"WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS!" I screamed. Jak was walking towards me with this serious look on his face. "Jak? What's going on?" I asked not knowing what to do. I wanted to run to him but at the same time I wanted him to stay away until I knew what was happening. After all, were we're in the combat arena.

"Calm down Jackie." Jak told me showing his hands to me.

"Citizens! You have seen on many occasions this womans fighting skills and abilities. She has demonstrated a loyalty to this city, my and myself time after time. Even going against orders to protect Mar and accepting the punishment for doing so even when her act of disobedience may of saved his life and the life of others. It is for these reason that I give her my blessing."

"Hello Lurker peoples! I am adoptive father of Jackie, our Clan Cheif! I have watched over her and all thoses who she surrounded herselves with! I have seen her love towards Jak! The ones who help libarated Lurker people! I have witnessed his good traits that are deserving of Clan Cheifs. After talking with Elders we have come to the decision that Jak has our blessings. I Brutter will happily take him as son if Clan Cheif chooses!" Brutter proclaimed. 'Why is Brutter here? In fact the whole Lurker community is here!'

"What are they talking about? Is this Damas's way of apologizing?" I asked looking around the arena.

"No, this is their way of telling us that they approve." Jak said.

"Approve of what?" I asked looking at him just in time to see him get down onto a knee. "Jak...what are you doing?" I asked as my heart thundered in my ears. He couldn't be...could he?

"Jackie...we've been through hell and back together. I know we've only been offically dating for a short time but I'm going to cheat and count our time in prision as one big date. That's besides the point. What I really want to ask you is.." He said digging out a box from his pocket then opened it."will you marry me?" He asked showing me the most beautiful ring I had ever seen before. It had light and dark eco crystals forming a ying yang symbol with two of the other eco crystal types on either side.

"YEEEESSSSS!" I yelled out after a second of my brain shutting down due to the shock. Jak smiled and slipped the ring on my finger. Once it was on I looked down at my hand then launched myself at him. "Yes...why wouldn't I marry you Jak? By the Precursors!" I said wrapping my legs around his waist.

"I don't know, maybe you thinking it's not the right time or something?" Jak shrugged as he carried us onto the rising plateform. It took us to up to the plateform in front of the Kings perch.

"What did I tell ya princess?" Sig teased smuggly.

"Shove it for now Sig, I'm in the clouds and the first person to try and bring me down will be pushed into the lava pit." I threated darkly.

"Roar! Geez! You think you wouldn't be capible of so much growl after being proposed too!" Daxter exclaimed.

"Oh Jackie! I'm soo happy for you!" Tess gushed.

"Happy day is today! I had promised not to crys but...aahhhh I JUST CANT HELP SELVES!" Brutter said shakily before breaking down. He jumped down and hugged me. Luckily I had jumped off Jak otherwise he would of crushed him too.

"Awe, daddy! It's okay, you can cry free of all shame!" I cooed patting his shoulder.

"Citizens, allow me to offically introduce Jackie, future Queen of Spargus! Come, let's go celebrate." Damas said standing up from his throne. Brutter let me go and we made our way to the throne room.

"Sounds good to me!" I chirpped. "So...the whole being pissed and sentencing me to a week at the temple and the arena was all for show and to put this together right?" I asked as we stepped onto the lift.

"No, you still needed to pay for your trespasses and this city needed a example of what will happen if they don't obey their King." Damas said.

"Are you fucking with me right now?" I asked eye twitching. Jak immediately grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"No, I'm not. But when Mar told me of his wish to propose I decided that your punishment would also serve as a way to show the people you are infact worthy of being their queen." Damas added in.

"I'm too happy to be mad with you right now so let's just say it's all water under the bridge." I growled as the lift lowered.

"That was the intent, I do not hold grudges." He smirked stepping off the lift. The place infront of the lift was filled with tables with food and refreshments on it.

"Clan Cheif." Pluto, Caine and the female Lurker that Brutter had yelled about getting into the Kitchen said as soon as we all got out.

