Chapter 54
Logan stood up, took Rory's hand. He looked at the judge. He continued the ceremony. After they kissed, he presented them as the Huntzburger family.
After they were presented as the Huntzburger family, after all the congratulations, Logan stood by the arch. After getting everyone's attention. "The reception will be held on the yacht. It is docked at the Yacht Club. Anchors up in 30 minutes." Logan said. He grabbed Rory's hand. "We should be on schedule to enjoy the sunset while eating. Then there will be dancing in the moonlight."
Rory giggled, she was happy. "Then, when everyone is gone, it will be just you and me." Logan whispered to her.
"On, the yacht?" she asked.
"Yes, just you, me and the crew." He told her.
"Tori?" Rory asked.
"With Honor," He said. "I packed you a bag."
"What a wonderful husband you are." She told him.
The bride and groom held back while Honor led everyone to the yacht. Emily couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the wedding was and how thoughtful it was to include a beautiful adoption ceremony in the middle of the wedding.
Shira couldn't stop talking about 'that child' being a Huntzburger. Honor, Colin, Finn and Steph ran interference. They were trying to keep Lorelia or Chris from hearing.
When Logan and Rory boarded the yacht, everyone cheered. The music started and the newlyweds danced. After the dance, the couple mingled with their guest. It wasn't long before dinner was served.
Logan and Rory were at the head table, of course, with Lorelia, Luke, Chris, Jenn, Shira, Emily and Tori. Someone was smart enough to sit Emily as a buffer for Shira.
Chris stood up to toast the couple. "If I could have your attention. Myself, Lorelia, Luke and Jenn would like to welcome everyone. It has been an honor to watch the two, well, three of them grow as a family. The love they have for each other can be seen by just watching them. Rory, you are special. We are so proud of you. Logan, Welcome to the family."
Several other speeches, including Honor welcoming Rory and Tori to the family. Everyone danced and enjoyed the meal.
Before they knew it, they were pulling up to shore. Rory assured Tori they would be back before nightfall, then she would be going to stay with Honor for a couple of days. The plan is for Logan and Rory to stay at the house on Martha's Vineyard..
After everyone was gone, Rory and Logan stood and waved as the yacht pulled back out to sea. "Mrs. Huntzburger," Logan said. "Shall I show you the honeymoon suite?"
"Why Husband?" She said, "What will we do?"
As he took her hand and pulled her toward the suite he could be heard saying. "Oh, I will show you,"
