Chapter 19

Alex watched through the Spectres as the Starlight Princess Knights gathered in human form with their Zodiac mascots. To the side, the Chronicle boys shuffled awkwardly in a throne room filled with girls and plush dolls. Dianna watched them all from her throne waiting for the last of the magical girls to arrive.

"All I'm saying is that if I can die being squeezed between her thighs then I'll have died happy." A squeaky yet undeniably masculine voice could be heard approaching from the hallway.

"For the love of God, Aries, shut up!" A young female voice replied in a strained hushed voice.

"Oh please, I know where your eyes wander when we're combined. Tell me you don't want to suck on those silver titties?"

"Alright! OK! YES! They're nice tits, but that doesn't mean you can wax poetic about them for four fucking hours!" Avery whispered emphatically and unfortunately audibly as she and the Aries Mascot walked into the room.

Avery looked away from the annoying little toe-rag only to see the entire room filled and silently staring at her entrance.

"Ummm... hi? Sorry we're late." She said awkwardly.

"Now that the last of you have arrived." Dianna stated calmly and with authority, her stern demeanour softened by the smirk she gave the first of the Twilight Princess Knights; and if she thrust her chest out just a little more? Well, no one was going to say anything. "I am to inform you that Ouranos, Lord of the Heavens, and my Liege will be arriving momentarily to meet you all."

The group broke into hushed whispers at her words though the telekinetic teens were only more confused.
Steve sidled up next to Avery, she being one of the few magical girls he knew more than just in passing. "Who's this Orr-anus guy?"

Avery blushed under the attention of the taller teen yet had to frown at his pronunciation of their benefactor.

"Ouranos, oo-rah-NOHSS," she repeated the name stressing the syllables, "is like the head God-being that gifted all of us the power to become Twilight Princess Knights."

Steve frowned. "I thought that was Dianna."

"No, she's more of a care-taker." Avery shook her head. "She's mentioned that the other gods try and remain very hands off. Something about overly affecting the development of mankind."
Steve just gave her a bland look and gestured to the handful of superpowered teen girls standing around in a temple on the freaking moon.

"Heh." Avery huffed. "I know, I know. But…"

"But?" Steve pressed.

"Look. No ones come right out and said it but, well, Ouranos in the myths was the first Titan in the myths. He fathered the rest with Gaia, who was also his mother…"

Steve nodded along. "You think he made the Titans?"

Avery shrugged. "Or his one himself but, ya know, different."

Steve frowned in though. "Then why would he empower all of you to then fight the Titans?"

"I don't know. My theory is that either they were a mistake or something and this is him trying to fix it."

Avery said then nodded her head to where Jade was talking quietly to one of the newest Knights, a dark-skinned girl with tightly braided cornrows that hung with silver clasped braids named Aisha and the Twilight Princess Knight: Sagittarius. "Jade thinks that myths aren't really accurate and thinks that he and the other gods evolved from the Titans somehow and then adopted humanity or something. Honestly, I'm not sure I care exactly why, I'm just happy to kick ass with literal magic powers."

"Technology." Steve said.

"What?" Avery asked confused.

"Superior technology looks like magic if it's advanced enough." Steve said. "I reckon they're likely advanced aliens rather than gods."

Avery smirked a mentally pulled on the thready connection she had with Aries — who was floating nearby trying to sneak a peek up Christine's skirt while she was aggressively flirting with Andrew — and with a flex of will a small flame to ignite in her finger tips. Focusing, she caused the flame to dance and twirl around her fingers like a snake.

"If it looks like a magic duck and sounds like a magic duck; it's likely going to be a magic duck."

Any reply by Steve was cut short as a loud gong-like sound reverberated around the room.

That's my cue. Alex thought to himself and opened a portal into the throne room.

The lights dimmed and a spark of silver and black flame appeared in the air next to Dianna's throne. It grew outward from a central point in a spreading circle of smouldering reality until a sixty-foot hole between there and someplace else was formed.

Alex stepped through followed by Lyn and Morrigan — as Lapis had decided to stay at home — together, Alex and the girls made for an imposing display. Each of them was utilising various transformation perks, a combination of Form Shifting, Biological Shifting and Sir Bearington allowed for in impressive display even if it technically wasn't complete shapeshifting.

Alex stood forty-feet tall, half as much as his Diamond Form would max out at, he was broad shouldered and muscular with Nothing as Sexy as a Bear insuring, he was at peak sexual attractiveness. His hair was a black mane of wild curls that glittered with silver flame from his ghost-form and his eyes were his Gem-form stormy grey with metallic flecks of light. Alex may have been a little bit proud of his impactful appearance given the way that the magical girls and the chronicle boys seemed to gape in amazement. His only resentment being the absolute ridiculousness of his outfit.

Now don't get him wrong: it was absolutely his own fault. No, he didn't choose his current attire yet it was his own choices that led him to his current shame.

Alex was dressed in a black-silk shirt with silver buttons and unfortunate detailed lace-work on the front and the cuffs of his hands. His pants were overly tight black leather that clung way too tightly for either comfort or decorum. His boots were buckled monstrosities that took more effort to get on or off that he was willing to admit. He also wore a velvet coat with intricate silver embroidery of star and crystals scattered about its night-black fabric like the same stars seen through the windows of the moon base. Lastly, and not at all least on his list of shame, he was wearing eye-liner. He was pretending to be a GOD and he was wearing fucking eye-liner!

Now, standing in front of his created Magical Girls and the chronical boys looking like some kind of bastard lovechild between a giant, an Anita Blake character and Brandon Lee 'The Crow,' he truly regretted picking up the Weird Quirk: Goth Aesthetic drawback.

Behind him Lyn and Morrigan entered through the portal he had created. Both had also mixed up their appearance to present themselves as deific beings. Lyn, at twenty feet tall, was resplendent in a dazzling dress of prismatic rainbow colour. Appearing to be clad in mists of refracting light rather than mere cloth. Her eyes shone like opalescent jewels and her smile was captivating the group before them. Morrigan was much statelier in a flowing dress of black and maroon that clung to her curves delightfully. She was towering over the teens at forty-feet tall and enhancing her otherworldliness by pushing her ghostly-form to appear in rippling waves over her presence. The end result was that she appeared to be a ghostly reflection in reality, partially there and not at the same time as she faded in and out of existence.

But now was not the time to be admiring he companions.

"Children," Alex projected his voice with a touch of ecto-energy causing his words to reverberate and trickly through the guts of those that heard him. "I, Ouranos, thank you for your courage to step froth and defend sweet Gaia from the destructive Titans who lurk like a sickness within her slumbering flesh."
And just like that he had their attention and consideration. It wasn't just his larger than life entrance and appearance that was making them watch him so attentively; no, it was the newly shared perks that was pulling them in so strongly.

He had been amazed when Lyn had, in only a few short months, created a network of near fanatical mothers-in-waiting who were willing to carry empowered children to term. He really shouldn't have been. When choosing this Jump he had been completely distracted by the perks he wanted. He wanted the telekinetic powers, the pseudo capstone booster that was Lifting Yourself Up and the alt-form blender that was Sir Bearington. He had to admit that he really didn't pay much mind to the multiple social perks that were present in the two jumps.

Chad 101, The Game of Life, I Just Do My Best At Everything, and Fascinating To Watch were powerful by themselves but had a synergistic effect that was frankly just fucking scary. Together they made him ultra-charismatic(Plus+), able to sway the hearts and minds of just about anyone with only a few words and wink. He felt strong, he felt powerful holding such social power, he felt… he felt like god-damned politician and dirty after using them. He may have to not overuse his sudden newfound 'Talk-no-Jutsu' abilities.

"One of you has stepped forth already to combat the dangers of the Titans, years ahead of what I had anticipated. I had hoped that you would all have at least five years before the Titans awoke from their slumbers but am proud of you: Starlight Princess Knight: Aries."

Avery seemed stunned as everyone's attention turned to her. She stood ram-rod straight, eyes wide but still managed a squeaking, "You're welcome."

Alex smiled in a way that he hoped was beneficent but given the blushes from most of the room might have just been flirtatious… well, he was portraying himself as a kingly, Sky-God and Zeus had already set the expectation when around virgin maidens. Not that he was going to do anything, just that he shouldn't be surprised if he was expected to.

"As thanks for your efforts I give you this boon," Alex said and produced from his hidden Gem two perk-spirits that he had obtained from Alice that morning.

