Back in the city, the large spider mech stood still as a statue. The fact that Spider Queen and the rest of her minions had left, Wukong's angry shouts had finally ceased, his red eyes had returned to their usual gold, and out of breathe.
"What do you think big guy, enjoying the party?" Monkey King said trying to lighten the mood, Demon Bull King growls glaring at the copper monkey. "She would never have subdued me, have you not given her the power she needed." Demon Bull King said glaring at Monkey King.
"Or its just that she captured me first." Monkey King said making DBK even angrier thrashing around "Cause I'm her favorite-" but Monkey King was cut off as the linked webs tighten around the other demons, causing the webs to drain their power.
"Peaches, can you please stop provoking him." Macaque groans, as with every struggle his husband made, the draining spell got worse. "You'll kill all of us at this rate."
DBK yanks down, roaring as he is blinded by anger Monkey King included, yelping in pain from the webs, Spider Queen chuckles landing next to the bull demon she turns when the doors open, revealing her servants.
"My Queen. It seems the demon boy and the monkey king's protégé are working together." The mystery girl said.
Spider Queen scoffed, "So what? What can they do? This city is mine!" She cackled.
"Perhaps you should-"
"Enough! I don't need you coming in here being a party pooper! You know what we should do? Celebrate!" Spider Queen grinned.
"Bring in the year of the spider in style!" the girl frowns, her eyes shining blue as the doors close. " ...As you wish."
On Flower Fruit Mountain, after gathering everything they need Red Son draw a circle with symbols on the sand.
"I, Red Son, will bind the powers of the celestial artifacts with the Spider Queen's venom, save my father and reforge the world as I see fit!" Red Son grinned standing on a rock in front of the furnace as he pours the venom into the furnace.
"Red Son, that was amazing!" Mei cheered.
"Excellent hero speech!" MK commented making Red Son blushed, but the fire demon quickly shook the blush away.
"Villain speech! and perhaps my best of all time!" Red Son said smiling. "Okay, so what do we do now, guy?" Pigsy asked crossing his arms.
"We do nothing, I add the ingredients in a precise order you wouldn't understand." Red Son scoffed, pointing towards the group.
"But there's only three ingredients Red Boy, and we don't have enough time for you to carefully put them in, so let's just dump them all in the furnace." Mei suggested raising an eyebrow.
"Too late, I'm dumping them all in!" MK tossed the peach and the pills into the furnace.
"No Wait!" Red Son warned, but then a small explosion of gold popped out of the furnace, everyone coughing. MK and Tang went over to look into the furnace, which now was gold liquid. "Oh, I think it worked!" Tang coughed.
MK hops down, her eyes gazed at her reflection on the furnace as she smiled. "Alright, time to take the fight back to the Queen and end this nightmare once and for all."
"Right, now all that's left to do, is to figure out how we're going to distribute the antidote" Red Son said crossing his arms.
"I might have an idea" Sandy chimed in pulling out a remote from his beard, he pressed the button and water cannons pop out of the drone.
"Yes!" Mei said excitingly. Everyone began loading the golden liquid in the cannons, before strapping themselves in, and blasting off towards the city.

Back in the city, fireworks of green and purple popped as the spider queen laughed, watching the parade of zombies. "Oh, here comes the spider float, and the spider dancers! This is how you rule the world." She exclaimed happily. She then noticed something in the distance. "What is that?" Her servants followed her gaze, and in the distance of the parade, a cardboard cut out is seen in the crowd.
Syntax pulling up his visors, looking down at the clipboard in his hands. "I don't know. It's not on the approved parade schedule." the cut out drops, revealing the dronecopter as it flew in the air.
The Spider Queen grits her teeth, there was a flash of blue light, and she turned to see the girl had disappeared.
"If it isn't Spider Queen, throwing herself a party, well prepare to meet your doom!" MK exclaimed cackling, twirling her staff around, there few hints of lightning.
"Oooh, now that's a hero speech!" Red Son exclaimed grinning, his face flushed pink.
"Release the antidote!" MK ordered and her friends pulled the levers, golden liquid gushes out of the water cannons, hitting the infected civilians. The Spider Queen looked around in confusion, eyes wide, watching the antidote cure the citizens.
"It's working!" Mei cheered, looking at the cured citizens.
"Let's finish this!" Mei gave a confident shout, and the gang hopped out onto the ground, readying their weapons and magical attacks. With Savage and Rumble staying on the ship as backup.
"Bug lady! You reign of horror is-" Before MK could finish her speech, she stopped and shook in fear at seeing the spiders.
The Spider Queen cackled. "Oh, poor little monkie girl, you ain't nothing without your master. There's nothing that can stop me, nothing!" Green veins ran through her body, her eyes shining, as the city was engulfed in green mist.
MK spun her staff and went straight into battle, leaping into the air. Suddenly, the spider mech shot a blast at the spider queen, who easily caught the staff, flinging MK into a building.
"MK!"
