I am so sorry for the late delay. I was hitting a serious writer's block on this. I couldn't figure out how to write this, and it's not like I could have gotten help because nobody I know has watched the show before (I know nobody!). So, yeah, I promise not to make a habit of posting this late, and I will try my best in the future to be more consistent. So, enough rambling. Time to get into the chapter, which is about

This chapter will be about how Carmen tracks down Zack and Ivy, who seem to be following her. It will then turn into Carmen having to tell her mother the truth about her father and herself.

Carmen was confused by why Zack was watching her through the window she decided to investigate so she was started to look around for Zack or Ivy and she saw them multiple times were ever she was and she needed to know why so she decided to trick them and she sent her plan into action one day she allegedly was walking to the store to get some more food for the orphanage and she noticed Zack and Ivy following her so she started to pick up her pace making sure everything followed according to plan she saw an alleyway which she could corner them in so she quickly went inside of it and the brother and sister duo, followed her towards it completely unaware and that's when Carmen struck she had hidden a net inside her shopping bag and Zack and Ivy were in the alleyway, searching for her. She threw the net at them catching them off guard. But when they recovered they saw their old friend looking angrily at them the siblings gave each other a worried look because they both knew that they had been caught and they were doomed

hey, Carm how is it going? Long time no see. Said Zack worriedly.

you two have got a lot of explaining to do first off why have you been following me second off? Why are you even in Argentina? Did you not get the hint when I left the ACME pen at the old headquarters

We are a part of ACME but that's all we can tell you top-secret stuff you know. Said Zack

oh really then why don't we just ask chief herself? Stated Carmen with the acme pen she had stolen from Ivy's pocket when they fell because of the net.

How do you get that? Asked Zack

Bro, she is like the best super thief out there just because she is now living with her mom here in Argentina don't mean she ain't gonna lose her touch. Said Ivy.

She's right, so let's just check in with chief why don't we? And then Carmen clicked the pin and tossed it on the floor and a hologram of chief came up the hologram was facing Zach and Ivy, who were trying to untangle themselves from the net, and then it turned around to see Carmen looking at her with arms crossed and a angry expression on her face

I'm guessing you two got caught and you are wanting a exclamation stated the chief of ACME

You are correct . Stated Carmen sternly.

Agent Zack and Ivy will take you to one of ACME's safe houses here in Argentina and we will explain everything

Understood . Said Carmen simply.

The trio found themselves in a baron room that looked much like the interrogation room they used for Neil the eel and El topo and Le chèvre and they had just pulled out the pen with the hologram of chief and Carmen, who was going to get answers

You are probably wondering why agent Zack and Ivy have been following you around? Asked Chief.

Yes, I am. Responded Carmen. All of a sudden a phone ring. It was Carmen and it was of a white hat, indicating it was player she answered it and up came the 16 year old hacker

Hey, red, how's it going? Asked player cheerfully.

It's going fine player I was just about to get some answers from my stalkers. Responded Carmen showing the phone towards Zack and Ivy, who are standing off in the corner

I assume your hacker friend is going to be listening in on the conversation . Asked chief.

You are correct . Responded Carmen.

Okay, The reason why agent Zack and Ivy have been following you is because your's and your mother's life is in danger due to still active VILE operative that go by the names, Paper star and Lady Dokuso they had been at the museum that the former VILE faculty member by the name of Shadowsun have been working as a security guard at they were leaving threatening notes one of them had a picture of you and your mother with it. So that is the reason why agent Zack and Ivy, who have gone against VILE before following you around it is for your own protection and the protection of your mother.

So all this time shadowsun has been getting threatening letters in somebody has threatened my mother, and nobody decided it would be a good idea to tell me! What were you thinking? I take care of my self thank you very much! Yelled Carmen.

Carm we we're only worried about you. We didn't want you getting involved with them again. Stated a worried ivy.

I DON'T CARE!! You should have told me I can protect her! These people have made my life miserable. When can I ever just live in peace and have a normal life!? Said Carmen with tears in her eyes

don't worry Carm we can help you. Said a sympathetic and worried Zack

Don't tell me not to worry! This is mine in my mother's life that's at risk! I need to protect her and the only way to do that is... to tell her... the truth. Carmen said that last part very worried because she had no idea how her mother would react.

