Author's note: This is an another long chapter of few time-skips and Halloween 1981. Next Chapter is all about little Harry and Severus Snape. This chapter is the longest, because I am putting a major character fate and how it will affect Sirius on the later years, I wanted to show the 'mercy' of the Dark Lord, well heh, not gonna happen, but somehow. I want to make Credence Barebones larger than life, because he will serve a very big role on this story I am cooking for you guys. Chapter 7
Time Skip to August 16th 1980
Severus Flat, London
It had been 2 months since Severus had uncovered the prophecy, the Dark Lord doesn't know anything, because Severus had to conduct a plan in order to make this work
Knowing how impatient the Dark Lord is, Severus had to tell Wormtail on what to do, and what to project on his deadly plan.
Wormtail kept his mouth shut, and Severus manages to let the weak rat some occlumency lessons, but he knows how weak the coward is, since the Dark Lord can easily probe through Wormtail's mind.
His mark had burned, and it was a time for the plan to be executed, so far a child, well two exactly were born in the same month.
Severus is anxious on both sides, he may have a beef with Frank in the past, but the man had wisened up and gave him a curtesy nod
It was Potter that made him implode on the inside, considering the fool had saved him on one hand, but left him to rot on the other, but healed him on the former, but made him groan in pain for the latter.
It was Lily and her cold eyes, that stares into Severus cold dark eyes.
It was the eyes of shame, anger, fear, and everything above. She was ashamed to be friends with him, angry of how he treated her, and the last one was unconventional
The fear of him stepping into a dangerous game of chess, Sometimes Severus needs to watch his back, and from Mulciber of all people
Then there goes Olivia, and how she made him calm down in a weird way. Ever since he chanced a glance to her, not knowing her name at a time, he can feel the same expressions on Lily's but Olivia's eyes was mainly on fear. Fear for her life.
Severus sighs, he hopes no one had discovered what he had done when he saved those women.
He looks onto the gloomy weather of London, and he made his last minute check-up before he disapparate his flat into Riddle Manor.
Riddle Manor, Little Hangelton
Severus arrives on time, and he saw few people, waiting to enter the long gates of the manor.
There he sees Pettigrew, and the whimpering man locks his eyes onto Severus, and made a robotic nod as in understanding. 'Good' Severus mouths.
The gates were opened, and the butler who allowed them, spoke hoarsely that they should be waiting for exact 10 minutes until the long, wooden door, to be opened by he-who-must-not-be-named.
The Dark Lord had made an announcement that who ever spoke his name, he will appear right in front of a person, and performs all hell onto anyone, which is why the ministry had issued two ways of not pronouncing his name
It made Severus sick on the inside. He had worshipped the Dark Lord on the past, even told him about the curse which Abraxas had fondly used.
He just sees this whole 'fear for the name' is ridiculous and stupid. It does not make him fearful, it makes him afraid to be confronted, which is both a good thing and a bad thing, but Severus digresses.
Waiting for the Dark Lord was agonizingly long, and the long wooden doors were finally opened, and there he was, his right-hand man, Credence bloke.
Severus' suspicion had intensified more by seeing the old man, he had read more about this old man than he ever possibly reads about a character.
Apparently he was involved in some war where Dumbledore fought against Grindelwald, but what doesn't make sense is how this old man is standing.
Is this devotion or just more than that? The Dark Lord had never had friends, McNair made sure about that when he was in school, McNair was older than him 2 years, but he was his closest friend, along Mulciber.
Severus sees people were beginning to walk towards the manor, and he was dangerously close to Pettigrew.
He made a telepathy on the squeaky man on remain calm, and focus on the plan.
The whimpering man replies in a nervouse tone, that somehow the Dark Lord knows.
Severus replies in his mind that no one was there on the night of the prophecy, so he pleads Wormtail on remain to be calm and that's it.
They walked silently, and they sat on a long wooden table that was carved in Slytherin markings.
Such a new table Severus wonders.
"Ah forgive me on the new table, It was generously donated by my dear friend Brax, for now, let's feast, I have some new plans to spread fear to the undesirables, blood traitors, and mudbloods" Lord Voldemort said.
Severus sat politely, and the food magically appears, and it was all kind of delicious meat ranging from roasted chicken and a roast pork to Shepherd's Pie
Severus generously helped himself, and he took a sip of finest muggle wine. It was odd, considering the irrational hate to the muggles, but Severus admits that they do make a pretty good wine.
After eating quite well and drinking the finest wine, only carefully not to get drunk, Severus watches the Dark Lord raises his hand, and the food disappears, and the Dark Lord rose to speak.
"My loyal followers, I apologize for not summoning you on anything shortly, because I seem to recall all of our raids is now being watched, even when we spread fears to the mudbloods, I hear minister officials perform a powerful memory charm to the filthy mudbloods" The Dark Lord said softly but in a cold tone
The sound of gagging follows right after the Dark Lord mentions the derogative term to the muggleborn, It still baffles Severus sometimes about why such using the word? He does have a history regarding his drunken father a long time ago, but to actually hate? That's a long stretch
"And then we have a bigger problem, the 'Order of Phoenix' As Wormtail generously informs" The Dark Lord lifts his goblet to appraise the nervous man who made a small yelp
"Which is why, I want to tell you, don't fear, we will not surrender, we are three steps ahead from them, we have secured an alliance with the werewolves" Lord Voldemort said, but was interrupted by McNair, but in a gentle way.
"Aren't the werewolves the undesirables my lord?" McNair asks.
"Indeed they are, but they don't know that Walden. They are filthy animals, carrying a disease that only infects only with a bite, but they serve an important asset, you see, when the ministry wants to perform a war against us, they can capture us, and we still fight back, but when it comes to the Werewolves, vampires, and the giants, they wouldn't dare to capture any of the undesirables, considering the common hate towards them" Lord Voldemort smiled and it made Severus concerned about that
"Wait, so you want to unleash them, spread terror to the ministry world? but what if they went loose, and they start pouring their filth to our world of pure, then how come we tame these 'beasts?" McNair dares to ask
