Seth exited the room, and entered the main room, where he saw Rias with a few others.
One is a high school student of average height with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes. His outfit is the Kuoh Academy boys' school uniform, which consists of a blazer over a white, long-sleeved dress shirt with black highlights with a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes. However, Issei's uniform differs in the fact that he wears a red T-shirt underneath his open dress shirt and blazer, and wears blue and white sneakers in place of dress shoes.
On the couch was a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. Her body measurements are [B67-W57-H73 cm] [B26-W22-H29 in]. Her weight is [31 kg] [68 lbs]. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. Standing next to the exit was a young man with short blond hair, blue eyes (bluish-gray eyes in the anime) and a mole underneath his left eye. Next to the blonde was a pretty young girl with long blonde hair and green eyes. Her hair flows all the way down to her back, with split bangs over her forehead and a single strand sticking out from the top and sloping backward. Next to Rias was a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place.
Like most of the girls at Kuoh Academy, she wears the customary Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, along with black calf-length socks. Her body measurements are [B102-W60-H89 cm] [B40-W24-H35 in]. Her body weight is [54 kg] [119 lbs] while her height is 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches).
And there was Rias Gremory. Rias is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes inherited from her father, Zeoticus, and a buxom figure. Her body measurements are [B99-W58-H90 cm] [B39-W23-H35 in]. Her body weight is [58 kg] [128 lbs].
Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair which she also inherited from her father, that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand (known in Japan as ahoge) sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face. Rias' height is 172 cm. (5 feet 8 inches).
Seth walked up to Rias, and Eva then jumped down, and nuzzled Rias.
"Your welcome for healing him," said Rias, petting Eva.
"You have a cute familiar," said the black haired woman.
"She's a Pokemon," said Seth.
"Pokemon?" asked the white haired girl.
"Yes," said Seth, "Well, I suppose I should explain. It started long ago, just 10 years ago. And I witnessed my first Pokemon Battle, ever. And it was there and then, I wanted to be a Pokemon Trainer."
"Trainer?" asked the brown haired man.
"In the world of Pokemon, people would train Pokemon to harness their abilities, for battles, for study, or talent shows and performances. Others keep them for pets and companions. There are a few other animals, but not as common as Pokemon."
"Wait," said the blonde girl, "You said world. Are you from another world?"
"Basically, I was teleported by the legendary Pokemon Palkia, the Spatial Pokemon."
"Legendary?" asked Rias.
"Some Pokemon in my world are so strong, they can be a threat to the world. Luckily, there are some that keep the balance, and defeats them."
Seth then pulled out his Rotom Phone,
and showed them the Legendary Bird Pokemon, and Lugia and Ho-oh, the stories of the clashes between Groudon and Kyogre, and how Rayquaza laid them to rest, and the clashes between the life giver Xerneas and the destroyer Yvetal.
"This is incredible," said the black haired girl, "Not bad for a cutie. Not as cute as Issei though."
The brown haired man then blushed.
"So, I'm guessing your Issei?" asked Seth.
"Yes. The one to my left is Akeno."
"Hello." said the black haired woman.
"The one on the couch is Koneko."
Koneko nodded to Seth, and he just waved at her. Eva smiled at her, and Koneko smiled a little back.
"The blonde by the exit is Kiba Yuuto."
"Pleasure to meet you."
"This here is Asia Argento," said Rias, gesturing to the blonde girl.
"Hi," said Asia nervously.
"And you know me, Rias Gremory."
"Yeah, how can I forget the woman who got us both naked just to heal me," said Seth with sarcasm, "Seriously, how does that work? You some sort of sorcerous?"
"No, simply put, we're devils," said Rias, as a pair of black bat wings appeared from her back.
"Oh," said Seth, "That explains it."
Rias looked at Seth, "You don't sound surprised."
"I am, it's just, I've delt with something similar to this. It's how I met Ruby, my girlfriend."
"Oh," said Rias, a bit sad, "You're taken."
Seth looked at Rias, and decided to ask, "You okay?"
Rias then composed herself, and said, "Yes, I'm fine. Now, about the proposition I have for you: I wish for you to join my peerage."
"Oh, nonononononononononononononononono... no," said Seth, holding his hand out and shaking his head, "I've seen too many movies to see where this goes, and I've learned not to make deals with the devil, and based on the blade I feel against the back of my neck, I don't have a choice in the matter, do I?"
Behind Seth, was Kiba with his sword pressed against his neck.
"No," said Rias.
"Okay, after careful consideration, I'll join."
"Eevoi?"
"And is there a reason you want me to join: collect soul contracts for you?"
"We don't do that," said Rias, "We are in a war with the Fallen Angels, and the Angels."
"Angels and Fallen Angels. Arceus, that sounds intense. How can one tell the difference exactly?"
"Fallen Angels are just as they are described: Angels that have fallen from heaven. They've fallen because of they have 'impure' thoughts against the lord."
"I see, and Angels follow the teachings of this lord?"
"Yes. And for you to join us..."
Rias pulled out a chess piece.
"...you need to become one of us."
Seth backed up a bit, and asked, "Is this gonna hurt!?"
"No," said Rias.
"Wait, I just asked you if this is gonna hurt!"
"So?"
"I bet no one has ever asked you that!"
Issei then realized what he was talking about, and laughed with Seth.
"what's so funny?" asked Asia.
Issei then whispered to her, and she went wide eyed.
"Okay, you've had your laugh," said Rias, "Now, let's get started."