The little glowing balls of spiritual energy curled around his hands giggling to themselves before they followed his mental command and launched themselves at the small blond.

Avery didn't have any time to move as they impacted her chest one after the other and slipped inside her breast, only letting out a shuddering moan of pleasure as they melted into her soul.

"I name thee, Avery Letter, as First and Last among your sisters. May you watch over them, Lifting Up Yourself and others and Doing Your Best at Everything you attempt." Alex proclaimed while also naming the perks he had slipped the young tween. Lifting Yourself Up and I Just Do My Best At Everything would work in tandem to see her drastically improve and become the leader of the Twilight Princess Knights in truth and ability. One perk removing the limit caps to her powers, abilities as long as she trained and exercise them and the other ensuring she was able to put her all into said training without burning herself out.

Alex smiled as Avery was applauded by the surrounding magical girls and was given a friendly shoulder bump by the dark-skinned teen boy next to her.

As the applause settled down, Alex turned his attention to Andrew, Matt and Steve.

"Three others were also involved. Though their presence and abilities were unexpected, it would be remis of me not to recognise their bravery in facing the Titanborn." Internally Alex grinned. If he just kept naming things like he knew what he was talking about then hopefully everyone would just follow along. "You, who have been touch by the dying light of a Titan, have honed your abilities admirably."

The teen boys nodded along.

"In the coming years many more with your powers will be born into this world." Alex revealed. "Some will be like you: youths who will be touched by the Titan and yet survive."
Steve and Matt exchanged concerned looks at the possibility that the exposure to the crystal entity that gifted them their abilities wasn't as safe as they previously though. Andrew just seemed excited about the idea of more like them appearing.

"Others will likely appear due to the machination of your own governments meddling with powers beyond their mortal understanding." Alex almost cringed at how arrogant he sounded.

"But the fast majority will be born from my actions on earth, a legion of soldiers born to defend Gaia and her children from the predation of the Titans. You three have proven yourselves to hold true to the defence of your fellow man. And so I name thee Crystal Princes, the Legatus Legionis of the coming Crystal Legion."

Alex removed three large medallions from his Gem and floated them before the teens. Each one was a simple silver round disk inscribed with Latin words around the edges and each one holding a large round gemstone about the size of the top of a soda can; an Emerald, a Sapphire and a Ruby. In reserve to be held by Dianna until needed were an Amethyst and Diamon completing the set to five medallions.

"To claim your reward simply grasp the medallion and speak the words inscribed." He informed the teens.

Andrew, Matt and Steve eyed each other seemingly having a conversation without words. With silent nods they came to a discission and reached out and claimed the floating jewels.

They each took a moment to read the words inscribed on the medallion, Matt silently mouthing the words of the unfamiliar Latin. Together they each, perhaps subconsciously, adopted a pose with their arms stretched forth and holding the medallion facing outwards in both hands.

Three voices spoke at once. "Princeps Smaragdus/Sapphirus/Rubinus stat paratus!"

With a flash of coloured light, the three teens were replaced with three imposing soldiers in futuristic coloured crystal armour over a dark grey base bodysuit. Each one seemed to glare fiercely through their solid helms as they stood in an almost choreographed pose. Andrew, in green, in the middle standing with his arms raised in a fighting stance, Steve on his left balanced on one leg looking like he was about to complete a kick with his red armoured boot and Matt on the right crouched down as if to spring up into an awkward upper-punch with his blue gauntleted fists.

The stunned silence was broken by a quiet whisper from Avery. "Go, go Power Rangers!"

Alex groaned as he slumped down on the couch once they had retuned to their temple-housing. He had let the imposing god-like physical appearance go once they had left the Moonstone Temple and the celebrating teens and tweens and had shifted to a more casual goth outfit of a black shirt and jeans. The drawback seemed to impose itself when more people could see or during more important times than lounging on the couch. Lyn snuggled up beside him and he wrapped his arms around her without even thinking about it.

"They seemed to like their gifts." Lyn commented from where her head rested against his chest.

"I hope so." Alex agreed. "Though they're not as impressive as the Twilight Princess Knight transformation the armour should at least prevent them from being sniped off by some paranoid military agent."

"So, they do more than look pretty?" Lyn queried.

Alex nodded. "They've got some basic Gemtech in them that will augment their physical ability slightly but most of it went into the Gem-storage, commutations and a basic Virtual Intelligence to help them figure things out. Honestly, Gemtech sucks when it comes to armour. Gems don't really need them and ships use a combination of shields and an energy based structural reinforcement field."

Alex laughed. "And unless I wanted them carrying around a full Gem-Light converter in a backpack then that was out of the question. No, I was inspired by your Primitive Technology Adaption perk and went looking at advanced earth tech that I might be able to augment with Gemtech."

"Ohh, what kind of earth tech?" Lyn asked with a hint of excited curiosity.

"They've started developing a type of liquid crystal elastomer that constricts with temperature changes. I was able to take that idea and run with it using Gemtech. The armour will adjust to the from of the wearer for the best fit, will act like a non-Newtonian fluid-based armour that will protect the wearer against most ballistics and is a thermal insulator able to keep the wearer comfortable in both freezing temperatures and up to about 1,800 degrees Celsius." Alex chuckled. "And you want to know the best part?"

"Hmm?"

"The crystal plating is the weakest parts of the armour. All of that is the full body under suit. The crystal plating is just mainly for aesthetic and for combat. It will morph into blades and tools when needed which means it will self-repair when shattered but it's incredibly more vulnerable than the liquid silicon weave used for the under suit."

"So, if anyone was going to try and attack them, they're going to try and aim between the plates but it's not going to help them at all?"

Alex shook head. "Nope. Don't get me wrong though. Sustained fire, concussive impacts and some energy-based weapons are going to hurt the wearer and can even kill them." Alex admitted. "But even if that happens the suit has a built-in return function that will bubble the medallion and send it back to the Moonstone Temple."

"Nice." Lyn nodded.

Alex shrugged. "I've found I've been enjoying making new things and granting people powers. It's fun to see what they do with them."

Lyn smirked. "Oh? So does that make you the god of blacksmithing and wishes along with your Sky and Creation domains as Ouranos?"

Andrew snorted. "I can believe I let you talk me into that. And for the love of God, why call me Uranus?"

"Ouranos." Lyn absently corrected. "And it's because it fit best with the whole Titan theme we came up with for the MOGOs."

"Except he was castrated by Cronos in the myths." Alex argued.

Lyn smirked and reached down to gently yet firmly grip his cock and balls through his jeans. "Don't worry, I'll keep them safe."

Alex almost growled. "Lynnn!"

"Yes?" she asked innocently as her hand massaged his groin eliciting the expected reaction as he felt himself stiffen at her touch.

"We can't." Alex said firmly yet maybe a little sadly as his hand griped her wrist to halt her movement. "You're my sister."

"And I told you that eventually well be like Gods and Gods don't care about stuff like that." Lyn said firmly but not harshly. "We've had sex together, so really why can't we have sex together?" She asked referencing when they had, on more than one occasion, had sex with the other girls while fused together.

Alex couldn't answer that. He had a few times woken up next to Lyn after making love to either Morrigan or Lapis. The two of them naked and holding each other, relaxed in their shared afterglow. Was there really a difference? What was holding him back? He could be honest with himself that he was attracted to Lyn. But… it was wrong? Wasn't it? Or, as she said, did such moral constrictions really matter when you reached a certain level of power? They would be together for centuries, perhapse eternity given their Gem-forms and Ghost abilities. He… didn't think he could see her with another man. But it would be wrong to deny her love and affection.

Alex's mind whirled in circles constantly waring between what he wanted, what he felt and what he felt he should want. Except his spiral of moral dilemma flew right out the window when Lyn leaned in kissed him. He didn't even need to think as he eagerly returned the kiss. A kiss that didn't feel wrong, or abnormal or anything like that but simply felt right.

Alex lay in bed in that half awake state between dreaming and consciousness slowly becoming more awake as the light of dawn creeped through the window. The soft touch of a hand stoking his thigh that sent a shiver of pleasure up his spine and a comforting weight on his chest pulled him from the grips of sleep.

He opened his eyes and blearily made out the head of blond hair and the twin sparks of emerald that were Lyn's eyes as she grinned up at him from where she curled against him… well, it was more like she was on top of him with the way she pretty much drapped herself across his body.