The way his companion asks the question made a collective gasp surrounding the table, and the only sound was a small chuckle, coming from a quiet resident, sitting adjacent to the Dark Lord.
The old man stood up and spoke softly, rivalling the tone of Lord Voldemort
"Relax Lord McNair, we are always prepared when the worst things happen, as you can see, I happen to know a spell or two on how to tame these 'beasts'. If so they cross the boundaries, death is the last thing they wish to say" Credence said with a cold soft voice.
"And I agree my fellow friend, I had instructed the idea, because frankly, I was against unleashing these beasts to the people of pure, but Credence speaks a valid point. The only thing that would make the wizarding world to crumble is fear" The Dark Lord smiles.
"I am humbled with your appraise my lord, with this, we shall make the world pure, and getting rid of any one who defies us, mainly Lord Voldemort" Credence returns the smile.
"And I also had made a taboo of saying my name Walden, if they dare to mention my name, I shall personally be there, and kill them myself" Lord Voldemort said.
Severus watches his companion nodding, and he continues to fiddle with the goblet, somehow making Severus even more nervous, how will he tell Dumbledore on this.
"I also have an another news, coming from Wormtail" Lord Voldemort said, and all eyes focused on the coward man, and Severus internally cringes for the inevitable to happen.
"Now stand up Wormtail, tell me what news you have been annoying us about?" Lord Voldemort asks.
Severus watches intently on Pettigrew slowly standing up, hoping for the coward man to keep sticking on the plan.
"M...m...my lord, my Death Eaters" Pettigrew bowed before the lord and turned to do the same to the followers, earning a small laugh from the followers.
"I have bore a news my lord, a p...p...prophecy" Pettigrew stutters and then all of a sudden, the hall went deathly quiet.
"You have annoyed me the whole weeks, just to tell me about a hocus prophecy?" The Dark Lord smirks, and it made a good trick for the followers to laugh.
The coward man flushes with embarrassment, but continued to follow as the plan states.
"I...it regards about you m...m'lord" Pettigrew said.
The laughter turned into the familiar silence, and it deafened Severus.
"Go on" The Dark Lord said.
"I...it says that a child to be born on July and will be the one to vanquish you m'lord as you have thrice defied the parents of this child" Pettigrew summarized the first half as Severus instructs, the second half the Dark Lord does not need to know about it, since it is no use actually.
"Interesting Wormtail, now who can tell me which family I have fought three times and they dared to defy the greatest sorcerer" The Dark Lord asks amusedly, and Severus couldn't believe how gullible the followers were, which is why the Dark Lord had answered, not needing their opinion.
"Ah, why I didn't think of that, it was Potter and Longbottom whom I have fought three times, Alas Potter was a challenge because of his unprecedented power which I am admitting, Longbottom was an easy opponent, which is why I will target Potter" The Dark Lord said.
The way he mentioned Lily's arrogant husband, made Severus blood very cold, he was afraid the Dark Lord would target her.
"Thank you for telling me that Wormtail, I will personally make a visit to the Potters, and kill their son for whoever defies me" The Dark Lord smiles.
"M...M'lord, just listen to me on this, in order to make Ja...Potter suffer is to take his heart, it isn't his wife, it his best friend" Pettigrew said.
"The traitor Black? no it will be too easy, besides the prophecy regards about me, and I will act upon it, as soon as I discover where they are" The Dark Lord smirks.
This time it was Severus to stand up and it made the whole followers to stare through Severus.
Severus curses mentally, but he has to execute the plan, he has to make it correct.
"My Lord, I have to admit by agreeing with Wormtail" Severus said.
"And why is that Severus?" Lord Voldemort spoke softly.
"Taking down Potter wouldn't be too easy, considering the untapping power he possess, if by taking one who was close to him, close to Black, like Marlene, it will weaken him, and thus an easy takeover from Pettigrew to bring you the child himself" Severus said.
After saying part of his plan, Severus stood there, calm and collected, hoping for it to work.
"An another great plan Severus, if I go there myself, I wouldn't know Dumbledore's dirty tricks, which is why I will assign Wormtail to do this task, as a test of his proof of being a Death Eater, which is why I will also assign Lucius and Dolohov only. I cannot risk put you Severus, knowing Dumbledore, it would be far too easy to be caught in sight, now find this friend you are talking about and kill her, with this, it will send a message on Potter and Black to never mess with me, and with this, you bring the boy Wormtail" Lord Voldemort said.
Severus sat as Lord Voldemort signals for him to sit. He glances over Pettigrew and witnesses an unusual smirk, coming from a normally cowardly man.
It somehow made Severus wary that Wormtail is not to be trusted, even with the plan which he is entrusting with, so he will make an another trick on his sleeve should the problem arises and Severus prays to Merlin for nothing to happen ever.
Time Skip to December 25th 1980
It is Christmas! and Lily is celebrating first Christmas with little Harry, who isn't little, by pushing 5 months. He is teething, and seems to love crawling quite often.
the baby was a godsend, he never annoys Lily by crying, but he sure makes James swear colorful languages under his breath, Lily giggles, but she knows that her husband is liking it, he is just very spoiled, and it was evident on that.
Lady Euphemia enjoys playing with little Harry, and she knows Harry loves playing with his nanny.
She sees her mother-in-law, blasting bubbles under her wand, and chuckles to see how her son Harry, getting a bit frustrated on trying to catch the bubbles.
Today now, with everything happening, the Christmas weekend became tight
There were raids on last Halloween this October, two incidents from werewolves, and one incident from vampires
It was a massacre, since the ministry had to perform a very powerful memory charm for the muggles on the area
James was brought over, even though he was still in training and it made Lily nervous everyday.
Today, on a blissful Christmas Day, there are no excuses, she cannot wait to see her godchild Neville, and the 'news' Marlene had been teasing Lily about it
Lily knows there will be a proposal happening, and she will love every single moment, because it will make her giggle to see Sirius pale face.
She and Marlene are the only ones who knows how to wrap Sirius under their fingers.
She heard a loud giggle from her 5 month old, and she sees her mother-in-law, laughing along.
"Merlin Lily! he is worse than your husband!" Lady Euphemia huffs but the dreamy smile remains there.
