Welcome back.

I must say, it has been a while since I updated, and many of you have likely lost hope, and are likely very disappointed that this isn't a new chapter, and for that, I am sorry. For those of you that follow my other story, please don't get excited because this is being posted for both of them at the same time.

Now, to the point of this.

The last update for Revival was May 11th, and for Potter Ascending was June 9th. Maybe for me, it has felt longer, but that is probably because I have not only been moving to a new house, but also because I have sprained my ankle in doing so! It's already been nearly three weeks in a medical boot and I still have a few more to go, but thankfully, no lasting damage. The downside is that I am still working on moving and cleaning the old place, and hence, I haven't had a free weekend in over two months to actually sit and write.

Now, for the stories and their progress.

Revival will be put on Hiatus. I need time to truly sit down and catch up to what I was doing, and where I had been planning on taking things. I know at one point, I had considered discontinuing the story just because I fell into the same pattern many other writers take, and that was using Salazar Slytherin in portrait form, and including factors like Death into the story. I still am undecided on if I will truly finish it, but I haven't given up hope on the story.

Now, Potter Ascending is a different conundrum. It has a solid plot and I sort of remember the direction I was taking for fourth year, but there are a few things I am on the fence about decision wise on the story. Hence, it may be some time before the next chapters are written and released, but currently, I plan on finishing it without it being a year without updates.

So instead, my readers, I offer you this. With my ADHD riddled mind, I have a few chapters of a few other ideas currently written, no more than five or six, sitting in my neglected drive, that may peak your interest. If I get enough requests, I could be convinced to set them loose, but it's up to you.

Alongside these, I currently have another idea on the metaphorical stove cooking in my brain, and I can't decide if I wish to write it or not.

Sorry for the combination of ranting and teasing of an update, and I hope y'all are well,

Buckeye
