Red lightning flashed across the darkening sky over Castle Doom, illuminating the fortress in the shadow of the dark. And within the castle's structure, the ruthless Doctor Doom stood within his grandiose lab as his visitor, the benevolent Kang the Conqueror of the 31st century, arrived through the quantum portal.

Through his mask, Doom stared upon the green-and-purple-clad multiverse-hopping, time-traveling conqueror with all of his futuristic tech, and Kang stared back at him with masked blue eyes in a near-intimidating manner that showed great respect to Latvia's ruler.

Doom stepped forward towards his fellow villain. "I welcome you to Castle Doom, Lord Kang." The masked dictator purred.

"We have little time." Kang intoned intensely, "You have noticed the anomaly, the red lightning in the sky, and odd disturbances? The council noticed a similar disturbance in a temporal 1940s-style timeline before it was wiped out. The great threat that is approaching, it is not with the Avengers, and we must be prepared."

"Agreed, Conqueror." Doom purred, "BECAUSE MY QUANTUM GENERATOR IS ON THE FRITZ!"

In that moment, Doctor Doom's Quantum Portal Machine was humming in a dangerous fashion. Yellow bolts of energy filled the room, and the generator began to shake. Kang and Doom scrambled to the controls, only for the console to explode in a shower of sparks as red lightning burst through the window.

Ominous howling filled the room, and a dark shadow took shape in the open portal. Doctor Doom slapped a flashing orange button that was still functional, and Doom-Bots rushed into the lab with their weapons ready.

The two villains stood together, facing the entity as it came closer.

Above their heads, the ceiling cracked, and the walls around them quaked. Seconds later, the shadow in the portal got larger, and a massive pointy-eared alien in bloodied armor entered the room before drawing a jagged sword while staring at Doom and Kang with menacing orange-red eyes.

"Doctor Victor Von Doom and Kang..." The extradimensional invader growled, "I am Z'or'ogh-Ro'gon, conqueror of all, and neither of you are worthy of multiversal rule. From one conqueror to another, you, Kang, are inferior, and I decree Doctor Doom unworthy of godhood."

"SILENCE YOUR TONGUE, Z'OR'OGH-RO'GON!" Doom proclaimed, "You have made the foolish move of setting foot on my property!"

"You left the door open." Z'or'ogh retorted, "AND NOW YOU WILL DIE!"

Doom gave his robotic minions the signal to attack, and the Doombots began firing upon Z'or'ogh, even when their laser beams rebounded off of his stained armor. The monstrous conqueror growled, and brought down his sword, slicing a Doombot into pieces, leaving a puddle of oil, and broken robot parts scattering on the floor.

Kang extended his hands, and channeled his technology-based powers, firing a massive stream of charged temporal energy at Z'or'ogh, and Doctor Doom unleashed a torrent of magik lightning alongside his ally.

Z'or'ogh snarled as he felt the blasts impact him, and raised the blade of his sword to block the two villains' attacks, even with his armor doing most of the work for it's wearer. Above the combatants, the ceiling exploded, and bricks flew everywhere with one hitting the armored conqueror in the side of the face.

A pair of Doombots rushed the monstrosity, and tore into his armor, infuriating Z'or'ogh as he roared and smashed the attacking robots into the ground before Kang flew in, punching the invader across the face.

"PERISH, INSECT!" Z'or'ogh yelled, and he grabbed the 31st century conqueror, lifted him above his head, and threw him into a rock. Kang grunted as he felt a sharp pain in his spine, then he shot back up, even with the agony in his body.

Doom levitated himself into the air, and Z'or'ogh glared at him with fury. The demonic conqueror threw his sword at the Latvian, who caught it in a magical force field, and sent it back at Z'or'ogh. The blade chipped the side of his face, and dark blood poured from the cut, dripping onto his armor, and Z'or'ogh lunged at the masked madman.

The doctor's Doombots swarmed Z'or'ogh again, and resumed blasting him. And yet, it seemed like this guy had Wolverine-levels of strength. The portal from which he emerged from began to grow in size, and another shadow took form, indicating that someone else was coming.

"TURN OFF THE PORTAL BEFORE IT CONSUMES THE WORLD!" Kang cried, seeing the growing danger.

"We must destroy him first!" Doom told his ally, "AGH!"

Z'or'ogh grabbed the dictator's arm, and gripped his hand tight, causing some bones to crack. He stared at the great Doctor Doom, his eyes flashing with fury, while smashing a Doombot off of his shoulder.

"You will not stand in my way!" Z'or'ogh intoned, "I have smashed all who opposed me, across all the worlds I have conquered, not even my counterparts have stood a chance against my power! I will ANNIHILATE YOU ALL! AND I WILL RULE SUPREME OVER THIS WORLD, JUST AS I WILL RULE THE EVER-EXPANDING COSMOS AND THE MULTIVERSE!"

Doctor Doom brought up a hand, and poked Z'or'ogh in the eye hard enough to ruin a retina. The conqueror shrieked, and his grip on the Latvian loosened right before Kang held up a quantum gun infused with Doom-related powers, and started shooting at Z'or'ogh alongside the Doombots.

"DEFEAT IS NEVER AN OPTION!" Z'or'ogh howled, "I AM SUPREME! I AM YOUR GREATEST THREAT! AND I WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED!"

Moments later, a large hand suddenly grabbed him, and tightened around the alien menace's body. Z'or'ogh tilted his head, his eyes wide with pain, and he screamed with horror. Doom and Kang watched as their enemy began to dissolve, with liquified flesh falling onto the floor.

And then, they turned, seeing their latest visitor from the portal; A massive red-eyed demonic entity with a blood-stained skull necklace, a massive cloak that made it seem he had wings, and a third yellow-colored eye. Purple mist swirled around him, along with a red aura.

"I... am... Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh!" The newcomer proclaimed, "The greatest of destroyers! Where you conquer, I DESTROY!"

In seconds, Z'or'ogh had dissolved into nothing, leaving Kang and Doom within the ruins of the latter's castle with Doombots to back them up as they faced the monstrous Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh, who pulled himself out of the portal, and rose to a massive height. He towered above the villains, looming over a hundred and twenty meters tall.

Doom glared at his emotionless Doombots, and stared up at the imposing enemy. "DESTROY HIM!" He yelled.

The Doombots charged again, with their weapons primed and ready. But, even as they opened fire, Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh pointed a finger at Doom's metal minions, and they exploded into shrapnel that dissolved before they hit the floor. The nigh-powerful obliterator glared at the two villains.

Kang made his move, and he flew at Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh with a fist aimed at his face as he prepared to unleash all of his powers. He punched the entity in the eye, which did little to faze him, and kicked the omnicidal alien god in the jaw, also accomplishing nothing.

Doctor Doom moved to aid his ally.

He floated higher, facing the monstrous Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh with fury, and he fired a wave of energy at one of his eyes. Doom and Kang attacked together, attempting to topple the invading enemy. And close by, the portal was getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger.

Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh lifted his hand, and his eyes flashed menacingly. Kang and Doom reared in for another strike, only to freeze in place, and the destroyer snapped a finger. Bright lightning flashed, and Doom gasped as he felt his legs melting. Kang could feel his armor failing, and he screamed alongside the doctor.

And all around the villains, the whole planet was dissolving into matter and atoms as the sky darkened. Ahl'zu'ohra'g'augh watched as Doctor Doom and Kang the Conqueror melted into nothingness, and he looked around with outstretched hands, taking in the apocalypse before he dove into the portal that would consume the rest of this doomed reality...
