Whooooo i did not mean to take this long on the second chapter, i really should have had it out last week but it turns out im a horrible procrastinator. I'll try not take to long at least two weeks but wrighting is actually really difficult if you loose steam. with out further ado here its is, second chapter of skylanders academia

When Toshinori first came to Mustafu, he thought it would be a little calmer than Tokyo, where his agency was. With the city being the home of UA, there were many more heroes here to keep the peace. Unfortunately villains still acted as they always do, he just wanted to purchase some drinks from the local convenience store but when duty calls he'll always answer. The sludge villain shouldn't have been much trouble at all but when he slipped into the sewers, he couldn't help but groan.

He was nearing his limit for the day and the chase drained his time quickly, to where he only had a few minutes left before he caught up. He had been quick to displace the villain but had to burn an extra minute, taking out the lava man. He really didn't want to take him to the police, since he apparently came to the rescue of the kid the sludge villain attacked, but he attacked a hero unprovoked and that warranted him being arrested.

He hoped dropping the two off at the closest police station would allow him to rest for a while but it seems he wasn't done for the day, though nearly getting tackled mid air by a dragon was a new one.

"WOAH" All might said in surprise as he shifted his body slightly to doge the purple dragon the swooped passed.

"Spyro what the heck! We just want to talk to All Might not hit him out of the sky!"

"I was trying to grab Eruptor!"

Izuku and Spyro quickly swung back around to fly next to All Might, who stared with shock before collecting himself.

"Hey, Hey, kid I love my fans but this is too much. I'm not sure what is going on but following me into the air was extremely reckless, I'm not sure where the dragon came from but I'll assume it's your quirk, you should know the public law about quirk use!" All might scolded

"I know All Might, I'm really sorry but I really, really needed to talk to you, I need to explain that this is all just a huge misunderstanding. You see, Eruptor, the lava guy, he's not a villain you see, I understand that he can look scary, and some people may think he's a villain based on his looks, and that's not right, well.." Izuku's mouth was going a mile a minute and all might was only catching every third word.

"Whoa, whoa kid slow down, first let's get out of the air don't want you falling off." All Might said

Spyro took offense "Hey man, that's implying I let him fall and I am an excellent flier."

"Here, just follow me." all might said as he began to descend passing the apex of his jump. He aimed for the roof of a store building turning away from the boy and dragon before coughing into his and tasting blood in his mouth.

As they all descended onto the roof, Izuku slipped off Spyros' back to catch his breath. That was the first time he's ever flown on Spyro despite the dragon saying they should do it more often, frankly it was terrifying.

"That was an incredibly reckless kid, I'm on a time crunch and must be going immediately, do not follow me again, understand" All Might said as he quickly turned to jump away. Spyro, however, wouldn't let him, moving to block his path.

"Sorry dude but im not letting you off this roof until you hand over my friend" Spyro growled. All Might stopped as he eyed the dragon before shifting his eyes to the lava man he still held. He then turned his head to look at Izuku.

"Son. Call off your dragon. I have no time for this." All Might said with all the stern in his voice that he could muster. It was like a father who was equally tired, frustrated, and worst of all disappointed. It hit Izuku like a sack of bricks.

Immediately the feeling of submission flooded izuku, who was he, to question and argue with the number one hero. His favorite hero. He averted his eyes from All Mights, shrinking back before determination filled his eyes and he looked back up.

"If you're going to arrest him, you have arrested me too! He is, after all, my quirk!" Izuku shouted.

All might stare at him for a second as he processed what Izuku had just said.

"Your quirk…?" was all he was able to say before his body was rocked with tremors and steam began to emerge from his body. His smile became strained as blood dribbled from his mouth.

'DAMN IT NOT NOW!'

Izuku and Spyro watched, wide eyed in surprise as All Might was enveloped in a cloud of steam. A moment later the two became slack jawed as the steam dissipated to reveal a lanky skeletal looking man with sunken eyes and blond hair. They all stared at each other before Izuku started screaming.

"AAAHHHHHHHHH"

In an alleyway, quite a few blocks away from the rooftop at the Tatooin shopping district, a plastic bottle filled with a green sludge lays unmoving. Within the bottle two eyeballs flicker open in a daze.

'Ugg what happened where am I? Oh Yhea. THAT bastard showed up. If it weren't for him I'd be out of town already,' the sludge villain thought as he shifted his fluid body around in the bottle before stopping at the sound of approaching voices.

