Hi y'all! This piece has been floating around in my head for a bit, and I finally managed to get it written. I have another business!fic idea that might eventually come y'all's way, but for now please enjoy :)
When Rose Hathaway-Mazur walked into the office on Monday morning, her assistant, Jillian, stood by the elevator waiting for her. As soon as the doors opened, Jillian handed Rose her cup of coffee, and she immediately started going over Rose's schedule for the week as they walked toward Rose's office.
"At 11, you have your weekly meeting with your father, and then the afternoon is blocked off for your Forbes 30 Under 30 photoshoot and interview. They're hosting it at The Carlyle Hotel on the Upper East Side this year, and we received notice last night that they want to do a 'class photo,'" Jillian explained as Rose took a seat at her desk.
"A class photo?" Rose questioned.
Jillian nodded. "Yes. They're switching it up this year for your category, as all of the nominees live within a day's drive from New York City and can easily come together in one place."
"Have they released the list of the nominees yet?" Rose asked as she logged onto her computer.
"Not yet. I suspect they'll be emailing it to us shortly before the interview," Jillian said. "Tomorrow morning, you have the board meeting with Belikov Technologies starting at 9, and then your father put a business lunch on your calendar with you, him, Olena Belikova, and Dimitri Belikov. In the afternoon—"
Rose held up her hand. "You said it's a business lunch tomorrow?"
"Yes, that's what your calendar says."
Rose nodded, grimacing. "You can continue."
"Tomorrow afternoon, you're meeting with Dragomir Holdings at 2, and then you have your flight to San Fransico at 6 for the TED conference. Your driver will be here at 3 to take you to the airport."
"You're coming to TED with me, correct?" Rose asked.
"Yes. The Dragomirs are also going, and they offered to share their plane with us, which is partially why we scheduled your meeting with them for tomorrow. I believe they'll be driving separately, though."
"How much downtime will I have during the conference?"
"You'll have half of Wednesday to yourself before a business dinner with a few Silicon Valley CEOs, your TEDTalk is on Thursday morning, and you have networking Thursday afternoon and evening. Your father set up some meetings. You fly back Friday morning, and you're slated to do some work from home then," Jillian said. "That's all on your schedule now, but I'll update you as it changes."
"Thank you, Jillian," Rose said, glancing up from her computer. "You put your coffee on the company card this morning, right?"
Jillian smiled. "Yes."
"Good," Rose said, sharing Jillian's smile.
When she first hired the assistant, Jillian paid for Rose's coffee out of her own pocket instead of taking the company card. Rose not only reimbursed her but also ensured that Jillian got a company card issued in her name for anything that Jillian needed to buy for the company – which included Rose's morning coffees (and sometimes donuts).
"Door open or closed?"
"Closed, please," Rose said. "I have so many emails to catch up on before my first meeting."
Two and half hours later, Rose had finally finished going through her emails and responding to the important ones. She had just opened the document containing her TEDTalk speech when there was a knock on her door, and her father entered.
Rose smiled and greeted him. "Hi, Baba," she said. "You're early."
"I was around and decided to pop in on you," he said, sitting on the couch. "Are you ready for the conference this week?"
Rose nodded. "As ready as I can be."
"You've got this," he said. "You'll represent us well."
"I hope so."
"I wouldn't have allowed you to take over Nazar Enterprises if I didn't think you were ready. You have what it takes, and others are intimidated by your success," Abe said. "In your first year as CEO, you've expanded our reach tenfold, increased our streaming audiences, and tripled our monthly revenue. Others would be lucky to achieve one of those in a year."
Rose smiled. "Thanks, Baba." Her eyes narrowed a moment later. "Now, about this business meeting with the Belikovs tomorrow."
Abe smiled slyly. "It's all part of the business, Rose. You knew that going into this. Now, let's talk about your Forbes interview."
Jillian knocked on the office door two hours later. "Rose? We need to go to make it to The Carlyle on time. Forbes is providing lunch, otherwise I would have gotten you earlier."
Rose nodded. "Thanks, Jillian." She turned to her father. "Thanks for the chat, Baba. I'll see you tomorrow."
Rose stood from the desk, grabbed her computer bag, and kissed her father on the cheek before she followed Jillian. Rose's car was waiting at the curb, and she climbed into the backseat, with Jillian climbing in after her.
"Any update on the nominees this year?"
Jillian shook her head. "Weirdly, no. I was expecting them to email over, but I guess they want it to be a surprise. I'm not really sure about their logic."
