeltrax stepped forward.

Jaden immediately turned into his dragon form, he was now a Humanoid Dragon with blackish scales with silver accents with his wings wrapped around him like a cloak and he had a mane of spikey white hair.

"Come and get them." Jaden snarled before swinging his arm, releasing a wave of energy from his claws which force them all to evade while Zeltrax blocked the attack with his shield

This split second was just enough for Jaden to dive into the portal, Chaos Breaker entered the lab with a rare annoyance shown. "Grrr! You fools bring back that crystal!: Chao Breaker said pointing at the portal.

Kikyo and some of the others exited through the portal, while flying through it lucky Davis was able to catch her but fell back on his ass, while Jaden came through as well. They all looked to see they were in the middle of Odaiba and there was no one around.

"Ahh, Odaiba, how I love you." Sai said happy to see his hometown.

"Next time, we leave the fortress storming to video game heroes." Xion stated.

"Agreed." Xeno nodded.

"You ok?" Davis asked Kari as they got to their feet.

"Yes." Kari said before turning to Jaden with a slight glare. "You didn't have to toss me, you know."

"Oh you'll get over it." Jaden rolled his eyes.

"Glad to see you back home." Alice's voice came over the transmitter. "Embarrassing a bunch of kids saved your sorry ass?" Her tone playful.

"You're not going to let me live this down aren't you?" Jaden grumbled.

"Let me see about that." Alice said as she thought about it "Nope, not for a while."

Jaden just grumbled, before he could say anything Reiko, Zeltrax and Savage Beast appeared before them, the group into fighting stances.

"Man these guys just don't give up." Davis remarked.

Zeltrax didn't waste time and fired a bolt of lighting from his blade at Jaden who quickly held up the crystal and blocked it as the crystal began to glow.

"Dr. Muto!" Xion shouted.

"What are you doing old man?" Xeno shouted in actual concern.

"Jaden!" Kikyo shouted in worry.

Jaden responded as he continued to block the energy as the crystal began to glow and pulse until it couldn't take anymore Jaden was through back followed by a blinding explosion.

Kikyo and the kids, even the villains, covered their eyes from the bright light before they took a look and saw no sign of Jaden, only broken fragments of the crystal.

"Jaden!" Davis shouted in shock.

"No!" Kari said, falling to knees, seeing another life taken away before her eyes.

Xeno for a second was reminded of his own dad's death, he felt bad for Jaden.

"This can't be happening." Xion muttered.

"No…" Kikyo gritted her teeth in anger.

"Such negativity, can't you see that in this or any other world anything is possible." Reiko said in a smug tone.

"Even the destruction of Supreme King Jaden." Zeltrax added.

"Grr, bastard…" Davis gritted his teeth as his body flickered in golden energy, which Reiko and Kikyo could feel from the boy.

Before he could say anymore they were surprised by a familiar voice. "Don't write me off yet everyone." before a three headed, yellow winged dragon appeared out of the smoke

The dragon than suddenly extended a lance composed out of energy from its left arm and pushed Savage Beast back

At that point Jaden appeared out of nowhere "As I said plenty of times…I don't die that easily." Jaden said

The others ran up to him. "Awesome!" Davis grinned.

"You made it." Kari said.

"I was hoping I wouldn't see you again." Xeno grinned.

"Yeah right, you were worried brother." Xion remarks.

"What are these?" Sai asked, looking at Jaden's hands.

"Meet Orion." Jaden told them.

"And let me guess, his power gives you invisibility?" Kikyo asked.

"Guess so." Jaden grinned.

"That Kaiju and Bakugan trap became my master." Reiko proclaimed.

"There's two things you need to know about Kaiju and Bakugan Traps, one they choose who they align with." Jaden said. "And second." Jaden stated before his reverted back to his dragon form only it was now encased in holy armor that was similar to that of a knight and a samurai with a gauntlet on his dominant arm that could become a bow

"Woah!" Davis stuttered.

"Ok, maybe he's not so lame after all." Xeno said in surprise.

"How?" Xion asked.

"There's a lot about him that you have yet to see." Kikyo grinned.

