darknachouva: luckily i was able to understand your review. As for the 'why', it's because she's more or less curious about what's going on. About losing her magic, it will have no effect on her, even if it did, since she's technically undead.

Shalltear shrugged and followed harry to the side room.

Now

Shalltear and harry entered the side room containing the other three champions. As soon as they entered, shalltear got a good look at the three. Hmm, one of the men looks gruff. The other man looks somewhat handsome, and i'd chase him if i swung that way, shalltear thought, before she looked at the sole female champion, aside from her, and she almost literally purred. Oh, she is exquisite, shalltear thought.

However, just as the two of them stopped moving, there was a noise coming from behind them. When the two looked behind them, they saw people racing towards them.it was mostly garbled, as they were speaking over one another. However, one voice rose above the others. That particular voice was saying "i protest! I protest!"

"Harry!" albus said as he grabbed harry's shoulders. "Did you put your name in the goblet of fire?!" "no, sir" harry replied. "Are you absolutely sure?" albus pressed. Harry deadpanned at his headmaster. "I think the way i reacted when my name was called out is enough evidence to the fact that i didn't," harry retorted.

"Of course he is lying," the giant woman said dismissively. Harry looked at her, cold rage in his eyes. "I don't know you, and you only know of me through the fame i obtained as a baby. Lady, why don't you just shut the hell up, huh?!" harry verbally lashed at her. Olympe was stunned. "The ONLY thing i want, is my sister to come back, NOT MY FUCKING FAME!!!!" harry yelled at her.

Just then, cedric walked up to harry. "What do you mean that you want your sister back, harry?" cedric asked in a calm voice. Harry reluctantly calmed down, seeing as one of the few people that never turned on him or accused him spoke to him in a calm tone. Harry knocked albus's hands off his shoulders, before he turned to cedric. "Ced, i will make this simple. After the attack on my family by voldemort" people fliched at the name. "It's just a damn name. Anyway, after the attack on my family by that bastard, this senile bastard," harry began while pointing at albus, shocking nearly everyone in the room. "Misdiagnosed my older twin sister as a squib, due to how low her magic was. My 'father' wanted her gone at that false revelation. Therefore, the senile bastard sent my sister to our magic hating relatives, without a note saying that she was a squib," harry calmly explained. "do you know what my mum and I saw, when we went to go get her?" Harry asked Cedric.

Cedric shook his head 'no'.

"after my mum and I got into the house of our relatives, I noticed an odor, and it was coming from the boot cupboard. naturally, I went to investigate, but there were SIX locks on the door. after mum froze our relatives, she unlocked the locks and the door opened. inside the boot cupboard was something that STILL haunts my dreams," Harry continued, his voice becoming haunted at the end.

the listeners were silent, as they were curious about what Harry and his mother found.

"we found the decaying body of my sister," Harry softly said, shocking the ones who heard him, while most of the people in the room were glaring at Albus.

"Well regardless if potter and the girl put their names in or not, they will have to compete, else they will lose their magic," crouch said with indifference. "Which means that we have FIVE champions," ludo bagman cheerfully stated, as he tried to put his arms around harry and shalltear. Harry dodged his attempt, and shalltear grabbed his wrist. "Try touching me in any way, and i will do to you what i did to the LAST man that tried to touch me," shalltear warned.

"Who was it, and what did you do to them?" fleur asked. "The last man was a bandit that blatantly attempted to fondle my chest. So, i cut his hand off at the wrist. Then i told him to not touch me with his filthy hands, before i sliced his head off," shalltear said as she smiled, showing her fangs. She then threw bagman against the far wall, cracking said wall, due to the force of the hit.

"Anyway," shalltear said, getting the attention of the others. "How many challenges are there, and what's the first challenge?" she asked. "Three challenges. The first challenge is to test your courage in the face of the unknown," crouch said.

"Alright. Now, of you'll excuse me, i will go explore this place i was abducted to," shalltear said, before she left the room. "Hey, before you leave," harry began, getting shalltear's attention. "If you see a redheaded male that looks to be about my age, be careful with him. He's not all that smart about anything except chess, and he tends to speak before thinking," harry warned her. "Alright," shalltear said, before she left.

"Where do you think you're going, creature?" an obnoxious voice said. However, instead of answering, shalltear ignored his presence entirely, which seemed to infuriate the source of the voice. "LOOK AT YOUR SUPERIOR WHEN THEY'RE SPEAKING, CREATURE!!!!" the voice, which sounded male, yelled.

Shalltear simply left the great hall, much to the amusement of most of the great hall as the source of the voice ranted about how creatures should respect and obey their superiors.

Second floor corridor

Shalltear was exploring the second floor, when she heard crying. Following the sound to the source, she found herself in the girl's bathroom. Looking around, she saw that the crier was the ghost of a girl. The ghost noticed her. "Who are you? Have you come to mock me, as well?" the ghost sobbed.

"I'm shalltear. Why would i mock you? I don't know you," shalltear replied. "I'm myrtle warren. The people in this castle call me moaning myrtle, because i cry and moan all the time," myrtle sobbed. Shalltear got up on top of one of the stall walls, surprising myrtle, and crouched next to her. "Now why would a nice girl like you be crying?" shalltear asked.