"Lyn?" Alex's voice was husky with sleep as he gazed down at her.

Lyn smiled up at him, her expression tender yet mischievous and underneath that was a ocean of vulnerability. "Good morning, sleepyhead," she whispered.

Alex blinked, still half asleep, but the sight, and feel, of his sister's naked body pressed against his banished the remnants of sleep and brought the previous night back in vivid detail.

He and Lyn had crossed a line that siblings should bever cross and yet he found himself unable to care about such societal taboos anymore. Last night had been amazing, wonderful, and spectacular but more than that it had been filled with love. He had always known he had loved Lyn as a sister and, if he was being honest with himself, should have known that those feelings went much deeper than that. Lyn had always been odd; she specifically came from a world that was just a bit twisted. But that world had been twisted on his desires and perceptions so it should not be surprising that he actually reciprocated her feelings… even if he was surprised. Denial was a powerful force.

Alex sat up, the covers slipping from his bare chest, and he reached out to pull the small girl into a gentle hug as he kissed her forehead.

"Good morning, Lyn."

Lyn's smile widened, and she melted against him with a sigh of relief. Alex actually felt a little guilty that she though he would ignore her or spurn her after last night but given how much he had been avoiding crossing that final line it might have been expected. Without a word, He leaned down to capture her lips in a kiss that ignited a fire within them. It was slow at first, a languid exploration of each other's mouths, but soon passion flared between them, consuming them both in its intoxicating embrace.

"Hnnng!" A groaned yawn interrupted them from the side.

Breaking apart they both turned to stare at Lapis as she stretched next to them in the bed in a way that drew both their eyes to the smooth curves of her blue skin.

Lapis grinned at the two of them. "I'm so glad you two have finally accepted each other. Well… more you, Alex. Lyn always knew what she wanted."

Right, Alex thought to himself, Lapis joined them at some point last night. He couldn't help but grin as he remembered. It had been fun.

With Lyn on one side and Lapis on the other, Alex felt like the luckiest man alive. The only one missing was Morrigan.

A knock on the door startled them all and the missing woman swept in while already speaking.

"Alex, I need to talk to you about somethi-" She paused as she took in the three of them.

"Well, finally!" She said with a nod at Lyn. "If you hadn't convinced him by the end of the jump I was going to have to step in and help."

Lyn smirked. "Nah, I got him all by myself. But thanks anyway."

"Umm… you two know I still here, right?" Alex asked with a hint of exasperation.

Lapis sat up and draped herself over his shoulders, her breasts pressing into his back. "I do."

Alex grinned and twisted his head back more than should be humanly possible to give the watery Gem a kiss on the cheek

"Thanks Lapis."

Despite the interruption of the possibility of some morning fun, Morrigan wouldn't simply barge in unless something was either urgent or important enough in her mind to distract her from social propriety. So turning back to Morrigan who was now speaking in hushed tones with Lyn who was recounting what had happened the night before, blow by deviant blow, he brought her back on topic. "So, what did you need to talk about?"

"Hmm? Oh, right, yes. I want you to knock me up."

Or maybe morning fun was still a possibility.

"So, when were you going to tell me you're a power ranger now?"

"MOM!" Andrew exclaimed in shock and a little annoyance as the Pearl Comm he had been gifted by Dianna lit up and a small holographic image of his mother appeared.

"What? I had to find out from Fox News that my own son is a Sentai Ranger style super hero. FOX NEWS Andrew. That's just embarrassing."

"It wasn't planned." Andrew admitted. "And how on earth are you talking to me? How on earth did you even call me? This isn't a phone!"

His mother shrugged. "I found this strange gemstone on my bedside table with instructions on how to use it."

"That's... good, I guess." Andrew admitted hesitantly.

Ouranos or Dianna could reach into the home of his mother and that was not good. Not like he had done anything to indicate that he was dangerous to them or anything, but still…

"So, tell me what's been happening. You barely had time to explain anything before the Feds turned up demanding answers and you had to flee."

Andrew kicked back against the surprisingly comfortable stone and crystal couch — how the hell do you make crystal soft? — he had in his assigned room and started explaining things to his mother.

"Well, after I had to run from the creepy military guys who turned up, I met with one of the Knights who was on standby and we returned to the base."

"Was it the smoking hot red head? It was wasn't it!" Karen chortled at his blush.

"Mom!" He protested.

"What? She's hot, you're young and have superpowers. Go for it!"

"Mom? Jeez, were you always like this?"

"Before your father I was freaking wild." His mother smirked.

Andrew nodded before asking timidly. "And how is dad?"

His mother's smile tightened a little and she almost frowned. "Gone. The asshole tried to turn you over to the government, so I kicked him out. The house was inherited from my father and so he couldn't complain, not after I threatened turning him over to the police about all the times he hit you."

She paused for a moment when Andrew flinched a look of regret on her face. "I'm… sorry. I should have done something about that earlier but… he wasn't always like that. But after he was fired and I became ill, well, he changed and by the time I noticed I was too sick to do anything about it."

Andrew just gave a sorta half shrug. "It's fine, Mom."

"No. It's not." She said firmly. "But I'll try to do better."

They both just were silent for a moment, both unsure what to say.

Karen took a breath and deftly changed the topic, "So, you're on the moon, right? I guess my baby really did become an astronaut."

Andrew chuckled. "Yeah, I really lived up to my third-grade presentation on Buzz Aldrin. He might have been second but I guess I'm a tie for third with Matt and Steve."

Andrew paused for a second. "Though technically we would be something like seventh when you count the girls."

His mother's eyes glinted again. "Ohhh, and how many girls do you have squirrelled away up there?"
Andrew rolled his eyes. "Enough to know when I'm outvoted. And we're guests, this is technically their base and they're just kind enough to let us stay."

"And provide you with cool new threads." His mother replied with a hint of humour.
Andrew shook his head. "No, that was Ouranos."

Karen frowned. "The Titan of the Heavens?"

"Yeah, maybe?" Andrew asked. "Though don't call him a Titan as everyone hates them."

"What? Andrew you're not making any sense. Start from the beginning."

Andrew took a breath. "Alright, so it was about a week after we had to flee from the Feds and we were hanging out up here in the base getting to know the girls — nothing like that! — when Dianna, she's… I don't know? Like some kind of Goddess or something? Let us know that her boss was coming to have a look at the new squatters; her words, not mine."

"Ok… that raises more questions than it answers, but go on."

"So, we had to hang around until this guy turns up and he was… fuck, I don't know," Andrew paused to consider his words. "He was Powerful, Mom. You know how you have to be careful where you step and how you move when you're surrounded by little kids?"

Andrew's mother nodded.

"Yeah, it was like that but we were the little kids. Almost literally since he was like fifty feet tall or something."

"What? Really? That's not humanly possible." Karen denied Andrew's claim.

Andrew nodded. "I don't think they're human, Mom. Ouranos wasn't and I'm fairly sure Dianna isn't either. The girls seem to be even though they can transform with the help of these little talking plush toys and those? I'm not sure what they are."

"So, they're like aliens?" Karen shook her head in disbelief. "Damn, Andrew, you're sounding like the plot to a bad 80s movie."

Andrew rubbed his neck and just kind of nodded in acceptance of that.

"So, he gave you the armour?"

Andrew grinned and fished his medallion from his pocket and held it up so his mother could see. It was a large round green gemstone a little smaller than the size of his palm and inlaid in a medallion of silver with what appeared to be a Latin script scrawled around the edges. It hung on a sturdy silver chain but Andrew wasn't used to the weight around his neck and so took to keeping it in his pocket.

"Yeah, watch this!" Andrew said excitedly.

He quickly detached the pearl from his wrist and laid it on the table still facing him so that his mother could watch, then he took a step back. Holding out the Green Gemstone Medallion in front of him in an iconic stance he focused on the Gemstone in his hands and cried out:

"Princeps Smaragdus stat paratus!"

The Gemstone flashed and green light flowed from the stone out and over his hands, up his arms and over his entire body. His clothes turned to white light and disappeared leaving a dark grey full bodysuit in their place. With flashes of green light, emerald green armour plates appeared over his body attached to the bodysuit and moulded to his form. They didn't cover everything, in fact they left plenty of gaps, but they covered vital points.