"Ok, did he just turn into a dragon?" Yolei said, her mouth agape.

"So cool!" Xia cheered.

"I never thought I would see this." Izzy said.

"Now you'll see what he can do." Alice grinned and so did Kagome.

"Alright, bring it on." Jaden smiled

Behind him, Orion roared, ready to engage in battle before he aimed his right arms and began charging up energy before shooting a blast of energy at Savage Beast which he avoided by jumping into the air

Jaden however spread his wings and quickly flew into the air and flexed his claws to engaged in battle with Savage Beast while he tried his best to deflect the blows before Jaden used his tail to slam him into the pavement of the ground.

Savage Beast slowly began to stood up and glared at Jaden who was still in the air

"Ahhh!" Savage Beast roared as he unleashed an energy slash at Jaden.

Jaden evaded the slash and flew at Savage Beast attempting to attack, but Zeltax intercepted it and blocked the strike before pushing Jaden back a few feet. "Your fight is with me, we have unfinished business." Zeltrax said, pointing his sword at Jaden.

"Hey beasty, want to play?" Xeno said, stepping up making a hand gesture for him to come at him.

Savage Beast growled and rushed at Xeno with fast speed, Xeno's eyes widened as he barely evaded the Kaiju's bladed claws it cutting strains of his hair off as he dodged rolled to the side before quickly getting to his feet before making a break for it with Savage Beast giving chase.

"Xeno!" Xion called out to her brother, as she was fighting off the Tyranodrones, she kicked one the gut and pivoted on her foot and swept another off its feet, another tried to attack her from behind but a clawed hand penetrated it's back, Xion turned to see Sai pulling his hand out it's body which fell to the ground lifeless.

Sai gave her a firm nod, the two were now back to back as more Tyranodrones appeared. "These guys are cockroaches, no matter how many squish they keep coming back." Sai frowned.

"Then we'll just have to exterminate them." Xion told him.

Davis, Kari and Kikyo were dealing with Reiko who deflected Kikyo's arrows and tried to attack but her sword was stopped by a barrier that Kari created. The human woman gritted her teeth, before leaning back dodging a punch Davis threw, she grabbed his wrist shocking him before she threw him to the side hitting the ground rolling on his side.

"Damn." Davis grumbled as he got to his feet.

"We aren't scared of your teacher nor his little pet." Reiko stated.

"Yeah? Well you have never been in detention with him." Davis remarked.

"Go help you friend, I got this." Kikyo told the two.

"You sure?" Kari asked.

"Yeah, I could handle the bitch." Kikyo smirked

The two nodded, before they ran off to help Xeno, leaving Kikyo who glared at Reiko who had a smug smile. "You and Jaden couldn't even defeat Savage Beast, and I'm more powerful than him."

"You know there's something I've learned during my time with Jaden's family, power doesn't mean everything." Kikyo said in a serious tone.

"Shouldn't we go help?" Catherine asked, didn't exactly want to fight, but she didn't want to see her friends get hurt.

"Yeah, let's give them some back up." Tai said, tired of staying on the side, he couldn't leave his sister and friends to fight their enemies.

"don't, they have this." Alice told them, they needed to believe in their friends.

Xeno evaded several energy slashes as he ran away from Savage Beast, who was starting to catch up. "Damn, this guy is persistent." he ducked behind a tree which Savage Beast cut down with little effort. The scarred-face boy looked at the tree as it smashed into the ground with a huge thud.

Savage Beast glared at Xeno, his blade claws shining, Xeno glared at the monster starting to feel annoyed. At that moment Impmon was watching the various fights from the top of a tower in the middle of the area, he didn't even bother to help any of them feeling like he shouldn't even bother helping out the humans let alone the dragon.

'Hmph, this is fun to watch, I don't know who to root for.' Impmon grinned, he didn't care who won or lost, this wasn't his fight.

Xeno scoffed as he pulled out his guns, which only made Savage Beast scoff as well. "You things, your human weapons can stop me?" Savage Beast said see this as a joke.

