After explaining things to Luffy Katsu and Jade decided to go through their packs while the other one reads one of their books.
"Let's see if that snake left any surprises." Jade says as she looks though the packs.
"I'm more worried about the users of the Drivers and Lockseeds already here. That means not only will we have to face Riders but also Inves." Katsu said as he reads the book. To be exact he is skimming through it looking for any possible information on the Rider gear sent here. "Also do they have all of the Lockseeds the previous Users have or no?"
"I hope not because if they have energy Lockseeds that won't be good for us. Also do you think we are the only ones from our world here?" Jade asks as she keeps looking.
"Yeah, though if we do, we might be able to handle it. We're stronger now." Katsu said. "On the second thing it's hard to say."
"Yeah, as long as the ass who killed us isn't here, I'm fine." Jade says with a hint of anger in her voice as she pulls out a small box from her pack "What's this?"
"A box?" Katsu looks over to her as Luffy was also curious.
"I'm a bit scared to open it." Jade says as she looks at the box.
"I'll open it." Katsu said using his control over plantlife to lift the box to a safe enough distance and opens it. In the box are four Lockseeds with three of them being Lockseeds that Katsu and Jade recognize and one new one that they haven't seen before.
"Waits are those Lockseeds?" Jade asks in confusion
"Looks like it." Katsu said as he brings the box closer. One was a Rose Attacker, the second was a Banana Lockseed, and the third was a Melon Lockseed. "I don't know the fourth one."
"Same, I've never seen it before." Jade says as she picks it up to have a look.
"Maybe there is some info on it in the book." Katsu said looking through it.
"Good point." Jade says as she looks over the unknown Lockseed, being careful not to activate it.
"I call dibs on the Banana Lockseed." Katsu said still looking through the book.
"Like I would let you have the Melon Lockseed." Jade says with a smile.
"Found it." Katsu said. "It's called a Coralmoth Lock Vehicle."
"I'm guessing it's a water base vehicle?" Jade asks as she looks over it. As she takes a closer look, she can see the Lockseed has coral on the front.
"Yeah, and unlike the others it comes in different colors in the Rider's main color after they use it once." Katsu reads off. "Oh, cool it's a one-man submarine."
"Oh cool, looks like my one is going to be purple." Jade says as she looks closer. "Also, I wished it was a two-man sub, it would have been cool to see the sea life with you next to me Katsu."
"Same. I guess I am taking the Rose Attacker then. I miss Kaito." Katsu said as he picks up his choices.
"If that's ok, and as much as he annoyed me, I miss Zack." Jade says with a sad smile. "So, I know what you mean."
"I miss my brothers." Luffy said.
"You have brothers?" Jade asks as she looks over to Luffy.
"Two." Luffy said. "Ace and Sabo."
"Where are they if you don't mind me asking." Jade says to him.
"Sabo died and Ace went off before me to be a pirate." Luffy said.
"Wait he didn't stay with you? You two could have gone together." Katsu said in disbelief.
"Yeah, it makes no sense he would leave without you, unless he has his own reasons." Jade says in a thoughtful tone.
"Maybe he wanted Luffy to be independent? Luffy seems like he is old enough." Katsu said.
"That makes sense." Jade says as she goes back to looking in her pack.
"Still, he knows you ate a Devil Fruit, right?" Katsu asks.
"Yeah." Luffy said.
"Then his move was weird. He knows you want to be a pirate and since you ate a devil fruit you could drown if you aren't careful or have someone to save you." Katsu frowns.
"That is a good point" Jade adds as frowns as she stops looking in her bag.
"Maybe that's a part of why we were bonded to Luffy." Katsu said.
"That could be it." Jade says as she pulls a black box with a heavy lock on it, out of her bag.
"What's that?" Luffy questions.
"I don't know Katsu anything in the book?" Jade asks in confusion. Katsu looks through it.
"Here it is. Apparently, it's for emergencies only and if we don't use it when we need it most it might cause problems." Katsu reads out.
"But how will we know when to use it?" Jade asks as she quickly checks Katsu's bag to see if there is one in his.
"According to this the box will glow and comes to us before opening." Katsu said.
"I wonder what is in them." Jade says as she pulls an exact copy of the box out of Katsu's bag.
"Who knows. Could be anything." Katsu said.
