So I'm back and guess who's gonna be around for a while until someone fucking hires me. Sorry, personal phone in issues. Anyways, sorry I've kept you all waiting, also I'd still like some feedback on some of my other stories. Specifically the other Overwatch/Red Vs Blue Crossover and the Totally Spies/Red Vs Blue Crossover. Also be ready for whenever they release Overwatch 2 campaign, hopefully this year in 2024 with the new season.

[Many Miles from Overwatch Base Gibraltar: In Oasis]

Mercy was still attempting to wrap her head around what could possibly be happening with Church's berserker form and it's sudden disappearance. While keeping their heads down to walk through to where SHE was giving her speech on whatever it was she excelled at here. They knew it would be their only chance to have any sense of whatever the situation would be with Church's brain.

The problem would be approaching her calmly in the room she would be speaking in. Seeing as the scientists here are more brutal and will sometimes fight over her just to get a word or two in. To say this would be a challenge would be the understatement of the century.

Luckily Doctor was a more skilled fighter after Chorus, also including the fact she bested Doc in Combat when he was still crazy. Yeah, that Doctor, Doctor Emily Grey, the only person to scare the Reds and Blues more than any villain they ever faced. With the team consisting of Caboose, Church, Tucker, Mercy and Brigitte. With Tracer in charge of watching Widowmaker on the ship, at gun point as well for safety concerns.

As they passed through the halls of shouting scholars and geniuses they discovered she had finished with her lecture early as her genius was far ahead of her peers. Which is code for: they spoke over her the whole time and argued with her on every little thing. Which meant time was closing fast as she would no doubt pack up all of her things and leave back to Chorus.

After ducking guards and asking around they discovered that she was still in the midst of gathering her belongings. That's when they found her lab, her temporary lab. While the place was filled with items and things you would normally find in a science facility, she had brought along other items as well. An unusual star she had seen from an expedition that she could not relate it to any known animal in the animal kingdom. A backpack that tripled her proficiency by the use of another two pairs of robotic limbs. And of course her multipurpose observation table, which was used to both heal and get information from enemies.

Her back was turned away from the door as the group walked in, after knocking on the open door, "I'm sorry but if you come to seek, 'knowledge' I'm afraid according to the board you have come to the wrong place." Dr. Emily Grey advised.

"Well it's a good thing we're not the most knowledgeable people you know." Church called out as the group walked.

Dr. Grey raised her head to turn to see her guests, "Church? Oh it's so good to see you again!" She ran over to hug him, "Tucker! Still need those pills?"

Mercy looked at him with confusion, to which Tucker responded to, "I had some trouble with my joints, not what you think."

"And Caboose, uhh, how have you been?" She asked as she didn't have anything special for Caboose.

Caboose just smiled as he pulled the rest pf the supplies, "I'm great, I got some new armor thanks to the nice ladies."

"Oh well isn't that pleas- Hold the phone." Grey walked over to Angela Ziegler, "Oh my gosh, you're Dr. Angela Ziegler, I'm a big fan of your work."

"Why thank you... why were you all worried about coming to see her." Angela asked.

Ziegler shook her hand as she started walking around, "Well I have been known to be rather... unorthodox with my means of healing my patients. But nothing in the extremities, I still oblige by the rules of the Red Cross and the humane society."

"I see, well sometimes some people can be babies when it comes to medical treatment." Angela admitted.

Church knew better, "Give it a sec."

"It's all, 'Whine this, Whine that. My leg hurts, I lost too much blood, But I don't want a bionic hand.'" Dr. Emily Grey mocked many of her patients.

Dr. Ziegler looked back and saw Church smirk as if he tried to warn her this would happen, "Ah... yes... I see."

"Told ya." Church smirked, then brushed by her to look Dr. Grey in the eye, "Dr. Grey we have a problem. My... otherside won't come out."

"Oh you mean the Hyde to your Jekyll" Dr. Grey so cleverly referenced.