So here was Zack Ivy, the hologram of chief Carmen a computer with both player and shadowsun's face on it, Carmen and Carmen's mother, all sitting in the living room, of the orphanage. Carmen had a confused face. She did not know anybody in this room, except for Carmen and player. Carmen had introduced everybody to her saying that they were friends and colleagues of hers. Honey, I don't understand you say you know these people but how come they're here? Asked Carlotta.

There's something I need to tell you. You see dad lied about what he did for a living he worked for this secret organization called VILE which stands for villains international league of evil. Stated Carmen.

Carlotta was staring in shock. She had no idea about this, but she had a feeling that the people that Carmen brought to the orphanage were related to this somehow.

Shadowsun spoke up saying his name and that he used to be a part of VILE and was VILE faculty and defected for reasons he was soon to reveal. Then he started to tell the story since he knew the full thing since he lived through it all.

VILE recruited, the best thieves and trained them even further in VILE Academy, the teachers being professor, Malstrom, coach Brent, Dr. Bellum Countess Cleo and Dexter Wolf. They were VILE faculty, the best thieves there were and the one that outmatched them all was Dexter Wolf during my time at VILE Academy, I learned all that I could from Professor Wolf, who was under the name the wolf. But he was not there often because he was so skilled at thievery that he was often off on missions which nobody said anything about because he always succeeded willing enough to take the shirt off somebody's back if he saw fit. But one day when I was a first year operative, I got called back to the island. The faculty had informed me that the wolf had been going off grid for a longer periods of times and they had found out that he was sending proceeds to an off source account, they had figured out that the wolf was planning on leaving VILE and nobody leaves VILE they had wanted me to kill him.

Carlotta was listening very intensely and as she was listening to a story, her eyes widened horror. Her love had lied to her, and now she just found out that the organization he was working for had sent someone to kill him, and that person knew her daughter she was filled with rage and horror.

And so I accepted the mission. I went to the place where the Wolf was supposedly at, and I was completely prepared to complete my mission and an unexpected obstacle got in my Way, Carmen. But after that, nothing could have prepared me for what happened next just as I was about to do the mission I was required. I noticed police forces outside apparently VILE was not the only entity that was tracking the wolf. The Wolf tried to calm Carmen down as she was crying he knew he may not have seen her again, but in order to stop her from crying, he gave her a pair of nesting dolls to sooth her then he tried to escape out the window and make it to the car, but just as he was about to enter somebody noticed him it was a face that is in this room today. As shadowsun was saying, all this chief was recalling the memory of the wolf and how she had done the deed.

It was I who killed Dexter Wolf 20 years ago when I was just a detective in the police force. Stated chief sadly.

After the deed had been done VILE protocol, stated that I had to scrub the site of evidence. Dexter Wolf may have been a traitor to VILE but he was still a direct link to it so I had to burn down the villa he was at Carmen was the only loose and I was not prepared to handle so I took her with me and brought her to VILE faculty where are we made a decision. The first one was to raise Carmen on the island so she could be the best super thief in the history of VILE and to promote me to VILE faculty for "my deed"

Now Carlotta was on the verge of tears. She could not believe what she was hearing. She could not believe that her daughter was raised at such a place, but the story was not over yet she had to listen to more hard truths.

