Chapter 8

Pt 2

Jaune sighed heavily as he finished putting on his Combat Outfit and closed the door to his locker.

Over the last few days he had done his best to avoid all of the girls from RWBY and not just Yang. It wasn't that he meant to, only that he really needed some time to wrap his head around what she had said.

After all, it was all well and good to think about dating one, or, perhaps even more than one of the girls. Especially, after the chats he had with Cardin and Ruby. What guy wouldn't fantasize about dating even one of those four amazing women, let alone all four of them.

But to actually go about it for real?! And with Yang leading it all off?!

He recalled breakfast this morning and Yang bringing him pancakes of all things, saying with a wink that they were made with her Love Juice in them. The… rather overt implications of that sentence had left him stunned, enough so that he had needed to leave to clear his head.

And, that hadn't been the first time she made him food while saying something equally intimate to him. Over the past few days she had been making him small things to eat. Cupcakes, cookies, the like. They had tasted good, too. It was just… the implications of it all. And the looks she kept giving him.

He was doomed he thought not for the first time.

Especially as she seemed to have told the other girls about what had happened between the two of them in the locker room last Saturday. They had been giving him… some… interesting looks over the last few days. Looks that… made him feel like he was being hunted, for some reason.

Was he being hunted by four of the most gorgeous, amazing women that he knew, who just so happened to be the very best of his friends?

He sighed again as he checked over Crocea Mors' blade and shield edges, checking for chips or other flaws. There were none. He smiled at that, the first real one he had had all day. The upgrades he had made to his family's ancestral sword on the way to Mistral and in Atlas had been a good idea.

He couldn't wait for the Vytal Festival at the end of the Semester. He had been training continuously over the last year for this very thing, weight-lifting and endurance training with the festival in mind.

He was ready. Ready to surprise his friends, and teammates, with how far he had come. Finally, he would show everyone that he could keep up with them.

No, that he could surpass them.

He clenched a fist tightly at that, only to shake his hand loose as he heard the PA overhead go off. A low buzzing to confirm that it was time for his match. He blew a breath out at that, letting go of the sudden bit of nervousness as well as the self-depreciation that tried to flare up, before taking up his weapon and strolling out of the locker room.

His friends, particularly Ruby and Weiss, had made a project of trying to work with him on that. The self-depreciation, that is. It had helped that Pyrrha hadn't died during the Fall, as it was call.

Though, her public breaking up with him hadn't done him any good in that regards.

He sighed again at that and rubbed a gloved hand through his hair. One day he hoped to finally get over that. But, not today it seemed.

He opened the door to the locker room and strolled out into the Sparring Room for Combat Class to take his position on the dais in the center of the room, unconsciously turning his gait into that of a swagger as people began to look his way, especially the girls from RWBY. They immediately began to cheer for him as did several others among the student body. He couldn't help but grin at that and even waved at them for a bit before refocusing on the dais and his opponent standing there.

It was Cardin. Because, of course it was. Headmistress Goodwitch had long used the two of them as a object lesson for the other students, constantly pairing them up in matches to then explain, in detail, on how they fared against each other.

Jaune used to hold it against them, the two of them, for that, but no longer. He now understood what the Headmistress was trying to do. And he even appreciated it.

He grinned as he drew his sword and took up a position opposite of his long time rival, saying on greeting him, "Hey, Winchester! Ready to give the fans a show?"

Cardin grinned back at him as he hefted Executioner over one shoulder and chuckled back at him. "You know it, Arc. Let's give them a good one today, eh?"

Headmistress Goodwitch stepped up onto the dais then and looked between the two. After seeing whatever it was that she was looking for she smiled softly and nodded at the two of them before then raising a hand and said, "Gentlemen. Rules are as follows: first to ring out or drop their opponent's Aura to ten percent, wins! Begin!"

She then backed out of the ring as the Hardlight Dust Barrier activated around the stands and the two began to circle each other.

/ /

Yang cheered as loudly as the rest of Jaune's friends as he walked out of the locker room and stepped onto the dais in the middle of the room. She grinned as she saw him do the same at all their antics and wave their way.

The people around the small group of Fourth Years chose to either ignore them or politely clap for the first sparring match of the day. It had become something of a habit for the teams of RWBY and JNPR to cheer for their teammates, and especially for Jaune, as a means of encouragement. True, most teams did that for their friends and partners, but never as enthusiastically as they did, and certainly not as often.

Yang, like the rest, chose to ignore the few pointed looks still sent their way for favor of making certain Jaune knew they were rooting for him, like always. It used to be because he had been so deplorably bad at fighting, with few wins to his belt, but no longer.

Along the way to Mistral and Atlas Jaune had turned into a rather competent fighter. He was by no means as excellent as the members of Team RWBY, or even his own partner, but, as she said, he was competent. which meant for students of their age he just about wipe the floor with anyone else besides his most intimate of friends.