"True, but I bet they both have a devil fruit in them." Jade says with a determined look on her face.
"Why would they have given us two Devil Fruits already? We already have our Drivers and Lockseeds. Plus, supplies and money." Katsu wonders.
"I don't know honestly." Jade says as she looks at the boxes.
"We should probably leave them alone for now. After all the fruits may help us but will hurt us too." Katsu said.
"Right." Jade says as she puts them back in the bags.
"So, when do we leave the island?" Katsu asks Luffy.
"A week." Luffy said.
"Right, is there anything we still need to get?'" Jade asks.
"I got everything I need." Luffy said.
"Do you mind showing us?" Katsu asks.
"That's a good idea." Jade says as she nods.
"Sure." Luffy said before taking them to see his boat.
"Is this all?" Jade asks in disbelief. In front of them was a small dingy.
"This is small. I guess we need to make one ourselves." Katsu said. "Not a big one but one that is sizable to carry more than three but not more than 10?"
"That makes sense." Jade says as she looks at the dingy unimpressed.
"You can do that?" Luffy asks excited.
"Kinda. I doubt we can make a really good ship that is needed for a pirate ship since we don't know how those ships are made but it should be easy enough to make something like a houseboat though it won't be fancy." Katsu said.
"Though that might be pushing it." Jade says as she gets a thoughtful look on her face.
"We're going to need a storage place for food and water along with a place for beds." Katsu said.
"Yeah true, at least it doesn't need to be fancy." Jade says.
"Oh, we're also going to need a washroom with maybe a bath." Katsu said.
"Yeah, with its own water supply." Jade adds. "Maybe we could make a rain dish to catch rainwater to reuse?"
"Yeah. Maybe a stove too." Katsu said. "A kitchen would be a good idea."
"Yeah, but you are not cooking!" Jade all but orders him.
"What? But why not?" Katsu questions.
"Do you not remember last time?" Jade asks as she glares at him.
"It wasn't that bad!" Katsu protests.
"I was sick for days! How is that not that bad!?" Jade angrily asks.
"I tried my best. Nobody taught me how to cook and I was forced to try the internet." Katsu said.
"You could have asked me to teach you!" Jade tells him.
"I wanted to surprise you. I thought if I was good enough then maybe it would have help us get together sooner." Katsu looks away.
"And me teaching you to cook wouldn't have done that?" Jade asks him with a raised eyebrow.
"Well can you please teach me how to cook?" Katsu asks.
"I would but there is one problem, you're still banned from the kitchen because of last time." Jade says as she glares at him.
"For how long?" Katsu questions.
"I'm joking Katsu, but I've been told I can be very strict in the kitchen much like Oren Pierre Alfonso" Jade says with a wince as she remembers the man.
"Ah. Tell you one thing. He might have been a bit much, but you can't deny his cooking." Katsu said.
"Oh, definitely his cakes are the best." Jade says as a sad look appears on her face. Katsu notices this.
"Maybe we can see everyone again one day. I mean if we learn how to use our powers enough then maybe we can open a crack back home?" Katsu suggests.
"True I miss them, but I have to admit that there was something off about that Mitsuzane from team Gaim, I always thought he was a bit creepy." Jade says with a shudder.
"You did?" Katsu questions.
"Yeah, it was like he was always watching me." Jade says with another shudder.
"I think like me he had feelings for you." Katsu said.
"Most likely with the amount of times he tried to get me to leave Team Baron and join Team Gaim." Jade says with a frown.
"Did you know he tried to challenge me to a fight?" Katsu asks.
"Wait really?" Jade asks in surprise.
"Yeah, but I declined. It would have been stupid to fight each other when it should be your choice to choose one of us or none of us." Katsu said. "Love means wishing for the other's happiness even if it means you yourself gets hurt."
"Wait he wanted to fight you with me as the prize?" Jade asks with a look of pure disgust as she yells in anger. "What time period does he think this is?!"
"To be fair our brains don't mature until age 25." Katsu said. "Though that doesn't excuse him."
"I'm not an item that can be won!" Jade growls out in anger.
"When I next see him, I'm going to kick his ass and then make out with you in front of him!" She laughs madly.
"Is it weird that I am both turned on and scared of you when you're like this?" Katsu questions.
"Like what?" Jade asks confused.
