Chapter 1:
Years ago, a team of robot monkeys have finally caught their enemy, the Skeleton King.
"The tomb is ready," says Gibson, the blue monkey.
"Fools, I will return," says Skeleton King, "and once I do, all of Shuggazoom will suffer like all the other planets I have attacked!"
Skeleton King is now imprisoned.
"What do we do now," asks Nova, the yellow monkey.
"There is no need for us anymore," says Antauri, the black monkey, "it's time we go into stasis." The monkeys then took their rest within their Super Robot.

In the present, a young Chiro was living with his Aunt Neli.
"Chiro, I hope you're not watching Sun Riders!"
"Uhh... no?" That was a lie, he was when he had chores to do.
"Chiro, you need to learn responsibility."
"I know, Aunt Neli," says Chiro.

Chiro was then vaccuming. "Man, I wish something interesting would happen." The truth is, nothing ever happens in Shuggazoom. It's a very dull place.

Two guys were walking into the junkyard. Their names were BT and Glenny.
"Sure is a dump," says Glenny.
"Hey, look what I found," says BT, "it's some kind of robot."
"With a screen for a face," says Glenny, "maybe it's a tv."
The two started poking it.

When Chiro was done with his chores, he decided to explore the outskirts of the city.
"Maybe there will be something interesting out here," says Chiro. "I wish life was like in the Sun Riders. You get to fight monsters, be part of a team, and drive a giant robot. Who am I kidding? That could never..." Chiro then bumps into a giant robot. "How long was this out here?" It was bigger then the usual robots in Shuggazoom. A door then opens and Chiro enters.

Chiro was looking around the interior of the foot. He then found six colorful tubes. "Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Green, and Black? If they're trying to make a rainbow, they got it all wrong." He then touched the orange tube and then he started to glow and a giant green gorilla thing showed up and entered his body. "Did... I just get possessed by a ghost gorilla?" He then entered the orange tube and it took him up.

BT and Glenny decided to try to sell the screen faced robot. But no one was interested because it was so old and Shuggazoom is an advanced civilization.
"But it has a TV for a face," says BT.
"You can watch TV anywhere," says Glenny.
People just kept ignoring them.
"Well, this stinks," says BT.

Chiro was in a strange room. He then walked until he stopped and looked in a mirror. He was in this white suit, with buttons, like a lab coat. He had an orange scarf, orange gloves, white mask, and these weird orange markings on his face. Plus his hair changed. "Okay, what did that tube do to me?" Chiro then takes a good look at his attire. He takes the scarf off... and decides to put it back on. He then looks at these strange pods. He looks in one... and there's a black monkey inside. "Is this a robot or a robot monkey factory? Maybe it's both?" He then pressed a button and the pod opens and he takes a good look... but then the black monkey's eyes open and Chiro screams and falls. The black monkey then comes out.
"Who are you," he asks.
"I... uhh..."
"How did you get in here... wait, what am I doing? I am embarassed. You have no idea what I am saying..."
"TALKING MONKEY!"
"You can understand me?" Antauri then stops and senses something. "You have been imbued with the Power Primate!"
"The Power of Primates?"
"No, the Power Primate."
Chiro then presses another button and a green monkey comes out. "I had the weirdest dream, I was a fish man with a serious ego, you were a genetically enhanced giant with alot of hair, and Gibson was a blue skinned magician." The green monkey then looks at Chiro and then looks at Antauri. "Who's this kid? Good thing he can't understand us, because he looks silly in that dumb outfit."
"He can understand us," says Antauri.
"You didn't let me finish," says the green monkey, "I like dumb outfits. I'm Otto."
"What is going on," asks Chiro as he tries to get away, but then he awakens the other three.
"Hey, who woke us up," asks the red monkey.
"It was this boy," says Antauri.
"Nice outfit," says Nova.
"He can understand us," says Antauri.
"You didn't let me finish," says Nova, "I...meant it."
"Who...what are you guys," asks Chiro.
"I am Antauri, this is Sparx, Nova, Gibson, and Otto."
"That got the who," says Chiro, "but what are you?"
"We are the Hyperforce," says Antauri.
"We're a team," says Nova.
"We're Super," says Otto.
"We're robots," says Sparx.
"Technically, we're monkeys," says Gibson.
"So, you're the Hyperforce Team Super Robot Monkeys," asks Chiro.
"When you say it like that," says Otto.
"We need to discuss things," says Antauri, "would you mind going in that room over there?"
Chiro enters the room.

"He has been embued with the Power Primate," says Antauri.
"But no human on Shuggazoom has ever gained the Power Primate," says Gibson.
"I have an idea," says Antauri, "we allow him to join the team. We can train him."
"But he's a human," says Gibson, "he wouldn't exactly fit in. Plus, humans can be...you know, simple."
"And he's a kid," says Sparx, "we're not a babysitting service."
"He could get hurt," says Nova.
"But he's tall," says Otto, "he could reach high places for us. Honestly, I don't know why everything in this robot is so high."
"We have rocket packs," says Gibson.
"Yeah, but we can't use them all the time, we could burn things," says Otto.
"Maybe we should at least see what he thinks," says Nova.
"I just hope he accepts our offer," says Antauri, "I sense that a great evil will return!"

BT and Glenny were taking the robot back to the junkyard.
"Hey, there's a button," says Glenny.
"Don't touch it," says BT, "it could be one of those self destruct things."
Glenny touches it and the robot activates. It then grabs the two and an image of an undead man appears on the screen.
"I think that might be its owner," says Glenny.
"You mean it belongs to a zombie," asks BT.
"I'm sorry, but we don't know where he is," says Glenny, "that is a he, right?"
The robot then throws them away and flies off.
"I think we did something really stupid," says BT.
The robot is now in search of its master.
