January 9th 1980
Manchester England Amon and Persephone have gone to a party being help by an old vampire called Magnus. They've met him a few times at different balls but this is the first time he's hosted and they've been invited. Catherine not wanting to leave Adele as she just gave birth to her first child hours ago declined. They enter the room like royalty as always, Persephone is wearing a black thigh high dress, with a white belt, black ankle open toe heeled boots, a black leather waist length jacket which the sleeves come just past her elbow. Amon is wearing a three piece dark blue suit, light blue shirt, black polished shoes and a striped tie with light blue and dark blue colours on it.
Persephone like always scans the room and raises her eyebrows. "No Stuart and Hannah my love." She says to him as they are shown to there table which Magnus is actually sat on. Persephone noticed that all the men are in three piece suits and all the women are in elegant dresses. Magnus stands up and holds out his hand for Amon who takes it and they shake. "Good to see you again Amon. It would seem that your mate never heard about the dress code this evening." Magnus says and it's plain to see that he's annoyed. "His mate has ears and I don't bend to dress codes Prince Magnus." She says as she looks down her nose at him.
The people at the table snigger at this, the table consists of Antony and Celeste, Kali who is sitting next to Magnus, Thana and Stefan and Claudia and Deacon. There's two empty seats next to Antony and Celeste so Amon grabs Persephone's arm before she offends Magnus anymore. The moment Amon sits down Antony can't help himself. "So this is your natural skin tone? I was expecting darker buddy." Antony has not seen Amon in several decades so seeing him with his hair shaved looks very weird to him and also being rather brown.
He knows that Persephone must hate how he looks as she's made it perfectly clear that she's not a fan of black people. "No. I'm actually a lot lighter than this but I've been enjoying the sun a lot more. I shaved my hair so I don't have to worry about it getting in my face." Amon says with a smile, Persephone rubs his head. "Ladies and gentleman I present the Queen of the Vampires!" They hear one of the minions announcing.
Everyone stands up then takes a knee. Lilith walks in wearing a long black dress with slits all around the bottom to show her legs off, which is low cut to show off her large cleavage with cream coloured ankle strapped high heels. Everyone can't help but admire her beauty as she walks to the front of the room her creamy white legs are just mesmerising. Once at the front she faces everyone. "Amon arise!" She demanded. Amon stands. "My children. I present you with your new Prince of the Warrior line. Arise all of you and show your appreciation to your new Prince." She tells them and they all stand and begin clapping and cheering. "Amon! Amon! Amon!" They all begin chanting. Amon just holds out his hand for Persephone and they both have huge grins on their faces as this is what they needed to help them take over the world.
Lilith holds up her hand for everyone to settle. "Enjoy your evening my children." With this said a portal opens and she walks through it. Everyone sits back down and carries on there conversations. "I guess this makes me a Princess again. Going to need one of Cats tiaras now." Persephone says out loud. Amon just shakes his head as she always manages to make everything about her. Deacon a very handsome white man, with short brown hair and a black three piece suit on walks over to Amon and bows his head. "It's good to see you my Prince. Hope there is no hard feelings?" He says to him.
Amon just stares at him with disgust, not because he has hard feelings towards him but because this is a very dangerous vampire. "No hard feelings. I wish to speak to you later this evening about a job opportunity if you're interested Deacon." Amon asked him. Deacon looks at him then at Kali. "As Lady Kali said years ago. Your family is deranged and I wouldn't want anything to do with you or your family. Now excuse me I'm going to see Abigail." He says and goes to walk away, but Amon grabs his arm and stands up. Deacon looks down at his hand on his arm. "It's funny that you call my family deranged when your family are a fucking cult." Amon says to him.
Deacon shrugs Amons hand off him and turns to look him in the eyes. Everyone can feel the tension in the room and most people know that Amon beat and tortured Deacon a few centuries ago and carved the letter A in his shoulder. Claudia stands up. "Careful Amon. That's my family as well." She says to him. "Told you tonight would be fun my love." Antony says to Celeste and she looks beyond unimpressed as she still doesn't like Amon for getting her sire killed. "That you did darling." She replied back to him.
