Pmurt Nedib is dead. We survived the Infinityverse. But our troubles are far from over. Yappa Yappa has returned along with the likes of Don Thousand and Roget. What will happen as our foes end up causing trouble across many universes? Is this how an age of tyranny and misery truly begins? Hope is still alive but for how much longer will it be?

Chapter 15: Setting A Trap

Date: January 12th, 2024

Soon, some of the villains target those of us on the building I'm standing on. Baby laughs: "All of you are done for! Without those pesky Saiyans to protect you, you stand no chance against me!" This begins a relentless assault on all of us that we didn't exactly see coming. We keep getting pushed back from building to building, barely able to fight back against our foes. "Damn it! This time, we underestimated them! Not the other way around!" As I say this, the building I'm now on begins to be turned to dust by Shigaraki's quirk. Myself and the others got off of it in time but we're quickly running out of buildings to jump onto safely. The sheer destruction that's happening is causing the complete destruction of the entire city of Tokyo. Nothing is safe in the high stakes and incredibly intense raging battle. Some of us have to carry L and the others with us in order to get them from building to building. Not even the Egyptian Gods are able to stand up very well to the villains. Hearts grits his teeth: "Our foes are much tougher than I expected. Even I'm not able to enjoy this fight anymore." Tsunade shouts: "Don't give up! We have to win!" Time passes and the battle just keeps getting worse. Despite my best efforts, I'm not able to do any lasting damage to any of our foes that couldn't be easily dismissed. Things are getting worse every second. Eventually, I reach a point where I shout: "We can't do this without more help! And I can't do any damage! I'm willing to travel the multiverse to find help for us or even break through to the afterlife realms to try to get comrades back!" Fu adjusts his glasses as he blocks an attack by Baby: "Interesting idea. I have considered doing the same thing. It would be an interesting experiment to send out anyone who is not able to have much of an impact in this battle out to gather more reinforcements."

Not long later, it is somehow decided despite the fierceness of battle that some of us should leave the universe to find more help. I end up being one of those. And thus, I try to reach the Mii World afterlife. It takes everything I have as well as nearly all of my Quantum Leap band's power to get there. I retrieved my band once Eggman began his failed attack on all of us back at that tower. Panting heavily while struggling to keep my undead body stable after all of that, I stand before the entrance to Mii World's afterlife. A mystical guardian stands in front of the entrance. They say: "You. How did you die?" "I died months ago. I'm not here to rest peacefully for eternity. I'm going to get straight to the point. I'm undead. I'm Swiftdrawer. And I'm here to get my fallen friends and comrades back." "One moment, please." The guardian goes inside the afterlife realm for some reason. Abstractoa then appears next to me: "I see you made it here in one piece. That was very close. You wouldn't have made it here if it weren't for the rippling effects of every single recent battle and dimensional incident. They opened a small hole into the afterlife realms above Mii World. It was one of many small openings made. You were able to try to get here at the right time. Any longer and your body and soul would have been shredded." "What?! I got lucky? I mean, I already knew it's very difficult to get to most afterlife realms without dying but still.." "Do not worry. I am here to aid you as much as needed but this is something you must try to do yourself. It's true gods like me are omnipotent and far more powerful than anyone else. However, gods have a responsibility to allow mortals and others to have autonomy. If a god creates a universe and is intent on controlling and manipulating all who end up living in it, that means they believe themselves to be the only rightful ruler of the people of their universe."

"I feel the same way even as a dead mortal living in their own corpse. I do not know whether the god worshipped in Judaism, Islam, and Christianity has any bearing over my universe or not. The interpretations differ. Some people believe you must worship god unless you want to be sent to hell. When I was Catholic, for the last portion of my life where I was Catholic, I was only that way because I was afraid of what would happen if I weren't as well as external pressures from mostly my mom. That's not any way to live. To worship a god out of fear? That's just wrong. Why should a god be allowed to impose their will on everyone? Wouldn't it be more interesting if they let living creatures think and act independently anyway?" The mystical guardian comes back: "I cannot permit you to enter, Swiftdrawer. You do not belong here." "So what?! My friends and comrades die unnaturally due to Kira's Death Note and yet you won't allow me to come in to get them back? Not even let me prove myself in a series of tests?" "Those are the rules." "Your rules are crap and too strict. Listen to me, I am a knight. I have saved so many lives alongside my dear friends and comrades. You will let me in. After all, I won't leave until I can get in and bring the souls of my fallen friends and comrades with me." "Very well. I'll allow you to pass on one condition. You will face the same trials those from Mii World who perish do when they die. You will be judged through these trials. Your trials will be dependent on your class. As you are a knight, you will face more difficult challenges than you would otherwise. If you are unworthy, you will be cast into the void. Abstractoa has come to help you but still, their influence is not applicable here. Nor is Mii World's Guardian's. Guardian deals with the world itself, not its afterlife." "I accept your terms. What do I have to do?" And so, a long series of painful trials soon begin. I had to do the following: beat an incarnation of evil, endure excruciating circumstances within a time limit, and other things I can't recall at the moment.

