Hey, hey!
Late update, but it's here! I'm just gonna give some warnings: Chapter is chaotic. Toxic to the fullest. If you don't like toxic, please don't read this one. If you love some toxicNaruto, then please enjoy!
"Did you know? Did you know Naruto-kun was going to kill him? Tell me brother, and don't lie to me." She was broken. Heartbroken and lied to.
By the very man that has taught her how to love. How to be happy, and how to accept herself. How could Naruto do this to her? He's been gone for two weeks. He hasn't reached out to Hinata was two weeks. He just kills Obito, and stays in Amegakure doing who knows what. He wasn't going to get away with leaving Hinata for so long.
Especially after she asked him not to.
Hinata was in the Hyuga armory. Stuffing shuriken, a Kabutowari, two kama's and gas bombs in her mission assault pack. She wore a black kimono that was being weighed down by her Haramaki battle chest armor. She was currently wrapping her legs from top to bottom with bandage for protection. Iron kikko's wrapped around her calf muscles.
If Naruto was going to intentionally hurt her, he might as well do it to her face to face. Hinata was going to go to him.
She turned to look at Neji and Sasuke. A deep frown on her face. Her face was red from crying, and her heart was broken right now. Hinata wiped her face repeatedly and backed away from Neji when he tried to console her. "Hinata-sama. Please, just take a moment and relax."
The fact Neji didn't answer Hinata, that answered everything she needed to know.
"Don't. Don't you do that Neji Hyuga. I respect you. I respect BOTH you and Sasuke, and you two held things from me. You hurt me. Why…why did Naruto-kun do this? WHY? I don't understand."
Neji ran his hands through his hair in frustration, and Sasuke gave Hinata a dull look. "Hinata. Cut it. Cut the shit."
Hinata and Neji looked at Sasuke as he rotated his neck and grunted at the cracking sounds. He was going to tread lightly, simply because he respected Hinata and the Hyuga clan. Plus, he knew this little banter between Naruto and Hinata was just temporary. She'll be singing a different tune once she sees Naruto.
Hopefully, because Sasuke didn't see Naruto ever laying a finger on Hinata. A fight between these two would be completely one-sided.
"Look. You knew he was out here killing people." Sasuke held a hand up politely and stopped her when Hinata opened her mouth to speak.
"Hold on. I'm just pointing out that not only did me and Neji know, but you knew too Hinata. Whether it was for, 'the greater good', or whatever you told yourself to justify Naruto taking lives. Either way, you knew, and you participated. What? You're just now upset because Obito died? A man that for years we all feared was going to kill Naruto, and end all of humanity. That fear is completely gone now. You should be relieved."
Hinata was taking deep breaths of air as she looked at Sasuke with pure anger in her eyes. Several emotions crossed her features. Confusion was a main part of it, and Sasuke saw this. She was having a sensory overload of emotions, and Sasuke wasn't Naruto. There was no way he was going to actually get through to her. "Look. What are you going to do? This is Naruto. Your fiancé. Stop this madness."
Shaking her head Hinata turned around and donned on her iron Happuri. Covering her forehead and cheeks. She grabbed her assault pack and made her way out the room.
It's been two weeks, and today she finally sensed Naruto was near. Hinata could sense that Naruto was coming on a summons, and he was coming fast.
Hinata made sure she was covered and armored up on all ends. Like a true warrior. Her secret weapon hidden from plain view, so Naruto and the others wouldn't see. The only one that knew she was wearing it was Neji, and he was in no mood to get in the middle of Naruto and Hinata's chaos. "You're right Sasuke. I was wrong, and I have sinned. Naruto-kun is someone precious to me, and I should be the one to tell him he is wrong. That I cannot support him anymore."
She can't support him anymore?
Like. Was she going to breakup with Naruto? Now?
Neji pursed his lips and looked at Sasuke. The two sharing a look before looking back at Hinata. "Hinata…please. You're going to cause the new Hokage to come back to Konoha and lose his marbles. You want to put the Hyuga clan at risk?"