Coming down the alley was Bakugo and his two followers who happened to be smoking some cigarettes. Bakugo didn't really remember their names, they were just followers hanging onto his greatness so he just revered them by their quirks. Fingers and Nose.

"That was ruff Bakugo, weren't you and Midoriya friends when you were kids?" Nose said

"Yeah, you were a little harsh with him today, hehe" Fingers followed up in a sarcastic tone

Bakugo simply scoffed "It's his own fault for getting in my way" he said as he haphazardly kicked the bottle that contained the sludge villain into a pole causing the cap to pop off.

"You shouldn't waste your time on the guy, you know he's nothing." Fingers continued

Bakugo downed the last of the soda he'd been drinking before blowing up the can as he thought about what Izuku had said back in class.

'I've wanted to be a hero s-s-since I was a kid. Even if you think my quirk is w-weak , I'm still gonna try my hardest'

Bakugo growled at the thought "Some need to teach that worthless nerd how the world really works. I HATE IT when he talks about heroes. It's only been worse since he started spewing bullshit about having a quirk"

"I know right, some of the others have cornered Deku about it, tried to force him to use it, to prove he wasn't lying. The nerd just starts going on about illegal quirk use, probably because he's still just quirkless!" Nose said as he and fingers laughed.

"You know we should just go to the arcade, to get your mind off of Deku," Nose said as he turned back to bakugo.

"Fine" Bakugo replied before fingers spoke up

"OR, we could sneak into the bar at the station, pick up some drinks and ladies."

"Now that's a good idea!"

Bakugo just growled and glared at the two, "IDIOTS, IF WE GET CAUGHT THERE'S NO WAY UA WOULD LET ME IN, my record is perfect and it'll stay that way!"

As the boys had their conversation the sludge villain had slowly been making his way out of the bottle. A unique facet of the villains quirk allowed his body to reconstitute and generate more sludge from his eyes which were the only real solid parts of his body. With his body back to full he rose up from behind Bakugo, the light from the end of the alley being blocked gave him a frightening visage.

Nose and Fingers immediately noticed his presence and went wide eyed in fear as they pointed and stammered for Bakugo to turn around. When he did, Katsuki's eyes went wide as the villain loomed over him.

"Perfect, I like a skin suit with some Fire '' was all the sludge villain said before he pounced.

Back on the rooftop, Izuku's scream puttered off into ramblings "what? Who!? WHAT HAPPENED! You deflated!" he said as he looked back and forth in disbelief

"Where did All Might go!? YOU! YOU'RE NOT HIM! Your an imposter, a fake"

All Might simply sighed as he responded "I assure you, I am All blughh" was all he got out before blood dribbled out of his mouth.

Izuku freaked out again yelling that it was impossible as All might pull a black handkerchief from his pocket to wipe away the blood. Spyro sat there just as shocked, while the body difference threw him for a loop and left his eyes wondering if what they were seeing was true, the scent the skeleton had on him was still the same as All Might

"You know how guys at the pool are always sucking it in and flexing, trying to look buff…. I'm like that" All Might said flatly to which izuku responded again in disbelief.

"THIS CAN'T BE REAL!"

"Izuku, buddy, I hate to say it but skeletor over here is telling the truth, he and All Might got the same scent. Can't lie to a dragon's nose" Spyro said as he moved over to Eruptors prone form to nudge him awake.

"How can this be i must be dreaming, All Might is a giant of a man who saves everyone. He defeats all obstacles and wins the day with a fearless smile" Izuku stuttered out

"There's plenty of fear behind that smile."All Might sighed once again, as he moved to sit and rest against the guard rail by the roof's edge.

"I'm counting on you to keep your mouth shut. Don't go talking about this online or telling your friends."

Izuku watched as he slowly lifted the hem of his shirt to reveal a grotesque and gnarly wound causing him to flinch back. The wound itself looked like a spider web of scarred tissue that was still red and purple near the center and sat just below his ribcage but the scars stretched over half his torso. Spyro stared at the wound with no emotion showing on his face and from the pocket of Izuku's back Stealth elf's toy form stuck out, allowing her to see it too.

Through the whole debacle of Eruptor being taken and Izuku portaling Spyro, she had been shouting at the two for being idiots and taking off after All Might without a thought. She had gone silent when they landed and was processing this new information on the number one hero.

