Once at the bottom of the stairs, Daring found himself in a large room with a machine of some sort that sat in the middle of the room.
"What is this thing?" asked Daring as he used his mirrorphone to light the area.
"A magic printing press," came a male voice out of nowhere.
"Who… whose there?!" asked a terrified Daring as he looked around but found no one in the dark room around him.
"My name is The Creator, I'm the one who created the Storybook of Legends thousands of years ago," said the voice.
"And I need you to help me save Ever After," he said.
"What do you mean?" asked Daring.
"Thousands of years ago, a God placed a curse on this world to destroy it if anyone changed their story, he did so as he had fallen in love with the original stories," said The Creator.
"In order to ensure that no changes are made, I created the Storybook of Legends to keep everyone on page and stop the destruction," he said.
"But now that the book is gone, everyone is in danger again," said Daring.
"All thanks to the agents of that God who have been created to help spread chaos on this world," said The Creator as ghostly images of Raven, Hunter, and Cerise appeared around the room.
"Raven led the revolution, Hunter tricked people into accepting forbidden love, and Cerise should never have hexisted in the first place," he said.
"Cerise is Professor Badwolf's daughter?" asked a stunned Daring while the image changed to her without the hood and standing with her family.
"That's right, and now you can fix everything just by using the printing press to recreate the Storybook of Legends and having everyone take their destinies again," said The Creator.
"Then I had better get to work," said Daring as he touched the machine. However, a black energy began to crawl into his body after doing so.
"I can't believe you actually fell for that!" said The Creator while laughing at the same time Daring screamed.