"I suppose they can do whatever they want," Rose said. "It is Forbes, after all."
"When we get there, they'll have a lunch banquet where the nominees can mingle and interact. After lunch, they'll take you to hair and makeup, and then they'll do your interview and photoshoot, and then they'll finish with the group photo," Jillian said, handing Rose a paper copy of her schedule.
The ride to The Carlyle didn't take long, and the driver soon dropped Rose and Jillian off in front of the hotel. A staff member from Forbes was waiting out front, and they directed Rose inside while Jillian took care of checking them into Rose's room, where the interview and photoshoot would be taking place. Rose followed the signs to the ballroom, where other nominees were already mingling. Rose recognized a few of the other nominees in the room and seamlessly joined a group of women standing across the room. Rose wasn't sure how long they were chatting before a Forbes staff member called the room to attention.
"Welcome, nominees! We're excited to welcome you all to this year's Forbes 30 Under 30 list. In a few minutes, we'll start serving the first course, so please start making your way to your seats. There are name cards in front of each plate, but if you have trouble finding your seat, feel free to grab one of the staff members floating around."
Rose excused herself from the group to grab a glass of water before she made her way to the table. It was set up in a long row, with fifteen seats on either side of the table. She easily found her place at the end of the table and took her seat. A moment later, the person sitting across the table from her took their seat. Rose started to look up to greet the person as they spoke.
"Hello, Rose," Dimitri Belikov said.
She fought to keep the grimace off of her face. "Dimitri. Aren't you a little old to be on this list?"
Dimitri forced a smile. "I'm 29. Still eligible."
"Ah," Rose said. "Just barely made it."
Dimitri nodded tersely and turned to the woman sitting next to him. Rose started eating the salad that the waiter had placed in front of her, but she couldn't help but glance at Dimitri as she ate. The two had a long-standing rivalry, one that had started on their first day at Wharton. Despite their three-year age difference, they had both started their MBAs at the same time, both, ironically, at the urging of their parents.
Rose finished her undergraduate degree, and the following fall semester, she started at Wharton. She knew that her dad had aspired for her to take over the family company, and she knew if she took a gap year, she'd never want to go back to school, so she pushed through and enrolled in their MBA program. In their first class, she had sat next to Dimitri Belikov, and while Rose had found him attractive at first glance, she also quickly found him infuriating. He made it clear that he also found her infuriating. They somehow ended up in the same cohort for the next two years, and each class became a competition between them to see who would come out on top. Their rivalry followed them as they were both being groomed to take over their respective family businesses after graduation, and it was made worse when Belikov Technologies moved their headquarters to New York City. Rose's father made it clear from day one that Rose had to be a good CEO and work with other companies when needed. Which included board meetings – and now apparently included mingling outside of work-related functions.
They continued to ignore each other over lunch but ended up in the same elevator after lunch. They rode up to their floor in silence because, of course, they would end up on the same floor. When they exited the elevator, they were able to turn their separate ways. Dimitri gave her a tight smile.
"It was nice seeing you," he said.
"Wish I could say the same," Rose said sweetly before turning around and walking away. She could feel him staring after her, but she didn't turn around.
When she got to the hotel room, hair and makeup were already set up, and the prep time flew by. Before Rose knew it, she was being posed for the photo shoot, and then it was interview time. The questions they asked weren't anything she wasn't expecting, and they touched on Rose's inspiration for taking over her father's company as well as her plans for the company.
After the interview was complete, she had time to lounge around before being called into the ballroom to take a group photo. Rose and Dimitri weren't placed near each other—thankfully—due to their drastic height difference, and Rose didn't have to interact with him again before they were dismissed for the day.
The next morning, she wasn't so lucky. Dimitri was waiting for her when she walked into the office at ten til nine, and Rose groaned, remembering their board meeting for this morning.
"Good morning, Rose," Dimitri said, holding the conference room door open for her.
"Good morning," she grumbled back.
Jillian was already waiting in the conference room with Rose's coffee and protein oatmeal, and Rose took them gratefully. She sat gingerly at the head of the table, silently wincing at the burning in her thighs from her workout that morning.
"Is everything okay?" Dimitri asked her, a hint of concern in his voice.
"Perfectly fine," she responded tightly. "Just sore from my workout this morning."
Dimitri nodded once before looking away, but Rose caught him trying to hide a smile, and she scowled. There wasn't time for any other talking before the meeting got started, and after the group worked through general business things, they brought in a few people to pitch an idea for the two companies to collaborate on. The men pitching the idea spoke solely to Dimitri, ignoring that Rose was in the room for Nazar Enterprises.
