Later as everyone is hiding in the cabins they soon hear someone pull up outside.
"Burt!" Shaggy shouts.
"Alexis!" Daphne shouts.
"Trudy!" Velma shouts.
"Luke!" Fred shouts as everyone runs out and sees the others.
"You're back." Alexis says happily as she goes over to Daphne.
"That old boy chopped up my camp faster than a beaver with a buzz saw." Burt says sadly.
"I was so scared. I thought he was gonna find us." Trudy says.
"Same here." Alexis says as she hugs Daphne.
"I'm sorry Fred. If I was a real Little Mooser I would have stopped him from destroying our camp." Luke says as he goes over to Fred.
"Hey don't be so hard on yourself Luke. Little Moose isn't about the cabins and the canoes and campfires. The true spirit of Little Moose is in here. And you've got it." Fred says as he points to Luke's heart.
"I do?" Luke asks as he smiles slightly.
"High in the mountains." Fred says.
"Deep in the spruce." Luke says.
"On the shore of a lake." Burt says as he and Trudy go over to Fred and Luke.
"It's Camp Little Moose." Trudy says as the others walk over.
"Little Moose, Little Moose, Little Moose." The group says as they laugh happily.
"Guys I just thought of something. If the Woodsman didn't find Burt, Luke, Alexis and Trudy then he thinks the camp is empty." Velma says.
"So?" Scooby-Doo asks.
"If the camp is empty then he thinks it's okay to-" Velma then gets cut off as someone blows a hole in the lake blockage as water begins flooding out.
"Everybody into the van." Fred says as everyone runs into the van before driving away from the flooding water.
"Fred if you're back here then who's driving?" Alexis asks as the group sees Scooby-Doo is driving the van.
"Like Scoob I didn't know you could drive." Shaggy says.
"I can't." Scooby say as he drives onto the dock trying to escape the flooding water.
"Like we're running out of dock." Shaggy says before Scooby-Doo drives the van onto two boats and rides the waves of the flood before it pushes the van onto a hill as Scooby-Doo gets the group to safety.
"That was close." Alexis says as Luke nods in agreement.
"Scooby that was amazing. Did you plan that?" Shaggy asks happily.
"Nope. Heh." Scooby-Doo says.
"Look. Big Moose Lake is almost completely gone." Velma says as the group sees the lake clearing away to reveal the underwater city that was hidden.
"Like presto. Instant town just subtract water." Shaggy says.
"Come on let's check it out." Luke says before the group slides down the muddy hill and head over to the hidden city ruins.
*Timeskip*
"This is so cool." Trudy says as the group is walking through the city.
"Amazing." Alexis says as she and Luke look around.
"Definitely." Luke says.
"Gang look. The steeple." Fred says as he sees the steeple in the distance.
"As dawn breaks on the summer solstice
the steeple will point the way." Velma says.
"Somebody's coming." Fred says as the group hides before he grabs the person coming and sees it's Jessica.
"We have to stop meeting like this." Jessica says as Fred let's go of her.
"Jessica what are you doing here?" Burt asks.
"After the dam blew I saw Deacon heading this way so I followed him." Jessica says.
"Deacon? That kid's afraid of his own shadow. Why would he come down to Moose Creek?" Velma asks before the group sees the Woodsman and begins running and scatters as Alexis, Luke, Fred and Jessica run into the steeple with the Woodsman chasing them.
"That way." Fred says as the group runs to the top floor and locks the door behind them.
"Okay now what?" Alexis asks worriedly before the Woodsman gets into the room and begins to corner Alexis and Jessica.
"Alexis stay behind me." Jessica says as she pushes Alexis behind her as the two get backed against the wall.
"Let them go Woodsman." Fred says as the Woodsman turns to look at him.
"I told you to get out but you didn't listen. Now you're gonna pay." The Woodsman says as he goes toward Fred.
"Fred look out." Luke says as he pushes the bell into the Woodsman sending him out the window before he grabs Jessica's ankle and pulls her out the window with him.
"Help! Mm. Thanks." Jessica shouts as Fred grabs her and pulls her back into the window.
"Anytime." Fred says.
"Nice thinking with the bell." Alexis says as she smiles at Luke.
"Thanks." Luke says as he smiles before the group reunites with the others down below.
"We got the Woodsman. He's... Gone." Fred says as the group sees the Woodsman is no longer in the ground.
"The sun is coming up." Daphne says before the sun causes the steeple causes a light beam to point to the treasure.
"Look the steeple is pointing the way." Trudy says.
"The treasure must be right here." Velma says as the group follows the light beam.
"Allow me. Found it." Scooby-Doo says as he digs up the treasure.
"It's the treasure of Ricky LaRue." Daphne says as the group opens up the chest before seeing the Fishman behind them causing them to scatter before Scooby-Doo comes over in the Mystery Machine and begins chasing the Fishman in it before he manages to trap the creature under a pile of bricks.
"It's time to find out who this Fishman really is." Velma says as she pulls a mask off the creature and reveals to be the Woodsman.
"The Woodsman?" Daphne asks before she pulls off another mask revealing to be the ranger.
"Ranger Knudsen?" Burt asks in surprise.
"He was the Woodsman and the Fishman?" Shaggy asks in surprise.
"Yep. And I've got a feeling if we searched his ranger station we'd find a Specter costume too." Velma says.
"You think you got me all figured out don't you beautiful?" Ranger Knudsen asks as he smiles.
"Oh I didn't say anything." Daphne says.
"Uh Daph?" Alexis asks as she points to Velma.
"Oh right." Daphne says.
"Looks like we foiled his plan." Fred says.
"Like not his plan. Their plan." Shaggy says as he points to a bald Deacon trying to make off with the treasure.
"I got him." Scooby-Doo says as he runs over and tackles Deacon down.
"Get this dog off of me!" Deacon says angrily.