"Yeah... you can say that." Church sat down on her chair, the. pointed to his head to direct the problem, "Something... something's wrong up here. And as much as it pains me to say... I need you to go digging in my brain..."

Dr. Emily Grey grew one of the biggest smiles from that request from Church, "Finally... the words I've been meaning to hear for a while. Now I need you to sign for the chance of medical mistakes and we should be a-ok."

[A Little While Later]

Being strapped to a table wasn't exactly anyone's idea of feeling like they were in good medical hands. Being strapped to a table with Dr. Emily Grey holding her tools, was definitely not giving the feeling like they were in good medical hands. Plus the requirement to be awake during the entire process was a medical nightmare.

As Doctors Grey and Ziegler scrubbed up, the rest of the group stood behind glass to see what might happen to Church. After placing the neural device in place, by cutting a small hole in his skull and placing the device in its place, they began their actual testing.

"Okay... why did I think this was a good idea?" Church asked spitting out his bite guard.

Doctor Ziegler placed it back in as they strapped the rest of the bindings onto his body, "Church, you're in the best medical hands known to man. I'm bound by the oath to do no harm."

"Yeah I know the hypocritical part of that oath is right next to you." Church spit out the mouth guard to say.

Dr. Grey showed up again with goggles on her face and a few more tools laid next to her on the table, placing the guard back in his mouth she prepped the next part, "Okay let's have some fun shall we?"

"Brain wave patterns normal... vitals stable... we're set to begin Doctor." Dr. Ziegler said noticing Tucker and Caboose in the room just waiting by the corner, "He'll be fine. I promise nothing bad will happen to him. Now shall we begin the procedure?"

"Okay Church for starters we're going to begin with the simple inkblot test. Just to see what's normal." Doctor Grey smiled as she held up the first card.

Church raised an eyebrow, "Seriously? The fate of me being able to go berserk rest in the hands of inkblots?"

"C'mon Church, work with us." Dr. Ziegler pleaded.

Church rolled his eyes, "Fine just get this over with." Dr. Grey held up the first one, as Church answered with, "Two bunnies scissoring."

"Okay... good." Dr. Grey brought back the card in disgust.

Another one appeared, where Church answered, "Dumbass bicycle rider in a car crash."

"I see..."

The last one appeared as Church looked closely to say, "I see... I see... a complete fucking waste of time. Can't you pump me full of drugs? Cut me open? See what's wrong?"

"Church your mind isn't just some old machine we can just... smack with a hammer and the problem is fixed." Dr. Ziegler stated, in a matter of fact tone.

Dr. Grey agreed with her, "Exactly the human mind is one of the most complex and difficult part of the human body to work on."

"It's not something that can be solved in just a matter of minut-"

"Okay Doctors, we thank you for your time but me and Caboose have it from here." Tucker burst into the room with Caboose in tow. Caboose looked around the room for anything that seemed fun to play with while Tucker went over to Church, "Hey buddy... how well do you trust me?"

"With my life, but not with my keys or girlfriends." Church admitted. While Caboose found something he could use to help.

Tucker got right in front of Church, still restrained by metal 1 inch metal braces on his torso, and the two began preparing each other, "How long have we known each other."

"Too long."

"So we know how to make you mad, pissed beyond belief?"

"All too well..."

"Caboose..." Tucker signaled as Caboose had two metal rods placed on the sides of Church's head sending a shock through his system.

He wriggled in the seat as he felt his muscles tighten, his body twisted and turned trying to free itself from the pain. But he knew they did this out of respect and love, "GAH, you guys are assholes sometimes."

"Yeah, we know... now get angry." Tucker demanded as he slapped Church across the face.

Caboose shocked, while Tucker slapped as Church started to reach his limit. However every chance he got closer he would unintentionally quell his anger by reminding himself it's them, "GRRRHHH Nothing is... working!"

"Enough!" Mercy shouted taking the electric shockers from Caboose, "Seeing as how he is our patient we can not, on good conscience, allow anymore harm to come to him. However seeing as how being with you all for over a few months... has changed my mentality and perspective on things. If we're doing this... we need to do this in a way that promises the most results."

