The mega prison had many locations sectioned off controlled by different groups. Finding Joker's main hideout was odd however for Naruto's informants to start. While Joker controlled the Amusement Mile area of Old Gotham he also had taken over the industrial district in his 4 way war against Penguin, Two Face, and Naruto himself.
Naruto and Harley flashed onto the top of Falcone Shipping and looked over the area to spot Joker's Funhouse, a section of amusement park style carnival fare built around the Sionis Steel Mill.
"Of course he just can't do subtle" Harley scoffed seeing her ex's face plastered all over the area
"You're the authority on subtlety?" Naruto asked with a quirked eyebrow under his mask
"You don't like your Harley?" Harley asked with a quivering lip and wide, sad, eyes
"Didn't say that you know I love my Harley" Naruto said with a firm tone as he pulled Harley close in a hug
"Aww if we weren't about to go storming the place I'd let you take this Harley of yours for a ride mistah N" Harley giggled before she squealed as Naruto smacked her ass
"We can play later. For now Let's meet Up with Laura and Gemini" Naruto said as he started to scan the area for nearby hiraishin marks. Seeing as the two were incognito he didn't want to flash in front of armed guards and trigger a lockdown. He wanted to make sure they were alone.
"Got em and they're alone. Wait here a moment" Naruto said before Harley grabbed him
"No! I want to stay with you! Don't leave me like this!" Harley yelled out drastically
"OK ok just stay quiet and you can have me however you want later. Man I was just gonna bring them here for the discussion in case people were listening in" Naruto sighed As he made a clone which went to go get Laura and Gemini
"Oh…… is that offer still good then?" Harley asked curiously
"You are so lucky I love you" Naruto said with a chuckle as he pulled Harley close while she put her arms around him as the clone came back in a flash alongside a disguised as joker henchmen Gemini and Laura who both shifted back to their normal appearance
"What do you require master?" Laura asked as she and Gemini greeted their leader
"You two bent over and - oi!" Harley was saying before Naruto poked her in the forehead
"Ignore her she's in heat" Naruto said with a sheepish chuckle
"Isn't she always?" Gemini asked with a smirk
"You let your minion recruit women to your bed?" Laura asked curiously as she looked at Naruto
"Oh all of us gals of his do! It's why there's so many of us! Hell I'm the one who brought in Tala and Pammy!" Harley giggled
"So your a man with insatiable appetites" Laura asked as she approached Naruto and trailed a finger on his chest

"It also helps that you got her split personality under control. Whatever you did made her incredibly loyal to you" Gemini said looking at her mother with a small smile
"Indeed, if you wish my lord I'm willing and ready to do my duty along with my daughter " Laura said with a bow causing her Breasts to bounce slightly

"Not a lot my lord, he is obsessed with finding doctors to help cure him of an ailment. On top of that he hasn't left his office and planning area. None of the guards can even enter there. The only person allowed to enter is his second in command Punchline" Gemini said as she dropped her smile and became serious along with her mother
"Punchline?" Harley asked never hearing of this person
"Must be a new groupie after you bailed and joined me sweetie" Naruto said with a shrug
"Indeed. We weren't able to gather much info on her. To the guards she's a complete unknown. On top of that I don't even think she was a prisoner sent here. I believe she snuck in much like yourself" Laura said with a frown
"So a resourceful and unknown factor in his corner." Naruto said in thought
"Apologies we couldn't get more info on her. All we know is that every single joker henchmen down there is absolutely afraid of her. Perhaps even more so than their fear of the Joker himself" Gemini said with a bow
"You two have given me plenty. Especially since Clayface is working with them but can't contact me as much. I think you two should return to the base while we go have a chat with Joker" Naruto told them
"We will be waiting lord Kurama" Gemini and Laura said as they both bowed their heads slightly smirking together as they both knew Naruto was checking them out again before they walked off. Swaying their hips as they left the rooftop
"Damn those two have some fat asses. Bet you can't wait to see them bounce for you huh sweetie?" Harley asked also looking
"……if I didn't have a job I would be balls deep in your ass" Naruto growled out before he spotted something heading to the steel mill. More specifically towards one of the smoking chimney towers.
Batman. The dark knight himself dropping down through the smoke of the chimney into what was most likely a waste management section.