In the centre of his chest the Emerald Medallion glowed softly. It was surrounded by dozens of green crystal fragments that spread out in such a way as to appear like a solid piece shattered by the impact of the medallion. The separate pieces created a flexible green crystal breastplate that covered his chest and much of his abdomen down to a ken-doll like groin protected by more green crystal. It also did a good job defining musculature that wasn't actually there.

Smooth green puldrons connected to green crystal plates on his arms and the backs of his hands, larger pieces acting as rerebraces and vambraces leading to smaller fragments at the elbow and wrists and then down his hands where flexibility was needed. His thighs and legs were similarly armoured down to solid green boots and lastly, his head was now enclosed in a tight-fitting green helmet with a black T-shaped visor of dark crystal through which he could see and breath normally.
All together he looked like the lovechild of a minimalist Warframe and a Power Ranger with a dash of 80s Silverhawks.

"My little baby's all grown up and become a Power Ranger."

"MOM!" Andrew griped, his voice coming out much deeper than normal.

Andrew spent the next hour chatting to his mother. He missed her. He had really only just gotten her back in his life when he had to run from the government after the whole bear thing. Even though he was a little apprehensive about Ouranous he found he was glad that he could at least talk to his mom.

His conversation was interrupted by a blearing siren that echoes trough the temple and the lights in his room flashed red. One wall lit up as the words [ATTENTION! PLEASE ASSEMBLE IN OBSERVATION ROOM!] scrawled across the glasslike stone.

"I gotta go mum." Andrew said. "Somethings up."

"Go. But look after yourself!" Karen told him as he snatched up the pearl and ended the transmission. The pearl, once in his hands, melted away into the suit and Andrew was only a little surprised when a small icon appeared in the HUD within the helmet that indicated Pearl-comm functionality was accessible.

It only took a minute to quickly make his way to the observation room. The large round room was a hive of activity. The large round observation orb glowed with a three-dimensional globe of the earth imposed on it. The floor and walls could barely be seen under a silent holographic projection of a location on earth that made it seem that you were stepping right into that location as you entered the room.

Andrew looked around at what was being displayed. It was night, lit only by street lamps and car headlights. They appeared to be outside a large medical facility that was, given the large amount of thick black smoke pouring from the upper windows, on fire. The place seemed to be some kind of military barracks or facility if the number of young men in army fatigues was any indication. The silence of the projection was eery given that many of the army men were in the act of firing upon a large man in hospital scrubs that was striding out of the hospital.

None of the bullets were hitting the man though: instead, they were curving away before they hit or in some cases ricocheting back at the men who were firing them. Andrew watched in morbid fascination as the projection of a soldier standing right next to him jerked back as a reflected bullet caught him in the neck. Andrew could only stare helpless as the young man, a privet S. Jones feebly tried to stem the copious bleeding from his neck, his attempts becoming slower and slower as he quickly bled out.

"What's happening?" Andrew asked Matt who was already in the room in his blue armour.

It was one of the Twilight Princess Knights present that answered before Matt could.

"The government are playing around with shit they don't understand." Aisha, the Sagittarius Knight growled while thrust her jaw at the man that was being shot at.

Andrew looked up at her nod to see that the man had walked further out of the hospital into the glaring headlights of the surrounding jeeps. The man was… not right. Most obvious was the fist sized, pulsing dirty yellow crystal that seemed to be growing out of his chest. Discoloured yellow veins spread from the stone into his flesh but were particularly prominent up his neck and over his face and forehead. The man's eyes burned a sickening, bile, yellow colour.
Obviously, the government was already experimenting with the Titan remains that had been found. Worse, Andrew thought as the man telekinetically crushed a jeep and four soldiers in front of him with only a raised fist, they've already sort of succeeded.

"Andrew, Matt, Steve." Avery said as she finished discussing something with the girls in the room. "You're with me, Christine and Jade. The rest of you are on standby until further notice. Heather is in charge in my absence."

"Why the fuck are you leaving me behind?! I CAN FIGHT!" Aisha yelled angrily at the smaller blond.

Avery didn't even flinch. "You've been a Knight for only two weeks. You've only had three missions in the field outside of training and those were two cases of petty crime and a housefire."

Aisha nearly growled.

Avery's stance softened a little. "You're good. Really good. But you don't have team tactics down yet, fuck, none of us have that much experience yet." She admitted. "But if something else pops up while we're down there you're our heaviest hitter in reserve."

That seemed to mollify the Scorpius Knight.

Avery nodded and turned to the teen boys, a smirk appearing on her face. "Crystal Princes. Roll out!"

As the six members of the newly formed team left for the warp pad they missed the exasperated sigh from Heather.

"That's for Autobots not Power Rangers."

I've had a few complaints on FFnet about not including the perk descriptions in the story. Honestly, I find that sort of copy-paste text to be jarring and pulls you out of the immersion of the story as well as a huge wordcount booster. I've been trying to explain perks through their use in the story knowing that readers can simply google the Jumpdoc if they wanted to read the text descriptions but I can be realistic and say I haven't done the best job of that.
So, here is a list of all the perks that in use in this fic so far. Please note that as of chapter 18 each companion pretty much shares perks, abilities and forms with the others given that Alice can share powers around with the power of orgasms.
Items are, of course, not shared in this manner.

Body Evercleansed Your body naturally repels filth and mud. B.O. is erased as well. You will always be clean as if you just got out fo the shower. Good for travel.

Metavore You will retain your physically fit body and appearance no matter how much or what you eat, so long as you are eating enough to not be malnourished. Flexibility Makes you extramly flexable, at the physical limit of your body.

Ghost I don't know how to tell you this but... you're dead. That means you get cool ghost powers! Unlike the living you aren't exactly corporeal,
meaning you can phase through walls, become invisible, and physical attacks are useless against you. You can be stunned for a second by
sudden flashes of light, so do be careful about that. The only thing likely to take you down is specialized ghost hunting equipment (or a
really strong vacuum cleaner). You may be a Boo if you wish.

Half-ghost Ah, something unnatural, or are you? Little is known of half-ghosts because they are relatively new to the world. Currently there are only two known half-ghosts with a third coming along if you don't mess with the plot too much. I'll let you decide how you came to be half-dead.
Maybe it was some lab accident, you were lost in the Ghost Zone and mutated by its energy, or you might be the freak offspring of a human and a ghost. You decide your story.

Gem Diamond, Lapis Lazuli, Quartz Flint

Accepting Physiology Much like abomination of form that is your current physiology, all of your past, current, and future forms can accept any and all biological,
cybernetic, and magical additions without issues while reducing all negative repercussions and eliminating any and all forms of rejections, so you no longer have to worry about contradicting biology or form additions again.
An example of this would be like how your current biological body allows you to sustain the powers and malleability of form that the synthetic race of gems are known for without a body constructed from projected hard-light and holograms, while allowing the elimination of weaknesses like shattering, or disruption. Form Shifting As a gem your physical form is not so much made of physical matter the way a humans is but is instead a projection formed from your gem using light and energy. As such it can be altered at will or when you go through a truly life or mind altering event.
As such you can not only change your form but this allows you to alter your height slightly at will but cannot be maintained indefinitely unless you have a Gem Power related to shape-shifting like Amethyst
[DIAMOND ENHANCEMENT] Form Resizing – You can resize your form between it's full height, which for a diamond can be up to around 80 feet and the height range of a human at will.

Half-Gem Angel Aura Quartz

Biological Shifting As a half human and thus half biological entity you can control and shift your physical form as you wish not only rearranging the existing biological matter but augmenting it to be able to grow slightly larger even with practice to be able to manipulate your physical age on a biological level.

Iron Mouth You can eat or drink anything regardless of its temperature without damaging yourself… does not make things otherwise
inedible to you edible. Does nothing to stop other parts of the substance from damaging you (poisons are still poisonous… but boiling poisons won't burn your
mouth.) Frozen food might be too hard to chew, but if you can swallow it, you won't get brain-freeze.

Vegitative Your mind is, according to all forms of scans, completely blank. No thoughts of any kind seem to occur inside your skull. Nothing can detect your thoughts. Also, you can instantly fall asleep and do not dream while asleep unless you want to. If you choose not to, you can perceive the world around you as if you were awake, and
choose to wake up any time. Overuse of this to avoid conversations might cause people to think you're an idiot.