Xeno just grinned as his hand channeled electricity into the guns. "Just add Strike Thunder." Xeno said as he fired several bullets at Savage Beast who attempted to cut the bullets in chunks however to both of them, the bullets exploded upon impact which sent Savage Beast flying back several feet as Xeno covered his face before seeing smoke where Savage Beast once was.

"Well, I didn't see that coming." Xeno said still surprised, but his guns started cracking and popping like firecrackers forcing him to drop them onto the ground, he was horrified to see them too seem broken and slightly melted. "Oh no!" Xeno said falling to his knees, the electricity he channeled into them must have been too much.

Impmon looked at Xeno actually interested in what had happened, he then looked to see Davis and Kari arriving on the scene.

"Jameser!" Davis shouted as both he and Kari arrived to see him on his knees. "Are you ok?"

Kari looked at the ground and saw that his guns were not only broken but slightly melted. "Your dad's guns." Kari muttered.

"Damn it! These were passed down from my father's side of the family and now I broke them!" Xeno shouted and punched the ground.

"I really don't understand humans and their emotional attachments." Savage Beast snarled "After all we're all going to die one day."

The three saw Savage Beast who was back on his feet, looking alright as if nothing had happened.

"Even after that explosion he's not down." Xeno gritted his teeth, he sacrificed his father's guns for literally nothing.

Savage Beast then stalked towards Xeno slowly like a predator about to finish up his prey before all of a sudden, he felt an excruciating pain forcing him to his knee "What's happening?" Savage Beast growled in fury

The three kids looked at each other before looking back at Savage Beast. Impmon looked down but he saw what was happening. "Heh, those bullets did more damage than he thought, how shocking." Impmon grinned.

At the moment the battle between Jaden and Zeltrax has been intensifying with blades and claws clashing with each other. Each attack was calculated and flawless with the two of them breaking apart.

"Give it up, Zeltrax." Jaden told his enemy.

"Never!" Zeltrax said before going on the attack, and he swung his sword as Jaden dodge deflected and counter it, before Zeltrax kicked him in the chest making Jaden stumble backwards. "Is that all you got, Supreme King?"

"Not yet." Jaden said

Kikyo fired a few arrows at Reiko who deflected them, before she charged forward Kikyo quickly reached into her kimono and pulled out a dagger and blocked Reiko's strike with a flick of her wrist she forced the the sword out of Reiko's hand sending flying into the air shocking the woman as Kikyo quickly slashed her dagger across Reiko's chest.

"Ahh!" Reiko screamed as she leaped back holding her chest which was now bleeding, her sword stabbed into the ground on the side of them showing the two combatants in its reflection.

"Ahh…ahhh…ahhh." Kikyo breathed heavily, pointing her dagger at Reiko.

"This isn't over, I'll see you again Kikyo." Reiko said before she vanished in a flash of green light along with her sword.

"And I'll be waiting." Kikyo said.

Sai clawed a Tyrannodrones head off before grabbing two more and throwing them into trees, two Tyrannodrones rushed at him from behind, before Xion ran toward Sai and called out. "Sai, give me a boost!" Xion shouted.

Sai grinned, lowering his body, cuffing his hands together as Xion jumped, planing on foot in his hand, before Sai pulled up and tossed Xion into the air. Tucking her arms in and she did a flip and spun a few times before stopping and spending her legs out landing on the two Tyrannodrones smashing both their heads into the ground tucking and rolling then getting to her feet.

Xion's hair covered half her face for a second before she whipped it around and fixed it. "That wasn't so tough." Xion commented.

"Heh, not bad, I guess all that ballet and gymnastics paid off." Sai said jogging up to her.

"Hmph." Xion simply smiled.

Kikyo looked at the two from where she was and she had to admit she was impressed with their teamwork and Xion's acrobatics.

Davis, Kari and Xeno just looked at Savage Beast who was still on his knee. "I think whatever you did to him, must have hurt more than we think." Davis stated.

"Heh, good then it should be easy to take him out." Xeno said, wanting to get payback for his father's guns.

"He's already down, there's no point in continuing." Davis said, seeing that there was no further reason to fight.

"Are you serious?" Xeno questioned.

