Back with the others, they were trying to quickly get out of the city. "Let's go, let's go, let's go!" Tang called out.
"What about MK?!" Mei asked, keeping on the watch for the spider bots that had chased them.
"She's with Monkey King!" Pigsy yelled, pulling the anchor up. "She's fine!" Sandy started the engines, watching as they flared to life. "Ha! Try turning us into spiders when we're in the middle of the oc-!" Mei was cut off by the sight of hundreds of spider bots surrounding the boat. "Shit."
"Um...Sandy, we gotta get going soon!" Mei said turning to the water demon and back to the army of spider mechs.
"Sandy we gotta get going soon!" Mei yelled as Sandy frantically tried to get the ship to go.
"Don't do this to me," Sandy said as he tried to get the boat to work. However, the control burst into flames. He puts it out with the extinguisher and says sheepishly, "I don't usually have this problem. Honest."
"We're all gonna die." Tang whimpered staring at the spider mechs in fear.
—A few minutes ago—
A customer is complaining to a food stall owner about their food, "Your food might have permanently damaged my taste buds!" He opens his mouth and fire comes out. He bangs the service bell repeatedly. "Why would you ever sell anything this hot?!"
The owner puts his hand on the customer's hand to stop him from ringing the bell before smiling. "Oh, dear customer. The spice level was no mistake. I, Red Son, have devised the perfect culinary experience." He pulls down a chart. "If you would direct your attention down at this chart here, it clearly ranks the spice level from 'Very Hot' to 'INFERNO!' You ordered, "Very Hot." So..."
"But it's the lowest one!" The customer argued back.
"Oh so I'm supposed to make barbecue for peasants, is that it, huh!?" Red Son shouted, leaning on the counter. The customer gets in the Fire Demon's face, "Look, I want to speak to the manager."
Red Son opens his mouth to tell him he's the owner but a deep growl sounds behind them as the Demon Bull King steps out behind Red Son.
The customer steps back and stutters out, "Uh I-I actually didn't need taste buds anyway so thank you for your service, and have a prosperous and fulfilling New Year." He runs away, screaming. Red Son sighed as he ran off, looking at his father. "Father, you can't just scare away every customer that complains. This is a chance to do something great," he reminded him.
DBK looks down at his son as if he'd lost his head. "Great? Great?! I am the Demon Bull King! What would you have me be? The King of Street Food?!"
"Uh...yes? I mean, after your recent humiliating defeat, I thought a fresh start was exactly what we needed." He pulled his father closer to him, grinning. "Just you and me working together, Father and Son! No evil plans, no talking bones." Demon Bull King growls, remembering how he was possessed by that ancient power.
"Heh, Sorry, fresh wound."
"Enough!" DBK slammed his fist against the food stand, "I may have failed as conqueror, but I will not—" he was briefly cut off by being wrapped in webbing. "Huh!?" He growled, struggling and almost breaking free before another set of webs wrapped even tighter around him and pulled him away.
"Father!" Red yelled, before getting knocked back by a spider bot, struggling for a second as it tried to rip his face off, before punching it, shattering the bot, and grabbing the vial of venom that dropped out.
The Fire Demon frowned, rushing to his vehicle and hopping inside. "I'll come back for you father!" He told himself, darting into the air.
—Now—
The Demon Bull King groans, opening his eyes to see tubes and wires surrounding him. "What?" He noticed that his arms were restrained, growling and snarling, frantically tugging at the webs. "What is this?!" The purple bull snarled, looking around for the culprit. "Who dares?!"
With a mocking snicker, Spider Queen swings down from the ceiling to come face-to-face with DBK. "Why me of course."
"I have truly fallen if one such as you can best me...the Would be Queen of Spiders," He sneered at the female.
"Ain't nothing 'would be' about it. I am The Spider Queen. And you? Nothing but a battery for my mech," she chuckles. "Look around, handsome. You're not the only prize I've snatched up." He looks around, now noticing the other trapped demons around him.
"Every one of them is just dying to give me their power." Hearing this, the Demon bull king became worried, looking around. "Princess Iron Fan?"
"Aw, don't worry, haven't found your wifey...yet" she said with a grin. "I did manage to track down some old friends of yours" Spider Queen said using her leg to turn the Bull King's head, Monkey King opened his bright, golden eyes, making eye contact with DBK.