"Huh guess the broody one is also here for Joker" Naruto said seeing this
"Should we be prepared to fight him?" Harley asked as she readied her bat
"I already told him he's not an enemy to me. I have no qualms with him being here. I'll only fight him if he gets in my way" Naruto said as fighting Batman wouldn't help anyone in this scenario
"Fair. So what's the plan babe? Gonna follow him through the chimney?" Harley asked
"Nah. Why don't we Help Our Gothic friend A little and draw some fire so he can sneak?" Naruto asked with a smirk beneath his mask
"Ooh a frontal assault? Sounds fun!" Harley said with a grin as she pulled out her baseball bat
"Let's have some fun" Naruto said as he picked up Harley and leapt towards the Steel Mill with her in his arms

There weren't many options for survival in Arkham City. It was kill or be killed in this place. So most thugs joined Joker, Penguin, or Two Face. Kurama was an option as well but since he was a wild card to most a lot of thugs didn't really want to risk joining him out of fear of death.
However maybe the joker henchman patrolling the mill's perimeter probably would've joined him if they knew he was the type crazy enough to leap into the middle of the mill holding the Joker's ex in his arms
"Hiya boys! Wanna buy some girl scout cookies?" Harley asked with a crazed giggle as Naruto set her down.
"Shit it's Harley and the Fox freak!" One of the henchmen yelled pointing his machine gun at them
"Really? I fought Batman and your boss when he was a giant monster back at the asylum. What exactly is that peashooter gonna do to me?" Naruto asked flatly
"W-what do you want?" the henchman stuttered out
"Oh we were just in the neighborhood and thought hey we should say hi to the dying clown" Naruto said with a smirk under his mask before he took a step forward making the henchman step back in fear before firing in a panic at the Shinobi
Naruto's response was to in a burst of speed run at the man and swing a kunai with some wind chakra coating it into the gun's barrel. Slicing it in two before grabbing the henchman by his throat and slamming him to the ground
"Now that was just rude. So as a way to make it up to me tell me something. Where is your boss in the mill" Naruto questioned
"I can't she'll kill me if i say anything" The guard said terrified
"Oh well that's funny cause I'm gonna kill you if you don't talk. So same result either way" Naruto said as his eyes flashed red behind the mask as he moved the kunai closer to the man's neck
"uh He's in the mill in the loading bay. There's an overlooking office" the henchman said terrified of being murdered
Naruto nodded at this before he dropped the man and kicked him hard sending him flying into a wall "there you get to live since you told me info. Live in pain." Naruto said as he stood up and walked back towards Harley
"You're so generous sweetie" Harley giggled
"Shall we go pay your ex a visit my dear?" Naruto asked as he looked towards the mill
"Why of course good sir" Harley said with a smirk as they walked towards the mill.
"So what's the plan puddin? Use the front door?" Harley asked
"Why not. We may as well be civil right?" Naruto asked as he knocked on the front door of the mill. And knocked it completely off its hinges "oops. My bad" Naruto said smirking under his mask as the two entered to see a group of 4 of Joker's henchmen
"Shit the fox freak and Harley!" A goon yelled holding up a steel pipe before a kunai was thrown into his head
"Really? I have my own crew and they can't even remember my name? Guess I'm gonna have to remind them eh?" Naruto asked as he took out another kunai
"You think we'll just let you kill us freak?!" A goon yelled
"Oh no I expect you to fight. Well I guess fight is a stretch. More like flail around like a fish as I hand you your asses" Naruto said before dashing at the Goon and slicing his neck open in an instant
"Holy sh-" the third goon was saying before Harley cartwheeled over to him and smashed his face in with her bat. Leaving one standing
"if I'm gonna die I'm taking that bitch out with me!" The last goon yelled as he charged at Harley who was wailing on his friend only to feel his legs stop moving as he was bisected by Naruto
"You never had a chance" Naruto said before turning to Harley. "Ready to go?" He asked
"One second pudding!" Harley said with a smirk before smashing the clown goon's face in a good 5 times with her bat "ok now we can go" Harley said with a crazed giggle
The two walked further into the mill to the loading bay where there was a large group of Joker's henchmen in a fight with Batman
"Ooh looks like a party huh puddin?" Harley asked with a grin as the fighting halted
"Oh fuck! It's him!" A goon yelled in horror at seeing Naruto and Harley
"Kurama" Batman said with a glare
"Howdy bats. Room for one more?" Naruto asked as he walked towards the fight taking place
"We got this boys. There's 3 of them and 30 of us" A joker henchmen yelled trying to hype up his allies
"Wow you suck at math. There's only 29 of you" Naruto said before vanishing and slamming his elbow into the man's skull, sending him flying into a wall.