Even as Rose asked questions, the men continuously answered directly to Dimitri until finally, Rose held up her hand, stopping Mr. Lazar from speaking further. "I've heard enough."
"Rose—"
Rose stood. "I said, I've heard enough. And it's Miss Hathaway-Mazur to you."
The room was silent except for the sound of Dimitri's chair creaking as he shifted in his seat.
"What you're proposing is simply ridiculous," Rose continued. Mr. Lazar opened his mouth to respond, and Rose shot him a glare. "It may look good on paper, that much I'll acknowledge, but it's impractical in practice. We would spend more money implementing this than it would be worth, and we would be in the red in the end. There's no profit here, so Nazar Enterprises will not be supporting this. If Belikov Technologies wishes to, that's on them. Thank you for your time."
Rose sat back down as Dimitri shifted in his chair again. "Belikov Technologies will also be passing. It had the potential to be a good merger opportunity between Belikov Tech and Nazar Enterprises, but with Miss Hathaway-Mazur choosing to pass, it loses that potential."
The men grumbled as they packed up their things and left the conference room. The two companies finished up a few things before ending the meeting. Dimitri and Olena stayed behind, as Rose and her father would be having a business lunch with them. They rode separately to the steakhouse where they were dining.
"So, when's the wedding?" Abe asked with a smirk on his face as everyone sat down. Olena stifled a laugh.
"Baba!" Rose said, glaring.
Abe shrugged. "You both argue like you're an old married couple. You'll have to bury the hatchet one day."
"Doesn't have to be today," Rose muttered.
"Or any day in the near future," Dimitri added under his breath.
"Remember that you scheduled this business meeting," Rose said with a pointed look at her dad.
Abe rolled his eyes. "As infuriating as you are sometimes, you're right. This was scheduled as a business lunch, so let's get down to business. Rose, you did well earlier in passing on Lazar's idea. You trusted your gut, and that's a crucial piece here. Belikov, you also did well, though part of me suspects you were following Rose's lead."
Dimitri shrugged, not denying it. "As much as I loathe to admit it, she had valid points, and I couldn't find fault with her argument. I would say it was more agreeing with her rather than following her lead."
It was Rose's turn to roll her eyes as she took a bite of bread. They continued talking about the business and further collaborations between Nazar Enterprises and Belikov Technologies, only pausing when the waitress came by to take their steak orders. Rose was counting down the seconds until 1:30 when she'd be able to leave to make it to her meeting with Dragomir Holdings. As soon as the clock ticked over to 1:30 PM, Rose delicately wiped at her mouth before excusing herself from the table.
"As much as I hate to cut this short, I have another meeting to attend," Rose said. She stood from the table and walked around it to kiss her father's cheek. "I'll text you when I land in California, Baba."
"Fly safe," Abe said, standing to hug Rose properly.
Rose said her goodbyes to Dimitri and Olena, holding her hand out for both of them to shake before she exited the restaurant. Her next meeting with Dragomir Holdings flew by, and soon, they were all boarding the plane to California. The flight passed quickly, with Rose and Lissa gossiping, a benefit to having been best friends since childhood. The TED conference also flew by, with Rose's talk getting a standing ovation. Her schedule quickly became busy with a lot of industry leaders wanting to talk to her, and she made plans to return to California the following month to continue working with those headquartered there.
When she returned to New York, Rose had another busy week ahead of her, one that included another meeting with Belikov Enterprises. This time, however, their COO, Ivan Zeklos, was attending in Dimitri's place.
"He's at a conference in Europe," Ivan explained once the meeting started. "I've been sent in his place to get business done. I know you like me better anyway, Rose."
Rose cracked a smile at Ivan's joke and agreed. "You do make it easier to get the job done."
"I'll tell Dimitri you said that," Ivan said, smirking.
On Thursday night, Rose woke suddenly in the middle of the night. Her bed felt too big and too cold with just her in it. She lay in the middle of the bed, sprawled out, trying to make the space feel smaller. It didn't work, and she tossed and turned the rest of the night.
The next morning, Jillian gave her a look as she handed over Rose's coffee. "Rough night?"
Rose nodded. "It was hard to sleep. I'll catch up on it this weekend."
Jillian shot her a look but didn't say anything. The morning passed quickly, and Rose worked through lunch, trying to finish up everything for the week and get home. There were nearly two hours left in the workday when Rose's phone dinged with a text. She barely glanced at it before striding out of her office.