When it was all over, the guardian shakes their head: "You are not worthy. This was a trick. You were not born of Mii World. That alone made you unworthy. Now, begone." That's when some familiar faces rush out of the realm and stand in between me and the guardian. Mel shouts: "Not so fast!" "You dare defy me when I've already deemed you worthy of dwelling in this afterlife?" She nods: "Swiftdrawer is our friend and we never abandon our friends. If we were in the same situation, Swiftdrawer would do the same for us." "Fools. I should have cast you into the void too." Madison speaks: "I knew something was off about this guardian. It's been some time since my first death but I still remember feeling uneasy meeting you for the first time, Mii Afterlife Gate Guardian!" "Hmph. I'm the one who decides who gets in and who doesn't. You can't stop me." Abstractoa says to me: "Swiftdrawer. As my student in the ways of the Artist's Eye, I want you to pay close attention to my words. I'm going to teach you how to advance your skills in information gathering with the Artist's Eye. *explains* Through these steps, you will be able to read even the ambitions of this guardian for yourself. It will take a lot out of you even though all beings quickly replenish their energy outside of the mortal realms but not inside of the actual afterlifes no matter any and all factors." "I see. So this space that exists between the afterlife of Mii World and the universe Mii World is in is a place where energy regeneration is incredibly high. Thank you for your guidance. I will use what you taught me now. It may be true that I won't be able to do this again for a while but still, I have no choice but to do it right now." And so, I activate my Artist's Eye to peer into the guardian's thoughts and whatnot. I discover a hidden lust for power.

"It's clear to me now. You want to have power so you make up rules to be an arbiter of who gets in and who doesn't. By doing so, you would be able to influence the social makeup of the afterlife. Anyone who would get in would not only favor you but also be in your eyes well deserving of entering the afterlife. But what you don't get is that that would happen still if your judgements were more fair. Actually, I see further into you now. You made up the judgement trials too. They weren't needed, the magic of the afterlife would determine if someone got in or not so you disrupted it to create your judgment trials. All because you were greedy and a little lonely it seems. You should have reached out to some of those who entered many ages ago. But you didn't and here we are." "How dare you peer into me! I will destroy you! Forget sending you to the void!" More familiar faces run out of the afterlife to stand firm against the greedy guardian who is shocked at this: "What? More of you want to defy me? This is completely foolish. Very well, I'll destroy you all!" Herbsalvin speaks: "You know why battles rarely ever happen outside of the mortal realms? Inside the afterlifes, an individual soul has the same energy level of a god. If conflict were to break out, it would put not just the realm at risk but others as well. Even worse if a battle occurs out here. Outside of an afterlife." "I know that but I will still destroy you all. After all, you don't stand a chance against me."

I speak: "Oh, is that right? Then we'll just have to prove you wrong and bring you down in the process!" A fight with the guardian begins. It was so fast paced that I can't even begin to describe how it went exactly. It's like the whole battle is a blur to me now. But when it was over, the guardian was on the ground, defeated: "Unthinkable.. I have been defeated.. You.. All of you.. How did you even do this? This shouldn't even be possible.." Madison cracks her knuckles: "Let me put it in a way that even you will understand. We have more experience fighting than you do." "That can't be true!" I add: "It is. You have had more experience than any single one of us but together, our experiences combined far exceed your own. That's why you lost. And now that you have, things are going to change around here." Abstractoa speaks: "Mii World's afterlife will now be under my protection. I will leave a clone of myself behind to fill the role of Gate Guardian. That's how it will be for now. Until the greatest fighters of Mii World reach god level, that will be the arrangement. And with this afterlife under my protection, I will let all of you decide what to do with our foe. I support the autonomy of mortals completely." We spend some time discussing before we decide on what to do. Mel speaks our decision: "We will give a mortal body to the guardian and attempt to teach them a better way of existing." The guardian shouts: "No! Anything but that!" She replies: "With your role stripped from you, you no longer have any reason to exist." "NO! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE RIGHT?!" I say: "With that settled, how exactly are we going to get all of your souls back to your bodies in Mii World? We need to open a way between this realm and Mii World. That's all I know." Madeline steps forward: "Yes, that's what we need to do. But there's more. To bring our souls back from this side instead of the other side, it will require us all to reach a state of true calm in our minds as well. The portal creation must be done specifically at one specific location. It will take some time."

I ask: "What can I do to help?" "Evil spirits from the void and other places will attempt to use the portal to wreak havoc. We need you to help hold them off for us." "I can do that. Well, I'll try to at least." It turns out it would end be more difficult than described. Thats because it required the retrieval of various materials including "blood of noble warriors". What is with warriors and their blood being so important anyway? Anyway, that took a while. But once all the materials were gathered, we all head towards the center of Mii World's afterlife. Upon arrival, we gather around an open spot that's already having symbols drawn and runes applied onto it. Julia is among those leading such efforts. When that's all finished, all of the collected items are placed down before several chants and spells are called out and applied. The portal opens, attracting all kinds of evil spirits from the afterlifes and even Mii World itself. I am forced to do most of the fighting against them as time is short. The portal won't stay open for long so everyone who needs to go must be able to get through before it closes. Otherwise, we'll have to open it again but with less individuals to help out with that. The last comrade to go through is Herbsalvin. As I keep the evil spirits back, I say: "Herbsalvin, my love. Please tell the others to teleport to the Naruto world afterlife as soon as possible. I will meet all of you there. We'll divide and conquer to get our comrades from there back. There's no other choice at this point." "Of course. I will inform the others as soon as I can." They jump in with some time still left before the portal closes. "That's everyone. I must keep an eye on things to keep the evil spirits from going where they want." After the portal closes, things are settled when it comes to my Miitopian comrades. So with that, I teleport to the Naruto afterlife. It's true it seems like it would have been easier to just have the others teleport there as well from Mii World's. However, the souls of the dead rarely are able to venture very far outside of their afterlifes once they settle in. Reviving them frees them of that.