All Might continued on "Pretty gross right? I got this in a big fight five years back, my respiratory system was pretty much destroyed and I lost my whole stomach. All the surgeries have worn me out, repairing my lungs and getting a stomach transplant, but the lasting damage to me can't be fixed. I can only do hero work for about…three hours a day, so the rest of the time this is what I look like."

Recovering slightly, Izuku picked up on what he had said at the start "No way. You said five years ago, does that mean it was the fight with toxic chainsaw"

All might was surprised by the boy's knowledge "wow you know your stuff, but no. That punk may have landed a few hits but he couldn't bring me down. Most of the world doesn't know about this fight, so I did everything I could to keep it under wraps."

All might look over the edge of the roof to see people walking about and cars driving past, living their lives peacefully, as he continued "I'm supposed to be the guy who's always smiling right? I'm the symbol of peace, people always have to think that I'm never afraid but the truth is, I smile to hide the fear inside. This job isn't easy, pro heroes are always having to risk their lives against out of control villains. We maintain the peace and help ensure regular citizens follow the law. Now unfortunately this guy here attacked me unprovoked,"

All Might gestured over to Eruptor who was now being slapped repeatedly by Spyro in an attempt to wake him up. All Might and Izuku couldn't help but face fault at the action. All might choose to ignore this and turn back to izuku.

"the law says he needs to be arrested and charged for his actions, you say if I do, that i need to arrest you as well. Why?"

"Like I said before it's my quirk, it's called "toys to life" and well it might be easier to show you" Izuku said as he pulled out his portal and let it float above his hand.

All Might watched the boy with intrigue, he hadn't planned on his day going like this but here he was. He watched as Izuku pulled out a small toy figurine and then talked to it.

"Stealth Elf, do you mind if I…. Ok thanks" with that he placed the floating platform thing and watched it lit up with a green glow before the toy disappeared in a flash of light. The very next moment a pillar of white light descended from the sky between them and when the light dispersed with a tiny shockwave that kicked up some dust, there stood a new figure.

All Might took in the appearance of this new person as he tensed in surprise. The figure looked exactly like the little toy that had disappeared. They appeared to be a female with green skin and blue hair done in a braid, with pointed ears and white pupiless eyes. They were about 5'2 in height and wore brown gear that made her look like a ninja. What drew All Mights attending the most was the two crescent blades hanging at her hip.

"Hello All Might my name is Stealth Elf and as you just saw, I was the little toy figure that Izuku just brought to life, same as the dragon and lava monster. I'll let Izuku explain more so if you excuse me." Stealth Elf turned and marched toward Spyro and Eruptor

"WILL YOU CUT THAT OUT! Slapping him isnt going to help wake E up." Elf said as she tugged on Spyros' horn.

All Might felt like he got whiplash when the calm and collected tone Elf used was dropped and became an annoyed and feisty one. He then looked at Izuku who chuckled awkwardly at the quarreling. Noticing All might attention was back on him he went on to explain.

"So you see, my quirk allows me to bring these small toy figurines to life and just before you saved me, I had brought Eruptor out to help me. I'm really sorry he attacked you, he has some minor anger issues"

All Might's eyebrows lifted in surprise. Well, that was certainly a new one, Toshnori hadn't had the pleasure to encounter an ability like this. He looked over to the three figures, Spyro and Stealth elf had leaned Eruptor against the rails with his tongue hanging out of his mouth. Elf had one of his eyelids open and was waving her hand in front of him with no reaction.

"Geeze man, how hard did you hit him?" Spyro said as he looked at all might

"Well pretty hard I guess, I was honestly surprised that he withstood my Texas smash when it knocked out the other villain."

"Not that surprising, E's pretty durable" Elf commented "Izuku it might be best just revert him back to toy form, he needs rest."

"Ok elf," Izuku replied as he focused on his portal. As he did, the normal white changed to red as Izuku thought about bringing Eruptor back to him. Everyone watched as a ring of light surrounded eruptors, encompassing him before it shot up in a pillar and disappeared. When it did, the light reapered over Izuku's portal and when it dispersed revealed Eruptors toy for sitting on the portal.

Izuku gently took him off the portal and placed him back in his pocket before turning to All Might.

"So, are we in trouble? F-for Eruptor attacking you?"

All might stared for a moment before he replied "No kid you're not in trouble, I'll let this one pass because you were simply using your quirk in self defense because I was too slow to stop the villain."

Izuku sighed in relief "Thank you so much All might, this really means a lot, if I was arrested it would make my dream of becoming a hero a lot harder, I also remember what you told me, I'll keep your secret. No matter what" he said as he bowed to the hero.