"So fast!" A goon yelled before Batman sent a punch into the goon's stomach doubling him over
"Wanna have a contest and see who takes out more of these idiots Bats?" Naruto asked the dark knight as he slugged another goon in the throat before throwing him into another
"Shut up and fight. Don't kill any of them" Batman ordered as he judo flipped a goon to the ground and broke his arm
"Aren't these guys psychos who have body counts?" Naruto asked as he slammed his knee into the jaw of a goon
"I won't allow you to kill in my city" Batman told him
"Little late bats. Already took out a few in the other room" Harley said with a grin as she nailed a goon in the crotch with her bat
"besides this is Arkham City not Gotham" Naruto said with an audible smirk as he pele kicked a goon in the face knocking him out
"Smoke them! Get the guns!" A joker henchman yelled at his allies to get some weapons from a nearby crate only for Naruto to throw a kunai at the crate with an explosive tag on it
"Boom" Naruto said as the crate filled with weapons exploded sending the goons nearby flying into the wall from the force of the explosion
"Nice one puddin!" Harley yelled as she tripped a goon and smashed her bat into his face while he was down
"thanks. 10 of these guys left. Let me just finish this" Naruto said as he threw some hiraishin kunais and teleported to them while they were in the air. Sending His fists into the throat of each remaining Joker thug until none were left standing.
"What are you doing here?" Batman demanded once the last one was knocked out
"You know you could thank us for helping you" Naruto grunted out
"We have business with my ex batsy. Why are you here?" Harley asked as she placed her bloodied bat on her shoulder
"... Joker tried to blow me up with a bomb. I want to know what his plan is" Batman said with a firm tone
"So an average Tuesday got it" Harley said with a bored tone of voice
"An average tuesday from When you were Joker's girlfriend. But I'm a bit more refined" A female voice said from above revealing punchline
"Wow clown boy traded down" Naruto said with a wince seeing jokers new henchwoman. And while she was attractive she wasn't on Harley's level.
"Ha! Oh you are so getting balls deep in me later puddin!" Harley said with a laugh at this
"Amusing. Joker doesn't wish to see any of you so do be on your way" Punchline said as Batman tried to grapple up to the overlook only for Punchline to close the door to the overlook "world's greatest detective my ass. A three year old could've seen that coming" Punchline scoffed from behind the door
"So bats want some help here? I can break down that door in an instant for you. Save you the trouble" Naruto suggested
"oh but if you did that then who would stop Two Face's thugs from attacking the new inmates set to enter the prison" Punchlines voice came out through a speaker
"Some new inmates? Big deal" Harley scoffed with an eye roll at Punchline. What would they care about some two bit criminals
"Oh so you don't want info on the metas being brought in from Jump City or Metropolis that Strange is having brought in?" Punchline asked with a smirk at the two
"So what I'm hearing is get the info from Joker then go save the two inmates" Naruto said as he prepared to deal with both Joker and Punchline immediately
"You could do that but one of our spies already told us they were just arriving. Can you take us down with enough tike to save them from Two Face's men without them having powers?" Punchline asked smugly
Naruto's eyes narrowed at this "fine your boss gets a reprieve but you….." Naruto was saying before suddenly…..
"Yaaaaaaahhhh!" Punchline screamed in pain as a kunai was suddenly embedded into her wrist
"You're on notice. Go kick Joker's face in for me Bats" Naruto said with a cold tone before he grabbed Harley and disappeared in a flash of yellow light
(Arkham City. Park Row)
Naruto and Harley appeared on the rooftop of a building across from Ace Chemicals once was. Down below several armored trucks were being escorted into the city prison.