"I am going to protect the Hyuga clan, Neji. Our name is attached to a murderer-"
"Hinata! Uchiha is right, we knew he was a murderer. We knew he was crazy. We let Uzumaki off that leash! He was the reason our clan was protected. He was the reason certain people just had to go Hinata. For YEARS! He's been our go to so you could grow to be that strong leader. Hinata, just let it GO. Obito was your past, move on to the future with Uzumaki so we can all be done with this nonsense."
Both Neji and Hinata looked at one another with flared nostrils. The two rarely argued, but Neji wasn't going to let Hinata leave on some suicidal redemption fight.
What if Naruto couldn't control the ten tails? What if he lost his mind completely out there in Amegakure? This was dangerous.
Did Neji think Naruto was really going to kill Hinata? No, but Naruto wasn't going to let Hinata kill him either. Naruto was crazy in love, but not that insane. Whatever fantasy world Neji let Hinata stay in, was about to come tumbling down with the true Naruto that's been holding himself back for her.
Neji grinded his teeth and closed his eyes as Hinata walked by him and out the door. She paused in the doorway when Neji called out to her. "Hinata. If you do this, I'm not going to be there to save you from him. I'll leave this between you and Naruto. I swear to it."
Hinata still left the room. Sasuke crossed his arms over his chest as he watched her retreating form. Sasuke didn't know about Neji, but he was going to go get a good view of the show.
Hinata stood on the outskirts of Konoha in the forest. She didn't have to travel far, Naruto was coming barreling in. Hinata looked up at the tall trees, that stretched up to the sky. How the clouds had come together to bring darkness upon her. She knew this was Naruto's doing.
He was bringing hell upon this world.
She watched as lightning flashed across the sky several times and how it started to theatricality rain. The wind hitting Hinata with a force, almost blowing her tiny frame away. Forcing her to push chakra to her feet as her eyes focused into the forest.
That forest was so dark. Darker than usual, and Hinata could see through Naruto's tricks. She could see the rats. If Hinata didn't come alone, those rats would have surely devoured whoever would have come with her. Naruto knew Hinata would come for him, and he wanted her alone.
There were bolts of lightning hitting tree after tree in the forest. To the naked eye they wouldn't be able to follow it, but for Hinata and her Byakugan, she saw it was Naruto. He got here so fast. One minute, Naruto was mute for two weeks. The next minute, he was coming back to Konoha in full force.
He ignored her for two weeks. Naruto knew what he was doing. He did this to enrage his beauty, because she gets so disheveled when he leaves her alone. Naruto wanted Hinata to understand that she gets upset like this for him not Obito.
The ground shook and the cracking of the lightning was loud. Hinata could feel in her bones the force Naruto was pushing out. His chakra was suffocating, and his hostile traveling was setting the trees on fire. Naruto was going to burn Konoha to the ground if he didn't get what he wanted.
Tsk. He would burn this whole damn world to the ground if Hinata pushed him away today.
What was the point of this? Him working so hard to become the leader of Konoha, just to put their people in jeopardy. Just to ruin their home. Hinata just couldn't understand this madness.
Why? If he couldn't have her, then every little being on this planet would have to suffer. That's why.
The ground continued to rumble and a bolt of lightning struck right in front of Hinata. About 15 feet away from her. Revealing Naruto in all his glory. He wasn't wearing his typical orange cream sickle colored kimono. He wasn't wearing his Hokage cloak either. This time he wore an Akatsuki cloak, black pants and his ninja sandals. He was shirtless, and the open cloak showed his bare, defined chest. His seal on his stomach glowed an angry red.
Hinata, for a second, stopped breathing as she looked at Naruto. He was wearing Obito's clothing. She could tell, and Hinata knew what Naruto was wearing, was what Obito died it. She knew Naruto that well. Naruto peeled that off Obito's corpse. To spite her.
"Hello love. Miss me?" He had a smug grin on his face as he approached Hinata. A certain type of swagger with the way he walked to her. His arms open wide, either asking for a hug, or to boast about what he's done.
Hinata held strong in her position, and just shook her head as she looked at Naruto. "How could you Naruto?"
Naruto watched Hinata drop her assault bag and smirked as he dogged a couple of shuriken. He backed away from Hinata and laughed. Finding nothing but humor from her temper tantrum. "Don't be like that Hinata. Don't make me upset. I did this for us!"