Once we meet back up, we split up again to go to specific individuals in order to get them to come back. The Naruto afterlife works differently. When someone from the Naruto world dies, they find themselves at a location that contains at least one person they care for deeply who has already passed on but was waiting for them. Sort of a between realm place. It seems that entering the afterlife as a being still inside of their body causes one to be able to pull others back to life. So it's like we're helping open the door back to life. No need for the portal method of resurrection this time. It's easier to get someone to come back who is in one of those between realms obviously. It takes more effort to bring back someone who has already truly passed on. But we do it anyway. After we get everyone we need to come back, we enlist their aid in the next afterlifes and go from there. The plan is to bring back every BRAINS member and show up as one diverse and truly formidable force in Tokyo. Because our foes are too busy with the battle, not even Don Thousand bothers to monitor any afterlife even though it's well within his power too given how powerful he has become. When he was defeated and Barian World and Earth were split back up, his power level wasn't even close to what it is now. That's a terrifying thought and evaluation of his current power level.

As for The Plot and their allies, they aren't going to make a move unless all of this directly threatens their plans and requires them to do something to stop that. Since the whole multiverse isn't completely in mortal danger right now, I doubt they will try anything right now. Once we've gotten to every afterlife and confirmed such through interdimensional communications, we return to our respective universes to prepare ourselves. Now, the date is January 14th. That took a while. Too long, in fact. "Damn it. Why did that have to take so long? What's the status of the others? There's no way the battle is the way it was when I left it with some of the others." That's when I notice some messages on my phone. Through them, I get all of the updates I need to know. The villains crushed them so they were forced to retreat and go into hiding while the Death Note universe and several others were absorbed into OSW's domain as we've simply begun calling it lately. Don Thousand ordered the villains to focus on finding them instead of conquering or destroying any other universes. The villains have worked together but have found no trace of our comrades because they went to universes that the villains would never bother to search in. They're just waiting to hear about the afterlife stuff before any moves are made against the villains. Of all the BRAINS members who have now been resurrected, it ends up Creati who updates the others on how things are otherwise now. I could practically hear the cheers of rejoice from various universes after I found out she sent out the update message. Soon, a plan is established. Using those the villains of after as bait, we'll set up an ambush in Mii World. Why Mii World? Miitopia is the place where BRAINS began.

Each villain has tried to attack Mii World at least once and Yappa Yappa, a traitor to OSW lives with those of us in Mii World now. We'll use the full power of BRAINS(other than the full powers of the members who are gods for obvious reasons) to overwhelm them and send them packing. Hopefully we'll be able to capture or eliminate at least one of them. That would help tremendously. It's true our foes are definitely suspicious of us considering those of us who just left that battle out of the blue. So we came up with a response to that suspicion. A attack on OSW's domain by those of us who left. That's what we're going to do first. So I teleport over there and attack it with the others who have also come. In response, Don Thousand sends Frieza to investigate. He laughs: "So that's why you ran like little cowards last time I saw you! Hahahaha! This attack of yours is so weak! I thought you might have been planning something. And it looks like that this was that something! Too bad for you things won't go exactly as you planned because I won't hesitate to kill all of you!" Pandor replies: "You have fallen for it." There's another trick behind the diversion. "What do you mean I fell for it?!" Some of the others launch a freeze trap secretly designed to fail. Hearts shouts gleefully: "FREEZE. FRIEZA!" Before the trap could get Frieza, it "accidentally" goes off early. Frieza laughs: "Pathetic! And what were you going to accomplish with that?!" Fu adjusts his glasses: "I might as well explain. We were going to use you as a bargaining chip in the future in case we got into another incredibly dire situation like we did before and drain your power while you would remain in captivity." "Is that so?! Is that all you wanted to do?!" I continue: "With you captured, we would be free to try to liberate universes from OSW until your friends found out and went to get us. We would then retreat before any of us could be killed as we don't stand a chance with our numbers and current strength to fight head on right now."

"Hahahaha! Then that just means you'll really have to die for what you're trying to do! Prepare yourselves!" We begin to fight Frieza only to find ourselves completely overpowered and outmatched by him. It's still all going to plan. We even allow ourselves to be supposedly vaporized by him. "This is the end! You can't defeat me! I have far surpassed my old limits! My Golden form is now just another of my weak forms! Hahahaha! Die! Death Beam!" He uses his infamous attack to try to kill/destroy all of us. Some other comrades help us from the shadows in order to really pull off convincing fake deaths for all of us including agonized screams and all of that stuff. When that was done, it was clear the entire OSW would soon buy the diversion as legitimate. And by faking our deaths without revealing the fact all of our comrades are now back, they will now severely underestimate us. Now, the real trap can be set. After all, revealing that our deaths were faked would really draw in all of our enemies wherever we want them to go. Just a "slip" of intel about the plan to fake all of our deaths to OSW after another slip that those in hiding would come out to train and hang with the people of Miitopia and the previously mentioned other lures and we'll be able to get all of them to come to Miitopia. And when they do, we will be ready for them. (Yes, the plan was slightly altered because drawing them in with the fact that a lot of deaths were faked was too good to pass up) So ready in fact that every single move they could possibly make has already been predicted with the counters to each one already recorded in written and typed documents. L, Near, and even Light are proving to be incredibly helpful.

