Later,Ryu and Ken begin training. He meets with Guile,his Wife,Julia,his daughter,Chris,and his Sister-in-law,Eliza,whom Ken is smitten with. Ryu meets with Chun-Li and goes to the wrestling to see Zangief tag teaming with Rainbow Mika. The two defeats their opponents.
Bison,who has possessed Rose,meets with F.A.N.G. and Vega. They showed him his ashes ever since his demise and took him to meet Seth,an Android and CEO of S.I.N.,who begun regenerating his Body,allowing Bison's soul to return to his body.
Eliza was at the pool,relaxing on the raft in her bikini. Ken swims under the raft,pulls her in the water,and they begun making love. They notice a commotion going on at the town. He and Ryu went down to see what's going on. Seth begun ransacking the city. They are later confronted by Bison. Ryu gets overpowered and captured.
Ken,Guile,Chun-Li,Zangief,and Rainbow are joined by Abel to rescue Ryu. Bison and Seth tried to absorb Ryu's power,but they're stopped by their member,Crimson Viper,who reveals to be a CIA Agent. Ryu and Rose are free before Ken and the fighters got there. Bison,Vega,and F.A.N.G. escapes,leaving Seth to face by Ryu,who blows a hole in his chest,killing him.
As the Fighters Celebrate,Ken proposes Eliza,which she accepts. Chun-Li asks Ryu what happens if Bison is gonna do next,which he answered he doesn't know but they will be ready.

Bison was informed by F.A.N.G. and Vega that they use half of his ashes,saying this could be the ultimate weapon as the capsule contains a young blonde woman slips out.