"You mean to tell me James was already making trouble at 5 months old?" Lily's eyes smiling evilly, 'good, another blackmail' Lily thought.
"Yes and no, he use to cry a lot, but he was being very cheeky for a baby" Lady Euphemia smiles.
Lily laughs and drag her smiling son onto the table, to change his nappy, and it made Lily wrinkle her nose for a bit, because the smell was a bit too much to handle.
She almost gagged a bit, and then she saw her son, staring at her, as if he is implying 'sorry mommy' look.
She giggles, and then blew a raspberry on the infant's stomach only to hear her son squeal in laughter.
She then smothered her son with kisses and their emerald eyes connect with such mother/ son connection that she vows nothing would happen on them, nothing ever.
A green flames of floo reveals her husband, who was chatting with Sirius and Remus, Marlene, whom her belly is very bloated, and surprisingly Pettigrew?
Her husband slid his hand on her waist, and breathes over her chocolate mint shampoo and mahogany perfume.
"mmm" Lily heard James moaning.
"James! not in front of our son" Lily tries to control it, but her husband's hand was clearly on her bum.
"Sorry Lils, I had a long, somber day, we had bad news to tell, and no there will be no Order business here, I will fill you all about it when Frank and Alice arrives" James said.
Lily had to nod, since she can clearly hear the somber tone of her husband.
She finishes wrapping the diapers, and she handed over the smiling baby to Lady Euphemia, and her mother-in-law understood that she will know once the baby sleeps.
Frank and Alice had arrived, and along the very sleepy Neville.
"Oops, I probably nursed him an hour ago, he will wake up soon, I am sure about that" Alice grins.
Lily carefully held Neville, and she felt the baby stirred a bit, and she felt Neville's tiny hand, grasping her finger.
She couldn't help but smile on her god child, and the goofy grin from her best friend, prevails it.
She handed over the sleeping baby and ushered her best friend to meet up on the dining table on some 'news' about what happened.
almost everyone showed up, except Mary.
It was odd, since Mary was always arriving early, she chanced a glance over Peter, and she made a small gasp, that he doesn't even look twenty, he looks a bit aged up, and a clear sign of balding will form.
He looks a bit... confident, cocky also
She had never seen him act like that, it felt odd to see the always stuttering, yet nice toward her.
She turned to look at her husband, standing up and grinned on how handsome he had become, his stubble became slightly thick beard, and that sexy hazel eyes, twinkling over the moonlight.
"Ok, Now today is Christmas, and we should be celebrating on this blissful holiday, but of course, crime does not sleep." James said.
She can tell that her husband's lips quiver a bit.
"We had received a couple of horrid news, Mary McDonald and Dorcas Meadows had been killed by Lucius Malfoy and Antonin Dolohov" James said.
She made a small gasp, but the sound of her best friend, Marlene, almost made her deaf.
"Not Dorky Dorcas!" Marlene said.
"You sure it was Lucy?" Sirius said.
If situation wouldn't be that bad, Lily could've been giggling on how Sirius nicknames the pompous git, but it is not far fetched since Lucius was clearly a womanizer, even though he was older than everyone on the group for 3 years, he was nicknamed the guru of shagging, Lily could've sworn Sirius was offended a long time ago.
"It was him alright Padfoot, witnesses had seen his silvery blonde hair, and he was cursing Mary to no submission, one eye witness had told me something that was vile, he...raped her" James said.
"WHAT?!" Lily shouted, she was sure Marlene and Alice joined the same yell.
"As it saddens me, she was raped, mutilated, and thrown on the lake. She was taken before we were brought to investigate the scene" James said. She felt her husband, trying to control his rage.
"A...and what a...bout D...Dorcas?" Lily heard Marlene stutters.
"The same also, but they raided her house and slaughtered all of her family in one night" James said grimly.
The only sound Lily can hear is the fire from the fireplace, they sat there, sending prayers to their fallen friend and classmate.
It was Marlene who broke the silence.
"I think Sirius and I can make this evening great, I am pregnant" Marlene said.
Lily and Alice bid congratulations to Marlene, and her husband, Frank, Remus, and Peter pat Sirius from the back.
"Due till when?" Lily asks.
"May" Marlene replies.
"Ah so you are 5 months pregnant, then why didn't you tell me?" Lily pouts.
She feels Marlene's joyful mood turn into somber, and she ushered Lily for a talk in Lily and James' bed.
"Spill" Lily said.
"Well...Sirius and I shagged multiple times, and I was always under potions, but this time, in last July, I seem to take one, but it didn't work, fate happened that I got pregnant. When I told Siri about it, he was shocked, beyond repair" Marlene said, not looking toward Lily.
"What did the prat do?" Lily chuckles.
"He... he yelled at me" Marlene said.
"HE DID WHAT?!" Lily yells, loudly.
"It's not what you think, we both yelled at each other, and Sirius wanted to blow the steam outside, afraid we would either slap each other, or make love to make a mend" Marlene said.
"I on the other hand, I ran to Daddy, and I broke the news to him." Marlene bit her lip.
"I can tell Lord McKinnon did not take it lightly" Lily smirks.
"Oh he threatened to castrate Sirius into pieces" Marlene smirks.
"And then what?" Lily asks, sitting on her bed, comfortably.
"The prat wised up, in few days. He came to apologize to me, and brought me orchards, I practically melted on his kisses. He told me why he was afraid to be a Da" Marlene said.
Somehow Lily thought about a memory, a bonding formed between Sirius and Lily. He told her about his misfortunate upbringings with his crazy family, and how he had escaped to live with James.
"That's when we had decided to keep the baby, and guess what, it is a girl" Marlene smiles
Lily smiles back, happy for her best friend and her Marauder friend to have some happiness.
"I was hoping for you to be Godmother for my Cassandra" Marlene grins.
"I...I am shocked, why not Alice?" Lily wonders.
"Well, I was gonna ask, but you had saved me once, and it was you who had made Siri and I together" Marlene smirks.
"Yeah, James told me, you two were like ticking bombs, one loses temper to another" Lily smirks.
"Heh, not as bad as you Lily Rose" Marlene smirks.
Lily blushes on her best friend nicknaming her.
"Ok, I get you, now let's get out of here, and celebrate Christmas, I will bring Harry for you and Sirius to practice on taking care a baby" Lily jokes.
"Ha ha, as if you think I will not be a good mother" Marlene rolls her eyes.
"It's Sirius I am a bit worried about, but I know he will be an absolute mush, overprotective on his daughter. Just one day when Cassie grows up and dates, I will personally watch both of you now struggling on taming Cassie" Lily teases.
"I can handle that, but Siri? oh he would flip" Marlene laughs.