"Damn...this is a shit ton of food..." I marvel.

"Yes, the whole city was invited along with the Lurkers. It's not everyday a prince proposes to a woman." Damas beamed.

"Yeah, I guess. But what about the fact were in a fucking desert? Isn't this a bit of a waste?" I frowned.

"Relax Jackie, he wouldn't endager the city. It's okay to splurge rarely." Jak soothed.

"Don't worries and have fried fungus!" Brutter said grabbing a plate and holding it out infront of my nose.

"Ooohhhh! He's speaking my language now!" I said taking the plate from him. I popped one in my mouth and moaned. I popped another three in my mouth and moaned once more and looked to Jak who wore a funny face. "What?"

"Fried fungus?"

"Don't knock it until you try it!" I huffed holding out one for him. He tried to grab it from me but I refused to let him and poked his lips with the fried food. He rolled his eyes but opened his mouth and let me feed him. I giggled and popped another handful into my mouth and watched his reaction.

"Those are my personal favorite too!" Sig proclaimed taking a handful from the plate.

"Can't complain about them." Jak said reaching for the plate along with his father. I pulled the plate back and gave them all murderous looks.

"Are you denying us?" Damas challenged.

"I've eaten temple food for seven days, you guys can eat sand before I give you any more of MY mushroom." I said pointing my nose in the air. People and Lurkers all started coming to the tables but I didn't pay them no mind. I had three men eyeing my plate of food dangerously.

"We've got numbers on our side Jackie." Sig pointed out moving around me. Jak mimiced his movements trying to suround and distract them. I yawned and flicked out my wings. Jak saw this coming and wrapped his arms around my waist. In my second of shock Sig was able to grab one hand of mine.

"Well, looks like we won." Damas smirked grabbing a mushroom. Jak and Sig chuckled as he brought the fried food of the gods to his mouth. I whipped his hand with an antenna and caught it with the other and brought it to my mouth in a flash. I smiled chewing the mushroom victorously as they just looked at me with shock or amusement.

"If you won then I must admit that defeat tastes oh so good!" I said rubbing it in his face. Jak let me go and grabbed the plate from my hands. Sig let me go too but I didn't try to get back the plate. I let them have it.

"Hmmm...I agree with her." Sig said eating more of the mushrooms. Jak handed him the plate and returned by my side wrapping his arm around my waist.

"I had forgotten about those. Well played." Damas complimented making me beam with pride.

"Yeah! Those wire thing must come in handy!" Daxter agreed getting on Jak's shoulder.

"I kinda wish I had them, then reaching things up high would be a breeze!" Tess agreed sitting on my shoulder. I shrugged as I thought of all the times I had used my antenna's. We all got ourselves plates and walked around talking and eating. A few times I had to hand Jak my plate so I could bend down to allow a child to feel my wings. At one point I had basically all the small children, human and Lurker, crowding around me to get a feel at my wings and antenna's. One small boy was so insisted on feeling my antenna's that I just picked him up and carried him around until he decided he had his fill.

The Lurker's ended up breaking out there instruments and started playing an up beat tone. Next thing I knew me and Jak were being dragged out into a swarm of Lurkers dancing with a few other humans joining in.

"This brings me back to good times!" I laughed as a Lurker twirled around Jak.

"Yeah...good times." Jak said looking a bit dizy. I grabbed his hand and drag him out of the masses. I lead us to a table with cake on it. Jak took the initiative and cut me and him a peice. I took his plate and flew up to the roof top that over looked the celebration. Jak used his light ablities to fly up to the roof. The second he was up he switched back sending sparks of light flying off his body. I had always thought it was a cool thing to watch. I handed his plate to him when he sat down with me.

"Details." I demanded.

"Well, to be honest I was going to propse once I got back anyways. Dad already knew about it and had started preparing for this."

"Did Brutter know?"

"Not until the day after we got back."

"Awe...okay and Daxter and Tess?"

"Of coarse they knew." Jak said rolling his eyes.