"Aww I wanted to bash in Joker's face" Harley groaned out
"I promise we can go back later and kick his ass" Naruto said as he looked down at the two trucks
"Right right, ok so who we recruiting puddin?" Harley asked
"if the info Punchline gave is true it's Volcana and Blackfire. Any info on their arrival date kept shifting. Probably a way for Strange to mess with me" Naruto said looking down at the prisoners starting to be escorted inside
"He really picked the worst person to go to war with in this place huh puddin? I mean' hey what's that?" Harley asked seeing a weird metal pod behind them speared into the roof of the building
"Looks like something Batman has tech wise. Something was dropped off here for him." Naruto said looking at the pod
"Like what? Some batarangs? Shark repellent? Bat undies?" Harley asked confused
"No, it has to be something important though. Maybe his suit" Naruto said with narrowed eyes at the pod
"His suit? Why? He broke into Arkham already. Why would he need that?" Harley asked
"Because he was here as a prisoner. Before he got loose and summoned his suit. And I think I know which one" Naruto said as he lightly chuckled
"Ooh tell me tell me!" Harley begged
"Never you mind, now we have new recruits to break loose though we should summon some help" Naruto said as he tapped his earpiece "Tala" he said
"Yes master? How may I assist?" Tala asked
"I need some backup. I'm freeing some new recruits bring yourself, Diablo, Frost, Bane, and Ivy to Park Row at my location" Naruto ordered
"At once master" Tala said and after a few moments a violet portal appeared and Tala,Diablo, Killer Frost, Bane, and Ivy appeared
"So who we busting out this time?" Diablo asked Naruto
"Volcana and Blackfire. Guess Strange wanted some A list prisoners to psychologically evaluate" Naruto said with a scoff
"What is the plan?" Bane asked his boss as they looked down at the armored trucks
"Ivy you good with making a ton of vines to Restrain the Tyger security?" Naruto asked
"A simple matter love" Ivy said as she nodded
"Good I want our focus on Two Face's forces and Tyger would be a distraction. Bane you're gonna go in first draw their fire and take down any you can with your strength. Diablo and Frost you two hit from above with fire and ice. Seal off any exits. Tala you'll be the escape method. Once Harley and I free the prisoners and get Volcana and Blackfire we port out" Naruto ordered
"Couldn't I just use magic to bring them to us immediately?" Tala pointed out
"Where's the fun in that? Besides we do it this way we earn their trust or interest" Harley said with a grin
"Exactly though feel free to rain down magic blasts on the enemy if you like" Naruto said before seeing the prisoners being brought off the truck
"Move it bitch!" A guard yelled smacking A woman with orange skin and black hair with purple eyes in the back with the butt of his rifle making her hiss in annoyance. She had E cup breasts, a fit, curvy body, and heart shaped ass. This was Komand'r of Tamaran aka Blackfire.
Alongside Blackfire another woman glared at the guards; she had long fiery orange hair and red eyes with DD cup breasts, a fit body, and a plump ass. This was Claire Selton. Aka Volcana
Both prisoners were wearing power dampening collars and were scowling at the guards
"When I get out of this little device human you'll be the first to die" Komand'r growled out only to get another hit from the rifle
"I said shut it bitch!" The guard yelled again
"Why are we even here? I was fine in Metropolis jail" Volcana said as she was already imprisoned by Superman so why bother transferring her to this prison in Gotham
"Don't know don't care. Got a problem take it up with the doc. I'm just here to make sure you skanks are brought into the city in one piece. What happens afterwards? Well who cares. No one is gonna miss you two when you get cut up or worse" the guard said with a smirk as a group of Two Face thugs started to walk over to them.
"Some new meat? Oh yeah they'll do just fine" the lead thug said with a grin under his mask
Before the guards could do anything it's started to rain fire, ice, and magic blasts while vines started to grab the guards holding them still so they couldn't run
"What the hell?!" The lead guard yelled Before his mouth was silenced by a vine wrapping around his mouth
"Ease up Red they ain't schoolgirls!" Harley yelled with a cackle as her, Naruto, and Bane leapt off the roof of the building to the street below. Landing in between the two face goons and Komand'r and Volcana
"Shit the clown slut brought Bane and Kurama!" The lead thug said as the two face gang members brought up pistols towards them.
"Bane do me a favor and clothesline that one's head off" Harley said with a chillingly sweet tone after hearing that insult
"Only if Kurama says it is alright" Bane said as he wouldn't do this without Naruto's permission.