Savage Beast just glared at the group of children "You think that it'll be easy just because of this? How naive ever heard of the expression 'Never corner an animal?" Savage Beast glared as he held out his arm and a black crystal appeared in his hand

Jaden and Zeltrax continued to fight, the cyborg knocked the dragon to the ground before trying to slash at Jaden only for him to block and push the cyborg away quickly getting back onto his feet as Zeltax charged at him.

Jaden ducked underneath the attack, before pivoting on his foot and delivered a kick to his foe's chest followed by a second one which sent Zeltrax flying into a stone wall.

Zeltrax struggled to get up as Jaden stood several feet away. "Do it! I dare you!" Zeltrax taunted.

Jaden glared he wanted to end Zeltrax right then and there but. "No, tell this to Chaos Breaker, no matter what he does. I'll stop him." Jaden said.

Zeltrax growled before standing up and jumped into the air vanishing in a flash of green light.

Jaden just growled as he returned to his human form. 'I hope me spareing him doesn't come back to bite me.' Jaden thought.

"Ahh…" Kari muttered, getting a bad from not just her but so were Davis and Xeno. "I feel a dark energy coming from that."

Impmon stood up and felt a dark power coming from the black crystal. 'That power… now this is getting really interesting.' Impmon thought.

"What they hell is that Savage Beast?" Xeno demanded.

"You'll see, next time I'll kill you all." Savage Beast said before he vanished in a green light.

"Ok, now that wasn't ominous." Davis sarcastically said. "What do you think that was?"

"Who cares." Xeno stated before falling to his knee.

"I'm just happy we made out." Kari sighed in relief.

Jaden after surveying the area flew to the ground and contacted Kagome "Kagome, they've retreated, we're all fine…for now." Jaden said as he glanced at the area where Impmon was hiding in before turning to face the children

"Xeni." Xion called out as she and Sai had arrived. "I'm happy that all of you are ok."

"It wasn't a chore." Davis grinned.

"Speak for yourself." Xeno said as he picked up his father's guns. "Damn…"

"What the hell happened to them?" Sai asked, looking at guns.

"I used my powers with them, but they weren't able to handle it." Xeno frowned.

"That sucks." Xion said she didn't like seeing their dad's guns in that state at all.

The kids turned to see Jaden landing before them with Kikyo walking up to him. "I'm glad you all made it out alright." Kikyo smiled. "And I think your teacher!" Kikyo elbowed Jaden in the ribs making him grunt. "Has something to say to you."

Jaden glanced at all of them before glancing at Kikyo, his face saying 'Do i have to?'

Kikyo's look was that of a scolding mother. "Don't be a baby, if you're an adult then act like one and say it." Kikyo frowned, she couldn't believe how he was acting and she wondered who the child was.

Jaden sighed and glanced at the children again "Thank you for saving me." Jaden said

"And." Kikyo added in.

"And what?" Jaden snarled

"Apologize." Kikyo glared at him, pointing at Davis and Kari.

Jaden just spread his wings "Oh hell no." Jaden shouted as he took off and flew back to his house

"And we're the children here?" Xion asked, not believing that Jaden wasn't big enough to even apologize. "I never thought an adult could be that petty."

"Eh, let the old man go, his apology isn't worth much." Xeno remarked.

"I can take a beating that's fine, but I want him to apologize to Kari." Davis said he didn't care that Jaden punched him in the face but he didn't like that Jaden just snapped at Kari.

Kikyo glanced at the boy "That won't be happening for a while." Kikyo scoffed

"So it's ok for him to scream it off? Wow, and he's supposed to be wiser than us." Sai remarked.

"You've seen his video diary right?" Kikyo asked "Tell me, have you seen any of his allies resurrect themselves?"

"No." Kari shook her head.

"Exactly." Kikyo said as she began to walk home. "Unless you do, you'll never understand any of us."

Davis just frowned as Kari held his hand getting his attention as she smiled at him. "It's ok Davis, I'm sure he has his reasons." Kari said.

Davis calmed down and nodded. "Let's go home everyone." with nothing more to say, the group of five left for home.