"What are you saying Mercy?" Tucker asked.

"I'm saying if you're going to do it... do it right." Mercy finished before putting the instruments on Church's chest and holding it there for a few seconds.

After the agonizing seconds pass he started to feel it, feel it everywhere. His veins bulged and became purple, his muscle mass doubled, then tripled and kept rising still. His eyes became black in the sclera and pupil, with purple irises. His restraints tightened and seemed ready to bust, within a few seconds he became free.

The straps snapped off their hinges and went flying over the room, hitting the walls, ceiling and the glass to the observation room. When he finally had the strength to stand he got up and lifted the operating table from the floor. Tossing it across the room, nearly hitting Doctor Grey who ran to cover before.

Then, calm, or as calm as one can be after being in extreme pain and regaining a once lost super strength. Church, in his monster of a manlike form, as he heaved, his breath heavy as he started to regain his composure.

Tucker eventually began to drop his guard a bit, "Glad to have you back Church."

"Good to be back for the pain I will inflict... but I think you have the wrong guy. You see, I'm not Church, you blithering buffoons know me as Omega..." The face of Church admitted. He wore a sadistic grin, his chuckling began to become louder and louder as it soon became a full laughter.

Tucker was shocked, confused and scared all in one as he lit up his sword, "How... in the hell... are you alive?!"

"Same reason that the rest are still around... we're pure data... you can try to delete us, erase us but there will always be a trace of us somewhere." Omega explained.

Mercy chimed up along with everyone else who was present, "I'm sorry but, what the fuck is going on?"

"Okay so don't really know how to put this in a short story but..." Emily Grey tried to start.

Tucker cut her off, "Church got shot with a Tank, didn't die, girlfriend came after she got a distress beacon. Got hurt. The Ai Omega bounced around, got out of his head, then to hers. Infected Doc, led us on a goose chase. Left in a fiery explosion."

"O... Kay... That's kinda making sense." Tracer tried to keep track.

Tucker kept going, "I'm not even halfway done. Wash tracked us down, looking for a killer who was stealing Ais like Omega, that killer being the Meta. They used an EMP supposedly killing all the Ais, except they managed to survive through another Ai. Epsilon, the memory unit. So did the Meta. We track down Tex again who's been in hibernation after her last failed mission. She kicked our asses. Went to stop the Meta, (supposedly) got KIA'd. So we finished off the Meta."

"Alright that's... kinda losing me here." Brigitte said.

Tucker then stopped to catch his breath, "Finally we ended up on the secluded island of Chorus. That was being invaded by Hargrove because of the rich potential weaponry and tech due to it being an island where omnics and humans are truly peaceful and learned to adapt, build and innovate together. Saved them, stopped Felix and put Hargrove behind bars."

"..." Everyone of them fell silent.

"What?"

"I think I need to sit down." Mercy admitted feeling her brain cells commit crimes against themselves.

Tucker then snapped back, "Wait you said the rest? You mean like from the Epsilon memory unit?"

"We never died in the first place. An EMP?" Omega chuckled as the thought that would eliminate them would work.

Caboose cleared his throat, "It's pronounced Ehmp."

"An EMP would... leave us momentarily discombobulated maybe for a day or two. A week tops. But once power is restored... Well even a deleted file has a presence." Omega admitted.

Tucker kept his eyes fixed on Omega, "So, what's the plan now? Try to leave and blow something up?"

"Normally that would be my plan. But you're forgetting something..." Omega admitted.

"What's that?"

"If I'm here, I said the rest are alive... Why would almost all of us be with Church and wait for our time?"

Tucker took a moment to think but wasn't coming up with an answer, "Quit with the riddles. What's happening?"

"I'll let him explain." Omega said releasing control.

When he finally came back Church gasped for air as Tucker got a hold of him to keep him steady. Immediately flooding his friend with a few questions, "Church? You okay man? Where did he go? What happened?"