Why is Light helping? He went into hiding with some of our comrades. During that time, he was talked to a lot and now, his rehabilitation has begun. Yappa Yappa's own rehabilitation is still ongoing as well. After we have the entire trap set up, now all we have to do is wait. The idea is to surprise our foes so good that not even Don Thousand will be able to do any real harm to us today. It helps that the gods with us talked to other gods and now, Don Thousand has been sent an ultimate that will arrive to him as soon as we spring our trap. That ultimatum will only work once if at all. It basically says: "Don Thousand, we gods *list of names of the gods* are issuing this warning. If you destroy the entire BRAINS Collective who are under our protection, we will counter what you have done and destroy you ourselves." It may seem kind of poor quality. But the point is to not get him to hold off on destroying all of us. It's to catch him off guard just long enough to spring the trap without any obstacles in the way of doing so. There's no way he will take it seriously. Instead, he will seek to destroy the listed gods eventually. It should ensure he's unable to do anything to respond to our trap before it's too late. We are considering all possibilities for reactions and responses to what we're doing. Security systems and other defenses have been boosted to block any leaks of information or breaches in our bases. We don't need anymore spies spying in us for Don Thousand after all. And with our trap set up, now's a time we REALLY don't want any spies for him around. I go to Greenhorne Village to the location I have chosen to position myself for now. Yappa Yappa joins me there: "Swiftdrawer! Are we going to kill anyone today with this trap?!" "Unfortunately, that's the plan as the villains we face are largely far too gone to be redeemed at this point. It will be better if they all just die."

"Oh, how fun! I can't wait to help out! I'm going to enjoy watching them scream with agony!" "It seems some things about you won't change. As long as you aren't killing needlessly or spending time torturing our enemies before killing them.. I can accept your bloodlust. Just don't go overboard, okay?" "Don't worry! That won't be an issue! I can contain myself! And I've come to enjoy playing tricks and pulling pranks!" "Okay then. We're going to teleport to our foes when the time is right with the others. Things will unfold from there and happen too quickly for any of them to be able to respond. That even applies to Don Thousand. Everything is ready. We have intel that they'll be here soon. After all, it looks like Don Thousand still has them searching for those of us who went in hiding. He's under the impression they're all that's left of BRAINS now. And with the whole faked deaths thing about to be leaked, that will anger him and his subordinates. It's a great plan. We made it together as a collective. It's not the most honorable way to do things but stopping malevolent forces is more important than honor. I value my honor but I'm willing to use less honorable means when needed as long as innocent people don't get hurt through those means. This is the only way we can really stop the current surge of OSW activity that began with Light killing you and most of our comrades off with the Ultimate Death Note." "I'm going to enjoy this! The screams! The screams!" "Let your excitement fuel you, my friend." When some of the villagers see us, I speak to them: "Don't worry. We're just here for now until we pull a trick on our enemies who have sought to take this universe time and time again. We'll protect you if it comes to needing to do so."

One of them replies: "I see. Thank you for everything you do, brave knight!" They move along. Yappa Yappa says: "Awww! They didn't acknowledge me!" "That's because we've been keeping you under wraps for now. Your rehabilitation is not yet complete but you are doing so much better than you were." We wait and we wait. Through a small holographic video screen, we watch things unfold at the specific sight where those of us who went into hiding are now. The Travelers' Hub which now has an open area for training and other things. Our comrades that went there are just interacting with the people as well as giving pointers on training as part of an event advertised as "professional heroes who have just emerged from hiding for 2 days will teach you how to become better at fighting and to grow stronger while you're at it." The perfect bait. And then, our foes appear at the same time. Don Thousand looks around and then looks down to see them: "There they are. Now, I order all of you to kill them. This will be the end of BRAINS after we find the ones who faked their own deaths." Yappa Yappa, myself, and everyone else immediately teleport to that exact area only for many of us to quickly shout in unison as a giant card is teleported in: "We activate Instant Fusion!" The card takes effect instantly. We are all fused together into one being. The fusion doesn't even speak. Instead, they raise their hands and extend their fingers, generating energy blasts in each finger. Those energy blasts move just like bullets at each of our foes. They hit our foes at a speed that's far beyond even light speed. Not even Goku Black was able to react in time. The speed was so great that Don Thousand of all villains wasn't able to even notice the fusion to begin with. Due to being taught a lesson about Artist's Eye earlier, I was able to watch everything happen as if it were happening at a speed most beings could actually comprehend witnessing.

And then, the fusion just keeps unleashing bullet style energy blasts while also generating a sphere field to contain themselves and our foes in for the time being. As a result, the villains just keep getting hit over and over at speeds that should be impossible or unravel the fabric of reality. How is this possible? The gods on our side made weak clones of themselves that were fused with every single member of BRAINS besides themselves. That includes the robots and AI as well. A fusion of truly astronomic power. Until the fusion naturally splits apart due to the stability limit from being such a powerful fusion, they just keep on attacking our foes in the same exactly way. Millions even billions or trillions of times in 1/100th of a second. Seriously mind blowing. Once we find ourselves back, we are all falling to the center of the sphere field which has yet to vanish. All of our foes have been severely weakened and hurt. Baby is even found dead while Goku Black is seen barely crawling onto life. Don Thousand only has enough strength left to open portals for himself and his subordinates. "You will pay for this, BRAINS Collective. You will pay." They enter the portals before we could stop them. After all, the fusion's attacks took quite a bit out of all of us due to the energy required to pull them off. Around us, the sphere field vanishes. This reveals to the people of the Travelers' Hub of our connections. Bray sighs: "We may as well officially reveal the existence of BRAINS to the residents of Mii World. They can now see once and for all that we aren't just allies who fought together to stop fascism in this world. OSW keeps specifically targeting this world." I nod: "If we are going to do that, we need to do so responsibly. That means offering everyone mental fortifications and other things."