All might couldn't help but smile at the boy's earnestness.

"You want to become a hero kid, If the lava guy has any inclination, you could do it considering he basically has a quirk of his own." 'It's certainly versatile, bringing toys to life and giving them powers of their own, hmmmmm'

Izuku felt tears well up in his eyes as his hero said that he could be a hero.

"Thank you All Might"

"It's no problem kid but I need to get going. Have to get this guy to the police" All Might said as he patted his empty pocket.

"..."

Frantically All Might began to search his pockets, turning them inside out. In the very next moment a large explosion reverberated around the city and in the distance a large plume of black smoke rose into the air. Stealth Elf and Spyro Immediately snapped to attention as they looked towards the smoke along with All Might and Izuku.

'NOT GOOD' All might thought

"A villain attack, I wonder which hero will show.." Izuku said as he moved towards the roof exit before Elf stopped him.

"Hold it Izuku!" she said before she turned to the number one hero.

"All Might, the villain, do you still have him? Is he still contained?"

All Might grit his teeth as he responded "No, I had him in my pocket when we were air. It must have fallen out, hrgg, how could I have been so careless"

"When you were in the air but how could.." Izuku started before he remembered he and Spyro had nearly tackled All Might out of the sky "It's our fault! We chased you into the sky and, and distracted you, were the reason he might be free!" Izuku finished freaking out in despair while Spyro grit his teeth.

"We don't know that he's free" Elf said as she delivered a light chop to his head to stop his despairing " It could be a completely different villain causing that smoke, what's important is that we verify the cause. Izuku, I know you haven't had much practice with it but you need to use your Far Sight and find out what's going on"

"B-but Elf, every time I tried to use far sight one something other than you guys it failed" Izuku said

"I know but if that explosion was the sludge villain and he's free… then it's because of us. Which means we need to fixit" Stealth Elf said as she took his hands in hers

Izuku stared for a moment before recollecting himself.

"OK, Ill try"

"Good"

As the two converse, All might stared at the rising smoke as he gripped his injury before he turned and ran for the roof door and took the steps two at a time. Elf saw him leave, then turned to Izuku and Spyro.

"I'll run ahead with All Might to the scene, Spyro stay with Izuku, when he manages to get a lock on the location he'll be able to send you to us."

With that Elf disappeared in a puff of green smoke. Spyro nodded as he turned to Izuku.

"Alright, you've got this Izuku, you've used your far sight on us in practice, so you know what it feels like"

Izuku nodded as he focused on his portal which floated between his hands. While doing so izuku also thought about the sludge villain that attacked him, about how he was nearly helpless to have his body taken, and how he wouldn't wish that on anyone else. He focused on the desire to find the villain and the need to stop him from hurting others.

His eyes closed in intense focus, sweat forming on his forehead, he pushed his feelings outward, spreading across the city. In the dark behind his closed eyes Izuku began to see.

Slowly opening his eyes the shined the same white light of his portal and in his vision he could see not the rooftops but the Tatooin shopping district. He saw destruction and fire, heroes approaching the area and citizens moving away. In the center of it all was the sludge villain attacking a couple heroes.

"I, I see him, the villain" Izuku gasped as Spyro cheered at his success.

"All right, that's my portal master, now what do you see"

"The villain seems to be battling a couple heroes, OH NO, he's taken another hostage!" Izuku shouted as he saw the figure of someone struggling in the mass of sludge. Focusing his vision to move closer for a better sight he recognized who it was. He knew those explosions anywhere.

"It's Kacchan!"

"What?!" Spyro shouted

In his vision, Bakugo was letting off continued explosions as he struggled, causing damage to the surrounding shops and setting fires. More heroes were showing up as well, Death arms and Kamui woods among them, along with Back draft who started focusing on the fires.

"This isn't good, this is all my fault if I hadn't summoned you to fly after All Might, we wouldn't have caused him to drop the bottle and Kacchan wouldn't be captured by a villain."

"Izuku calm down and think clearly, use that tactical mind of yours. You've gotten the gist of the situation now. What can you do to make it better?"

Izuku closed his eyes as he thought. After a few moments he reopened them with determination filling his eyes.

"Spyro, I need you to head home as fast as you can and pick up the package, it should have arrived by now. If I'm right, he'll be our best bet. In the meantime I'll contact Elf and let her know what's going on."