They hugged each other, and they left the room to be with their loved ones.
"Oh I forgot, are you both married?" Lily asks.
"No" Sirius replies.
"But how Sirius? You must be marrying right now, since she is pregnant" Lily said.
"Well, we are married, but on technical form, we cannot make a wedding, since Mar here is bloated as..." Sirius was about to continue, but felt an elbow on his ribs and winced.
"I dare you to say it Siri, oh let me make it simple, a cow huh honey" Marlene glares.
Lily laughs to the banter they are making and sighs.
The sound of Neville crying and Harry giggling brought both Lily and Alice out of their trance, and Lily held the smiling baby.
Harry was sucking his toes, and stares at her with those big, beautiful emerald eyes,
He then attempts to touch the curly locks of Lily and then gurgles through it, making it already messy.
She chuckles and hugged her beautiful angel, feeling James hugging her, and made a gentle pat over their son.
Yes it was a blissful day, and a blissful Christmas indeed.
Time Skip to May 7th, 1981.
Peter Pettigrew stared at the Grimmauld Place with such content, he has a mission, and it is difficult.
The easy part is getting in, the hard part is kidnapping the heavy pregnant Marlene.
4 months ago, Peter had informed the news to Lord Voldemort about Marlene, being pregnant, and the Dark Lord flashes an eerily smile.
The Dark Lord whispers to Peter that he will kill her, with the help of Lucius and Antonin.
Lucius couldn't be there, since he is being investigated on a murder of Peter's teammate, well from the Order's side.
Her name was Emmeline Vance, and it made the Order meetings more strict and harder for Peter to report to the Dark Lord regularly.
Also he can feel his headmaster staring at him, and Severus too.
Peter never forgot how he looks at the fear look on Severus, oh the greasy git will take a dose of his own sniveling medicine.
He will bring the Dark Lord inside, and he will be there with him, enjoying to torture everyone, including the boy.
Peter has to regain his act as a coward man, he is still afraid, and wheezing, but it will be enough to make him earn the respect by the Dark Lord, and his teammates.
Mulciber and Dolohov were inspecting the alley, and Peter returns to make a wave, and they made a quick nod to apparate on a designated location.
They apparated on the outskirts of London, and it was Mulciber who spoke.
"What did you see there Wormtail" Mulciber asks.
"Nothing, the walls are warded, heavily, the only way I can let you both in, is you make an disillusionment charm, the ward wouldn't even notice both of you, also everyone was there, so my best guess is wait till midnight" Peter said.
"You sure about that Wormtail" Antonin Dolohov spat.
"As you can see Antonin, I am a member of the Order, and the wards would repel you both, with extreme gashes, and on midnight, knowing Sirius, he will be on a raid, I had let Lord Nott to speak to Fredrick Doherty on calling the aurors on a special mission in Ireland" Peter said.
Seeing both of the deadly Death Eaters widen their eyes felt like a music to Peter's eyes.
"You really are a sneaky little cunt, are you sure you are not in Slytherin? I mean Gryffindor is not on your book" Mulciber made a toothy grin.
"Yeah well, I am much more than that if you gave me a second chance, but for now, we will wait. Don't do anything until I tell you, you understood?" Peter commands his team mates and they nodded.
Peter closes his eyes, he will have his recognition by tearing James and Sirius apart, he will take a revenge on what they did to him before they took him as a slave, thinking about that, made him eagerly to kill James, and with cold blood, that Peter vows.
May 8th, 1981, midnight.
It was tedious and boring to keep on watching the Grimmauld Place, and Peter could've sworn that both Mulciber and Dolohov are conjuring colorful swears about him.
Peter rolls his eyes for a bit, and then the doors of the Grimmauld Place had opened, and Peter watches Sirius giving a last minute kiss over his wife, oh yeah Peter just remembers that they got married a day before yesterday, but now is not the time to remember, he has a mission to do.
He gave a signal to wait for 5 minutes, and then he lifted his arm, signaling them to perform the disillusionment charm.
Peter walks casually on the block, hearing the faint footsteps behind him
He rings the bell twice, and there was no sound, and then thrice, a soft sound of 'coming' came closer and closer.
The door opens and there was Marlene, heavily pregnant, and ready to explode. Peter had to play his part good.
"Marlene!" Peter fake smiles.
"Oh Peter, that was strange in the middle of the night, come in, come in" Marlene smiles.
Peter heard the footsteps coming inside and then he whips his wand out, ready to execute the plan.
"How are you Peter? how's your mo..." Marlene said, and the tea cup fell on the floor.
Peter smirks toward the whimpering woman.
"Now come with me nice and slowly Marlene, we have no time to waste" Peter smirks.
"We?" Marlene asks, eyes narrowing.
"Merlin Marlene, are you that daft, don't you realize I am working for the Dark Lord!" Peter yells.
"Oh Merlin Wormtail, you have to blow our cover!" Mulciber's voice echoes, and then the blonde man appears under the illusion charm.
Peter rolls his eyes for his teammate's remark.
"Well, I am trying to be a diplomat, and talk to her with a reason" Peter reasons.
"To hell with a reason, I just want to kill her, Crucio!" Mulciber sneers.
Peter's eyes widened in disbelief, he wanted to torture her first and kill her, not being sidestepped by Mulciber.
Peter watches the pureblood witch, writhing in pain, clutching her belly with such content. Suddenly Peter glances that Mulciber lifts the curse.
"Care to tell me bitch that you had enough?" Mulciber spat.
"Why? Peter Why? I thought I trusted you, Sirius really trusts you, even Jimmy" Marlene said, with tears.
Mentioning those names brought a swarm of rage in Peter's eyes, he begins to laugh evilly
"They trust me?! I think you are living under the rock, Black and Potter were never my friends, they were bullies, and they love to inflict torture on guys with special needs like me" Pettigrew spat.
"I always had social anxiety, I had spent most of my life, denying it, I knew why, because my father is a drunken asshole mudblood, and my mother is a delusional pureblood only that she gets to waste her life on filths like him" Peter spat.
"And then I was bullied in school, being called many names, chubby, fatty-o, fatso, many words that correlates with my chubby frame posture" Peter continues.
"That's when I discovered I was a wizard, and my own useless mother did not tell me, she even told me that she comes from a wealthy Pureblood family" He said
"And then when I got my letters, I was excited, that I will be a wizard, being more than average, and have friends, getting out of my comfort zone shell" He said.
"It wasn't until your despicable husband, had done major damages to me" Peter spat on her face and enjoys seeing her face widen in shock