We all get back up. Notable residents of the Travelers' Hub come to us. One of them says: "Wait, I thought all of you were just fighting together just in the war to crush fascism here once and for all.." Another adds: "We saw everything. You don't have to hide what's going on anymore from us." Mel steps forward: "We'll tell you but first, we must gather as many residents of this world as possible in one location and coordinate efforts to broadcast what we're about to reveal there worldwide. As well as to Planet Tomapie." I step forward too: "Rest assured, we are going to reveal a long kept secret that will change everything in this world. This world will really become a true hub for it. You may have heard about or even seen the past invasions of this world. We're going to talk about everything related to that too. We'll even release more details about the Infinityverse Incident which we haven't shared yet. With our foes crushed so badly, we will be able to do this safely and reasonably without fear. As time goes on, more individuals from other universes come here seeking long term or permanent asylum or they just want to move here. We are building a better tomorrow every single day in this world. It won't be long until Mii World has its own independent space program at the rate things are going."

The next day, a great building has been constructed over the ocean waters between Miitopia and the Tomodachi Islands. It is not only floating but capable of moving locations at any time much like the Citadel in the Moonlands world. The building is currently in the design of a stadium that seats many thousands. Through technology that's beyond my understanding, the building can transform into just about anything. An entertainment complex, a convention center with hotels and restaurants, a space port, a biodome, a magic school, and more. Its construction required the aid of many individuals of differing expertise from the BRAINS Collective and close allies of it such as the future city of Sector Infinity(the alliance with it was established not long ago). I was asked to help out myself to test out the studiness of the materials and the building itself as well as give design ideas, helping with lifting, and give encouragement to those helping out who were starting to not feel very motivated. Anyone who helped out had the option of receiving a bunch in a currency of their choice. I declined that option. But anyway, we gathered up everyone we could to watch in person as we shared everything. I was asked again to help out with the presentation as one of the speakers and also on the design of the slideshow presentation. They actually help out a lot when we need to convey something important to a lot of individuals. It was a lot. Even back when we gathered a bunch of groups and people to ask for an alliance with them a while back, we never had so many ordinary individuals gathered together with them. (We couldn't call on the aid of our allies from outside of BRAINS after Light did what he did because Don Thousand gave him the info needed to get our allies too so we had to revive them too in the end.) The event went well. We explained every relevant thing and did our best to get everyone to agree to be tight lipped about BRAINS outside of private locations.

It's such a risk getting an entire world's population to learn and bear such a closely guarded secret that's been key to the safety of the multiverse for as long as it has been. I won't write about that whole thing but I will say that we also managed to work on getting the residents of Mii World to bring up things like Infinity if they are almost about to spill about BRAINS in public. We are trusting an entire world's population with a secret. This is going to be very difficult but if we could get them largely on board with joining BRAINS.. We could transform the collective further. We would be open to make Mii World a safe haven inclusive for BRAINS. We'd have many excuses to rapidly advance Mii World technology while being responsible about such technological development by balancing it with better education, breakthroughs in magic, and more. It's already true that quests for adventurers are far less dangerous than they used to be so we definitely have to consider doing something about that too without losing any lives in the process. So many possibilities. But anyway, we also gave out the options available to enhance the minds of individuals. The event ended up being a huge success. It complicates things but we hope that sharing the secret will help further create trust and better collaborations. Planet Tomapie's people all watched the broadcast so they share the secret there now too. If BRAINS goes worldwide in membership in both worlds, we'll make sure joining BRAINS remains non compulsory and interferes with life as little as possible for the residents. The main draws for the residents to join would be skill building and adventures. With the secret out, we can begin putting in more of what is best in both worlds. Anyway, I eat at a restaurant for once in Miitopia after the event ends. Yappa Yappa and some other close friends join me. It's worth mentioning that due to social, scientific, and magical things, we have started to really do something about the spread of disease in Mii World.

Most Miitopians now wear masks for example. Until we eliminate needless suffering from preventable infections, that's how it will be although Mii World doesn't have any active pandemics at the moment though it used to. Back to the restaurant which prides itself on cleanliness, quality, rustic charm, and staying aware about disease. It's called Adventurers Grille. It's a new restaurant that opened a few months ago with influences from other worlds including the decent parts of restaurants on Earth. There's even a stage where bards and other performers perform. Right now, a duet of bards are singing passionately on that stage. Additionally, there's trash cans to synthesize whatever trash is put in them into boring looking cubes. Those cubes can then be turned into other things by other devices such as more plates or cups. The bar meanwhile looks straight out of the Wild West. The tables are a mix of nature and classic Miitopian styles. It goes on. Yappa Yappa jokes: "What do you do when someone tells you to shut up? You kill them! With MISCHIEF!" Even Dominic laughs a little bit. Carlos asks: "Hey, is anyone going to have some alcohol? I want to see what that causes! Hehehehe!" Barla replies: "I think I can speak for all of us when I say.. HELL NO!" Bray nods: "Drinking alcohol isn't necessary. In fact.. I find this intriguing but it's still problematic. *talks about drunkenness and peer pressure*" Dominic yawns: "Don't remind me. I have to agree with you, *points at me* Swiftdrawer on things brought up in another conversation some time ago that it sometimes feels like there's too much of a thing about alcohol going on in some places. I think we can all agree about that honestly. We've all seen or heard about it by now." I add: "It's like if you want to drink alcohol, go ahead. Just be safe and responsible and don't pressure others. It's just that none of us want to drink. Which is funny since of us, Carlos would be the most likely to go drink and come back to the base completely drunk."