"Now that's thinking like a portal master!" Spyro said as he took off into the sky

As he ran along the city streets Toshinori gasped for breath as he huffed. Police sirens roared through the air as multiple squad cars drove past causing him to pick up the pace as some bystanders took out their phones to film the rising smoke.

"You move a lot faster for a skeleton than I thought"

Surprise ran through him as a voice appeared right next to him. Looking around, All Might couldn't see anyone before a puff of green smoke appeared next to him to reveal a Stealth Elf running alongside him.

"What are you doing here?!"

"I'm coming to help obviously"

"No it is too dangerous, these situations should be left to the pros" All Might responded as he looked around.

"You're looking for Izuku right, dont worry hes still back on the roof"

"But how are you here then, don't you need to be near him for his quirk to keep you active? You are a toy aren't you?"

Stealth Elf just gave him a glance as they continued running "you're making a lot of assumptions, first off don't underestimate his ability, I may have a toy form but i'm as sentient as you or any other person and second He should be contacting me at any moment to fill us in on the situation."

Speaking of the devil and he appears as not a moment later she felt a familiar feeling of being watched, and heard Izuku's voice.

'Stealth Elf! I did it, I was able to use my far sight on the villain'

'That's great, acting like a true portal master, now what's the sitch'

'Ok, the explosion and smoke was caused by the sludge villain, he's causing a lot of destruction at Tatooin shopping district and has taken a hostage, unfortunately the hostage is Kacchan, so you need to save him right away. There's already some heroes there but none of them have the right quirks to deal with the villain. But don't worry I sent Spyro home to retrieve the package we ordered, once I have it, we'll have the backup needed to defeat the villain'

'Got it portal master All might and I are almost there, I'll run interference until backup arrives'

As the mental connection broke off and the feeling of being watched disappeared.

As they were running, All Might watched Stealth elf go slightly for a couple moment and could see a look of concentration on her face before she turned to look at him.

"The source of the attack is the sludge villain, he's taken a hostage and the other heroes are unable to stop him, we need to move quicker, i'm going ahead" Elf said as she sped up

"What?! Wait, you can't interfere with the heroes, you could be arrested for vigilantism!"

Elf didnt slow down at all as she looked back at the deflated hero "don't worry, they won't even see me"

With that she disappeared in a puff of green smoke. All mights eyes widened as he tried to move faster in hopes of stopping her from taking on the villain.

At the source of the chaos the heroes were engaging the threat. Civilians in the shopping area were running to a safe distance behind a police line while Death arms and two other heroes ran in. Leaping into action Death arms surged forward to deliver what would have been a devastating blow only for his fist to sink into the fluid body of the villain.

"Damit what is this some kind of goo!?" he said before he was knocked back by the villain

"You ok death arms" another hero asked

"HEADS UP!" a third shouted as all three of them lept backward to escape a tendril of sludge that was flung at them

"STAY BACK OR I'LL SNAP HIS NECK" the sludge villain proclaimed as bakugo struggled to get free releasing explosions from his palms

"Hrrggg, you picked the wrong guy to mess with, haaa, I'm gonna send you back to whatever shit sewer you came from! LET MEEE GOOOO!" Bakugo roared as he released a larger explosion that had the heroes move back

"HAHHA, YOU HAVE SO MUCH POWER, I'VE REALLY HIT THE JACKPOT, WITH A QUIRK LIKE YOURS UNDER MY CONTROL I CAN EVEN TAKE ALL MIGHT DOWN HAHAHH"

As the heroes tried to figure out what to do, the crowd of civilians simply watched on cheering for the heroes and getting even more excited when Mt Lady showed up. Unfortunately she was no help at her gigantic size being unable to move in closer with a two way street.

Racing through the growing fires Kamui was quick to save Nose and Fingers who were surrounded by the fire along with two others before getting out.

"Fire and wood don't make a good combination, i'll leave the villain to someone else"

"Don't look at me, I've got my hands full, where are those fire trucks! Can you guys get to him!" Backdrafft yelled as he tried to put out more fires.

"I can't get a hold of his weird body, plus the kid is causing explosions left and right" Death Arms called back as he stood next to a baseball themed hero.

"This is a shutout, we got to rally and knock him out of the park..INCOMING" the baseball hero yelled as he and death arms dodged another tendril of ooze

All the heroes came to the agreement that their powers were no good in this situation, some pulling back to help rescue other people while a few stood guard on the front line but made no more moves to try and rescue Bakugo whose mouth had been covered by sludge preventing him from breathing.