"Go ahead you need to test your chakra power anyway. A few splattered goons is an easy test" Naruto said as he wasn't exactly a fan of them insulting Harley either
"As you command" Bane said with a smirk before roaring at the goons as he charged them. Bullets bouncing off his skin as he sent a wicked clothesline at the leader taking his head off as he continued to assault the other two face thugs.
"Greetings ladies sorry for the unsightly violence." Naruto greeted them cordially
"The hell do you want human?" Komand'r asked with a glare
Naruto held up his kunai and one motion later the power dampener colors were sliced off
"I wish to invite you to my team" Naruto said with a grin behind his mask at the two villains look of surprise
"You crazy bastard! You're gonna get us all killed!" a tyger guard restrained by Ivy's vines yelled before he choked as Blackfire grabbed him by his neck and lifted him off the ground easily
Blackfire glared At the man, her Eyes glowing purple as she lasered his face. Melting it into goop.
"Feel free to kill these men along with my other allies" Naruto said uncaring that the Tyger guards were dying. Most were corrupt like Strange so he had no love lost on them.
"... why help us? Just to recruit us? Or do you seek another motive?" Volcana asked still wary of this individual
"I seek allies for future plans of mine and you can rest assured I'm very loyal to my allies unlike Luther or Grodd especially if they are as lovely as you two" Naruto said with a smile at them
"Tsk. I don't care What you want I just want out and some revenge" Komand'r said with a scoff as she dropped the corpse of the huard she incinerated
"I'll happily give you that and whatever you want my dear. An alien beauty like you obviously deserves the best. And we can go take down the man who brought you here in time" Naruto said to Blackfire
"... I don't care about this prison or whoever brought me here. I want revenge on my sister" Blackfire said with a scowl
"Oh? Why is that? Your sister is a great hero is she not?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow
"My sister took what was rightfully mine as first born! I should be ruling our planet like I was meant to! Instead of her getting the throne when my mother dies!" Komand'r yelled angrily
"Ah I see well I'm sure we can discuss this more back at my base" Naruto said
"...fine this base Better have food. And a lot of it" Komand'r said with a firm glare
"Of course, and what about you my dear? what do you want?" Naruto asked Volcana as he turned to look at her
"... I…. Don't know. No one ever really asks what I want. They just decide for me" Volcana admitted
"Well then why don't I help you find a purpose? After all I'm sure you could use some friends right?" Naruto asked the orange haired villainess.
Volcana went silent weighing over the options. She didn't exactly trust easily considering all the stuff the government put her through to make her a weapon. Superman leaving her on a deserted island with the promise of food delivered to her so she was away from people didn't exactly help much with her mistrust.
"If it helps I have no intention of just using you like a tool like your old black ops friends" Naruto said
"Yea whiskers here treats us all like family as long as we show loyalty" Diablo said with a nod of respect
"And us ladies he gives us bitch breaking, bed shaking, hair pulling, spank my ass and call me sally sex on the regular" Harley giggled as a Tyger guard pulled out a pistol on her before Harley turned to him and sent a fireball from her mouth at him. Incinerating him into ash.

"so trapped in this hellhole alone with targets on out back or join you?" Volcana asked
"If you want proof he's not to be messed with he has killed Cobblepot and taken his territory" Bane said with a firm tone as he finished suplexing a two face goon into the asphalt of the street. Splattering him agaisnt the road.
"Wait when did we take his territory?" Naruto asked
"I made the order sir seeing as you killed him we may as well make use of what is his and make sure Dent and the clown can't take it" Bane said with a bow of respect to show he didn't mean any disrespect
"Ah very good idea Bane. Alright I'll have to take a tour of the territories later and see what we got out of it. In the meantime though we should bring our new allies with us. Unless you two would rather not join. It is your call after all" Naruto said as he wasn't gonna force them to join
"I'm in, you obviously have power and the will to use it. I wish to see what sort of ambitions you have as well" Volcana said with a nod
"Works for me and you my dear?" Naruto asked Blackfire
"What are you doing?" She asked with a quirked eyebrow
"Honestly? I'm fishing for a smile" Naruto said with a smile under his mask at the alien woman
"Tch. Whatever look I'll join up for now since I don't have anywhere else to go on this planet. Last thing I need is the justice league or titans coming after me. So I'll stick around for now. If you have a cause I find interest in, I'll stay." Blackfire told him
"You have nothing to worry about, any of my people are targeted they are pretty much attacking all of us and I don't tolerate that" Naruto said with a cold tone as he changed some Killer intent
Blackfire froze at this feeling of utter dread and terror coming from him. This malicious feeling that made her freeze up. Her?! A tamaranean warrior. They very rarely felt fear. This killer intent though? It was something she had never felt in her life. It made her shiver before slightly smiling lustfully. Such power. It was enticing. Desirable. Worthy of her.