"He... they... they're all here..." Church pointed to his head when he finally shrunk down to his regular size, "Well not all..."

"What do you mean?"

"Tucker they all survived. In my brain... Except Sigma... he... must have stayed at the last place we left him." Church explained.

Tracer got confused for a moment, "Sigma?"

"Oh that's right? You guys have a Sigma as well... okay. For convenience let's just call our Sigma, the creative and ambitious AI." Tucker explained.

Church then readjusted himself, "The creative AI was... crazy to put it mildly. He took control of a broken Maine and made him the Meta. He killed other freelancers for their AIs. Forced them to bond to try to recreate them all together."

"And if he's alive? How bad is that?" Mercy asked.

Church looked to the group before answering, "On a scale from 1 to 10. I'm going with nightmare fuel."

"So what's the plan now?" Tracer asked rocking back and forth in her seat.

"Well first is finding him, then containing him. Finally putting him so deep in a hole that no other technology or person can find him." Church started.

"Well isn't he in the Meta... or the armor Tucker has?" Tracer wondered.

"Tucker's is a replica, a different version. The Meta we have is some type of robotic knockoff... The only person who'd know where the real armor is would be..."

"Hargrove." Tucker finished, "Well looks like we need to pay that bastard a visit. I'll call Wash. He's gonna wanna be in on this."

"Alright people let's head out." Tucker clapped his hands as they started to leave.

Emily Grey had one last thing to say, "As unorthodox as my discoveries have been. I still can't wait to share with Dr. Moira."

"Moira?" Mercy paused as everyone turned to look at Dr. Grey.

Dr. Grey looked to all of them as their fear stricken faces made her unsure of what was happening, "Yes... she's Minister of genetics here... Am I missing something?"

"So would she know we're here?" Tucker asked.

"Well this is the biology room. So I'm not entirely sure she'd come here. Unless your guy's names wound up in the system..." Dr. Grey said.

[A few moments earlier]

While Tracer was parking the ship and Church was helping Caboose set up a box with all their gear in it Tucker was putting in their names. Except he was wondering something related to the issue, "Hey who's name should we put under?"

"Fuck it. Just put all our names!" Church shouted as he helped Caboose load a cart with all their gear.

[Present]

Church and Tucker remained silent with guilt with their dumbass mistake, before eventually booking it outside. The quickest way out of there would be through the highway area, it was the only place big enough that they would be able to fit a transport ship. So the group ran, as Tracer blinked up ahead to get the ship ready.

Until she recalled back, making everyone pause, "Um... you all might want to go the other way."

Church ignored her warning and went forward. Upon making it to the main center area he saw Doomfist and Reaper standing before them, menacingly.

Church shook off his fear and turned to the group, "Get to the ship, we'll be there shortly."

"But what abou-" Mercy tried to protest.

Church looked to her, "We'll be there."

Mercy nodded as she, Tracer and Brigitte kept making a mad dash for the exit, with Widowmaker staying next to Tucker.

Church had to gain their attention, "So... did you get the name Doomfist before or after prison?"

"Ha Ha, always so clever. Well as clever as one can be." Doomfist replied. Before looking to Widowmaker, "Ah LaCroix, I was wondering when we'd find you again. Come let's fix you up, shall we?"

As Widowmaker backed up she was pricked with a syringe and collapsed back into Moira's arms. Tucker tried to catch her but she was pulled away quickly as she and Moira disappeared in a mist. Fury bubbling up he ignited his sword and had his eyes on Reaper, "I got My Chemical Romance! You two get Old Spice."

"No!" Caboose said as he stepped forward. He didn't bring his full armor, just the endoskeleton of it. The tank cannon, the twin heavy machine guns and the shield shoulder generator, just the essentials as his body strength would be enough, "No one is hurting my friends... If you wanna get to them, then you're gonna have to go through m-OHSONUVABITCH!"

"TACKLE!!" Caboose was launched to the side as an equally large being carried him to the side. The being carrying two chain guns, standing almost as wide as he was tall and wearing a smile and a black shirt.