The Spider Queen grins, cracking her neck, ready to fight. The others went to attack her but she swung her arm and out came webs, tying everyone up. Spider queen laughs, walking up to MK, trapping her in her webs.
Back In the spider mech, Monkey King sighed having given up on struggling long ago. He stared at the Demon Bull King, who was still struggling to break free.
'Wait a minute.' Monkey King thought with a smirk "It's a shame really, you being trapped here, with no one to protect poor little Princess Iron Fan."
"U-uh...Peaches, what are you doing?" Macaque gave a nervous chuckle, Sometimes he really couldn't stand his husband's big mouth.
DBK's eyes flashed purple as he started growling "How dare you! My wife doesn't need protecting, she will decimate ALL IN HER WAY!" Demon Bull King said pulling against the webs, Monkey King smiled as his plan was working, the shadow monkey seemed to have caught on.
"Oh."
"Oh yeah, how about your half baked son, Spider Queen gonna eat him alive, all because you were too weak!" Monkey King said. DBK's roars in rage breaking free of the webs and ripping several others from the demons around them.
Their immediate response was bolting out of the room, as the two monkeys and DBK still stood there. "Ha, it worked! Excellent-Woah!" His eyes widened, DBK stares down at him, eyes glowing.
"Buddy! I was just getting you angry so you could-" The bull demon cut him off.
"I know what you did simian!" Demon Bull King said, leaning down to Wukong's face. "Don't ever talk S#*t about my wife again." He growled. Monkey King gulped, furiously nodding sweating, he then noticed Demon Bull King walking away.
"Wait, where you going?" Monkey King said. Demon Bull King stops but didn't look back. "To find my son." Demon Bull King said and smashed through the wall of the mech.
Spider Queen laughed as she stared down at MK, the rest of the gang tied up in webbing, a leg raised to stab the teen, "After all I've gone through, do you honestly think I was really gonna let some little girl take it from me?!" Spider Queen growls, walking up towards Mk who struggled in her webs. she raised a mechanical leg, smirking.
"Bye-bye, ya little problem child." Spider Queen said smirking, but suddenly she felt all her power seeping away, making her gasp, she turned around, and saw that the mech was powering down.
"No, my powers!" Spider Queen cried out in horror, a roar was heard in the distance, as the Demon Bull King appeared, smashing his way of the mech.
"I am no one's slave!" DBK roared pulling back his arm, throwing a punch at the Spider Queen, the force of the punch sent Huntsman and Goliath flying into the air, the Spider Queen grunting as she was thrown back, crashing into a piece of the spider mech.
Everyone landed on their feet, except for Tang, who lands into Pigsy arms. Demon Bull King turned towards his son, who was beside a wide eyed Mei, struggling to break free of the webs, Red Son looks up in surprise as his father freed him from the webs looking down at him in worry and concern.
"Father." Red Son said, DBK gave him a small smile before turning towards the spider demoness growling while Red Son freed Mei.
Everyone was ready to fight, Spider Queen laughed maniacally, her headpiece falling off as her hair sways, looking up at the group. "All of you together can't beat me! I am the queen!" She yelled, smiling maniacally.
"Oh yeah!" A voice called out making everyone turn to see Monkey King and Macaque walking down the wall, He grabbed the staff, jumping down with it, landing beside MK.
"Well i'm the kings!" Monkey King said hitting the staff as the building combusts behind him, freeing MK. MK groans as she fell to the ground, Monkey King walking up to her. "Turns out I'm not so good with spiders either, sweetie." Monkey King said with a sheepish smile, handing her the staff.
MK smiled, taking the staff from her mentor as she stood on her feet everyone turns to Spider Queen, who growls.
"If I can't have this world...then no one can!" She said, the claw that was before them lifted up harshly with green lightning. "I'll level this whole city!" Spider Queen shouts, Monkey King and MK jumps into the air "Alright kiddo, it's now or never!" Monkey King said grabbing the staff.
"Right!" MK said smirking.
"Here...comes...Monkie!!" The two shouts as Monkey King threw MK, who shot up into the air with a glow of bright gold.
"Kid!" the simian said with a smile. MK zooms towards her in a glowing gold.
"No!!!" Spider Queen shrieks watching the teen come closer to her, and with a swing of her staff she destroys the spider mech into pieces in a flash of gold and smoke, MK shouts in victory, before feeling gravity take effect.
"No!" Monkey King and Macaque was quick to catch the teen in there bird form, but was unable to fully stop her momentum, Demon Bull King jumps into the air and catches just as the spider mech explodes.
Red Son was quick to protect the others, holding his arms up, using his flames to create a barrier, Demon Bull King landed with a few thumps on the ground, the bull king lands on his feet, opening his hands to reveal MK who clung to her staff, the teen opened her brown eyes, having held her breath, before gasping for air.
"Thank you! uh, the-the bull-the, uh-Demon Bull King- M-mister bull king, sir" MK stammers with a smile. She gasped, looking up at the sky, littered with hues of purple and faded pink, there were no clouds in sight as stars flickered in the night sky, everyone stared in awe, as Monkey King transformed, landing on MK's head as Macaque transformed beside MK.