"Besides, Batsy doesn't allow the league in Gotham unless it's crazy important. Like end of the world bad" Harley said with a giggle as the group converged together with Tala to prepare the portal.
"Let's head back to base. We've had a productive day" Naruto said as Tala made a portal to the mall for everyone to go through

"Ah home sweet home" Harley cheered out as she laid down on a couch in the middle of the mall as the others came through
"Welcome back" Patience said as she and White Rabbit were going over the new equipment the crew now had for their group since they took from Penguin's territory
"How did it go? Bane told me we had a lot to take over now Naruto asked as he approached
"Croc And Nanue did most of the heavy lifting. Cobblepot apparently had entire museum display cases at the Gotham history museum filled with weapons and even corpses of people he put on for an exhibit. He even had a cage planned for you and Harley" White Rabbit said with a scoff
"Oh that's not the worst part get this he has Solomon Grundy locked up in the basement" Patience said as she crossed her arms
"Who?" Naruto asked raising a eyebrow at this
"A zombie that he kept bringing back from the dead with electricity" Patience explained
"I thought he was just a children's rhyme. You know Solomon Grundy born on a monday?" Ivy asked
"he would be a great enforcer my love all it would take is a spell from me" Tala said with a smile
"Perhaps we should. We'll speak with him later and see if he can come to our side. And if not we remove him" Naruto said simply
"We also found a ninja in one of the cages. Still alive, still meditating since Penguin locked Her up" Selina said entering the mall along with Katana who was escorting a blindfolded and cuffed woman in dark ninja garb.
"Is she a threat?" Naruto asked seeing her cuffed
"Refuses to say. Better safe than sorry though" Patience said as the woman made no movement whatsoever barring being lead. It was like she was in a trance.
"Too bad it's not often I meet a fellow ninja" Naruto said before the door to the mall burst open as Batman booted open the door.
"That was unnecessary but if you wish to play it that way bats" Naruto said as he snapped his fingers
This caused everyone to stand up and around Batman ready to attack him if he made a move
"My team's bigger than yours" Naruto said with a mocking tone
"I'm not here for you Kurama or your group. I need to speak to Victor Fries" Batman said with a firm tone
"Oh? And what would you need my pal Victor for? Snowcones? Ice cream? Wait I got it! Your here for rocket pops!" Naruto said snapping his finger
"He makes those now?!" Harley asked with a grin
"Enough games. Where is he?" Batman demanded
"... oh broody you really don't understand the situation you're in do you? I don't like being demanded of things by others. And after all the good I've done to help you out. I thought we were finally starting to become friends" Naruto said with a sigh and a headshake
"I need his help if I have to fight through all of you then I will" Batman said as he got prepared for a fight
"As fun as it would be to watch that I think we should hear him out" Selina said as she looked at Batman and felt something off with him. Like he was weaker physically
"He reeks of death boss. Like he'll die soon" Croc said as he looked at Naruto
"Hmmmm very well then tell me what the problem is and I'll see about asking Victor to help you. But I make no promises" Naruto said
"Joker's own blood is killing him-" Batman was saying before he was cut off
"Yahtzee! Get out the booze and ramen!" Harley yelled with a mad grin
"And he infected me with his blood-" Batman was saying until Harley cut him off again
"I knew it! Pammy, you owe me 5 bucks! I told you that limp dicked fuck was into bats!" Harley yelled
This got snorts of laughter from some of the villains
Harley I love you so much Naruto said as he contained his laughter
"... and he Infected every major hospital in Gotham via anonymous donations" Batman finished trying and failing to hide his irritation
"Ahhhh that would be a problem, let me guess old pale face wants you to get a cure and you and Gotham being at risk is your incentive" Naruto said with a nod of understanding
"I could care less of he and I die from this. But the people of Gotham shouldn't suffer his actions." Batman explained
"……I agree. Very well let me get Victor" Naruto said as he nodded at this before vanishing in a flash of yellow light and returning shortly with Victor and Nora
"Fries?" Batman asked not expecting him out of the suit nor his wife to be unfrozen
"Ah Batman. It has been some time. I suppose the last time you saw me was quite different but Kurama here was able to cure us" Victor said with a smile
"You cured him?" Batman asked Naruto curiously
"Of course, I take care of my friends when they help me and I don't want every criminal dead. Just certain ones like scarecrow, Joker, and Dent" Naruto explained
"Why Dent? He was a model DA before his accident" Batman said with a glare
"Yea and he let himself be consumed by his dark half. If there's a way to rehabilitate him then it would've been found by now?" Naruto pointed out. If there was a way to save Dent he'd be fine sparing him but realistically Naruto didn't seen an option with how fractured his mind is.