"You did this for you. Naruto did NOT do this for me. You ruined our family." Hinata shifted into her gentle fists stance, and within one blink of an eye, Naruto was right in front of her. Gripping her cheeks with a feral smile on his face. His baby blue eyes wide and locked in with hers.
"Why are you so upset? Cause he's dead? Your other boyfriend is dead." Hinata pushed off of him, using all her might. Naruto easily deflecting her from trying to strike him with her gentle fists. This did get Naruto to back away from her. Creating a large space between them.
Naruto at first didn't react to Hinata's sporadic attacks, deeming her being slopping was due to her being so upset at the moment. That was until Naruto saw Hinata attack a large tree, and saw her chakra penetrate that tree, and several other trees surrounding them. It was her Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher.
Like a domino effect the trees started to collapse around them and all Naruto could think about was one falling on Hinata. "Are you fucking crazy!?"
Well, he knew the answer to that.
Naruto flickered to Hinata and snatched her arm as he fled the area. With Hinata's free hand, she swung at Naruto with one of her kama's. Even with a gash in his arm, he didn't let go of Hinata until they were up in a different set of treetops.
Safe. He would lose his mind if Hinata actually got hurt during this.
Naruto grabbed his bleeding arm and dodged Hinata again as she swung both kama's at him now. "I can't believe you're acting this way Hinata. That you're turning on ME!" He watched Hinata continue to attack him recklessly. How she cried. The fact he knew those tears weren't directed solely to him. It was starting to upset Naruto.
Tears streamed down her soft cheeks, and Naruto told himself to ignore it. To not let it get under his skin and trigger him. This was Hinata, this is what she did. She was a professional victim sometimes. It was what she did to lure you in before ending you. He knew her, he knew all of Hinata's little tricks.
Just like Hinata knew all of his tricks.
"No. Naruto turned his back on Obito-sama and I. You did this. You did all of this." Hinata pulled out a chlorine gas capsule, and within a split second a shadow clone Naruto appeared behind her. It wrapped it's arm around her body and snatched the capsule. Snatching Hinata's assault pack from her as well.
"Don't threaten me Hinata. You know bett-" Naruto was cut off when he felt an assault on his chakra points from his back. A clone of Hinata's attacking him with gentle fists. She distracted him with the gas capsules. She really was trying to hurt him.
Fine.
Naruto took Hinata's clone, and slammed it into the tree so hard it dispersed. Snarling as Hinata slashed his shadow clone with her kama and dispersed his. Hinata kept eye contact with Naruto as she got back into her fighting stance.
Look at her. Not a scratch on her. Yet here he was, all marked up. Bleeding, because he didn't want to hurt her. His fiancé. The love of his fucking life. He wanted Hinata to forget about all of this. So what Obito was dead. Naruto did this for them.
He did it for him.
"You don't even understand Hinata…Nata. Obito was going to kill me. He was going to go through with his plan of extracting Kurama and killing me. He was going to use the ten tails, and destroy everything we worked hard for. I HAD to do it."
Naruto reached for Hinata. His eyes softened with the love he held so deeply for her. He really did love her, and he just needed for them to move on. To keep loving each other. "I didn't want to do it. I just wanted all of us to be together. The family you always wanted Nata. Obito was supposed to be there for our wedding. Remember? This isn't what I wanted."
This is exactly what he wanted.
Hinata looked at Naruto. She saw as his hands shook. The vulnerability in Naruto's eyes. He was hurt that she attacked him. That she accused him of outright murdering Obito. All Naruto wanted to do was make her happy. He always made her happy. He's always tried to bring a smile on her face and protect her.
When Orochimaru attacked Hinata. Naruto sought out her honor. He's been there for her since the very beginning, and Naruto knew everything there was to know about her.
Naruto knew how her mind worked, and he knew how to warp it. In those vulnerable eyes that looked at Hinata, was a calculating demon.
Hinata didn't understand. Naruto was so loyal to Obito, yet Naruto showed signs of being jealous of Obito. Why? They were a family. Obito protected them when the world was cold to both Naruto and Hinata. Why would Obito change his mind all of a sudden and try to kill Naruto?