During all this Stealth elf had made it to the scene and remained invisible to see if the heroes had it covered but became disappointed when they pulled back because they "didn't have the right quirks".

'Not having the right power shouldn't matter in a life or death situation' she thought

Also arriving now was All might, still in his emaciated form, at the back of the crowd. Peering through to see, All might assess the situation.

'Looks like she was right, it was the sludge villain, dammit this is all my fault, if I hadn't been so worried about my time limit I would have noticed sooner. Im pathetic'

On the roof Izuku was still peering through his portal watching as things unfolded before switching to see if Elf had arrived, luckily she had.

'Elf you're here good, the heroes haven't been able to do anything to the villain and Kachhan in suffocating you need to move quickly. Blunt force damage seems to have no effect on the villain unless you have lots of power to back it up, so focus on slashing and separating goo from his body'

'On it portal master'

Izuku switched his vision to Spyro and saw that he had made it back to their home. He was currently in there living with his mother who was handing him a brown package.

'Spyro, I see you have the package, good you need to bring it back as fast as you can. Elf has just engaged the villain and will need that back up.'

'Got it on my way'

"See ya Mamadoria, we'll be back later, don't worry" Spryo said as he flew out the door. As Spyro moved away with Izukus vision following him, he could hear his mother shouting a reply

"Spyro, don't think that you and Izuku are escaping my questions when you get home!"

"Oh boy that won't be fun," Izuku said as he shifted his vision back to the fight.

Back at the shopping district, Stealth Elf immediately moved in, weaving through the crowd like the ninja she was. With her nearly unrivaled stealth skills she easily made it to the front line and was charging the villain unseen.

"HAHHA COME ON YOU PATHETIC HEROES LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!" The villain lagged maniacally.

"The only pathetic thing here is you, sludge bag" Elf said as she appeared in front of the villain. Shocked at her appearance the villain wildly swung at her, only for Elf to expertly dodge to the side and disappear again. The villain whiled about to try and finder but was caught off guard when she appeared from behind to deliver lightning flash slashes with her elven sunblades. While the attack did do much to him it did remove a small piece from the main body.

Meanwhile the heroes were freaking out at the appearance of this unknown person.

"Hey get away, physical attacks have no effect on this monster" Death arms yelled as elf popped in and out at a rapid pace, each time delivering a multitude of slashes sending small bits of goo flying little by little.

All Might in the back of the crowd was wide eyed in concern as Elf went to town.

'What is she doing, she has to know her attacks are pointless, it's barely chipping… away…'

It was then that all might notice. While throughout his career some people could call him air headed or a dope his years of experience has given him a sharp mind for combat. Watching Elf pop in and out of her smoke at different angles was greatly throwing off the villain who was growing frustrated at being unable to hit her. It was also the calculated attacks that he noticed she was doing around the hostage.

With each swipe of her blade she removed the gunk from bakugo's face allowing him to breathe. All Might was in shock at the sheer skill the woman seemed to possess, to do something like this and not even leave a scratch on the hostage, unbelievable. Not to mention she had the villains' full attention.

"GAAHH, you green bitch, stay still so I can Kill YOU!" the villain roared before Stealth Elf appeared above him.

"Yeah not gonna happen" she said as she delivered an axe kick right into his eye. The villain writhed in pain and flinched back. The crowd of bystanders was absolutely loving the action as they cheered on Stealth Elf.

"Woah did you see that, she is totally toying with that villain!"

"Is she a new hero?"

"Why is she trying though she's not even damaging him?"

The heroes were also shouting at her telling her to get away, but simply ignored them as she took her moment to grab on to Bakugo's clothes and try to pull him out. Unfortunately, She didn't possess the raw strength to do so like Eruptor. The sludge villain was able to recover in the moment and made another swipe but Elf backflip over it.

"I'm getting really sick of you, you should realize by now that you can't beat me!"

Elf just glared as she responded "My purpose was never to beat you, it was to stall until I had back up"

"Back up?" the villain growled

In the next moment everyone watched as a glowing pillar of light descended right next to Stealth Elf who simply smirked. All Mights eyes went wide as he recognised the sight. As the light dispersed it revealed a completely new figure. They stood about 5 '8 with light blue skin or rather scales along with fins on the top and side of their head. They wore a blue wetsuit that left their arms and legs free and on his back was some kind of backpack. Finally in his hands he held what looked like a harpoon gun.

