"Journey to Duelist Kingdom."
Later that evening, Sora and Kairi were walking back to their new home, feeling sad for Yugi.
"The Power of the millenium items…there just as what Ra said they were. There very dangerous in the wrong hands." said Kairi remembering the power of the Millennium Eye.
"I know…but we'll figure out a way to rescue Yugis Grandpa from that man," said Sora. The two got to their apartment only to see two white boxes at their door, "sora…they looks like the very same boxes Yugi had." Said Kairi.
Sora nodded before he picked up the boxes and Kairi opened the door. Meow Wow immediately appeared as did Ruby Carbuncle. Sora sat the boxes down and Kairi summoned her keyblade. She then casted a few spells on the boxes. Checking for any Shadow Magic.
Once she was done did she look at her boyfriend. "All clear."
"Sora and Kairi,
The mysterious power you both have has intrigued me. I have decided to invite you both to my tournament at Duelist Kingdom! I expect you'll both be there, yes? Until then, see you in a week! Your formal invitation and rules of the tournament will be sent in a day's time from now."

"Seriously? What is wrong with this guy?" Said Sora. He first appeared as an innocent CEO but proved that wrong instantly and now he is inviting both of them to a Tournament.
"What is this Duelist Kingdom?" Asked Kairi.
"I don't know but let's see what's in the boxes." Said Sora. The couple both opened their boxes and they saw the very same thing that Yugi received. A glove for each of them and two star chips.
"The same tournament that Yugi was invited too." Said Kairi.
.well whatever he is planning…we'll put a stop to it before he can take the puzzle." Said Sora.
Kairi then went to the kitchen to cook their dinner since it was her turn while Sora sat down on the couch,

'How did I get into this mess?' Yugi thought while he was standing next to a fence and watched the sunset, 'I can't believe that Grandpa's actually gone. One minute he's right beside us, and the next, Pegasus shows up and uses some sort of weird magic to steal his soul away. But why? What could Pegasus possibly want with me? And could it have something to do with my Millennium Puzzle? And what was Pegasus talking about when he said Sora, Kairi and kisara having mysterious powers? Well, I'll get Grandpa back. I'll beat Pegasus at his own game. Whatever that is.'
/Joey/
Joey is seen walking towards Sora and Kairis apartment holding a VCR tape. It had just came into his mail since he lives in his own place due to his dad kicking him out,
"Joey!"
Joey turned to see Kisara coming to him holding Kimis hand. A Glove was on her left hand and two star chips were in their slots. "You too huh?" Asked Joey.
"Yep. We're all heading for Sora and Kairis place to read the rules of this Duelist Kingdom Tournament." Said Kisara holding Kimi. She was holding an Envelope that was addressed to her
She then noticed he was holding a Tape. "What's that?"
"No idea. It was just in my mailbox. I'm gonna watch it when we get to Sora and Kairis place." Said Joey.
"Oh there you guys are" said Miho. She was with Yugi, Tristan and Tea. All ofhem wearing casual attire, Yugi i is holding an envelope as well. They went up to the top floor when Tristan knocked on the door. Kairi opemed the door. She is wearing a red blouse, blue jeans and she smile. "Hey guys…,come on in" she said.
The group entered the apartment and it looked to be very nice. "Nice place you guys have." Said Tea,
"Thanks….Sora, our guests are here" said Kairi, sora came into the room holding his gummiphone.
"Hey guys." Said Sora pocketing his phone.
"Hey sora? You guys got a VCR?" Asked Joey holding the tape.
"Sure. It's over there" said Sora pointing to the VCR.
Joey went over to the tv anc he inserted the tape into the VCR.
The TV was static before a young woman materialized with auburn hair and green eyes. she waved. "Hey Big Brother. How've you been? I really miss you."
"Serenity?" Joey asked, surprised but confused. The others looked at the girl on the tv. "Joey has a sister?" Asked Miho.
"I didn't know either." Said Yugi.
"I can't believe it's been six years since we've seen each other." Serenity laughed. "I'll never forget the day Mom took me to live with her."

"Joey!" a much younger Serenity called out as her face was pressed up against the glass of the car she was in.
"Serenity, don't go! Waaaaaaait!" Joey yelled as the car drove off.
"Joey!"

"I'm sending you this video just so you don't forget your little sister's face." Serenity explained, "It seems like I'm running out of time. I was hoping to see you once more before... well, uh, you understand. Bye-bye, brother."
"Run out of time?" Joey asked, before gasping in realization. "It can't be."
"So long. Take care, Joey." She said as the TV went static once more. Joey slumled dowm anc banged his fist into the floor.