Why did all of this have to happen?!
Naruto knew how Hinata's mind worked, but in return, she knew how his worked.
"Y-You're lying. Everything you just said is a lie." Hinata backed away from Naruto as he reached for her, and that was when he just snapped.
Chakra from the ten tails seeped out his pours, along with his own dark chakra. Consuming his body and soul. One eye was still its rich blue, and the other a raging red to showcase the tailed monsters presence. His chakra cloak exposed only six tails, and Naruto's body grew more solid. His already toned body, grew more defined and he bared his elongated fangs to her.
Naruto tossed his arms up and let them flop to his sides. Shrugging his shoulders at Hinata's statement. "You're right. I did lie. So fucking what." The amount of chakra he pushed down on Hinata weighed her down, and froze her in her spot on the tree branch. Naruto approached her, and ignored how the branch appeared to be about to snap.
He picked Hinata up from the ground by her jaw and held her. Cracking her iron Happuri on her face with ease. Exposing her face fully to him. "You want to know what I did to him? I tricked him. I made him think all was forgiven. Like I would really forgive someone that threatened to end my life for their bull shit dream. A perfect world? A world with no blood being shed? What a stupid fucking world Hinata."
Hinata's feet dangled in the air as Naruto held her up. She squirmed from the pressure he was applying to her face. "Obito lived in a fairytale world. Not OUR world. Not what me and you wanted. So I killed him. I boiled him alive until his skin was fall off the bone, babe. It sucked taking his clothes off, and it took a while to get the smell off the clothes so I could wear them. That's why it took me so long to come back to ya."
Hinata kicked harder in the air, and Naruto saw tears just free fall from her eyes. This just made him so ANGRY. "Why? Why am I NEVER enough for you?! Did Obito ever make you feel good like I do?!"
"No." That was the most firm answer Hinata has ever given him. Not at all happy with what he was insinuating. She never looked at Obito that way, and she would never stray from Naruto's love. "You…you taught me what love is Naruto. You taught me everything in life."
Naruto shook his head and closed his eyes for a second to gather his wits. Hinata was doing it again. She was trying to make him feel bad. "Then why are you doing this Hinata?!"
"Obito-sama was family. Our family." The answer just triggered Naruto even further, and he held her face tighter. Trying with all his might not to break a bone in her beautiful face.
"Family? Oh he was family alright. Does family kill one another? Like your father. Did you know that babe? That Obito killed your old man. You look at me in my eyes, and tell me that I'm lying. Your lord and savior killed half the Uchiha clan, and on the same night, he killed your dad. He watched it crush you and said nothing. I would have NEVER did that to you."
His hand, that was holding her so harshly, gently let Hinata on the ground. Naruto cupped her face gently with both his hands. Stepping closer to Hinata as her eyes showed that she was absolutely crestfallen, because she could see that he was telling the truth.
Pain. All she felt was pain right now. Obito…he killed her father. He's never told her that. Obito even told Hinata to forgive Itachi, and she did. Obito lied to her, everyone has been LYING to her.
Naruto watched Hinata while she hurt. This was good. He could fix this now. He always does.
His hands burned her face as demonic chakra still cloaked his body. His lips kissed hers, as she cried and he hushed her. Naruto could make her feel better. Now that Obito was gone, he could be the only person to bring her such internal joy. Those beaming smiles and dedicated looks, it can now just be reserved just for him. "It's okay Hinata. Obito wasn't a good person. He wasn't good for you. I am though. You know I'm good for you. That I love you."
"I love you too Naruto-kun." When he dipped down to kiss her again, that's when Naruto heard a bell and paused. He looked down to see Hinata holding a charm bell, that was attached to the gold chained necklace she wore. Hinata had pulled it out her armor. Was that the charm bell from Shion? "What?"
A ray of pink rays lit up the forest and sliced through Naruto's chakra cloak. Slicing his body and sending him flying across the forest. The weight of the branch finally gave out, and Hinata found herself falling over 150 feet down below. As Hinata was free falling, her eyes stayed on Naruto until she couldn't see him anymore because of the bright pink rays.