"Does everyone know?"

"Yes, pretty much everyone does. Which is why I let dad send you away. Didn't want anyone slipping up and telling you."

"Awe...thats so sweet and this ring is freaking beautiful." I said snuggling up against him.

"I've seen better." Jak smirked.

"You...awe. Your so corny!"

"Oh come on you loved it. It's better then what Daxter tried getting me to say." He sighed.

"Most likely...think you saying something like...sup slut how about you take this ring and become my personal bitch? Then you can make me a sandwich and stuffs for life. Would of been better then what he had to say." I laughed.

"Give the little guy some credit."

"Fine, it wouldn't of been better then that but still." I sighed in defeat. I looked up to the moon and smiled. 'This day started shitty and ended up to be the best day ever!'

"You've got some cake on your face." Jak said.

"Oh?" I said whipping my face. "Did I get it?" I asked.

"No. I'll get it for you." He said grabbing my chin. He leaned in and closed his eyes. My own fluttered closed as his lips brushed against mine. It started out slow and loving but after a minute it started heating up. Jak grabbed my hair and pulled my head down to deepen the kiss and I swung my leg over and straddled him.

"Want me to break them up?" We heard Sig ask.

"No, their engaged anyways. Might as well get a head start on making my first grandchild." Damas said making me jump and look down to see both men looking up at us.

"Um...he had cake on his face?" I said blushing.

"And on his tongue?" Sig asked.

"Oral hygiene isn't a laughing matter." I said seriously. Jak couldn't hold it anymore and started busting up.

"Yes but choking him with your tongue is an even more serious matter." Damas countered.

"Not when he's loving it!" I smirked devilishly down at them.

"Okay, I'm bowing out of this conversation." Sig declared walking away.

"Siggy don't be like that! SIIIGGGYYY!" I yelled out.

"If you two wish to leave you may." Damas said before walking away.

"I think not, we still have a party to attend right Jak?" I said looking down at him.

"Yeah." He agreed. We hopped down and rejoined the celebration. I got more cake cause why not? Brutter came to us and started talking about our wedding plans which was awkward cause both of us didn't have a single clue. Eva, the female Lurker Brutter seemed to hate being in the kitchen came up and drug Brutter away from us talking about some sort of problem in said kitchen.

The night wore on, Daxter got drunk. Onin had came with Christa who both were a bit buzzed. In fact a few drunken fights started up much to Kleiver and Sig's pleasure. Damas ended up sitting in a chair watching over everything until midnight where he told the citizens that he was turning in and they should all go home as well.

They reluctantly did as he asked with the persuasion of Sig, Kleiver, Caine and Pluto. The Lurkers all went into the palace. Knowing them they planned on just doing a dog pile in a few of the rooms. They bid both me and Jak goodnight using Jak's new title of Clan Cheif. Tess helpes Daxter to where ever they were staying.

Me and Jak went back to our apartment within the Palace and went straight for bed. I stripped down to my undies which make Jak freak out.

"Calm down Jak, we're engaged and I'm just in my underwear. Not that you haven't seen and touched more." I said crawling onto the bed.

"Yeah, I guess your right I just was suprised is all." Jak said then started taking off his clothes leaving only his boxers. I curled up against him and allowed him to spoon against me. He moved a few times seeming to not be able to make up his mind on where he wanted to place his arm. Eventually I got tired of it and grabbed his arm and had his hand cup my womanhood. "Umm?"

"Hey, you were being indecisive. So I picked a place that I would like and this is it. I mean hello! I do it to myself from time to time anyways." I said getting comfortable.

"Okay." Jak said laying back down against me. I smirked feeling something poking me. 'I'm not taking care of that, ain't my problem.' I hooted in my head squeezing Jak's hand with my thighs. "Your enjoying this."

"Shhh sleepy time, time for sleep." I mumbled. I could feel him glaring at me but I didn't care I just enjoyed the feel of snuggling with my new fiance and being able to sleep in my bed for the first time in a week. 'It can't get better then this.'