"Joey? Why didn't you tell us you have a sister?" Asked Tea.
Joey sighed before he said, "my ma and my dad divorced years ago because he was a drunk and coudn't hold a job so my ma took Serenity to live with her while I was left with my dad."
"Is there something else going on too?, what did she mean by wanting to see you one more time?" Asked Kairi.
"My sister was born with very bad eyesight and now it's becoming worse. She's gonna lose her eyesight for good." Said Joey,
"Oh no!" Said Miho.
"Is there anything we can do?" Asked Kisara.
" there are specialists that can perform a surgery and fix her eyesight. But… the operation is expensive and I don't have that kind of money. I feel like a lousy big brother." Said Joey. Kisara feeling pity for her friend went over and hugged him. feeling like he needed if. she said "don't Worry Joey. We'll figure it out together."
"Yeah." Said Miho.
"Let's read the rules of this tournament?" Said Sora holding the rule books. The others gathered around the counter top.
Yugi looked at the one with a picture of an island on it, reading aloud what was written below it. "'You are invited to my new tournament at Duelist Kingdom,'" Yugi read, furrowing his brows in thought. "'I would be very delighted if you were able to come. Bring your dueling deck, invitation and companion cards, and your new dueling glove and Star Chips.'"
"Well, at least we know what those funny looking objects were," said Joey thoughtfully, looking at the cards with a far away look in his eyes. It was like he was occupied in his own little world.
"You're right," agreed Téa. "They were quite confusing when we first got them. But I wonder what they're used for." Tristan shrugged.
Sora picked up the next card that came after the invitation. It had a picture of an old ship riding over waves. "According to this card, we have to be at the Pier by 9 o'clock pm two days from now," he said. "That's the time the boat will come to pick up all the duelists going to the tournament. Then it'll take everyone to Duelist Kingdom Island."
"Are you going, Yugi?" asked Tristan.
"Yes," said Yugi, determined to get his grandpa back. "I have to. Pegasus has my grandpa and I need to get him back. Whatever the cost."
"Well... we can't take this any other way," said Tristan. "Pegasus isn't really giving us a choice. What about you two ?"
Sora nodded. "Yeah, I'm going," I said. "I may be new to the game, but i can't let Yugi go alone."
Pegasus is capable of things we don't know about. Like... he portrayed the day before." Said Kairi with a shiver just remembering the Shadow Game.
"I still can't believe he took his Grandpa's soul!" said Joey disbelievingly.
"That's why I'm going," said Yugi. "So I can rescue Grandpa, and find out what Pegasus is trying to do."
"Hey, what are these two cards for?" asked Tristan, holding up the last two cards.
"'The Glory of the King's Hand' and 'The Glory of the King's Opposite Hand…'" Kairi read aloud, curiously. "I think 'The Glory of the King's Hand' is a prize for the winner of the tournament. It says... three million dollars."
"Three million dollars?" said Téa, incredulously. "That's a lot of money."
"Wait, that money could help Serenity" said Joey looking at the Card. Kisara, seeing the determination in his eyes nodded. It was clear he was gonna try to enter the Tournament to get the money for Serenity's surgery, "Then Joey, your gonna need a Star Chip to enter. Only those that have Star chips can get on the boat.
"Here Joey, I want you to have one of mine" said Yugi handing Joey the Glory of Kings hand and one of his star chips.
"You would do that for me Yuge, that puts you at a disadvantage?" Asked Joey,
"Of course. Your my best friend and I don't need the money," said Yugi.
Joey took the two items from him.
"And even if you do lose Joey. Me, Sora and Kairi will try to win the money for you for Serenity," said Kisara.
"We don't need the money either" said Sora with Kairi agreeing.
"Aw gee. Come here! Group Hug!" Said Joey before he grabs Kisara first and then does the same with Yugi before the three of them fall down on the floor in a dog pile.. They look at each other before bursting out laughing, the others join in and Sora and Kairi watch from the counter. It was clear how big of a bond the group of friends had. Especially the bond between Joey and Yugi.
"I also found out that since I'm in the tournament and the legal guardian of Kimi. I can arrange for some people to come and watch over her while I duel. Tea, Tristan, Miho. Can I count on you guys to watch Kimi." Kisara said.
"You got it." Said Tea.
"Okay. Ill need to go fill out the paperwork so that you guys can board the ship." Said Kisara.
"Let's all meet at the docks before the ship arrives and take it from there" said Sora.