Alice just shook her head. 'How could those two be so petty.' she knew what this was about, all she saw was grown man and woman blaming of kids for something that is literally the law of their universe, she knew digimon could be resurrect unless they were absorbed by another or killed in the real world however Jaden failed to see the human said they people couldn't back once a human dies is for good so that's a true downside to this universe.

"What were they?" Joe tried to ask.

"Don't bother, it's just thoughts of a petty fool still too wrapped up in his own grief." Kagome told him.

"But why would he punch Davis in the face and yell at Kari?" Tai asked.

"You human, really don't under-" Dharak didn't finish as Alice smacked him away. "You crazzzzzzyyyy bitttccchhhhh." Dharak yelled as he flew into the distance

"All of you go home, you and your friends have done enough for us and we can't thank you all enough." Kagome told them.

"Before you go, I think some of you might need to take something with you." Alice said, looking towards the rock with remaining bakugan traps. "Matt, Joe, Jun I believe you three should take three of them."

"You sure?" Joe asked.

"Yes, if you all are going to fight against Chaos Breaker's forces, you'll need extra power." Alice told them.

"What about me?" Xia pouted.

"I don't think Xion or Xeno would want you involved." Sora told Xia.

"Ow man! Cody's the same age as me and he can be a part of this!" Xia stomped her foot.

"I'm sorry kid, considering what you brother and sister just went through and the fact that your mom knows of some things, I think it's best you don't get involved." Kagome said.

"Cool, I get my own kaiju." Jun grinned.

Matt, Joe and Jun woke up to the stone looking at the various Bakugan Traps, they each picked one, Matt getting Blue, Joe getting blue as well and Jun getting brown. suddenly they all glowed in the colors of the selective bakugan traps but in their minds they saw various creatures.

In Matt's mind, he saw a white wolf covered in lightweight bladed armor

In Joe's mind, he saw a cycloptic-like creature completely composed of ice

In Jun's mind, she saw a red fox covered in lightweight bladed armor

All three gasped, and Joe was the first to speak. "That wasn't the weirdest thing I've experienced, but it's definitely up there." Joe said.

"What did I just see?" Jun asked in surprise, she had never experienced anything like that. "Was that a fox?"

"Pretty cool right Matt?" Tai asked his best friend.

"It was something Tai, I'll tell you that." Matt answered.

Kagome nodded. "Good, like with the others your Bakugan Trap and Kaiju give you special powers which will definitely come in handy when battling Chaos Breaker and dealing with the problems in the digital world."

"Heh, nice." Jun smirked, wondering what her powers were.

"You'll find out in time, but you all should get home, your families are probably worried about you." Alice suggested.

The gang nodded and left the lab, leaving only Alice and Kagome. The older woman sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose.

"Sometimes, I wonder why I love that man?" Alice asked herself.

"I just can't believe how horrible he was." Kagome stated, she couldn't believe how bad Jaden was before she met him. "I mean, he turned on you and his friends and family even nearly killed his sister, just because he was dying?"

"Yeah, he's done so many stupid and selfish things… but can't do anything about it." Alice just shrugged. "What I hate is the fact that he punched a 12 year old kid just because he stood for his girlfriend, and even blamed her. I swear he says he's an adult but he acts more like a child than those kids."

Kagome nodded, she kicked Xeno in the leg because he was being stupid. But Jaden punched Davis just because of him defending Kari, and he didn't even bother to apologize to them. And he wonders why she didn't see him as a father figure if he wasn't big enough to even apologize to them.

At that point the two females heard Jaden stormed the front door

"Well, he's here early." Kagome snarked

"Just like a child having a temper tantrum." Alice scoffed.

"You're going to give him a piece of your mind?" Nikko asked them.

"No, I'd rather avoid him." Kagome said as she left the lab "I'll do it tomorrow."

"He's not making it any easier for her." Hydranoid asked Alice.

"Why do you think his relationship with his biological children is so bad?" Alice questioned her partner. "Aside from Hikari, Yami, Valice and Eito don't even bother to even talk to him that much, that's why he's practically fixated on Kagome, hoping he can build with her what he doesn't bother to fix with them."

"You really had to flick me away?" Dharak growled as he floated up to her.

