"I can't believe Deacon was really BabyFace Boretti." Fred says as the group is watching the police arrest Ranger Knudsen and Deacon.
"After BabyFace broke out of prison he teamed up with Ranger Knudsen to find LaRue's treasure. Knudsen wore the Fishman costume
as cover to search the lake for the lost town
using the stolen sonar equipment. He used the Woodsman costume to scare everyone away from Camp Little Moose." Velma says.
"But with the solstice approaching and us showing up they had to step up their game." Daphne says.
"Exactly. Boretti posed as a camper named Deacon acting as an inside man. That's why Deacon kept trying to get us to leave. He wasn't afraid of the Woodsman. He needed us gone so they could blow the dam. But when we found that RV they realized we were getting close. So Knudsen brought the Specter to life to try and scare us off for good." Velma says.
"Like I've got one question. How did Knudsen make the Specter fly?" Shaggy asks.
"Zip line." Trudy says as she smiles.
"We would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for you meddling kids." Babyface says angrily as he is taken away by police.
"So uh did you mean that little comment you told to Trudy?" Luke asks as Alexis looks at him curiously.
"What comment?" Alexis asks curiously.
"The one about you thinking I was cute?" Luke asks as Alexis blushes and gives a nervous look.
"Mmm. Maybe. Did you mean that comment about the cute girls?" Alexis asks as Luke smiles.
"Maybe." Luke says as Alexis smiles.
"Then yeah I did." Alexis says happily.
"Then I did too." Luke says as he and Alexis chuckle happily.
"Wait for me?" Knudsen asks as he is put in the cop car.
"In your dreams Knudsen." Velma says as Knudsen is taken away by police.
"What are we gonna do? I got a lake with no camp and you got a camp with no lake." Burt says frustratedly as he looks at Jessica.
"Huh. Like Scooby-Doo that's perfect." Shaggy says.
*Timeskip*
"He wouldn't stop searching for LaRue's treasure. He'd sneak out every night and scour the depths of the lake. Ranger Knudsen was driven mad by greed." Burt says as everyone is gathered around the campfire with other new campers after the camps have been combined and rebuilt.
"They say he still wanders these woods with an ax completely out of his mind. He calls himself the Woodsman." Jessica says before the groups sees a shadow approaching them and screams as they hear him laugh.
"The Woodsman!" A kid shouts in alarm.
"No it's not. It's only..." Daphne says as the shadow reveals to be Scooby-Doo in a costume.
"Scooby-Dooby-Boo." Scooby-Doo says as he laughs causing everyone else to laugh before Alexis and Luke get up and head toward the cabins.
"Hey Alexis." Luke says as Alexis turn to look at him.
"Yeah Luke?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Since camp is gonna be over in another month I had something I wanted to ask you." Luke says shyly.
"Sure. What's on your mind?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Well I was gonna ask if maybe you'd wanna be my girlfriend? I've really enjoyed spending time with you this summer and I really like you." Luke says as he smiles and blushes.
"Oh Luke. I want to but it won't work. We live an hour from each other and I'm not sure we'd be able to hang out very often because of that." Alexis says as she gives a sad look.
"I know and I don't care. Besides I thought of that. Which is why I wanted to give you this." Luke says as he hands Alexis piece of paper with numbers on it.
"Your number?" Alexis asks curiously as Luke nods.
"Yeah. I thought we could chat and call each other whenever we can't hang out in person. What do you say?" Luke asks curiously as Alexis smiles and hugs him.
"Yes. Luke I'd love to!" Alexis says happily as Luke hugs her before the two pull away.
"Great. I'll get your number from you tomorrow after we get back." Luke says as Alexis looks at him curiously.
"Get back? Where are we going?" Alexis asks.
"You and me are going fishing tomorrow. Call it our first date and did promise to teach you to fish too." Luke says as he smiles happily.
"Alright just don't expect me to catch anything right off the bat." Alexis says as she chuckles.
"Fine by me. I'd be happy just enjoying your company." Luke says as he smiles proudly.
"Alright smooth talker. Let's get to bed." Alexis says as she and Luke chuckle.
"Yep. Early bird catches the worm." Luke says.
"Oh no. Late bird catches the worm. No early rising like Fred did." Alexis says as Luke smiles.
"Alright, alright. Fair enough. We'll go around noon then. Night Alexis." Luke says happily.
"Night Luke." Alexis says happily as she and Luke smile at each other before heading to their cabins.