"Wow! Now those are New Years fireworks!" Monkey King said smiling pointing at the sky, he winced in pain when Macaque hits him on the head. "Ow!"
After everything calmed down, everyone sat on a roof looking up at the sky, MK, Macaque and Monkey King sat at the ledge, looking up at the sky. "We should really get better at not smooshing the city." MK said smiling.
"Priorities, sweetheart, priorities." Monkey King said and the two laughed. "You did really good today bud." Monkey King said ruffling MK's hair. "Are you okay, after.." MK said looking at her mentor in concern.
"It's fine bud it's dealt with." Monkey King assured her. "Wanna tell your friends to take it down a bit?" Monkey King asked turning around to see Tang stuttering and squealing in excitement "M-M-M-M-MONKEY KING, I-I-I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!!!" Tang said practically getting into Monkey king's face, eyes sparkling.
Macaque couldn't help but laugh at his husband's discomfort look, he yelped when Savage and Rumble tackled him into a hug. "Father! We missed you!"
He hugged them both, purring slightly. "Don't worry cubs, I'm okay."
"OH...MY...GOOOSH!!!" Tang's excitement then turned to Macaque, who was getting uncomfortable with the scholar all up in his face. "It's really you! The Six Eared Macaque! I-I can't believe it!"
Red Son rolled his eyes, annoyed with all the cuteness he was witnessing. "Hey, daddy bull king, your baby Red Boy did real good hero work today!" Mei exclaimed smiling at the fire demon. "NO!! For the last time, I am NOT a hero!!" Red Son screeched his hair bursting into flames.
Um, DBK." The bull demon turned to look down at the little thief. "I know we're not on good terms, but about we form a truce... I mean, it'd be a shame to ruin the mood if we were to battle, hmm?" MK said smiling.
"Hmm, fine. I suppose." DBK said, shrugging his shoulders.
"Alright! Let's celebrate!" Mei cheered.
After the gang had celebrated both New Years and their victory, MK returned back to her apartment, laying down on her bed. "What a day, going to the celestial realm, battling spiders." She sighed, closing her eyes.
Tap...Tap...
Her eyes snapped open, hearing something outside her balcony. She sighed and sits up, "You can come in, I know it's you...Red Son." MK called out, opening her balcony door. As she predicted, Red Son was standing there, yelped as he was loosing his balance. MK quickly pulled him into her room before he could fall.
"Hey, watch where you're grabbing!" He yelled angrily, fixing his jacket. MK huffed, crossing her arms. "You got some nerve, why are you sneaking into my room?"
"Uhh..." The fire demon's face turned pink, he started shuffling his feet nervously. "Why am I here? I..I .." he stammered.
"Well..." She raised her brow, tapping her feet.
"I wanted to...check on you." He rubbed his head awkwardly. Her expression seemed to soften at his response.
He came here...to check on her?
"You mean you've came here just to...check on me?" She asked, wanting to make sure she heard that right.
He nodded, "Y-Yes..?" He grinned nervously, sweat dropped. "That's...the sweetest thing I've ever heard!" She squealed, starry eyed.
Red Son cleared his throat, folded his arms behind his back. "Yes! Of course. I mean after that whole mess with that Spider freak, it wouldn't be fair if my enemy was severely damaged." He explained.
She looked at him with a WTF expression. She had honestly thought that after all that they'd be on good terms.
Guess not.
MK lets out a frustrated huff, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Seriously?! Are you kidding me! After all that, we're back to this. Can't we just have one good time without going back to our regular "Enemies" schedule!" She jabbed her finger to his chest, "I mean for real, what is your problem with me!?" She yelled angrily.
Red Son hair flamed up, an angry scowl on his face. "M-My problem!? You want to know what my problem is, Noodle girl!?"
MK crossed her arms with a huff, raising an eyebrow. "You know what? Yeah, I would. Because I'm really getting—" She was cut off when he suddenly grasped a hold of her front shirt, his jade green eyes staring intensely into her brown owns.
"Hey! W-What are you-"
MK didn't have time to feel scared or to prepare before smashing his lips were again hers. MK jolted in surprise at the sudden aggressive behavior.
The kiss was soft, and warm.
The mortal woman felt her eyes slowly closed, her leg slowly raising up. They broke away from the kiss and panted, a thin trail of saliva escaping their lips. Red Son gazed down and felt all his blood rushed down south at the sight presented to him.
MK's cheeks were painted a dark red, red swollen lips and a string of saliva ran down the corner of her mouth, her chest heaving has she tries to catch her breath and her chocolate brown eyes were glossy.
"It's you, You're my problem." He confessed. After that he quickly teleported away in flames, leaving her alone. MK stood there in shock, placed a hand on her lips.
"Crikey..." Her eyes went to the back of her head as she fell back and fainted.