"You have a big mouth like my husband and I don't like it." Was all Alice said as she left the lab as well.

Jaden sat on the couch and sighed after this stressful day, he then saw Kagome walking by.

"Kago-."

"I don't want to hear anything from you, selfish asshole." Kagome said as she walked.

Jaden frowned "Did you want to scold me later today." he asked

"After seeing and hearing what you've done, I don't have any more words for you today, have Keith or Alice bring my food up to my room later." Kagome told him before leaving.

Jaden just sighed, he should have seen this coming.. "Still don't understand, right?" Alice asked as she sat down next to him. "She saw you run away instead of apologizing, not really a good fatherly example right?"

Jaden just glared at Alice "are you going to scold me instead?" he asked

"I'm not your mother, I'm merely your wife who's job is to remind you how stupid and childish you are." Alice said with a straight face.

Jaden glared at Alice. "I only told the truth about their world." Jaden snarled

"No, you only told your point of view about this world, and how much you hate how this world defies what you think should happen." Alice turned to him and scowled. "How childish are you to blame children for how the universe works, they didn't ask for their universe to work like this and blaming them won't do anything."

Jaden's eyes changed color indicating that his dragon personality was now in control. "That's not what you thought when you thought that your parents were dead along with your brother." Dragon Jaden sneered

"Heh, you're really turning this on me?" Alice chuckled as if she heard a bad joke. "I grew up thinking my family had died, but during that time I came to terms with it. You on the other hand had two loving parents a sister and many friends and you tossed all that way just because you were dying, as much as I wanted to save my parents and my brother I didn't blame the universe for what happened, I've grown from those loses and things but you remain the same and you think Kagome will ever consider you a father figure then you better adopt a kid that doesn't know you, cause unless you stop this stupid petty bullcrap she'll never accept you." Alice said her piece before she left. "You sleep on the couch tonight for glaring at me, Dragon-Boy!" Alice called out.

Dragon Jaden glared at Alice before grabbing her by the hand and pulling her towards him

"What are you doing? Let go of me." Alice yelled

Dragon Jaden grabbed her by the chin, forcing her to look at his face "You know, you're quite a delicious woman aren't you, that brave act that you put up for everyone, when in reality you're nothing but a timid little girl." Dragon Jaden sneered

Alice just rolled her eyes. "Are you done? Your emotional strategy is just as stale as both your personalities." Alice said in a bored tone.

"True, but i still remember the look of horror on your cousins face." Dragon Jaden stated

"Fuck you to hell, now let go of me so I can get dinner ready." Alice said not even scared of this personality.

"Now why should i do that, it's been years since I force my way out and i' starved, if you get what i mean. And Kagome has ripened, in fact i could tell she's still pure." Dragon Jaden said

"She said drop her now." Kikyo walked in with her bow and arrow ready. "Let her go, or you'll get it in the arm."

Dragon Jaden rolled his eyes as he reluctantly let Alice go before turning to Kikyo "Well, i've seen that you still the same stoic woman since the feudal era." Dragon Jaden commented

Kikyo's response was firing an arrow at him only for it to miss his head by an inch and embedded itself in the wall. "Remember what I told you, I won't hesitate to kill you if you stab me in the back regardless of if Jaden is a part of you, and that still applies to here." Kikyo said, reading another arrow. "Now beat it, and let that idiot back out."

"You heard her, go." Alice said with a glare.

"Fine, whatever but deliver my message to little miko if you would." Dragon Jaden smirked before reverting back to Jaden

"I'm this close to killing you if you don't get that dragon side of yours under control." Alice frowned, before leaving.

"Serious? Are you so angry at them for hating you that you allowed the dragon personality to come forth?" Kikyo asked, but sighed. "I normally side with you on most things, but blaming those kids for the universe is not exactly something I can defend you against and yelling at Kari and punching Davis wasn't right either, if that was someone yelling at Alice or punching Kagome or your kids how would you act?" She understood his anger that this universe defies what they know, however the kids nor the digimon had any real control over how the universe works, hell even Fabia who would side with Jaden on some things would know better than blame people in the universe for how things worked.