Nothing As Sexy as a Bear Let's face it, bears are just damn good-looking. So big and fuzzy, even the ugly ones manage to be adorable. Now, this will apply to you no matter what form you are in. You will be as good-looking as it is possible for a member of your species to be, with equally as perfect a voice, personal scent, posture and gait, with all the specifics being determined by you. This will also keep you clean and smelling good, and you will naturally maintain a high level of physical fitness, even without exercise and no matter what you eat, as long as you eat enough to avoid starvation.

Sir Bearington There seems to be some confusion about who, or rather, what you are. Are you really a bear or are you a fuzzy human? Now people will see you as whichever of these, or any other alt-form you might possess, is most advantageous to you, regardless of which form you are actually using. In addition, you can use any abilities or features of any of your forms, even fully merging them together if you choose. Finally, people will ignore minor issues with any form of disguise or alternate identity that you might happen to be using.

Well Cared For Zoos are very careful to keep their residents in the very best health possible, and of course, you are no exception. You are immune to disease, infection, poisons and toxins. Also, thanks to this exceptional care, you never need to worry about becoming less healthy or fit. Your body, mind, skills and abilities will never be reduced by time or disuse, always staying as sharp as they ever were. You will age gracefully, living out your full lifespan while remaining as active and capable as when you were young.

Field research Sure, you can learn some interesting stuff crammed in your lab all day but your best work will only get done when you're out there studying it
up close! When you study and test things in their natural environment, such as ghosts in a haunted mansion or testing out that fancy vacuum
cleaner in said mansion, you'll make leaps and bounds compared to research and testing done in a controlled environment like a lab or a
library. You could also have someone else go out if they were willing to record their experiences for you.

Everyghoul: Piano - Despite people's preconceived notions, most ghosts don't go around spooking people all day. Instead, you decided to use your unlimited time to pick up a hobby, and it seems to have paid off. Whether it be playing an instrument, knitting, painting, or anything else, you've become an expert at some mundane skill or hobby. If you consider scaring a hobby I guess that'd make you double good.

Gem Tech Gem technology is scattered across the earth as relics of battles won, lost, and survived. You now have an in-depth knowledge base to build upon of homeworld technology. You can create, alter, and enhance homeworld technology and use this as a starting point to create great works of your own.
This includes a basis in starships, warp pad creation and linking, weapon systems, kindergarten technology, and more.

Primitive Technology Adaption You are able to learn to use unfamiliar alien technology from scratch just by tinkering with it for the first time, while also using primitive technology to interface, replicate, and enhance more advanced alien technology.

You Can Make It! You instinctively know how to cook any edible food item. It may not be the ideal or best way to cook it, but you know how to cook it without making it taste bad or ruining the dish. If it's a packaged food item, you know how to cook it without having to read the instructions and gain a kind of sixth sense for what commonly available ingredients you can add to make it taste much better.

An Opera in the Kitchen Warning, that link leads to something horrific. And like the 'people' in that commercial, you will find that you will no longer have to choose between pursuing your passions and dealing with normal life. Any time you spend on simple, necessary, and uneventful tasks (such as making and eating meals, sleeping, travelling, or similar) will count as if you spent that time studying or training to improve a skill or ability in some way. In addition, your training will be twice as effective as it otherwise would be.

Supernatural Savant People have all sorts of talents. Some are good at sports, some have amazing voices, some are great at computer games, and some are ridiculously good at using their superpowers. Wait, scratch that, the last one is just you. You have an inborn talent for using any extraordinary abilities you might have in your arsenal, and coming up with new uses for them. In just a few weeks, you could go from only being able to use rudimentary telekinesis for the movement of small objects to creating barriers with it, easily shaping and moving gases and liquids, affecting things you cannot perceive with your senses, diverting and controlling energies such as lightning, and feeling your surroundings through telekinetic feelers. One might even wonder if the original power was capable of such feats, or if you invented them yourself. But there's no need for wonderment: if you diligently train and experiment with your abilities, you will see yourself able to use them in ways impossible to grasp for any others, pushing both the power and yourself beyond their limits. So long as you are creative, the various tricks and specializations you invent this way will allow you to advance your power in ways beyond just raw strength, and perhaps topple even giants with the metaphorical sling.

Born To Be Wild You have the skills needed to survive and possibly thrive in any environment that is not innately fatal to you. While proper equipment and supplies will make this easier, they are not necessary, as you are quite skilled in improvisation and hand-crafting basic tools.

Ghost King Even ghosts have to answer to somebody, and that somebody happens to be you. Much like King Boo, you are an especially powerful spirit and as such all others will bow down and obey you unless they are significantly stronger than yourself. This isn't undue respect either, considering you've got the ability to not only create an entire mansion overnight with your magic, but also to possess objects like the Bowser Costume to both protect you from the mighty vacuum cleaner and give you a corporeal body temporarily. And, of course, you can also trap your enemies in paintings. Quite the ironic fate if used against a certain plumber.

Ghost Powers:

Dark Danny Ghost Sense, Intangibility, Intangibility Fusion, Invisibility, Flight, Pyrokinesis, Superhuman Strength (capable of easily lifting and throwing army tanks), Superhuman Durability, Regenerative Healing Factor, Ecto-Energy Powers, Ghost Ray, Ecto-Energy Strike, Telekinesis, Ghostly Wail, Ecto-Energy Constructs,
Ghost Stinger, Duplication, Ghost Portal Creation, Spectral Body Manipulation, Voice Manipulation, many more unknown powers.

Going Ghost The power to switch between the human you are and the ghost you are meant to be. Twin rings of light appear to help you transform. White or black is normal, but you gain an added bonus. You can use an elemental power to aid in your transformation. Example: a burst of flames if you have pyrokinesis. Or even a lightning bolt if you have electrokinesis. After this jump you can use this for any transformation sequence you have.

Paranormal immunity and Weaknesses: In this world, certain ghost powers only affect humans. Since you are no longer human you gain an immunity to them. An example would be Ember's hypnotic music. Ghosts are weak to certain things and now you share that weakness. Examples would be The Crystal Ball Staff, Ecto-Ranium, and Blood Blossoms. While being a half-ghost will only grant you a minor resistance, being a full ghost means that you will face the full effects.
After this jump you will lose this weakness unless the blood blossoms or ecto-ranium was bought in this jump.

Ectoenchanting Now you truly understand ectoplasm! Not like those human scientists that like to poke and prod things, but how it works and interacts with the world. The Ghost Zone was once filled with ancient and powerful ghosts who could create marvels the like of which are highly sought after for their rarity today. However you learned this, it doesn't matter. What is important is that you can now create similar items. Let your imagination be free! Disenchanting an item may show you how it was made, similar to reverse engineering would. Basically this is standard enchanting, but by using ectoplasm and ghost powers instead of magic. Limited by your creativity, power and other standard enchanting rules.

Excocism You now have the ability to forcibly rip a ghost out of someone or something they are possessing. It may not seem like much, but in future jumps this power extends to demons and evil spirits that might be possessing someone.

Flight, Invisibility, Intangiability, Supernatural Physical Abilities

Ecto-Energy Control The basics of all ghost powers. If you can learn to shape it then you can learn almost any power.

Ghost Ray

Spectral Body Manipulation As a being of ectoplasm you are a flexible one and through training you can reform your body. While at first all you get is the power to manifest a ghost tail, with time you can learn so much more. By reshaping your body you can stretch, grow, shrink, change body parts into objects or weapons or even turn yourself into mist or smoke.

Overshaddowing A common ghost power. By phasing into someone, you can attempt to take control of them. With advanced training you can use this to enter the dreams of others. Those affected will have no memory of what you have done and a slight daze when you free them. Warning: The strong willed can resist you. Using their will power to push you out and dazed you. The victim's eyes also glow softly with ecto-energy.

Ghost Creation Now you truly are one of the best. By expending your ecto-energy and some ectoplasm you can create life, ghostly life, but still life. This is the same power that Pariah Dark used to quickly create his army. While new to this power, you can only make simple skeletons for now. These are stupid and weak, but the more power placed into each construct will increase their potential. With training your only limit on creation will be the amount of power you have to use.
o Your creations start loyal to you.
o Creating a full ghost takes vastly more power than a simple skeleton soldier. Ghosts you create can become companions.
o Half-ghosts. As a special bonus you can even learn a way to take normal sentient lifeforms and combine them with ghost DNA without causing them to deteriorate. And as such, you will make them Half-ghosts. Some would kill just to get the basic powers that come with being a half-ghost. Pick your pawns wisely.
o If you put more power into a half ghost, you can change them into a full ghost.
o Without buying this perk, you will be unable to create half-ghosts without a lot of technical and genetic knowledge. You can expect many failures. This perk does ensure that your combinations will always survive.