"Jillian, can you clear my calendar for the rest of the day?" Rose asked. "I'm going to call it an early day."
Jillian nodded. "The only thing left today was a meeting with your father, but he actually just called and asked me to reschedule it for Tuesday."
"Perfect," Rose said. "Have a good weekend!"
Rose took her time getting out to her house, enjoying being able to leave the city behind. It took close to an hour to reach it, but the drive was worth it for the privacy and simplicity that it provided. The house sat far from the road, with a gated driveway and trees surrounding the property, providing Rose the privacy she craved. The backyard overlooked Manhasset Bay, and Rose was looking forward to taking the boat out this weekend. It had been nearly a month since she had been at the house, and it had been even longer since she had spent time on a boat. Rose usually only came out here on the weekends, preferring to stay in the city otherwise to lessen her morning commute, but even then, it wasn't every weekend.
The house was empty when Rose arrived, as Rose had expected. She kicked her shoes off at the door and made herself a quick snack, thankful that she had thought ahead and had gotten the fridge and pantry stocked for this weekend. She ate her snack at the island in the kitchen before putting her dishes in the dishwasher.
She returned to the living room, where Rose stood at the window, watching and waiting. She shifted her weight as her phone chimed, informing her that the front gate had been opened. Leaving her phone on the windowsill, Rose walked outside, barefoot, and watched the black convertible come up the driveway. The car had barely been put into park before Rose opened the driver's side door and climbed into the car, easily straddling Dimitri's lap.
"Roza—"
Rose cut him off. "Shut up and kiss me."
She leaned forward, winding her arms around Dimitri's neck as their lips met. Dimitri ran his hands up her back, holding her close to him, before his hands inevitably ended up tangled in Rose's hair as they continued to kiss.
"I've missed you," Dimitri said, groaning as he pulled back to look at Rose.
"I've missed you too," Rose said. "I've been looking forward to this all week."
"Me too," Dimitri said, kissing Rose again quickly. "Are you hungry?"
Rose nodded, biting her lip.
"Do you want to eat out, or do we have something here?"
"I'm not hungry for food, Comrade," Rose said, grinding her hips against his.
Dimitri's eyes darkened. "Let's get inside then."
Rose shook her head, grinning slyly. "I want you to fuck me here, in the car."
Dimitri bit back a Russian curse word as Rose leaned forward again and kissed him, her hands moving up to clutch his face as the intensity of their kiss stole her breath away. Rose could feel Dimitri becoming aroused underneath her, and she squirmed, grinning as it caused Dimitri to groan again.
"We might be seen, Roza."
Rose shook her head. "We're alone. The house is empty, and the neighbors can't see through the trees."
"You know I've always wanted to fuck you in my car," Dimitri whispered.
Rose nodded as she reached down to recline Dimitri's seat. The top was off the convertible, but leaning the seat back gave them both a bit more room. "And I want you to fuck me now."
Dimitri used his grip on Rose's hair to guide Rose's mouth back to his. Their tongues battled for dominance as their kiss deepened. Dimitri left one hand tangled in Rose's hair while the other skimmed down her body until his fingers were playing with the edge of Rose's skirt. Dimitri's hand slipped underneath the skirt and up her thigh. A mutual groan left both of their mouths as Dimitri realized that Rose wasn't wearing underwear.
Rose pressed her forehead to Dimitri's as he used his thumb to circle her clitoris, her body quivering at Dimitri's touch. He continued to rub at her clit as he easily sank two fingers into her.
"You're so wet, so ready," he said with a groan.
"Please," Rose begged as Dimitri moved his fingers in and out, stretching her.
"Does doing this in the car turn you on?"
"You turn me on."
Rose moved her hands down to Dimitri's crotch, quickly unbuttoning his pants and releasing his cock. Dimitri removed his fingers from Rose's core, and Rose shifted her weight to her knees before gripping the base of Dimitri's cock and sinking down in one smooth motion. They both groaned at the feeling, and Rose relished the moment before starting to move. Rose's skirt was bunched up around her hips, and the fabric of Dimitri's slacks chafed against Rose's skin as she rode him.
"Dimitri!" Rose gasped, tipping her head back as Dimitri started kissing Rose's neck.
His hands found purchase on Rose's hips, and together, they set a desperate pace. Rose used Dimitri's shoulders to brace herself as she moved, slamming herself back down with each thrust.
"You feel so good, Roza," Dimitri murmured. "So wet. And all for me."
"Only yours," Rose said. "Forever yours."