"When you're angry and wants to make someone not me pay." Katsu said.
"Oh," Jade chuckles as she smirks and walks up to him.
"Maybe we can get some practice in for it later?" She asks softly as she leans into his ear.
"Sure. By the way while reading the book I learned we can control our fertility." Katsu whispers back.
"Wait I can choose when I want to have a baby?" Jade asks in shock
"We both can." Katsu said.
"That's interesting." Jade says as she is intrigued by that ability.
"They really gave us a lot of powers." Katsu said.
"Yeah, they did." Jade agrees with him.
"I think first thing first is designing the boat." Katsu said.
"Right, good point." Jade says as she realizes she knows nothing about boats.
"We're going to need a sail and oars too." Katsu said.
"This is going to take a while, isn't it?" Jade asks
"Yeah, and we need provisions too." Katsu said.
"This is going to be hard work." Jade says sadly.
"At least it's something like this and not a life and death situation." Katsu said trying to cheer her up.
"True, unlike last time." Jade replies.
"We need a mark too." Luffy said.
"Maybe later. There is only three of us and we don't have a proper ship yet." Katsu said.
"We are nowhere near ready to be counted as a pirate crew." Jade agrees with Katsu. Luffy pouts at this.
"I know it's annoying Luffy, but Rome wasn't built in a day" Jade says as she smiles
"What's Rome?" Luffy questions.
"Not important right now." Jade says as she chuckles in embarrassment.
"We need to make a cabin or something for us to live in for now. We can also maybe use it to make the boat too." Katsu suggests.
"That's a good point, but won't that take a while?" Jade asks him.
"It might but with our powers it should be done quickly. Plus, when you think about it getting done and then moving it and combing it with the boat would kill two birds with one stone." Katsu said.
"That is true." Jade says as she cups her chin with her hand.
"Though question is what will we do with it after we get a proper ship." Katsu said.
"Depends, are we using the trees from Helheim?" Jade asks as she starts to pace back and forth.
"No that would be dangerous." Katsu said.
"Ah true." Jade says as she feels like an idiot for suggesting it.
"Kinda, wish we had a radio right now." Katsu said.
"Same, oh wait!" Jade says as she starts looking though her pockets. This confuses Katsu and Luffy.
"It isn't a radio, but this might work." Jade says as she pulls out a black and purple version of music player from persona 3 reload.
"That works. Hopefully it's got a full charge." Katsu said.
"It should, you know I liked my music" Jade says with a smile.
"Problem though would be recharging it." Katsu said.
"What is it?" Luffy asks.
"If that snake of a DJ knows what is good for him, he better had made it be able to recharge itself." Jade says angrily because she loves her music.
"Also, it's a device that plays music Luffy." Jade calmly tells him.
"Music?!" Luffy exclaims in excitement.
"Yeah, it has some of my favorite songs on it, I can't wait to listen to them again." Jade says happily.
"Just in case we shouldn't use it for a while." Katsu said. "After all we're going to need something for entertainment while we're on the open sea."
"True." Jade says sadly.
"We can still sing though." Katsu said trying to cheer her up.
"But I'm not that good of a singer." Jade says as she doesn't realize she is actually a very good singer.
"Jade, I heard you sing plenty of times. To be honest I always thought you would kill it as a pop idol." Katsu said.
"What I don't know what you are talking about!" Jade says in a panic as she blushes.
"When you went off to do your own thing I kinda followed you as I was going to try and confess to you but then I heard you singing which was amazing." Katsu said sheepishly a bit.
"I'm not that good." Jade says as she blushes in embarrassment.
"Then sing right now." Katsu said.
"What no! Why?!" Jade yells in shock.
"To prove you are a good singer." Katsu said.
"But I'm not! I sound like a dying cat!" Jade says going into a full blown panic that Katsu knows she can sing. Katsu sighs.
"Alright. If you don't want to then you don't have to." Katsu concedes. "But I know you have the most beautiful voice in the world."
"I need to calm down." Jade says as she lets out a sigh and closes her eye.
"I finally know why I can't get an answer, I finally know why I feel like a number, they keep a secret into their minds, They never talk, even for telling lies." she starts to sing Everywhere I Go by Onlap. Katsu then decides to join in as he always wanted to sing with his love.