Diamond Authority: Crystal Creation You have the ability to create various types of crystal in near unlimited amounts. Armament Creation: Daggers, spear You have a weapon that you can store and recall from your gem that is influenced by your form and abilities. This will grow with you and adapt to any and all alt-form you possess.
[DIAMOND ENHANCEMENT] Digital Armory – You store a weapon within your gem the same way your true Gem Weapon can and summon an exact duplicate creation that can be used and dismissed at will, as long as the original is still within your gem, meaning that your summoned gun will create its own ammo, and your sword, if broken or thrown away, will simply be dismissed and recreated. Only one melee and ranged weapon can be stored at once besides your Gem Weapon

Fusion You can fuse with one or more compatible gems to form a more powerful whole that will stay fused until You decide to either separate or your desires and emotions run counter to each other for long enough.

Bubbling You can encase objects and beings smaller than yourself in a sphere of energy. This bubble can be teleported to your home base in your current world or to your warehouse at will, with any form of regeneration and reconstruction being suppressed while in the bubble meaning things like gems will not reform their bodies while encased. Living and conscious beings will find it easy to break the bubble from inside once it is out of your line of sight and conscious control.
[DIAMOND ENHANCEMENT] Bubble Teleportation – You can teleport anything you have the power to contain to any location you are familiar with or own, this includes yourself. This ability is exceptionally taxing to use initially.

Gem Creation You can create life from the lifeless. This works especially well with gems, though maybe you can figure out other substances that it will work to imbed the energy and life code into. You will be imbuing the base object with your own energies and the mental coding and concepts needed to promote the growth of sapience and life over a number of sessions or a period of time depending on your available energy source and mental strength. Once it hits a critical saturation point it will explode fully grown with its base object embedding somewhere on its form. Since you are doing this by hand with your own power and will, you are able to create a far more customized and unique existence than you would otherwise be able to do using the more industrial and automated gem technology like the kindergarten machines. While these allow for the creation of large groups at once in an automated way from templates, they rely on those templates to form their creations and drain the planet and surrounding land for their energy. As you are providing the instructions and power yourself this will be a draining and mentally taxing experience that will prevent you from mass creation initially, though what you can do with practice and time is up to you to find out.
[DIAMOND ENHANCEMENT] Life form Enhancement - You can imbue part of yourself into another, providing a fraction of your skill and perks onto them while enhancing their physicality and longevity. This alters the beings physical makeup to be partly gemlike which not only extends their biological life but restores them to peaks physically. Doing this allows you to provide them with one or two of your own perks or powers to form the basis of their new existence, these abilities will start out weak and grow with them through practice and utilization.

Gem Powers: Force Shard Creation You have the ability to produce prismatic planes of force. Use as sheilds, blades and even something like wings.

Gem Powers: Geokinesis You have the ability to control the earth and stone in a large area around yourself. Gem Powers: Hydrokinesis You have the ability to control water and ice in a large area around yourself.

Powers (Chronicle) What would you do if you had the power to do whatever you want, Jumper? No matter what your answer to that question is, you'll be able to prove it to the world soon enough. Through strange means, you have gained the potential to do great things, though you might not notice it for the first few weeks. But after some time, you will come to realize the existence of what might be described as a new sort of muscle. One that allows you to use a power commonly called telekinesis in fiction. After you first begin to use it, even moving a baseball around for a few seconds will be too much overexertion, the strain making your nose bleed. But like any other muscle, this one can be trained as well. Throughout the course of a few weeks, if you trained regularly, your power would grow by leaps and bounds, allowing you to easily move around cars, fly, or create a protective forcefield around yourself. And just a mere month after that, you would be able to throw around buses like they weighted nothing, easily fly through skyscrapers without harm, and create telekinetic pulses and vibrations to push away dozens of cars or threaten the structural integrity of multiple high-rises. If you kept at it, who knows how much stronger you could become. If you want to, you may instead gain these powers from a strange crystal, far down a hole in a Seattle forest, perhaps alongside a few others, some teenagers or your companions. That will cause you to develop what could be called a psychic connection: should one of you experience an extreme emotion such as anger or fear, your nose will start bleeding heavily as if you had overused your powers, and you will even start to vaguely hear voices and sounds around them.

Ability Fighting Prowess: Martial Arts You are a master of a single form of combat of your choosing.

Fighting Prowess: Spearmanship You are a master of a single form of combat of your choosing.

Lifting Yourself Up The powers you have gained here work just like an invisible muscle. Ignore them, and they will stagnate. But actively use and train them, and you will see just how far dedication can take you. And now, all other abilities in your repertoire gain the same potential. Exercising your powers
will increase their strength, no matter of what nature they might be or how mighty they already are. Unlike normal exercise, where after a certain point further progress becomes simply impossible, you will always see the same gains if you keep on putting in the time and effort. Don't neglect you real muscles, though. Playing superman is only fun if you also look the part.

Chad 101 Humans are social creatures by nature. Combining that with a lack of any predators due to being the dominant species on the planet means that survival of the fittest doesn't refer to the strongest anymore, but rather the most intelligent and charismatic. And you definitely are fit in the latter regard. With looks that make you a 10/10 in the eyes of any part of the populace, a seemingly inborn intuition for social situations and how to successfully navigate them, and a
presence that endears you to most anyone you meet, you are thriving in the urban jungle. But you aren't just eye candy. You are able to enthrall people with a mere few words, whether that be through some well placed jokes or interesting conversation. A career in politics would definitely suit you.

I Just Do My Best At Everything So many people are simply living life without doing anything with it, only talking and thinking, but not acting. And then they see you, and wonder about how you are so far beyond them. If only they knew how simple it is. Well, for you at least. You simply get up every day, motivated, refreshed, and full of energy, and do your best at everything. Without fail. This doesn't mean that you don't make mistakes, of course, but rather that you are able to give 100% at everything
you do, at all times. And you are able to do this without accumulating any stress or fatigue, whether it be physical or mental, that would hinder you from doing so. While others might be surprised at how mundane your secret to success seems, having this outlook on life does work wonders on where you end up.

The Game of Life Some people might think that the modern "apex predator" would be a being with powers surpassing those of humanity, capable of tearing apart humans by the dozens. They are mistaken. The true apex predator of this age is a social one. You represent this idea. Your natural charisma is off the charts, and with just a smile and a few words, you can convert most anyone to your cause, whatever that is. You instinctively know just how to adapt yourself and your mannerism to persuade your audience, whether that is a single person or a large group of people. Even if someone fundamentally disagreed with everything you stood for, it would only take a few drops of honey-laced words to make them rethink their stance on the matter. Furthermore, those people who you attract will feel themselves compelled to spread word of you and your goals, being imbued with a large fraction of your charisma while doing this. This scales with your position and authority. As a high school student, you could win the hearts and minds of the whole student body and the town surrounding the school in only a few weeks, while a politician would see much of the country become loyal to them in the same time.

With Great Power Comes Great Leisure The power you have at your disposal is enough to make you untouchable to most anything you might encounter, true. But even you have weaknesses. If you don't concentrate to keep up your defences, or aren't quick enough to raise them, you are just another human, with all the vulnerabilities that entails. But no more. Pondering over this problem, and possible solutions to it, has caused you to gain quite an interesting skill. You no longer need to focus your
concentration on abilities you wish to use. Wanna spend your whole life being surrounded by a forcefield without ever thinking about it? Why the hell not, as long as you can take the strain. You don't even need to be conscious for your power to keep on working: if you wanted to, you could set your cruise speed to a comfortable tempo, fall asleep, and wake up having flown to the Bahamas for a quick vacation. You can also set up your powers to do some more complicated stuff, such as making a camera fly around and film you or automatically repelling everything within a set distance of yourself. Do keep in mind that all this is simply you unconsciously directing your abilities, so they will still cost whatever they usually do: take care not to die because you forgot to turn off an exhausting ability. But if you play it smart, you'll find that it'll at least decrease the chance of getting shot in the back.