Their words turned to sighs and moans as their thrusts got more frantic, and Dimitri's thumb returned to Rose's clit, rubbing at it as Rose's orgasm started to crest. Dimitri's name left Rose's lips again in a garbled cry.
"Come on, Roza," Dimitri hissed. "Come for me."
Rose buried her head in Dimitri's shoulder as she came loudly. Dimitri continued to fuck her through her orgasm, chasing his own release. He stilled a moment later as he came inside of her. Rose's body went limp against Dimitri's, boneless in the aftermath of her orgasm.
"I love you, Roza," Dimitri whispered and then pressed a kiss to Rose's forehead.
"I love you, too."
They stayed like that a moment later before Dimitri lifted Rose so that his cock slipped free from her body. He tucked himself back into his pants as Rose climbed out of the car, fixing her skirt as she did. Rose held her hand out to Dimitri.
"Come on," she said. "The pool is calling our names."
They both shed their clothes at the edge of the pool and jumped in naked. Rose clung to Dimitri once they resurfaced, unwilling to let him go after being apart for almost two weeks. Dimitri held her tight as they lounged around the pool in a mesh pool floatie. Their combined weight kept both of their bodies mostly underwater, without either of them having to exert energy to stay afloat.
"How was the conference?"
"It went really well," Rose said. "They filled nearly every seat for the talk, and I actually ended up running out of time to network with some people. I'm taking another trip to California in the next couple of weeks to meet with some other execs that I didn't have time to connect with. How was Spain and your conference?"
"It was interesting," Dimitri said. "A lot of new ideas were presented. You should try to attend next year. There's also the large tech conference in Paris coming up. You're slated to go that one, right?"
Rose nodded. "It's already on my calendar."
Dimitri smirked. "We'll have to make sure our assistants "accidentally" book us into the same hotel."
Rose splashed Dimitri with water. "You're insatiable."
Dimitri laughed. "You're not wrong. During the board meeting last week, I wanted nothing more than to bend you over the table and fuck you. You were so hot putting Lazar in his place like that," Dimitri said before mimicking Rose. "'It's Miss Hathaway-Mazur to you.'"
"I figured that much by the way you kept shifting in your chair," Rose said with a laugh. "You know, the office will be empty tomorrow. We could revisit this fantasy of yours."
Dimitri's eyes darkened. "That's naughty."
"I'm a naughty girl."
"That you are, Roza," he said, kissing Rose. "That you are."
They continued lounging around the pool as the sun started to set. They briefly considered ordering pizza, but that would require them to get out of the pool and put on clothes, so they decided against it and continued floating around the pool, talking about everything and nothing.
"Do you ever want to say fuck it and merge our companies?"
"You know Abe and Olena would kill us if we did that," Rose said.
"Yeah, but it would be worth it."
Rose turned and propped herself up on Dimitri's chest so that she could look at him properly. "Is that something you want? To finally tell people outside of our families and friends that we're together?"
Dimitri groaned, throwing his head back. "Roza, I'd love to have this conversation with you, but I find it impossible to think when your breasts are right there."
Rose laughed and rolled off the float. Dimitri followed her into the water. When they surfaced, Rose closed the distance between her and Dimitri and locked her legs around his waist. Dimitri swam them to an area where he could stand before kissing Rose again. Rose adjusted her grip on Dimitri, shifting as she did so that their groins were pressed against each other's. Dimitri deepened their kiss, running his hands down Rose's body until they reached her ass. He gripped her there, keeping their groins pressed together as their tongues battled for dominance.
"Dimitri," Rose moaned, shifting her hips again. "Please."
Dimitri was happy to oblige, moving one of his hands between Rose's legs, checking to see if she was wet enough. He wasn't surprised to find her soaked and didn't waste time in lining up his cock and thrusting into her sharply. Rose broke their kiss with a gasp, her fingernails biting into Dimitri's shoulders as he continued to fuck her.
"So good," Rose slurred, using the little leverage that she had in the pool to bounce on Dimitri's cock. "Don't stop."
"Never," Dimitri panted. "You're mine. Say it, Roza."
"I'm yours," she whimpered. "Forever and always."
They didn't manage very many words after that, and their backyard was filled with the sound of water splashing out of the pool and their combined moans. Rose bit down lightly on Dimitri's shoulder as she came. That spurred Dimitri on, increasing his pleasure, and he managed to fuck Rose harder as he worked her through her orgasm while simultaneously chasing his own. He came a moment later with a shout, and Rose quickly claimed his lips with hers, swallowing the rest of his cries as he came inside of her.
