It's time for the Sports Festival! No porn in this chapter or the next, but there will be some suggestive themes, thoughts, etc. Also, by a large number of votes, the winner of the poll, and the woman Izuku will be with in two weeks from now is...Mitsuki Bakugou! Congrats! And sorry Toga, but your chance will come later.
Anyways, hope y'all enjoy.
Chapter 7: Sports Festival: Rounds One and Two.
Izuku smiled as he listened to Uraraka and Iida hype themselves up. The whole of Class 1-A was in an assigned room, waiting to be called out to the stadium. Many of his classmates were nervous about the Festival, as it was their chance to really leave an impression in people's minds - or as Yagi would say, it would let people know that "We are here!"
"Midoriya." Izuku's mental train was brought to a stop as one of his classmates approached him. It was the ever stoic Todoroki, a hard look in his eyes. Before the half-and-half boy could say anything, Izuku groaned.
"Please, for the love of God, don't say it."
"Say what?" Todoroki asked, his tone still even.
"Say something like "I'm coming for you" or "This is a declaration of war". Everyone and their mother has come up to me and said that, and I get it. What All-Might said basically made me the target of everyone who either wants to make it big or show that I'm not as good as people think I am...and I'm fine with that. This is a competition, but please remember, that you should never always focus on those above you. In fact, it would be better if you paid attention to those who are right at your feet."
Everyone in the class had gone silent, listening in. Todoroki couldn't deny that Midoriya's words had merit, but he wanted to make his point known. "I see. However, my declaration is different. I'm the son of the No. 2 and you're the successor of the No.1. Do you understand the importance of-"
"I'm not All-Might." Midoriya said, actually glaring at Todoroki. "And as far as I know, you aren't Endeavour. Don't bring them into something that is supposed to be about us, Todoroki. Because if you focus on them, then everyone here," he gestured to their classmates "will blow right by you."
"Izuku, it's time." Yaoyoruzu said, eager to break up the tension in the room. Izuku nodded to his VP and pet, and stood.
"One last thing. Everyone here is also a target. We are the class that survived a villain attack, and, I don't mean this in an arrogant way, this is my class. That will draw a ton of attention from everyone. So, you cannot go into this half-hearted. You can't go through it only giving 50%. You have to go Plus Ultra in all of these events, because, regardless of winning or losing, that is what people will notice."
Izuku's speech had fired up several of the students, with many of them raising fists and shouting "Plus Ultra!" Smiling, Izuku gestured for them to follow him.
"Now, let's show the world what Class 1-A is made of!"
Izuku smiled slightly as he took his place in the narrow corridor. After giving the opening speech, Izuku and the other first years were directed to the tunnel and informed of the first event - an obstacle course race.
Looking around, Izuku didn't notice any of his fellow Hero students around him - which was probably a good thing. They had all seen him in action. Actually, nearly all the students seemed to be giving him a wide berth.
'Just makes this a little easier.' He thought, before his smile grew. 'I need to win to show that I really am All-Might's successor, Mom and Momma Nem said I would get katsudon if I won, and best of all,' Izuku's smile grew slightly more thirsty 'Kyo said she'd get the girls to put on a little 'performance' for me. Fuck, don't think about that right now.'
Shaking his head to rid himself of the naughty thoughts, Izuku narrowed his eyes as he listened to Mic's countdown.
"3!"
"2!"
"1!"
"GO!"
Izuku shot off like a rocket, 75% of One for All coursing through his body. Thanks to that, he had cleared the hall with a single leap, before breaking out into a full powered sprint that kicked up dust and left a small shock wave.
Noticing that the 0-Pointers were dead ahead of him, Izuku leapt into the air, his arm cocked back. "SMASH!" with a mighty punch, Izuku knocked the top off the machine, before kicking off the now decapitated robot and continuing on his way.
A second later, Izuku encountered the next obstacle - a massive canyon. Smirking, Izuku simply ran full tilt towards the edge and sprung upwards, easily getting him clear of the pit and half-way towards the final obstacle.
Seeing the empty field, Izuku stopped and frowned. Something wasn't right. Quickly moving over to the fence, Izuku picked up a few small rocks and threw them out into the field.
BOOM!
The minute the rocks landed, the ground exploded in color, kicking up dirt and dust. "Huh, landmines." Izuku said, a little impressed.