Setting Priorities Now, while being able to charm your way into people's pants puts you ahead of a good part of the competition, it would be awfully embarrassing to fail at what comes after, right? While your skills cannot be said to be supernatural, you are no beginner at the game, and no matter whoever you choose to spend the night with, they'll be sure to leave satisfied and looking for more. Any self-proclaimed casanova might be able to do the same, though. What sets you apart from the rest is that, curiously, your skills in the bedroom are enhanced by any powers you might have. While lifting a bed with your mind might only make you the stallion of your local high
school, becoming one of a thousand superman references would have you recreating scenes of your favourite two dimensional adult entertainment. Of course, you also know perfectly just how to use those powers in R-rated ways. Did you know that telekinesis is defined as, among other things, being able to make objects vibrate? Just take care not to become too /d/eviant with that gift.

Sidekick Stupidity Life's too short to simply ignore its few exceptional occurrences simply because of an emotion as petty as fear. That's why, although you might still become scared now and then, it won't stop you from doing the things you want or need to do. Even mentally quaking in your boots facing down your fears, you'll be able to keep a clear head and approach the threat logically, with a mind unclouded and a heart unbounded. It also won't stop you from making stupid decisions, though, like jumping into a hole without knowing about its depth or contents. Do stay smart even in fearlessness, yeah?

Breeding Program Many species of bears are endangered, and because of that, there are ongoing attempts to breed more of them. To avoid any issues with that, you now have the ability to impregnate any creature that is capable of getting pregnant with just a touch. You can also decide how much of your abilities pass on to your offspring, varying from just the basic DNA of your present form, all the way to giving them copies of all your abilities, alt-forms and perks. This is free for this Jump, but you have to pay 50cp to keep it.

SB Bear So, you want to follow in the footsteps of the mighty Ursine?! Excellent choice! You now have the ability to mentally access the Internet, or any other computer networks, as long as some kind of connection or node is nearby. You can also function as if you were anthropomorphized without changing your appearance. This means that you can speak, walk upright, use your paws as hands, wear clothing or armor, and otherwise function as a human, even if your current form is a completely normal bear or otherwise inhuman.

Facinating to Watch You just naturally attract attention from everyone around you. Even if you are just lying around, basking in the warm sunlight, people will still be fascinated by you, willing to watch you for hours on end. Of course, if you want to put on a show, you will be even more interesting and entertaining to watch. You are also immune to boredom, which helps when you live in a relatively small cage.

Escape Artist As much as you enjoy your life of leisure, the fact remains that you are in a cage. So, every now and then, you feel the need to step out for a brief constitutional. To facilitate that, you have become a master of escape, in all its forms. In fact, you are impossible to keep contained or restrained if you choose not to be.

Death Dealing Machine of Ultra-Violence Like any other bear, you are capable of truly awe-inspiring acts of destruction and mayhem. Your instinctive skills at combat are a match for the most highly-trained warriors in the world. You are effectively impossible to fool in battle, and never freeze or hesitate due to fear. You are also impossible to catch off-guard, always somehow knowing when an attack is coming.

Bear Acrobatics You are highly trained in all the skills used in circus performances, such as acrobatics, trapeze work, clowning, knife throwing, or riding a unicycle while juggling flaming torches. You are one of the best in the world in literally every skill needed to perform in or run a world-class circus.

Choreographed Mauling Lets face it, most bear roles include at least one action scene. For some reason, they just never seem to get cast for the rom-coms. That means that, in order to be successful in Hollywood, a bear must be able to make it look like they are hurting someone, without actually harming them. You have truly mastered this skill, able to dial the offensive ability of any attack you make from full power down to completely harmless or anywhere in between, or even to make your attacks just as powerful but strictly non-lethal. You also have a fair amount of training in a martial art of your choice, and the ability to adapt any of your fighting styles for use in any form you might happen to be in, or even to adapt them to use in power armor or vehicles.

The Greatest Bear Actor In The World You are simply the most talented bear that Hollywood has ever seen. And since, as everyone knows, bears are by far the most talented creatures that ever lived, that makes you the absolute best in the world. You can select this perk multiple times, with subsequent purchases costing 50cp for all Origins and applying to a creative or artistic activity of your choice. Shooting Schedule Movies and television shows take a long time to make, and no director wants to be behind schedule because a bear can't remember what he is supposed to do or when. Because of that, you have developed the ability to learn new tricks and stunts in far less time. In fact, you can learn or train at five times the rate you otherwise would be able to.

Spooky If there's one attribute that nearly all ghosts share, from the humble gold ghost all the way up to King Boo himself, it's their ability to frighten the living. You're no different, as you not only love using your powers to pop out and scare the living daylights out of unsuspecting victims, but you also happen to be pretty darn good at it.

Hiding in Plain Sight Keeping a secret identity is hard. But just like Superman you can fool most people with the smallest of changes. A different outfit and hair color are all it takes to convince people that you are someone else, even if the hair color is the only difference. Most people won't even bother to think much if you use the same name.
Though they may call it out as being weird that there are two people with the same name.

Fast Track Ah, here we are! Once every five turns, you can simply hop over to the nearest Railroad, and you can buy it if nobody owns it yet! This will almost certainly make it easier to acquire transportation!

Real Estate It appears that any property you buy starts with one House on it! Isn't that wonderful? This will certainly make it easier to acquire property wherever you may be.

The Landlords Game Any other player will now sell you any property they have, regardless of strategy, provided you offer 1.5 times its value. Useful, isn't it? I dare say this would work wherever you went…

Cash Advance Well, now! Those three extra $500 bills you're starting with seem useful! Crystal Clear Sound Grants you a clear and beautiful singing voice, with the ability to break into song at a moment's notice and carry a tune with the best.

Let's Mix Something Up What good are powers and perks if you can't mix and match at will? That's silly. The best thing about soup is that you can toss pretty much anything into and, hey presto, it's still soup… unless you add too much starch, at which point you might have batter… or dough… anyway. You may now combine up to eight perks, abilities, or powers into a single mega-perk… and you may create as many mega-perks as you have abilities to combine. The exact details of how they combine is up to you.

Vegetarian Like all the rest of your leaf eating kind, you are weak, both of body and will. You will never be able to perform better than ten percent as well as you normally could have. Also, you are a natural target for bullies, and they will sense your presence. However, this only lasts while you eat an entirely vegetarian diet. Oh, right. Jokes aside, this is a perk… umm… because it's ten times harder for you to do stuff, all your training is actually twenty times as effective as it otherwise would be while you're eating
that vegetarian diet. This effect takes a full day to activate, and eating even a single bite of meat ends it immediately. Ovo-Lacto and 'Ethically Sourced Meat' (freely given by the lifeform in question) don't count.

Magnetic Personality What a coincidence it is that the only people in the world with superpowers are all in the same city and quickly become friends. But if you were involved in that, it wouldn't really be coincidence, would it? Somehow, you attract like-minded people to yourself, and are able to build relationships with them in mere moments, should you choose to do so. But this isn't limited to such a nebulous quality as personality: should people with special powers exist in a world, you can be sure that you'll quickly meet them.

Who Wants to be Mundane What are the chances of just stumbling upon the only supernatural object on earth, and even getting superpowers out of it? For you, it is the next best thing to certainty. Perhaps it is a proclination towards the magical, or a distaste for the mundane. But whatever it is, it leads you to experience things beyond the common and accepted, beyond what is perceived to be real and what is not. You could trip over long lost technology of an ancient and incredibly advanced civilization during a walk in the park, discover evidence of alien life as you are abducted in your sleep, meet a fairy while tending to your garden, or find out the hard way that the curiosity you
bought at the flea market is more than it seems. So rest assured that no matter where you go or what you do, you will never have to suffer normality again. Even on worlds that, at first or even third glance, seem entirely normal at first, there are specks of the fantastical, hidden just for you to find.

Secrecy Insurance While having actual power for once is great, it can be a real pain in the ass never being able to use it. It's impossible to know if those people dissecting governments are fiction or not, after all. But thankfully, you've found somewhat of an outlet. As long as a use of your powers can be explained away in literally any way, whether it be CGI, parlor tricks, or some natural occurrence, people will always assume those things to be the cause instead of anything supernatural. And even if you ever went overboard and the world found out, you can rest assured that although some might react negatively, you will never be harmed as a result of your gifts being revealed

Main Character Morality Nobody can be perfect all the time, not even someone like you. But how he deals with failure, too, is what marks a great man. Oftentimes though, just how you are perceived on your bad days can make all the difference. And that is certainly the case for you. Whether you're an outright asshole to everybody around you, have a case of mild sociopathy, or just got through an awful breakup that left you irritated, the people in your life will always keep the good times they had with you in mind, and will stay convinced that at your core, you're a good person and a good friend. Even if you really aren't.