His smile widens, seeing the complete shock on her face.
"It cannot be, it cannot be! Sirius would never do that, not to my ex boyfriend! I knew Raymond was a stuck-up, full of himself prat, but Sirius wouldn't do that! YOU ARE LYING!" Marlene said, breaking in tears.
"I didn't say I told you so, I was there, and I had witnessed it, now don't worry Marlene, your suffering would end soon" Peter said, turning to give a nod to Mulciber and Dolohov, who appears from the disillusionment charm
He turns to see the now sobbing woman, he is ending her misery, so he uttered Crucio and amped up the curse.
He sees her legs getting bent in an abnormal way, she was screaming in such intensity, and then it felt her brains were melting because of the force of the curse, and within a split second, she fell down on the floor.
Peter went close to check her pulse, there was no pulse, she's dead, Peter had done the first mission with a success, now commencing an another phase, finding and kill James, his wife, and their dratted son.

"Great Job Wormtail, I was wondering, why you didn't kill her with a killing curse?" Mulciber asks
"She is not dead, she is gone" Peter said.
"What? I don't understand?" Mulciber asks.
"It means Mulciber, her fate is now far worse than death, she is alive, but not to the sense on her brain, her brain is fried, and it will send a message to Potter and Black, that their time will come soon, now let's report the Dark Lord" Peter said.
He was pat in the back by both Dolohov and Mulciber, he couldn't feel more proud that he had made her gone, in no shape and sound, oh let the games begin.
1.5 hour before the Dark Mark shows up
James and Sirius were brought in Ireland, on some weird mission that a woman, on her late 30s, was raped by a cow.