"What do you want from me?" Jaden demanded

"Be a man, and a father figure and work up the guts to apologize to that young girl and boy, swallow what little pride you have left and act your age." Kikyo simply said before leaving the room.

Jaden just breathed hard and sighed "God Dammit all to hell, why does everything always have to happen to me." Jaden muttered softly before he began to cry about the unfairness of life that his family and ancestors have been dealt with.

it was the next day, Kagome, Alice, Kikyo and Jaden were eating at the table, Keith left for his job early and so did Fabia. Breakfast was quite to say the least, none of the girls said anything and Jaden decided to say something.

"You want to talk about yesterday?" Jaden asked Kagome.

"Depends, are you going to yell at me or slug me in the face?" Kagome asked, not even looking at Jaden.

"Or switch personalities, and then jump her?" Alice said with a glare.

Jaden just glared back. "You let the dragon personality take over, wow, that's nice." Kagome said in a mocking tone.

"First, what do you want to talk to me about?" Jaden said

"Why are you so stupid?" Kagome asked, before her expression turned to disappointment.. "Why did you turn on your friends and family, and nearly kill your sister?"

"Grr, I have no excuse for what I did. I was simply in a bad place, I was so caught up in revenge that I didn't care about who or what got in my way, not even Mana." Jaden answered.

"And it didn't go very well for him in the end." Alice spoke up.

Kagome just shook her head. "What I don't understand is why? Just because you were dying that you betrayed everything you cared about? I mean, if it was power it would be more believable but just because you were dying and you wanted to bring Prime Apocalypse out of hiding?" Kagome said.

"The most pathetic excuse for a man I've ever heard." Nikko started.

Jaden glared at Nikko. "Grr." Jaden just growled.

"Is that all you have to say to me, Kagome" Jaden asked

"No, I want to curse every single word in the dictionary at you, but I can't change the past. My opinion on you has fallen, and I hate the fact that you can't be man or dragon enough to apologize. All I see right now is a sad man who can't be my father figure if he can't put aside his petty pride and past." Kagome said before she stood up. "Thanks for the breakfast Alice, I'll see you later." she said before leaving for her room.

"Well that went well." Dharak said sarcastically.

"Satisfied with that?" Kikyo asked as she continued to eat her breakfast.

Jaden glared at them before standing up and leaving for his and his wife's room

"You know, he's only like this because of the past." Alice said. "All those memories are only like that, memories, if he thinks that he's the only supreme ruler with bad memories of the past then he's wrong."

"What about you? Or Fabia, how do you two deal with it?" Kikyo simply asked.

"Me and Fabia have let go of the past, we aren't Valice or Stella, we don't let those memories define who we are right now. Jaden's problem is that he's too stuck in the past, he wants Kagome to be close to him but she'll never be if doesn't let go of the past and actually attempt to change for the better. The fact that he punched a kid and won't apologize proves he has a long way to go." Alice explained, but then sighed. "Jaden has lost so many ties to not just his friends but his family too, his own kids with exception of Hikari don't even want to be around him or even be involved with anything related to the Supreme King."

"I see." Kikyo said.

(Digital World)

At the time, in the darkest depths of the Digital World, a phenomenon was about to occur due to Chaos Breakers experiments.

"Master, it appears something is happening?" a female voice announced from behind.

The digimon emperor was looking at two screens, one which showed the news about the Kaiju in the human world while the other was showing him the strange phenomenon that has taken place.

"Hmm, interesting, this only happened not long after those Kaiju appeared." the Digimon Emperor said as he type onto the computer. "This is interesting, I want you to check it out."

"As you wish, master." it said before leaving the room swaying her tail. 'Hehehehe, so it's almost time for him to show up. I wonder how they will handle the Black Dragon Emperor.'

Wormmon looked at his master and spoke up. "Is there something I can do master?"

"Make yourself useful and go deal with some of the resistance." the emperor said as he pointed his dark digivice at Wormmon who began to digivolve.

"Wormmon, Digivolve to… Stingmon!"

"Don't fail me Stingmon." the Digimon Emperor told him.

"I don't plan to master." Stingmon bowed, before he flew out the door.