Two voices rang out over the PA system.
"Oh, he found the landmines." Aizawa said, his voice still muffled by the bandages.
"OH MY GOD WE PLANTED LANDMINES! BUT HOUND DOG TAKES WALKS OUT THERE!" Mic responded, a small amount of horror in his voice.
Shrugging, Izuku simply activated Float and flew over the field. Instead of landing and finishing on foot, Izuku opted to fly the rest of the way, passing the line and floating in air for a second or two before landing.
"AND IN FIRST PLACE IS IZUKU MIDORIYA, WITH A TOTAL TIME OFF...6.66 SECONDS!" Mic announced, leading to a massive roar coming from the crowd.
Izuku simply flushed and waited for the others to finish.
"First place is worth...One Million Points!"
Izuku nodded at the logic in this move. It was just another way of testing the pressures of dealing with the top position. 'Hmm, but what to do about teams? I could easily win this by myself, but that's no fun.' Izuku was distracted by his inner ramblings by Uraraka, who appeared in front of him and shook his shoulder.
"Hey Deku, let's team up!" The gravity girl said, trying to ignore the blush on her face. She had been having...weird feelings about Deku ever since the first day of class. These feelings only got worse after the USJ. She had no idea what they were. She should probably ask mom about them.
"You sure Uraraka? Cause this means-"
"Everyone will be after me too, yea. But you're my friend, and I'm not about to let a friend down!"
Izuku smiled at the sincerity and kindness in her voice, while his chest fluttered a bit. "Sweet! Now we just need-"
"HEYA MISTER TEN MILLION!" A pink blur suddenly appeared next to Uraraka, causing the girl to jump in the air. Izuku took stock of this new figure, who had pink hair and eyes with crosshairs in them. She also had an impressive bust size - rivaling Momo's - and was clearly in good shape, something that Izuku appreciated. "Names Mei Hatsume, Support Course! I wanna be on your team!"
"Ok…" Izuku said slowly, more than a little intimidated by the manic energy the girl projected. "Umm, what kind of gear do you have?"
"I'm glad you asked! Behold my glorious babies!" Hatsume shouted as she began pulling support gear from...somewhere. Izuku's eyes widened as he recognized some of the tech and the Heros they were either for or based off of.
"Welcome to the team Hatsume." He said, drowning out the girl's ecstatic screams - and ignorant of Uraraka's twitching eye. Looking around, Izuku looked for one final addition to their team. His girls were out, as they wanted to go at it on their own, an action that Izuku supported. But how about - there!
"So, is everyone clear on the plan?" Izuku asked as he was hoisted onto his teammates' hands.
"Of course." Tokoyami said from his position in the front. "I'm the vanguard."
"I'm the support!" Hatsume shouted, though her mind was split.
"As am I!" Uraraka said, though her excitement was forced.
One may be asking, why the odd mentalities from the girls. Well, that's because, as they were lifting Izuku up, their hands had slipped and accidentally fallen towards the man's inner thighs. Both girls had accidentally brushed up against Izuku's soft length, and were rather...taken away by how large it was.
'Dang, I didn't know they came that big.' Hatsume said, her mind wondering. 'Hmmm...wonder if I can get a proper look at it later?'
'Ohmygodohmygodohmygod!' Uraraka winned in her head. 'I felt Deku's thingy! Oh god, it felt so big! And it was soft! AHHHHHHHHHH!' Shaking her head, Uraraka urged herself to focus.
"READY...BEGIN!"
With that, the teams all took off, the majority heading towards Team Midoriya. Izuku simply smiled before raising his right hand and bending his index finger inward, resting it against his thumb.
"Detroit Smash!"
Flicking his finger out, Izuku released a massive burst of compressed air that blew many of the teams away. The shock wave was so strong that many of the teams lost their riders, leaving only a handful left.
Giggling at her stepson's action, Midnight raised her whip, ready to disqualify the teams, before she was interrupted.
"Wait a minute Sensei, I think they should be allowed to continue." Izuku said, quickly stopping her declaration. "It's true I knocked them down, and according to the rules they should be eliminated...but they still have their points and they sure as hell have the drive! They should still be allowed to show what they're made of!"
Midnight smiled at that, Izuku's honest words winning her over. And it wasn't just her - Aizawa, Mic, and All-Might were all smiling as well, impressed by the message that Izuku was sending.