sighing in frustration, James told Moody that he will call it a night.
Moody growls and huffed, sensing that they were wasting their times, and James couldn't agree more.

He glances to see Sirius made a tongue, but couldn't be more proud that his women-magnet like Sirius, to be landed by a beautiful, graceful Marlene.
"to tell you honestly, I cannot wait to be back home, cuddling with my wife, and sing unnecessary songs to little Harry there." James grins.
"Oh I heard Harry throws a fit on ya" Sirius wiggles his eyebrows.
"Maybe a little, but it was a pure bliss to wake up, and see a tiny bundle who looks just like you, and stares at you with those innocent eyes" James felt a bit dreamy.
"Now that you mention it, I hope Cassandra turns out to be blonde, just like her mother" Sirius made a goofy grin.
"Then what about you Mooney?" Both of them asked, enjoying to see their furry-little friend squirm in an uncomfortable way.
"No. Before you ask, I did had a brief romantic feelings with Rebecca, but I had to shun her" Remus flushes.
James and Sirius looked at each other, and they made an evil grin.
James can sense Remus groan in frustration

James landed in a soft thud, and it was way past midnight, he had to check if the wards are working well, luckily his house elf Mickey tends to change the wards in every week, with the helps of him, Lily, and his mum.
He was exhausted, and wanted nothing but to cuddle with his beautiful wife.
He instead went to check on his son's crib.
He was smiling to see Harry, sleeping on his stomach, and sucking his toes. His little boy is now 9 months old, Damn time really goes so fast.
He gave a soft kiss on his son's forehead, and his son stirred a little, but continued to sleep.
He closed the room, and went to collapse on his bed, with his sleeping wife.

"Oh don't be so full on yourself Prat, he just misses you, I missed you too Jamie" Lily smiles.

He was on top of her, and they made a passionate, slow kiss, He begins to undress her nightgown, aching to crave some love after a long, hard day, and before he delves further, a patronus of a dog had appeared momentarily.
'Prongs, Lils, Frank, Alice, and Moony, please come. to Saint Mungos, NOW!'
The patronus disappeared quickly, and it made both of the love-ridden couple, confused.
"Wait, it might be Marlene, giving birth!" Lily said, she began to jump on wearing clothes.
"Calm down Lils, We will go there, but who will take care Harry?" James asks.
"hmm, We can call Albus to watch over him for a moment" Lily said.
"A good plan, let me floo call Albus" James said, leaving to the fireplace.
Within 2 minutes, Albus shows up and smiles.
"Of course I will watch over little Harry, oh James, Lily, I bid you both congratulations on Sirius and Marlene" Albus smiles.
James and Lily returned the smile, and then they disappeared, onto Saint Mungos.

James and Lily were sprinting quickly, and they were stopped by seeing the pale-looking Sirius, along Frank, Alice, and Remus.
James approached to Sirius, touching his shoulder lightly, and was entranced to see Sirius crying, on his shoulder.
"Relax Padfoot, she will give birth, it is not the end of the world" James chuckled.
James can feel something is going horribly wrong, and with one look onto the tear-stain Sirius, can justify that.
"Padfoot?" James grew worried now.
"P...Prongs, M...Marlene was heavily injured, blood all over her body, and her legs were bent in an abnormal way" Sirius stutters.
"What?! How?!" James yells.
"P...Prongs. C...calm down, I went in the place for you know what and when I found her... I was stunned , and then I found out the place was lit on fire" Sirius said.
James went deathly quiet for a moment
"Anything else?" James asks.
"Witnesses had seen a Dark Mark" Sirius said.
That almost made James losing it, but the sound of Peter, screaming had inhibited James on not doing anything stupid.
"Prongs, Padfoot? I had heard what happened, I am so sor..." Peter said, and James felt Sirius, yanking Peter onto the wall.
"You are so sorry! where have you been?!" Sirius hysterically said, pressuring the whimpering man, who clearly turns into purple.
"Padfoot, let him down, I said, let him down!" James said.
James sees Sirius, letting him down, ushering the hysterical man to sit down and wait.
It was a hectic several hours, and the healer finally shows up.
"It is a girl Lord Black" the healer said.
Somehow it didn't go the effect on the people who were in the waiting room
"And L...lady Black?" James feels Sirius shivering.
"I am so sorry, I tried as best as I can, she was tortured beyond submission by Crusciatus, and she slipped into coma, I am afraid with her mind in vegetative state, she might never wake up, but the wards on the Saint Mungos will supply her" the healer said.
James had to hold Sirius tightly, because his best friend, his brother, is crying, and on a nervous breakdown.
"I will kill who did that to her" he heard Sirius mumbling.
"What?" James asks.
"I SAID I WILL KILL THE SON OF A BITCH WHO DID THAT TO HER!" Sirius yells, and the waves of magic had almost made the lights on the hospital flicking
"Lord Black, calm down, she is not dead, she is just sleeping, for a long time. I want you to at least, take a look on seeing your daughter" The healer said
This must have made Sirius calm, and he made a last look toward James, where James nods and mouths 'Go on'
James watches Sirius slowly walking to the operational room, and within a minute or two, he was holding a sleeping baby.
She was absolute tiny, tinier than Harry.
Her hair had blonde locks.
James watches Sirius, holding his daughter with such affection, and his best friend was smothering the baby with kisses, and then the baby began to cry.
It was Lily who took the weeping baby, and she began nursing her god child.
James watches Sirius with content, because he will be always there for him, should he needs it.
It was a bittersweet moment, and James vows also to find the son of a bitch who did that, he makes sure of that.