Yang grinned cheekily to herself at that and thought. I'd like to get intimate with him. Oh, yeah. Puns for the win! She cheered again while clapping her hands in a self-five.

Weiss saw this and rolled her eyes at her before asking while they all watched the match began, "So, Yang what was all that about this morning?"

"Oh," she returned with apparent mock innocence, more interested in the match than whatever their most-prickly, if-decidedly-more-caring-these-days friend, or sister-partner as Ruby had started calling them, much to the former Heiress' chagrin. "Whatever do you mean?"

"Hmph," Weiss returned haughtily, not distracted in the slightest by the fight before them. her ability to multitask was legendary at this point. "I mean, what was with the pancakes that you presented to Arc today at breakfast.

"Surely, you don't you think that you'll win him over that pile of crummy, homemade "Love Juice" filled... filth you made, right?" She asked with making finger quotes at the Love Juice line before shuddering and staring at Yang till she let out a stifled snort and laughed at Weiss' face, not wanting to distract the two below.

That wouldn't do at all.

"Hey! don't knock my pancakes just because you never tried them! They might not be as good as Ren's, but I do alright." Yang returned before jumping up with the rest of their group to cheer aloud as Jaune blocked a brutal overhead strike from Cardin followed by the next two faster, more deft swings of the Executioner with his shield before returning with his own series of swings and stabs, forcing the big man back.

Once the two started circling again after that brief clash, speaking to each other too quietly for anyone to hear, save maybe the few Faunus in the room with animal ears like Blake, they all sat back down, thoroughly engaged with the match to speak again. Yang smiled in appreciation of Jaune's newfound talents even if they were three years old at this point. There was just something about watching someone who had no confidence come into themselves.

She tried to be as appreciative of Winchester as well but just couldn't manage it. Sure, the guy was trying to be better than he was every day. She saw that, of course she did. But, the way he had bullied Jaune and others, including his girlfriend Velvet, and her sister, even, in their first year, she just couldn't quite forgive him. at least, not yet.

Still, he was trying.

And, he was now best friends with Jaune, and dating Velvet, the two people he bullied the most during that first year of theirs. So, there was hope.

She grinned as she suddenly saw him fly across the dais, almost falling off of the side as he rolled to a stop at the edge after Jaune had somehow shifted Crocea Mors into its Zweihander form and struck him across the chest in an almighty blow just as he was about to wind up for another big swing of his own. Cardin got back up after a moment of stillness, puffing for breath and stared at Jaune in shock, as did most of the other students, before erupting in a peal of raucous laughter as he charged back in, a near manic grin on his face. Jaune did the same from the other side.

The two warriors closed in the middle and began to trade blow and blow with their oversized weapons as finally everyone began to holler and cheer for whoever they picked to win. Most were still for Cardin, having known of his skill for longer, but many more were cheering for Jaune now.

Abruptly, the two separated and began to circle each other once more, sweat now dripping down from their head. The gathered students looked toward the display showing the two warriors' Aura level and collectively gasped. Cardin's was at 58% but Jaune's was at a startling 74% even though he had been taking more of a beating in the match so far.

"What was going on?" They whispered amongst themselves.

Teams RWBY and JNPR, though, merely smiled at the display, having witnessed first hand not only Jaune enormous Aura reserves, but also his hidden talent. They knew first hand that he liked to keep his Semblance's abilities a secret for as much as possible. It was a well known fact that he could use his Aura to heal another's, but not that he could also boost their Aura and Semblances as well as reinforce his own.

They sat there in quiet satisfaction as the students around them continued to debate what was going on. Well, all but one of them, at any rate.

"Well, he's certainly improved." Pyrrha Nikos, four time Mistral Regional Champion and former girlfriend of one Jaune Arc, suddenly muttered somewhat bitterly. Yang, and the rest of RWBY, ignored her for watching the match instead, choosing to refrain from saying anything like always. Yang even noted the small look of appreciation of Headmistress Goodwitch's face as the match continued on, even as she heard Nora exclaim, "Jaune-Jaune's been working hard, Pyr! You should be proud. He trains every day just to improve so that he might get on your level one day."

Yang did not fail to note the hint of accusation in Nora's tone, and neither did Pyrrha. She saw the girl seemingly flinch in her seat next to her before turning to her fellow female teammate and said somewhat defensively in answer, "I didn't know that. We don't train together anymore."

"WE-ell, maybe if you asked him he might give it a go with you once again, instead of you, I don't know, following everything your Publicist tells you to do instead?"

Pyrrha frowned at that and bit out stiffly, "Agent, Nora. He's my agent. And,I have priorities now. I have to keep up my image for publicity sake."

Nora rolled and eyes and growled, "That didn't uses to be a priority of yours in the past."