I was raised on the island where the story they told me was that they had found me abandoned on a roadside as a baby with my belongings, a pair of nesting dolls, I was the only kid on the island so I got my code name early it was black sheep, and since I was the only kid I got away with a whole bunch of stuff and back then one of the vile faculty members would not let anybody hurt me. Her name was Coach Brunt. A tough ass nails, big woman but with motherly instincts I had always suspected that she had found me as a baby but now I know that was wrong. Once when coach brunt had defended me after I prayed a prank on some one higher up in VILE a phone fell out of their pocket and I picked it up later on that night player here had hacked in two the server and I made contact with him and eventually we had become friends. Now I had always wanted to go to the school with the big kids I had dreamed of exploring the world so one day I gathered up the courage and asked if I could become a student at the Academy for faculty members agreed but Shadowsan have warned me that there was no turning back, but of course I didn't listen. Well, I was there attending the Academy I made friends but the one I was closest to who felt like a big brother to me was gray and eventually we earned our codenames together with the rest of my friends, but during final exams for stealth 101 we had two minutes to find a single dollar bill and a coat full of pockets that shadowsan was wearing and I could not find it even though I was the best pitpocket in the class I know that the coat was empty because secretly shadowsan did not want me to succeed. He did not want me to come a villain. So I ended up fling the school year and had to retake it, but I did not want to do that so I snuck a helicopter that my friends who had passed were going on for their first mission, but things didn't turn out right and my friend Gray ended up, having to kill somebody since they saw their face during my whole back year. I was planning on escaping because if VILE was willing to kill just to get some artifact, then that's something I do not want to be a part of so I made my plan December 1 a boat with a new hard drive that contains all the capers for the coming year on. It comes to the island. And that was my escape route I was able to trick cookie booker. The person who brings a hard drive and a stole her hat and coat so I could easily slip through and I had also stolen the hard drive. I had managed to get to the boat she had taken. And was able to escape the person to see me shadowsan but back then I thought he was trying to stop me but now I realize he wanted to join me but over the course of time I made it my mission to stop VILE not under the name, black sheep, but under the new title, Carmen Sandiego. On my first keeper, I met my two friends, Zack and Ivy.( she said that she was gesturing towards the brother and sister duo.) and we went on adventures and capers together eventually Shadowsan joined the group and then we Set off on adventures eventually coming to trying to find you. And us leading to finding you was caused because VILE had tricked me into thinking that shadowsan had killed my father and that led to a series of events and me finding out the truth that happened. And after that, we went on a treasure hunt to find a fortune of VILE treasure of old and after that happened, I went to ACME another organization that had been trying to capture me/recruit me and I told him if they found you for me that I would tell them everything they've ever wanted to know about VILE but because I ruined VILE's plans one too many times they had captured me and brainwashed me and made me into the ultimate operative that they always wanted and I was like that for months but eventually the my friends team up with ACME and we're able to get me back and then that led me to where I'm at now.

ACME has been trying our best to catch any remaining operatives with some success, but there are a few that we have been worrying about because a few months ago threats were starting to be delivered to Shadowsan and they were involving hurting or killing Carmen and one of them even had a picture of Carmen and you in it so chief sent me and Zack to follow Carmen making sure that she was safe and we're here now. Said Ivy.

Cara was shocked at all this information. She could not believe her daughter had to go through all that at such a young age. And her immensely that they were still trying to hurt her. I...I..I can't believe this all this happened to you over the years. Carmen just Nodded with a sad look on her face. And they're still after you. Asked Carlotta.

Yes, mom they are

The two operatives that are after Carmen aren't the most merciful ones either their names are Paper star who with just paper stars can cut through human flash and Lady Dokuso the mistress of poison who can create the most deadly poison in the world. Said Shadowsan in a dreadful tone.

Carlotta was now very worried not only did Carmen have people after her, but they were very very dangerous to. Worried was an understatement for how Carlotta was feeling right now. Her daughter was in moral danger and maybe perhaps herself and she had no way of protecting her either.

Ma'am, I know you are worried, but we have every ACME agent available trying to track these two villains down and we will not rest until we have them in our custody and you and your daughter are safe if you would desire we could have ACME agents, watch the orphanage from a distance to ensure your safety further. Stated chief.

Carlotta about this it wouldn't be a 100% guarantee, but if it would ensure her and her daughter safety, and also all the kids in the orphanage safety it was worth a shot so she agreed to this and also to have one of the ACME agents follow Carmen or herself or one of the kids if they ever went out to run an errand so they couldn't be plucked off because if VILE targeting Carmen, they could use somebody she cares about to get to her. But all this was still not going to completely resolve Carlotta's nerves she was genuinely terrified at what these people could do to her daughter but she would protect her with her life if she had to.

We see Carmen in a red hoodie and shorts walking down a mildly crowded sidewalk talking to player on her phone.

I just don't understand player. I'm finally happy but now it turns out that mine and my mother's life is in danger again all because VILE can't defeat its frustrating. All I want is a happy life. Why can't I just have that? She asked her hacker friend.

I don't know red but we're here for you me Zach Ivy Shadowsan your mom and ACME are going to help you through this because I will say it once and I will say it 1 million times over red I'm not going anywhere and besides you don't have to worry about me they will never know where I am because I am protected in my own little dark cave, and I am perfectly contact where I am.

Did Carmen know that who was following them from the rooftops eavesdrop on the whole conversation and saw the face of player on the screen and quickly took a picture smiling and wondering just how important this Player person was to Carmen Sandiego.

Don Don Don. Things are starting to spice up aren't they? What's going to happen to our dear hacker friend Player You just have to stay tuned for the next chapter hopefully coming in a week to two weeks and a half from now whenever I get to it honestly