'He's challenging them to aim higher. He may have all that power...but he doesn't want to beat them into nothing and destroy their confidence. He wants them to strive further and further, race to catch up to him...I like it.' All-Might thought, impressed with his successor's mentality.
"Oh my...that was so youthful!" Midnight screamed before waving her whip around. "I'll allow it, but only this once!"
"Thanks!" Izuku said, before turning his attention back to the recovering teams. "But, I am sorry about this."
"Sorry about wha-HEY!"
While Izuku had distracted nearly everyone with his request, Hatsume had opted to use her tentacle harness to fish several headbands off the heads of the downed teams.
"Sorry!" Izuku said as his team ran away from the mess of students, now several points higher.
"All right, do we go with plan B now or stick on the ground?" Tokoyami asked.
"Let's stick on the ground for now. I want to save plan B for as long as possible-"
"DEKU!" A voice roared out, alerting Izuku to an attack from behind. "GIVE ME YOUR HEADBAND YOU FUCKER!"
Izuku sighed, simply raising his hand and flicking his finger with 50% of One for All. The incoming Bakugou was blown back and would have hit the ground if his teammate, Sero, hadn't roped him back.
Smiling at that, Izuku focused back on directing his team to avoid the others. Using a combination of Hatsume's gear and Uraraka's Quirk, the team managed to stay in the air and, thanks to both Izuku's air blasts and Tokoyami's Quirk Dark Shadow, had repealed all attempts by Todoroki's team to steal their headbands. It was only with a minute left that Izuku felt the need to move onto plan B.
"Sorry One Million, but my babies are dying on us!" Hatsume called as the group landed on solid ground again.
"I...I don't think I can keep using my Quirk Deku!" Uraraka said, her face a little green.
"And Kaminari is a counter to Dark Shadow...I don't think I can keep up my defense." Tokoyami said.
"That's fine guys. Plan B it is then." Izuku said as One for All coursed through his body.
"All right, plan B...what's plan B?" Hatsume asked.
"This."
In an instant, Izuku extended Black Whip's tendrils from his back so that they wrapped around his teammates, while also forming something similar to a seat belt around his waist, keeping him firmly in their hands.
Then Izuku activated Float and began ascending. Only, thanks to Black Whip, his teammates were pulled into the air with him, all the while the tendrils kept them together.
The crowd was going wild at the site, as the indomitable Izuku Midoriya seemed to be effortlessly plowing through the competition. However, Izuku still had one more move left.
Seeing that the timer was down to 30 seconds - and noticing both Todoroki and Bakugou's teams preparing for something - Izuku maneuvered his team so that he was upside down, his head pointed downwards. Ignoring the panicked cries from Uraraka and Tokoyami (I'll apologize later) and the excited screams from Hatsume (She kinda scares me), Izuku raised both his arms, his index fingers already in position.
"Here we go! Chicago Smash!" With a cry Izuku began to rapidly flick his One for All imbued fingers, creating massive bursts of air that slammed into the ground, destroying parts of the arena and causing all the teams to go flying. Bakugou - who had launched himself into the air - had been thrown into the stands, where he crashed into Pro-Hero that was too busy glaring at both Midoriya and Todoroki to notice, knocking them both to the ground.
Todoroki's team had been about to run up a massive ice ramp, but the air shots destroyed the ramp and sent them tumbling.
Seeing that none of the teams were in any shape to do anything else - and seeing that they only had 5 seconds left - Izuku stopped his barrage and flipped his team back upright, before lowering them down.
"AND THAT'S TIME! IN FIRST PLACE, SURPRISING NO ONE, IS TEAM MIDORIYA!" Present Mic shouted from his box. "NOW, CAN WE PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO FIX THE FIELD?!"
Cut!
Honestly, I probably could have written the second chapter - end of the Sports Festival - today, but...nah. I'll save that for next week. Speaking of, since I made three posts this week, I'm only doing 2 this upcoming one.
For those of you who are curious, I've always wanted Midoriya to have a rapid fire technique, so I came up with the Chicago Smash. Why Chicago? Because notorious gangster Al Capone operated in Chicago, and gangsters love machine guns. That was my legit thought process.
Next Time: Sports Festival Round Three