"Hey!" "It's true, you silly troublemaker." Madison speaks: "I wonder when we'll be asked what we want. I'm hungry from the conference or whatever you want to call it." Dominic replies: "Someone will come soon. It's a nap causation that it took you to have a class upgrade in order to have much of an appetite for food again, Madison." We all laugh at this. Pirate Blaster then regales us with a tale of his old life hunting treasure with fellow pirates: "And there we were, riding out a wave that rivals the Kamehameha. We were on the verge of being seasick or very well drowning and going down with our fine vessel. But by working together, we rode the wave until it eventually weakened without destroying our ship. Luckily for us, it took us straight to the island we had been looking around for weeks for! Arr! On that island, legend spoke of a legendary monster. We wanted to defeat that monster to test our strength and win some treasure while we were at it." Barla told a story of the days when she was still really young and in combat training. I in turn talked about my experiences being bullied. We kept going until someone finally came over to take our order: "So sorry for the wait." Before they could say anything more, we felt a dangerous power level." I said: "Sorry but we will be right back. *sticks a note on the table* There, no one will take our table now. There seems to be a villain or big monster from another world causing trouble nearby. We'll go take care of them." We ran outside to find GLOB. Dominic yawns: "Damn it." Yappa Yappa grins: "Can I land the killing blow?!" Barla sighs: "That's GLOB. Compared to GLOB, we don't stand a hell of a chance." I nod: "Yeah, we can't stop GLOB alone. At this rate, it won't be long until this world we've fought so hard for gets consumed by the being of chaos. The Land of Ooo could do nothing against GLOB despite their best efforts. Should we call Beerus? Or should we get some others and work together to crush GLOB?"

My Cabala counterpart appears alongside Flower Fairy Iris. They sigh: "Dimensional Infiltration.. Of course.." I just say: "I'm calling Whis who will bring Beerus to us. I just remembered that Beerus hates being called directly. Whoops. *calls Whis* Hi, Whis." "Oh hello, Swiftdrawer! I have to ask: what is the reason for why you are calling me?" "GLOB is here in Mii World. Could you get Beerus to come here and deal with GLOB? Thanks." "One moment. *seconds pass* Lord Beerus says to deal with it yourself, he's busying trying to nap." "Is that so? Well then, tell him we're offering a free feast of Miitopia's finest cuisines." "Very well, I'll do just that. *seconds later* He still says no. And I really must get going. You'll have to handle it on your own. Sorry! Bye now!" He hangs up. Dominic asks in a deadpan voice: "Napping?" "He's trying to." "Okay. Backup plan is underway." And just like that, a bunch of our comrades appear. Goku stretches his muscles: "Let's do this, everyone!" Sinon smirks: "GLOB may be strong but we will still win. With Hecate around, I fear no cosmic monster!" Snarky smirks too: "This is going to be quite the battle! When I got the message, I shouted 'sign me up'!" Llenn speaks: "This monster is clever for sneak attacking when it did. But that's still not clever enough." GLOB speaks: "You will not stop me. I will destroy and consume this world and all who oppose me. I have come to this world with a message before I consume all of you. Don Thousand wants you to enjoy your imminent destruction as punishment for what you've done to him and his subordinates." Dominic shouts: "It's time to try out one of the better sphere fields I have been helping develop! Not a nap causation!" He pulls such a thing out and tosses the cube it's in in the air to have it form around us. I grin: "I helped test this thing out. It withstood all of my attacks. Pretty impressive, I must say." GLOB looks around in puzzlement as it's no longer able to consume anything from the ground.

That's when we begin attacking it. "I'll move a good distance away from y'all so you don't get caught up in my sword attacks! We can do this! We're dealing with an extremely tough enemy but our combined abilities should be enough to win! I won't deal much damage but I'll still try! Haaaaaa! We're all so much more powerful than we were before BRAINS came into each of our lives individually! Let's show GLOB what we're made of!" Sinon quickly identifies tiny weak points and points them out to everyone else. "There's a lot of weak spots! They're very small but they're still there! Be careful and aim precisely! *states where each weak spot is* There's plenty of spots to target! It won't be easy to hit them but we can do more than just successfully hit them." GLOB tries using its powers to corrupt some of us but that fails because of Barla's explosives sending the energy it's sending out right back to sender as well as blinding it. When things clear up, GLOB creates a monster to fight for it. But that monster is quickly reduced to meat paste because so many of us attack it at the same time. GLOB roars and starts trying harder to consume and corrupt each and every one of us. Tsunade shouts: "Don't let it control you! Stay aware of yourself!" "I already have to deal with enough darkness inside myself! Keep your energy away from us, GLOB!" PAMA speaks: "I am immune to the corrupting energy. I can act as a shield and be useful to all of you in that way." Romeo grins: "Let's play a little game, GLOB! Oh nevermind, I'm just going to use my powers to fight and ultimately help defeat you in the end." Yappa Yappa grins even wider: "I'm going to enjoy making you hurt, GLOB! This is the best! Attacking such a tough opponent over and over in hopes of making them scream!" Piccolo transforms into Orange Piccolo: "Don't lower your guards, everyone. GLOB could change what it's doing at any moment and we wouldn't know what it would do next as a result."

Alice shouts: "Piccolo is right! Our enemy is so far predictable but we shall be prepared for anything it tries! There's no other choice!" We just keep attacking with every single thing we have. Carlos suddenly pulls out a bunch of energy accumulators: "Hehehehe! Now you really can't corrupt us, GLOB!" I additionally watch him set up magical traps in case GLOB decides to actually move from where it currently is before going back to attacking with everything he has. This is a team effort. But we aren't making much progress. Tsunade says something about that first: "Damn it! We arent doing any damage! In that case.. I won't hold back any longer. I will use all of my chakra if that's what it takes to stop GLOB!" Barla adds: "Like hell we'll let GLOB beat us! This is the time for real action! We've all held back out of caution but have otherwise given it everything we have. We can't do that anymore!" Goku goes into Perfected Ultra Instinct: "You're right about that! Let's do this! No more holding back!" I shout: "In that case, I'll break every bone and piece of skin I have if that's what it takes to bring GLOB down! I'll risk it all! Haaaaaaa! Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 100! This is beyond my limit but I won't stop here! In preparation for something like this, I drank a long lasting poison in case a threat that pushed me this far appeared today! Take all of this, you damn entity of chaos! GLOB!" With that said, things intensify very quickly. After a few more attacks, I allow my mind to enter my virtual avatar that was in ALO and come to Mii World through it as a DHI. I guard my own actual body as a DHI: "Now I can really do some damage while also being able to shatter my limits even further! My actual body will be unaffected by this! Now then! Enhance Armament! Release Recollection! System Call: Generate Burst Energy! Discharge! Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 150! And with auto hp potion consumption, I'm all good!"

