Hello, this is my first fanfic so sorry if it's bad I'll try to add a chapter every week. Sorry if there is bad grammar all constructive criticism is welcome. All rights belong to Uncle Rick the idea is mine even if it does resemble other stories. I will answer any questions at the end of the chapters. I also live in Australia and this is written in America... so some stuff might be incorrect.

I awoke to the sound of feet shuffling "Wake up Perce" said a voice that I recognised as Luke's "Fine" I groaned I was never much of a morning person. I started my morning routine which consisted of jumping into a lake or river and getting cleaned, and... well that's it. I jumped into the lake and felt the power of the seas wash over me, I felt like I could throw the Minitour 100 meters. All morning tiredness was washed away I sighed in contempt before stripping, washing with some blueberry soap I stole (Yes I still love blue stuff you could paint some cotton balls blue and I would eat that shit). Then I put my clothes back on because it would be super weird if I walked out naked, then proceeded to launch myself out of the river while drying myself with my super awesome hydrokinetic powers. When I landed I was met with the concerned/flabbergasted faces of my acquaintances "What?" I asked them "H-h-h-ho-how did you do that?" Annabeth stammered out "I'm a son of Poseidon Annabeth," I said.

"WHAT?" All three of them shouted and blushed as they realised that they had spoken simultaneously "I'm the son of Poseidon" I repeated, "Oh no this is not good, Lord Poseidon broke the oath too." I was going to ask what oath but was promptly cut off by a huge boar no sow with tusks entering the clearing and bellowing "REET!". Percy and Annabeth paled as they realized Percy recalled the myth the Crommyonian Sow was the terror of Greek towns, owned by Phaea, daughter of Echidna and Typhon the mother and father of monsters with razor-sharp tusks that could rip through armour easily. His half-brother Theseus killed it early in his adventures but he still had years of proper training. "The Crommyonian Sow" Percy shouted "RUN!" "WE CAN'T RUN FROM THIS" Thalia yelled back "RUN I'LL BUY YOU SOME TIME" I cried. I felt a tug in my gut it intensified as I commanded the lake to crush the Sow, I knew that it wouldn't kill it but it would slow it down significantly slow it down "RUN!" I shouted at my new friends their faces turned from dumbstruck to serious. We burst out of the woods and into the city of Clevland, Ohio. Me, Luke, Annabeth and Thalia ran for about 10 minutes before slumping against a wall of a 7-11 convenience store "Do- do you think that we lost it" Luke Panted out "REET!" squealed the Sow about to kill us! We jumped out of the way just in time but I winced in pain as the Sows' left tusk cut my arm. Then to make shit worse the mortal police showed up "Fuck, guys what do we do?" I asked my companions while ducking under a tusk that was going to kill me. "Run?" Annabeth suggested weakly. "Sure!" I exclaimed then swiped a poor dude's wallet "HEY!" he shouted at me "SORRY," I said back "C'mon guys" I called. I got into the nearest taxi. "where to?" he asked. I looked at Luke "Long Island Half-Blood Hill." he said "You sure? That's more than 460 miles." "Yeah we're sure." "I'll have to take the money first then. That'll be $750 (A/N I don't know how much it would cost) Luke pulled out $800 and told him to keep the change. We spent the taxi ride in silence when we got there he asked "You sure kids this is the middle of nowhere" "Ya we're sure" I told the poor taxi driver. He drove away in his grey Toyota leaving the scent of gasoline in the air.