As the light completely dispersed with a little shock wave the new figure let out a mighty shout.

"FEAR THE FISH haha, now I heard that my help was needed, so what say you Elf, ready to take out some bad guys like the old times"

Stealth Elf spun her blades as she took a stance next to him "Definitely, it's been far too long Gill. Did the portal master explain the situation"

"Oh yhea, I have to say he's gonna be a great one. So, I go high, you go low?"

"Let's do it"

Back on the rooftop Izuku was watching the fight with giddy excitement. Though it should have been a serious situation, with Kacchan being a hostage and all, it all melted away when Spyro had finally gotten Izuku the package which happened to have Gill Grunt, one of the best skylanders you'll ever meet according to the others.

In his vision Izuku was amazed by Gill Grunt, as Stealth Elf sped forward keeping low to the ground, Gill took to the air as pressured water shot from the pack he wore. Using his water jetpack, he blasted forward circling around the villain as the water quenched nearby fires. With villains eyes on him Gill drew his attention away from Elf who made a grab at Kacchan again.

Izuku watched as Gill grunt pointed his harpoon gun at the villain and unleashed a torrent of water from it. The water had an immediate effect on the villain, diluting the sludge and causing the villain's form to become unstable and lose his grip on his hostage. It had taken time for Izuku to analyze the villains quirk and was eventually able to determine that the villain may be water soluble, and instructed Gill grunt to take advantage.

"Hey what the Hell, what are you doing to me?" the villain yelled

"Just a light dousing, can't use full power with a hostage can I? You got him Elf?!"

The villain whirled around to see Stealth Elf successfully pull Bakugo free from the villain's grasp

"MY SKIN SUIT, YOU BITCH!" The villain yelled as he attacked, but Elf was too quick as she dodged and brought bakugo over to the heroes.

"You're in the clear, Gill, put an end to this!"

Gill smirked as he stared down the villain "looks like you time is done villain but don't worry I never let evil off the hook!"

Aiming his power hose directly at the villain, Gill grunt released a powerful stream of water with the force of a cannon completely overtaking the villain and almost instantly causing his sludge to dissolve into puddles and forcing him into unconsciousness. Gill wasn't done though as he turned his hose towards all the fires surrounding him, dousing all the flames. With the last fire out Gill hefted his gun as he posed.

"Guess he's all washed up, haha"

"It's good to have you back, Gill" Elf said as she approached her old friend to give him a hug.

Up on the roof top Izuku was cheering for his skylanders.

"That was amazing. Gill grunt was perfect for taking down that villain. I can't wait to ask him more about his abilities, his power hose will be extremely useful for dealing with fires and villains with fire quirks, not to mention his hydro-jetpack gives him incredible maneuverability." Izuku muttered as he rapidly wrote in his notebook.

"So I assume they handled the villain" Spyro asked from beside him, drawing Izuku from his note taking.

"Yup… uh oh…."

"What is it?"

"The uh, heroes don't look too happy with them?!"

Back at the district, All Might was in awe about what he'd just seen. He was worried at first when the ninja girl jumped in but she clearly had herself handled and focused on distracting the villain from suffocating the hostage. Despite the fact she wasn't able to really stop the villain, when she declared she was waiting for back up followed by the pillar of light, the whole situation turned in their favor.

The new guy had some kind of support items that expelled what seemed like infant amounts of water, despite their sizes, and completely had the villain out matched. With the villain and the fires put out the situation calmed down, the crowd cheered for the two, as they probably thought they were new heroes. It was also then that All Might saw a couple of the heroes making their way towards them.

Approaching the two skylanders, Death arms and Kamui Woods approached as the other heroes and police moved to collect the remains of the sludge villain.

"I have to say you have thanks for dealing with the villain but before all that I ask that you show us your hero license." Kamui said in a firm tone as death arms glared.

Stealth Elf remained quiet as she stared back at the heroes, she knew a hostile stance when she saw one. Izuku had explained to them some time ago that he wouldn't just send them out to fight bad guys like other portal masters would, due to laws about vigilantism.

"Hey Elf, you know what these fellas talkin about?" Gill asked

Gill Grunt however did not know. At the question Elf saw the two heroes tense even more.

"I assume this means I was correct, you two are under arrest for vigilantism. You interfered in serious hero work, you lucky that the situation did not devolve into anything worse! Recklessly using your quirks like that makes you know better than villains!" Kamui all but shouted which drew the attention of the crowd.