The rays sliced through the whole forest. Trees were hit in the crossfire of Naruto and Hinata's domestic dispute, and came tumbling down. Hinata heard a heavy, loud fall hit the earth before her and knew it was Naruto. The mightiest trees tumbling down onto him.
Her heart was breaking. Why was she so sad? Naruto, someone that manipulated her for so long, was hurting. Was that why she was so sad, because she hurt him?
Hinata tapped the bell again, and closed her eyes as she let the charm incase her. Granting her with an angelic form. The Tennyo has gotten her feathered kimono back. She was free from evil. She could leave now. If she wanted to, she could fly away.
Landing on the ground Hinata looked at the destroyed forest. Colossal trees had fallen and the beauty of the nature here was gone. The forest was silent, and all was believed to be over. Until one tree was pushed from the ground, and sent flying over Hinata's head. Causing a miniature earthquake as it landed. Under that vanished tree, revealed Naruto.
To put it simple, Naruto was messed up. His head was bleeding from the scalp. His lip was cut at the corner and painted his lips red. Scratches littered his body, and his bare chest had gashes everywhere from the massive trees falling on him. The Akatsuki cloak he wore was ripped, but still stayed on him. Along with his tattered black pants. His hair was as wild as ever, and Naruto looked to have been thrilled.
"ONLY YOU BABY! ONLY YOU CAN MAKE ME LOOK LIKE THIS! KEEP THIS UP, AND YOU'LL BRING THE TEN TAILS OUT OF ME!" Naruto laughed. A manic laugh as he stepped on the trees, and stumbled to get to Hinata. Naruto purposely not letting his body heal. He slowed down the process, because he wanted Hinata to see what she did to him.
"Look at you! Looking like a sexy Tennyo. Tell me. Does God know you stole that from Shion!? That you killed her because you got JEALOUS."
Hinata saw Naruto's demonic cloak consume him again, and fox ears sprouted this time. Now eight tails were showing. "You see Hinata. All your self-righteous bullshit is just a coverup. Covering up the fact that you are just like me. A fucking demon."
"No!" Forming her twin lions fists in desperation. Hinata ran to Naruto. He was wrong about her. He was lying! All Naruto did was pick and lie! She wasn't perfect, but Hinata wasn't like Naruto. She wasn't evil like he was. She was a good person.
Naruto laughed as he dodged her attacks, and looked rather impressed with Hinata's strength. If she did this to any other person, Hinata would have demolished them. Naruto wasn't any other person though. "Yes you are. Look at you Hinata. You're my little princess warrior. No…my queen warrior. People fear you, and you love the respect."
He caught her hand when she almost hit his face. Her lions fists burning his hand, and he loved every second of this. Such passion from his lover, all her passion was directed to him. What more could a man ask for!
Naruto watched as Hinata struggled to free her hand from him. Even resorting to up her chakra to sear his hand off. "Why?! Why won't you DIE?!" She screamed in frustration, growling when Naruto snatched her to his bare chest, and smiled down at her. The evilest smile gracing his inhuman face.
"Why? Cause you don't want me to die Hinata. You love everything about me." He dipped his head in the curve of her neck, and shockingly enough, Naruto gave Hinata gentle kisses. Just like how Hinata liked it. "You need me, and I need you. I love you."
Hinata bit back the feeling of pleasure as his hot tongue licked up her neck, to her jaw, and stopping at her ear. "I make you strong. I make you weak. I make you happy, and sad. Without me, you'd feel empty. I know how you feel Hinata, because that's exactly how I feel about you. You're my everything."
He whispered this in her ear, and he could hear Hinata's breathing pick up. How she was trying so hard to resist him. She could mentally fight all she wanted, but her body was succumbing to him. She was subconsciously giving in to him.
Naruto saw Hinata's hand half-heartedly reach for the charm bell on her neck again. "You can hurt me as much as you want Hinata. I'll still love you. No matter how much you hurt me. It's me and you. It's always been me and you."
She held the bell in a vice grip and shook. Biting her bottom lip as Naruto kissed her jaw, and made his way to the corner of her mouth. Leaving a big, wet kiss there. "Don't I make you happy Hinata?" His free hand snaked around her body, and pulled her flush to him. His chakra tails wrapping them in a cocoon.