Persephone is just holding up a shiny spoon and looking at her reflection, paying Amon no mind. Amon holds up his hands. "No need to be a dick. I wanted your help as I've been hearing good things about you and would like a man with your talents." Amon said to him. This shocks everyone even Deacon as he deliberately disrespected Amon as he wants a rematch. Amon knew that he was going to start something the moment he so the guest list, but he won't give the satisfaction. "I said the answer is no. Must of gone deaf in your old age." Deacon says.
Amon grabs his right ear. "Pardon?" Amon asked pretending to be deaf. "I said you must of gone deaf in your old age!" He practically yelled. "That's twice you said it, you boring twat." Amon says and goes to sit back down while everyone is laughing at Deacons expense. Claudia grabs Deacons arm. "Don't get into a pissing contest with him. He's to quick witted for you." She says, and this makes everyone laugh more as she pretty much told everyone that Deacon is to dumb to have a smack talking competition with Amon.
Deacon knows the rules and knows he can't challenge Amon as it's a death sentence win or lose and he'll be put to death for even challenging a Prince. "Your lucky Amon." He growls at him. "No boy, you are lucky. You came and apologised. I respected that. I offered you a job as no hard feelings but you spat in my face. The next time we meet will be your last on this earth boy." Amon says and turns back to the table.
Deacon just glares at Amons head and turns on his heels and storms out, Abigail is right behind him. Not before looking dreamy eyed at Amon as there night together comes racing back to her mind. "Was expecting you to beat the shit out of him my love." Persephone says to him. "Felt like it, but what would of it looked like if he beat me." He tells her, everyone on the table looks at him even Claudia who's taken her seat again.
Persephone just starts laughing. "I very much doubt he could beat you my love." She states. "Maybe so, but he did beat Claudia when he was a fledgling and Amy's never beaten him. He's a skilled warrior and not to be taken lightly my love." He tells her, everyone at the table nods as they've all heard of Deacon. Arius known for his brutality, Cassius is known for his brilliant mind and Deacon is known for his fighting skills and its weird that them three are all friends.
February 8th 1986
Preston England Amon and Persephone are in there room packing as they are going back to Los Angeles as vampires and demons are going missing around Europe, it's 10pm in the UK. Amon has been recruiting the right vampires and demons for help to kill off more important demons and offering them a seat at his new world order, where him, Lilith, Ethan and Maris will rule all without question. The only problem is Maris, Ethan and Lilith already rule, but demons crave power and by offering them more influence and power they will help him.
Persephone wearing a low cut yellow vest, with dark pink jean shorts just stares at Amon. "Why are we leaving? I was supposed to go to Chorley tonight with Cat and Alex." She asked him. Amon who's wearing a white short sleeve shirt, with dark grey pants, just looks at her like she's an idiot, but before he can respond Alexandra comes to there bedroom with her suitcase wearing jean shorts and one of Chris' blue shirts tied in a knot to show off her toned stomach and top few buttons undone. "Ready when you are." She says with a smile. "You are coming with us?" Persephone asked.
Alexandra puts her hands on her hips. "Of course I am. Your my parent's and I want to spend time with you." She says with a smile, then Chris comes behind her wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a red long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled up and all the buttons undone. Persephone sees Chris and rolls her eyes as she knows her daughter and Chris are in a relationship. "So Chris coming has nothing to do with it?" Persephone asked her, Alexandra smiled and links Chris' arm and leans into him. "Well it was a major factor." She giggled. Amon just shakes his head. "Chris open a portal please." Amon asked him and Chris does as he says and opens a portal, which they all walk through.
Several hours later Amon, Persephone, Alex and Chris are drinking around the pool. "So dad are you taking me hunting?" Alexandra asked Amon. "No, your mother can. Show her Koreatown. She told me that there blood has a nice kick to it." He tells her with a smile. Alexandra looks quite deflated as Amon never wants to go hunting with her, and hasn't done since she came back to the family. "I'm meeting Arius and Felicia after sunset, so you will have to take her." Persephone tells him.