"I was crying when i was killed, in the very stall i'm floating above," myrtle sobbed as she looked away. Shalltear put her hand on myrtle's cheek, and gently turned her to face her, surprising myrtle. "Who made you cry, and who, or what, killed you?" shalltear asked, as she gently held myrtle's face as she gently stroked myrtle's cheeks with her thumbs.

Unbeknownst to either of them, harry had followed shalltear, and was surprised that shalltear is capable of physically touching a ghost.

"Olive hornby was teasing me about my glasses. She made me upset," she began, before she suddenly got a small smile. "I got her back by haunting her relentlessly," myrtle finished the first half of her tale. "'Atta girl," shalltear said. "Also, i don't see WHY that girl would tease you. I think they make you look adorable," shalltear complimented her.

Myrtle blushed silver at that.

"What happened next?" shalltear asked. "As i was crying, i heard someone come in. judging by the voice, it was a boy. But, he said something funny. A kind of, made up language. So i opened the door to my stall to yell at him GET OUT and, i died," she explained. Shalltear was curious. "How did you die?" she asked the ghost girl. "I just remember seeing a pair of great big yellow eyes," she said, before she looked at the sinks behind shalltear. "Over there, by those sinks," myrtle finished.

"Thank you for telling me, myrtle," shalltear kissed myrtle's forehead, causing the ghost girl to squeak in surprise. Shalltear jumped down and walked over to the sinks. She investigated them all, until she saw something peculiar: a snake design engraved in the side of a faucet.

Shalltear did something out of pure instinct. §open§ she hissed out. Both of her watchers were surprised at the sound that came out of shalltear's mouth. Myrtle, because it was the same sounds that the boy spoke, and harry, because he was surprised that the girl could speak snake.

Suddenly, the sinks began to move: the top floated up, the sinks moved outward and the sink with the snake design sank into the floor. "Fascinating," shalltear murmured, before she jumped in the hole. Just after she jumped in, the sinks closed the opening, preventing harry from going after her. Harry sighed, and decided to go to the library.

With shalltear

Shalltear was sliding down what looked like a kind of pipe. After a few minutes, she got to the bottom, and saw that it was COVERED in small skeletons. "Hmm, where am i?" she said out loud. She then noticed water dripping down the cake walls. "Am i under a large body of water?" she pondered. "Welp, nowhere to go except forward," she stated.

She walked forward, until she saw something rather large and REALLY long. "Is that a snake skin?" she mused before she felt it. "Oh, it feels rather nice," she exclaimed in surprise. Liking the snake skin, she put the entire thing into her storage space before she continued walking forward. After a few more minutes, she came across a LARGE circular metal door that had snake designs on it.

§open§ she said, making the door groan open. That was when shalltear had a thought. "Am i speaking snake?" she asked herself. Once the door opened fully, she entered the chamber beyond the door. "UGH, this place is FILTHY," shalltear exclaimed, before she covered her nose at the smell. "I mean, come on. Kyohukou can keep his place cleaner than this, and he's a giant cockroach," shalltear complained.

Just then, stone statues rose out of the water, leading to the giant stone head at the end of the chamber. Curious, she went to the stone face. Once she got there, she heard something coming from it. §who's there?! You better not be that brat that made me kill innocent people decades ago!!!!§ a feminine voice hissed out. §who are you?§ shalltear asked.

§i am the former pet of salazar slytherin, nami§ nami introduced herself. §i am shalltear. How do i get you out of there?§ shalltear asked. §simply say 'speak to slytherin, greatest of the hogwarts four' and the stone mouth will open, letting me out of here§ nami explained.

§alright, nami. speak to slytherin, greatest of the hogwarts four§ shalltear said, and the stone mouth of the statue opened. Once it was fully opened, an absolutely GARGANTUAN snake came out of the statue. §oh, THANK you, shalltear. It was getting rather cramped in there§ nami thanked shalltear, then complained.

§what ARE you, nami?§ shalltear asked as she looked at the snake in wonder. §i am a basilisk, shalltear§ nami stated. §you look absolutely gorgeous§ shalltear gushed. If she was able to, nami would have blushed. So, instead, she turned to face away from shalltear in embarrassment. §thanks. It has been so long since i received a compliment§ nami said in embarrassment.

§do you want to get out of here, nami§ shalltear asked. §i do. It has been so long since i saw ANY of the castle of my own free will§ nami said wistfully. §can you shrink yourself?§ shalltear asked. §i can§ nami said. §are you able to cover your deadly eyes, so you don't accidentally kill things?§ shalltear asked. §of course i can§ nami stated.

Suddenly, shalltear was nervous. §can you please be my familiar?§ she asked timidly. Nami was surprised. §are you certain that you want me?§ nami asked. §i do§ shalltear said in excitement. §very well, shalltear. Simply hold out an hand, and i will do the rest§ nami said.

Shalltear held out a hand, and nami pressed her nose against the palm of shalltear's hand. After she did so, nami glowed a bright green. After the glow faded, nami shrunk herself, traveled up shalltear's body to her shoulders, where she wrapped herself. §this is nice. I haven't done this since salazar died§ nami said as she sighed in contentment.

§let's go, nami. This place is filthy§ shalltear said as she left with nami wrapped around her shoulders. §sorry. The last time this chamber was cleaned was when salazar was alive§ nami said bashfully. §it's not your fault, so there's no reason to apologize§ shalltear said to nami.

As soon as nami exited the girl's bathroom, she was beset by what looked like a blond ferret and two gorillas. "Who are you three?" shalltear asked in honest confusion.