Just like that, things just keep getting more and more intense as the others do the same thing I did to emerge as their respective DHIs in front of their actual bodies. GLOB staggers for a moment: "What is going on? I do not understand." "*unison shouts and cries*" We hold absolutely nothing back. The sphere field begins cracking from the sheer intensity of what's going on. GLOB is beginning to finally sustain heavy damage at last. I shout: "We have now proven ourselves to be strong enough to bring even you down, GLOB! Face the power of our unity as members of BRAINS! We fight for many of the same things! We know what we want to protect and now, you will face us at our best." I finally begin using Artist's Eye to the fullest extent possible against our enemy. GLOB actually looks somewhat shocked at what we're doing against it. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Kirito yells: "Let's do! Release Recollection! And Starburst Stream!" "GO, P CHAN!" The GGO tutorial character states: "It's lights out for this giant dune beetle." Laser Battle 1 adds: "We are all different. Very different. Machines. Animals. Humans. AI. And more. But we share in the desire to win this fight against you, GLOB. Your attempts at corrupting us have only continued to fail. Cease trying if you want to increase your odds of survival against what we have in store for you." GLOB roars again. Eda grins: "We got you right where we want ya! I admit I'm new to the BRAINS thing but I love it because it accepts misfits like me, King, and Luz!" Luz yells: "I'll become a witch! This battle will show my dream to everyone!" "Hehehehe! Miitopian Ninja Death Strike!" "Rasenshuriken!" It just keeps on going. "Exodia, obliterate!" GLOB reacts: "Impossible. I am being destroyed. My existence doesn't make sense to mortals. I do not understand this turn of events."

Finn runs at it and yells while preparing to strike with his Finn sword: "WELL, HOW ABOUT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS!" Lumpy Space Princess yells: "I'll weaken you with my lumps, GLOB! Take this! Take all of my lumps!" Nagato and Dominic silently use some of their most destructive moves on GLOB. And then, in a final move, the Baby Ducks shout: "Raise your hands up y'all! Let's do this!" We do just that, creating a new Hyperduck in the process. Lelouch uses his Geass: "I Lelouch fi Britannia order you GLOB to weaken your defenses!" And then we shout together: "Multiversal Hyperduck Mega Ultra Deluxe Turbo Cybernetic Extreme!" All kinds of attacks are used with the Hyperduck's various controls. Because of that, a barrage of attacks slam into the weakened GLOB. As if that weren't enough, it's like the magic found throughout all of Mii World responds to our fight and lends a hand by unleashing its full wrath on GLOB without damaging the surrounding area. That's also when the remains of the sphere field get vaporized as it had already almost completely fallen apart. GLOB explodes seconds later. The explosion was contained by a forcefield created by Hearts as well as one of his rainbow prism like cubes that shrinks it all down to nothing right after that. Hyperduck vanishes and we find ourselves back on the ground. A lot of high fives and other such things are exchanged. Muscleman takes his shirt off and waves it around above him: "Oh yeah! That was AWESOME!" Dominic sighs: "We need more improvements and tests before we can start widely using the new versions of the sphere fields." Barla states: "Now I'm really hungry! Let's eat!" Myself, her, Dominic, and the others who had to abruptly leave that restaurant return to it after we thank everyone and say goodbye for now as they return to where they all previously were.

Right before the merge into a new Hyperduck, myself and the others who were using our DHI forms returned to our bodies as quickly as possible in time to raise our hands up. I huff and puff: "Damn, I put a lot on this body even though that wasn't for very long." That's what I said once we sat back down at the restaurant. The waiter from before sees us come in. They come over to us. I speak: "Sorry that took a while. We had to deal with the dimension traveling entity of chaos GLOB. It's okay now. Mii World is safe. Just another day in the BRAINS Collective for us. Anyway, that's done and over with for now." The waiter is speechless and has to take a couple minutes to recover before taking our orders. Once they're taken, we all get back to talking in anticipation of our food. We're sitting at a round booth with plexiglass reaching up to nearly the ceiling to keep our germs away from the individuals sitting at the booths around us and vice versa. Plexiglass was used for that same purpose at a restaurant called Roosters and my closest public library branch on Earth for some time: much longer in the latter case. A couple months I think in the former. As I drink some water once the waiter comes back with our drinks and promises the food will be ready soon, I almost choke on some of it. That's because Fluffy told a hilarious made up story to all of us. I had to stop drinking my water to laugh properly. The water was so fresh and clean. Even better than restaurant water on Earth. "Fluffy! Ahahahahaha!"