Doomfist chuckled, "Ah, I see you have met Mauga."

Caboose looked up to see Mauga smiling down at him before getting to his own feet, "Church I'm gonna be a little busy."

Church nodded as Tucker walked over to the other side closer to the highway to fight Reaper. He smirked as he got a newfound confidence, "Okay, but I feel I should at least warn you. I got my powers back, bitch."

Church focused all his rage at once, and finally there was a change, just a small change however. He got bigger muscles but not like before, they just barely stretched the shirt, not like before where it would rip it off. Making him quite pissed, "Are you kidding me? What gives Omega!?"

"The power you have was never really meant to be used by you alone." Omega spoke from within.

"What do you mean?" He spoke to himself as Doomfist waisted no time to ready his gauntlet.

Doomfist came speeding at Church who could only raise his arms up to protect his face. However when the hit came he found himself unharmed, but Doomfist had a scrapped knife in his arm that pulled just a bit to the side.

"What the hell happene-" Church started speaking before turning back to his front to come face to face with the most perfect set of abs he's seen, "Oh my God you can grind meat on those, AH!"

The perfect set of abs belonged to the towering, the reigning, the legendary Junker Queen. Her blue and black hair done up into a braided fohawk, her eyes still as red as rubies. And that smirk on her face showed her pretty pearly whites.

"Oi, you looked a lot smaller the last time you were in my city." Junker Queen commented looking down at the not as large Church, "Meh, still not as bad looking though. So what say you come back to Junker Town."

Doomfist saw the knife leave his gauntlet and return to the Queen, "A junker? You have no business here."

"My throne, is where I say it is." She retorted.

Church thought about the words Omega said, "Alone..." Church then thought for a moment before thinking hard. This power was meant for partnered Ai and Freelancer. He then used the idea of giving this power to his tall savior in front of him.

The Junker Queen felt a new surge expand through her body, "OH YES!" Her strength felt like she could bite the head off a croc. And that strength was focused on Doomfist.

"Holy shit that worked." Church shouted as Tucker appeared for a second, "Tucker, did you see what I did?"

"Kinda busy Church." Tucker replied going back to fight Reaper. While Caboose kept wrestling with Mauga on the floor, rolling and punching each other, "Did anybody see that?"

Doomfist was saved by the bell as the Overwatch drop ship arrived, Church shouted out to the team, "Guys, they're here. Let's get the fuck out!"

Caboose heard the words and dodged one of Mauga's punches, before apologizing, "Sorry pal, can't play no more."

Tucker managed to evade Reaper just in time as Tracer and Mercy started firing from the ship to provide support. Making the shadowy fighter back away as he got in with a jump above some cars onto the ride.

Caboose lept up thanks to his strength, despite the exoskeleton of the suit Brigitte made him wearing him down. Finally Church and Junker Queen made it, with Junker Queen picking up the smaller man and tossing him onboard before she jumped onto the ship as well. With everyone on board Tracer went back to the pilot ship and floored it, taking off out of the airspace.

"Whew, now that was a close call." Tracer admitted.

Tucker slammed his fist against the wall for losing Widowmaker, "Damn it! That witch!"

"I'm sorry Tucker." Church blamed himself.

"It's okay... besides you got your powers back."

"Sort of..."

"What do you mean... sort of..."

"It's hard to explain..."

"Church... why are there artificial intelligence units in your cranium?" Mercy asked nicely, even though they could see her face was hiding anger.

Church sighed before finally coming clean, "Because... I'm one of them..."

[To Be Continued]

Hey all you people. So yeah... why did I touch this story after so long? Because I finally figured out how to end this story properly. After so long, I've been afraid to touch some old stories. They all just seemed to talk to me less and less. But I want to get my life in a right direction and for me that means, putting some things to rest properly. These stories have gotten me through some rough times and you all have as well, So let me thank you all with a proper story, with an actual ending. Don't worry it's not this. But I'll let you know when.

Good Night, and Churchisalive, signing off for now.