"Wussup, Bull King. You two huh?" Monkey King said grinning as Demon Bull King Growls and snarls in anger. "Monkey King! You wretched simian!"
"Do you really have to joke at a time at this?" The shadow trickster sighed, shaking his head at his husband's behavior.
"My Queen," The doors opened up to reveal a pair of Spider Queen's henchmen, Syntax and Huntsman, Syntax being the one to speak. "I have news regarding Red—"
"Ahem!" Huntsman interrupted, pushing the Syntax aside, who sneered angrily at his coworker. "My Queen, I Have news regarding Red Son."
At the mention of his son, A growl formed in DBK's throat, "You lay one hand on him, and I'll--!!"
You'll what, Hm?" The demoness smirked, hums with a raised brow, turning her attention back on her servants. "Go on."
"He actually..." Huntsman sweatdrops, sighing. "He got away." Spider queen's brow twitches with anger, gritting her teeth, while DBK's eyes lit up.
"Hahahaha! You will never catch him!" He laughs, his chest swelling with pride. Spider Queen's brow twitches with anger, gritting her teeth.
"Find him, NOW!!" she yells at her henchmen. "Yes, my queen." Huntsman nodded and with that, Huntsman and Syntax exit the room, shutting the door.
"My Queen," Spider Queen turned towards the little girl, who stepped out of the shadows. "What of the Monkey King's protégé, perhaps she should join her master." The little girl said cold blue eyes glancing up at the copper monkey, Monkey King growls and glares at the girl.
Spider Queen thought of it then smiled. "Yeah, and the bull boy too. I can't have these problematic children running around causing me problems!"
Wukong felt his blood boiling, fur bristling, he felt anger he hasn't felt in a very long time.
"YOU SORRY EXCUSE FOR A F#*ING SPIDER!" He snarled, his voice booming through the spider mech, fangs baring, his bright golden eyes were now blood red as he struggled against the webbing. "YOU SO MUCH AS LAY ONE HAND ON THEM AND I'M GONNA F#*ING KILL YOU!"
The various demons surrounding the two were shaking in complete fear, even Spider Queen had shrieked in fear, stumbling back a bit at the howling simian's threats.
Meanwhile with MK and the eclipse twins, they were dodging the spider mechs. "Run faster!" Shouted Rumble as they smashed through another drone, MK uses her golden vision to see they we're almost towards the docks, a sigh of relief escaping her lips.
"Hang on you two, we're almost there!" She reassured them, she then heard a noise and turn to see a hoard of spider mechs approaching them. "There's more incoming!" Savage exclaimed.
The delivery girl took out her staff and pointed it towards the charging mechs. "Get behind me." MK pushes the two monkeys behind her.
MK takes a deep breath, bracing herself as she's getting ready to attack, until she heard a jet noises and looks to see that the spider mechs were laying destroyed on the ground.
"Woah~" Rumble and Savage awed in unison.
"What the he-Aaahhhh!" MK shrieks, she felt something lifts her up by the back of her jacket hoisting her up in the air. She lands on the seat with a familiar fire demon sitting in front of her. "Red Son!?" MK asked in shock.
"It looks like you need assistance. Hang on!" Red Son said and blasted off into the air. "Are you hurt? You weren't bitten by those things, were you?" Red Son asked concerned, looking behind him.
"No-no, we're fine. We're okay!" MK said holding onto Red Son's waist.
"Good, I- wait...We?" He asked, confused. He gave a yelping sound when Rumble and Savage popped from behind MK.
"Hello!"
"Red Son, this is Rumble and Savage, R , this is Red Son." She quickly introduced them. The fire demon sweatdropped but quickly shook it off, focusing.
"Just what happened?" Red Son asked wondering why she's here. "I-I don't know. We got separated and- Red Son, Spider Queen captured Monkey King!" MK whimpered, teary eyes.
Red Sons eyes widened, before growling. "That insect has also captured my father, but luckily I have a plan."
"Thank you, Red." MK sighs in relief, nuzzling onto his back, holding onto him. Her sweet gesture was all enough to make the Bull prince all red faced.
"Your welcome." He said with a small smile.