"What about that thing you did to fix Madame Rouge's mind? Wouldn't that work?" Ivy pointed out as Victor went over to take. Sample of Batman's blood and put it in a portable scanner
"Or does that only work on those with a rack and ass?" Harley asked curiously
"It doesn't and the reason It won't work on Dent is….. I didn't think of it.. memo to me fix him if possible" Naruto sighed hey he wasn't perfect by any stretch of the word and the only face he'd seen of Dent since arriving was as two face. He wasn't exactly versed on the history of everyone in the world. Especially having been locked up.
"I'll put dent on the subdue list" Ivy said with a flat tone of voice
"I have good news and bad news Batman. The good news is I could potentially create a cure for this infection. The bad news is I need a chemical that can restore itself or else the cure will break down" Fries explained
"Where can I get this chemical?" Batman asked Victor
"I do not know if it even exists. The chemical itself restores things before they break down. Like a fountain of youth" Fries explained
"... what if I know someone who was exposed to this chemical for centuries" Batman said as he realized who may be able to assist "I'll need to find Ra's Al Ghul" Batman said with a frown getting the ninja captured by Naruto's team to stiffen before ripping apart the cuffs that bound her as she dashed at Batman.
Before she could attack though Naruto appeared in front of her and grabbed her by her throat and slammed her into the ground cracking the ground ground
"Guess she knows something huh? Wanna share with the class?" Naruto asked smirking under his mask before the ninja woman revealed a hidden blade in her glove and made to stab Naruto only for him to block the blade with his other hand "zero for two. Care to try for three?" Naruto asked
"You are all unworthy of speaking of the great Ra's al Ghul!" The ninja yelled as she struggled to try and break free.
"Ah, I haven't heard that name in quite a while. The leader of the league of assassins." Bane said as he walked over to Naruto and the restrained Ninja
"Ah right you mentioned them once. Sounds more like a cult of freaks to me" Naruto said with a smirk under his mask hoping the Ninja would take the bait
"How dare you!" The ninja woman yelled as she used her anger to fuel her strength and slip out of Naruto's hold before dashing away just as Naruto threw a kunai to incapacitate her only for the knife to nick her shoulder making her bleed.
"You will all burn at the hands of the Demon's head!" The ninja growled as she made a break for it again
"Yea yea yea Tala be a dear and restrain her so she can answer my questions" Naruto said as he looked on bored as the ninja was just failing at this point
"of course" Tala said as she waved her hands causing the ninja to suddenly jerk as her hands and legs were grabbed by her magic and held in the air
"You could've just let her go and I could've tracked her" Batman said with a firm tone
"Yeah and waste time playing their game. That's the difference between you and I bats. you want to Prove yourself the better player. I want to upend the board entirely" Naruto said "besides what does it matter how you get the info so long as you get it before you die" Naruto said getting silence from Batman as Tala brought the ninja to her knees
"I will tell you Nothing!" the ninja yelled as Naruto approached her and took off her hood revealing her face
"Oh I know. You'd never willingly tell us anything. Fortunately I don't need you to tell me. Tala here can force your mind open for the info. Ripping into your brain like peeling an orange." Naruto said as he knelt to look her in the eyes
"Though I can't promise you will survive the process. In fact you'll be lucky if you end up in a coma for 6 years" Tala said as she held up her hand
"Your choice. Talk. Or magic lobotomy" Naruto said with a firm tone
"I will never talk!" The ninja spat out venomously
"We will see" Naruto said with a cold tone as he nodded at Tala who placed her hands on the ninja's head
"Wait I didn't agree to-" Batman was saying before Naruto cut him off while Bane, Croc, and Shark blocked his path
"My place my rules bats. Besides she won't die. Maybe" besides you and I know torture wouldn't make he talk so what other options do you have? Unless you want all of Gotham to die like you will" Naruto said as the ninja started to convulse from Tala ripping into her mind
"Got it" Tala said as she let go of the ninja who dropped onto the ground unconscious
"Good and what info do you have for our brooding friend here?" Naruto asked
"Wonder City aka old gotham underneath Arkham City. That's where the league of assassins are currently" Tala said as she looked at Batman while Killer Frost moved the unconscious ninja to a cell.
