A Remake of "Maybe Love's Not so Bad". After a Year on the surface, Frisk begins to have dreams of a Lost Soul, wanting to leave their imprisonment. Frisk must ultimately make a choice and show the 1st fallen that love's not so bad after all. All's not what it seems on the surface though, shadows rise, and a forgotten past comes to the surface with them.

With a quick use of Sans' magic, we had returned to our home on the surface. The lovely three-story home sat quietly among the trees under the moonlight. An adult Frisk finds themselves exploring a very different underground. Terrifying at first once they realize that the monsters are more bark then bite, (unless they ask nicely) Frisk finds themselves growing more and more curious about the strange creatures dwelling under mount Ebbot.

What if the war never happened the way it did; Monsters enforced a peace back into the land after and now many years later, things take place in a new stadium, in a new life. Frisk in the care of a very motherly Monster, Asriel dealing with his father's new less than legal business, All the while juggling an offer he is to give.