Severus Flat, London
Severus grows impatient as the clock ticks

That ticked Severus off, he flicked his wand, and uttered Silencing Charm, before he began hexing the cocky man.
The man was smart, he evaded the hexes Severus had made, and then he used a rope charm toward Severus with ease.
"How is it that you can do that?" Severus eyes to the cocky man
"Oh, the s...s...sorry attitude? blah! it was an act, I wanted to act that way, so I can gain your trust" Pettigrew spat.
"Is that so? then why did you torture Marlene? I said scare her, not torturing her" Severus said icily.
"Hahahahaha, and to think you are smart as Mulciber says, oh believe me Severus, I am planning to make amends, and with that, Dumbledore had told the Potters about the prophecy, but don't worry, I am a secret keeper" Peter smirks
"You wouldn't dare" Severus eyes widen in fear
"I would, and want to, you see, you are not the only one was bullied Snivelis, I was bullied beyond comprehension by everyone, even sweet Lily, so that's why I will personally bring the Dark Lord along the ride. "You think you would get away with that!" Severus spat.
"Yes Snivelis, after Lord Voldemort, oh I will tell Mulciber that it was you who had saved the girls" Pettigrew smirks.
"What? how did you know?" Severus now fearing for his life.
"I knew something was off on you Severus, so I snuck in, as a rat, and I knew it was you under Mulciber's look by Polypotion, so once that is done, I will enjoy watching your best friends tearing you apart" Pettigrew spat.
"You surely have some dignity not to attack Lily, would you?" Severus eyes Pettigrew nervously.
"As a matter of fact yes, I will strike the Potters, but on Halloween, because who would want a perfect night for the little brat to enjoy his final moments with his parents, and oh I have big plans for little Cassandra, so thank you for your service Severus, don't bother coming to the Death Eater meetings, because if I see you again, I will make sure to give you a perfect ending present, now ta da Snivelis" Pettigrew smirks and disapparated.
Severus was still in ropes, and the untapped rage made him to loosen the ropes with ease.

"Have you made a fidelius charm?" Severus asks out of a blue, hearing what the traitorous rat, made him a bit worried.
"Well yeah, but we will begin moving into Godric's Hollow tomorrow, how did you know about that?" Lily eyes warily, holding the babies tightly.
"Listen Lily, you are in trouble, you and Potter are both in trouble" Severus blabs.
"Sev, I know Jamie and I are in trouble, which is why we are going into a hiding tomorrow" Lily replies.
"No! listen to me, you and your husband, move to Hogwarts, they wouldn't dare to touch you, you have a spy living, breathing, and reporting every single word you said, just trust me on this, Lily I have never forgotten the debt your husband had done, so allow me to repay the debt I owe him now, please listen to me on this" Severus begs.
"I am sorry Severus, it was hard for me to believe you, Jamie may had saved your life once, but the pain you had inflicted, the sorrow you had made one me, still lingers, no go away before I report you trespassing my house, Order member or not" Lily threatened.
"Lily please!" Severus yells, tears leaking through his eyes.

He apparates to his flat, and then picked a floo powder, shouting Dumbledore's office, Hogwarts.

"I can recall you know about the prophecy, then it is done Severus, Sirius is their secret keeper" Dumbledore replies.
"Albus, it is not Sirius, it is Peter Pettigrew, and he is bringing the Dark Lord to strike, and he had just told me that he will attack in Halloween" Sirius barks.
"I see, I always knew we have a spy on our ranks, I will deal with such interest" Dumbledore replies with no emotions.
"Albus, you must do it now!" Severus almost commands.
"And how you expect me to do that Severus? if I strike on cornering Pettigrew, don't you think he will call forth the Death Eaters, let alone uttering the name taboo" Dumbledore asks a valid question
"Oh... I understand, I am a bit nervous Dumbledore, I told Pettigrew to scare the woman, not torture her into a submission, now Black will never forgive me" Severus replies, his head looking down.
"Don't you worry about this, I will personally find Pettigrew, and give him the benefit of the doubt, now go. It is nice talking to you Severus" Dumbledore said.

"Gentlemen, Lord Potter, Lord Black. My condolences to your mother Lord Potter, you will meet her soon, now bring me the boy!" Lord Voldemort spoke softly.

"Pity, I will have to do myself, Wormtail fetch me the boy!" Voldemort ordered, and Peter nods.

Peter transforms into a rat, and he dashed past two of the grunting men, and with that, he went to grab the two sleeping babies
He heard a killing curse, smiling in satisfaction that two of them are now gone.
transforming back into a human. He grabbed the two babies, and then he sprinted to give the babies to the Dark Lord.
"I don't need her, you can keep her. Ah Harry Potter, it is nice to meet you" Lord Voldemort sneers.
Peter cannot wait for the moment to happen and then he heard a loud cry, coming from Lily
"NO!" Lily screams.
"Shut her up Wormtail!" Lord Voldemort commands.
Peter nods and attempts to quiet the hysterical woman.
"And now for the world to witness the power of the Dark Lord, triumphantly winning against anyone who has defied him. You lived a long life Harry Potter, even as a year old, now time to die, AVADA KEDAVRA!" Lord Voldemort yells.
A jet of green light dashed through the crying baby, but something happened, and the spell bounced back, it also dashed onto Lord Voldemort.
Peter couldn't save the Dark Lord on time, and then within a split second, the Dark Lord was gone.
He felt Lily fainted and fell down on the floor, as the baby also falling down, but Peter managed to grab the baby on time. The baby did not open his eyes, nor cry. The spell worked, but with a cost.
Peter took Cassandra with him, and along the wand, and the robes of the Dark Lord, he will find a way to bring the Dark Lord back, they thought it was over, well it will be a bittersweet moment too, because with the baby on his hand, and how they will change her life, The Dark Lord shall rise again!
Peter made a last minute check up on the 'dead' men. They weren't dead so he performed a powerful memory charm.
He began firing the house, making it on ruins. He will report the council that the Dark Lord is not dead, and they will stay strong.
He had left, not noticing in a minute the baby's emerald eyes open and let out a squeal of cry.
Severus flat, London
The patronus of the phoenix had managed to give a message to Severus that Godrics Hollow is on an attack.
Severus nods, and then left the flat to apparate to the designated location.