"Sounds like a plan" said Yugi. The group then all went their separate ways from the apartment,
Over the next few days. Sora and kairi would visit the game shop to keep Yugi company. The two can feel he was missing his grandfather but cheered up his friends were around.
The time for the Duelist Kingdom Tournament had finally come. During the couple hours before the main event. sora was seen packing up two duffel bags. One that would hold their food they were bringing and the other would hold their clothes and essentials like towels and other things.
Kairi is brushing her hair with her hairbrush now dressed in her Battledress. Sora is wearing his third adventure outfit with his Star Chip Glove on his right hand. His deck hoister on his belt where his cards were. The two decided to share a case to put their other cards in as well which sora had put in the duffel bag.
"Ready?" Asked Sora.
"Yeah. Let's go meet up with the others at the docks," said Kairi. The two then left their apartment with Sora locking it again. "Ready?" Asked Kairi,
"Yeah..let's go rescue Mr. Motou." Said Sora before the two left the apartment,
The sky was dark, say for the stars twinkling everywhere against the black backdrop. The moon shone - its pure white rays brightening the streets . The street lamps lined along the roads were also casting an orange-white haze over the pavement. Houses the couple passed by hardly had any lights on.
They followed the route Yugi had shown them. The roads rounded and turned; sometimes, Sora even wondered if they was going the right way, but when the smell of ocean water reached their noses, and saw some seagulls quietly trying to catch a snack of fish, they knew they had reached the pier. To confirm his suspicions, there was a large crowd of people—all teenagers—next to a giant cruise ship parked at the dock. A few men in suits patrolled the entrance where a table was set up. A large ramp led from the pier to the door of the ship.
Sora scanned the crowd for Yugi. He found him emerging from a wall of people.
"Hey, Sora, Kairi!" he called in his direction with a wave of his arm. The two Keybearers ran up to meet him, clutching the duffel bag over their shoulders. Yugi also had a small backpack on his shoulders.
"Hello, Yugi," Sora greeted with a small smile. "How are you?"
Yugi returned the smile. "To tell you the truth, I'm a little nervous," he said. "All these duelists crowded in one place and the giant boat docked off to the side seem a little intimidating."
"Yes, I know what you mean," Sora said. "I was just thinking about how anxious I was as well."
Sora noticed the sadness in his violet eyes and tried to comfort him by placing a gentle hand on his shoulder. "We'll get him back," Sora said with a small, encouraging smile.
He looked up at me and then returned the gesture. "You're right," he said with a nod. "I have to keep faith."
"Hey found them guys" said Joey also holding a bag over his shouder. Kisara is also holding a duffel bag on her back that was white and blue. Kimi had a small backpack on her back anc she was still holding her stuffed dragon. Tea, Tristan and Miho were with them as well also with backpacks on their backs. "Everyone ready?" Asked Kisara.
"Yeah" said Yugi.
"Attention all duelists!" A voice suddenly boomed from the ship's entrance. It was one of the suited men. They were probably security guards, hired for the tournament, and Pegasus' minions. Sora wondered if we could trust any of them.
Probably not very much.
Everyone's attention turned to the man who just called for them. They stopped chatting amongst themselves to listen to what the man had to say. It was then Sora noticed the shades all the suits were wearing to cover their eyes—and their identities. They reminded him of secret agents; looking sharp and attentive in their neatly pressed outfits and ties.
"As was said in your invitations, there is a boat taking you to Duelist Kingdom; the island on which the tournament is being held. It's the boat behind me by the way. We want to formally thank you for being able to participate. With your invitations came a duelist glove and two Star Chips. The Star Chips are your ticket in, so please have them ready here at the table before getting on board the boat. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy the ride."
With Star Chips in hand, all the duelists formed a line behind the table at the entrance to the boat. There were others who also had bags on their shoulders, and one by one, as everyone showed their Star Chips, the duelists entered. They walked into the boat, ready to start their journey to Duelist Kingdom.
. When it got to their turn to board the ship. Yugi shoed his star chips first, then Sora, Kairi and Joey,
Kisara went last before she pulled out a paper. "I got confirmation from Pegasus that I have brought three extra passengers to watch over my little sister while I'm competing in duelist kingdom."
The guard looked over the paper before he nodded. "All looks accountable. they may board."
Kisara then gestured for the others to follow her on board. Kimi is holding Teas hand. Everyone then boarded the ship unaware of a small blue like creature crawling up the side of the boat. We find everyone leaning against the side rails waiting for the ship to leave the dock.
"Thanks again for the star chip Yuge" said Joey,
"No problem Joey." Said Yugi.
"Now Joey, are you ready, there are gonna be some big time duelists here." Said Kisara,
"Sure thing…I'm more than ready," said Joey.