Dominic then shared a story of a failed experiment. "And then the parts went everywhere. I almost lost some of my hair because of that." I sweat drop: "Leave it to you to experience something like that.." We just have straight up good vibes even as Bray passes me a small vial of extremely potent poison to quickly heal my body. I thank her. And Carlos makes a joke about my undead state. Even I laughed about it. I mean, being a zombie does really kind of suck for me. "On that topic, I'm going to need to get more energy from the Nightmare Realm so I don't become all bone below my armor, chainmail, and robes. If I were reduced to a skeleton, I'd lose nearly all of my strength because I kind of need my muscles to keep being as strong as I am." Carlos quips: "Skeleton Swiftdrawer fragile!" "Good grief.. You are on a roll today." Bray speaks: "You don't need to actually go there. I have found a way for you to use your mana to prevent you from becoming a skeleton." "Really? Great because I don't really use my mana." The others laugh. "I'm being serious." "Hehehehe! That's what makes it funny!" "Of course it does." After we have our meals, pass on dessert, and have some fun talking, I say as we leave the restaurant: "Well, I'm going training. The more muscle I build up, the slower I'll become a skeleton if that ever happens. But first, please tell me how to use mana to prevent myself from turning into a skeleton, Bray." "I shall do so. The training ground we frequent should work for a location where I can teach you how to do that. It's very intriguing." "That works. You suggested that to save me time since I was headed there anyway. Clever." And so, the 2 of us head there together. Bray teaches me the technique for when I actually need it. Once it's complete, she asks: "Would you like me to stay so we could train together?" "Not this time. Unless you are willing to listen to an audio recording of a reading of a magic book. I've been putting in more effort into really relearning magic lately."

"I do not mind and shall not interrupt. Let me know if you want to spar." "Thank you, Bray!" "Of course. We shall now get to training." And so, as I put on an audio recording on my phone of the reading of a magic book, I also prepare for training. I roll my right shoulder multiple times, stretch my arms up high, and loosen my right arm muscles further by swinging the arm like I'm swinging my sword instead. I would rub my back too but I'm wearing my armor and I don't want to take it off. It was solid training albeit quite unconventional. Swinging with my sword in one hand and holding my phone in the other. I do this too but every single day on Earth. We get 2 hours of training done before we called it quits for now. The dummy I used to practice didn't get a dent despite how forceful I was. After that, until the next mission the next day, things were just chill. I largely ate, chilled, drank a sleep replacement potion when needed, and did some reading on my own. Now for some details about things. So what of L, Light, and the others? How do they fit within BRAINS? Allow me to explain. Aiber, being a conman is being paid to do some work for the collective. I personally don't like giving people like him money but he's not a truly wicked man. What he does is help con anyone we need to be conned in terms of identity stuff. He's very good at pretending to be someone he's not. Wedy has found her new calling in covert missions within BRAINS. She enjoys it so much, she refuses to be paid for it and lives on the BRAINS space station now so there's no more need for her to have money anyway. L, Light, and Near are of course usually handling things that require a lot of thinking. Light's rehabilitation will be lengthy as he was messed up for even longer than Yappa Yappa. That being said, he had a much more stable life as Kira. Right now, we are hoping to use his identity as Kira to bring peace to the Earth in the Death Note universe without more bloodshed once it is liberated and separated from the OSW's domain.

Things are now proceeding pretty well all things considered. I was under the impression that we would end up shorthanded for much longer. Thankfully, that turned out to not be the case. What else should I just throw in here? Well, there are a lot of plans to further enhance Mii World with new structures and more soon to be built. Because of that, we hope that things will continue to get better and better as time goes on. Our society in Mii World has gone from hierarchical to horizontal which is basically the default of societal organization but our world isn't ready to heat that. Random but when I designed my current armor 2 years ago, I actually didn't do it on my own. It was all my design yes but I had guidance in helping shape it. I was recommended to make it pretty knightly and that's what I did. So yeah. Little bit of info that I don't think I shared before. Also, I reread the first few chapters of one of the oldest stories documenting my interdimensional adventures. I totally forgot my first sword was not a golden sword at all. It was a silver blade with a red hilt. Not only that but I now know I messed up when I thought the golden sword that was used against me was not only my first sword but one I used for 3 years. That's not actually the case and I can't actually remember how much I used it or when I did at the moment. It doesn't help I can only remember what has happened when I write about my adventures thanks to my imagination or when I actually bother to read what I have written well after doing so. Just trying to tie up some loose ends in understanding things in case some of you got a little confused. Mostly, it's just a way for me to verify to myself that I've made mistakes and that I'm trying to fix them. Hmm.

Is there anything else? Other than the looming threat of a tyrannical nut job likely winning a certain election this year, the fact that climate change is accelerating, and Covid is still raging on, not much. Not much at all. Alright then. What happened the next day? Well, it wasn't what I was expecting. I thought I would be going into a battle. Instead, I found myself in the universe of Saiki K. Why? 2 reasons. We need Saiki's powers. They may have drawbacks but they're still really something. And the universe is under threat from.. I almost can't believe I have to write this. "Dark Reunion", the group one of the individuals who practically hovers around Saiki is always going on about being a real threat. I find Saiki. He has light skin, 2 antenna on his head, a simple green and white outfit, green almost sci fi looking glasses, and short bright magenta hair. It turns out a rouge group that evolved from CADMUS, a US government group tasked to oppose the Justice League with their own tactics and heroes and came into contact with Don Thousand was behind "Dark Reunion" appearing. Saiki already read my mind so I didn't have to tell him anything when I came over. "So you're Swiftdrawer. Huh, you look even more interesting in person. You watch my show, cool." And so, we team up to defeat "Dark Reunion" and when it's all over, he says: "Yes, I'll join the BRAINS Collective. Sorry for breaching your mind so much. If I'm going to join, just tell the others to leave me alone. When I want to talk or help, I'll say it myself. Don't ask me to do minor things like move a wooden chair either please." "Don't worry. Most of us will not forget to fulfill your requests. There's a few of us I worry about but it shouldn't be hard to straighten them out." Now, we have Light, L, Near, and Saiki all in just a few days.