the sound of a baby crying, brought him out of the trance
He sees the baby crying beyond despair
He witnesses a bleeding that will definitely scar.
It had a shape of a bolt lightning.
He utters a cleaning spell to heal the bits of the scar, and then the baby quiets down.
Severus held Harry for a moment, and then a sound of a motorcycle had stopped.
"Severus? Dumbledore 'as asked me to 'ome' Hagrid replies.
Severus did not turn to see the half-giant, he was staring at the lifeless bodies, well they are alive, but heavily injured.
"Severus" Hagrid asks.
"They are not dead Hagrid, so whatever Dumbledore has plans for you, you can lay to rest. I will take care of the child, the child is alive, but the world is not ready to know that, for now you keep your mouth shut, do you understand" Severus barks.
Hagrid seems to nod, and Severus watches the half giant, making the last check up.
"Merlin you 're right, they 're alive" Hagrid tries to smile.
"Of course I am right, now Hagrid bring them to Saint Mungos, and keep it quiet, I am afraid there is something beneath their memories" Severus said.
"But about 'arry?" Hagrid asks.
"I will attempt to raise him. It will be all over the news that a boy who lived to tell the tale on removing the Dark Lord" Severus replies.
"Is he really dead?" Hagrid asks the penultimate question.
"I don't know Hagrid, now go, the building will collapse" Severus said.

"Oh the poor thing, is she alive?" Eileen asks, concerned
"I don't know mother, only time will tell" Severus replies
The roar of the fireplace happens, and there lies Albus Dumbledore.
He made a courtesy to Severus mother, and nods to Severus
"Is the boy alive? no one had ever survived from the killing curse" Dumbledore asks.
"He is Albus, but his parents... well they are alive, but they are in an immediate medical attention" Severus replies.
"Ah I see. What are you gonna do with the child Severus, his identity might make him famous" Albus said.
"I will intend to raise him Albus, change his appearance, there is something I must discuss with you, alone" Severus said
Severus watches his former headmaster nodding, and then he utters a silencing charm on his old room.
"His parents are alive, but were placed on a powerful memory charm, even Sirius, with this, they might not be remembering who Harry was, and knowing Pettigrew, they might not remember anything that is happening" Severus said
"Interesting, I never knew Peter had it all in him" Albus ponders.
"That's what I am trying to tell you, now he is threatening me Albus, he knows about what happened to the girls, now I am risking my life for this, I am not sure if I want to attend the Death Eater meetings" Severus said.

Severus seems to think for a moment, he did want a baby brother a long time ago, and naming him Damian.
He replies fruitily "His name would be Damian Eileen Snape. His hair is brown, and his eyes is violet. " Severus replies
"Interesting combination, reminds me of Olivia Jensen, then who will nurse the boy, you do know the boy needs to be nursed even at a one year old" Albus asks.
"I will try to ask Olivia for only nursing and then, she can go whatever she likes. It is all handled Albus" Severus said.
"Then that will be settled, but a friendly reminder Severus, when the boy grows up, reaching at Hogwarts age, he will remember the events what happened and his mother too, with that it is up to you to tell him the truth, he will hate you about it, wondering why you kept it to him, but you are doing this for the greater good. You do know that right?" Albus asks.
"Yes Albus, I understand, which is why I had applied as a Potions Master" Severus pleads for this to happen, more to keep an eye on the boy when he grows up.
"Your application has been accepted, welcome to Hogwarts again Severus, now see you after Christmas, goodnight" Albus said.
He watches his headmaster leave, and then the sound of Harry crying. Severus dashes to help the child, but his eyes softened to see his mother already feeding the baby with a bottle of milk.
"He is a godsend Severus, he has her eyes" Eileen smiles.
"He has his father's rats nest hair mother. Dear Mother, I am afraid I have to change his appearance from now on, you see, he was supposed to be nonexistent, I am doing this for the boy's safety" Severus said.
His mother nods, and he waited for Harry to finish drinking the whole bottle, and then the boy's emerald eyes stares at Severus cold dark eyes, Severus will have to change that, and he did.
"His name is Damian Snape, and this is his story" Severus utters
The boy smiles, holding Severus hand, and within a second, the boy gave Severus a small hug in which Severus returns.
He whispers 'I will honor Lily for taking care of you Harry, nothing will ever harm you as long as I live' Severus said.
A far away miles, a sound of lightning had made a baby girl crying and the short lady with a silvery blonde hair came close to check on the weeping baby.
"Shh honey, everything will be ok, I promise you, nothing is going to harm you" The silvery blonde haired lady said.
The tip toes sound of a young, pointy faced young boy had interrupted them
She smiled and brought her son to kiss him on the forehead.
"Ah Draco, meet your sister Keira, Keira Malfoy" Narcissa said.
Her son Draco kissed the now calm girl, and then everything will be ok for them
phew! A long chapter dare I say it, the act one of 1979, 1980, and 1981 had ended, beginning of Chapter 8, Father/son relationship would occur, and oh there will be more about Cassandra Black, so stay tuned. God bless