Pyrrha blinked at that and glanced over to the rest of their friends before turning back to her as she tried to explain, "Don't you get it? Any of you? It's for the team, Nora. It's always been for the team. If I can keep up my reputation I can improve our chances at getting better contracts when we graduate from the school."

Nora rolled her eyes at that but said nothing otherwise to Pyrrha's response. She loved the girl like family, but after she broke Jaune-Jaune's heart she wasn't having anything to do with Pyrrha these days.

Instead, she said, "The pancakes were good. Eight out of ten. Renny's and Jaune-Jaune's are better, but only by a bit."

Yang couldn't help it. She grinned as she said proudly, "Oh, so you eight me an Yang out of Ren? Nice."

There was a half a second pause before both Ruby and Nora snickered helplessly at the pun while out of the corner of her eye she saw both Blake and Pyrrha smirk. Yang's grin turned cheeky at that the sounds. Her friends, and sister, often derided her on her sense of humor, but every now and then she got them, and it made it all the sweeter.

After they had all calmed down Yang then said to Weiss, "It was all part of my Master Plan. Once it's complete, I will be the one to get Jaune first."

The ex-heiress scoffed harshly at that before declaring, "As if some 'Master Plan' of yours would ever work. Jaune's mine. Easy."

Yang smirked at that, thinking of her fool - well, almost foolproof - plan and loving everything about this. She had started things off lightly with some good-hearted pranking to ease his guard then double down with how sexy she could be. If not for the people coming on them she would've had him then and there, but where one avenue fails there was always another one.

Now, she was once more easing her way into his guard with some light, if overt flirting while also showing him how… homey she could be with all the little snacks she made for him. All she needed now was to get him alone again, and she would have him, if only he would stop resisting.

Not that she really minded all that much. After all, she was enjoying the chase as much as anything else.

"So, Weiss, just how do you think that you're winning this, anyway?" Blake suddenly said in that sassy way of hers, the smirk in her tone evident to all of them. Gods, Yang loved her girlfriend.

Weiss smirked as she flipped her hair over her shoulder before saying, "Because, unlike some of us, I actually have a well thought out and clearly successful plan in the works. Not to mention that fact that of all of us I was the one that Jaune had feelings for way back when." She crossed her arms and continued while giving a single, sharp nod at her own explanation, "In short, I have a leg up on all of you. This victory was mine from the start."

Ruby abruptly snorted in laughter at that. The girls all looked at her as she tried and failed to stifle her laughter. When her partner frowned at her antics she dropped her hands allow the the full-on cackle to escape.

After a short while she calmed down enough to say as she wiped her eyes, "What does that even mean, Weiss? Who cares about winning this… whatever this is?" She looked out at her male best friend and smile gently at him as he continued spar with his one-time bully on a more than equal level before saying, "As long as he's happy who cares who he finally accepts first, if he chooses any of us?"

Yang smiled at her sister before glancing over at the rest of her teammates as the other, older women nodded back at her with the same smile on their faces before looking back Ruby and said, "When he accepts us, Rubes. When. Jaune knows know now. Trust me, he'll fall for all us. Just give it some time."

Ruby sighed at that and nodded before answering with a simple, "Right."

And that was the end of that. They all went to back to watching the match once again in near companionable silence. All, save for Pyrrha.

She alone watched the match, now down to Jaune at 34% and Cardin at 27%, with a frown on her face. One that increased with every strike or block made by her leader. Yang knew why.

It was from simple jealous. After all, Jaune was the only one of their group that she had yet to match him in a fight, let alone win against.

Actually, and perhaps surprising to all who knew of her reputation, Yang mused quietly, Jaune had the most wins against Pyrrha out of their entire group. Starting midway through their accelerated Second Year Jaune had seemingly begun a campaign of besting his then girlfriend every time they were matched up in Combat Class.

Pyrrha still hadn't forgiven him for that especially as people used say that the reason why he was winning so often against her was because they were dating and she was going easy on him, or because she had trained him.

That all ended the first time Weiss beat the former four-time champion. Then it was Ruby. Then Blake. And Yang. And, finally, Ren and Nora in a two-v-one fight before eventually the two beat her in a one-on-one..

But, still, Jaune had beaten her the most out of all of them. In fact, ever since that first win against her, he had yet to lose to her. And, it was now their final year at Beacon.

Damn she thought with a sudden twerk of an eyebrow just when had Jaune gotten so good?

The only reason why his Aura was sudden;y so low after it had been floating in the 50% range for so long was because Cardin was finally able to back him into a corner. He had used a combination of his Semblance and his weapon's ability to deliver a line of explosive fire along a path to first cut off Jaune's ability to escaped before sending a line of explosive fire straight at him.

For anyone else they would've had to perform some kind of acrobatic escape attempt like Ruby, or be thrown from the Dais in an attempt to escape being burned. Jaune couldn't do the former and avoided the latter only by enhancing his Aura Threshold enough to escape being burned. Of course, that didn't prevent his Aura from being battered by the flames or the concussive force of the AOE attack.

