It was Saturday, so Cody could play video games and be online all day. No assignments or anything like that, this was going to be a good weekend. After he played a bit of Paint Brawlz, he went to a website called "321Chat". It was just like any other chat ever, with people talking about random things and posting pictures of the same kind of random things as well.
While he was chatting, something strange suddenly started happening. The screen glitched, before flashing black and white. "No, not again!" thought Cody, before he tried to get away from his computer screen as much as possible. Unfortunately, a black hand emerged from it and grabbed him before dragging him into it. Yes, the very same black hand that dragged him into Paint Brawlz a few months ago. "AAH!" yelled Cody as he was dragged into his computer screen.
Cody was teleported into a virtual world. When he got to it, he looked around. He saw four other people with him. A black-haired boy with a blue shirt, a teenage girl with weird pigtails and black bows, a rotund man with a green shirt and a teenage boy wearing a uniform with the word "Suimei" on it. "Ungh... wh-where am I?" groaned Cody, "Z-ZohmyGod! W-We've been transported into another dimension!" the girl freaked out. "Nah, I think we all got sucked into whatever devices we were using." the black-haired boy replied back. Just then...
FLASH!
"Hahahahaha!"
"Black Jack!"
"-B-Black Jack?!"
"-BLACK JACK!"
"B-B-BLACK JACK?!"
"Greetings, my fellow players. I bet you're all wondering why you're here."
"Yeah, and we're wonderin' when we're gettin' the fuck outta here. 'Cuz this place stinks, it's just pitch black 3D stuff everywhere."
"I know that all of you are confused. But trust me, it'll all make sense soon. You see, even though I cannot defeat you all right now I've got something I want to test out."
"-And what's that?"
"Behold!"
Black Jack showed a virtual screen, before a scary face on a static background appeared. "Wh-What is that?!" the black-haired boy said shocked, "I'm glad you asked. Meet Hack Attack, my latest program. He can hack into almost anything, with him I will be able to control everyone's devices! But first, I want to test him out. And there were no better guinea pigs than the five of you. Hahahahaha!" Black Jack replied before laughing manaiacally.
"ZohmyGod! We're gonna get murdered in the virtual world by a stereotypical cartoon villain-looking bastard!" said the girl, "Not if I can help it." Cody replied before readying his game controller. He had managed to bring it with him this time. "Ahahahaha! Even with the game controller, you still won't have enough power to defeat me. Especially with Hack Attack on my side! Attack!" Black Jack added.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! FLASH!
Hack Attack attacked, before the surroundings became glitchy and filled with static on some parts. "Run!" the black-haired boy shouted, before he started to do that. Then, everyone followed him. He activated what looked like a blue watch-like device on his wrist before slamming it.
FLASH!
"XLR8!"
They boy turned into a form he called "XLR8". Then, he carried everyone else to safety. And it's a good thing he was able to do it fast. Because their combined weights made them heavy, especially with the big man. "Whew! Oh man! Ya plannin' on exercising soon?!" the boy asked the rotund man, "Nah, too much work." the man replied. The boy then facepalmed, before he looked further. He wanted to make sure that the coast was clear. Then
FWOOSH!
"Nope! Not clear! Everyone, let's get outta here!" he shouted, before carrying them again. Once the boy found another safe spot, he dropped them there. Then, he added "Wait here, I'm gonna try and see if I can take care of him." before speeding off where he came from.
When the boy met Black Jack again, Black Jack said "Aha!" before throwing a big black blast at him. Luckily, the boy was able to dodge and jump before smacking him with his tail hard.
FWOOSH!
BAM!
"Agh!"
Black Jack fell on the ground. Then, the boy pinned him there before shouting "It's time to stop this!" and trying to knock him out. However, Black Jack just disappeared.
FLASH!
"Hey, where'd he go?!"

BAM!
"Agh!"
"Hey, where'd he go?!" said the boy as he looked around for him. Then, he reappeared behind him! The boy tried to punch him quick as soon as he felt his presence, but Black Jack reacted just as quickly and punched first. "Agh!" the boy shouted as he fell to the ground.
"Did you really think you'd be able to beat me so easily, Ben Tennyson? Ahahahaha!"
"This guy's even crazier than his gigalomaniac counterpart!"
Suddenly, Black Jack tried punching Ben. However, Ben managed to get out of the way in time. He quickly ran in circles around him and formed a tornado.
FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH-FWOOSH!
The tornado sucked Black Jack in, before spinning him around. Then, Black Jack was thrown far away. Right into where the others were waiting.
"AAAHHH!"
THUD!
"Oomph!"
"Hey, there he is!"
"Let's get him!"
The others tried to get to Black Jack, but Black Jack roared and gave a massive burst of energy sending them flying a bit. "Pesky little shits." he growled, before activating his virtual console and typing some commands in it. Just then
ROOOAAARRR!
"Shit, run!"
Black Jack had input a command on Hack Attack, Hack Attack then started going after the others spewing glitchy balls that deleted everything in sight.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
"AAAHHH!"
The others found a place to hide and stayed there. Cody peeked out to see if Black Jack was still there. Sure enough, he was. "It's game over for you and your friends Cody! Ahahahaha!" he laughed before he and Hack Attack went right past them. Just then, a blue blur came by. -It was Ben! He came back to Black Jack, before starting to fight him again.
"So before we all continue, let's introduce ourselves. I'm Cody, a.k.a. The Player." Cody said sarcastically, "Itaru Hashida, but you can call me Daru." the rotund man replied. "Frau Koujiro." the teenage girl added, "Takumi Nishijou." the teenage boy spoke. "Then, let's help that guy." Cody added, pointing to Ben.
"RAAH!" everyone yelled as they rushed straight towards where Ben and Black Jack were fighting. Cody activated the game controller's Rifle Mode before he started spraying bullets at Black Jack, "Take that you knucklehead!" he shouted as he kept shooting. Frau formed green blasts in her hand, before throwing them. Takumi summoned a simple purple sword before rushing even further towards Black Jack and Daru took out a laser blaster and started firing.
"Heeyah!" shouted Ben as he managed to land a hit on Black Jack's face. Black Jack became stunned. Once he was, Ben switched into another form.
FLASH!
"Fourarms!"
He then gave Black Jack a great, big punch!
BAM!
"Fourarms Finisher!"
Black Jack was weakened a bit. Then, Frau landed a hit on him. "Headshot!" she shouted, before laughing "Duhuhu.~". "Haah!" Takumi yelled before managing to slash Black Jack across his body.