"There you have your location go find your chemical and I'll have Victor here set you up with a cure for You and Gotham." Naruto told Batman
"... what's your angle here Kurama? What do you get out of this?" Batman asked
"No angle, I am not like Joker, Dent, or even Cobblepot rest his soul. I seek to cut the cancer of crime by controlling it or culling it. You can stalk them on ledges and make most fear you Bats and I respect it. But the ones that aren't afraid? They need to be eradicated. And if you're not willing to do it I am" Naruto told him firmly
"Or to simplify it your a band aid and he's the cure" Ivy said as she crossed her arms and glared at Batman
"... I'll be back. And once I'm done with Strange and Joker I'll be coming for you" Batman said as he turned to leave
"I look forward to it bats" Naruto said with a chuckle as Batman left
"You sure it's a good idea to let him go?" Diablo asked curiously
"It's fine I'm three steps ahead of him. Besides he's not my enemy. Strange and Joker are. He's just an obstacle. One with far more important issues to take care of. Now Selina how goes the plan for Strange's vault? That was the deal for any information you could provide for this alliance after all" Naruto asked turning to the original Catwoman
"Ivy, Harley, and Patience are assisting me on that front. Those 3 will be running a distraction while I get the loot from the confiscated goods vault" Selina said
"I would feel better if you had some muscle with you just in case. Perhaps Endowed?" Naruto suggested
"Let me go prove myself for you" Blackfire said as she stepped forward
"Oh? That's acceptable. A tamaranean on your side as the muscle is perfect. Very well. Blackfire you will assist them" Naruto said with a nod to Blackfire
"What about the rest of us?" Bane asked as the rest of them stood at attention
"For now we'll wait for Batman to return with info and to get his cure. However I'll look into a few small matters in Arkham City. For starters this Grundy guy. See if he has any use." Naruto said to everyone
"You may also want to look into Victor Zsasz" VIcki Vale said as she approached from her room
"Oh? Why is that?" Naruto asked as he looked at the reporter
"One of the payphones started ringing outside and I was curious so I answered. Turns out Zsasz has some hostages he's using to lure Batman to him. Asked if I wanted to be freed from this wretched existence. Not exactly big time but anything to help innocents seems right up your alley" Vicki explained
"A valid point. Hmm I suppose we could go deal with him. One less nuisance is for the best" Naruto mused aloud
"He's been alive too long anyway. Trust me I may not like most humans but he's at the bottom of the barrel like Joker" Ivy said with a scowl
"Any other rumors to investigate?" Naruto asmed
"You could also go after Bruce Wayne too. Heard a rumor he snapped and started attacking people after getting locked up. Guy cut off a man's face" Abner said as he thought about it
"Deadshot's also in Arkham. I could try and recruit him once he's located. However he's most likely on Strange's payroll" Bane said
"Oh you can also deal with Eddie! He kidnapped a bunch of people from the church. Rumor has it he's going all Jigsaw on them putting em in death traps" Harley said
"I see. I'll look into these matters. For now though I think we should sit back and rest as much as possible. Something tells me things are about to get hectic in this city, meeting adjourned. I'll be in my office if anyone has any information for me" Naruto said as he walked off, more specifically towards his mattress shop where Laura and Gemini were standing in front of. Waiting for him.
"Make them squeal babe!" Harley yelled with a grin at Naruto
"That's the plan" Naruto said as he walked past the mother and daughter and smacked their asses making them moan before he made them follow him into the mattress shop.