Now, it was only a matter of time before one fell to the other. Both fighters hit hard and had low Aura. Even a single one of those fancy combo maneuvers from Jaune would drop Cardin's Aura below the Threshold for this match-up whereas Yang thought that it might take two or even possibly three of Cardin's big swings to do the same with Jaune.

Even at this low of a level with his Aura Jaune could either boost or reinforce it, making him the ultimate tank. Yang loved that for him. Perfecting showing how much Jaune cared about his friends while also showing his former self-depreciation his Semblance allowed him to heal and boost his friends to higher levels while also allowing him to be a punching bag, if not a rock.

Of course, Yang, and the rest of his friends, didn't like him putting himself down like that, but his Semblance did finally allow him to fight alongside them without slowing them down anymore. At least, that's what Jaune used to think. These days he knew the truth, that they loved him for him, and nothing more.

Course Yang grinned to herself. She and the rest of the girls on her team loved him in a different way nowadays. Now, just how to capitalize on this?

"OH!"

Yang popped out of her own thoughts at that cry and watched, eyes widening in alarm and horror, as with just a single misstep on his part Jaune was struck full-on in the head by Cardin's Executioner. She watched, almost in slow-mo, seeing the world slow down enough that she perfectly visualize the widening of Cardin's eyes as he was unable to prevent his weapon's explosive blast was going off right as he struck Jaune in the head.

Not even Goodwitch was able to do anything to stop what came next, her own eyes wide with fear and horror.

"Jaune!" Yang screamed with the rest as Jaune was then sent tumbling, flying through the air with such explosive force that he spun in the air, ragdoll style, and crashed through the Hardlight Barrier before finally impacting on the far wall, halfway up from the floor. The force of his flight cracked the marbled stonework there on impact. He hung there for seemingly half a second before he finally fell on the floor in a boneless, limp heap.

Cardin stood, frozen in shock and horror, as Goodwitch ran over with Aura-enhanced speed to kneel next to her fallen student. Yang, and the rest of RWBY/JNPR, looked on from where they stood in the stands, awaiting her diagnosis of their friend. She glanced over at the board and blanched at seeing that Jaune's Aura was completely gone before returning her gaze back to the situation at hand.

If his Aura shattered before he hit the Barrier, or the wall, then could he have… No! She jerked her head in a harsh shake to deny that thought any purchase on her psyche. Jaune would be fine. He had to be. He was too tough to survive their adventures just to… to…

Glynda stood then and turned to face the class at large with a look of concern on her face before she wiped it away, leaving behind her usual stoic stern facade, and said, "The match is over. Cardin wins by both Knockout and Aura Depletion. Mister Winchester, you may leave the Sparring Field now." Cardin jerked up at that almost like he had been slapped. Then he nodded silently before leaving the Dais.

Glynda frowned in sympathy at that before turning back to the class to say, "The next match will begin soon. Combatants, go prepare in the Locker Rooms while I take Mister Arc to the Infirmary. We will continue the class once I get back."

Then she looked over at where Yang and the others were standing and said, "Teams JNPR, RWBY. With me."

Immediately, the seven of them took off down the aisle and stairs to reach the ground floor at a near frantic pace. Ren and Blake both both leaped down from the banister instead as the others made their way down. Somehow reaching the floor at the same time as Ruby. Yang and the rest were right behind them.

By then, Glynda had lifted Jaune into the air with her Semblance and begun to walk him towards the door. He still hadn't moved.

"Come with me," The Headmistress had said as they all reached her. "He's alive, just unconscious."

None of them said anything to that, but they did all feel some form of relief.

/ /

Beep, beep, beep…

Jaune came awake sometime later to the sounds of a hear monitor. He blinked his eyes awake. He looked over to see that he was hooked up to such a machine before looking around to see that he was lying in a bed in the Beacon Infirmary. It had been a while since he was last here.

He blinked at that again before rising to get out of the bed only to wince and hiss out loud as a massive headache made itself known then. He clutched at his brow, feeling a thick bandage there, and sat back, trying to remember what happened earlier.

He had been fighting Cardin in a pretty even match until…

He sat back in the bed with an exasperated sigh as he remembered. He'd fucked up. He rubbed at his brow in disappointment as he remembered the misstep on his part.

Then he shook his head and let out a small chuckle of self-depreciation at that. Well, he couldn't Fault Cardin for this one. The mistake was all on him, and-

"Jaune!"

He looked at that shout to see Yang and the rest of his friends coming into the room from outside. Their faces were filled with both fear and relief at seeing him there as they rushed up to his side. He smiled at them and waved, saying, "Hey, guys! How're-Mphm!"

Only to be interrupted by Yang as she kissed him abruptly, holding his face in her hands as she leaned into his and the kiss, deepening it for a moment. His eyes widened at that before he melted into her touch. Her lips, they were so soft.