"Does my ears hear a certain cousin of mine?" Said a female voice. .
Before them stood a woman who was as tall as Joey, with her long blonde hair curling down her back like a waterfall. She wore lavender and white coloured clothes consisting of a white shirt with a lavender vest thrown over, a purple skirt and dark knee-high boots. She had a sack thrown over her shoulder and a slight smirk on her face. She looked confident. Her violet eyes were cunning, like she was daring people with them. Sora looked at Joey, Tristan and Yugi and he saw their jaws drop much to the chargin of Miho and Tea.
"Mai!" Said Kimi going over to the blonde haired woman. Mai seeing the little girl picked her up. "Been a while little Dragon. You gotten bigger."
"Mai. I didn't know you were entering too?" Said Kisara to the woman who then hugged the woman.
"You know me…that three million dollar prize has my name on it." Said Mai after setting Kimi down.
Kisara rolled her eyes at her cousin.
"You know her Kisara?" Asked Tea.
"Yeah, she's my cousin. We found each other during a tournament,." Said Kisara breaking away from Mai, "Mai Valentine…I want you to meet my friends, Yugi, Joey, Tristan, Tea, Miho, Sora and Kairi….guys this is my cousin Mai Valentine. She specializes in Winged Beasts monsters."
"Hold up. Your the kid who Beat Kaiba." Said Mai studying Yugi. "It's hard to believe a squirt like you can beat a champ like him," she continued, looking down at Yugi.
The other blushed a bit. "Well… I…"
" Mai." Said Kisara with a warning tone.
"I'm just teasing Kisara," said Mai with a chuckle.
"Maybe we'll get to duel during the tournament," offered Yugi,
The woman smirked. "I'll crush you all, eventually," she said matter-of-factly.
"You will have to beat me first Cousin" said Kisara.
"Oh I'm ready to take on your Dragons. I have a few modifications to my deck sicne the last time we dueled." Said Mai before she walked off,
"That's my cousin for ya" said Kisara with a sweat drop on her forehead.
"Hey, aren't you that kid, Yugi?" Kisara turned around to see Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor.
"Weevil,Rex" saic Kisara to the other Pros but kept her eye on Weevil in case he was trying to find a way to cheat.
"I was hoping you be in this Tournament White….we have a score to settle. My deck has gotten stronger since the last time" said Rex.
"I look forward to it Rex," said Kisara to her rival.
The moon was a beautiful white circle in the night sky. All the stars twinkled like little lanterns. The ocean water rolled swiftly into the side of the boat, rocking waves out toward the distance. The scene looked incredible as the moonlight sparkled on the dark ocean waters.
Finally, the boat had begun to move. Over time, as more distance was put in between the dock and the boat, the expanse of water all around us increased. The engines hummed under the floorboards and the propellers spun around, splashing up water.
We find everyone outside on the deck of the ship. Sora and Kairi were by the rails while Yugi and Kisara are going though their decks. Yugi had grabbed his Grandpas Blue Eyes White Dragon card. He needed all the help he can get and he figured his grandpas dragon would do. Their bags were next to each other. Kimi is asleep in a chair with a blanket over her, Tea, Tristan and Miho were sitting at another table drinking some soda and Joey was socializing with some of the Duelists,
Sora inhaled a deep breath and felt my lungs grow wide and full of the cool air. A small, blissful smile played across his lips. It's been so long since he was able to feel this free and calm. Looking at water made him feel fresh and energetic, like he just woken up from the best sleep.
"You thinking of home?" Asked Kairi.
"Yeah….the water reminds me of the islands….i just hope we can see it again someday" said Sora.
"We will." Said Kairi.
That is when Joey came back done socializing with the other duelists."hey guys , I did some trading with some of those extra cards i had and check what I got. He had gotten ahold of a Baby Dragon, Cyber tech Alligator, Kumai with Chain, sheild and sword, Metalmorph, Gearfried the Iron Knight and Thousand Dragon.
"With those cards, they may be good to have in your deck in case you don't get a Red Eyes." Said Yugi.
"Oh yeah!" cheered Joey excitedly, punching the air with his free fist. "I'm going to conquer this tournament!"
Yugi smiled. "Maybe," he laughed teasingly, earning him a glare just as playful from Joey. "But you'll have to think strategically too."
"Yes, sir," murmured Joey with shifty eyes. It was funny to see the both of them act so frankly with each other. They could easily pass as brothers.
Yugi searched through his backpack and pulled out a box, setting it carefully onto the table. "There's something in here," he said, opening the lid. "I know it can help..."