Hinata nodded her head meekly and a light sob escaped her. "Y-you do Naruto-kun. You make me very happy. That's why-"
"Can't you always rely on me?" He kissed her top lip and coaxed her bottom lip out. He missed her lips. He missed his little silent vixen. He knew she was upset with him, but she'd get over it. All Hinata needed to do was let off some steam is all.
Hinata closed her eyes and whimpered in the kiss. The rage from her chakra died down, and Hinata let Naruto caress her body as he held her flush to him. She nodded her head at Naruto's question, and her hand let go of the bell charm and tangled her fingers in Naruto's bloody hair. She felt awful for hurting him like this.
As their passion grew, Naruto took a handful of Hinata's ass and lifted her up. She complied and leaped up to wrap her legs around his waist. He pulled back from Hinata's lips, and smiled as she chased after his.
Hinata looked at him with the longing look in her eyes that he missed. "Don't I make you feel good Hinata?" He molded her ass firmly and watched that sweet blush grace Hinata's face.
His sweet little Tennyo was coming back to him. And he took away her feathered kimono. Never to be seen again.
Hinata wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck and gave him an eskimo kiss. "You do Naruto-kun." This brought a bright smile to his face. A genuine smile. Especially when Hinata started to wipe away the blood from the corner of his mouth. Some got into her mouth from their feverish kissing, but Hinata didn't care.
"Yeah? I make you feel really good?" He stuck his tongue out and flicked it at her like a sneaky snake and Hinata giggled. Music to his ears. "Oh Naruto-kun."
"Let's go back home Hinata. We've done enough damage, and I want to make you feel good. I know you're mad at me, and I don't like that. I'll even put up a sound barrier, so you can be as loud as you want."
Burying her face in the curve of his neck, as Naruto proceeded to walk away from the destroyed area, Hinata nodded her head. Indicating she wanted to go home too. "You really hurt my feelings Naruto-kun."
"I know. I'm sorry, but you hurt my feelings too!" Naruto didn't even have to carry Hinata at this point. She was so latched on to his body, gripping him like her life depended on it. "I just want us to move past this Hinata. I don't want you angry with me, it really puts me in a bad place when you're not happy."
Hinata lifted her head up, and gave Naruto a cute little pout. "W-Well on top of everything. You keep bringing up the priestess. Why do we have to k-keep talking about her? You know I was not in the right mental space at the time."
Now Hinata was lying. She never told Naruto that Shion didn't make it back home. Naruto found that out on his own, and confronted Hinata. She promised him that she would let Shion go and live, and ended up killing her. So why make a big deal when he does it?!
"A-And…and I just get jealous sometimes Naruto-kun. I don't mean to be this way." Naruto smiled at her nervous banter. She was so cute and good to him. Hinata got jealous just like he did. They were perfect for each other!
"If I stop bringing up Shion, will you stop being upset about Obito? I feel just as bad as you do about what I did."
He didn't feel bad at all for what he did. Naruto didn't have one drop of remorse.
This was his end goal. This is what he waited years for. Naruto never wanted that family happy ending with Obito. He never wanted to work by Obito's side, and create this la-la land world of make believe. Naruto wanted to rule things his way, and he wanted Hinata. He wanted them to be a family. He didn't need Obito in the mix.
He's gotten what he wanted, and now he wanted to treasure it. He'd make Hinata forget all the years of Obito, and only think about him and their future.
"I can do that Naruto. I just want us to be happy again." She looked at him with hopeful eyes, and Naruto nodded his head at her to get Hinata to inch closer to him. He kissed her again. Silencing all her fears and doubt. They would be just fine.
Naruto would make sure of it.
End of chapter.
One chapter left guys! It's a smut chapter lol. I'm finishing the story with some lemony goodness.
So, Hinata saved the bell because she knew Naruto was a liar. She knew Naruto was ALWAYS a liar, but at the end of it all, she loves that damn liar. He loves her too. They were made for each other. As you can see.
This chapter was hella fun to write. Hope you enjoyed it! See you next Saturday!
**Also, for those reading, What Happened to Perfect, I deleted it. All my future stories will only be on Ao3 now. 'Jealousy' is my last story on this site**