Neither noticed as the rest of RWBY frowned at that, and the missed opportunity on their part. After a moment, Yang jerked back away from him with a boisterous chuckle, their lips making an audible popping sound a she did, as someone coughed loudly behind her then. She looked back at the others, particularly her teammates and sister, and said with a cheeky, if sympathetic grin, "Oh, sorry, guys! It's just, I was some worried, and, I didn't think that there would be better opportunity, and I was emotional, and…" She trailed off, flushing brightly while scratching at the back of her head for a moment before she muttered, "I fucked up, didn't I?"

The other continued to glare at her in silence while she stood there, while Jaune did his best to hide how… enjoyable that had been. He looked up at the blushing beauty and felt his eyes widen perceptibly as he thought Wow. She really is beautiful looking like that, isn't she?"

Finally, Ruby huffed before grinning and stating, "You just have to be first at everything, huh, sis."

Yang grinned at that and said, still scratching at her head in embarrassment, "Heh, yeah. Sorry, sis."

Weiss shook her head and crossed her arms before turning and walking away as she said, "And, that's why I said that we should have a plan when we came in. But, no! 'I overthink everything.'"

Jaune could hear the quotations in her tone and chuckled at the ex-heiress's exasperation. She turned and smiled beatifically at him as she then said, "Good to see that you're alright. Jaune."

Jaune smiled at the slight pause between what she said, and his name, before saying, "Thanks, Weiss."

She stiffened at that before smiling and nodding to him. Blake then placed a hand on top of his and gave it a slight squeeze as she said, "Same here, Jaune. Be careful and rest up. We got plenty of time before the Festival for you to recover."

"You got it, Blake," He returned squeezing her hand in turn. She nodded at that before stepping away so that Ruby could move next to him then. She wrapped his head in a tight hug and, "So happy that you're okay."

Thanks, Rubes" Came his muffled response as he patted at her arm in comfort and as a means of asking for air. She clenched him tightly for a moment before releasing him. Then, after brushing the longer side of her bangs away from her face, she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before darting away, saying "Get well soon!"

Jaune couldn't fight the warmth that swept through him at that. He absently placed a hand to his cheek where she had kissed him. It was, almost as soft as her sister's had been.

The older members of RWBY watched as his eyes soften as they followed the trail of rose petals left by their leader before looking at each other and grinning to each other. Oh, yeah. It seemed that their leader wasn't the only one who was feeling that way it seemed.

Good.

"Well, I guess we'll leave you and your team to it then, Jaune. See you after they release tomorrow." Yang then said with a wave before leading the trio out of the room, they had already been told by Tsune that Jaune could leave tomorrow morning once she finished a final check up on him.

"Okay. Good to know. She you then," Jaune said waved at them. Then he turned to talk with his teammates, hoping to reassure them that he really was okay. He didn't have to ask these days to know how worried Ren and Nora were. He could see it in the clenching of Ren's jaw and the fear behind Nora's smile.

He sighed at that before smiling at his adopted sister and brother. They really did love him, those two.

/ /

Later that night Jaune came awake suddenly as he became aware of someone else being in the room with him. Though it had been years since he followed Ruby across Anima the instincts he had honed over that journey had yet to leave him.

He sat up and looked about the place, squinting into the darkness, unable to see anything in the gloom. "Hello," he asked as he kept trying to see anything. When no one answered him he clenched his fists at his side in preparation for an attack.

Suddenly, just as his improved enough to see, a figure moved at the foot of the bed and made its way towards him. It stopped near where he was sitting and leaned in towards him where it paused before a familiar, feminine voice whispered, "Hey, Jaune."

He blinked and jerked back away from the figure as he said in surprise, "Yang? What are you doing here?"

She put a hand to her hip as she chuckled and said, "Getting me answer, Lover Boy." Then she leaned and brought both hands up to his face as she began to kiss him while he was still processing that statement.

Unable to think of anything else while she did so, Jaune leaned into the kiss as Yang sat down on the bed next to him. It was a, strange sensation, being kissed by her in the darkness. To feel those soft lips of hers but unable to see, to gauge whether or not what they were doing was, adequate, for her.

That was why Jaune never truly thought about dating any of his other friends after Pyrrha. If he had struck out with her, for whatever reason, what was the point of even trying with women that he knew were way out of his league?

And yet, here they were, making out in the dark.

He grinned at that as he brought up his hands to wrap them around Yang's back, only to discover yet another surprise of hers. She was stark freaking nekkid!

He froze at that before jerking back from her, saying, "Yang?"

He heard the grin in her voice as she chuckled while still holding his face and said, "Surprise."

"Wha- What is this?" He asked, concerned.

"Heh, just, finally gathering up the courage to do something I should've done for a while now, Jaune." She said while looking down. She stayed like that for a moment before she rose to clamber onto the bed, crouching on all fours over him.