Jade's eyes open in shock and surprise that Katsu knows one of her favorite songs but she keeps singing.

"How do you know one of my favorite songs off by heart?" Jade asks in shock.
"Well sometimes I would hear you humming it and when I caught glimpses of your music player's screen a few times I saw the name so I thought maybe if I learned how to sing your favorite songs then maybe it could help. Plus, it is a good song. There is one song I memorized that I always wanted to sing to you." Katsu admits with a redden face.
"That was awesome!" Luffy cheers.
"What song Katsu?" Jade asks blushing.
"It's a secret for now. After all, doing it on our first date would be romantic right?" Katsu said.
"Yeah, it will be." Jade smiles at him as she moves over and hugs him as she whispers to him. "Maybe I'll put a show on for you as well."
He blushes a bit as he hugs her back.
"I thank whatever gods there might be that you are in my life." Katsu whispers back.
"Same but I still think you can do better than me." Jade says as she kisses his neck.
"I doubt it my sexy sniper." He said.
"Are you sure my naughty ninja?" She says unsure if that works.
"Yes I am." Katsu said pressing his forehead against her. "Also, naughty Ninja works."
"Right." Jade chuckles as she kisses him on the lips. Katsu kissed back but then a thought came to Katsu's mind, so he breaks the kiss.
"Luffy what are you planning on the crew?" Katsu asks.
"First mate, Cook, and musician!" Luffy answers.
"I'm guessing that's just to start with?" Jade asks. Luffy tilts his head in confusion.
"What about a doctor, a navigator, and someone who can repair the ship?" Katsu questions.
"Yeah, a helmsman might help as well" Jade adds as she smiles.
"That's seven. We might also need someone to be in charge of the cannons." Katsu said.
"Yeah, maybe a quartermaster as well?" Jade asks.
"That's someone that takes cares of weapons I believe so that would be good. For another a gardener." Katsu said.
"Yeah, also a quartermaster makes sure the ship is stocked up." Jade adds.
"So that's ten. Hmm Fisherman so when we stop, we can get some fish and a hunter for other meat?" Katsu suggests.
"Yeah, wait aren't we kind of taking over?" Jade asks feeling bad.
"It's fine. I am the captain, but the crew should also have an opinion." Luffy said. "Plus, I haven't thought about the crewmates that much."
"Ah right." Jade nods. "Are there any other roles?"
"Oh yeah we need someone to handle clothing repairs." Katsu said.
"So, do you want to handle that position then?" Luffy asks.
"Sure, I'll be happy to give it a try." Jade replies with a nod. Luffy grins widely.
"Hmm I might be the Quartermaster." Katsu said. "Though since we're kinda low on people I can also do fishing, hunting, and singing too."
"Am I not good enough to be the singer then?" Jade asks with a pout to see how Katsu will react.
"You are a good singer. So maybe we can share it? Actually, now that I think about it doesn't it make sense to share or at least do some of the other jobs from time to time? It wouldn't be fair to leave a job to only one person. Especially since a cook would have to make food three times a day 21 times a week." Katsu said.
"That's a good point." Jade agrees with a nod.
"Plus, there is going to be days where we won't be needed to do our main jobs." Katsu said.
"Yeah true." Jade nods.
"You know besides what we said we might need more crew members. I know Quality is important, but numbers are also important." Katsu said.
"True but maybe making alliances with other crews would work?" Jade asks.
"Could. But we got to remember that not all crews are going to be good guys." Katsu said.
"Yeah, I know but not all will be bad." Jade counters.
"We'll still need to be careful though." Katsu said.
"Teah, katsu I've just realized something won't people think we have already eaten devil fruits?" Jade asks.
"Oh yeah they would." Katsu smirks.
"Also, with our immunity to water that will confuse them." Jade says with a smile.
"Yep. This will give us an advantage." Katsu said.
"Yeah, it will plus when we actually eat a devil fruit as well." Jade nods with a smile.
"We should also do some training too." Katsu said.
"Yeah, that's probably for the best." Jade agrees with him.
"Oh, we should show Luffy our Overlord forms." Katsu said.
"Yeah, we should." Jade nods in agreement.
"Overlord forms?" Luffy tilts his head. Katsu and Jade transforms into Lord Striker and Lady Trickshot surprising him.
"Surprise." Lady Trickshot says with a chuckle.