We were about to start climbing the hill when the first monster attacked it was a simple hellhound that I took care of with no problem then the first wave surrounded us I cursed "Shit, guys get in a circular formation." as they got into formation the first wave closed in. Hack, dodge, slash, duck, stab my mind went on autopilot as I took each one out monster after monster. But with each one that I took out two more took its place, this was not looking good. Me and my friends (I know it's 'my friends and I' but oh well') were tiring, and getting injured then Thalia called down a huge bolt of lightning "Run guys I'll hold them off!" The desperation was clear in her voice as the others ran up the hill, I stayed back to help her. I saw a huge ass bolt of lightning falling on Thalia 'No' I thought 'not Thalia'. In a dumb split-second decision, I decided to push her out of the way. 'now I know what you are thinking Percy why are you choosing yourself over a daughter of Zeus that you've known for one day?' 'Well if you want me to answer that, I could not because in all reality I don't know' but my thoughts were cut off by the excruciating pain of being hit by lightning. Now look, I know pain. I've been hit by Hydra venom, broke half of the bones in my body, and accidentally fell into a firepit which is how I found out I'm sorta fireproof. (sounds cooler than it is, you still feel the pain) But this was a whole new level of pain, my vision started to get blurry I was probably screaming in agony but I couldn't tell if I was or not. I felt my arms turning to branches, pine needles poking out of my skin. I felt my midsection turning into wood then as the wood covered my face I lost consciousness.

*THALIA POV*

I awoke in a soft and comfy bed in what looked like a hospital tent? I closed my eyes and then re-opened them. Yeah, I was definitely in a tent. I tried to sit up but could only ground in pain as I attempted to get in a more comfortable position. 'How did I get here?' I tried to remember what happened. Then I remembered. The fight. Luke, Annabeth, Percy. WAIT PERCY, I remembered him staying back to help me. ME a random stranger. WHY? Now all of a sudden I felt responsible for his death, or should I say Pine-Tree-Ification. 'It was all my fault if I had noticed the lightning. LIGHTNING, one of my father's elements and I, his DAUGHTER couldn't sense it. I was such a failure.

I could've mentally berated myself for hours but then I felt tears on my face. Tears. I was crying over a person that I had known for less than a day, Ok I admit he was good looking and had a great Perca-nality (see what I did there). Wait why was I thinking these things? Did I, daughter of Zeus, king of the heavens, god of the sky, have a crush on a guy that I knew for a day AND was a Sea Spawn. Damn, I have some issues.

*CHIRON POV* (bet you weren't expecting that huh)

My beauty sleep was interrupted by frantic banging on the door "Coming," I said to whoever was at the door starting to get dressed "Can you come faster?" A male's voice cried I opened the door to come face-to-face with three teenagers "Get some help quick" A girl said panicked "Why" I calmly asked already annoyed by having my sleep interrupted it was a good dream too. "MAYBE BECAUSE TWO OF OUR FRIENDS ARE GONNA DIE SOON" exploded the girl. sheesh, she had a short temper. I quickly galloped over to the hill to assess the severity of the situation, no point waking the whole camp for a couple of hellhounds. However, when I saw the issue I paled, a whole ARMY of hellhounds. cyclopes and other bad bitches. Somehow two people (who were a boy and a girl both around eleven) were holding them off. "CAMPERS COME TO THE HILL IN BATTLE GEER" I shouted. A lot of banging and shouting came after that, suddenly a massive bolt of lightning fell on the girl I paled this bolt had to be from Lord Zeus himself! The boy saw the bolt and pushed the girl out of the way 'What was he thinking' I mentally shouted. The boy then somehow turned into a Pine tree and from the tree a huge barrier expanded from the tree and all around the camp! I ran to the girl and lifted her onto my back before the hellhounds could get to her. As the campers arrived they looked in aw at the barrier that prevented the hellhounds from entering finally, Will Solace asked "Who's that?" that seemed to shake the camp out of its stupor "Yeah and where's the battle?" An Ares kid exclaimed "And how did we get the barriers asked Katie Gardener, head of the Demeter cabin all of a sudden, it seemed like the whole cap had questions for me. I sighed this was gonna be a long day.

...And Done! I want to know what you thought of Percy sacrificing himself to save Thalia also do you want Percy to be revived earlier? Yeah, also I changed some of the people's ages well I am making this like 20 years after it is in the books so sorry about that.