He blinked at that and stared at her for a moment as she begin to approach him again, then eh asked as she moved into kiss him again, "Are you sure about this, Yang? Wha- what about Blake? I, I don't wa-"

He stopped speaking as she lightly pressed a finger to his lips and said with another chuckle, this one far more tender and gently than her usual one, "I've only ever been sure about one other thing in my life. And, Blake wants this, too. So, I'm going to be brave and be first this time. For the both of us. For all of us."

As she leaned in towards him again he couldn't help it and grasped her hand in his, taking it away from his face where she had cupped it in preparation for their continued make-out session, one that he knew would lead to far more intimate acts between the two of them. He looked down at her hand as she paused and asked, tilting her head to the side, "Jaune?"

"Are you sure about this, Yang?" He implored her, not caring if someone, anyone, else would for this 100%. He didn't care he got berated for refusing her by doing this. It just wasn't who he was. Jaune wouldn't, couldn't do something like this to one of his friends, unless they were sure, absolutely sure, and so, he said, "I don't want to hurt you."

The blond sat back at that statement, Jaune unable to ignore how her large breasts bobbed as she did so,and sat there for a moment in silence. Then she started laughing. First it was a chortle, then a chuckle, before finally it was that unique full on laugh of hers. Then, finally, after she calmed down enough to speak, even if she was still chuckling, she said, "Ah, Jaune. You're best. I needed that."

"Uh, sure?" He returned, confused.

He watched as she swept her hair over one shoulder and said, as she slip on him again, her breasts pressing against his chest through the thin sheets, "Yeah. I was so nervous about, how to do this, and you took my fear away." She gave him a quick peck on the lips before saying, "Like you always do."

He blinked at that, at her. At what was about to happen. She kissed him again then, just once, but it was a deep kiss, before leaning back to ask him, "Do you love me? Like, really love me, Jaune, and, not as a friend?"

He didn't know how he could tell, but he sensed that, somehow, she was looking directly into his eyes as she asked that question. It was an important question. Probably one of the most important questions he had ever been asked. It was the life-changing kind of question, too. He could tell. It was right up there with "Do you want kids?" or "Do you want to get married?"

Jaune didn't think, didn't hesitate. He knew the answer to the question before it was even asked. He said with even a second of delay, "Yes. Yes, I do. I love you, Yang Xiao Long, and I always will."

There was a brief gasp from her, the slightest withdrawal, like she had been bracing herself for the worst, and then she shuddered as she took a shaky breath in and leaned in towards him once. He pursed his lips thinking she was going to kiss, but Yang had other plans.

She leaned in and whispered into his ear, after licking her sudden;y dry lips, "Then, you could never hurt me, because I live you, too, Jaune Arc, and I always will."

He was too stunned to say anything to that. Besides, as soon as she was done dropping that particular bombshell on him she went right back to kissing him again. And, honestly, he was tired of talking anyway.

Somehow, some way, as they were kissing, the sheets separating them got swept away and they began to explore each other even as they continued the all-out, make-out session, making soft exploratory touches as they did so. A caress here, a touch there.

Soon, Jaune wasn't just kissing Yang on the mouth, he was sweeping a line of kisses down her neck as one hand softly squeezed at her full breast. Yang gasped at that, and groaned, arcing her neck to allow him better access. Then she cooed his name in a breathy whisper as he pinched at the hardened nub of her nipple while his other hand glided down over her toned abs and hip to rest on her butt. He pumped at her breast even as she dug her nails into his upper shoulders and back as she writhed against him, under him, her legs locked with his.

"Ooh, Jaune, yes!" She gasped out before groaning in pleasure as he ran a trail of kisses to her chest before taking her other, aching breast in his mouth and sucked at it. His hand gripped her ass then once, twice as his other one continued to pump her breast. "Yes, yes, ooh, Jaune! Don't stop!"

Her breath began to come out in short, sharp gasps as the hand on her rear moved in between her legs then and start rubbing and flicking at the nub above her most holy area. And still he sucked at the one breast while pumping the other.

Then, he put a finger in. And, another. And, another. Pumping in short, hard, staccato beats. One, two, stop. One, two, three, stop. Again and again, faster and faster. Over, and over again.

"Jaune, Jaune," She gasped out, shuddering from the sheer pleasure of it all, feeling a climax building, hard and fast. So fast. "Ooh, don't, don't st-sto-op, please!"

Jaune said nothing, as he continued to pump and suck and squeeze. By now, she was sweating from pleasure as well as the build-up of pressure in her loins. She knew was positively gushing as he pumped at her.

"Ja-Jaune! Don't, don't stop," She asked, begged, demanded of him. "I'm, I'm gonna, ah, Ah, AH!"

Finally, she pulled his head away from her moisten boob to kiss him deeply, passionately, just as she shuddered in place. She groaned into his mouth as she climaxed, hard. She kept on groaning, clutching at him tightly, as he continued to pump every last drop from her.