A Helpful Hand Not everyone is well, even though they might not look the part. And oftentimes, their inability or refusal to ask for help leads them spiraling further and further downwards, until they are stuck there. But you are the preventive care they need. Almost instinctively, you can recognize if a person you spend some time with has got any problems, ranging from depression to financial trouble or simply social anxiety. And if they are experiencing tough times, you are able to talk to them as a friend without being turned away. They will find it surprisingly easy to open up to you, and simply talking and spending time with you is enough to immediately alleviate their problems, continuing until they fade completely as they interact more with you. The content of these conversations doesn't matter much, and even such platitudes as "Just bee yourself, bro" will lead to gratitude instead of ridicule. This even affects things outside their control, such as money problems or abusive relatives. And even if you should leave them sometime afterwards, these problems will never pop up in their lives, as if they had been permanently purged from their very being.

Black, White, And Asian Just like the beloved panda, no one seems to be bothered by your differences. People will accept you, even when you do not fit into the local culture. Also, your unusual powers, skills and possessions will not be a cause for alarm. People will react to what you use your abilities for, not just to the fact that you have them or what you look like, no matter how monstrous.

Guardian of the Wild Only you can prevent wildfires. In fact, just your presence seems to get the job done. Any area you are in will find itself protected from natural or accidental disasters. In addition, your environment will clean and repair itself, eliminating pollution and waste and restoring itself to a pristine condition over time. Only deliberate attacks will harm your home region, and even these will be considerably less damaging than they otherwise would be.

Jumpchain Room The other ghosts are getting their own rooms, so why not you? This gives you your own room built around a specific theme of your choice, such as music, fortune telling, dancing and so on, which will be placed inside the Mansion. It has all the things you'd expect a room based around that theme to have, although the objects are themselves mundane. Post-jump you may attach this room to another property or the cosmic warehouse.

Kings Ransom Who knew ghosts were so rich? You've got a massive fortune, so large you could build the very mansion made by King Boo and still have enough money left over to stuff every room with rare gems and bills. This fortune restocks every night, so if you wanted you could easily build tons of haunted mansions. Might make for a good plan if the current one falls through.

Time Medallion This medallion is something special from the ghost of time, Clockwork. As long as you wear it, you will be immune to time travel shenanigans. You no longer have to fear being teleported through time against your will or ceasing to exist because you created a paradox. Just make sure you keep wearing it, because once off, you will be subjected to the laws of time once again.

Nasty Burger You gain an unlimited supply of Nasty Burger's specials. All thefrench-fries, burgers, and milkshakes you could ever want.

Food Themed Bag: Donut-shaped backpack You gain an indestructible bag themed off of your favorite food with an unsettling amount of space within. It has at least twice the room it looks to have from the outside and is always nearby when you turn to look for it. This can be a Taco Purse, as Hamburger Backpack, or a Taquito Fanny-pack, as long as it is food themed and a wearable bag then it is a valid purchase.

Homeworld Colony You gain a colony of homeworld that is populated with gems of all castes. The planet is roughly the size of earth. Look of planet and distribution of gem classes is up to you.

Gem Distabiliser You gain a weapon capable of destabilizing and disabling a gem's projected forms. This does not work fully on Half-Gems only providing momentary pain and disability. This has no special effect on non-gems. You can import a melee weapon and grant it this effect.

Temple and Warp Grid You gain a small temple building of your own that contains a warp pad connecting to your very own private warp grid. Every property you own will now have its own warp pad connected to the new grid with one being located in the warehouse as well. If you have the knowledge and skill you can create a new warp pad manually and connect them into your grid or into a new separate one. The warp pad limits are only constrained by how many people can safely fit on the pad so theoretically if a larger warp pad was used more could be sent over them, the standard size only fits four to five standard sized people. No one can access your warp grid without your approval as it will verify the users based on biology and if possible gems, this means that you will need to key users into the grid manually or create some kind of generic warp key gems for others to use as access passes.

Dehydrated Veggies While not as good as fresh, dehydrated veggies have a much longer shelf-life and can add
an impressive amount of flavor and nutrition to what would otherwise be a carb heavy meal. Once you have passed through this lunchtime gauntlet, you'll receive
a dehydrator that allows you to transform any amount of vegetables into dehydrated veggies, maximizing their flavor and shelf-life without damaging their nutritive value at all. Not only can they be restored to fully edible just by placing them in a small amount of water for a couple seconds, the dehydrator has a super-dehydrator mode that turns any food stuff into jerky that will last for decades but is packed full of flavor and nutrition and doesn't even need water (though you might get thirsty).

Flavouring Packet You gain a flavoring packet of your choice of flavor to add to your noodles. Once you have passed through this lunchtime gauntlet, you gain a small case of ten flavor packets of your choice each day. These can be added to any food to replace its flavor with that of the flavor packet or to combine the flavors together, as you choose when you use the flavoring.

Waxed Paper Cup Now we're playing the environmentally sound game. Although not wonderfully green, by disposable packaging standards, this is pretty much as good as it gets. This cup / bowl is more disposable than either plastic or styrofoam, more microwavable than plastic (once), and almost as good at thermal insulation as styrofoam (for a single meal at least). Once you have passed through this lunchtime gauntlet, you gain the seeds of a special high fiber plant that is better than wood fiber or even hemp
fiber for making paper or cardboard out of. They grow easily and rapidly, and require far less processing to turn into any variety of paper or cardboard, and their
leaves may be processed to form an all natural waxy substance that is both hypoallergenic and great at making something waterproof. It is even fully edible.
They are guaranteed not to be an invasive species, but if let run wild will integrate into any environment to produce regional variations for interesting
paper or wax variations.

A Hug Once the Gauntlet is done, you get a hug from Jump-Chan. It's not a sexual hug. It is, however, the best hug ever. It's warm, intimate, compassionate, comforting, and lets you know that everything's going to be okay somehow. This hug is also not addictive, and will remain with you, letting you know someone in the universe cares. Because everyone needs a hug sometimes. You get a token you can trade for another hug whenever you really really need one, and the token respawns once a month if used or given away to another person so they can use it. In fact, you get another one free once a month if you give the first to someone who can really use it. It's nice to share.

Found Footage Records of all your adventures, past jumps included, as if everything around you had been filmed from all possible angles, in any resolution you want. Who knows, with that at hand, you might even be able to make a found footage film of your own adventures?

Holiday Home A positively huge mansion with an even more gigantic garden accompanying it, able to accommodate hundreds of people. And it is now in your possession, all paid for. You may choose however it is designed. It'll always be clean and dust-free, and any part of it that gets destroyed, including furniture, will repair itself the next day. So don't worry about holding that huge party you've been planning here. It also comes with all the personnel such a luxury home could need, such as cooks, gardeners, maids, and even in-house entertainment. How they get paid is a mystery to even them, but that is not something to worry about. After this jump, it'll attach itself to your warehouse, and you may choose to have it inserted into any future backgrounds you choose, as something you always had, or perhaps an inheritance from an eccentric uncle. And if you want to work on it in your spare time, you can rest assured that it will retain any modifications you make to it.

A Strange Cave Oh my, what have you found here? A hole somewhere beyond the reach of curious eyes, it leads to a rather large cave several hundred feet in the earth, where you'll find a crystal structure the size of a car. Strangely enough, it reacts to the touch of any life forms by changing its colour and emitting complex radio waves, resulting in a moderately large nosebleed and nausea for humans. But those occurrences are just side effects. The actual purpose of the crystal is to give other people the Power perk, with all that entails. After this jump the cave becomes a warehouse attachment, and you may make it appear anywhere you want in future jumps. The crystal will also work on any other lifeforms you might meet in your travels.

Honey You have an unlimited supply of honey, of all varieties you have encountered. You can summon a honey pot or a honeycomb to enjoy whenever you choose.
The cool thing about honey? It has a virtually indefinite shelf life; no joke, they found some 3,000 year in the Egyptian Pyramids that was still good.

Picnic Baskets You can, at will, summon up a normal-sized picnic basket, containing sufficient food, drink and needed utensils to feed six people a large and delicious picnic lunch.