Sora couldn't believe his eyes. The box was the one that held the pieces of the Millennium Puzzle. It was a golden container with all the intricately carved hieroglyphs covering the sides, and the shining Millennium symbol gazing back at me.
"Is this?" Sora asked, intrigued.
Yugi nodded with a smile. "Yup," he said. "This is it. The box where I found the Millennium Puzzle. Of course, when I first had it, the Puzzle was broken into pieces but... I fit them all together to form the Millennium Puzzle. Now, since the Puzzle is around my neck, I use it as a place to keep all my Duel Monster cards inside."
"That's actually smart" said Kairi
Yugi took from within the open box a Duel Monsters card. He held it out for Joey to take. "Here, add this to your deck. It can be helpful in a tight spot," he said. Joey and Kisara blinked curiously at the card. It was a monster in the shape of a cute and colorful clock.
"Time Wizard?" Asked Kisara.
"Yep. When combined with Baby Dragon…it becomes Thousand Dragons but it's a risky move sometimes." Said Yugi.
"Oh Did you guys ever open your own booster packs you got from Mr. Motou the other day?" Asked Joey,
"Yeah, I mostly got some magic and trap cards" said Sora.
"And then I got the same thing except for this card," said Kairi before taking out a card. On the card was a woman wearing Golden robes like the Dark Magician holding a staff that was White with a Blue gem, her hair was golden blonde and she had blue eyes. (2500/2100) "Venus, the Light Magician." Said Kairi.
"That card is said to be the opposite of Dark Magician from what my grandpa told me about her." Said Yugi looking at Venus,
A person suddenly appeared from around a corner. Weevil, still holding that smirk on his face, walked up to the three of us with his hands innocently hiding in his pockets. His strides were cool as his footsteps padded across the wooden floorboards. Yugi and Joey smiled in greeting while Kisara was cautious of the bug duelist.
"Ah, we meet again," said the bug duelist, his voice still as high pitched as ever. "Did you trade for any cards like your friend, Yugi?"
Yugi shook his head and laid a gentle hand on the golden Millennium Box. His deck was already safely back inside.
"I figured," Weevil muttered. "You used the Exodia card in your duel with Kaiba, right? Those are the strongest cards of all."
"And really rare," Yugi added.
"Could I possibly see those legendary cards?" Weevil asked.
Kisara then said with a glare. "Don't even think about it Weevil."
"Think about what?" Asked Weevil,
Kisara looked at Yugi before she said, "let him see the cards but you hold onto them….Weevil isn't trustworthy with anyone's cards. Hell destroy them when given the chance"
/Drats!, how could she see what I was planning!/ thought Weevil.
Sora and Kairi saw his panicked face before they too caught onto Weevil scheme. "Your gonna try to destroy Yugis Exodia cards aren't you!" Sora said standing in front of Yugi.
"You no good creep!" Said Joey ready to throw down at Weevil. The two tall boys were about to throw down with him.
"Curse you White!" Shouted Weevil before running off.
"Yugi. Let me give you one good advice when Dealing with other duelist…do not let them hold your cards. Especially Weevil. He's done that to so many duelists in the past. Destroying their cards." Said Kisara.
"Thanks for the warning about weevil Kisara…I'll be extra careful for now on….but i don't wanna rely on Exodia until I face off against pegasus. He's my secret weapon" said Yugi
The others nodded before long. The horizon brightened and the sun began its slow ascend into the sky. The night turned into a brilliant blue. The boat kept cruising along, continuing to travel to its destination. Soon, through the morning, everyone saw an island rising up from the horizon. It was huge and there were many different things to see.
After the ordeal last night, they managed to get a few hours of sleep. However, when the morning came, they stared awake and attentive at the bow of the ship, overlooking the beautiful island that was coming closer.
"That must be Duelist Kingdom." Said Kairi, sora put his arm over her shoulder.
"We'll win, Joey," said Yugi. "We'll both keep fighting. You for your sister, and me for my grandpa."
"Together," Sora repeated quietly, remembering old times. I smiled at the thought. "All of us. As a team."
"You can count on the power of my dragons" said Kisara.
"And we have your backs too guys. Not now but always" said Tea..
Their friendship and bond reminded Sora of his friendship with Donald and Goofy. Their time as best friends. Close ones. He couldn't dwell on the thought was glad Kairi was with him on this quest.
"Whatever your gonna throw at us Pegasus…we'll be ready/ thought Sora. His hand never leaving Kairi. In their shadow, Meow Wow and Ruby Carbuncle appeared watching their masters and new friends.