Then she collapsed limply, shuddering from the explosive release. She panted, gasping for breath, while Jaune continued kissing at her chest, her face, her neck.

She took a breath in, out, in again, then with a deep exhalation she suddenly rolled the two of them so that she was now on top. Jaune paused at that, breathing heavily himself, to look down as she lay on top of him, her long, muscular legs sprawled on either side of him.

She sat there for a moment more while panting, then she took his cock in one hand and began to pump at it, working at it with an expert hand. This time, it was Jaune who groaned aloud in pleasure as she worked him like a piston, her graceful, calloused fingers working magic as they slid up and down, up and down. Up and down!

Then, she paused, still panting, still grasping his meat in one hand and reared up on her knees and other hand to place him right under her. She looked at him then, her eyes bright with pleasure and other, deeper emotions, and said, "I love you, Jaune."

Then she impaled herself on him in one swift, sudden motion. They both groaned aloud at the sudden, white hot pain. Jaune blinked the stars from his eyes as Yang leaned forwards on his chest, gasping sharply and said breathily, "Oh, wow. You're, bigger than I first thought. Wow."

"Yang," he asked, holding a hand to her face, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, yeah," she breathed before pulling away, adjusting herself around him with a slight groan. "Just, a miscalculation, on my part. I, couldn't quite tell, how big you were, with my hands, so, I went at it a bit too aggressively. Oogh, still - Haah! - it feels, really good."

"Here," he said as he sat up on his elbows, unable to let it go quite yet, even with that answer, and concentrated. "Let me help."

Yang suddenly gasped aloud in shock as another type of warmth drifted up through her center as Jaune used his Semblance on her Aura to help ease then pain. She grinned down at him, loving him all the more for it, before saying as she leaned in pressed two of her fingers to his lips, "Easy now, Tiger. Enough of that. It was my own fault!"

Then her grin turned cheeky even as her eyes got a heated look about as she said, "Besides, it's suppose to hurt a little."

She leaned back then and adjusted herself yet again as Jaune laid back down, widening her stance- and groaning softly as she did so - while placing both of her hands on his well defined, if often hidden abs. Then, she began to move.

Jaune gritted his teeth as the friction began to build immediately. Her tight, hot tunnel wrapping tightly around him. He groaned in tandem with Yang as she bobbed up and down, her breasts bouncing gently to her machinations.

He grabbed her ass tightly as she continued to move, faster and faster, pumping up as she came down, quickly finding the rhythm with her.

She started gasping for air then, her hair slick to her face and upper back as she moved. Jaune groaned. She sat up straight, hands instinctively to either side as she quicken her thrusts, plunging down deeper and faster, more of her juice leaking out with every one as her breast bounced more and more, higher and higher.

Before long, her gasps became the sharp, soft cries of a bird and Jaune's groans took on a deeper growl. Yang grasped at her breasts then, one in each hand, those magical fingers of hers squeezing and pulling at her nipples like they had his cock.

"Oh, oh,oh, Ja-Jaune! Jaune" Yang began to cry again as she danced on, arching her neck backwards from the pleasure. "Yes, yes yes!"

"Come on, Yang!" He growled back, thrusting into her so hard she was almost flying off of him. "Come on! I'm, right there, with you!"

"I, I, Yes!" She returned, gasping and crying with exertion. "I, I, I -Ah! AH! AAH-AAaaaAHH!"

Yang cried out in pleasure just as the pressure became too much for him and Jaune came along with her with a primal roar of his own as he shot his seed into her once, twice, thrice. Then they collapsed back on the bed in a limp, sweaty heap. Yang had just enough energy to roll off of Jaune and flop down next to him before she laid there, panting, a slight grin on her face all the while. Jaune had one, too.

They laid there, panting, in companionable silence. Utterly spent.

Finally, after they had recovered enough to speak, Yang swept her hair from her face and said as she sat up to lean over him, "Well, Pyrrha taught you well, it seems." Jaune stiffened at that and Yang bit at her lip as she cursed herself for not thinking. Then Jaune laughed out loud before he cupped her face in his hand and grinned as he whispered seductively in her ear, "Oh, Yang, it was the other way around."

Yang blinked at that before gasping softly as Jaune then kissed her deeply, passionately, before he shifted so that he was once more one top of her. He adjusted himself till he was right over her entrance before he looked down at her and asked with a grin, "Shall I show you?"

She grinned back up at him, still shuddering with pleasure from the last climax, and chuckled as she said, "OH, Hell yeah, Baby!"

Later on, after they had gotten it out of their systems, as it were, Yang found herself resting against Jaune's chest as he idlely rubbed at her shoulder and arm with one hand. She sighed in contentment as she leaned her head back against him and breathed him in. Totally worth it she thought and grinned, thinking of what the others would say after they learned that she not only took the first kiss of their mutual boyfriend, but then the first, uh, … sex? The first sex with Jaune, too.