They rested for a moment, catching their breath, before Dimitri slipped out of her again. He continued holding her, though, and made his way to the pool stairs. Dimitri carried her out of the pool and continued carrying Rose to the hot tub, where he still didn't let her go. He settled in one of the seats of the tub, and Rose shifted so that she was sitting on his lap. She leaned forward to kiss him again, doing everything possible to be as close to Dimitri as she could be. She continued to stay close even after breaking the kiss but kept most of her body beneath the water, which, with the jets running, effectively hid her breasts from Dimitri's view. Mostly.
"So," Rose said. "Going back to our conversation now that we're a bit more sated."
Dimitri chuckled. "I think it'll be a long weekend ahead of us before either one of us is sated."
Rose smirked. "Yeah, let's agree to schedule business trips concurrently, not consecutively. Being apart for nearly two weeks is too long."
Dimitri nodded. "I can agree to that. Although the phone sex we had earlier this week was pretty hot."
Rose laughed. "You're not wrong, but it's also not a substitute for being with you. I crave you when you're gone, crave this."
"What would it look like if we were to tell everybody?" Dimitri asked.
Rose shrugged. "I'm not sure. I think some people would be shocked, some would probably say that they knew all along, and some wouldn't care. It would be nice to be able to wear your ring regularly."
The ring Dimitri had proposed with earlier this year was in Rose's jewelry box upstairs. She only ever wore it when she was at their house or around town. Rose intentionally kept it here because it would cause too many questions if she wore it around Manhattan or to the office. It was a shame because the ring was gorgeous and was a family heirloom. It was a simple ring, only containing a teardrop sapphire set on a white gold band. The wedding band had diamonds inlaid on it and would add a bit more sparkle to the ring – once they finally got married, that was.
"I want that, Roza," Dimitri said softly. "I want everyone to know that you're mine. I want to be able to kiss you whenever I can and not have to worry about what the people we work with will think."
Rose nodded, wrapping her arms around Dimitri's neck. "I want everyone to know that I'm yours, too. But I don't think merging our companies is the way to do it."
Dimitri's lips lifted in a smile. "Isn't that what you were advocating for in the pool?"
"In my craziest daydream, sure," Rose said. "But that's partially why we hid our relationship to begin with, remember?"
They had started dating during their second semester at Wharton and had decided pretty quickly into their relationship that it would be best to only tell their family and close friends. They were both being groomed to take over their family's businesses and to make matters worse, the businesses were competitors. They hadn't wanted their relationship to affect the businesses, but the deeper they got, the harder it became to hide it. They decided that they would separate their business from their personal lives and would note that when they had to work together. During those business meetings and lunches, they would go back to pretending that they couldn't stand one another due to their rivalry at Wharton – which wasn't entirely fictional.
It amused their friends and families to no end that they chose to keep their relationship separate from their business, and Rose's dad liked to poke fun at it whenever he could. Such as asking them if a wedding date had been picked yet – something that Rose had been putting off doing.
"You know," Rose said, thinking out loud. "We could just let Forbes break the story for us. They could publish it as part of their "Thirty Under Thirty" article."
Dimitri's eyes lit up. "Or we give them exclusive access to the wedding and let them publish that. I wouldn't want it to detract attention from anyone else on the list."
"I kind of like that idea," Rose said with a smile. "And we could continue running our businesses separately until then and bring the idea of a merger up to my dad and Olena later? I think it would be better for Belikov Tech to acquire Nazar Enterprises, though, if we went that route."
"Why?"
"Belikov's the bigger company," Rose said with a shrug. "Y'all have a lot more subsections."
"Or we could jointly run them instead of either one acquiring the other."
Rose nodded. "Maybe we bring it up when we get closer to the wedding?"
Dimitri nodded. "Does this mean you're ready to set a date?"
"Yes," Rose said. "How about July 19th?"
"Works for me," Dimitri said, kissing Rose. "I'd marry you right now, right here, if I didn't think our families would kill us."
"I think my father would castrate you if we did that," Rose said, snaking her hand down to grasp at Dimitri's half-hard cock. "And I happen to like that part of you very much."
Dimitri groaned as Rose began to stroke him. "Now who's the insatiable one?"
Rose grinned. It was going to be a long but pleasurable weekend.
Hope y'all enjoyed! This is meant to be a oneshot, but sound off in the comments if you'd be interested in reading a second chapter with the actual big reveal/wedding!