Seth nodded, and Eva jumped down next to Akeno, and Rias put the chess piece on Seth, and it was absorbed into him. He felt it, and said, "Wait, Rias, here's another one you've probably never heard of: Is it in yet?!"
Akeno, Issei and Eva then laughed, while the rest looked a bit discussed.
"Great, another pervert," said Kiba.
"I'm not a pervert," said Seth, "I just got my uncle's sense of humor."
Seth then felt a rush of energy go through his body, his eyes turning red for a moment, and back to brown, and he fell to his knee.
"Seth, you have been reborn into the family of Rias Gremory, daughter of Duke Gremory, a high-class devil. My servant," said Rias.
Seth stood up, and said, "Woah, head rush! Is it normal for you to see duplicates for a minute after transformation?"
"You'll adjust right... now," said Rias.
Seth then saw only one of everything, and said, "Oh. Okay."
"Now," said Rias, "Welcome to the Occult Research Club, Seth."
"Eaton," said Seth, "My last name is Eaton if you were wondering."
"Seth Eaton," said Rias, "I like it."
"And, now that we're acquainted, what do you do here?"
"Devils collect power by forming contracts with clients," said Rias, "And we receive compensation from them."
"So, no soul stealing, right?"
"No soul stealing. But, people don't draw circles to summon devils, so we hand them the circles on paper."
"I see. And based on what I've seen, there are ranks, correct?"
"Yes, and if you work hard, you'll go higher, and you may even get your own servant."
"My own? Really?"
"Yes. But now, what I'm really interested is your Pokemon."
"Oh, well, we'll have to go outside. One of them is really massive."
"How big?" asked Asia.
"Just come out," said Seth.
They headed outside, and Seth pulled out some small balls with color schemes.
"What are those for?" asked Akeno to Issei.
"Alright gang, COME ON OUT!"
Seth threw the balls into the air, and they opened up.
From the balls, came blue energy, that took form of animals.
"RAAAAAAAARRRRR!"
"Tropius!"
"Lapras."
RAAAAAAAGH!
I have been summoned.
The ORC looked in amazement, and Asia asked, "Are those balls magic?"
"No," said Seth, "these Poké Balls are all from the world of science."
"Remarkable," said Rias, looking at a Poké Ball.
"How do they fit inside them?" asked Issei.
"Honestly," said Seth, "It's hard to explain. In simple terms, when a Poké Ball hits the Pokémon, as long as it is not deflected, the Poké Ball will open, cause the Pokémon to shrink, store it inside, and close. It's said that all Pokemon have the ability to shrink, and the Poké Ball just exposes that power."
"This is very confusing," said Issei.
"Trust me," said Seth, petting Giratina, "It's better not to think too much about it. Anyway, this big one is called Giratina."
Hello there, said the Pokemon.
"Did he just talk?" asked Kibu.
"All Legendary Pokemon have the ability to speak telepathically," said Seth, "The cat one is called Mewtwo."
Greetings, said Mewtwo.
"The leaf one is called Tropius."
"Trop."
"The blue one is called Lapras."
"Lapras."
"She's cute," said Asia.
"And the orange one is Charizard," said Seth.
"Raaarr!"
"Cool dragon," said Issei.
"Oh, that's a common misconception," said Seth, "Charizard's not a Dragon Type."
"Type?"
"All Pokemon have a different type. Here, Rotom Phone, show them."
The Rotom Phone then came out, and showed them pictures and data.
Eevee, the Evolution Pokemon. A Normal Type. Due to it's unique genetic makeup, Eevee can evolve into 8 different forms based on the environment, or evolutionary stones that it is given.
Charizard, the Flame Pokemon. A Flying/Fire Type. The final evolved form of Charmander. The flame on Charizard's tail shows how healthy it is. If the flame were to go out, Charizard would instantly die.
Lapras, the Transport Pokemon. A Water/Ice Type. This Pokemon is often used as transport for people across the ocean. Lapras can cross any water with no trouble at all. Even ice cold waters.
Tropius, the Fruit Pokemon. A Grass/Flying Type. The bunches of fruit around Tropius' neck are very popular with children. This Pokémon loves fruit, and eats it continuously. Apparently, it's love for fruit resulted in its own outgrowth of fruit.
Mewtwo, the Genetic Pokemon. A Psychic Type. Mewtwo is a genetic clone created from the genes of the Mythical Pokemon Mew. While usually distrustful towards humans, it can be very generous to Pokemon of any sort.
Giratina, the Renegade Pokemon. A Ghost/Dragon Type. This Pokémon is said to live in a world on the reverse side of ours, where common knowledge is distorted and strange. While violent by nature, Giratina can be docile when it chooses to.
"And there are many more Pokemon?" asked Rias.
"Yeah," said Seth, "Over 1000 of them."
"1,000!?" exclaimed Issei.
"Yeah, been looking all over the world for research for Professor Oak, and for fun too."
"So you're like a field researcher for this Professor Oak?" asked Akeno.
"Yep," said Seth, "And I'm also the undefeated world champion, not to brag or anything."
"World, Champion?" asked Kiba.
"Yeah, remember that some use Pokemon to battle, well, I've defeated almost all Champions, and have been defending my title for years now."
"That's impressive," said Rias, "Now, we should probably get inside. Before someone sees them all."
"Oh, right," said Seth, "Return gang."
"I'm still wondering, how do those things work?"
"I told you Issei," said Seth, "It's best not to think about it."