"ARGH!"
Cody, Daru and Frau continued to chip away at Black Jack's strength with blasts, bullets and lasers. "It's working! He's getting overwhelmed!" said Daru, but then

"Enough!"
Black Jack had had enough, then he roared "Kill them all!". Hack Attack then started spewing glitchy balls everywhere he could.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
"AAH!" Takumi and Frau shouted, before they took cover. Cody managed to hit Hack Attack, but the bullet vanished as soon as it touched him. "Wh-What is this thing?!" he said, "Downgraded!" replied Ben before he switched forms again.
FLASH!
"Upgrade!"
Ben switched to Upgrade, he tried to downgrade Hack Attack. But Black Jack threw a huge ball of energy at him fending him off.
BOOM!
"Agh!"
While Ben defended himself from both Black Jack and Hack Attack, Cody started opening his controller's virtual console. Then, he began to input commands in it. But as soon as he did, Frau and Daru saw him. "Hey what's that, a console?" Daru asked, "Yeah, I'm gonna try somethin'." replied Cody. "Let US try something." replied Frau, before she and Daru started using the console themselves. They were both great hackers and programmers. They inputted some commands and entered some codes. Then

"Master System unlocked, every feature is now available."
"Whoaaa..."
"W00T!"
"Damn, that's some cool shit!"
Frau and Daru managed to unlock something in the game controller known as the "Master System". The Master System was a feature that was locked away because it was unstable. Cody, Frau and Daru didn't know this. "Alright, take 'er for a spin dude!" said Daru, Cody nodded before opening a tab in the game controller to see what new weapons were accessible in it. "Ooh! Let's try this one!" said Cody, before he accessed the "RPG-7" mode.
CHAKK-CHAKK!
"Whoaaa!"
"W00T! Damn, that's pretty l33t!"
"Oh hell yeah, dude! Fire away!"
"With pleasure!"
Cody made his weapon load itself, before aiming at Black Jack. Then
BOOM!
"ARGH!"
THUD!
The missile hit Black Jack hard, making him fall on the ground. While he was down, Ben changed forms again.
FLASH!
"Diamondhead!"
Ben changed into Diamondhead, before trapping Black Jack in crystal. "It's my time to "shine"!" joked Ben, before he got ready just in case Black Jack broke free. But then, Cody activated his game controller's console once again before saying "Game over, Black Jack!" and deleting him. "NOOO!" yelled Black Jack as he was deleted from the surroundings. Now there was only Hack Attack to deal with. "I know exactly how to deal with this virus!" Cody added insulting Hack Attack before deleting him as well. Hack Attack beeped and flashed, before he disappeared. "Phew. Glad that's over." said Cody, before he slumped to the ground. "Man... I wanna go home now..." groaned Frau, "Same..." agreed Daru. Takumi stopped for a moment to catch his breath, all that moving around made him tired. And Ben switched back into his human form.
FLASH!
"Oh yeah!"
"W00T!"
"We did it!"
"Finally, we can go home."
Some time later...
Soon, everyone was able to get back home. -Including Cody. Now that he had unlocked the Master System of the game controller, life would be much, much easier from now on. -Or would it? Just then, Professor Mark came into his room.
"Hey Cody, what're you doing?"
"Hey prof, check this out!"
After Cody said that, he activated the RPG-7 Mode of the game controller. Professor Mark was shocked, before he asked "C-Cody... h-how did you do that?!". "Oh, two people helped me unlock something called the "Master System" while I was trapped in a virtual world with them." Cody answered, "Wh-Who are these two people?!" Professor Mark asked on, "Their names are... Frau? And Daru?" Cody answered again. A worried expression became painted on Professor Mark's face, he knew those names. Then, he asked "Wh-Where did you meet these two people in the virtual world?!". "In a world where it was all black, with black shapes and 3D models. That crazy guy Black Jack trapped us in there." Cody continued. Professor Mark kept the worried expression on his face.
"Hey prof, what's wrong? You've been worried for a while now, everything good?" Cody asked, but Professor Mark didn't respond to that question. Instead, he said "Cody, we need to talk. Now.".
When Professor Mark talked to Cody, he said "That "Master System" Frau and Daru unlocked for you... -it's unstable.". "It seemed fine to me." replied Cody, "That's because you didn't use it for very long. However, if used or activated for extended periods of time the Master System will drain the game controller's energy source making it useless." Professor Mark replied. "Sooo... what do you want me to do?" Cody asked, "Keep using it. But we will be tracking your usage so you don't accidentally drain the energy source." Professor Mark replied. "Me and Hazel will be activating its communication feature so that we can track your usage of it." he added, "Sure whatever." Cody replied uncaringly. "Good." said Professor Mark, before he got up and left Cody's room. Then, he went to speak to Hazel about Cody's first usage of the Master System.
As Cody kept on thinking to himself, he wondered if there was more to the game controller than he thought. He had found weird things about it over the days. Maybe one day, he'll be able to get everything he wants using it.