Alexandra is really mad now, it's like her parents just don't want her anymore. "Fine none of you take me out. Really feeling the love here. It's not like I'm your only daughter!" She yelled at them. "Watch your tone young lady!" Persephone scolds her. "Not my only daughter." Amon says trying to be sarcastic. "And where are your daughters father?" Alexandra asked him. "Adele is in Glastonbury with her husband raising there children in the house I bought her for her 60th. Amy is in San Francisco living in a nice huge manor which she's recently just bought. You wish to know anything daughter?" Amon asks her smugly. "Why did you even invite me?" Alexandra asked him. "That's a good question as he still didn't answer my question about why we are even here to begin with." Persephone states.
"We are taking over Europe and it's drawing attention so we left and when the killings carry on, we won't be suspects. Alex you are here as I'm putting a team together which I want you to lead in taking over the east coast of America. Does this answer everyone's questions?" He asked them quite annoyed. They shake there heads no, and Chris just sits there grinning.
March 23rd 1990
Preston England Amon is sitting in the Brookfield Arms pub wearing black jeans, a white T-shirt and a waist length black leather jacket. He's actually sat with a few elderly couples. "Where you from son?" An elderly man asked Amon. "I'm actually from around here, I moved around a lot growing up. But I'm a Brookfield man born and bread sir." Amon says to him being polite. "We have a lot of history here son. Do you know much about this town?" A different elderly man asked. "I do actually. This very foundation of this pub was where the Winters Tavern used to be. Up past the top pond was the original Asmall estate. I'm a bit of a history student." He tells him. "Did you know that Arthur Asmall was the last Duke of Lancashire?" The first elderly man asked.
"I did. It's always the King or Queen now who's the Duke or Duchess of Lancashire." Amon tells them. "Wow you really do know your history." The first man's wife said. Amon smiled at her. "It feels like I lived through the 1600s." He laughed, this makes them all laugh. "Ok. I've got a question. If you get this right I'll buy you pint." The second elderly man says to him. "Ok. What's your question?" Amon asked. "I only found this out recently and doubt many people know. What was Avenham park originally?" He asked. "It was The Hale estate, granted to Edward Hale Earl of Liverpool as a wedding gift from Arthur Asmall when Edward married Arthur's youngest child Elizabeth but everyone called her Lisa as Arthur's son Patrick couldn't says Elizabeth when he was a child." Amon tells him with a smug grin.
The second elderly man just looks at him gobsmacked. "Is he right Charlie?" His wife asked. "It was The Hale estate. The other stuff I couldn't tell you as I don't know." He says completely dumbfounded. "How do you not know. Didn't you teach History at John Southworth before going Corpus Christi?" The first elderly man asked him. "I did Terry but I don't know everything about Preston's history. You have to remember that there's a lot of myth surrounding Preston. Come on old friend, we all heard the stories of Lord Amon growing up." Charlie says. Terry being a member of the Hunters Council before he retired and his son James took his spot. "Lord Amon, wasn't that supposed to be Benjamin Asmall?" Amon asked.
"That's the old tale. But come on we are in our 60s and never seen a vampire so it has to be made up." Charlie's wife says. Terry looks very uneasy about this subject as his brother died in Birmingham by Amon in the 60s. Terry looks at Amon. "You said your name was Ben." He says. "Yes Terry I'm Lord Amon. How else would I know so much about the Asmall's or this pub." He says laughing. Terry actually believes that he is Lord Amon. "It says, old Winters Tavern on a plaque behind the bar, there's a big mansion looking thing on Avenham park and it has a wooden stand which says old Hale estate. I'm quite observant." Amon laughs which everyone except Terry laugh.