"No way, their vigilantes I thought were heroes."

"Damn vigilantes, they just wanted to steal fame from the heroes!"

"Booo, leave it to the real heroes!"

As the crowd started to jeer at the skylanders only two didn't. Being looked over by the paramedics and a couple of c-list heroes who were fawning over his quirk, Katsuki glanced over at the two with a questioning glance, before looking at the crowd that was jeering at them. He didn't know how long the villain had him and though he would never tell anyone, he was scared. The villain nearly killed him and he was unable to stop it. Not to mention the heroes were completely useless, it was those vigilantes that saved him and he didn't know how to feel about that.

With All might, he watched how the two would deal with this confrontation. After watching them in action, he could proudly admit that they acted like true heroes, jumping into action when even he couldn't. He wanted to speak to them and the boy they answered too, they said he was still on the roof right?

"Now I don't know much about these hero licenses but I saw a boy in need of help and a bunch of heroes standing around doing nothing. I'm not the type of gillman to stand by while others are in danger, in the same situation I do it again. It's a hero's job to save people regardless of the situation, next time i hope you find the courage to act, instead of standin around" with that gill turned to walk away only to be captured by Kamui's lacquer chain prison

"You are going nowhere vigilante, you must answer for your crimes!" Kamui declared. He had also tried to capture Stealth elf but she poofed out of the way and reappeared atop a lamp post.

"Great speech Gill but i thinks its time we get out of here" Elf said before thinking 'Bring us home portal master'

'On it elf, you guys did good'

A moment later everyone watched as the two skylanders disappeared in pillars of light, Kamui balking as gill grunt vanished from his grasp.

"What !? how? I had him firmly in my grasp"

"Damit they got away, do they have some kind of warping quirk?" death arms growled

"How could you to let them get away, some heroes you are" Mt lady said as she approached

Kamui and Death arms just glared at her before they all went over to the police to give reports. Meanwhile All might moved away from the crowd and began moving towards the location where he was sure the skylanders had gone. He hoped to speak to them more.

As the rest of the crowd dispersed to get on with the rest of their day, one tall man hung around for a few moments to stare at where the vigilantes had just been before leaving. The man had green skin and pointed ears with a few strands of hair on his head wearing a simple brown vest and gray pants.

"So the skylanders really are back, sigh, I had hoped that Spellslamzer was wrong but I guess it was too much to ask for. There goes my peaceful days." the man said as he walked down the street with slumped shoulders

On the roof Izuku was excitedly talking with Gill grunt, who along with Stealth elf and Spyro have returned to their toy forms.

"I can't believe you guys were able to handle that villain so easily, skylanders really are the coolest" Izuku gushed

"Hey now portal master, it wasn't just us, you were able to figure out the villains weakness and were the one to portal me to the fight. I'd say you were just as much of a hero!" Gill said

"Really! No, no, I mean not yet at least. It's still ten months before we can even apply for UA let alone graduate as a hero. It's still years away"

"Come on Izuku don't sell yourself short, while officially it may be years, your already a great hero in our book" Spyro responded

"Thanks guys, it really means a lot"

Finally Izuku and the skylanders made their way home without incident. Opening the door to his apartment, Izuku was a little surprised to find all the lights off.

"Huh did mom go to bed already?"

CLICK! The lights flashed on to reveal Inko Midoriy sitting cross legged on the couch and her arms crossed.

"So, Izu, are you going to explain why Spyro all but busted down the front door and nearly gave me a heart attack before taking off with no explanations after giving him that package you've been waiting for?"

"UHHHHHH, we wanted to show my new skylander around town?"

"You mean this new skylander?"

Turning on the TV, Izuku saw that the news was talking about the sludge villain incident and showed video of Stealth elf and Gill grunt fighting the villain and teleporting away. The news was praising the heroes while also admonishing the two new 'vigilantes'.

"Uhhhh, that wasn't us?" Izuku responded sheepishly

"Your all grounded"

"Yes mam"

"I AM HERE" All might shouted as he landed on top of the roof in his buff form, only to see no one around.

"and you are not" he said as he deflated "I had hoped to speak to him again but I guess I was to late, hmm, the boy said he wanted to go to UA, right? well I guess I'll have to wait until then"

Looking over the city towards the setting sun sun, Toshinori sighed as he leaned against the rails. "Toys to life, huh. Thats one heck of a quirk"