She grinned and sighed again as her womanhood twitched from the after effects once more. Totally worth it.

"So," he asked in the companionable silence that they were basking in. "What did you mean by 'Being first this time', anyway?"

Yang smiled at that and snuggled up closer to him. Jaune naturally wrapped himself even tighter around her, encircling her in his love and warmth. Yang knew instantly that he would never go, never leave her. Not like Blake, or Raven. She could tell just by how tightly he held onto her. she trusted him that much.

And so she answered with the Truth, "When Blake and I first became a couple, I was so nervous. So afraid, of fucking things up. Especially after she just came back. That I, hesitated. And she had to make the first move. Had to tell me, to just, say it. Say that I love her."

Jaune squeezed her tightly then as he heard how her voice tightened with nervousness, with fear. With embarrassment. And she continued with, "And, I, I felt like such a coward afterwards. For the longest time afterwards. I couldn't tell her that. Didn't want her to think that I blamed her for my weakness, my cowardice, in showing just how much she meant to me."

Jaune kissed her on the head as she went silent then and he said, "You aren't a coward, Yang. You just didn't know how to say it. Most people don't, not right away, anyway."

She turned and looked at him then as she asked, "Then how come you answered me so quickly?"

He smiled at her and answered with, "Ruby. She made me think about it. About how I really felt. About all of you."

His smile turned into a grin as he then said, "After that, it was just that easy."

She looked away from him then and crossed her arms while rolling her eyes playfully and said, "Well, I'm so glad that she made it easy for you!"

Jauen chuckled at her antics before giving her another squeeze and said, "Well, you didn't make it easy for me when you started that 'Master Plan' of yours."

Yang erupted in a fit a laughter at that before looking up at him, her lilac eyes twinkling merrily as she said, "Oh, yeah?"

"Yeah," Jaune returned before suddenly tickling her. She squawked and squealed at that but didn't try to break away from him. After he stopped she laid back against him with another contented sigh.

Finally, she said, "I also did it for Ruby, too." Jaune said nothing, waiting for her to elaborate. "I had to be sure, you know?" She said, a slight bit of hurt, a hint of vulnerability, in her voice then. "Had to make certain, that it was real, you know? What we all were feeling, so that they didn't get hurt. Especially Ruby."

She looked up at him then, her lip quivering as she let her guard down enough for him to see her and whispered, tears suddenly at the corners of her eyes, "She's my little Ru-baby, Jaune. I'm as much her sister as her mom. I raised her when dad couldn't. I got to keep her safe no matter what."

Jaune brushed a thumb across the corners of her eyes and took her hands in his as she looked into her eyes and said, "Now, we'll both keep her safe. Always."

She bit at her lip at that before whispering, "Do you love her? Like that?"

Once again, Jaune didn't hesitate. He smiled gently at her and nodded, saying, "Yes. I love Ruby Rose like I love you, Yang."

She gasped at that and rear up to kiss him deeply, happily. Tears in her eyes. Ruby had been right. So very right. He loved them all. He really did.

And she was so happy.

A/N: And, that's where I'll leave that. Whew. I was debating with myself on just how far I was going to go with the Lemon, and I think, that I did a good job, but I'll leave that up to you guys. Sorry if it wasn't the best, but between this one and the definitely-not-with-consent one at the end of the last chapter of RWBY DnD I think I'm getting the hang of it, Maybe. Again, I'll let you guys decide.

Other than that, I'm quite proud of how I've ended the Dragonslayer Arc for this season. That being said, now I have to split the other chapters between a seiso and not seiso one. Not sure if that'll be good or bad for me going forwards, but it does mean more chapters for you guys so I would like to see it as a plus. Also, and this is just between you and me, but I almost ended this with the earlier Infirmary scene and didn't have the Lemon at all.

Oh, yes, before any of you bring it up, I know I've been hard on Pyrrha, and Arkos, in this story, but that doesn't mean that I don't love Pyrrha as a character. Arkos, well, it's been years and Lancaster is my OTP, so... Sorry? Pyrrha will be better, uh, written(?) in such stories as RWBY DnD, The BEast, and Rise of the Grimm (Also one more story that I really trying to work on. Shush, don't tell anyone.)

Also, since this is such a deep cut that I'm sure most, if not all of you will never get it, this particular part of this Arc/Season is based on one of my favorite stories from another user on Fanfiction. It's a story called A Househusband Macho or Something by College Fool. They sadly don't upload stories anymore, but I think that they still Collab with Coeur Ar'Alan on their stories. Without spoiling anything, because you should really go read their stuff, it's awesome, things from that opening chapter may, or may not, eventually be true for this story.

Alright, anyway, with that cryptic bit of nonsense out of the way, y'all take care now. Essiter out!

And, hey, remember that you are awesome, stay awesome!