"Quite clever young man, you had us there." Charlie's wife says laughing. "I noticed the ring, are you married Ben?" Terry asked. "I am, my wife Dorothy should be here soon." Amon tells him. "That's funny as Amons mate is called Dorothy." Terry says. Amon looks at him confused. "I thought her name was Persephone?" He asked. "It is but her vampire name is Persephone." Terry tells him. "You seem to know a lot about vampires Terry." Charlie states, half amused as he's known Terry for over 30 years as there wives have been best friends since childhood and he literally knows nothing of Terry or what job he did before he retired.
"Just things I learned from my old job." Terry tells him. "I learned something new again as I thought the council fixed houses." He said laughing. "I said I worked for a council I never said the county council." Terry says. Charlie is about to respond when the doors open to the pub and walks the most beautiful woman he's ever seen wearing a short black bodycon dress with black high heels and a waist length black leather jacket. She walks right up to Amon and kisses his cheek. "Hello darling, are you ready to go?" Persephone asked him. He downs the rest of his pint. "Of course love." He says and stands up.
"Thank you for allowing me to join you." He says the the couples, Persephone takes his arm and they leave. "Who where they my love?" Persephone asked Amon. "Just an old couple who was nice enough to allow me to join them." He tells her. Persephone just laughs. "Humans are so stupid. They didn't know that they was sat with the biggest mass murder in history." She says. "I don't know, Genghis Khan killed over 40 million people. I think he has me beat." Amon tells her. "I think you have him beat my darling." She compliments him. "I doubt it. That would be like killing every man, woman and child in England. I'm good but that is too much even for me in my 300 years." He tells her.
"Technically Genghis Khan's army killed 40 million people. I doubt him personally killed a thousand." Persephone says to him. "Maybe I am the world's biggest mass murder. I must be stopped. Is there anyone out there who can stop me?" He asked no one in particular while laughing. Persephone pulls on his arm, he stops and looks at her. "You end things with me for that blond in Cats dream and I'll fucking end you." She says to him. "I'm so scared. You'd just run to Arius." He says to her. "More than likely. I know it's the young girl Joy who you've been stalking for the last few years. Maybe it's her daughter." She says to him.
"I was going to turn Joy as you said you wanted a new daughter. But I told Cat who her family was and she suggested I leave them be." He tells her, trying to keep Louise alive. "Who's her family?" She asks. "The Murphy's and the Johnston's." Amon tells her. "She related to Gertrude Murphy?" She asked with shock in her voice. "Yes." He replied. "Cat's suggestion was correct. Stay away from them my love." She tells him. "Already staying away darling. Let's go dancing." He suggested. "Best thing I've heard all night." She says as they head off.
November 1st 1996
Los Angeles Persephone is at a loss in her relationship with Amon, he's not the man she fell for anymore. They hardly have sex as he's always busy trying to take over the world. So anyone who you don't want me to eat. I'd suggest that you somehow make them leave." Persephone tells her. "Just them two over there, that's Russ and Sofia. I'm contemplating making them minions after I graduate as I'm not ready to be anyone's sire." She tells her mother. Persephone nods and eyes them up with a smile. "Fine just them two." She says. "It's getting dead here how about we watch a horror movie." Someone says.
"Nightmare on Elmstreet, Halloween or Friday 13th?" Someone else yelled. "I respect that you're faithful. But she's not. I so her with that Kurt guy before upstairs when Neil was giving me a tour of this house." She tells him. "She tutors him. He was probably asking her a question about something." He tells her. Persephone taps her chin, pondering his answer for a second. "They wasn't talking sweetie. Alexandra is still doing shots with Jada and the five boys. "Your friends are a little dead out there, but I'm still hungry." Persephone laughs out. They all burst out laughing as they think she's in costume. She shakes her head and heads out, moments later she throws Diaz's and his girlfriend's heads on the kitchen countertop. Jada screams out in absolute terror.
"I'm going to count to 10 and you have to run and hide. If I find you then you end up like your friends here. 1 2 3." She begins to count and everyone runs away. "Make sure they don't escape. Jada is all yours my dove." Persephone says to her and carries on counting. "Thanks mother." Alexandra replies, and blurs around the house. "Ready or not here I come!" She yelled and walks out of the kitchen to find them all staring at the two headless bodies on the sofa. "You guys are no fun. I count and you run and hide. That's the game. Not stand around like idiots." Persephone says to them quite annoyed.
"Is this real?" Jada says. "I don't know. Let's check shall we." Persephone says and grabs the closes guy and puts her hand through his chest pulling out his heart and begins to suckle on it. "Yep tastes plenty real to me darling." Persephone laughs insanely. "Alex, your sister's lost her mind." She says and turns to Alexandra who's wearing her vampire features. "Well Jada. We all go a little crazy sometimes." Alexandra tells her and grabs her by the throat and pulls her towards her and bites into her neck draining her dry.
April 17th 1999
Santa Monica Amon and Persephone are visiting Arius and they seem to be having a Hunter problem. Amon is getting ready to go out. "Pack up we leave in the morning." He tells her. "Why? We've only just got here." Persephone asked him. "This Hunter is different from the rest. She's special, I can't risk you getting caught in the crossfire between Arius and this Hunter. Please do as I ask." He says to her. "Where are you going?" She asked him. "To watch this Hunter. If I find a weakness then I can pass it on to Arius. Times like this I miss Dani." She leaves the room and Talon is sat outside in his wheelchair. "What do you want?" She asked with disgust in her voice. "Not you Luv. Is the big lummox in?" He asked her. "He just left. She tells her. "You don't trust Amon?" She asked her. "Oh I do, but Ben keeps secrets even from me. Talon thinks there's something off about this Hunter and we need Amon as I don't want him to get hurt." She tells her. "Fine I'll do it." She tells her and takes off in a blur. "There's something off about her. Watch her more closely Talon." Persephone tells him. "You feel that to luv? Thought it was just me." Talon says to her smugly. "Where's Liam?" She asked. "Probably in the study. He likes to draw and think I'm there." Talon tells her. She goes to walk off and then turns to look at Talon. "How did you get upstairs?" She asked very confused. "Deborah carries me up here and carries me down." He tells her. "Aww poor baby." She laughs and walks off towards the stairs, Talon just stares at her ass as it looks so good.
Several moments later Felicia finds Amon outside Amy's house talking to her mentor and handing him a business card. She can't hear what's said but she can smell fear from the man. Felicia knows that Amon has a soul like her but surely he's not helping the Hunter against her sire. Amon walks off with a smile on his face and she follows. He rounds the corner but when she gets there he's gone. "Why are you following me Felicia?" Amon asked from behind her. She spins round in shock that he actually snuck up on her. "Dot was worried about you and asked me to keep an eye out for you." She says.
"That's very touching. You can see that I'm fine so piss off." He tells her and goes to walk past her. "You have a soul like me, but surely you're not helping this Amy?" She asked him. "If I choose a side it would always be Amy's." He tells her. "Talon says she fights like you. Did you train her?" She asked. "Yes I did, she's my daughter." He tells her. "How is that Pulchra Daemonium? Amy's human." She asked him. "She took the cure over a hundred years ago. I'm trusting you to be quite about this." He tells her.
He can see her trying to work stuff out, she then bites her wrist and offers it to Amon. "I swear this on my blood." He takes it and drinks from her. "When the time is right I'll send for you. Speak to Amy and her mentor. You can help out the Hunters council, but be careful." He tells her. "I'll be killed if Arius finds out about me." She tells him. "He's not a clever as he thinks as he's not realised that you have a soul. Otherwise you'd be dead already considering that you are not mated." He tells her. He goes to walk away. "Where are you going?" Felicia asked him.
"Hospital. I need blood. Can't kill people anymore, it's to much for me." He tells her and holds out his arm, which she takes and they walk off together. "I get that. I'm glad Arius is a heavy sleeper as I wake up from nightmares of people I've killed." She tells him. "It gets worse. You start to see people and hear your demon talking to you. Telling you to feast and images of people get flashed in your mind. I meditate to calm my mind. I suggest you that aswell." He tells her, she nods and they walk off into the night.
